Novel coronavirus (COVID-19) is started from Wuhan (City in China), and is rapidly spreading among people living in other countries. Today, around 215 countries are affected by COVID-19 disease. WHO announced approximately number of cases 11,274,600 worldwide. Due to rapidly rising cases daily in the hospitals, there are a limited number of resources available to control COVID-19 disease. Therefore, it is essential to develop an accurate diagnosis of COVID-19 disease. Early diagnosis of COVID-19 patients is important for preventing the disease from spreading to others. In this paper, we proposed a deep learning based approach that can differentiate COVID- 19 disease patients from viral pneumonia, bacterial pneumonia, and healthy (normal) cases. In this approach, deep transfer learning is adopted. We used binary and multi-class dataset which is categorized in four types for experimentation: (i) Collection of 728 X-ray images including 224 images with confirmed COVID-19 disease and 504 normal condition images (ii) Collection of 1428 X-ray images including 224 images with confirmed COVID-19 disease, 700 images with confirmed common bacterial pneumonia, and 504 normal condition images. (iii) Collections of 1442 X- ray images including 224 images with confirmed COVID-19 disease, 714 images with confirmed bacterial and viral pneumonia, and 504 images of normal conditions (iv) Collections of 5232 X- ray images including 2358 images with confirmed bacterial and 1345 with viral pneumonia, and 1346 images of normal conditions. In this paper, we have used nine convolutional neural network based architecture (AlexNet, GoogleNet, ResNet-50, Se-ResNet-50, DenseNet121, Inception V4, Inception ResNet V2, ResNeXt-50, and Se-ResNeXt-50). Experimental results indicate that the pre trained model Se-ResNeXt-50 achieves the highest classification accuracy of 99.32% for binary class and 97.55% for multi-class among all pre-trained models.

In recent times, a phishing attack has become one of the most prominent attacks faced by internet users, governments, and service-providing organizations. In a phishing attack, the attacker(s) collects the client's sensitive data (i.e., user account login details, credit/debit card numbers, etc.) by using spoofed emails or fake websites. Phishing websites are common entry points of online social engineering attacks, including numerous frauds on the websites. In such types of attacks, the attacker(s) create website pages by copying the behavior of legitimate websites and sends URL(s) to the targeted victims through spam messages, texts, or social networking. To provide a thorough understanding of phishing attack(s), this paper provides a literature review of Artificial Intelligence (AI) techniques: Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Hybrid Learning, and Scenario-based techniques for phishing attack detection. This paper also presents the comparison of different studies detecting the phishing attack for each AI technique and examines the qualities and shortcomings of these methodologies. Furthermore, this paper provides a comprehensive set of current challenges of phishing attacks and future research direction in this domain.

Corona Virus continues to harms its effects on the people lives across the globe. The screening of infected persons has to be identified is a vital step because it is a fast and low-cost way. Certain above mentioned things can be recognized by chest X-ray images that plays a significant role and also used for examining in detection of CORONA VIRUS(COVID-19). Here radiological chest X-rays are easily available with low cost only. In this survey paper, Convolutional Neural Network(CNN) based solution that will benefit in detection of the Covid-19 positive patients using radiography chest X-Ray images. To test the efficiency of the solution, using data sets of publicly available X-Ray images of Corona virus positive cases and negative cases. Images of positive Corona Virus patients and pictures of healthy person images are divided into testing images and trainable images. The solution which are providing the good results with classification accuracy within the test set-up. Then GUI based application supports for medical examination areas. This GUI application can be used on any computer and performed by any medical examiner or technician to determine Corona Virus positive patients using radiography X-ray images. The result will be precisely obtaining the Covid-19 Patient analysis through the chest X-ray images and also results may be retrieve within a few seconds.

Face recognition is one of the most common biometric authentication methods as its feasibility while convenient use. Recently, the COVID-19 pandemic is dramatically spreading throughout the world, which seriously leads to negative impacts on people's health and economy. Wearing masks in public settings is an effective way to prevent viruses from spreading. However, masked face recognition is a highly challenging task due to the lack of facial feature information. In this paper, we propose a method that takes advantage of the combination of deep learning and Local Binary Pattern (LBP) features to recognize the masked face by utilizing RetinaFace, a joint extra-supervised and self-supervised multi-task learning face detector that can deal with various scales of faces, as a fast yet effective encoder. In addition, we extract local binary pattern features from masked face's eye, forehead and eyebow areas and combine them with features learnt from RetinaFace into a unified framework for recognizing masked faces. In addition, we collected a dataset named COMASK20 from 300 subjects at our institution. In the experiment, we compared our proposed system with several state of the art face recognition methods on the published Essex dataset and our self-collected dataset COMASK20. With the recognition results of 87% f1-score on the COMASK20 dataset and 98% f1-score on the Essex dataset, these demonstrated that our proposed system outperforms Dlib and InsightFace, which has shown the effectiveness and suitability of the proposed method. Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) has infected over more than 28.3 million people around the globe and killed 913K people worldwide as on 11 September 2020. With this pandemic, to combat the spreading of COVID-19, effective testing methodologies and immediate medical treatments are much required. Chest X-rays are the widely available modalities for immediate diagnosis of COVID-19. Hence, automation of detection of COVID-19 from chest X-ray images using machine learning approaches is of greater demand. A model for detecting COVID-19 from chest X-ray images is proposed in this paper. A novel concept of cluster-based one-shot learning is introduced in this work. The introduced concept has an advantage of learning from a few samples against learning from many samples in case of deep leaning architectures. The proposed model is a multi-class classification model as it classifies images of four classes, viz., pneumonia bacterial, pneumonia virus, normal, and COVID-19. The proposed model is based on ensemble of Generalized Regression Neural Network (GRNN) and Probabilistic Neural Network (PNN) classifiers at decision level. The effectiveness of the proposed model has been demonstrated through extensive experimentation on a publicly available dataset consisting of 306 images. The proposed cluster-based one-shot learning has been found to be more effective on GRNN and PNN ensembled model to distinguish COVID-19 images from that of the other three classes. It has also been experimentally observed that the model has a superior performance over contemporary deep learning architectures. The concept of one-shot cluster-based learning is being first of its kind in literature, expected to open up several new dimensions in the field of machine learning which require further researching for various applications.

Healthcare Informatics is a phenomenon being talked about from the early 21st century in the era in which we are living. With evolution of new computing technologies huge amount of data in healthcare is produced opening several research areas. Managing the massiveness of this data is required while extracting knowledge for decision making is the main concern of today. For this task researchers are doing explorations in big data analytics, deep learning (advanced form of machine learning known as deep neural nets), predictive analytics and various other algorithms to bring innovation in healthcare. Through all these innovations happening it is not wrong to establish that disease prediction with anticipation of its cure is no longer unrealistic. First, Dengue Fever (DF) and then Covid-19 likewise are new outbreak in infectious lethal diseases and diagnosing at all stages is crucial to decrease mortality rate. In case of Diabetes, clinicians and experts are finding challenging the timely diagnosis and analyzing the chances of developing underlying diseases. In this paper, Louvain Mani-Hierarchical Fold Learning healthcare analytics, a hybrid deep learning technique is proposed for medical diagnostics and is tested and validated using real-time dataset of 104 instances of patients with dengue fever made available by Holy Family Hospital, Pakistan and 810 instances found for infectious diseases including prognosis of; Covid-19, SARS, ARDS, Pneumocystis, Streptococcus, Chlamydophila, Klebsiella, Legionella, Lipoid, etc. on GitHub. Louvain Mani-Hierarchical Fold Learning healthcare analytics showed maximum 0.952 correlations between two clusters with Spearman when applied on 240 instances extracted from comorbidities diagnostic data model derived from 15696 endocrine records of multiple visits of 100 patients identified by a unique ID. Accuracy for induced rules is evaluated by Laplace (Fig. 8) as 0.727, 0.701 and 0.203 for 41, 18 and 24 rules, respectively. Endocrine diagnostic data is made available by Shifa International Hospital, Islamabad, Pakistan. Our results show that in future this algorithm may be tested for diagnostics on healthcare big data.

This 21st century is notable for experiencing so many disturbances at economic, social, cultural, and political levels in the entire world. The outbreak of novel corona virus 2019 (COVID-19) has been treated as a Public Health crisis of global Concern by the World Health Organization (WHO). Various outbreak models for COVID-19 are being utilized by researchers throughout the world to get well-versed decisions and impose significant control measures. Amid the standard methods for COVID-19 worldwide epidemic prediction, easy statistical, as well as epidemiological methods have got more consideration by researchers and authorities. One main difficulty in controlling the spreading of COVID-19 is the inadequacy and lack of medical tests for detecting as well as identifying a solution. To solve this problem, a few statistical-based advances are being enhanced and turn into a partial resolution up-to some level. To deal with the challenges of the medical field, a broad range of intelligent based methods, frameworks, and equipment have been recommended by Machine Learning (ML) and Deep Learning. As ML and DL have the ability of identifying and predicting patterns in complex large datasets, they are recognized as a suitable procedure for producing effective solutions for the diagnosis of COVID-19. In this paper, a perspective research has been conducted in the applicability of intelligent systems such as ML, DL and others in solving COVID-19 related outbreak issues. The main intention behind this study is (i) to understand the importance of intelligent approaches such as ML and DL for COVID-19 pandemic, (ii) discussing the efficiency and impact of these methods in the prognosis of COVID-19, (iii) the growth in the development of type of ML and advanced ML methods for COVID-19 prognosis,(iv) analyzing the impact of data types and the nature of data along with challenges in processing the data for COVID-19,(v) to focus on some future challenges in COVID-19 prognosis to inspire the researchers for innovating and enhancing their knowledge and research on other impacted sectors due to COVID-19.
