Recently, construction industry has won an increasing number of orders for overseas construction projects, thereby achieving an external growth, but its competiveness is concentrated on the construction execution field. In particular, the plant field occupies most of the entire orders, which are concentrated regionally in the Middle East and Asia. In addition, 1ow-cost orders are frequently caused by excessive competition. But its high value-added construction engineering(Below, CE) field's overseas market share and technological capacity are very low. Also, technological competiveness, in terms of order amount and other factors, is deepening in polarization between large CE companies and small and medium-sized CE firms. It is noted that the existing CE information systems mostly simply accumulate data such as design and specification standards and provide the information thereon to users, and thus have yet to provide the information essential for the CE and support such efforts. This study sought to prepare a system designed for sharing outstanding design documents information necessary for the CE industry, by category of construction so as to support the technological enhancement of the CE field. Toward that end, this study presented measures for constructing the system and services designed to exchange and share the outstanding design documents information and know-how by construction category necessary between ordering agencies and CE companies.

The aim of the study is to investigate the awareness and practice of Standard Precautions towards Hospital Infection Control in Emergency medical technology students. Data were collected from 289 questionnaires from March 20, 2012 to April 25, 2012. The data were analyzed using SPSS 18.0 for window(SPSS Inc, USA) with the level of significance as 0.05. According to the results, significant differences were shown in gender, infection control education and infection control educational institutions. The factors influencing the practice of standard precautions were found to be the times of the contact to blood, body fluid, mucus, or the skin with lesions and the cognition of standard precautions. Cognition level of the EMT students was high but the practice level was low. Based on the results of this study, it is proposed to develop an effective educational program to improve the cognition and practice, and to improve the cognition and practice of the standard precaution through the systematic and repetitive education and training.

In spite of advantage by using BIM as quantity take-off, schedule control and clash check, absence of guidelines is a barrier to applying BIM to road domain. In this research, domestic and overseas cases of BIM guideline are analyzed in order to develop the road BIM deliverable submission system. The analysis is classified 5 topics which are BIM submit product list, submit files format, availability of existing 2D based products, BIM authoring tools and submit process. As a result, It needs a lot of effort to standardize BIM delivery system for road domain because BIM submit product list and BIM authoring tools are changable depending on BIM use cases. However, submit files format and submit process are common part to suggest guidelines of road BIM delivery system. It requires to combine BIM and 2D products for road BIM delivery system because delivery products are not exactly alternative 2D based delivery products for the present. The authors expect this research to use as basic data for development of the BIM deliverable submission system in road domain.

The authors suggest the extension IFC schema of drainage facilities for the purpose of establishment the information model standard for the roads. IFC entities, types and properties for drainage facilities are defined by the analysis of road design documents for extraction physical component and design information IFC schema is able to be extended through the result of this research. Futhermore, IFC for additional road facilities is able to be used as construction process control, quantity take off, and simulation applications with the interoperability of the IFC

Construction Project Information System, which has promoted to improve the system during the past five years, is recently required to revise the new Roadmap of this system based on the rapidly changing construction industry's environment. For this reason, the present study was investigated the present condition of construction information, drawn CSF using SWOT method, presented the project direction, strategy, the priority plan, the specific task, and WBS by taskes. This Roadmap may be used to a basis data in measuring the result of construction informatization, and presented to the progress direction of information system in construction field. 본 연구에서는 폐타이어 열분해 잔류물(char)을 이용하여 활성탄을 제조하기 위한 연구를 수행하였다. 활성탄 제조는 고정층 석영관 반응기에서 수증기를 이용한 물리적 활성화 방법을 사용하였으며, 주요한 실험 변수는 활성화 온도, 활성화 시간, 승온속도 및 활성화제의 주입량 등이다. 활성탄 제조 후 세공분포를 분석한 결과, 활성화 온도 $850^{\circ}C$ , 승온속도 $5^{\circ}C$ /min, 활성화 시간 3 hr의 조건에서 제조한 활성탄이 미세세공(micropore), 중간세공(mesopore) 및 거대세공(macropore)이 가장 많이 발달함을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구결과, 폐타이어 열분해 잔류물을 이용한 활성탄 제조의 최적 조건은 활성화 온도 $850^{\circ}C$ , 활성화 시간 3 hr, 승온속도 $5^{\circ}C$ /min, 활성화제 공급량 3 g $H_2O/char-g{\cdot}hr$ 등으로 조사되었다. 이 조건에서 제조한 활성탄의 BET 비표면적은 $517.6m^2/g$ , 총 세공부피 $0.648cm^3/g$ 으로 나타나 활성탄으로서의 사용 가능성을 확인할 수 있었다. 【In this study we investigated the manufacturing method for the activated carbon using the char from the pyrolysis of waste tire. The physical activation method using the steam in the fixed-bed quartz reactor was used for preparation of activated carbon. The primary experiment parameters are the activation temperature, activation time, heating rate, and the injection quantity of active agent. From the results of pore distribution of activated carbon, the micropore which was made in $850^{\circ}C$ of activation temperature, $5^{\circ}C$ /min of heating rate, and 3 hours of activation time was developed in biggest quantity, and mesopore and macropore were developed in the biggest quantity too. The optimum conditions for producing the activated carbon using the pyrolysis residue were $850^{\circ}C$ of activation temperature, 3 hours of activation time, $5^{\circ}C$ /min of heating rate, and 3 g $H_2O/char-g{\cdot}hr$ of active agent through this study. The produced activated carbon in these conditions showed that the potentiality of utilization as activated carbon because the BET specific surface area was $517.6m^2/g$ and total pore volume was $0.648cm^3/g$ .】

The computational fluid dynamics was analyzed for the pressure distribution, stream velocity distribution, stream line field, retention time and temperature distribution which are applied to the catalyst layer in the RCO reactor to derive the optimum operating condition of the heat condensing type catalytic oxidation (RCO) reactor. The results from the computational analysis revealed that the pressure loss due to the ceramic honeycomb in the catalytic bed of the reactor which is operating currently is not significant and the stream velocity (1.8∼2.7 m/s) after the ceramic filter is working in stability without big channeling. To improve the stream velocity distribution of the air stream, it is necessary to extension of the connecting range between the plenum and catalytic bed inside the facility. However, the method of attaching the air stream guide vane or the perforated plate inside the reactor was not so effective.

The 3D computational fluid dynamics (CFD) was performed in relation to the internal fluid characteristics and flow distribution for the development of the most optimal model in the complex post-disposal device. As it is expected that a channeling (drift) would be made by the semi-dry reactor due to the large difference in the flow distribution by the compartment in the bag filter, a structural improvement should be urgently made for more uniformed flow distribution in the bag filter. Three types of modifications such as i) changing the plenum shape, ii) orifice install in the exit part of cleaned gas, iii) increasing the plenum number were established. From the results of computational fluid dynamics, it was revealed that the changing of plenum shape and orifice install in the exit part of cleaned gas was more reasonable than the increasing the plenum number because of the difficulties of retrofit. The complex post-disposal device, modified and supplemented with this analysis, integrated the semi-dry reactor and the bag filter in a single body, so it follows that the improvement can make the device compact, save the installation area, save the operation fee, and management more convenient.
