The purpose of this research was to develop the participative and collaborative scientific writing materials to develop the social and emotional intelligence among students. In an effort to reach the goal, the research model used was R2D2 and RDR. Research data were in the form of notes, corrections, comments, criticism from expert teams and practitioners of the product. Data were analyzed by domain technique and t test. The results of the effectiveness test showed that this development product had advantages compared with conventional scientific writing materials. The learning of scientific writing by utilizing this development product significantly influenced the improvement of social and emotional intelligence, the quality of learning process, and the achievement of student's scholarly writing. The results of this study have implications that scientific writing materials that will be used in the learning process should be done in advance development process to obtain reliable and high quality teaching materials to achieve the quality of the process and as well the results of scientific writing. The paper studies the effect of technology on students ability to learn. It starts with an analytical framework of the main stages of learning: 1- experiencing, 2- conceptualizing, 3- analyzing and 4- applying. Then, it applies the framework on the use of technology in the Saudi Arabian educational environment. In addition, the paper suggests the possibility of a positive impact of technology on learning alongside the negative effects. The paper does so using the Saudi educational system as example. So far, in the Romanian specialized literature, we notice few and inconsistent papers on engagement, hence the precariousness of the studies on the legal status of the two forms of engagement, civil and religious. Therefore, in the pages of our paper we have chosen to present this legal institution both in terms of the legislation and the doctrine of (Old and New) Roman Law, and of "Jus civile" (civil law) and "Jus nomocanonicum" (ecclesiastical law), i.e., The (Byzantine) state law, whose Collections of Laws reserved a special place not only to the institution of civil engagement, but also to the religious one. This approach to our first-hand documentary research in both laws (utriusque juris), i.e., civil and religious, has given us the opportunity to give some considerations and make pertinent assessments regarding some Latin and Greek legislative texts, out of the desire to provide readers with a reference study on both forms of engagement, i.e., civil and religious. The absence marginalisation and lack of recognition of the role of stokvels in the official economic plans and policies of the municipality was therefore the problem that this paper sought to explore. Simple random method was adopted on 395 stokvel group's members who were administered with a questionnaire and the purposive sampling method on 6 MC members of eThekwini Municipality that participated in the interviews. The qualitative data was analysed using N-VIVO (version 11.0). The quantitative data was analysed using inferential and descriptive statistics. Money saving & investment, job creation and promoting business opportunities are the most prevalent of the economic contribution factors of stokvels. This paper presents the syntactic dimension of ditransitive verbs in terms of the universal theory of Role and Reference Grammar (RRG). This theory is syntactic in nature, but it also covers the semantic as well as the pragmatic aspects of any linguistic phenomenon. It assumes a universal framework through which syntactic constructions can be analyzed. However, the morphological structure that each language enjoys renders the universal treatment more complicated and can question the universal nature of such a theory. In this paper, an attempt is made to check if the universal tenet of the theory is maintained over two typologically different languages: English and Arabic in respect of the way that double-object constructions (DOCs) are represented in the theory. A limitation is made to answer these questions: does the rich morphological nature of Arabic affect the universality of RRG in so far as Layered Structure of the Clause (LSC) is concerned? and; where and how does the information about tense is represented in both languages? The results show that this theory is indeed universal when it deals with a syntactic phenomenon like DOCs and that a separate projection is dedicated to represent some related information about the clause and this is concluded from the analysis of the selected data. In South Africa, small enterprise development is an important strategy for the economic growth, transformation and eradication of poverty and inequality. The government also promotes the development of the aquaculture sector to provide food security, contribute to wealth and job creation, provide livelihood opportunities, and contribute to transformation. South African businesses unfortunately have a low rate of business sustainability. This study investigated the critical success factors enabling aquaculture enterprises in South Africa to become self-sustainable, and the potential reasons for failure including those enterprises that received public funding. The study was conducted on the West Coast of the Western Cape, South Africa. A multiple-case study approach was followed, focusing on the marine mussel farming sub-sector in Saldanha Bay. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with the owners or managers of ten mussel farming enterprises, and with nine representatives of role players with responsibility or experience in aquaculture, agriculture, or enterprise development. The results of the study indicated that aquaculture farmers and role players have a similar understanding of the concept of self-sustainability in aquaculture agribusinesses, especially the need for profitability and independence. The most critical success factors for self-sustainable aquaculture enterprises include environmentally responsible and sustainable farming practices, efficiently addressing economic challenges and opportunities, cultivating good business leadership and management, and a supportive business and enabling environment. The main reasons for failing to become self-sustainable include environmentally unsustainable farming practices, economic challenges, weak business leadership and management, and challenges related to the business and enabling environment. The paper argues that commercially focused aquaculture ventures could achieve social benefits, however, socially-focused ventures are unlikely to achieve commercial benefits. The study recommends interventions that could assist aquaculture enterprises in addressing the critical factors described in this paper, to achieve self-sustainability in the long term. This paper considers three common types of claim to research knowledge, and the relative difficulty of making each type of claim in an empirically and logically justified manner. Before this, the paper looks at some more general issues often raised when discussing knowledge in social science, such as the nature of truth and justified belief, the existence of “isms” and paradigms treated like fashion accessories that one can adopt or not at will, and the intrinsic limitations of how we get to know about the “stuff” we might want to make research claims about. The idea of this early section is to remove some potential obstacles, before arguing that none of these issues is relevant to the rest of the paper about the nature of claims in their most generic form, independent of things like specific methods of data collection. The first type of claim we identify is a fully descriptive one that only summarises the data observed. This is the easiest and safest kind of claim, but even these might suffer from non-random errors and inaccuracies. However, their biggest limitation is their lack of any wider utility. The second kind of claim is a generally descriptive one that makes statements about unobserved data on the basis of a fully descriptive claim. Here we meet Hume’s problem of induction. These claims have two parts, and the inductive part cannot seemingly be justified by logic, inferential statistics (whether Fisher or Neyman-Pearson style), Carnap’s inductive probabilities, or even necessarily by Popper’s falsification process. The third type is a causal claim, which we argue must also be a general claim. We develop a model, based on the work of Mill and Bradford-Hill, of what a plausible causal claim entails. But it still has all of the problems emerging from the first two types of claim, and adds a further problem created by our inability to assess causes directly. The political crisis that has happened in Myanmar since the February 2021 coup has not ended and has even caused social unrest and casualties. ASEAN is faced with a difficult dilemma, particularly on the implementation of the principle of non-interference. It was noted that ASEAN decided not to invite Myanmar representatives, but only non-political representatives, to the ASEAN Summit. The decision is quite surprising given that ASEAN has always prioritized the principle of non-interference in the member countries' domestic problems and makes ASEAN was seen as having reneged on its principles that have been upheld since its formation. The paper argues that the principle of non-interference is not abandoned, but ASEAN rather puts forward other principles to help resolve the problems of one of its family members. This paper also examines how ASEAN copes with the political crisis in Myanmar, including whether the decision not to include Myanmar from the ASEAN Summit is effective. ASEAN needs to urge Myanmar to immediately implement the Five-Points Consensus that has been mutually agreed upon, and Cambodia has the opportunity to show the world that its chairmanship for 2022 will provide a legacy in resolving the Myanmar political crisis. This study was commissioned to investigate the level of risk and Barriers associated with mobile money transactions in Ghana. It seeked to assess the level of risk perception among mobile money users and merchants. In addition to the above, the paper examined behaviour and attitudes exhibited by customers and merchants during mobile money transactions. This was to help in ascertaining whether or not both parties are being susceptible to high risk or not. The empirical evidence showed that, mobile money transactions have become the most popular and preferred method of sending and receiving payments in Africa since the vast majority of the Continent’s population are rural dwellers with Ghana not being an exception. The population for the study was customers and merchants of the MTN brand of mobile money from which five hundred and fifty (550) respondents were sampled for the study. The methodology used was quantitative where primary data was sort through administration of questionnaire within the Sekondi-Takoradi Metropolis. The paper discovered a higher-level patronage of mobile money among respondents. Sleep deprivation is directly linked to the deficits in an individual's emotional regulations. Most of the adolescents, who experience NSSI, actually do so to regulate their emotions. To evaluate the existing relationship between sleep deprivations, adolescent’s mood disorders and NSSI, this study adopted a qualitative research evaluation approach with the help of self-report online questionnaires that were administered to a representative sample of respondents in China ranging between 12 to 19 years. The research found, whether the sample respondents reported engaging in NSSI and finally, emotional or mood disorders witnessed among the adolescents. The perceived "insufficient sleep" was directly linked to the NSSI engagement and the emotional or mood disorders witnessed by adolescents. Additionally, the mediation interventions or analysis strongly revealed that the mood disorders experienced by the adolescents contributed to their NSSI engagement and perceived "insufficient" sleep. The final results of this research study go a long way in revealing that the "sleep" deprivation witnessed by the adolescents may eventually result in risks for NSSI engagement through mood or emotional deregulation. Understanding the financial capability and satisfaction of Catholic Higher Education Institution (CHEI) employees is crucial in addressing their financial well-being. Hence, this paper quantitatively assessed the financial capability and financial satisfaction of CHEI employees. Meanwhile, the qualitative phase explored the factors influencing financial capability and financial satisfaction through interviews. By employing a sequential explanatory mixedmethod approach, the research provided a holistic understanding of how financial capability impacts financial satisfaction and explore potential strategies to enhance their financial wellbeing. The quantitative phase involved a self-made research instrument. The researcher employed tools like frequency distribution, mean, standard deviation, and regression analysis. For the qualitative phase, data collection involved a semi-structured interview. Lichtman's 3 Cs analyzed the transcribed data. The quantitative results revealed that the CHEI employees has a high financial capability. However, they are financially dissatisfied. In their demographics, income, educational attainment, and employment classification has a significant relationship of CHEI financial capability. In financial satisfaction, only income and educational attainment has a significant relationship. Moreover, the qualitative results revealed that having alternative means of living, receiving spousal support, and having fewer dependents are key elements that enhance the financial resilience and flexibility of CHEI employees. However, despite their financial capability, the research indicates that CHEI employees may face financial dissatisfaction linked to employment-related issues. The objective of this research was to establish if Zimbabwe has the potential and Information Communication Technology (ICT) capacity to implement e-voting methods in the country's often discredited electoral process. The study adopted qualitative methods and secondary data collected from relevant reports, questionnaires randomly distributed to the general populace as well as interviews with Zimbabwe Electoral Commission (ZEC) and the Postal and Telecommunications Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe (POTRAZ) officials. The paper highlights the global and national status of ICT adoption in Zimbabwe which is the key driver to the successful implementation of e-voting, internet coverage, and use in the country. The research also investigated how Zimbabwe citizens in the diaspora, through new Internet platforms, can exercise their right to participate in the country's political discourse and vote using the e-voting model. The findings indicate that though it can be done, it is not being practiced. Hence citizens in the diaspora are being excluded from the electoral process. The cement industry is a significant source of air pollution that has traditionally caused a great deal of public concern. Residents of Billima, Cow Factory, and Doe towns along the Japanese Freeway formerly Somalia Drive in Monrovia Liberia have continuously complained about air pollution in their neighborhoods as a result of the Cemenco cement production factory, which is the country's largest cement manufacturing plant. Furthermore, there have been longrunning disputes concerning air pollution from the Cemenco cement production complex and its potentially detrimental impacts on health and the environment. This paper presents an analysis of the cement manufacturing process, an outline of the pollutants generated from cement manufacturing plants, and the effects of these pollutants on human health and the environment. Finally, the research evaluates various non-technical pollution reduction strategies (emission control directives), innovative environmental protection technologies, and technological equipment to reduce pollution from the cement manufacturing industry. With the rapid increase of efficiency up to 23.7% during the past few years, hybrid organic-inorganic metal halide perovskite solar cells (PSCs) have become a research "hot spot" for many solar cell researchers. The perovskite materials show various advantages due to unique characteristics of perovskite materials, such as high phototo-electric conversion efficiency, direct band gap, high light absorption coefficient, high charge-carrier mobility and long electron-hole electron transport distance. The low-cost fabrication techniques together with the high efficiency makes PSCs comparable with Si-based solar cells. This paper begins with the discussion of crystal structures of perovskite based on recent research findings. The following part of this paper discussion of synthetic process of lead iodide perovskite materials from leadacid battery and Harvesting material from the anodes and cathodes of car battery; synthesizing PbI2 from the collected materials and compare with pure Lead iodide to know the absolute by XRD peak, depositing lead iodide perovskite nanocrystals. Efficient flexible PSCs are fabricated onto FTO glass substrate by a two-step coating method under ambient condition. By adjusting the concentration of precursor CH3NH3I (MAI), the morphology and thickness of perovskite layer is effectively tailored, according to SEM analysis and using TiO2 as electron transport layer instead of ZnO and CuI instead of spiro-OMeTAD as hole transport layer. Law no. 1/1945 contained the concept of Indonesia's autonomy with people's sovereignty, and Law no. 22 of 1948 contained the concept of 'the broadest economy.' Nowadays image morphing has become one of the important techniques in applications that require a graphical representation of objects. Morphing tools have become very well known among users who work on multimedia applications such as art effects, virtual games, photo morphing, and social media, in addition to scientific and academic fields. There are many algorithms to apply morphing operations, including the basic and improved techniques, which share some essential stages, but vary in the algorithm details and the produced image qualities. Morphing techniques, in general, are based on image features and changing them through a warping process to produce another image or mixing two images to produce a new combined image. This paper provides an overview of different morphing techniques explaining how they work and discuss their features in some terms such as the morph visual quality, technical efficiency, and complexity, which can assist the researcher in the image morphing field to compare and identify morphing techniques that suit their working area. The Project "The dialect of Rahovec and the surrounding area" is fifteen years work of dialectologists and sociolinguistics issues of this area. During the description of linguistic situation of Rahovec area, we have found linguistic meeting points with those of whole northeast gege dialect. The best matches have been found in Ratkoc's areal. Whereas in two other areala, Rahovec and Krusha, we have come across with some differentiating points, whether in phonetic, morphologic or syntactic occurrences, which have been handled in the paper. The objective of this study was to assess the exploitation of small economies by global digital firms through tax evasion. It explored the obstacles and suggests how small economies can address these challenges posed by global digital firms that leverage the nature of their service and technology to evade tax. Qualitative research methods were applied with the use of key informant interviews and secondary data collection from relevant literature and reports. Five key informants purposefully selected from Zimbabwe Revenue Authority (ZIMRA) were interviewed. The paper also classifies the nature of services provided by different digital economies. It highlights the challenges being faced by small economies such as the shift in the global business models, tax concept and evasion, international tax regulations, and lack of capacities thereof. The findings indicate how small economies are being taken advantage of by digital giant firms through operating in their jurisdictions, capitalizing on profits, and circumventing tax payments due to non legally binding instruments that compel global firms to comply. Tax evasion by these firms leads to the shrinking of the small economies' tax base. A possible solution to this tax deceitfulness is the adoption of the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) Pillar One proposal to address and overhaul the current international tax regulations. School education plays an essential role in the formation and development of the child's personality, and due to this fact it is necessary that the educational process be adapted to the requirements of all children, whether they are normal or with special educational requirements, right-handed or left-handed. Due to the predominance of the right cerebral hemisphere these children process information differently. However, the entire school curriculum is designed for children who are left-hemisphere dominant. Thus the right hemisphere is little used, while the left hemisphere is overworked. In the case of left-handed children, this fact generates learning difficulties, due to the fact that most educational activities fail to highlight their abilities, which are different from those of other students. We must draw attention to the fact that a left-handed child is not a child with an intellectual disability, but an inflexible educational system can turn a biological peculiarity such as left-handedness into a handicap. This paper deals with the problems that the left-handed child may have in the educational setting, especially due to the specific learning difficulties that may arise. Colonialism has had an influence on many sectors across the board in South Africa, including the prison system. Its impact could be seen in the way prisoners were treated during the post-colonial and apartheid eras. This paper seeks to demonstrate the relationship between colonial, post-colonial, and apartheid penological practices by examining the treatment of prisoners during these periods. The examination of this relationship may be useful to understand what really informed the promulgation of racist policies during the post-colonial and apartheid periods. This paper contends that the legislation that was promulgated during the post-colonial and apartheid periods, which comprised legislative instruments on how prisoners were treated, was in fact a formalisation and continuation of what had already been practised during the colonial era. The following themes are central to this discourse: the colonial period between the 1840s and 1909, the post-colonial period between 1910 and 1948, and the National Party (apartheid) era between 1948 and 1993. Also, this paper focuses on some environment factors may have effect on the sleep quality such as temperature, mattress softness, luminosity, air pressure and humidity. For this purpose, this research relays on the two experiments, the first one would be preparing the room with such a bed and supplies the room with measurement tools such as pressure sensors, body thermometers in order to measure sleep quality and it takes 28 days. The aim of the paper was to examine the significance and impact of the family structure on the proneness to conflict of preadolescent students. The research involved 400 seventh grade students. At the very beginning of the presentation of the results, the proneness to conflict of preadolescent students was established. By applying the X2testfor one variable, it has been determined that the highest number of students enter into conflicts one or two times per month (N = 205). The second place is occupied by a group of students who enter into conflicts one or two times per week (N = 91). In the second part of the analysis, the Mann-Whitney test was applied, whereby an independent variable (completeness of the family) was crossed with a dependent variable (related to the frequency of conflicts, ranging from 1-very rarely to 4-daily).A conclusion was reached that a significantly higher number of conflicts (Z = -2.18, p < .05) are initiated by children from incomplete families (Mrank = 218.51), ascompared to children from complete families (Mrank = 192.16). In the third part of the paper, Spearman's correlation coefficient - rho (rs) was applied.A multiple regression analysis indicated that the educational level of the parents has a more significant impact on the proneness to conflict of students, i.e. that students who come from families where the parents have completed university education, master's or doctoral studies, more rarely enter into conflicts, in comparison with students who come from families where the parents have completed college, secondary or primary education, namely, that the lower the educational level of the parents (father or mother), the greater the child's proneness to conflicts. In order to examine the correlation between the sociodemographic characteristics of the family (education of the father, education of the mother and completeness of the family) and the child (sex and age), and the frequency of conflicts, a multiple regression analysis was applied. The predictor (independent) variables, presented as the sociodemographic characteristics of the family and the child, in relation to the criterion variable, which represents the frequency of conflicts, indicate the results of this analysis and point to the conclusion that the sociodemographic characteristics of the family and the child are significantly related to the outcomes of the conflicts (F(388, 5) = 2.74, p < .05; R = .185). The Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo in its basic provisions has defined the form of government and separation of state powers, as a fundamental principle of democracy, where the President of the Republic of Kosovo is not part of any of the state powers, but the constitutional powers he exercises affect that he has connections with all state powers. This paper addresses the relation of the President of the Republic of Kosovo with the legislative power, including the exercise of some of his constitutional powers, namely the convening of the constitutive session of the Assembly, the dissolution of the Assembly and the annual speech of the President in the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo. The above-mentioned competencies, in addition to the theoretical aspect, are also analyzed in the practical aspect when these constitutional competencies of the President were materialized by President Jahjaga during the mandate 2011-2016. The application of criminal procedures in the investigation of organized crime in Kosovo quests a deeper empirical study and wider research of a scientific literature than ever done before. The failure of many organized crime cases throughout the courts of Kosovo and the light and acquittal sentences are real indications that the application of criminal proceedings is not being properly conveyed in practice. The data provided through the empirical research of this paper indicate that non-compliance with criminal procedures leads to a decrease in efficiency and a significant increase in organized crime cases. Through this research we aim to identify the possible factors that affect the growth of the phenomenon of crime as well as the reflection of institutions dealing with the prevention and fight against crime. According to the observation the author suspects that the starting point of criminal proceedings regardless of the degree of probability is extremely important for the fight against crime, especially the fight against modern forms characterized by a high degree of organization, professionalism, specialization and secrecy. This paper reflects the detailed theoretical research of the scientific literature by various local and foreign authors and experts who have written about criminal procedures, research and analysis of theoretical and practical data on the meaning and importance of the implementation of criminal procedures in detecting organized crime in Kosovo are of particular importance to investigators of organized crime in the future. Besides providing information to pupils, their parents, teachers and school founders about the achieved level in mathematics, the pupils' results in mathematics at international or national testing can also be used for other purposes. In our research, the results of Slovak national testing T9 (success rate of pupils and difficulty of individual thematic areas and test items) seem to us to be a reasonable source for identification of critical areas in school mathematics. Based on the findings of such areas, we target more at these areas in the preparation of future teachers of mathematics. The special group of problems, so-called problems with figures, seems to be one of the critical areas. In the assignment of these problems, a part of the input information is not of a purely textual character and in the process of solving the solver has to read information about objects appearing in the problem and relations between objects from figures (e. g. scheme, graph, chart, table, picture or map). The objectives of this paper are: To analyse the influence of motivation and leadership by management on employee performance. To identify the management tools or strategies used by the administration that have the greatest influence on motivating and encouraging better performance in the duties of employees. The qualitative documentary study allowed for a bibliographical review of the background of motivation and leadership. Theoretical approaches are organised with information from research results, which have provided answers to the main questions on the subject recently. As a contribution to the knowledge on the analysis of the influence of motivation and leadership by managers on the performance of employees, it is concluded that motivation and leadership meet the conditions of complex issues, where a variety of internal factors are permanently related to external factors in a relationship and subordination. It is also significant that an employee is encouraged and a good working atmosphere and good working relationship is managed, and under these conditions, stress is reduced, and this keeps the employee satisfied. Therefore, harmonious working methods are required, where there is reciprocity and tolerance, where the leader knows how to manage the way of working accurately, and implements measures that are favourable for the whole organisation. Granting periodic income payments to retirees, the Social Security system is undoubtedly an essential part of American retirement financing. Indeed, 90% of American retirees receive Social Security and 57% of its beneficiaries depend on it as the major source of income. While Social Security is indispensable to American retirement financing, retirees ought not to be unduly dependent on it, as current demographic changes imperil the institution's regulation. Over the last decade, the United States retirement population increase rate has been 33.79%, approximately seven times that of the labor force population. This pattern jeopardizes the Social Security system by raising its cost disproportionately to its income. Thus, if such a demographic trend continues, the Social Security System will no longer be able to provide retirees with income. Confronting the possibility of systemic failure of the Social Security system, I will argue in this paper that retirees must take responsibility for their own finances and voluntarily produce income through investing in two asset classes - REITs and bond ladders. My research will discuss two advisable investment plans: REITs and bond ladders. Each method will be evaluated on its safety, periodicity of income, and consistency in the income quantity. Furthermore, for each method, I will examine its upsides and downsides. This research discusses the transfer of financial responsibility from the Social Security system to individual retirees. Since a few years ago, online learning platforms like Coursera and edX have grown a lot and now have close to 200 million users, especially after the COVID-19 pandemic. Even though these platforms reach a lot of people, they don't have as much of an effect because learners don't use them much. In traditional face-to-face classrooms, teachers try to get students interested by asking them to take part in class discussions and talk about themselves and their ideas. But it's not clear how well these strategies work on online learning platforms. This paper examines and compares e-learning platforms, especially those associated with MOOCs. However, in this approach, multiple study methods are required or present, such as deductive, inductive, synthesizing, analytical, historical, comparative, etc. All these are in function to present a reasoned approach with a conclusion based on factual works. This study takes Shantou City's primary education occupational labor force demand as a starting point, which determines the relevant concepts of vocational education for primary school teachers. By the means of literature analysis, investigation as well as interview methods, this paper investigated the training status and employment status of various majors in primary education, mathematics education, and primary education (general subjects) in Shantou Vocational and Technical College. First, the current situation of the school's current vocational education training is analyzed in terms of the existing professional training plans of each major in recent years. Second section is about the interviews and surveys on the current situation of the above-mentioned students of each major. In the research process, the methods of literature, interview, Delphi, questionnaire and mathematical statistics were used. From the perspective of push and pull theory, this paper studies the countermeasures to improve students' satisfaction in yoga courses. The satisfaction of yoga courses in Shenyang's colleges and universities is at the middle level, among which the satisfaction of "yoga teaching ability" and "classmate relationship" is relatively high; The satisfaction of "yoga teaching content and teaching method" and "course assessment" is relatively low. On the whole, the satisfaction of yoga teaching has great room for improvement. Through factor analysis and regression analysis, it is concluded that the thrust factor can be expressed by six indicators: improving physical fitness, improving body shape, optimizing interpersonal relationships, hobbies, challenging oneself, and achievements, of which improving physical fitness has the greatest impact; The pull factor can be expressed by six indicators: teacher's own factor, teaching content, teaching method, teaching assessment, teaching effect and teaching environment, of which the teacher's own factor has the greatest impact. Despite of the remarkable improvement in terms of health and safety in the construction sector through the implementation of a variety of regulations across the world, till health and safety issues are increasing rapidly. Meanwhile, Health and safety issues on construction sites are still significant in terms of a consistent high number of work-related illnesses and injuries in the construction to recent statistics from the Health and Safety Executive (HSE). Interest is growing on to support the designer to take care of health and safety from the design stage in building construction with regards to techno-commercial aspect. This is a fact that, design influences to a great extent the nature of these hazards that are in building construction. Meaning that the hazards need to be eliminated or minimized at the designing stage. "Safe design" denotesthat in the hazard be identified and risks are assessed early in the design process to minimize or eliminate the injury risks during the lifecycle of the project. Based on an extensive review of the causes of work-related illnesses and injuries in building construction including mining production, this paper identifies a set of technical issues relating to building design. By presenting a new evidence-based health and safety analysis, abbreviated to EHSA approach for designers (architects and engineers) to use towards safer design for construction thereby, reducing work-related injuries and illnesses on site and decrease the economic losses. The research into EHSA is intended to evaluate an innovative way to facilitate evidence-based learning in building design with the collection and use of data and information accumulated from professional knowledge about fatalities and accidents along with best practices and innovations in field of health safety management that have proven to be effective for the construction industry. In this paper, we want to explore possibilities of architecture that had to be built in answer to the multipurpose data center, such as analytical research, scientific simulation, machine learning, deep data learning, and data orchestration. We discover how Hadoop and its element supporter can be used alongside cloud orchestrators such as Terraform or Occopus and container orchestrators such as Kubernetes or Docker Swarm. We also provide possible supporting components that can handle the different jobs in High-Performance Computing and how the system can be secured. In the vernacular housing, the courtyard is the main structural space, whether by its location, function, or symbolism. The experience of El Miniawy brothers in their project "124 logements CNEP" at Biskra with its typology was promoted as "the alternative" to the conventional and traditional "courtyard house." It was reformulated as a new multi-housing typology. Their approach is based on the conversion of the traditional house's organisation around the "courtyard" from a horizontal to a vertical one in the contemporary house. This vision is argued by its designers as being inspired by local life way, to reformulate the "courtyard" space in a contemporary living environment. The present paper is an investigation that aims to evaluate this experimental project and see if it succeeded in convincing its residents as an alternative to both conventional contemporary housing and vernacular one. The study is based on two approaches. A literature review of the architects' arguments to promote the typology they suggest and a post-occupancy evaluation (POE) of their project, applied in two steps. The first is observation through architectural surveys and photography, and the second is a questionnaire distributed to project residents. As a main result of the confrontation of the environmental intentions of the architects, with the results of the post-occupancy evaluation, the study showed that the conceptual approach adopted for these "courtyard houses" did not give the results expected by its designers. This was manifested through several parameters studied, but mainly by the declared uses, which are very restricted compared to those provided by the courtyard in the vernacular habitation. Lasgush Poradeci (1899-1987) is one of the most outstanding lyricists of modern Albanian poetry of the first half of the 20th century. He is the author of two poetic volumes: "Vallja e yjeve" (1933) and "Ylli i zemrës" (1937), which made him one of the most prominent Albanian lyricists. Reading and studying the work of this poet had its ups and downs over time. Although after the installation of the communist dictatorship in Albania (1955-1990) there was no proper treatment, no such thing happened in Kosovo. In addition to the publication and reprinting of his work, in Kosovo, books with studies have been written and published about his poetry. Although the list of names of researchers who have dealt with Lasgushi's work is long, in our paper we will highlight only some of the opinions of researchers such as: Rexhep Qosja, Sabri Hamiti, Emin Kabashi and Kujtim Shala. The aim of construction contractors is to increase their output, decrease employee turnover, enhance stakeholder management and ensure that they maintain competitiveness. Employee commitment and engagement is a tool that can drive and enhance the achievement of these objectives. This paper assessed employee engagement and perceptions of job design of construction managers within a major construction contractor. A quantitative approach by means of electronic email survey was used for collecting primary data. A census survey was conducted, and data was collected from the full population of 11 construction managers. SPSS was used for data analysis. Overall levels of employee engagement levels amongst respondents were found to be high. Employee commitment was found to have the highest composite measure with employee loyalty being the lowest. Job design attributes were also high, showing that the jobs for construction managers were well-designed. Moreover, Scores for task significance were the lowest whilst information and processing recorded highest scores. The recommendation provided included showing attempts to prioritise teamwork, valuing employees ideas and ensuring that jobs are designed in manner that interests and challenges job incumbents in order to increase employee commitment, engagement. This paper presents performed Ansys numerical simulation on WindFloat structures. It contributes to the methodology of movements calculation based on CFD instruments. The movements of the semi-submersible structures in waves are difficult to compute in numerical simulation and this highlights the importance of using RAO functions. RAO numerical approach developed can be applied to design semisubmersible WindFloat structures in order to fulfill essential requirements regarding operational safety and design. Numerical methodology was designed in accordance marine loads and the I.T.T.C. recommendations. The numerical RAO results for regular wave movements include many elements for the semi-submersible structure. Close results to open sea operation can be achieved by constant improvement in numerical simulation methodologies. The work opens the way for further hydrodynamic development on irregular waves for realistic hydrodynamic and structural response of the actual semi-submersibles at sea.
