This study is concerned with the problem of non fragile synchronisation of mixed delayed neural networks with randomly occurring controller gain fluctuations. By using a novel mathematical approach and considering the neuron activation functions, improved delay-dependent stability results are formulated in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). An augmented new Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional (LKF) that contains double and triple integral terms is constructed to ensure the asymptotic stability of the error system which guarantees the master system synchronise with the slave system. This paper investigates the problem of dissipativity analysis for discrete-time Markovian jumping neural networks with time-varying delays. Based on an appropriate Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional and by using the latest free-weighting matrix method, a sufficient condition is established to ensure that the neural networks under consideration is strictly (, , )- -dissipative. This study examines the problem of dissipative synchronisation of coupled reaction–diffusion neural networks with time-varying delays. This paper proposes a complex dynamical network consisting ofNlinearly and diffusively coupled identical reaction–diffusion neural networks. By constructing a suitable Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional (LKF), utilisation of Jensen's inequality and reciprocally convex combination (RCC) approach, strictly-dissipative conditions of the addressed systems are derived. In this paper, we addressed the problem of stability analysis for a class of generalised mixed delayed neural networks by delay-partitioning approach. A novel integral inequality is developed by employing Wirtinger's integral inequality and Leibniz–Newton formula. By constructing an augmented Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional with triple and quadruple integral terms and using some standard integral inequality techniques, asymptotic stability criterion is obtained to the concerned neural networks. By converting the sampling period into a bounded time-varying delays, the error dynamics of the considered generalised neural networks are derived in terms of a dynamic system with sampling. Ruthenium(II) complexes, [RuCl(L)(CO)(PPh3)2] {where L = N-[di(alkyl/aryl)carbamothioyl]benzamide derivatives}, are prepared from reaction between [RuHCl(CO)(PPh3)3] and N-[di(alkyl/aryl)carbamothioyl]benzamide derivatives in toluene and characterized by elemental analysis and spectral data (electronic, infrared, 1H NMR, and 31P NMR). The combination of [RuCl(L)(CO)(PPh3)2] (0.01 mmol) and N-methylmorpholine-N-oxide (NMO) (3 mmol) is an active catalyst for the oxidation of primary, secondary, cyclic, allylic, aliphatic, and benzylic alcohols to their corresponding aldehydes and ketones at room temperature. The influence of carrier capture and transport effects on static and dynamic characteristics of multiple quantum well (MQW) bistable lasers are studied using the well barrier hole burning and carrier transport models. In the well barrier hole burning model, the ratio of carrier capture to release time (η) is varied and the hysterisis width, transient behavior are analyzed. Furthermore, the effect of carrier transport time on the bistable characteristics are also studied. The analyses are done by simulating the equivalent circuit of MQW bistable laser using the circuit simulation program Pspice. The hysterisis width is found to increase with an increase in η and transport time. In the transient simulation, increased turn on delay is observed in the case of a higher value of η . A unified approach to study the effects of temperature on the static and dynamic characteristics of multilongitudinal mode laser diode has been attempted by incorporating an analogous heat flow circuit in the electrical equivalent circuit model of the laser diode. The effect of temperature on the threshold current, longitudinal mode behavior,and the thermal fluctuations are analyzed by simulating the circuit for dc sweep and transient conditions using the circuit analysis program PSPICE. The analysis shows that the side modes dominate at higher temperatures resulting in a shift in output optical wavelength. The optical output of each mode varies with temperature in a parabolic fashion. In transient simulations, thermal fluctuations are found to increase with temperature and decrease with operating frequency. The small signal ac simulation predicts a sharp decrease in the 3dB bandwidth of the device with temperature. Furthermore, the presence of package parasitics also decreases the bandwidth.
