Direct cash assistance is a program of local government efforts to deal with problems that occur in underprivileged families. This program is sought so that the community has less impact on economic growth and welfare. The methode used this system is.the.Simple Addtive Weighting (SAW) and Weight Product (WP) methods. Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) is a decision making process which in the process adds up the weights of the performance appraisal on all alternative attributes. While the Weight Product (WP) method is an analyst decision.methode for a multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) or multi - criteria decision making (MCDM). The existence of a comparison between the two methods is expected to help better select residents in receiving BLT so that they are more targeted. In this study resulted in a system to determine the citizens who are entitled to receive BLT, based on the result the study. Comparison of the SAW and WP methods using 20 alternative data, shows that the second method gets accurate data and is suitable if applied as a ranking of citizens in BLT receipts. In the ranking occupied by Burhan by getting the highest score on the 2 methods, there is an equal ranking of the 2 methods caused by the alternative performance scores, and the weight value of the first criterion in each method. Results Based on the research, is it recommended to use the SAW method to determine the ranking, cause the Ievel of suitability of.the.data in the field is higher than the WP found 99.40 WP found 99.20%.

Determination in choosing a supplier is one of the strategic programs and needs to be more objective, often the decision making in choosing a supplier is only based on intuition, habit and experience, until now there is no mechanism or method for this that is suitable or only according to universal select criteria. Hospital Facility Maintenance Facility (IPSRS) is a facility that oversees all maintenance and repair work on non-medical facilities at the National Brain Center Hospital, including building maintenance, electrical systems, plumbing, AC management, surveillance camera or CCTV maintenance, and motor generator repair. and telephone control generator. To select the expected spare parts supplier, it is necessary to apply the SPK Ideal Solution Similarity Order Preference Technique (TOPSIS) method and combine it with the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to facilitate the process of selecting more than one alternative. The criteria determined in this study are S1 with Price, S2 with Quality, S3 with Speed and S4 with Completeness. With these criteria, it can be used as material to determine the Decision Support carried out by the system. In the results of this study the determination of the criteria using AHP with the results of the Consistency Ratio value of 0.004 which means if the value is above 0.01 then the results are declared consistent. As well as for the design using the Topsis method, the positive ideal solution on the criteria S1 is worth 0.13282, S2 is worth 0.07954, S3 is 0.04085 and S4 is 0.0422. Meanwhile, for the negative ideal solution, S1 is worth 0.04981, S2 is 0.02983, S3 is 0.02043 and S4 is 0.0211. The first rank is P7 with a value of 0.813 and the last order is P8 with a value of 0.13. So, from the results of the assessment carried out by the system based on the weight value for ranking using the TOPSIS method which occupies the top three positions, PT. Cipta Karya Teknik with a total of 0.813 or 81.3%, followed by PT. Karya Mandiri Indonesia with a total of 0.802 or 80.2%, and PT. Indah Harapan Nusa with a total of 0.796 or 79.6%. As for the bottom three positions are PT. Tunggal Teknik Indo with a total of 0.292 or 29.2%, then PT.Harapan Maju Bersama which has a total of 0.139 or 13.9% and the last one is PT. Forward Rise Simultaneously with a value of 0.130 or 13%.

Knowing the pattern of student satisfaction with academic services must be known. To find out the pattern of student satisfaction, it can be done by processing data based on the questionnaire data that has been done previously. Data mining is a process of processing data stored in data warehouses. Data mining performs large data processing with the aim of obtaining valuable information stored in the data set. The C5.0 algorithm is one of the algorithms in data mining that can help solve problems in data processing. The C5.0 algorithm gets results based on the decision tree, the results from the decision tree will later become a new rule or role. The results obtained from the research process are a rule or pattern that can be used to determine the attributes or services that cause dissatisfaction with academic services to students.

In today's era with the rapid development of technology and the development of semiconductor technology, it is possible to create integrated circuits on an increasingly large scale and can integrate many different systems. One of the benefits of current technological developments in the attendance recording tool, whose data is integrated into the learning information system to replace the manual recording model. This tool is designed by integrating the work of a radio frequency identification (RFID) microcontroller into one system. The extracted data as a unique number from the RFID tag is used as student data. After the card is attached to the assessment device, student data will automatically be entered into the attendance database. By making this tool, it can facilitate the work and activities of students and lecturers in conducting lecture activities and also as learning for all in this period of rapid technological development

6. Analisis Sentimen Vaksinasi Booster Berdasarkan Twitter Menggunakan Algoritma Naïve Bayes dan K-NN

Covid-19 or the corona virus has spread throughout the world, one of which is Indonesia. There have been many problems due to this virus for 2 years in Indonesia, and various efforts and policies have been made by the government to control the impact that does not become worse by this corona virus, these efforts are vaccination actions against the Indonesian people, and in early 2022 the government started a new program, namely booster vaccination. Many people are pro and contra to the program on social media Twitter. This study was conducted with the aim of knowing the sentiment of Indonesians towards booster vaccination in Indonesia.The data obtained as many as 2000 tweets obtained from the keyword "booster vaccine" on Twitter. Then the data is divided into training data and test data (training) then made into three different portions, namely 60/40, 70/30, and 80/20. The test results are that the best performance is found in testing a portion of 80% of the training data 20% of the test data using the K-NN algorithm, the test produced the highest value results, namely 78.62% accuracy and AUC 0.845 and categorized as good classification. The results show that the K-NN algorithm model with an 80% portion of training data is the best in the classification of booster vaccination sentiment analysis. The sentiment results in the test data were positive with 303 tweet data and negative sentiment totaled 93 tweet data. The results of more positive sentiments show that booster vaccinations in Indonesia are acceptable and get a lot of support from the Indonesian people on social media Twitter.

7. Klasifikasi Status Gizi Balita Menggunakan Naïve Bayes dan K-Nearest Neighbor Berbasis Web

One of the efforts in increasing the progress of a country is improving the quality of nutrition. Good balanced nutrition can increase the body's endurance, increase the level of intelligence and make a person develop normally. Infancy is a period of development and growth that requires more nutritional content than other age groups, making it the most vulnerable to nutritional disorders. Nutritional status under 5 years can be seen using the Anthroperti method. Calculations done manually make the process take a long time and errors often occur in entering data. Data mining can make decisions on the nutritional status of toddlers faster by looking at patterns in previous data. Naïve Bayes and K-Nearest Neigbor are one of the methods in classification. Naïve Bayes has the advantage of being able to achieve high accuracy values with minimal training data. Meanwhile, the K-Nearest Neighbor method has the advantage of being able to work optimally on data that has random errors (noise). Using 412 nutritional data for toddlers, the results obtained with Naïve Bayes getting an accuracy of 80.60%, while with K-Nearest Neighbor, an accuracy of 91.79% was obtained.

Management of PT.Promexx Pusat Stationery is very difficult to make decisions to assess subjective things, for ease of decision making (SPK) to determine a more precise and accurate decision. Promotion is a position according to the evaluation output during work. In the assessment of employees who get good grades, they will be promoted as a form of appreciation for employees while working in accordance with the vision and mission. In this criterion there are several assessments such as K1 (Attendance), K2 (Cooperation), K3 (Performance), K4 (Problem Solving), K5 (Ability). The purpose of this study is to help PT.Promexx Pusat Stationery make decisions about promotion of employees in the company, in this system the researcher uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process method, which is choosing a sustainable value to obtain the ratio value and to make sure the researcher has also combined the Multi Factor Evaluation Process algorithm. on choosing the final result value that will be determined in problem solving. And the result of ranking employees is the total that is obtained from the sum of all the criteria from table 14 for all candidates and will produce a total value. From this research, the highest total score is 92.01 with the first rank.

- Abstract
The utilization of different results from the pace of technological development provides a lot of convenience, benefits, and time efficiency. Now, many related companies or organizations are engaged in technology, offering various services that they have developed to meet the needs of a highly consumptive society, with different terms and conditions. There are many descriptions related to the experience of using the platform that it developed on social media, where everyone can express their feelings and opinions about something since people commonly use Twitter. This study used sentiment analysis and opinion mining to see public satisfaction with digital payment services available in Indonesia by focusing on several available services such as GOPAY, DANA, and ShopeePay. The dataset that became the source of this research was taken from Twitter data through several preparation stages, including data crawling, data cleaning, feature selection, and classification with two machine learning approaches (K-Nearest Neighbour and Naïve Bayes). The raw data held is pre-processed until making the clean data. According to the classification algorithm, a feature search is implemented in this study so that the classification process and data modeling validation provide significant results.

- Abstract
To prevent nutritional problems is balanced nutrition education, which consists of the four principles of a varied diet, a clean lifestyle, physical activity and regular weight monitoring. The diversity of food at each meal is visualized as the contents of my plate which consists of one third of staple foods, one third of side dishes, and one third of vegetables and fruit. In determining balanced nutrition, the principle of Fill My Plate is used, which consists of staple foods, side dishes, vegetables and fruit. This study aims to group or cluster the Indonesian Food Ingredients Table in 2017 using the k-means and k-medoids algorithms. Data from food types that have been summarized at TKPI in 2017 are divided into 4 appropriate categories, namely fruit food clustering (Klanpenres_0), staple food clustering (Klanpenres_1), side dishes clustering (Klanpenres_2), vegetable clustering (Klanpenres_3). In the results of this study the results of clustering using the k-means algorithm that there are 109 for (Klanpenres_0), 323 for (Klanpenres_1), 166 for (Klanpenres_2), 105 for (Klanpenres_3). While the results of clustering using the k-medoids algorithm are 107 for (Klanpenres_0), 325 for (Klanpenres_1), 166 for (Klanpenres_2), 107 for (Klanpenres_3). Meanwhile, for the standard deviation results from clustering using the k-means algorithm, there are 3 categories that exceed the recommended standard for the 40 percent Nutritional Adequacy Ratio, and 1 category that is less than the standard. And the results of the standard deviation of clustering using the k-medoids algorithm, there are 4 categories that are superior to the recommended standard for the Nutrition Adequacy Rate.

- Abstract
The Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia has an impact on every sector of life, including the economy. The government implements social activities that make people have to carry out activities at home. Because of this, humans choose to do everything digitally, including ordering food. With the application of public interest in ordering food online, the income of one of the food orders, namely Gojek (Gofood) has increased. However, Gofood has many pros and cons in the community. In this case, many people give their opinion about the use of social media, especially twitter. The purpose of this study was to analyze public opinion on the performance of Gojek (Gofood) in Indonesia. The grouping into three classes, namely positive, negative and neutral classes were tested using the Naïve Bayes and SVM methods and compared the two methods. The analysis of public sentiment regarding Gofood on Twitter resulted in 92.8% worthy neutral, 5.2% worthy positive and 2.0% worthy negative. Comparing the accuracy results, the Support Vector Machine method has greater accuracy than the Naïve Bayes method, with the Support Vector Machine accuracy values of 83% and 98.5%, while the Nave Bayes accuracy values are 74.6% and 91.5% respectively.

12. Perbandingan Algoritma Regresi Linier dan Regresi Random Forest Dalam Memprediksi Kasus Positif Covid-19

- Abstract
The world is in an uproar by a virus that was first reported in Wuhan, China. This virus is reported to have a very wide spread in a short time, so that it spread throughout the world. The World Health Organization (WHO) has designated Corona Virus Disease 2019 as a global pandemic. In a short time the Covid 19 virus immediately spread to all corners of the world, including Indonesia. As a result of the spread of COVID-19 which soared, there was a stir in the community. This situation affects many sectors of the nation's life. Therefore, the researchers conducted this study to find out how much data were affected, died, and recovered from Covid 19 and how to analyze linear regression and forest random regression. The results of the author's research resulted in an RMSE value of 4310,952 MAPE 19.9 and an accuracy rate of 91.4% in the Linear Regression algorithm while the Random Forest algorithm produced an RMSE value of 4342,481, MAPE 16.2 and an accuracy rate of 91.3%. So it can be said that in this research linear regression is slightly better than random forest.

Infobengkel website is a website that provides information about available workshops in a certain area. With this, users can find information about the workshop they want easily and quickly. in this study to analyze the usability of the infobengkel website assisted by the Heuristic Evaluation method and End User Computing Satisfaction. both methods are used to analyze the usability of the website and measure the level of user satisfaction of the website. from the results of the study it was stated that the website of workshop information was satisfied by the users. where the End User Computing Satisfaction method gets a value of 7.326 or 73.26% while for the Heuristic Evaluation method it gets a value of 7.204 or 72.04%. After doing the analysis, we get several recommendations for improvement that need to be considered in the website, such as the Format variable in the End User Computing Satisfaction method and the Aesthetic and Minimalist Design variable and Help and Documentation in the Heuristic Evaluation method.

Using skincare and facial skin care must be in accordance with the type of facial skin, because if it is not suitable, it can cause problems such as facial skin breakouts, dry skin, irritated skin, and acne prone skin. To find out the type of facial skin, you have to do an examination with a skin and genital specialist, but the high cost of consultation and the long queue process is an obstacle for everyone. Therefore, the authors created an expert system to identify facial skin types using a combination of certainty factor methods with forward chaining techniques. The diagnostic results from calculations using an expert system application and the results of manual calculations from one of the respondent data from 100 respondent data, namely producing the same level of confidence, each of which produces a percentage of 99.45% and the diagnostic results state that the user has a normal skin type.

In delivering information related to lecture activities at the National University, the Information Systems Study Program has prepared a special website, namely http://si.ftki.unas.ac.id/. The website contains a lot of information about important activities or announcements, it's just that the need for other supporting information makes users have the need to ask further questions regarding the information contained on the website. Actually the Website http://si.ftki.unas.ac.id/ has provided the RoomChat feature for question and answer sessions between admin and users, but this feature is still ineffective, such as there is a time lag between questions and responses or unable to provide services for 24 jam. In this study, the authors wanted to design the chatbot feature using the waterfall method, which was carried out sequentially starting from the planning, analysis, design, implementation, testing to maintenance stages. While working on the application, this chatbot was created using the Codeigniter framework with the mysqli database. This chatbot feature will result in a more interactive question and answer session, so that two-way communication with users can run smoothly.

Tracer Study is a study conducted by tertiary institutions to search for alumni whose purpose is to find out the reciprocal of alumni education in the world of work. National universities themselves already have a tracer study website but still have difficulty in carrying out tracer studies, especially to contact alumni. The method used in this study uses a structured waterfall method. In this case, the initial stage for this method is to make observations that aim to find and find out the problems faced by users and to collect data by searching literature studies related to website-based tracer studies to testing website testing systems using blackboxes, namely testing the function requirements of each menu in a program. This research resulted in the application of a website-based tracer study system that facilitates alumni to carry out the tracer study process which can be done anytime and anywhere. The results of the tracer study itself will serve as a benchmark for the university in developing the ability of future students to compete in the workforce.

Every year the community trained can reach thousands of people consisting of several villages. Because the development of information technology maps can be displayed digitally by using Geographic Information Systems (GIS), so that it is more efficient and easily accessed by anyone and anywhere, this digital map will be integrated using the web. This research will be developed using HTML, CSS and Javascript website frameworks as front end, PHP as backend and MySQL by utilizing phpMyAdmin features as a database, all the programming languages will be processed using Codeigniter Framework. The final results of this study will be a Geographic Information System form for training distribution by displaying training locations, training data, as well as video documentation when training takes place, the data will be presented in Google Maps form so that it can easily find the location of training deployments that can later be used as a reference to determine the next training location

The initial stage carried out in this method is observation which aims to find and to better understand the problems faced by users to conduct testing to find out whether the solutions provided can be understood and easily used by the user. Website testing is done by giving tasks to the user to interact on the website prototype, as the final result of success in the aspect of ease and comfort of the user using the website. After testing the user directly the test results are obtained, ie the user already feels quite understanding and easy when using the website that was created. Along with the times, the learning media also continues to grow. In solar system subjects usually, the media is used is books, where students can only see 2D forms. The purpose of this research is to build an application that can create a 3D object accompanied by an explanation, so as to make learning more interactive and easily understood using Augmented Reality (AR) technology. In previous journals, a solar system learning application has been made using AR technology, and this research will be developed by creating a quiz menu and true or false to find out how far students understand the material being taught. To ensure the application runs well, testing images, distance and angle markers, application features, and questionnaires using a black box. Marker test results can be distinguished well, markers can be detected well at a distance of 30-90 cm with an angle of 45ᴼ-90ᴼ, then questionnaires to 10 elementary school students related to this application 100% like the solar system AR application as a learning medium.

This often results in recording errors caused by human error, not to mention if there is fraud by manipulating attendance data. This study uses a microcontroller to design a student attendance monitoring system digitally by identifying student code from the RFID Tag. The system is designed using RFID and NodeMCU modules which will be sent to the MySQL database and will be displayed on the website page. The test results from 100 data obtained 100% identification success with an average reading distance of 4cm. of 100 presence test data, the system can store data with 100% accuracy for the corresponding data, and can read the presence of errors with 100% accuracy.
