Koto Timur sub-district of Padang Pariaman, revolving funds by the women's savings and loans to Group Activity Management Unit and analyzing the effect of channeling funds to changes in income. The population in this study is the whole group SPP in District V East Koto with 74 members on 3 Nagari, with a sample of 30 people. Results of socialization that understanding of the goals and objectives of the PNPM-MP as much as 63.33%, while 36.67% of them do not understand, from the aspect of the use of funds 70% of the group is the recipient of poor households (RTM) and 30% are not poor households (non-RTM). 66.67% of the group receiving states can increase revenues increased 33.33% said no. Refunds showed 83.33% and 16.67% current substandard. Members who obtained a loan (SPP), 80% stated that their efforts receive guidance / assistance of the technical team and the facilitator. There was no significant effect of the amount of lending revolving fund SPP in increased revenues members of the group. Suggested improvements in the implementation of programs in the field, especially in the dissemination to the public, especially to members of the group and that the board is more selective and better yet in selecting loan recipients in assessing the feasibility of the business.
