The system time of the four major navigation satellite systems is mainly maintained by multiple high-performance atomic clocks at ground stations. This operational mode relies heavily on the support of ground stations. To enhance the high-precision autonomous timing capability of next-generation navigation satellites, it is necessary to autonomously generate a comprehensive space-based time scale on orbit and make long-term, high-precision predictions for the clock error of this time scale. In order to solve these two problems, this paper proposed a two-level satellite timing system, and used multiple time-keeping node satellites to generate a more stable space-based time scale. Then this paper used the sparse sampling Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) algorithm to improve the accuracy of clock error long-term prediction on space-based time scale. After simulation, at sampling times of 300 s, 8.64 × 104 s, and 1 × 106 s, the frequency stabilities of the spaceborne timescale reach 1.35 × 10–15, 3.37 × 10–16, and 2.81 × 10–16, respectively. When applying the improved clock error prediction algorithm, the ten-day prediction error is 3.16 × 10–10 s. Compared with those of the continuous sampling LSTM, Kalman filter, polynomial and quadratic polynomial models, the corresponding prediction accuracies are 1.72, 1.56, 1.83 and 1.36 times greater, respectively. Towards realizing the future quantum internet1,2, a pivotal milestone entails the transition from two-node proof-of-principle experiments conducted in laboratories to comprehensive multi-node set-ups on large scales. Here we report the creation of memory–memory entanglement in a multi-node quantum network over a metropolitan area. We use three independent memory nodes, each of which is equipped with an atomic ensemble quantum memory3 that has telecom conversion, together with a photonic server where detection of a single photon heralds the success of entanglement generation. The memory nodes are maximally separated apart for 12.5 kilometres. We actively stabilize the phase variance owing to fibre links and control lasers. We demonstrate concurrent entanglement generation between any two memory nodes. The memory lifetime is longer than the round-trip communication time. Our work provides a metropolitan-scale testbed for the evaluation and exploration of multi-node quantum network protocols and starts a stage of quantum internet research.A metropolitan-area quantum network based on the generation of pairwise entanglement is formed by three atomic quantum memories connected to a central photonic server. This study examines the prognostic role and immunological relevance of EMP1 (epithelial membrane protein-1) in a pan-cancer analysis, with a focus on ovarian cancer. Utilizing data from TCGA, CCLE, and GTEx databases, we assessed EMP1 mRNA expression and its correlation with tumor progression, prognosis, and immune microenvironment across various cancers. Our results indicate that EMP1 expression is significantly associated with poor prognosis in multiple cancer types, including ovarian, bladder, testicular, pancreatic, breast, brain, and uveal melanoma. Immune-related analyses reveal a positive correlation between EMP1 and immune cell infiltration, particularly neutrophils, macrophages, and dendritic cells, as well as high expression of immune checkpoint such as CD274, HAVCR2, IL10, PDCD1LG2, and TGFB1 in most tumors. In vivo experiments confirm that EMP1 promotes ovarian cancer cell proliferation, metastasis, and invasion. In conclusion, EMP1 emerges as a potential prognostic biomarker and therapeutic target in various cancers, particularly ovarian cancer, due to its influence on tumor progression and immune cell dynamics. With the increasing complexity of image classification tasks, traditional convolutional neural networks face performance bottlenecks when dealing with intricate network structures. To address this issue, this paper proposes an image classification model based on a hybrid quantum-classical neural network. This model incorporates parameterized quantum circuits into convolutional networks to achieve a hybrid embedding and direct output. The information from fully connected layers is utilized as control parameters for quantum layers, and the pixel values of images are mapped to quantum bit states through amplitude encoding. This allows the network to simultaneously process information from multiple pixels. Furthermore, the introduction of the quantum natural gradient algorithm aims to better handle the geometric properties of the quantum parameter space, accelerating model convergence and improving training efficiency. Experimental results demonstrate an increase in recognition accuracy of 2.42 % and 5.21 % on the MNIST dataset compared to convolutional networks and fully connected networks, respectively. Two chiral covalent organic frameworks (CCOFs) core-shell microspheres based on achiral organic precursors by chiral-induced synthesis strategy for HPLC enantioseparation are reported for the first time. Using n-hexane/isopropanol as mobile phase, various kinds of racemates were selected as analytes and separated on the CCOF-TpPa-1@SiO2 and CCOF-TpBD@SiO2-packed columns with a low column backpressure (3 ~ 9 bar). The fabricated two CCOFs@SiO2 chiral columns exhibited good separation performance towards various racemates with high column efficiency (e.g., 19,500 plates m−1 for (4-fluorophenyl)ethanol and 18,900 plates m−1 for 1-(4-chlorophenyl)ethanol) and good reproducibility. Some effects have been investigated such as the analyte mass and column temperature on the HPLC enantioseparation. Moreover, the chiral separation results of the CCOF-TpPa-1@SiO2 chiral column and the commercialized Chiralpak AD-H column show a good complementarity. This study demonstrates that the usage of chiral-induced synthesis strategy for preparing CCOFs core-shell microspheres as a novel stationary phase has a good application potential in HPLC. The no-pillar longwall mining method (NPLM) by roof cutting technology (RCT) is an innovative longwall mining method proposed in China. Its essential technology is the employment of RCT to replace the chain pillar to safeguard the roadway. In this paper, a novel physical model test method is designed to investigate the protective mechanism of RCT for roadways in greater detail. Furthermore, the physical model test of RCT is conducted in consideration of the effect of broken roof rock bulking. Combined with numerical simulation, the results indicate that RCT can increase the degree of gangue bulking in goaf, hence providing effective support to the overlying strata and maintaining their integrity. Moreover, RCT can significantly reduce the abutment stress of the roadway roof and solid coal side, thereby ensuring the stability of roadway surrounding rock. This paper proposes three protection mechanisms of RCT for roadway based on the findings of the conducted research: I. Reducing the dimensions of roadway roof; II. Utilizing bulking gangue to support the overlying strata; III. Eliminating the cavities in the goaf adjacent to the roadway. The in situ application provides evidence that RCT is effective in controlling roadway deformation. This paper can serve as a reference for no-pillar mining and analogous geotechnical engineering physical model tests. Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is a highly vascularized tumor, one of the most common and lethal cancer-related tumor deaths worldwide, with cell proliferation playing a key role. In this study our western blot results and data from TAGC demonstrate a strong association between Sorcin (SRI) overexpression and poor outcomes in HCC. Moreover, SRI overexpression was remarkably effective in promoting proliferation in vitro and increasing tumor growth in vivo, which were attenuated by knocking down SRI. Mechanistically, SRI regulated vascular endothelial growth factor A (VEGFA) and vascular endothelial growth factor B (VEGFB) through PI3K/Akt/FOXO1 signal pathway. Overall, our study indicates that SRI stimulates HCC growth by controlling VEGFA/B, which presents a fresh insight into the pathogenesis of hepatocarcinogenesis and a new therapeutic target for HCC. A series of inexpensive electroplating sludge-derived magnetic copper-containing catalysts were developed for the selective hydrogenation of biomass-based furfural (FFR) into furfuryl alcohol (FA) and 2-methylfuran (MF). The specific structural characteristics of as-prepared magnetic copper-containing samples were clearly identified through various techniques, including XRD, XPS, N2 adsorption–desorption, NH3-TPD, SEM and so on. The characterizations revealed that the hydrogen pre-activated magnetic catalysts supplied metallic Cu species, medium acidity and porosity for the catalytic upgrading of FFR in hydrogen atmosphere. As for FFR-to-FA as well as FFR-to-MF transformations, the magnetic copper-containing catalyst with calcination temperature of 800 °C exhibited excellent performance towards the formation of FA and MF, wherein desirable FA yield of 98.5 mol% and MF yield of 71.3 mol% were achieved at reaction temperatures of 160 °C and 240 °C, respectively. The reuse experiments indicated that the recycled catalysts still maintained excellent activity and stability even after four-time recycling. The present study thus highlights a new approach for the resource utilization of electroplating sludge, which also supplies low-cost and efficient catalytic materials for the selective upgrading of various biomass-derived platform molecules. The efficient and rapid removal of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) holds significant importance for ensuring food quality and human health, particularly within the low-temperature confined spaces in refrigerators. However, achieving effective VOCs degradation under such conditions poses challenges in terms of activating inert bonds and facilitating mass transfer. In this study, we propose a novel solution by designing a cleaner module that incorporates 1.07% single Fe atom-anchored manganese dioxide catalysts (FeSAs-MnO2). The combination of single Fe atoms and defect-rich MnO2 substrate efficiently activates molecular oxygen, leading to enhanced generation of highly reactive oxygen species (ROS). Non-thermal plasma (NTP) and circulating fan are introduced to facilitate the regeneration of catalytic activity and improve mass transfer. The FeSAs-MnO2 cleaner module demonstrates exceptional performance in trimethylamine (TMA) removal, achieving a conversion efficiency of 98.9% for 9 ppm within just 9 min. Furthermore, accelerated aging tests predict an extended service life of up to 45 years for the FeSAs-MnO2 cleaner module, surpassing the expected lifespan of refrigerators significantly. Establish a new classification system of distal radius fracture based on computed tomographic (CT), and evaluate its reliability and reproducibility preliminarily, and provide a new theoretical reference for clinicians to use the clinical classification system. The imaging data and clinical data of 204 inpatients with distal radius fracture during 6 years from January 1, 2014 to January 1, 2019 in orthopaedic department were analyzed retrospectively and classified based on CT. Three observers evaluated the image data of 48 randomly selected cases based on CT at different time nodes of T1 and T2. Cohen's kappa was used to calculate the consistency. At the last follow-up, patients' Disabilities of the Arm, Shoulder and Hand (DASH), Patient Rated Wrist Evaluation (PRWE), and VAS scores were collected. Among 204 cases, there were 12 cases of type 1, including 6 cases of type 1-D, 4 cases of type 1-V and 2 cases of type 1-R. There were 6 cases of type 2, including 2 cases of type 2-DV, 2 cases of type 2-DR and 2 cases of type 2-VR. There were 186 cases of type 3, including 32 cases of type 3–0, 127 cases of type 3–1 and 27 cases of type 3–2. There was no significant difference in DASH, PRWE and VAS scores among all types (P > 0.05). The results of interobserver reproducibility were kappa = 0.985, ICC = 0.984 in the first evaluation, kappa = 0.986, ICC = 0.986 in the second evaluation. The results of intraobserver reproducibility were O1 = 0.991, O2 = 0.991, O3 = 0.989 respectively. The new classification system of distal radius fracture based on CT has theoretical and practical significance for incision selection, fracture reduction and internal fixation. 123 classification system is clear, comprehensive, easy to understand and remember. The transpedicular procedure has been widely used in spinal surgery. The determination of the best entry point is the key to perform a successful transpedicular procedure. Various techniques have been used to determine this point, but the results are variable. This study was carried out to determine the posterior endpoint of the lumbar pedicle central axis on the standard anterior–posterior (AP) fluoroscopic images. Computer-aided design technology was used to determine the pedicle central axis and the posterior endpoint of the pedicle central axis on the posterior aspect of the vertebra. The standard AP fluoroscopic image of the lumbar vertebral models by three-dimensional printing was achieved. The endpoint projection on the AP fluoroscopic image was determined in reference to the pedicle cortex projection by the measurements of the angle and distance on the established X–Y coordinate system of the radiologic image. The projection of posterior endpoint of the lumbar pedicle central axis were found to be superior to the X-axis of the established X–Y coordinate system and was located on the pedicle cortex projection on the standard AP fluoroscopic image of the vertebra. The projection point was distributed in different sectors in the coordinate system. It was located superior to the X-axis by 18° to 26° at L1, while they were located superior to the X-axis by 12° to 14° at L2 to L5. The projections of posterior endpoints of the lumbar pedicle central axis were located in different positions on the standard AP fluoroscopic image of the vertebra. In this study, a high-efficiency strontium-doped hydroxyapatite (Sr-HAP) adsorbent was synthesized by a sol-gel method for removing cobaltous ions (Co(II)) from water. The effects of adsorbent dose, initial solution pH, initial Co(II) concentration and temperature on the removal performance of Co(II) were investigated. Experimental results indicated that the optimum Sr-HAP dose was 0.30 g/50 mL solution, the Sr-HAP adsorbent could effectively remove Co(II) in a wide pH range of 3–8. Increasing temperature was conducive to the adsorption, and the maximum Co(II) adsorption capacity by Sr-HAP reached 48.467 mg/g at 45 °C. The adsorption of Co(II) followed the pseudo-second-order kinetic model, indicating that the Co(II) adsorption by Sr-HAP was attributed mainly to chemisorption. The isothermal adsorption results showed that at lower Co(II) equilibrium concentration, the Langmuir model fitted the data better than the Freundlich model but opposite at higher Co(II) equilibrium concentration. Therefore, the adsorption of Co(II) was a process from monolayer adsorption to multilayer adsorption with the increase of the Co(II) equilibrium concentration. The diffusion analysis of Co(II) to Sr-HAP indicated that the internal diffusion and surface adsorption were the rate-controlled steps of Co(II) adsorption. Thermodynamic study demonstrated that the Co(II) adsorption process was spontaneous and endothermic. Asparaginyl ligases have been extensively utilized as valuable tools for site-specific bioconjugation or surface-modification. However, the application is hindered by the laborious and poorly reproducible preparation processes, unstable activity and ambiguous substrate requirements. To address these limitations, this study employed a structure-based rational approach to obtain a high-yield and high-activity protein ligase called OaAEP1-C247A-aa55-351. It was observed that OaAEP1-C247A-aa55-351 exhibits appreciable catalytic activities across a wide pH range, and the addition of the Fe3+ metal ion effectively enhances the catalytic power. Importantly, this study provides insight into the recognition and nucleophile peptide profiles of OaAEP1-C247A-aa55-351. The ligase demonstrates a higher recognition ability for the "Asn-Ala-Leu" motif and an N-terminus "Arg-Leu" as nucleophiles, which significantly increases the reaction yield. Consequently, the catalytic activity of OaAEP1-C247A-aa55-351 with highly efficient recognition and nucleophile motif, "Asn-Ala-Leu" and "Arg-Leu" under the buffer containing Fe3+ is 70-fold and 2-fold higher than previously reported OaAEP1-C247A and the most efficient butelase-1, respectively. Thus, the designed OaAEP1-C247A-aa55-351, with its highly efficient recognition and alternative nucleophile options, holds promising potential for applications in protein engineering, chemo-enzymatic modification, and the development of drugs. Plastic gears have been widely used in fields such as instruments, meters, and automotive electronics. In particular, metal–plastic gear pairs are commonly used in the low-speed stages of multi-stage gear transmissions to enhance load capacity and achieve lightweight design. However, due to the small elastic modulus and significant temperature sensitivity of plastic gears, off-line meshing phenomenon occurs in metal–plastic gear pairs during operation, which affects the overall system stiffness and dynamic behavior. Therefore, this study takes 45# steel-POM gear pair as the object of study, and considers the effect of temperature on the modulus of elasticity of the gear and the effect of out-of-line meshing on the time-varying stiffness of the gear pair , in which the 45# steel-POM gear pair refers to the combination of the steel and plastic gear pairs, with the pinion gear consisting of 45# steel gears, and the large gear made of POM gears. A lumped parameter method is used to establish a single-degree-of-freedom model of the gear transmission system, and the effect of load on the system's dynamic behavior is investigated. Experimental validation shows that the stiffness varies linearly with the load, and the dynamic performance of the system deteriorates with increasing load. In the experimental study described in this article, as the load increased from 5 to 10 N m, the maximum dynamic transmission error increased by 62%. Under the same load, the system with consideration of off-line meshing exhibits better transmission accuracy compared to the one without consideration. Disregarding the dominant frequency of the system when there is no external meshing, the dominant frequency of the system increases by 1.4 times when considering external meshing. In this paper, we make use of holographic Boundary Conformal Field Theory (BCFT) to simulate the black hole information problem in the semi-classical picture. We investigate the correlation between a portion of Hawking radiation and entanglement islands by the area of an entanglement wedge cross-section. Building on the understanding of the relationship between entanglement wedge cross-sections and perfect tensor entanglement as discussed in reference [18], we make an intriguing observation: in the semi-classical picture, the positioning of an entanglement island automatically yields a pattern of perfect tensor entanglement. Furthermore, the contribution of this perfect tensor entanglement, combined with the bipartite entanglement contribution, precisely determines the area of the entanglement wedge cross-section. The failure mechanism of TP347H austenitic heat-resistant steel tube serviced in boiler superheater in a 600 MW subcritical thermal power unit is presented in this paper. Through microstructure observation, energy-dispersive spectrometry analysis, and selected electron diffraction, the mechanism of TP347H superheater bend tube failure is found to be attributed to intergranular corrosion cracking, more M23C6 and primary NbC(N) phase precipitating and coarsening along the grain boundary and formation of high content of slip lines and α′-martensite structure. The α′-martensite kept the Kurdjumov–Sachs (K-S) orientation relationships with parent austenite phase (γ-parent), which generated in TP347H bend tube may be related to the deformation-induced martensite (DIM) during rolling and cold working. The α′-martensite nucleated mainly at the grain boundary intersection between the twin crystal and γ-parent and grew inwards along the twin band. The disintegration of red-bed soft rock exhibits a strong correlation with various geological disasters. However, the investigation into the evolutionary mechanisms underlying disintegration breakage has not yet received extensive exploration. In order to comprehensively examine the disintegration characteristics of red-bed soft rock, the slake durability tests were conducted to red-bed soft rocks of varying burial depths. Subsequently, an investigation was carried out to examine the disintegration characteristics and the evolution of disintegration parameters, including the coefficient of uniformity (Cu), coefficient of curvature (Cc), disintegration rate (DRE), disintegration ratio (Dr), and fractal dimension (D), throughout the disintegration process. Finally, employing the energy dissipation theory, an energy dissipation model was developed to predicate the disintegration process of samples at various burial depths. The findings demonstrate a decrease in the abundance of large particles and a concurrent increase in the abundance of small particles as the number of drying-wetting cycles increases. Furthermore, as the number of drying-wetting cycles increases, a significant alteration is observed in the content of particles larger than 10 mm, whereas the content of particles smaller than 10 mm undergoes only minor changes. The disintegration parameters, including the curvature coefficient, non-uniformity coefficient, disintegration rate, and fractal dimension, exhibit a positive correlation with the number of drying-wetting cycles. Conversely, the disintegration index demonstrates a decreasing trend with the increasing number of cycles. Nevertheless, as the burial depth increases, a notable trend emerges in the disintegration process, characterized by a gradual increase in the content of large particles alongside a progressive decrease in the content of small particles. Concurrently, the curvature coefficient, non-uniformity coefficient, disintegration rate, and fractal dimension exhibit a gradual decline, while the durability index experiences a gradual increase. In addition, based on the principle of energy dissipation, it is revealed that the surface energy increment of red-bed soft rock increases with the increase of the number of drying-wetting cycles, but decreases with the increase of burial depth. Ultimately, by leveraging the outcomes of energy dissipation analyses, a theoretical model is constructed to elucidate the correlation between surface energy and both the number of drying-wetting cycles and burial depth. Natural rubber (NR) is widely used in various fields including aerospace, military industry and transportation due to its superior elasticity and comprehensive mechanical properties. Nonetheless, the commercial NR prepared by different methods usually exhibits different mechanical properties, primarily due to variations in processing conditions during the conversion from latex to bulk rubber material. Consequently, this poses challenges in scientific research and industrial production of NR. In order to assess the properties of various commercially available NR and identify key structural and compositional components, this study systematically compares and analyzes four representative NR raw materials: air dried sheet (ADS), ribbed smoked sheets (RSS), constant viscidity NR (CV), and whole field latex rubber (WF). The investigation focuses on evaluating their static mechanical behavior, SIC behavior, wear resistance, and fatigue resistance. The findings indicate that protein and gel content exhibit a crucial influence on the NR properties. These constituents contribute to the formation of a high-crosslinking density region, generating a heterogeneous network structure within the rubber. This structure amplifies strains during deformation, leading to earlier and stronger strain-induced crystallization (SIC). Among the four commercial NR brands, RSS demonstrates superior overall mechanical and dynamic properties owing to its high protein and gel content. This study serves as a valuable reference for comprehending the differences in properties among various commercial NR, thereby offering guidance for the actual processing and selection of NR. Stress hyperglycemia has been confirmed as a strong predictor of poor short-term prognosis in acute pancreatitis. However, whether stress hyperglycemia affects the long-term prognosis of patients with acute pancreatitis is unclear. We aimed to investigate the effect of stress hyperglycemia on the long-term prognosis of non-diabetic patients with acute pancreatitis. This retrospective observational study was conducted on 4055 patients with acute pancreatitis from 1 January 2016 to 31 October 2020. The association between stress hyperglycemia and the prognosis was evaluated using regression modeling. There were 935(71.5%) normoglycemic and 373(28.5%) stress hyperglycemia patients. 46(12.3%) patients with stress hyperglycemia had evidence of diabetes compared with 33(3.5%) patients without stress hyperglycemia (P < 0.001). After multivariate adjustment, patients with stress hyperglycemia were more likely to have evidence of diabetes (OR 2.905, 95% CI 1.688–4.999) compared with normoglycemic. However, stress hyperglycemia is not associated with the recurrence of pancreatitis and progression to chronic pancreatitis. Stress hyperglycemia was independently associated with diabetes secondary to acute pancreatitis. Accordingly, a follow-up diabetes-screening program for AP with stress hyperglycemia is an important part of identifying the disease as soon as possible, delaying islet damage, and improving the prognosis of post-acute pancreatitis diabetes mellitus. To prospectively investigate associations between the features of gut microbiota at the fourth week after birth in preterm infants and neurodevelopment from 1 month of corrected age to 6 months of corrected age (MCA). Seventy-seven preterm infants were recruited from three NICUs of three tertiary hospitals between Apr 2021 to Sep 2022. Stool samples were collected during the fourth week after birth. Illumina MiSeq high-throughput sequencing technology was used to detect the composition and diversity of gut microbiota. Neurodevelopment assessments of preterm infants were conducted at 1, 3, and 6 MCA using the Ages and Stages Questionnaire, the third edition (ASQ-3). Spearman correlation, a generalized linear mixed model (GLMM), and permutational multivariate analysis of variance (PERMANOVA) analysis were used to horizontally and prospectively explore the associations between gut microbial and ASQ-3 dimension scores at each time point. The GLMM showed no significant associations between the alpha diversity and neurodevelopmental trajectory from 1 to 6 MCA. The beta diversity was significantly associated with gross motor scores at 1, 3, and 6 MCA (R2 = 0.067, p = 0.001; R2 = 0.039, p = 0.020; R2 = 0.031, p = 0.047); communication scores at 3 MCA (R2 = 0.030, p = 0.040); and fine motor scores at 6 MCA (R2 = 0.035, p = 0.022). After adjusting for covariates, the GLMM showed that the relative abundance of Klebsiella was negatively associated with gross motor score trajectory from 1 to 6 MCA (β = − 1.449; 95% CI, − 2.275 to − 0.572; p = 0.001), while the relative abundance of Lactobacillus displayed a positive association (β = 1.421; 95% CI, 0.139 to 2.702; p = 0.030). Moreover, the relative abundance of Streptococcus was negatively associated with fine motor trajectory from 1 to 6 MCA (β = − 1.669; 95% CI, − 3.305 to − 0.033; p = 0.046). Conclusion: Our results suggest a possible association between the neonatal gut microbial diversity; the relative abundance of Klebsiella, Streptococcus, and Lactobacillus; and neurodevelopment from 1 to 6 MCA. In the future, clinical staff can focus on the window period of gut microbiota colonization, and implement probiotics targeted at the dominant genera to improve the neurodevelopment of preterm infants. A dual-mode sensor was developed for detecting acetylcholinesterase (AChE) and organophosphorus pesticides (OPs) via bifunctional BSA-CeO2 nanoclusters (NCs) with oxidase-mimetic activity and fluorescence property. The dual-mode sensor has the characteristics of self-calibration and self-verification, meeting the needs of different detection conditions and provide more accurate results. The colorimetric sensor and fluorescence sensor have been successfully used for detecting AChE with limit of detection (LOD) of 0.081 mU/mL and 0.056 mU/mL, respectively, while the LOD for OPs were 0.9 ng/mL and 0.78 ng/mL, respectively. The recovery of AChE was 93.9–107.2% and of OPs was 95.8–105.0% in actual samples. A novel strategy was developed to monitor pesticide residues and detect AChE level, which will motivate future work to explore the potential applications of multifunctional nanozymes. Objectives: The aim of the study was to externally validate two AI models for the classification of prostate mpMRI sequences and segmentation of the prostate gland on T2WI. Materials and methods: MpMRI data from 719 patients were retrospectively collected from two hospitals, utilizing nine MR scanners from four different vendors, over the period from February 2018 to May 2022. Med3D deep learning pretrained architecture was used to perform image classification,UNet-3D was used to segment the prostate gland. The images were classified into one of nine image types by the mode. The segmentation model was validated using T2WI images. The accuracy of the segmentation was evaluated by measuring the DSC, VS,AHD.Finally,efficacy of the models was compared for different MR field strengths and sequences. Results: 20,551 image groups were obtained from 719 MR studies. The classification model accuracy is 99%, with a kappa of 0.932. The precision, recall, and F1 values for the nine image types had statistically significant differences, respectively (all P < 0.001). The accuracy for scanners 1.436 T, 1.5 T, and 3.0 T was 87%, 86%, and 98%, respectively (P < 0.001). For segmentation model, the median DSC was 0.942 to 0.955, the median VS was 0.974 to 0.982, and the median AHD was 5.55 to 6.49 mm,respectively.These values also had statistically significant differences for the three different magnetic field strengths (all P < 0.001). Conclusion: The AI models for mpMRI image classification and prostate segmentation demonstrated good performance during external validation, which could enhance efficiency in prostate volume measurement and cancer detection with mpMRI. The increasing interest in wearable smart healthcare systems has sparked considerable attention toward flexible sensors owing to their high sensitivity and flexibility. However, these sensors still face challenges in terms of performance imbalances and instability. To address these issues, graphene-based conductive materials with exceptional mechanical and electrical properties have been incorporated into flexible sensors. Despite the potential of graphene, a comprehensive understanding of the sensing mechanisms and influence of fabrication methods on the performance of graphene-based flexible sensors is lacking. This article aims to bridge this gap by providing an overview of the latest research progress in flexible graphene sensors. We begin by analyzing the main properties of graphene materials, including tensile strength, specific surface area, thermal conductivity, and electrical conductivity. These properties highlight the superior characteristics of graphene for flexible sensor applications. The sensing mechanisms of strain/pressure, gas, and temperature flexible sensors are reviewed, with a focus on innovations in graphene composites, regular microstructures, and emerging preparation methods that enable an effective balance of the individual properties of a single flexible sensor. Furthermore, the article discusses graphene-based multifunctional flexible sensors that allow for the simultaneous monitoring of multiple stimuli, self-powered performance studies, and wireless communication performance studies. Performance analysis of these sensors in the context of flexible systems is provided. Finally, this article presents a comprehensive summary of flexible graphene sensors and offers an outlook for the future. Background: In contemporary society, with the accelerated pace of work and life, more and more people feel different degrees of stress. Long-term stress may not only lead to insomnia, but also to mental health problems (e.g., anxiety and depression), which has a significant impact on people's quality of life and mental health. Objective: This study primarily investigates the mechanism through which stress affects sleep quality among college students. Methods: We conducted research on 1653 Chinese college students using four scales with high reliability and validity: stress, the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index, social anxiety, and rumination. Results: The study found: (1) Stress can significantly and positively predict sleep quality and rumination; (2) Rumination can positively predict social anxiety; (3) Social anxiety can positively predict sleep quality; (4) Stress can affect sleep quality through social anxiety and rumination separately, and stress can also affect sleep quality through the chained mediation of rumination and social anxiety. Conclusion: This study reveals the relationship and mechanisms between stress and sleep quality. It not only deepens the research on the impact of stress on sleep quality but also provides theoretical support and new methods for mental health professionals to help clients improve their sleep quality. Systemic inflammation and reciprocal organ interactions are associated with the pathophysiology of heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF). However, the clinical value, especially the diagnositc prediction power of inflammation and extra-cardiac organ dysfunction for HfpEF is not explored. In this cross-sectional study, 1808 hospitalized patients from January 2014 to June 2022 in ChiHFpEF cohort were totally enrolled according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. A diagnostic model with markers from routine blood test as well as liver and renal dysfunction for HFpEF was developed using data from ChiHFpEF-cohort by logistic regression and assessed by receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC) and Brier score. Then, the model was validated by the tenfold cross-validation and presented as nomogram and a web-based online risk calculator as well. Multivariate and LASSO regression analysis revealed that age, hemoglobin, neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio, AST/ALT ratio, creatinine, uric acid, atrial fibrillation, and pulmonary hypertension were associated with HFpEF. The predictive model exhibited reasonably accurate discrimination (ROC, 0.753, 95% CI 0.732–0.772) and calibration (Brier score was 0.200). Subsequent internal validation showed good discrimination and calibration (AUC = 0.750, Brier score was 0.202). In additoin to participating in pathophysiology of HFpEF, inflammation and multi-organ interactions have diagnostic prediction value for HFpEF. Traditional coal mining processes have increasingly raised concerns about roadways and surface damage. An innovative mining method, based on DSRC technology, has been proposed to address these issues. The DSRC technology involves using bilateral energy gathering devices to achieve roof cutting on both sides of the working face. The N00 method builds upon DSRC technology by incorporating additional auxiliary techniques to achieve roadways and surface protection during mining. With this method, mining N working faces can be accomplished with the advancement of 0 roadway and the retention of 0 coal pillar. The protection mechanism of the DSRC method on roadways and surface is analyzed through theoretical calculation, numerical simulation, and field engineering analysis. The N00 method with DSRC modifies the structure of the roadway roof by changing the long cantilever beam to a short cantilever beam. This modification reduces the stress on the roof and improves the stability of the roadway roof. The DSRC cuts off the stress transmission in a part of the roadway roof, reducing stress concentration on the coal side and enhancing its stability. The N00 method with DSRC increases the amount of strata bulking, utilizing bulking gangue to support the overlying strata, reducing the development height of the plastic zone in the gob, protecting the overlying aquifers, and mitigating damage to the surface ecological environment. Field monitoring results show that the N00 method with DSRC reduces the door-like support stress, NPR anchor cable stress, and deformation of the roadway, decreases stress concentration on the coal side, minimizes surface deformation, and reduces water inflow into the working face. This article proposes a line scanning chromatic confocal sensor to solve the problem of limited chromatic confocal measurement due to the small measurement range and low measurement efficiency in the industrial inspection process. To obtain an extensive dispersion range, the advantages of a simple single-axis structure are combined with the advantages of a large luminous flux of a biaxial structure. Considering large-scale measurement, our sensor uses off-axis rays to limit the illumination path and imaging path to the same optical path structure. At the same time, the field of view is expanded, and a symmetrical structure is adopted to provide a compact optical path and improve space utilization. The simulation and physical system test results shows that the sensor scanning line length is 12.5 mm, and the axial measurement range in the 450 nm to 750 nm band is better than 20 mm. The axial resolution of the detector is ±1 µm combined with the subpixel centroid extraction data processing method, and the maximum allowable tilt angle for specular reflection samples is ±7°. The thicknesses of transparent standard flat glass and the wet collagen membrane are measured. The maximum average error is 1.3 µm, and the relative error is within 0.7%. The constructed sensor is of great significance for rapidly measuring the three-dimensional profile, flatness, and thickness in the fields of transparent biological samples, optics, micromechanics, and semiconductors. Background: Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) guided adaptive radiotherapy (MRgART) has gained increasing attention, showing clinical advantages over conventional radiotherapy. However, there are concerns regarding online target delineation and modification accuracy. In our study, we aimed to investigate the accuracy of brain metastases (BMs) contouring and its impact on dosimetry in 1.5 T MRI-guided online adaptive fractionated stereotactic radiotherapy (FSRT). Methods: Eighteen patients with 64 BMs were retrospectively evaluated. Pre-treatment 3.0 T MRI scans (gadolinium contrast-enhanced T1w, T1c) and initial 1.5 T MR-Linac scans (non-enhanced online-T1, T2, and FLAIR) were used for gross target volume (GTV) contouring. Five radiation oncologists independently contoured GTVs on pre-treatment T1c and initial online-T1, T2, and FLAIR images. We assessed intra-observer and inter-observer variations and analysed the dosimetry impact through treatment planning based on GTVs generated by online MRI, simulating the current online adaptive radiotherapy practice. Results: The average Dice Similarity Coefficient (DSC) for inter-observer comparison were 0.79, 0.54, 0.59, and 0.64 for pre-treatment T1c, online-T1, T2, and FLAIR, respectively. Inter-observer variations were significantly smaller for the 3.0 T pre-treatment T1c than for the contrast-free online 1.5 T MR scans (P < 0.001). Compared to the T1c contours, the average DSC index of intra-observer contouring was 0.52‒0.55 for online MRIs. For BMs larger than 3 cm3, visible on all image sets, the average DSC indices were 0.69, 0.71 and 0.64 for online-T1, T2, and FLAIR, respectively, compared to the pre-treatment T1c contour. For BMs < 3 cm3, the average visibility rates were 22.3%, 41.3%, and 51.8% for online-T1, T2, and FLAIR, respectively. Simulated adaptive planning showed an average prescription dose coverage of 63.4‒66.9% when evaluated by ground truth planning target volumes (PTVs) generated on pre-treatment T1c, reducing it from over 99% coverage by PTVs generated on online MRIs. Conclusions: The accuracy of online target contouring was unsatisfactory for the current MRI-guided online adaptive FSRT. Small lesions had poor visibility on 1.5 T non-contrast-enhanced MR-Linac images. Contour inaccuracies caused a one-third drop in prescription dose coverage for the target volume. Background: Data on the long-term oncological outcomes of patients who undergo conversion surgery (CS) in gastric cancer (GC) patients with peritoneal metastasis (PM) are limited. Methods: GC patients with PM who received intraperitoneal (ip) and systemic chemotherapy between April 2015 and January 2021 were enrolled. Multivariate analysis was performed to identify risk factors associated with survival. Clinicopathological and survival outcomes were compared between those with CS and those without CS (NCS). The paclitaxel (PTX) plus tegafur–gimeracil–oteracil potassium capsules (S-1) (PS) + ip PTX and oxaliplatin plus S-1 (SOX) + ip PTX groups were matched in a 1:1 ratio using propensity score matching. Oncological and survival data were collected and analyzed. Results: A total of 540 patients who received ip chemotherapy via subcutaneous port and systemic chemotherapy were analyzed and 268 patients were enrolled, including 113 who underwent CS and 155 who did not. Overall survival (OS) were 27.0 months and 11.8 months in the CS and NCS groups (P < 0.0001), respectively. R0 resection was an independent prognostic factor for patients who underwent CS. The OS of patients with or without ovariectomy was 21.3 or 12.0 months (P < 0.0001). No difference of clinicopathological and survival outcomes was found between the PS + ip PTX and SOX + ip PTX groups. Conclusion: Conversion therapy is safe and adverse events were manageable. CS improves the survival of GC patients with PM after ip and systemic chemotherapy. R0 is an important prognostic factor. The effective management of bacterial infections that are resistant to multiple drugs remains a substantial clinical challenge. The eradication of drug-resistant bacteria and subsequent promotion of angiogenesis are imperative for the regeneration of the infected wounds. Here, a novel and facile peptide containing injectable hydrogel with sustained antibacterial and angiogenic capabilities is developed. The antibacterial peptide that consists of 11 residues (CM11, WKLFKKILKVL) is loaded onto acrylate-modified gelatin through charge interactions. A vascular endothelial growth factor mimetic peptide KLT (KLTWQELYQLKYKGI) with a GCG (Gly-Cys-Gly) modification at the N-terminal is covalently coupled through a visible light-induced thiol-ene reaction. In this reaction, the acrylate gelatin undergoes cross-linkage within seconds. Based on the physical/chemical double crosslinking strategy, the bioactive peptides achieve sustained and sequential release. The results show that the hydrogel significantly inhibits methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) growth through the rapid release of CM11 peptides at early stage; it forms obvious growth inhibition zones against pathogenic bacterial strains. Moreover, cell counting kit-8 assay and scratch test confirm that the CM11/KLT-functionalized hydrogels promote cell proliferation and migration through the later release of KLT peptides. In a mouse skin wound infected with self-luminous MRSA, the CM11/KLT-functionalized hydrogels enhance wound healing, with rapidly bacterial infection reduction, lower expression of inflammatory factors, and neovascularization promotion. These results suggest that the rationally designed, sustained and sequential release CM11/KLT-functionalized hydrogels have huge potential in promoting the healing of multi-drug resistant bacterial infected wounds. Background: Transcription factor 7-like 2 (TCF7L2) rs7903146 polymorphism has been shown to display a significant association with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM). But the effects of TCF7L2 rs7903146 on glucose and lipid metabolism are not clear. Objective: The purpose of this study was to assess the role of TCF7L2 rs7903146 genotypes on glycolipid metabolism in GDM. Methods: In total, 484 individuals (239 in GDM group and 245 in control group) were included in the final analysis from January 2015 to February 2022. Their baseline demographics, plasma lipid concentration in the first trimester and third trimester, blood glucose values of the OGTT during gestational 24–28 weeks, glycosylated hemoglobin, fasting plasma glucose and fasting insulin in third trimester, 1 min Apgar scores, 5 min Apgar scores, glucose values of cord blood, and umbilical artery pH were collected. TCF7L2 rs7903146 genotypes were analyzed by polymerase chain reaction-Sanger sequencing. Results: The frequencies of TCF7L2 rs7903146 genotype were found to have no significant differences between the two groups; however, the plasma lipid concentrations during the first trimester were higher in GDM group than control group. In GDM group, women carried the risk allele (T) in TCF7L2 rs7903146 displayed the significantly higher glucose values at 1-h during OGTT, and the higher TG and lower fasting insulin levels than those in non-carriers. Conclusion: Our results indicate that the risk allele (T) in TCF7L2 rs7903146 plays an important role in the abnormality of glucose and lipid metabolism in GDM women. For the risk allele(T) carriers of TCF7L2 rs7903146, low-fat and low-sugar diets, exercise interventions can be carried out at an early stage, and insulin therapy should be considered when their blood glucose were inadequately controlled. This paper presents a new method for the dynamics of multibody systems based on unknown constraint force. The method can uniformly solve multibody systems with typical configurations, including the system with rigid-flexible coupling, the system in tree topology, and the system with loop constraints. Unlike common methods, the proposed method can model the loop system without "cutting off" loop constraints, leading to the exact same modelling process as the tree-like system performs. Based on graph theory, a topological record matrix Mrec is proposed to capture the arbitrary system configuration. Moreover, constraint forces are selected as the key variables in semi-recursive framework. With the recursive kinematics relationship between adjacent bodies, the constraint force equation is further assembled to achieve the full-state system solution. Rock slope with horizontal-layered fractured structure (HLFS) has high stability in its natural state. However, a strong earthquake can induce rock fissure expansion, ultimately leading to slope failure. In this study, the dynamic response, failure mode, and spectral characteristics of rock slope with HLFS under strong earthquake conditions were investigated based on the large-scale shaking table model test. On this basis, multiple sets of numerical calculation models were further established by UDEC discrete element program. Five influencing factors were considered in the parametric study of numerical simulations, including slope height, slope angle, bedding-plane spacing and secondary joint spacing as well as bedrock dip angle. The results showed that the failure process of rock slope with HLFS under earthquake action is mainly divided into four phases, i.e., the tensile crack of the slope shoulder joints and shear dislocation at the top bedding plane, the extension of vertical joint cracks and increase of shear displacement, the formation of step-through sliding surfaces and the instability, and finally collapse of fractured rock mass. The acceleration response of slopes exhibits elevation amplification effect and surface effect. Numerical simulations indicate that the seismic stability of slopes with HLFS exhibits a negative correlation with slope height and angle, but a positive correlation with bedding-plane spacing, joint spacing, and bedrock dip angle. The co-pyrolysis of PVC- and biomass-upgraded bio-oil catalyzed by Ni-modified ZSM-5 was studied. Ni-ZSM-5 catalyst was prepared by impregnation method and characterized by XRD and NH3-TPD. The co-pyrolysis characteristics of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and wood powder (WP) were studied by TGA, and the effect of molecular sieves on the pyrolysis characteristics was also investigated. The pyrolysis experiments were carried out by a fixed-bed reactor, the composition and content of bio-oil and gas were analyzed, and the number of carbon atoms in the bio-oil was classified. The addition of H-ZSM-5 catalyst resulted in a significant increase in the content of light aromatic hydrocarbons compared with no catalyst, while the use of modified Ni-ZSM-5 further promoted the generation of light aromatic hydrocarbons and inhibited the formation of heavy aromatic hydrocarbons, which can be attributed to the unique pore structure of molecular sieve and the excellent catalytic activity of Ni. Abnormal genetic polymorphism of trace amine-associated receptor 1 (TAAR1) rs8192620 site has been confirmed to induce methamphetamine (MA) use and drug craving. However, the genetic susceptibility difference between MA addicts and heroin addicts is unknown. This study evaluated genetic heterogeneity of TAAR1 rs8192620 between MA and heroin addicts and elucidated whether rs8192620 genotypes associated with discrepancy in emotional impulsivity, which would help to instruct individualized treatment in addiction via acting on TAAR1 and evaluate risk of varied drug addiction. Participants consisting of gender-matched 63 MA and 71 heroin abusers were enrolled in the study. Due to mixed drug usage in some MA addicts, MA users were further subdivided into 41 only-MA (only MA taking) and 22 mixed-drug (Magu composed of about 20% MA and 70% caffeine) abusers. Via inter-individual single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) analysis and two-sample t tests, respectively, the genotypic and Barratt Impulsiveness Scale-11 (BIS-11) scores differences between groups were completed. With following genotypic stratification, the differences in BIS-11 scores between groups were analyzed through two-sample t test. Individual SNP analysis showed significant differences in alleles distribution of rs8192620 between MA and heroin subjects (p = 0.019), even after Bonferroni correction. The TT homozygotes of rs8192620 dominated in MA participants, while C-containing genotypes in heroin (p = 0.026). There was no association of genotypes of TAAR1 rs8192620 with addicts' impulsivity. The key pyrolysis conditions such as pyrolysis temperature, raw material mixing ratio and ramp rate were investigated. Results: At a lower pyrolysis temperature of 500 °C and a higher heating rate of 10 °C/ms, the mixed pyrolysis of waste epoxy resin with polyurethane significantly promoted the formation of pyrolysis oil while inhibiting the formation of small molecule gaseous products. The kinetic results also showed that the synergistic effect between epoxy resin and polyurethane significantly reduced the apparent activation energy of the pyrolysis reaction, thus reducing the temperature required for complete pyrolysis of the feedstock. Conclusion: Based on the experimental results, reasonable pathways and synergistic mechanisms for the co-pyrolysis of epoxy resin and polyurethane are proposed. The present work contributes to the conversion of waste epoxy resin and polyurethane components into high quality pyrolysis oil, thus realizing clean disposal and resource utilization of wind turbine blade waste. The scaffolded hierarchical CeVO4/V2CTx-MXene composite is harvested to boost the performance of vanadium oxides in aqueous zinc-ion batteries. Benefiting from the high electronic-ion conductivity of V2CTx-MXene and the multilayered structure of the composite, CeVO4/V2CTx-Mxene cathode depicts the advantages of the acceptable zinc storage and ionic reaction kinetics. Compared with pure CeVO4, CeVO4/V2CTx-MXene cathode shows a reversible discharge capacity of 295.0 mAh g−1 at 1 A g−1, capacity retention of 81.6% over 3000 cycles at 5 A g−1, and good high-rate performance of 233.5 mAh g−1 at 8 A g−1. The quasi-solid-state batteries of CeVO4/V2CTx-MXene demonstrate well mechanical deformability and good cycling performance. Self-piercing riveting (SPR) is one of the advanced mechanical joining techniques, and it has been widely used in automobile industry. In this paper, the effect of die misalignment on the cross-section parameters and mechanical properties of SPR joints were respectively studied through numerical simulation and experiment, and the mechanical properties degradation mechanism of the misaligned riveted joint were analyzed. A three-dimensional explicit finite element model (FEM) of SPR joint was developed by ABAQUS, and the section observation was performed to evaluate the accuracy of FEM. The riveting process and the strain of SPR joints with different misalignment distance was analyzed, and the quasi-static shear test was carried out. The results revealed that the rivet leg near the die edge was thickened due to limitations in deformation space, and a cavity was formed at the outer edge of the rivet leg near the die center, during the riveting process. It resulted in different cross-section parameters and mechanical properties of SPR joints. Specifically, the interlock distance decreased as the misalignment distance increased. The bottom thickness of the side near the die edge increased with increasing misalignment distance, while that near the die center decreased slightly as the misalignment distance increased. In addition, the maximum shear load decreased nonlinearly with increasing misalignment distance, and the movement of die along the loading end had a significantly greater impact on the maximum shear load than the movement along the fixed end. β-Chiral sulfones are structural motifs widely found in natural products and bioactive molecules, while also serving as important intermediates for the synthesis of valuable chiral scaffolds. In contrast to the rapid growth of sulfur dioxide insertion chemistry over the last decade, enantioselective catalytic variants for accessing β-chiral sulfones, especially those bearing a quaternary carbon stereocenter, remain rare. Herein, we report an enantioselective copper/bisoxazoline catalyzed oxysulfonylation of alkenes to yield isoxazolinyl-containing β-chiral sulfones bearing quaternary carbon stereocenters with moderate to excellent yields and up to 96:4 er. The advantage and irreplaceability of this sulfur dioxide insertion catalytic system have been demonstrated by achieving transformations clearly unavailable with the previously reported sulfonyl chloride system. Additionally, the recoverability of the new-developed bisoxazoline ligand L9 and its reusability without any erosion of the catalytic activity and enantioselectivity further demonstrate the usefulness of the protocol. The plant-colonized microbial communities have closely micro-ecological effects on host plant growth and health. There are many medicinal plants in the genus Hedyotis, but it is yet unclear about the shoot-assembled bacterial and fungal communities (SBFC) of Hedyotis plants. Hence, eight plant populations of Hedyotis diffusa (HD) and H. corymbosa (HC) were evaluated with 16S rRNA gene and ITS sequences, for comparing the types, abundance, or/and potential functions of SBFC at plant species- and population levels. In tested HD- and HC-SBFC, 682 fungal operational taxonomic units and 1,329 bacterial zero-radius operational taxonomic units were identified, with rich species compositions and varied alpha diversities. Notably, the SBFC compositions of HD and HC plant populations were exhibited with partly different types and abundances at phylum and genus levels but without significantly different beta diversities at plant species and population levels. Typically, the SBFC of HD and HC plant populations were presented with abundance-different biomarkers, such as Frankiaceae and Bryobacteraceae, and with similar micro-ecological functions of microbial metabolisms of lipids, terpenoids,and xenobiotics. Taken together, HD- and HC-SBFC possessed with varied rich compositions, conservative taxonomic structures, and similar metabolic functions, but with small-scale type and abundance differences at plant species- and population- levels. Background: Hyaluronic acid (HA) dermal fillers injection is a common procedure in patients with cosmetic needs. Concomitant pain is a major complaint among patients undergoing HA filler injections. Relevant research is limited and there is no consensus on pain management of dermal filler injection. Objectives: To assist physicians in determining a more appropriate treatment approach, and to better provide treatment suggestions. Methods: A nationwide (China) cross-sectional survey was conducted using questionnaires designed for physicians and patients, respectively. A total of 62 semi-structured questionnaires were administered to aesthetic physicians via face-to-face interview, whereas 123 online-based questionnaires were collected from patients who have ever undergone HA treatment. The collected questionnaire information was analyzed using descriptive statistics and content analysis. Results: 42 (67.74%) physicians observed that over 50% of their patients were concerned about pain during injection. 101 (82.11%) of patients were concerned about impending pain ≥5 points (a total score is 10) before injection. For preferred pain relief modalities, 48 (77.42%) physicians would choose a hyaluronic acid dermal filler with lidocaine, and 82 (66.67%) patients would choose anesthetic-containing products. 59 (95.16%) physicians who injected lidocaine-containing hyaluronic acid found patients had a comfortable treatment experience. Conclusions: Pain management during hyaluronic acid dermal fillers injection is important from both perspectives of physicians and patients. This survey showed that compared with other analgesic methods, lidocaine-containing hyaluronic acid has offered a more satisfying experience.
