Abstract
This article presents information about Japan's efforts to recruit retired workers 65 years old and older back to the workforce. Nervous bureaucrats are worried that the world's fastest aging nation will bankrupt its generous pension system because those paying into the system are becoming fewer and those taking from the system are rapidly gaining numbers.
