The development of biocompatible materials, which both facilitate wound healing and possess antimicrobial properties, continues to present a formidable challenge. However, recent research has increasingly acknowledged the pivotal role that macrophages play in the repair of wounds associated with infection. In this study, a novel sequential immunomodulation strategy is proposed, which involves the preparation of hydrogels encapsulating vancomycin-loaded lithium (Li) mesoporous bioactive glass (Li-MBG) within methacrylate silk fibroin (SilMA) hydrogel. The fabricated SLM@V hydrogel exhibited enhanced capabilities for vancomycin and Li ion release, adjustable mechanical properties, and a porous network structure. Cytocompatibility assessments revealed that SLM@V hydrogels exhibit favorable compatibility in vitro. Importantly, SLM@V hydrogels demonstrate significant bactericidal and anti-inflammatory properties in vitro. In a murine model of skin defects, SLM@V hydrogels facilitated the complete healing of infected wounds. Furthermore, histological and immunohistochemical analyses substantiated the effectiveness of SLM@V hydrogels in enhancing granulation tissue formation, promoting collagen deposition, and mitigating inflammation and angiogenesis. Consequently, the composite hydrogel synthesized in this research has the potential to expedite the healing process of infection-related wounds in a secure and efficient manner. Objectives: To develop and validate a prediction model for identifying non-prostate cancer (non-PCa) in biopsy-naive patients with PI-RADS category ≥ 4 lesions and PSA ≤ 20 ng/ml to avoid unnecessary biopsy. Patients and methods: Eligible patients who underwent transperineal biopsies at West China Hospital between 2018 and 2022 were included. The patients were randomly divided into training cohort (70%) and validation cohort (30%). Logistic regression was used to screen for independent predictors of non-PCa, and a nomogram was constructed based on the regression coefficients. The discrimination and calibration were assessed by the C-index and calibration plots, respectively. Decision curve analysis (DCA) and clinical impact curves (CIC) were applied to measure the clinical net benefit. Results: A total of 1580 patients were included, with 634 non-PCa. Age, prostate volume, prostate-specific antigen density (PSAD), apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) and lesion zone were independent predictors incorporated into the optimal prediction model, and a corresponding nomogram was constructed (https://nomogramscu.shinyapps.io/PI-RADS-4-5/). The model achieved a C-index of 0.931 (95% CI, 0.910–0.953) in the validation cohort. The DCA and CIC demonstrated an increased net benefit over a wide range of threshold probabilities. At biopsy-free thresholds of 60%, 70%, and 80%, the nomogram was able to avoid 74.0%, 65.8%, and 55.6% of unnecessary biopsies against 9.0%, 5.0%, and 3.6% of missed PCa (or 35.9%, 30.2% and 25.1% of foregone biopsies, respectively). Conclusion: The developed nomogram has favorable predictive capability and clinical utility can help identify non-PCa to support clinical decision-making and reduce unnecessary prostate biopsies. The maintenance of hematopoietic stem cell (HSC) functional integrity is essential for effective hematopoietic regeneration when suffering from injuries. Studies have shown that the innate immune pathways play crucial roles in the stress response of HSCs, whereas how to precisely modulate these pathways is not well characterized. Here, we identify the E3 ubiquitin ligase tripartite motif-containing 47 (Trim47) as a negative regulator of the mitochondrial antiviral-signaling protein (MAVS)-mediated innate immune pathway in HSCs. We find that Trim47 is predominantly enriched in HSCs, and its deficiency impairs the function and survival of HSCs after exposure to 5-flurouracil (5-FU) and irradiation (IR). Mechanistically, Trim47 impedes the excessive activation of the innate immune signaling and inflammatory response via K48-linked ubiquitination and degradation of MAVS. Collectively, our findings demonstrate a role of Trim47 in preventing stress-induced hematopoietic failure and thus provide a promising avenue for treatment of related diseases in the clinic. During periods of stress, it is required to maintain the haematopoietic stem cell (HSC) pool. Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is the leading cause of cancer-related deaths and represents a substantial disease burden worldwide. Immune checkpoint inhibitors combined with chemotherapy are the standard first-line therapy for advanced NSCLC without driver mutations. Programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) is currently the only approved immunotherapy marker. PD-L1 detection methods are diverse and have developed rapidly in recent years, such as improved immunohistochemical detection methods, the application of liquid biopsy in PD-L1 detection, genetic testing, radionuclide imaging, and the use of machine learning methods to construct PD-L1 prediction models. This review focuses on the detection methods and challenges of PD-L1 from different sources, and discusses the influencing factors of PD-L1 detection and the value of combined biomarkers. Intelligent fault diagnosis is an important method in rotating machinery fault diagnosis and equipment health management. To deal with co-frequency vibration faults, a type of typical fault in rotating machinery, this paper proposes a fault diagnosis method based on the stacked autoencoder (SAE) and ensembled ResNet-SVM. Furthermore, the time- and frequency-domain features of several co-frequency vibration faults are summarized based on the mechanism analysis and calculated using actual vibration data. To realize and validate the high-precision diagnosis method of rotating equipment with co-frequency faults proposed in this study, the following three criteria are required: First, to improve the effectiveness and robustness of the ensembled model and the sliding window using data augmentation, adding noise, autoencoder (AE) and SAE methods are analyzed in terms of principle and practical effects. Second, ResNet is used as the feature extractor for the ensembled ResNet-SVM model. Feature extraction is carried out twice, and the extracted co-frequency fault features are more comprehensive. Finally, the data augmentation method and ensemble ResNet-SVM are combined for fault diagnosis and compared with other methods. Purpose: The optimal number of lymph nodes to be resected in patients with rectal cancer who undergo radical surgery after neoadjuvant therapy remains controversial. This study evaluated the prognostic variances between elderly and non-elderly patients and determined the ideal number of lymph nodes to be removed in these patients. Methods: The Surveillance, Epidemiology, and End Results (SEER) datasets were used to gather information on 7894 patients diagnosed with stage T3-4/N+ rectal cancer who underwent neoadjuvant therapy from 2010 to 2019. Of these patients, 2787 were elderly and 5107 were non-elderly. A total of 152 patients from the Longyan First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University were used for external validation. Overall survival (OS) and cancer-specific survival (CSS) were evaluated to determine the optimal quantity of lymph nodes for surgical resection. Results: The study found significant differences in OS and CSS between elderly and non-elderly patients, both before and after adjustment for confounders (P < 0.001). The removal of 14 lymph nodes may be considered a benchmark for patients with stage T3-4/N+ rectal cancer who undergo radical surgery following neoadjuvant therapy, as this number provides a more accurate foundation for the personalized treatment of rectal cancer. External data validated the differences in OS and CSS and supported the 14 lymph nodes as a new benchmark in these patients. Conclusion: For patients with T3-4/N+ stage rectal cancer who undergo radical surgery following neoadjuvant therapy, the removal of 14 lymph nodes serves as a cutoff point that distinctly separates patients with a favorable prognosis from those with an unfavorable one. Miniaturized passive fliers based on smart materials face challenges in precise control of shape-morphing for aerodynamics and contactless modulation of diverse gliding modes. Here, we present the optical control of gliding performances in azobenzene-crosslinked liquid crystal networks films through photochemical actuation, enabling reversible and bistable shape-morphing. First, an actuator film is integrated with additive constructs to form a rotating glider, inspired by the natural maple samara, surpassing natural counterparts in reversibly optical tuning of terminal velocity, rotational rate, and circling position. We demonstrate optical modulation dispersion of landing points for the photo-responsive microfliers indoors and outdoors. Secondly, we show the scalability of polymer film geometry for miniature gliders with similar light tunability. Thirdly, we extend the material platform to other three gliding modes: Javan cucumber seed-like glider, parachute and artificial dandelion seed. The findings pave the way for distributed microflier with contactless flight dynamics control. Miniature passive fliers are of interest, but there are challenges in controlling their motion. Background: Conditional survival (CS) takes into consideration the duration of survival post-surgery and can provide valuable additional insights. The aim of this study was to investigate the risk factors associated with reduced one-year postoperative conditional survival in patients diagnosed with stage III T3–T4 colon cancer and real-time prognosis prediction. Furthermore, we aim to develop pertinent nomograms and predictive models. Methods: Clinical data and survival outcomes of patients diagnosed with stage III T3–T4 colon cancer were obtained from the Surveillance, Epidemiology, and End Results (SEER) database, covering the period from 2010 to 2019. Patients were divided into training and validation cohorts at a ratio of 7:3. The training set consisted of a total of 11,386 patients for conditional overall survival (cOS) and 11,800 patients for conditional cancer-specific survival (cCSS), while the validation set comprised 4876 patients for cOS and 5055 patients for cCSS. Univariate and multivariate Cox regression analyses were employed to identify independent risk factors influencing one-year postoperative cOS and cCSS. Subsequently, predictive nomograms for cOS and cCSS at 2-year, 3-year, 4-year, and 5-year intervals were constructed based on the identified prognostic factors. The performance of these nomograms was rigorously assessed through metrics including the concordance index (C-index), calibration curves, and the area under curve (AUC) derived from the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) analysis. Clinical utility was further evaluated using decision curve analysis (DCA). Results: A total of 18,190 patients diagnosed with stage III T3–T4 colon cancer were included in this study. Independent risk factors for one-year postoperative cOS and cCSS included age, pT stage, pN stage, pretreatment carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) levels, receipt of chemotherapy, perineural invasion (PNI), presence of tumor deposits, the number of harvested lymph nodes, and marital status. Sex and tumor site were significantly associated with one-year postoperative cOS, while radiation therapy was notably associated with one-year postoperative cCSS. In the training cohort, the developed nomogram demonstrated a C-index of 0.701 (95% CI, 0.711–0.691) for predicting one-year postoperative cOS and 0.701 (95% CI, 0.713–0.689) for one-year postoperative cCSS. Following validation, the C-index remained robust at 0.707 (95% CI, 0.721–0.693) for one-year postoperative cOS and 0.700 (95% CI, 0.716–0.684) for one-year postoperative cCSS. ROC and calibration curves provided evidence of the model's stability and reliability. Furthermore, DCA underscored the nomogram's superior clinical utility. Conclusions: Our study developed nomograms and predictive models for postoperative stage III survival in T3–T4 colon cancer with the aim of accurately estimating conditional survival. Surgical treatment has been widely used in patients with refractory slow transit constipation (RSTC). The aim of this network meta-analysis (NMA) was to compare the effects of different colectomies on short-term postoperative complications and quality of life in patients with RSTC. Electronic literature searches were performed in the PubMed, Web of Science, EMBASE, WANFANG DATA, and Cochrane Central Register of controlled trials databases and were searched up to December 2022. Selected to compare the short-term clinical outcomes and quality of life of the treatment of RSTC. A random-effects Bayesian NMA was conducted to assess and rank the effectiveness of different surgical modalities. This study included a total of six non-randomized controlled trials involving 336 subjects. It was found that subtotal colectomy with cecorectal anastomosis (CRA) demonstrated superior effectiveness in several aspects, including reduced hospital stay (MD 0.06; 95% CI [0.02, 1.96]), shorter operative time (MD 4.75; 95% CI [0.28, 14.07]), lower constipation index (MD 0.61; 95% CI [0.04, 1.71]), improved quality of life (MD 4.42; 95% CI [0.48, 4.42]). Additionally, in terms of short-term clinical outcomes, subtotal colectomy with ileosigmoidal anastomosis (SC-ISA) procedure ranked the highest in reducing small bowel obstruction (OR 0.24; 95% CI [0.02, 0.49]), alleviating abdominal pain (OR 0.53; 95% CI [0.05, 1.14]), minimizing abdominal distension (OR 0.33; 95% CI [0.02, 0.65]), and reducing incision infection rates (OR 0.17; 95% CI [0.01, 0.33]). Furthermore, SC-ISA ranked as the best approach in terms of patient satisfaction (OR 0.66; 95% CI [0.02, 1.46]). Introduction: The axisymmetric vector nozzle is an important mechanism to realize thrust vectoring technology, which is a complex spatial multilink mechanism, consisting of multi-stage linkage driven by multiple actuators. Under the action of the actuator load, there is resistance between all levels of linkage, which is prone to phenomena such as stagnation and poor adjustment accuracy, and thus affects the reliability of the aero-engine. Materials and methods: A single-link dynamics model of the vector nozzle regulating mechanism is constructed by using Lagrange equations of the first kind. According to the above whole chain vector nozzle adjustment mechanism, three actuators are evenly distributed on one side of the ring, and 12 branch chains are evenly distributed on the right side, and the whole machine model of the vector nozzle adjustment mechanism is constructed. Due to the fact that all branched chains have the same structure and working principle, only four branched chains are analyzed in this paper. Results: The correctness of the dynamic model is verified by comparing the ADAMS simulation results with the numerical simulation results. The simulation results show that the presence or absence of clearance in the single-chain structure has the greatest influence on the motion joint 3. The force on the four joints is almost the same when the mechanism is doing the retracting and expanding motion, and the collision force on joint C is the largest when it is doing the deflecting motion, followed by A, B and D are almost the same with the smallest force. The effect of changing the joint clearance on the retardation force of the three actuators when doing retracting and deflecting motions is also considered. At last, the results show that the clearance will produce wear, and the larger the clearance, the greater the depth of wear and the more intense the degree of wear. Purpose: The WHO’s classification of renal cell carcinoma (RCC) has transitioned from solely morphologic to an integrated molecular-defined classification with genotyping based on driver genes. One-third of patients with localized diseases eventually develop metastases. First-line treatments with tyrosine kinase inhibitors and immunotherapies have shown promise in improving patient outcomes. This study aims to assess the efficacy of next-generation sequencing (NGS) guided therapy for patients with metastatic renal cell carcinoma (mRCC). Methods: We evaluated a cohort of 77 mRCC patients. In the context of first-line systemic treatment, 35 patients were administered NGS-guided personalized therapy, while 42 received empirical therapy. We subsequently compared the progression-free survival (PFS) of both groups and reported the objective response rate (ORR) for the NGS-guided group. Results: Over the past three years, the application rate of NGS post-nephrectomy in West China Hospital averaged 21%. The NGS-guided group showed a significantly better PFS (P =.01) compared to the empirical therapy group. The NGS-guided group also exhibited an ORR of 41.9% and a disease control rate (DCR) of 90.3%. Conclusions: Our data highlights NGS as a crucial, clinically accessible genotyping method suitable for broader adoption. In this paper, dispersion properties of guided waves in multilayer composite cylindrical shells are studied, which is composed of the inner and outer hybrid nanocomposite (MHC) layers and the middle composite core layer reinforced with shape memory alloy (SMA) fibers. According to the Hamiltonian principle and the thermoelastic theory, wave equations of the composite structure at different ambient temperatures are derived and discretized with spectral elements. By combing the thermal effects and the acoustoelastic effects, the modified semi-analytical finite element method is proposed here for the thermo-acoustoelastic effects of wave characteristics in laminated composite shells. The influence of important parameters on the dispersion characteristics of the structure is explored. The results show that the coupling of SMA fiber reinforced composite layer and MHC layers can significantly improve wave propagation characteristics of the composite cylindrical shells. The frequency of modal conversion increases with the increase of CNT volume fraction. Smaller radius-to-thickness ratios are favorable for internal wave propagation in the structure. This work is of great significance for the regulation of elastic wave propagation in multilayered cylindrical shell structures, and provides a valuable guide for the design and optimization of shell structures in engineering applications. We study Gaussian quantum steering in the Schwarzschild–de Sitter (SdS) spacetime that is endowed with both a black hole event horizon (BEH) and a cosmological event horizon (CEH), giving rise to two different Hawking temperatures. It is shown that the Hawking effect of the black hole always reduces the quantum steering, but the Hawking effect of the expanding universe does not always play the same role. For the first time, we find that the Hawking effect can improve quantum steering. We also find that the observer who locates in the BEH has stronger steerability than the observer who locates in CEH. Further, we study the steering asymmetry, and the conditions for two-way, one-way and no-way steering in the SdS spacetime. Finally, we study the Gaussian quantum steering in the scenario of effective equilibrium temperature. We show that quantum steering reduces monotonically with the effective temperature but now increases monotonically with the Hawking temperature of the black hole, which banishes the belief that the Hawking effect can only destroy quantum steering. Background: Rosmarinic acid (RA), a polyphenol from edible-medical Lamiaceae herbs, is known to possess a variety of pharmacological activity, like anti-inflammatory, hepatoprotective and immunoregulation activities. Methods and results: Hereon, we investigated the anti-allergic activity of RA on immunoglobulin E (IgE)-mediated anaphylaxis responses in rat basophilic leukemia (RBL)-2H3 mast cell. RA hindered the morphological changes of IgE-induced degranulated RBL-2H3 cells. The release of two key biomarkers (β-hexosaminidase (β-HEX) and histamine) of IgE-induced degranulated mast cells was also remarkably down-regulated by RA intervention in a dose dependent manner. Moreover, RA inhibited IgE-induced ROS overproduction and flux of intracellular Ca2+ in IgE-mediated degranulated mast cells. The q-PCR analysis showed that the expressions of genes (COX 2, PGD 2, LTC 4, HDC, Nrf2, HO-1 and NQO1) involved in MAPK and oxidative stress signaling pathways were significantly regulated by RA intervention. Moreover, the degranulation inhibitory effect of rosmarinic acid was investigated on the anti-DNP IgE/DNP-HSA induced passive cutaneous anaphylaxis (PCA) mice model in vivo. It showed that RA significantly inhibited the PCA reaction and allergic edema of ears in anti-DNP IgE/DNP-HSA stimulated mice. Conclusion: These findings suggest that RA has the potential to be used as a therapeutic candidate for allergic diseases by inhibiting mast cell degranulation. The task of detecting facial action units (AU) often utilizes discrete expression categories, such as Angry, Disgust, and Happy, as auxiliary information to enhance performance. However, these categories are unable to capture the subtle transformations of AUs. Additionally, existing works suffer from overfitting due to the limited availability of AU datasets. This paper proposes a novel fine-grained global expression representation encoder to capture continuous and subtle global facial expressions and improve AU detection. The facial expression representation effectively reduces overfitting by isolating facial expressions from other factors such as identity, background, head pose, and illumination. To further address overfitting, a local AU features module transforms the global expression representation into local facial features for each AU. Finally, the local AU features are fed into an AU classifier to determine the occurrence of each AU. Our proposed method outperforms previous works and achieves state-of-the-art performances on both in-the-lab and in-the-wild datasets. This is in contrast to most existing works that only focus on in-the-lab datasets. Objectives: To develop and validate a predictive model based on clinical features and multiparametric magnetic resonance imaging (mpMRI) to reduce unnecessary systematic biopsies (SBs) in biopsy-naïve patients with suspected prostate cancer (PCa). Methods: A total of 274 patients who underwent combined cognitive MRI-targeted biopsy (MRTB) with SB were retrospectively enrolled and temporally split into development (n = 201) and validation (n = 73) cohorts. Multivariable logistic regression analyses were used to determine independent predictors of clinically significant PCa (csPCa) on cognitive MRTB, and the clinical, MRI, and combined models were established respectively. Area under the receiver operating characteristic curve (AUC), calibration plots, and decision curve analyses were assessed. Results: Prostate imaging data and reporting system (PI-RADS) score, index lesion (IL) on the peripheral zone, age, and prostate-specific antigen density (PSAD) were independent predictors and included in the combined model. The combined model achieved the best discrimination (AUC 0.88) as compared to both the MRI model incorporated by PI-RADS score, IL level, and zone (AUC 0.86) and the clinical model incorporated by age and PSAD (AUC 0.70). The combined model also showed good calibration and enabled great net benefit. Applying the combined model as a reference for performing MRTB alone with a cutoff of 60% would reduce 43.8% of additional SB, while missing 2.9% csPCa. Conclusions: The combined model based on clinical and mpMRI findings improved csPCa prediction and might be useful in making a decision about which patient could safely avoid unnecessary SB in addition to MRTB in biopsy-naïve patients. Purpose: The aim of this study was to explore the benefit the metastasectomy for patients with metastatic non-clear cell carcinoma (non-ccRCC). Methods: This study enrolled 120 patients with confirmed metastatic non-ccRCC from the RCC database of our center from 2008 to 2021. Patients without metastasectomy were grouped as radical nephrectomy without metastasectomy patients. The clinical outcomes included overall survival (OS) and progression-free survival (PFS). Cox regression and Kaplan–Meier analyses were used to assess potential factors that predict clinical benefits from metastasectomy. Results: A total of 100 patients received radical nephrectomy alone, while the remaining 20 patients underwent both radical nephrectomy and metastasectomy. There was no significant difference in age between the two groups. Out of 100 patients who underwent radical nephrectomy, 60 were male, and out of 20 patients who had both radical nephrectomy and metastasectomy, 12 were male. Patients who underwent systemic therapy plus radical nephrectomy and metastasectomy had significantly better PFS (27.1 vs. 14.0, p = 0.032) and OS (67.3 vs. 24.0, p = 0.043) than those who underwent systemic therapy plus radical nephrectomy alone. Furthermore, for patients without liver metastasis (n = 54), systemic therapy plus radical nephrectomy and metastasectomy improved both PFS (p = 0.028) and OS (p = 0.043). Similarly, for patients with metachronous metastasis, systemic therapy plus radical nephrectomy and metastasectomy improved both PFS (p = 0.043) and OS (p = 0.032). None of the patients experienced serious perioperative complications (Clavien–Dindo Classification ≥ III grade). Conclusion: Metastasectomy in patients with metastatic non-ccRCC may provide clinical benefits in terms of improved PFS and OS, especially in patients without liver metastasis and those with metachronous metastasis. Background: The worldwide incidence of acute pancreatitis (AP) is increasing, but the dominant etiology of AP may vary by country. Mixed etiologies are involved in the increase in the number of AP patients. Aims: This study was to analyze the etiological changes and prognosis of AP patients and explore the prognosis of AP patients with mixed etiologies. Methods: Using a retrospective analysis method, AP patients hospitalized from January 2007 to December 2021 were selected from a pancreatic center in Nanchang, China. Trends in the main etiologies were analyzed, and the severity and prognosis of different etiologies were compared. Results: A total of 10,071 patients were included. Cholelithiasis (56.0%), hyperlipidemia (25.3%), and alcohol (6.5%) were the top three etiologies. The proportion of acute biliary pancreatitis (ABP) showed a decreasing trend, while the proportion of hypertriglyceridemic pancreatitis (HTGP) and alcoholic AP showed an increasing trend (all ptrend < 0.001). The incidence of organ failure and necrotizing pancreatitis was higher in patients with HTGP than in those with AP induced by other etiologies (all p < 0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in mortality among patients with different etiologies. Patients with AP due to a mixed hypertriglyceridemia-alcoholic etiology had higher ICU admission rates and were more severe than those with AP induced by other mixed etiologies. Conclusion: In the past 15 years, the proportion of ABP has trended downward, while those of HTGP and alcoholic AP have risen. In recent years, green bonds have become an important part of the green financial system. In this paper, we investigate theoretically and empirically how green bond financing impacts corporate long-term value orientation. To study this relationship, we manually collect green bond financing data and use Python to construct a measure reflecting corporate long-term value. Using a sample of Chinese A-share bond issuing companies from 2016 to 2021, we find that (1) green bond financing can significantly promote companies to pursue long-term value, in which financing costs, management's strategic risk-taking, and external supervision are the underlying mechanisms. (2) There is a synergistic effect between green bond financing and environmental regulation, which can jointly improve the intensity of corporate long-term value orientation. (3) The relationship between green bond financing and corporate long-term value is more significant in enterprises with heavily polluting, lower risk-taking levels, less strategic change, and lower financial mismatch risk. Our findings reveal the "corrective" effect of green bond financing on management's strategic decision-making, which provides new empirical evidence for comprehensively and accurately evaluating the role of green bonds and promoting the development of the green bond market. Spent carbon cathode (SCC) is a hazardous waste from the aluminum electrolysis industry. It is commonly used as a carbon source in the current disposal and recovery strategies, such as combustion, or as a reductant for smelting. The novelty of this study is to propose a strategy for recycling SCC as a graphite resource and to investigate the unique structural characteristics and adsorption properties of graphene oxide produced from this low temperature graphitized carbon. The adsorption kinetics and isotherms of SCC-GO on methylene blue (MB) were studied and compared with the GO prepared from natural flake graphite (NFG) and artificial graphite (AG). The results show that SCC-GO exhibits the highest adsorption rate and adsorption capacity (647.83 mg/g) for MB, which is much higher than NFG-GO (451.22 mg/g) and AG-GO (533.12 mg/g). The analysis of the spectroscopy and morphology confirmed that SCC-GO has a high degree of crystal defects, oxidation, and surface wrinkle. Overall, this study reveals the unique structure of SCC-GO and highlights its significant scientific and application potential as an ultra-low temperature graphitized carbon. Trace elements within the brain are important for proper neurological function, but their imbalance has been rarely investigated in glioblastoma. This study enrolled a total of 14 patients with glioblastoma, and the tumor and peritumoral brain tissues were collected while undergoing surgery. The concentrations of Mg, Ca, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Cu, Zn, Se, As, Cd, Tl and Pb were determined using a well-evaluated ICP-MS method. The Cu- and Cd-binding proteomes were further analyzed using the anatomic transcriptional atlas from Ivy GAP. Histological evaluation was based on rubeanic acid staining and immunohistochemistry, respectively. The 13 trace element concentrations were obtained, and the highest were Ca, Mn, Fe, Zn and Cu, ranging from a few to dozens of ug/g. Correlation analysis suggested the existence of two intra-correlated clusters: essential metals (Cu–Ca–Zn–Mg) and heavy metals (Pb–As–Cd–Tl–Co–Cr–Mn). Compared to the tumor samples, significantly higher levels of Cu and Cd were observed in the peritumoral region. Further analysis of the Cu- and Cd-binding proteins from the anatomic view suggested that DBH and NOS1 were obviously increased in the leading edge than the central tumor region. Consistent with the above findings, histological evaluation of Cu and DBH further confirmed more copper and DBH expressions in the peritumoral area compared to the tumor core. To compare the oncological survival outcomes of partial colectomy (PC) and hemicolectomy (HC) in patients with stage II colon cancer. A total of 18,795 patients with stage II colon cancer who underwent hemicolectomy (n = 12,022) or partial colectomy (n = 6773) from 2010 to 2019 were included in the the Surveillance, Epidemiology, and End Results (SEER) database. Overall survival (OS) and cancer-specific survival (CSS) were compared between the two groups, and the threshold of harvested lymph nodes was determined. The results showed that age, gender, race, tumor site, scope of regional lymph nodes, postoperative chemotherapy, postoperative radiotherapy, harvested lymph nodes, and tumor size were significantly different between the PC and HC groups (all P < 0.05). The OS rate was slightly lower in hemicolectomy patients than in partial colectomy patients (69.9% vs. 74.5%, respectively, P < 0.001), but CSS was similar between the two groups (87.9% vs. 88.1%, respectively, P = 0.32). After propensity score matching (PSM) was performed, the OS and CSS rates in the two groups were significantly different (CSS 84.3% vs. 88.0%, P < 0.001; OS 62.2% vs. 72.5%, P < 0.001). The survminer R package determined that the optimum threshold for the harvested lymph node count in stage II colon cancer patients was 16. CSS was significantly different between patients with ≥ 12 lymph nodes harvested and patients with ≥ 16 lymph nodes harvested (P = 0.043). Univariate and multivariate Cox regression and survival analyses of stage II colon cancer patients showed that the survival benefit of stage II colon cancer patients receiving partial colectomy was superior to that of patients receiving hemicolectomy. Partial colectomy has significant oncological benefits over hemicolectomy in the treatment of stage II colon cancer patients, even in the case of pT4b or tumor deposits. Removal of 16 lymph nodes during colectomy for stage II colon cancer correlated with improved survival, and this threshold was more effective than the standard threshold of 12 lymph nodes in distinguishing between patients with good and poor prognoses. To perform a network meta-analysis of the literature to assess the short-term and long-term outcomes of three operations for left colon and rectal cancer. Electronic literature searches were performed in the PubMed, Web of Science, EMBASE, and Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials databases up to August 2022. A Bayesian network meta-analysis using R software, ADDIS, and Review Manager 5.4 was conducted to compare outcomes of high ligation of the inferior mesenteric artery(IMA),low ligation of the IMA with D2 dissection (LLD2), and low ligation of the IMA with D3 dissection (LLD3). Sensitivity analysis was applied to investigate the influence of each primary study on the final result of the meta-analysis. Asymmetry of data was estimated by using Egger's tests. Publication bias corrected by trimming and filling method. A total of 44 studies, 5 randomized clinical trials (RCTs) and 39 non-RCTs, were included in this meta-analysis. HL was associated with a higher risk of anastomotic leakage (HL vs. LLD2, OR = 1.35, 95% CI 1.13–3.25, P = 0.001; HL vs. LLD3, OR = 1.65, 95% CI 1.35–2.01, P < 0.001), and required a longer postoperative hospital stay (HL vs. LLD3, SMD = 0.28, 95%CI 0.09–0.48, P = 0.01).However HL showed an advantage in terms of operation time(HL vs. LLD3, SMD = − 0.13, 95%CI − 0.26 to 0.01, P = 0.04). LLD3 is most likely to rank best in terms of short-term and long-term outcomes after surgery for left colon and rectal cancer. Caution should be taken in the risk of anastomotic leakage when treating colorectal cancer with LLD2. HL, LLD2 and LLD3 provide similar overall survival rates for left colon and rectal cancer. In recent years, there has been an increase in the quantity of marsh ecological asset (MEA) on the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau due to climatic warming and humidification. However, the alterations in the quality of the MEA in this region remain unclear. Here, we constructed a marsh quality index (MQI) based on the structural (including marsh fractal dimension, FD; and river network density, RN) and functional (including river runoff, Rr; and Normalized Difference Vegetation Index, NDVI) indices of marshes to assess the change in the quality of MEA between 1980 and 2020 in the pastoral areas of Zoige County. We also examined changes in MEA quantity. And the relationships between the MEA and environmental variables were tested using grey relational analysis. We found that the quantity of MEA experienced an increase of 564.41 km2 from 1980 to 2020 in the pastoral areas of Zoige County. This rise was mainly due to the conversion of grassland into marsh. The MQI results demonstrated that there was a steady improvement in the quality of MEA, which was mainly attributed to the increase in RN, Rr, and NDVI. While the quantity and quality of MEA showed a strong association with climatic factors, their correlation with livestock numbers was found to be weak. These findings suggest that changes in MEA are strongly controlled by climate change and thus nature-based approaches should be highlighted for the conservation and management of MEA in plateau regions. Dynamic attenuation is a major concern in many engineering fields, and excessive energy inputs may cause fatal damages to the key devices. Therefore, there is always a demand to pursue a novel structure with the energy attenuation capacity. A metamaterial with periodic lattice-disc unit cells inspired by the tensegrity topological configuration is proposed in this study. Both theoretical and numerical modeling are conducted to examine the effects of geometrical dimensions on the bandgaps. Two types of chains are compared, including monoatomic and diatomic ones. With the increase of the number of unit cells, the dynamic attenuation effect of the bandgaps becomes prominent. This tensegrity-inspired metamaterial is 3D-printable by additive manufacturing technology. Both frequency sweep experiment and low-speed impact test are conducted. The torsional vibration mode is identified, which is decoupled with the axial vibration mode. Both improved spring-mass model and finite element model to describe the dual modes are developed to match well with the experiments. The behaviors of metamaterial bandgaps are fully verified by both numerical simulation and experiments. Previous studies have shown that the Hawking effect always destroys quantum correlations and the fidelity of quantum teleportation in the Schwarzschild black hole. Here, we investigate the fidelity of quantum teleportation of Dirac fields between users in Schwarzschild spacetime. We find that, with the increase of the Hawking temperature, the fidelity of quantum teleportation can monotonically increase, monotonically decrease, or non-monotonically increase, depending on the choice of the initial state, which means that the Hawking effect can create net fidelity of quantum teleportation. This striking result banishes the extended belief that the Hawking effect of the black hole can only destroy the fidelity of quantum teleportation. We also find that quantum steering cannot fully guarantee the fidelity of quantum teleportation in Schwarzschild spacetime. Background: Selective internal radiation therapy (SIRT) is a developing technique and its efficacy and modality of application in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) are still controversial. This network meta-analysis aims to determine whether the efficacy and safety of SIRT alone and in combination are superior to that of sorafenib. Methods: Four databases (PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library, and Web of Science) were searched before August 2022. Cochrane Randomized Trial Risk of Bias Assessment Tool and the Newcastle–Ottawa scale were used to assess the quality. The outcomes of interest included overall survival (OS), progression-free survival (PFS), and adverse events (AEs). Results: A total of 9 eligible trials involving 1954 patients were included, and SIRT ranked first among the three treatment modalities in terms of both OS (probability, 52.3%) and PFS (probability, 68.6%). The combination of SIRT and sorafenib did not improve OS or PFS in patients with HCC. Although the combination of SIRT and sorafenib did not raise the risk of grade 3 or higher AEs, it may have introduced more AEs than either alone. Conclusions: SIRT alone was found to be superior to sorafenib and the combination of the two in improving OS or PFS in patients with non-surgical HCC, especially in patients with combined portal vein tumor thrombus. The AEs induced by SIRT were different from those of sorafenib, but the overall toxicity was manageable, the combination of the two may cause an increase in the types of AEs that occur. Background: This study aimed to summarize the clinical features of Autoimmune Glial Fibrillary Acidic Protein Astrocytosis mimicking tuberculosis meningitis to improve clinicians' understanding of this disease. Methods: We retrospectively analyzed the clinical manifestations, cerebrospinal fluid results, and imaging data of five patients with Autoimmune Glial Fibrillary Acidic Protein Astrocytosis mimicking tuberculous meningitis who were admitted to Xiangya Hospital Central South University between October 2021 and July 2022. Results: Five patients were aged 31–59 years, with a male-to-female ratio of 4:1. Among the cases reviewed, four had a history of prodromal infections manifesting as fever and headache. One patient developed limb weakness and numbness with clinical manifestations of meningitis, meningoencephalitis, encephalomyelitis, or meningomyelitis. Cerebrospinal fluid analysis revealed an increased cell count in five cases, with a lymphocyte majority. All five cases had a CSF protein level > 1.0 g/L, CSF/blood glucose ratio < 0.5, and two patients had CSF glucose < 2.2 mmol/L. Decreased CSF chloride was observed in three cases, while increased ADA was observed in one case. Both serum and cerebrospinal fluid were positive for anti-GFAP antibodies in three cases, while in two cases, only CSF was positive for anti-GFAP antibodies. Additionally, hyponatremia and hypochloremia were observed in three cases. No tumors were detected in any of the five patients during tumor screening, and all five cases had a good prognosis following immunotherapy. Purpose: Total-body PET imaging with ultra-high sensitivity makes high-temporal-resolution framing protocols possible for the first time, which allows to capture rapid tracer dynamic changes. However, whether protocols with higher number of temporal frames can justify the efficacy with substantially added computation burden for clinical application remains unclear. We have developed a kinetic modeling software package (uKinetics) with the advantage of practical, fast, and automatic workflow for dynamic total-body studies. The aim of this work is to verify the uKinetics with PMOD and to perform framing protocol optimization for the oncological Patlak parametric imaging. Methods: Six different protocols with 100, 61, 48, 29, 19 and 12 temporal frames were applied to analyze 60-min dynamic 18F-FDG PET scans of 10 patients, respectively. Voxel-based Patlak analysis coupled with automatically extracted image-derived input function was applied to generate parametric images. Normal tissues and lesions were segmented manually or automatically to perform correlation analysis and Bland–Altman plots. Different protocols were compared with the protocol of 100 frames as reference. Results: Minor differences were found between uKinetics and PMOD in the Patlak parametric imaging. Compared with the protocol with 100 frames, the relative difference of the input function and quantitative kinetic parameters remained low for protocols with at least 29 frames, but increased for the protocols with 19 and 12 frames. Significant difference of lesion Ki values was found between the protocols with 100 frames and 12 frames. Conclusion: uKinetics was proved providing equivalent oncological Patlak parametric imaging comparing to PMOD. Minor differences were found between protocols with 100 and 29 frames, which indicated that 29-frame protocol is sufficient and efficient for the oncological 18F-FDG Patlak applications, and the protocols with more frames are not needed. Advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) has a very low resectable rate. This meta-analysis aimed to compare efficacy of three combination strategies in treatment of advanced unresectable HCC with a view of guiding future selection of the best combination therapy for sorafenib and local therapy. A search was conducted to identify relevant literature published between April 2013 and May 2022, and then compared efficacy of sorafenib combined with external radiotherapy (SOF + RT), sorafenib with transarterial chemoembolization (SOF + TACE), sorafenib with hepatic artery infusion chemotherapy (SOF + HAIC), sorafenib (SOF), external radiotherapy (RT), transarterial chemoembolization (TACE), and hepatic artery infusion chemotherapy (HAIC) were studied and analyzed. Finally, the results were statistically analyzed using R 3.5.3 software and Stata/SE 15.0 software. A total of 46 studies, involving 7595 patients, were included in the meta-analysis. Analysis of overall survival (OS) and progression-free survival (PFS) of seven related treatment interventions revealed that the combination therapy had significantly higher efficacy than monotherapies. Among the combination therapies, SOF + RT was associated with the best OS and PFS rates, and the least adverse events compared to the other treatment modalities. The efficacy of combination therapy was better than monotherapy. In combination therapy, the overall survival time and progression-free survival time of SOF + RT were longer, and the adverse reactions were less. Unruh and Schwinger effects are the two well-known phenomena in the relativistic quantum field. Here, we study their joint action on quantum correlations (entanglement negativity and quantum mutual information). We consider an entangled two-mode fermion fields, in which one mode undergoes Unruh effect with constant acceleration and the other undergoes Schwinger effect of constant electric field. It is found that both relativistic effects degrade the quantum correlations of the initial state, which are then redistributed among the particles and antiparticles produced by the two effects. This document is a letter commenting on a review article titled "An umbrella review of the diagnostic value of next-generation sequencing in infectious diseases." The letter acknowledges the significance of the review in summarizing the evidence on metagenomic next-generation sequencing (mNGS) in infectious diseases. The authors state that mNGS has demonstrated satisfactory diagnostic performance in infectious diseases, but caution is necessary due to substantial heterogeneity and the use of different reference standards in the original studies. They suggest that subgroup analysis and inclusion of meta-analyses on clinical value would provide more comprehensive results. Background: Adrenal tumors, including benign cortical adenoma (BCA) and pheochromocytoma (PCC) or paraganglioma (PGL), have been more frequently detected during imaging examinations in recent years. However, the associated clinical or laboratory characteristics, especially on the Chinese population, still need to be investigated. Methods: We conducted a retrospective analysis of 491 patients pathologically diagnosed with adrenal tumors, from Jan 19, 2018 to Dec 17, 2019, at a tertiary referral hospital in Wuhan of China. Our findings including 247 (50.3%) BCA cases, and 92 (18.7) PCC/PGL cases and other cases. Both the clinical and laboratory parameters were reviewed and analyzed. Results: Compared with other adrenal tumors, PCC/PGL showed larger tumor diameters and more frequently located on the right side, and were with higher levels of urinary catecholoamines and plasma metanephrines, especially for the 24 h urinary vanilmandelic acid (VMA) and plasma normetanephrine (NMN). The optimal diagnostic thresholds were 29.40 ug/24 h for VMA (sensitivity, 85%; specificity, 91%) and 0.63 nmol/L for NMN (sensitivity, 91%; specificity, 92%). The 24 h urinary VMA and plasma NMN also shared abilities to differentiate between different tumor laterality and different tumor size in PCC/PGL cases. In addition, compared with the other benign tumors, BCA were smaller in diameters (20 vs 35 mm, p < 0.001), and seemed to be lower in levels of plasma epinephrine, dopamine and serum ACTH. Conclusion: 24 h Urinary catecholoamines and plasma metanephrines, especially for the 24 h urinary VMA and plasma MNM, showed higher diagnostic efficacies for PCC/PGL, and were tightly associated with the tumor laterality and tumor size. The recently emerged ferromagnetic two-dimensional (2D) materials provide unique platforms for compact spintronic devices down to the atomic-thin regime; however, the prospect is hindered by the limited number of ferromagnetic 2D materials discovered with limited choices of magnetic properties. If 2D antiferromagnetism could be converted to 2D ferromagnetism, the range of 2D magnets and their potential applications would be significantly broadened. Here, we discovered emergent ferromagnetism by interfacing non-magnetic WS2 layers with the antiferromagnetic FePS3. The WS2 exhibits an order of magnitude enhanced Zeeman effect with a saturated interfacial exchange field ~38 Tesla. Given the pristine FePS3 is an intralayer antiferromagnet, the prominent interfacial exchange field suggests the formation of ferromagnetic FePS3 at interface. Furthermore, the enhanced Zeeman effect in WS2 is found to exhibit a strong WS2-thickness dependence, highlighting the layer-tailorable interfacial exchange coupling in WS2-FePS3 heterostructures, which is potentially attributed to the thickness-dependent interfacial hybridization. The isolation of graphene leads to a surge of interest in two dimensional materials, and recently, ferromagnetism has been observed in several two-dimensional materials. However, two-dimensional ferromagnetism remains rare. Here, Gong et al present an alternative approach to achieve two-dimensional ferromagnetism; combining antiferromagnetic FePS3 with non-magnetic WS2 they find a ferromagnetic state forms at the interface of these two materials. In response to Cd, Pb, and Cu pollution in acid mine drainage (AMD), a multigroup cellulose material (TCIS) containing thiol (–SH), carboxyl (–COOH), and imine (–C = N) groups was prepared through oxidation and grafting reactions. At pH 5, the maximum Cd(II), Pb(II), and Cu(II) adsorption performances of TCIS were 53.60, 120.6, and 36.01 mg/g, respectively. In the binary system, the interaction between metal ions was mainly inhibited by competitive adsorption. Cu(II) exhibited the most fierce inhibitory effect and had a relatively stable adsorption performance. In the ternary system, the adsorption order was Cu(II) > Cd(II) > Pb(II). In density functional theory (DFT) calculations, we combined the molecular electrostatic potentials, binding energies, differential charges, and total potentials to illustrate the competitive behavior of metal ions at different binding sites. Moreover, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and DFT analysis revealed that the adsorption process of TCIS was dominated by the above functional groups, which caused competitive adsorption among Cd(II), Pb(II), and Cu(II). Prostate cancer (PCa) patients with mismatch repair (MMR) genes mutations are potentially responsive to immune checkpoint blockade (ICB). However, aberrations in MMR genes were rare in PCa and there is evidence that MMR genes mutations are highly ethnic specific. Thus, the prevalence and clinical characteristics of this subgroup in Chinese PCa patients are largely unknown. Furthermore, why some of these patients do not respond to ICB also remains unclear. Here, we analyzed the sequencing data from 3338 Chinese PCa patients to profile the mutation spectrum of the MMR genes. We found that in metastatic disease, the pathogenic mutation frequency of MMR genes in Chinese PCa patients was higher than that in the Caucasus population (4.8 vs 2.2%, P = 0.006) and the mutation carriers responded poorer to androgen deprive therapy (ADT) and abiraterone than non-carriers. Besides, we reported a multi-institutional cases series of 11 PCa patients with mismatch repair deficiency (dMMR) or microsatellite instability high (MSI-H) who received programmed cell death receptor-1 (PD-1) inhibitors, and performed multiplex immunohistochemistry (mIF) to explore the relationship between tumor immune microenvironment (TIME) and response to ICB. The results showed that the responders had higher density of intratumoral CD8+ T cells than non-responders. Our data suggested MMR genes mutations may be more common in Chinese PCa patients, and it is associated with poorer response to hormonal therapies. We propose that the density of intratumoral CD8+ T cells could be a promising predictor to help further subdivide the population of PCa patients who can benefit from immunotherapy. Objective: Although single-fraction high-dose-rate brachytherapy (SFHDR) for localized prostate cancer has been tried in clinical trials, relevant medical evidence is currently lacking. It is necessary to systematically analyze the safety and efficacy of SFHDR. Methods: Comprehensive and systematic searches for eligible studies were performed in PubMed, Embase, and the Cochrane Library databases. The primary endpoints included safety and efficacy, represented by toxic effects and biochemical recurrence-free survival (bRFS), respectively. The proportion rates were used as the effect measure for each study and were presented with corresponding 95% confidence intervals (CI) and related 95% prediction interval (PI). Restricted maximum-likelihood estimator (REML) and the Hartung–Knapp method were used in the meta-analysis. Results: Twenty-five studies met the inclusion criteria for quantitative analysis, including 1440 patients. The median age of patients was 66.9 years old (62–73 years old) and the median follow-up was 47.5 months (12–75 months). The estimates of cumulative occurrence for severe gastrointestinal (GI) and genitourinary (GU) toxic effects were 0.1% (95% CI 0–0.2%) and 0.4% (95% CI 0–1.2%), and for grade 2 toxic effects were 1.6% (95% CI 0.1–4.7%) and 17.1% (95% CI 5.4–33.5%), respectively. The estimate of 3‑year bRFS was 87.5% (95% CI 84.4–90.3%) and 71.0% (95% CI 63.0–78.3%) for 5‑year bRFS. The pooled bRFS rates for low-risk patients were 99.0% (95% CI 85.2–100.0%) at 3 years and 80.9% (95% CI 75.4–85.9%) at 5 years, and the risk group was found to be statistically correlated with bRFS (3-year bRFS, P < 0.01; 5‑year bRFS, P = 0.04). Conclusion: SFHDR is associated with favorable tolerability and suboptimal clinical benefit in patients with localized prostate cancer. Exposure to metals is associated with lung function decline. However, limited data are available about effects of co-exposure of metals on lung function. Additionally, the mechanism of the association between metals and lung function remains unclear. We conducted a longitudinal panel study in 2017–2018 among 45 healthy college students. Urinary 15 metals, lung function, biomarkers of oxidative stress and inflammation of participants were measured. Linear mixed effect (LME) and Bayesian kernel machine regression (BKMR) models were applied to explore the associations of urinary metals and mixture with lung function. Furthermore, we analyzed the mediating effect of biomarkers in the association between urinary metals and lung function. LME models showed the negative associations of aluminum (Al), vanadium (V), manganese (Mn), cobalt (Co), nickel (Ni), cadmium (Cd) or antimony (Sb) with Forced vital capacity (FVC), and V, Co, Ni, and Sb with Forced expiratory volume in one second (FEV1). BKMR models indicated the overall effect of metals mixture was negatively associated with FEV1 and FVC; urinary Sb was identified as the major contributor to decreased FVC and FEV1. Urinary 8-hydroxydeoxyguanosine mediated the association of Al, Mn, or Sb with FVC and the relationship of V with FEV1. The results revealed the longitudinal dose–response relationships of urinary metals with pulmonary function among healthy adults. Oxidative stress may be the underlying mechanisms of metals exposure associated with decreased lung function. With the advancements in radiotherapy (RT) in recent years, several studies have shown that RT can significantly prolong the survival of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). As a noninvasive treatment option, the application of RT for the treatment of HCC is garnering increasing attention. In this retrospective study, we included data from 13,878 patients with HCC from the Surveillance, Epidemiology, and End Results (SEER) database between 2000 and 2019 and 325 patients with HCC treated in three tertiary hospitals in China between 2015 and 2021. Patient data were divided into RT and non-RT groups based on whether the patients underwent RT. Propensity score matching analysis was performed to minimize the deviation between the RT and non-RT groups, and the Kaplan–Meier method, Cox proportional hazard model, and nomogram were used to assess the efficacy of undergoing RT. The median overall survival (mOS) of the RT group was significantly longer compared with that of the non-RT group for the SEER data (16 months versus 9 months, p < 0.01). Similarly, the survival benefit was more significant in the RT group than in the non-RT group at our hospitals (34.1 months versus 15.4 months, p < 0.01). Furthermore, multivariate Cox analysis revealed that factors, including tumor (T) stage, patient age, tumor grade, serum AFP level, and chemotherapy, also affected patient survival. Moreover, these factors were also used to construct a nomogram. Subgroup analysis of these factors showed that RT was effective in prolonging patient survival in different populations. This work demonstrated that Enteromorpha biochar with introduced iron (SFB900-3) could activate peroxymonosulfate (PMS) efficiently for NTP remediation. It removed 83.9%–95.1% of NTP in 60 min under a wide pH range from 3.15 to 8.95. Density functional theory (DFT) calculations revealed the synergistic relationship between internal Fe single atoms and introduced Fe compounds—Fe3C. The adsorption capacity of SFB900-3 for persulfate improved from −0.953 eV to −4.214 eV, and the Bader charge analysis showed that Fe atoms as active sites (0.658 e) enhanced the adsorption capacity more than carbon (0.050 e). Moreover, the energy barrier for PMS dissociation reduced from 0.072 eV to −5.372 eV due to the longer length of O–O bond under the synergistic effect of Fe single atom and Fe3C which increased from 1.467 Å to 3.890 Å. The quenching experiment confirmed that 1O2 was the main active substance in NTP degradation and its contribution rate was 88.2%, which was further verified by EPR detection. The effect factor experiments proved that the SFB900-3/PMS system had stable and efficient activity for NTP removal, which remained at 73.6% removal rate after three rounds of tests. This work provided novel guidance for constructing efficient and stable biochar-based materials for organic pollutant remediation. Hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) is a detrimental factor in infant death and chronic disease. The specific pathogenesis is not entirely clear. Therefore, exploring the pathogenesis of HIE is critical. The expression of miR-19b-3p and SOX6 in umbilical blood of HIE patients was detected by qRT-PCR assay. HT22 cells were triggered with oxygen-glucose deprivation/reoxygenation (OGD/R) to construct the HIE cell model. Cell Counting Kit-8 (CCK-8) assay was used to estimate viability. SOD and MDA levels were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. Flow cytometry was implemented to ascertain neurocyte apoptosis. Cellular β-catenin immunofluorescence staining was used to detect the expression and distribution of β-catenin protein. Wnt signaling pathway activation was detected by TOPFlash/FOPFlash luciferase reporter assay. The targeting correlation of SOX6 and miR-19b-3p was corroborated by dual-luciferase reporter gene assay and RNA pull-down assay. MiR-19b-3p expression was once down-regulated, whilst SOX6 expression was up-regulated in HIE patients. MiR-19b-3p overexpression promoted cell proliferation, repressed cell apoptosis, oxidative stress response, and Wnt/β-catenin pathway activation in OGD/R-triggered HT22 cells. MiR-19b-3p negatively regulated SOX6 expression. SOX6 knockdown improved OGD/R-triggered HT22 cells injury via Wnt/β-catenin pathway activation. P2 purinoceptors are composed of ligand-gated ion channel type (P2X receptor) and G protein-coupled metabolite type (P2Y receptor). Both these receptors have played important roles in the prostate cancer microenvironment in recent years. P2X and P2Y receptors can contribute to prostate cancer's growth and invasiveness. However, the comprehensive mechanisms have yet to be identified. By summarizing the relevant studies, we believe that P2X and P2Y receptors play a dual role in cancer cell growth depending on the prostate cancer microenvironment and different downstream signalling pathways. We also summarized how different signalling pathways contribute to tumor invasiveness and metastasis through P2X and P2Y receptors, focusing on understanding the specific mechanisms led by P2X4, P2X7, and P2Y2. Statins may reduce and prevent tumor progression through P2X7 so that P2X purinergic receptors may have clinical implications in the management of prostate cancer. Furthermore, P2X7 receptors can aid in the early detection of prostate cancer. In this paper, we focus on the local convergence rate analysis of the proximal iteratively reweighted ℓ 1 algorithms for solving ℓ p regularization problems, which are widely applied for inducing sparse solutions. We show that if the Kurdyka–Łojasiewicz property is satisfied, the algorithm converges to a unique first-order stationary point; furthermore, the algorithm has local linear convergence or local sublinear convergence. Detecting the structure of spacetime with quantum technologies has always been one of the frontier topics of relativistic quantum information. Here, we analytically study the generation and redistribution of Gaussian entanglement of the scalar fields in an expanding spacetime. We consider a two-mode squeezed state via a Gaussian amplification channel that corresponds to the time-evolution of the state from the asymptotic past to the asymptotic future. Therefore, the dynamical entanglement of the Gaussian state in an expanding universe encodes historical information about the underlying spacetime structure, suggesting a promising application in observational cosmology. We find that quantum entanglement is more sensitive to the expansion rate than the expansion volume. According to the analysis of quantum entanglement, choosing the particles with the smaller momentum and the optimal mass is a better way to extract information about the expanding universe.
