To the Editors, After delivery, early ambulation has been recommended to promote involution of uterus and natural urination, prevent thrombus, and feel a sense of well-being for delivery [[1]]. Because women perform urination by sitting, there may be the possibility of developing micturition syncope associated with orthostatic hypotension. For example, cases of micturition syncope following the first urination after delivery are sometimes experienced. [Extracted from the article]
