Aiming at the problems of disturbance, coupling and fluctuation of load existing in permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM),which is used in the servo system of self-propelled gun, the auto disturbance rejection control technique (ADRC) is introduced into in the servo system of self-propelled gun. It can play with the best effect of the servo control system. The simulation results show that ADRC makes the servo system of self-propelled gun has better accuracy and robust.

In this paper, according to the requirements of the self-propelled-gun’s hydraulic system test technology, using variable speed metering pump technology, a variable cain pressure predictive controller is developed. This method can improve response speed of pump-valve combined control. Then the self-propelled-gun’s external hydraulic source is developed, which can test a variety of self-propelled-gun equipment operation and its hydraulic system without starting the host. The trial operation proves: this test equipment is high common, high stability and high integration.

In accordance with the character sight device of artillery, an examination and adjustment instrument of artillery zero line base on laser technology is designed, and the structure and key technique and design principle of the system are described in detail. The method overcomes some shortcomings of traditional diagnosis system and is available in practice.

When designing certain artillery’s planetary transmission of fluid gearbox, it is hard to calculate by general design method, because the plant frame is abnormity three-dimensional entity, and the plants distortion affects the contact stress of joggled gear tooth. In this paper, by the APDL language programmer, the three-dimensional entity of certain artillery’s planetary transmission is established; the finite three-dimensional contact is analyzed by ANSYS; the plants distortion affects is discussed by the choice of the constant FTOLN and FKN, the influence is analyzed that the plant frame’s distortion to the stress of joggled gear wheels, as a result, the planet frame’s transmutation quantity is direct proportion with the gear wheel’s most joggled stress by ANSYS.

A film of Ni-P-Carbon-nanotube composite material is deposited on the surface of the metal substances by electro-brush plating. In this process, the composition of the Ni-P-Carbon-nanotube composite plating solution, the pretreatment on the carbon-nanotube and the effects on quality by the different brush plating technology conditions are investigated. The results shows that carbon-nanotube particles can be distributed uniformly in the coating by oxidizing, sensitizing and activating while the temperature of the plating solution should be controlled at 55°C, and PH value, 1.5~2.5. After the carbon-nanotube is added, the coating defects, such as the crack, the desquamation and the low bond strength, can be prevent effectively.

According to the pharmacy filling technical requirements of controlled fire extinguishers of self-propelled artillery, a "time-controlled continuous filling" filling method was proposed, problem of the extinguishing agent mixed with the air filled with ice clogging pipes media is solved, and two extinguishing agent pressurized filling and optimal timing nitrided cast/cutting process control are implemented. After the trial, controllable fire extinguishers filled with equipment with comprehensive, secure, reliable, good stability, can greatly reduce the cost of equipment maintenance.

According to the automatic fire extinguishing equipment requirements for explosion suppression platform system, this paper using the flexible neural tree and the clonal selection principle, describes the creation method of flexible neural tree model, embedded virtual instrument technology, to solve the nonlinear system fault diagnosis problem, realize the fire (explosion) detection system control components, improves the diagnostic sensitivity and accuracy. After the trial, the equipment illustrates high integrity, good versatility and high stability.

In order to test new type self-propelled Gun's power generate and supply system, based on modular structure and distributed control design method, using variable frequency control and dual-model control technique, the laboratory equipment was designed according to the technical requirements. Firstly, the structure of the laboratory equipment was build. Based on design of hybrid multimode synchronous teeth belt transmission, programmable load unit, programmable power source and data fusion operator, main composition of the laboratory equipment are developed. Distributed control is used to ensure the laboratory equipment work orderly. To improve ability of anti-electromagnetic interference, three methods are used. Practically use, the synthetically laboratory equipment is proved to being high stability, strong comprehensiveness, good generality.

According to the technical requirements of controlled fire extinguisher filling pretreatment of self-propelled artillery, in this paper, we use the method of principles tunnel to control the air flow, combined with multi-parameter self-tuning fuzzy PID control, different models of controlled fire bottle filling pretreated at the same time are achieved, and the adaptive capacity of controlled fire extinguishers pretreatment equipment is improved. After the trial, the device has high synthesis, good versatility and high stability.

In this paper, the monodisperse TiO2 particles and TiO2 coated SiO2 core-shell particles were prepared by the method of microemulsion, and the phase and morphology of TiO2 and TiO2 coated SiO2 core-shell structure particles were analyzed by using X-ray diffraction (XRD) and field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM). At the same time, the phase changes and morphology changes of the two different kinds of structural particles as the changes of sintering temperature were compared. The results show that when the TiO2 particles were prepared by the method of microemulsion, the content of anatase TiO2 decreased gradually and the rutile TiO2 increased gradually as the sintering temperature increases from 550 °C to 650 °C; the core-shell particles of TiO2 coated SiO2 prepared were anatase when the sintering temperature increases from 600 °C to 800 °C; all of the particles size were about 1μm, the monodispersity of the particles were optimal and the particles were coated evenly, smoothly. As the research object based on a variety of models of self-propelled artillery electromechanical equipment, detailed analysis was carried out on the self-propelled guns electrical equipment failure mode by using the artificial intelligence diagnosis and data mining technology, and a comprehensive, universal and high stability fault diagnosis and maintenance support system for the new self-propelled artillery electromechanical equipment is developed, which realize offline testing, FBI test and quality assessment, a combination of fault diagnosis, maintenance decision-making and information management. Based on the system hardware platform, the fault diagnosis model and maintenance information management system are established, the corresponding fault diagnosis and maintenance support system are finally developed.By passing test, the system have strong comprehensive ,good versatility and the characteristics of high stability.

Studying the armor-piercing effect of armor-piercing bomb that attacks aluminum target is essential, because the target can be considered the simulation of the actual fight equipment. Based on the hypothesis about building the fraction field, the armor-piercing effect of armor-piercing bomb is analyzed, and the velocity and the intruding depth parameter model of armor-piercing effect are established. Taking a certain armor-piercing bomb as example, the intruding processes of armor-piercing effect are simulated by using the nonlinear finite element analysis program LS-DYNA, while aluminum target simulates the wall of combat equipment in two different conditions. At last, the finite element simulated results are given and analyzed that agree with the experiments.

Hydraulic technique is more and more applied in weapon equipments; hydraulic system is becoming one of the important subsystems of modern artillery. In this paper, considering effects of operating pressure, temperature and mixed air rate of hydraulic system, the mathematical model of hydraulic fluid internal leakage rate of artillery is built to analyze leaky fault form and leaky reason. The conclusion shows that the internal leakage rate of the hydraulic system of artillery is depend on temperature, pressure, dynamic viscosity, and bulk modulus and thermal expansion coefficient of hydraulic system. The variation rule of hydraulic fluid internal leakage rate is gotten according to operating parameters. Special reference will be given to leakage detection and location of the hydraulic system of artillery.

As a certain type of artillery barrel erosion and abrasion for the study, the formation mechanism of the barrel erosion and abrasion from the action of heat is analyzed , the effect of the heat, mechanical wear, chemical action, and so on. By taking the measures of updating gun steel, increasing use of bore coating, erosion reducing additives and others, it can greatly enhance the ability of artillery barrels ant-ablative. Experimental studies have shown that these measures effectively overcome the erosion abrasion problems of this type of artillery.

In order to meet the requirements of a steel drum manufacturing plant on steel drums flip using traditional design methods design the steel drums flipping machine. The finite element analysis method to flip the frame and the strength of the drive shaft. Flip frame analysis results obtained displacement, the stress distribution diagram, the maximum stress of 41.361MPa, and the stress concentration point to flip the frame and at the connection of the link plate. Analysis the shaft torsional displacement, stress and its former fifth-order natural frequencies and mode shapes, after optimization analysis of the shaft, the quality of the drive shaft is reduced by about 13.49%, and to identify the best hollow radius R1 = 15.035mm.

In this paper, the spent Activated Carbon (AC) which came from caramel plant was regenerated by the method of microorganism and chemistry. The optimal regeneration method was the combination of microorganism regeneration and NaOH regeneration. The optimal regeneration condition was treated by microorganism in 60 min at temperature of 35 °C and in NaOH (dosage was 6%). The optimal ultrafine grinding time was 5 h at 1200 rpm by adding 5 Triethanolamine, the effect of ultrafine grinding was better and the minimal size distribution was D90 3.82µm, D50 1.62 µm. the study ofAC surface modification was explored while combining the similar characteristics of AC and Carbon Black in its structure and composition. The possibility of reusing the spent AC was studied and the mechanical performance of rubber with modified AC was 43~44% higher than that of unmodified AC. The modified AC was characterized by Scanning electron microscope (SEM).

With the rapid development of power industry in recent years, the grid information technology and intelligent building is also ongoing a fast growth which brings more pilot projects and integrated projects. Because of the growing number and types of projects, it is increasingly difficult to evaluate whether the project can meet customer needs, whether the contractor is capable to undertake the projects and whether the projects are suitable for the integration of construction. This paper analyzed on the basis of the characteristics of power grid projects, combined with the basic flow of software project test and proposes a project test quantification evaluation method of project test based on multi-computing. This method achieves the quantitative appraisal of projects, selecting the best project contractor and improving the quality of the project completion through test case scores quantification and multi-computing test scores.

The volatile oil of the four different bamboo leaves fromPhyllostachys violascenscv.notata,Sinobambusa tootsik(sieb.) Makino,Sasa subglabraMcClure andPleioblastus kongosanensisf.aureostriaus was obtained by steam distillation; their chemical components were separated and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The relative percentage content of the components from the volatile oil was determined by area normalization method. The DPPH free radical scavenging activity (IC50) of the volatile oil was tested by the use of Trolox as a control. The experimental results show that there are 15 kinds of compounds which all simultaneity contained in the volatile oil of four different provenances of bamboo leaves. In four different provenances of volatile oil of bamboo leaves, the relative content of eugenol was obviously higher than other components, were 38.47%, 48.73%, 35.85% and 18.40% respectively. The relative content of the total phenolic were 51.96%, 51.78%, 40.06%, 22.81% respectively. The four different bamboo leaves volatile oil all have the ability of scavenging DPPH free radical and the IC50are 1.16 mg/ml, 1.44 mg/ml, 1.57 mg/ml, 1.71 mg/ml, respectively. The antioxidant activity of the essential oil has a positive correlation with the essential oil's concentration. The result of the experiments can provide reference for further research on the chemical components of different bamboo leaves volatile oil as well as for the exploration and utilization of it.

The ultrafine grinding of white cement and its hydration were studied. The ultrafine grinding parameters, such as crushing pressure and feeding pressure of jet mill in a lab scale were optimized. The influence of the particle size distribution of ultrafine white cement and the usage of water reducer on the standard thickness and early age strength of white cement paste was investigated. The results indicated that the ultrafine white cement with d50=4.62 µm and d90=10.48 µm can be obtained when the crushing pressure was 0.7 MPa and the feeding pressure was 0.4 MPa. The standard thickness of white cement paste decreased from 30.5 % of the raw material to 26.0% of the ultrafine white cement (d50=4.42 µm, d90=10.26 µm). The use of 2% naphthalene-based water reducer can reduce 15.4% water consumption. The 3d compressive strength of pure ultrafine white cement sample reached 174% of that of raw white cement. The 28d compressive strength of ultrafine white cement with 3% naphthalene-based water reducer added was 22.9% of that of pure ultrafine white cement. A large number of needle-shape nanometer ettringite (AFT) was generated in the early stage of hydratration and layered C-H-S was formed with the decreasing of the amount of AFT in the later stage of hydratration. It’s supposed that the formation of the large number of needle-shape nanometer AFT was related to the reducing of the particle size of C3A during the ultrafine grinding and the no adjustment of the amount of the added gypsum, which resulted in the faster hydration of C3A.

A radial-circle-lined grid shell, its height changed step by step in the radial direction, is adopted in the roof steel structure of the Citizen Water Sports Center in Jiangyin, China. And the Spatial Crossing Tubular (SCT) joint is used for the connection of pipe members. Because the force transmission in the roof structure is different from the traditional truss structure, a lot of SCT joints are in a complicated loading state. The joint forces include axial forces and in/out-of-plane moments. To investigate the mechanical behavior and the load-bearing capacity of a typical SCT joint in such complicated loading condition, a full size model test of the typical SCT joint is conducted. The test process is summarized in the paper, together with the finite element calculation of the typical SCT joint in test conditions. By comparing the numerical results with the test results, several significant parameters of the connection are investigated, including the stiffness change of the joint, the transmission mechanism of forces, the ultimate load-bearing capacity and the failure mode of the joint. After investigation, several useful suggestions are proposed for the SCT joint design. They are also valuable for the design of similar SCT joints under complicated loading condition.

Phlogopite with layered silicate structure had been firstly chemically modified via an in situ intercalation method, and phlogopite-polymer nanocomposite films were prepared from 2,2'-bis (3,4-dicarboxyphenyl) hexafluropropane dianhydride (6FDA) and oxydimethyl aniline (ODA) in N,N-dimethylacetamide as a solvent by using in-situ polymerization process combined with ultrasonic dispersion and multi-step curing. The structure of phlogopite minerals and its polymer nanocomposites were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and infrared spectra (FTIR) respectively. The experimental results indicated that the phlogopites with layered nanostructure had lost their ordered structure and had been exfoliated or intercalated. Thereafter, they were dispersed randomly in the polyimide matrix. The dependence of dielectric properties and thermal stabilities of the nanocomposite films on the phlogopite content and frequency were studied.

In recent years, chitosan/inorganic composites have attracted increasing attention due to its fascinating properties and potential applications in biodegradable materials, drug release, electrochemical sensor, packaging materials and so on. Chitosan/inorganic composites are expected to be as an effective way to overcome shortcomings of slow flocculating speed of chitosan particles, not good enough to meet those wide range of applications in wasterwater treatment. In this study, novel chitosan/clay/PAC (polyaluminium chloride) composite was prepared, and it was used in treating effluent from dying and finishing process. One set of orthogonal experiments were conducted to optimize the experimental condition, and the results showed that removal of waste dye is affected by the dosage of chitosan, PAC, clay, pH and treatment time. The experiments results indicated that the effluent from dying and finishing process treated by the prepared composites became obviously fade, and its COD (chemical oxygen demand) decreased from original 1398.2mg/L to 197.6mg/L, the removing rate reached 85.9%.

It was shown that chitosan and hydroxy-aluminum pillared montmorillonites were excellent materials for the removal of dyes and metal ions from effluent of dying and finishing. Chitosan/ hydroxy-aluminum pillared montmorillonite nanocomposites are expected to play a multiplex role in the treating process. In this study, the nanocomposite was prepared by incorporating hydroxy-aluminum pillared montmorillonite into chitosan solution that diluted acetic acid was used as solvent for dissolving the chitosan. The ratio of chitosan to the cationic exchange capacity of the montmorillonite was about 1:1, 2:1, 3:1, 4:1 and 6:1, respectively. The nanocomposites were characterized by XRD (X-ray diffraction), SEM (Scanning Electron Microscopy). The experimental results indicated that the presence of hydroxy-aluminum cation was in favor of the chitosan intercalation and the interlayers of MMT was intercalated with the bilayers of chitosan sheets. and they can be used in absorption of organic and metal ions for dying and finishing effluent.
