The Xishuangbanna game fowl, a local Chinese chicken breed renowned for its athleticism, is facing extinction. Despite its significance, research on its genome assembly and resequencing remains sparse, limiting our understanding of its genetic structure and function. In this study, we assembled a chromosome-level genome using second-generation sequencing and high-throughput chromosome conformation capture (Hi-C), along with transcriptome sequencing. We also resequenced 62 individuals. The resulting assembly yielded a 1.09 gigabase (Gb) high-quality genome, 994.34 Gb of resequencing data, and 141.38 Gb of transcriptome data from 15 tissues. This comprehensive dataset provides valuable insights into the artificial selection processes shaping the breed and offers a solid foundation for further genetic and population studies. This study aimed to explore the possibility of "repairing while producing" Cd-contaminated limestone soil and to investigate the combined effect of biochar-Sedum plumbizincicola. A pot experiment was conducted to examine the effect of Cd-contaminated limestone soil remediation and Cd absorption by Lactuca sativa. Six treatments were examined: monocropping of Lactuca sativa and intercropping of Lactuca sativa with Sedum plumbizincicola in Cd-contaminated limestone soil with 0, 4%, and 10% biochar addition. The results showed that under the same biochar treatment, the biomass accumulation of Lactuca sativa under monoculture was 14.41%, 18.18%, and 42.83% higher than that under intercropping, respectively, but the differences were not significant; when 4% biochar was added, the concentration of Cd in the soil was significantly reduced. When 4% and 10% biochar were added, the Cd concentration under monoculture decreased by 45.42% and 158.75%, respectively, while the Cd concentration under intercropping decreased by 82.06% and 185.10%, respectively; the concentration of soil total Cd under intercropping was lower than that under monoculture, decreasing by 8.78%, 17.17%, and 36.61%, respectively. Biochar combined with Sedum plumbizincicola is a feasible strategy that can not only effectively reduce the concentration of Cd in Lactuca sativa but also enable the remediation of Cd-polluted soil. An almost complex Norden golden structure (G c , g) on a manifold is given by a tensor field G c of type (1, 1) satisfying the complex golden section relation G c 2 = G c - 3 2 Id , and a pure pseudo-Riemannian metric g, i.e., a metric satisfying g (G c X , Y) = g (X , G c Y) . In this paper some structure-preserving connections including twin Norden golden metric-preserving connections, G c -metric-preserving connections, G c -preserving connections are studied. Twin Norden golden metric-preserving connections could be completed specifying those conditions. Also G c -metric-preserving connections are analyzed and we show that every Kähler–Norden–Codazzi golden manifold is a Kähler–Norden golden manifold, a consequence many of results in Bilen et al. (Int J Geom Methods Mod Phys 15(5):1850080, 2018) could be simplified. The Fokas–Lenells (FL) equation is an integrable higher-order extension of nonlinear Schrödinger equation. One approach to generating its breather solutions is based on Darboux transformation (DT) and iterations. However, the DT of FL equation contains negative powers of the spectral parameter, which can lead to very complicated expressions when N is large. In this paper, we avoid the negative powers by adopting a variable separation and Taylor expansion technique to solve the Lax pair of FL system. Saline lakes are useful repositories for paleo-climatic records. In recent years, magnetic properties of saline lake sediments have been widely applied to establish paleo-climatic change. However, the influence factors of magnetic properties in saline lakes have not been fully understood, which complicates the paleoenvironmental interpretation. Here, we present a rock magnetic analyses result of LOP1 profile (40°26′09″′N, 90°21′23″E) from Lop Nur, a well-known saline lake, located in the eastern Tarim Basin in northwestern China. We combined the particle size, total organic content, and mineral characteristics analysis to assess the influence factors of magnetic properties in Lop Nur and its environmental significance. The results indicate that early diagenesis is the major influence factor on magnetic properties of Lop Nur saline sediments. Authigenic greigite and pyrite are identified within organic-rich sediments, which produce zones with high and low magnetic susceptibilities, respectively. The different authigenic iron sulfide contents in different layers are related to sedimentary environment changes. Sufficient supplies of organic matter and sulphate and low sedimentation rates favour the pyritization process. Moreover, if pyritization was constrained, intermediate greigite formed and was preserved. In oxidizing environments, sediment magnetic properties are consistent with those of source materials from Tarim Basin and are mainly controlled by particle size and hydrodynamic sorting of mainly detrital magnetite is largely unaffected by early diagenesis. Our study demonstrates that magnetic properties can provide a robust approach for studying depositional environment change in saline lake. This work proposes a three-wave method with a perturbation parameter to obtain exact multi-soliton solutions of nonlinear evolution equation. The ( $$2+1$$ )-dimensional KdV equation is used as an example to illustrate the effectiveness of the suggested method. Using this method, new multi-soliton solutions are given. Specially, spatiotemporal dynamics of breather two-soliton and multi-soliton including deformation between bright and dark multi-soliton each other, and deflection with different directions and angles are investigated and exhibited to ( $$2+1$$ )D KdV equation. It is shown that Painlevé integrability of (2+1)-dimensional Boiti–Leon–Pempinelli equation is easy to be verified using the standard Weiss–Tabor–Carnevale (WTC) approach after introducing the Kruskal’s simplification. Furthermore, by employing a singular manifold method based on Painlevé truncation, variable separation solutions are obtained explicitly in terms of two arbitrary functions. The two arbitrary functions provide us a way to study some interesting localized structures. The choice of rational functions leads to the rogue wave structure of Boiti–Leon–Pempinelli equation. In addition, for the other choices, it is observed that two solitons may evolve into breather after interaction. Also, the interaction between two kink compactons is investigated. We perform the Painlevé test for a coupled Higgs system to determine its Painlevé integrability. Moreover, a class of exact complexiton-like solutions, including breather solutions and dark and bright solitary solutions, is explicitly constructed for the coupled Higgs model by using a generalized Hirota's bilinear form.
