The article presents information related to Abusive Head Trauma (AHT) in children. It is informed that AHT is highest in infancy and Retinal Haemorrhages (RHs) have a high positive predictive rate for it. It is informed that a guideline working party (GWP) from the Royal College of Ophthalmologists (RCO) and the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (RCPCH) has developed guidance on AHT.
