This article in the journal Gruppe. Interaktion. Organisation. introduces a model that provides an overview and orientation for science and practice regarding robots in elderly care. Aging societies and the lack of professionals working in elderly care put strain on the care sector in many countries worldwide. Robots can be a possible support for caregivers and assistance for people in need of care. However, their (future) usage comes along with various challenges and currently there are only few examples of use in practice. The data of the developed holistic triple-layered shell model SeRoNu (Service Robots in Nursing Homes) is based on three conducted studies: (I) A work analysis (HTO-Approach; Strohm and Ulich 1997), (II) future workshops (Jungk and Müllert 1989) and (III) expert interviews. Social robot Pepper is used as an example of application, as the model offers a framework for different service robots. The article illustrates the influencing factors and the diversity of robotic solutions to the care crisis. As a result, a multi-professional approach is required as the different aspects need to be considered individually.

This article investigates the combination of two knowledge management approaches, Storytelling, especially Triad talks, and Case-Based Reasoning. First, we shortly introduce the approaches and then describe in more detail how to combine these approaches. In addition, we give an overview of the potential benefits and limitations of the combination approach. Finally we summarize the article and give an outlook to future work. Practical Relevance: By combining different knowledge management approaches, the knowledge conservation and transfer within organizations can be designed in a more efficient way. The strengths of different approaches can be combined and the shortcomings can be minimized. Triad talks as well as Case-Based Reasoning have proven their practical usability, and therefore a combination of these approaches could be an advantage for organizations. This article will illustrate the possibilities, potential benefits, and limitations and show the practical usability.

Ausgangspunkt dieses Beitrags ist die Frage, wie die vier ethischen Prinzipien aztlichen Handelns – Respekt vor der Autonomie, Wohlergehen des Patienten (beneficience), Schadensvermeidung (nonmaleficience) und Gleichbehandlung (justice) – in der Berufspraxis realisiert werden konnen. Am Arzt-Patienten-Verhaltnis wird die ethische Grundlegung jedes medizinischen Handelns erlautert, die auch das Lernen aus negativen Behandlungsverlaufen umfasst. Um die Moglichkeiten fur solche Lernprozesse untersuchen zu konnen, wird vorab eine Unterscheidung zwischen Fehler und Misserfolg vorgenommen. Als Handlungsansatz zur Aufarbeitung zahnarztlicher Misserfolge wird anhand einer empirischen Studie die Methodik des Triadengesprachs vorgestellt. In diesen Gesprachen wurden 21 Misserfolge aus der Praxis reflektiert und rekonstruiert. Es wird aufgezeigt, ob und wie mit der Methode ein verandertes Verstandnis des zahnarztlichen Misserfolgs ermoglicht wurde. Schlieslich wird das Verfahren aus der Sicht aller an der Studie beteiligten Zahnarzte evaluiert. Die Ergebnisse der Studie zeigen, dass das Triadengesprach als Moglichkeit des expansiven Lernens eine exponierte Stellung erlangen kann. Das daraus resultierende Erfahrungskapital zahnmedizinischer Praktiker hat sodann Einfluss auf das Professionswissen und lasst gleichzeitig eine offene Kultur zum Lernen aus Misserfolgen entstehen. Abschliesend werden die ethischen Implikationen des Umgangs mit Misserfolgen im Kontrast zum Umgang mit Fehlern erortert.

Der analog zum R8 Coupe in einer Manufaktur der quattro GmbH gefertigte Audi R8 Spyder birgt zahlreiche Innovationen — beispielsweise das weltweit erste in einem Pkw in Serie angebotene Gurtmikrofon.

In the new R8 high-performance sports car from Audi, a high-revving V8 mid-engine, an aluminium space frame body, four-wheel drive and a precision suspension are combined to form a car with a highly dynamic performance. At the same time, the development objectives regarding day-to-day driving and a high level of travelling comfort have been achieved. The R8 is hand-built and features several innovations — for example, the world’s first series-production all-LED headlight technology. This article describes the whole vehicle, with special focus on the body, the interior, the electrics/electronics and the suspension.
