Ultra-high performance concrete (UHPC) is becoming a prevailing construction material in protective engineering. However, an insufficient research basis causes difficulty in the anti-explosion structural design of UHPC. To investigate the blast resistance of the UHPC slab (UHPCS), contact explosion tests were carried out. UHPCS exhibited superior blast resistance and a lower threshold range of failure modes than the normal reinforced concrete slab (NRCS). Compared with the NRCS, the UHPCS reached a lower damage level under the same scaled distance and had smaller craters and spalls, fewer cracks, and an absence of cross-shaped cracks. For NRCS, failure modes of medium spall, severe spall, and perforation were reached under charges of 1.0, 1.6, and 2.2 kg. In contrast, UHPCS reached medium spall, severe spall, and perforation under charges of 1.6, 3.3, and 5.0 kg. The scaled slab thicknesses (T/W1/3) of the medium spall, severe spall, and perforation of the NRCSs were 1.17, 1.27, and 1.32 times larger than those of the UHPCSs, respectively. The formulae for predicting the spall and perforation thresholds of the UHPCSs were proposed. The reduction factors were used to evaluate the mitigation effect of the blast damage on the UHPC compared to that on the NRC. The reduction factors of the crater diameter () and the spall diameter () were determined to be 0.507 and 0.721, respectively. For quantitative analysis of the anti-explosion performance of UHPC, a simple estimation method for predicting the dimensions of the crater and spall of the UHPCS was proposed and verified based on the dimensional analysis method. The spatial delays of pulmonary tuberculosis (PTB) have been less explored. In this study, a total of 151,799 notified PTB cases were included, with median patient and diagnostic delays of 15 [interquartile range (IOR), 4–35] and 2 (IOR, 0–8) days, respectively. The spatial autocorrelation analysis and spatial–temporal scan statistics were used to determine the clusters, indicating that the regions in the southwestern and northeastern parts of Zhejiang Province exhibited high rates of long-term patient delay (LPD, delay ≥ 15 days) and long-term diagnostic delay (LDD, delay ≥ 2 days). Besides, the Mantel test indicated a moderately positive correlation between public awareness of suspicious symptoms and the LPD rate in 2018 (Mantel's r = 0.4, P < 0.05). These findings suggest that PTB delays can reveal deficiencies in public health education and the healthcare system. Also, it is essential to explore methods to shift PTB knowledge towards real changes in attitude and behavior to minimize patient delay. A novel biofuel cell (BFC)-based self-powered electrochemical immunosensing platform was developed by integrating the target-induced biofuel release and biogate immunoassay for ultrasensitive 17β-estradiol (E2) detection. The carbon nanocages/gold nanoparticle composite was employed in the BFCs device as the electrode material, through which bilirubin oxidase and glucose oxidase were wired to form the biocathode and bioanode, respectively. Positively charged mesoporous silica nanoparticles (PMSN) were encapsulated with glucose molecules as biofuel and subsequently coated by the negatively charged AuNPs-labelled anti-E2 antibody (AuNPs-Ab) serving as a biogate. The biogate could be opened efficiently and the trapped glucose released once the target E2 was recognized and captured by AuNPs-Ab due to the decreased adhesion between the antigen–antibody complex and PMSN. Then, glucose oxidase oxidized the glucose to produce a large number of electrons, resulting in significantly increased open-circuit voltage (EOCV). Promisingly, the proposed BFC-based self-powered immunosensor demonstrated exceptional sensitivity for the detection of E2 in the concentration range from 1.0 pg mL−1 to 10.0 ng mL −1, with a detection limit of 0.32 pg mL−1 (S/N = 3). Furthermore, the prepared BFC-based self-powered homogeneous immunosensor showed significant potential for implementation as a viable prototype for a mobile and an on-site bioassay system in food and environmental safety applications. Objectives: Behçet's syndrome (BS) is a rare disease of unknown etiology, with limited reports especially in pediatric BS. The clinical characteristics and phenotypes of pediatric BS as a highly heterogeneous variable vessel vasculitis were investigated in this study. Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted to compare clinical variables and descriptive characteristics of BS by age of onset and gender. Cluster analysis was then performed to identify the phenotypes of pediatric BS. Results: A total of 2082 BS patients were included in this study, 1834 adults and 248 children. Compared with adult-onset BS, pediatric BS had a higher incidence of folliculitis [relative risks (RR) and 95% confidence interval (CI) 1.3 (1.0–1.5)], uveitis of the left eye [RR and 95% CI 2.3 (1.0–5.0)], intestinal ulcer complications [RR and 95% CI 2.1 (1.1–4.2)], pericarditis [RR and 95% CI 2.5 (1.0–6.2)], and psychiatric disorders [RR and 95% CI 2.8(1.0–7.9)], while the incidence of thrombocytopenia was lower [RR 0.2 (0.1–1.0)]. Among pediatric BS, females had more genital ulcers, while males were more likely to have skin lesions, panuveitis, vascular involvement, venous lesions, cardiac involvement, and aortic aneurysms. Cluster analysis classified pediatric BS into five clusters (C1–C5): C1 (n = 61, 24.6%) showed gastrointestinal (GI) involvement; C2 (n = 44, 17.7%) was the central nervous system (CNS) type where 23 cases overlapped joint involvement; in C3 (n = 35, 14.1%), all patients presented with arthritis or arthralgia; all patients in C4 (n = 29, 11.7%) manifested ocular involvement, with a few patients overlapping with GI involvement or joint damage; C5 (n = 79, 31.9%) was the mucocutaneous type, presenting both oral ulcers, genital ulcers, and skin lesions. Conclusions: The clinical features of pediatric and adult BS differ significantly. Male and female pediatric BS also have a distinct demography. Dynamic adsorption is important for evaluating the Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) adsorption performance. During adsorption process, the exothermal characteristic could lead to an increase of the column temperature, which might cause bed combustion and is negative to the adsorption efficiency. In present study, we chose graphene oxide(GO) as adsorbent, comparing with hypercrosslinked polymeric adsorbent(HPA), and conducted the dynamic adsorption experiment of ethanol, n-hexane and cyclohexane at 308 K, 318 and 328 K with different adsorbent column height. The results showed that the temperature had linear and negative influence on breakthrough capacity for three VOCs on two adsorbents. And the breakthrough adsorption capacity of ethanol, n-hexane and cyclohexane on two adsorbents were as follows: ethanol > cyclohexane > n-hexane, closely related with physical parameters of VOCs. But the physical properties of ethanol, n-hexane and cyclohexane have little influence on dynamic adsorption rate in this paper. In addition, for n-hexane and cyclohexane, the breakthrough adsorption capacity on HPA were higher than that on GO, but their k values were similarity on HPA and GO. While for ethanol, the breakthrough capacity and k value on GO were higher than HPA. Most important of all, the negative effect of temperature on VOCs adsorption on GO was lower than HPA. Therefore, GO is a good alternative adsorbent for VOCs recovery. Furthermore, with higher column height, the dynamic adsorption capacity was higher but the adsorption rate was lower. We conducted a retrospective study to investigate risk factors for tuberculosis care-seeking delay and diagnostic delays among pediatric pulmonary tuberculosis cases in Zhejiang Province from 2013 to 2022. Among 1274 cases, 49.61% experienced tuberculosis care-seeking delays (> 14 days from symptom onset to first hospital visit) and 14.91% faced diagnostic delays (> 14 days from initial consultation to diagnosis). The proportion of care-seeking delays ranged from 37.42 to 64.89%, while diagnostic delay fluctuated from 6.11 to 21.02%. Urban residence (OR = 0.78, 95% CI 0.62–0.98, P = 0.030), first visiting a municipal-level hospital (OR = 0.57, 95% CI 0.45–0.72, P < 0.001), and diagnostic method (OR = 0.66, 95%CI 0.52–0.84, P < 0.001) were associated with tuberculosis care-seeking delay, whereas first visiting a municipal-level hospital (OR = 2.05, 95% CI 1.49–2.80, P < 0.001) was linked to diagnostic delay. Further analysis using a 28-day cutoff point revealed that children aged 0–4 years, those from migrant populations, laboratory-confirmed patients, and those who first visited a county-level hospital were more likely to experience delays in seeking tuberculosis care. Thus, society should pay more attention to the health of rural, migrant, and 0–4-year-old children, as they are at higher risk of experiencing tuberculosis care-seeking delays. Secure multi-party computation of Chebyshev distance represents a crucial method for confidential distance measurement, holding significant theoretical and practical implications. Especially within electronic archival management systems, secure computation of Chebyshev distance is employed for similarity measurement, classification, and clustering of sensitive archival information, thereby enhancing the security of sensitive archival queries and sharing. This paper proposes a secure protocol for computing Chebyshev distance under a semi-honest model, leveraging the additive homomorphic properties of the NTRU cryptosystem and a vector encoding method. This protocol transforms the confidential computation of Chebyshev distance into the inner product of confidential computation vectors, as demonstrated through the model paradigm validating its security under the semi-honest model. Addressing potential malicious participant scenarios, a secure protocol for computing Chebyshev distance under a malicious model is introduced, utilizing cryptographic tools such as digital commitments and mutual decryption methods. The security of this protocol under the malicious model is affirmed using the real/ideal model paradigm. Exposure to organochlorine pesticides (OCPs) and polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) has been reported to be associated with renal impairment and chronic kidney disease (CKD). Nevertheless, the research results thus far have exhibited inconsistency, and the effect of lifestyle on their association is not clear. In this study, we assessed the correlation between serum OCPs/PCBs and CKD and renal function indicators including estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) and albumin-to-creatinine ratio (ACR) among 1721 Chinese adults. In order to further investigate the potential impact of lifestyle, we conducted joint associations of lifestyle and OCPs/PCBs on CKD. We found a negative correlation between p,p′-DDE and eGFR, while logistic regression results showed a positive correlation between PCB-153 and CKD (OR, 1.92; 95% CI, 1.21, 3.06). Quantile g-computation regression analyses showed that the association between co-exposure to OCPs/PCBs and CKD was not significant, but p,p′-DDE and PCB-153 were the main contributors to the negative and positive co-exposure effects of eGFR and CKD, respectively, which is consistent with the regression results. Participants with both relatively high PCB-153 exposure and an unhealthy lifestyle had the highest risk of CKD, in the joint association analysis. The observed associations were generally supported by the FAS-eGFR method. Our research findings suggest that exposure to OCPs/PCBs may be associated with decreased eGFR and increased prevalence of CKD in humans, and a healthy lifestyle can to some extent alleviate the adverse association between PCB-153 exposure and CKD. Behçet's syndrome (BS) is a variant vasculitis that can involve multiple organs with inflammatory manifestations. This study aimed to provide a more comprehensive analysis of the clinical phenotypes and characteristics of BS patients. We enrolled 2792 BS patients referred from China nationwide to Huadong Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University from October 2012 to December 2022. Detailed assessments of demographic information, clinical manifestations, laboratory results, gastroscopy, and medical imaging were conducted. Cluster analysis was performed based on 13 variables to determine the clinical phenotypes, and each phenotype was characterized according to the features of BS patients. A total of 1834 BS patients were included, while 958 invalid patients were excluded. The median age at onset was 31 years (IQR, 24–40 years), and the median disease duration was 10 years (IQR, 5–15 years). Eight clusters were identified, including mucocutaneous (n = 655, 35.7%), gastrointestinal (n = 363, 19.8%), articular (n = 184, 10%), ocular (n = 223, 12.2%), cardiovascular (n = 119, 6.5%), neurological (n = 118, 6.4%), vascular (n = 114, 6.2%), and hematological phenotype (n = 58, 3.2%). Ocular (RR = 1.672 (95% CI, 1.327–2.106); P < 0.001), gastrointestinal (RR = = 1.194 (95% CI, 1.031–1.383); P = 0.018), cardiovascular (RR = = 2.582 (95% CI, 1.842–3.620); P < 0.001), and vascular (RR = = 2.288 (95% CI, 1.600–3.272); P < 0.001) involvement were more prevalent in male BS patients, while the hematological (RR = 0.528 (95% CI, 0.360–0.776); P = 0.001) involvement was more common among female patients. BS presents significant heterogeneity and gender differences. The eight phenotypes of BS patients we propose hold the potential to assist clinicians in devising more personalized treatment and follow-up strategies. To address drawbacks of significant toughness decrease of furfurylated wood and comprehensively improve properties of low-quality wood, this study synthesized hyperbranched poly(ester-amide) (HBP) as toughening agent and used synergies of furfuryl alcohol (FA) and HBP for poplar wood modification. The SEM–EDX and FTIR analysis showed that FA and HBP penetrated into wood and in situ polymerized in cell walls and cell lumina, leading to about 25% mass gain and 7% volumetric changes. After compound modification, wood exhibited enhanced hydrophobicity and dimensional stability, suggested by the maximum decrease of over 30% moisture content and volumetric change. This was mainly because polymers blocked water exchanging paths, reduced water accommodation, covered sorption sites and bulked cell walls. The flexural strength and surface hardness of modified wood were notably improved. The impact toughness increased by about 50% compared with that of furfurylated wood, which was mainly ascribed to (1) HBP with a three-dimensional globular structure had micro-phase separation with FA resin during polymerization. The HBP with high flexibility and mobility, acting as the second phase particles, increased the free volume for macromolecular movement. (2) The flexible group-ester group and tertiary amide group of HBP contributed to more absorption of energy and interruption of crack development under impact. Besides, the cracks would be blunted and dissipate impact energy by producing extensive shear deformation. (3) The HBP interrupted the cross-linking of furfural resin and reduced brittle furfural resin network dense. Spinal cord injury (SCI) is a prevalent and significant injury to the central nervous system, resulting in severe consequences. This injury is characterized by motor, sensory, and excretory dysfunctions below the affected spinal segment. Transplantation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) has emerged as a potential treatment for SCI. However, the low survival as well as the differentiation rates of BMSCs within the spinal cord microenvironment significantly limit their therapeutic efficiency. Tauroursodeoxycholic acid (TUDCA), an active ingredient found in bear bile, has demonstrated its neuroprotective, antioxidant, and antiapoptotic effects on SCI. Thus, the present study was aimed to study the possible benefits of combining TUDCA with BMSC transplantation using an animal model of SCI. The results showed that TUDCA significantly enhanced BMSC viability and reduced apoptosis (assessed by Annexin V-FITC, TUNEL, Bax, Bcl-2, and Caspase-3) as well as oxidative stress (assessed by ROS, GSH, SOD, and MDA) both in vitro and in vivo. Additionally, TUDCA accelerated tissue regeneration (assessed by HE, Nissl, MAP2, MBP, TUJ1, and GFAP) and improved functional recovery (assessed by BBB score) following BMSC transplantation in SCI. These effects were mediated via the Nrf-2 signaling pathway, as evidenced by the upregulation of Nrf-2, NQO-1, and HO-1 expression levels. Objectives: The objective of this study was to examine the association between dietary diversity and sleep quality among Chinese middle-aged and older adults. Methods: The Lifestyle and Healthy Aging of Chinese Square Dancer Study is a prospective, community-based cohort study that enrolled participants aged 45 years and above from 2020 to 2021. Using the semiquantitative food frequency questionnaire to investigate the diets of study participants, and using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) to assess sleep quality. Dietary diversity was assessed using two scoring methods covering ten food groups and 66 food items, respectively: the dietary diversity score (DDS) and the food variety score (FVS). The higher scores of DDS and FVS indicated greater dietary diversity and higher dietary quality. Logistic regression analysis explored the associations between these scores and sleep quality. Results: A total of 2409 individuals with completed information on PSQI and FFQ were included in this study, of whom 767 (31.8%) had poor sleep quality. Participants with higher DDS were associated with an 18% lower odds of poor sleep quality compared to those with low DDS (OR = 0.82, 95% CI, 0.68–0.98). Participants in the highest quartile of the FVS had a 32% lower odds of poor sleep quality than those in the lowest quartile (OR = 0.68, 95% CI, 0.52–0.89). Conclusions: There was a positive correlation between higher FVS and DDS with better sleep quality. Chemoautotrophic canonical ammonia oxidizers (ammonia-oxidizing archaea (AOA) and ammonia-oxidizing bacteria (AOB)) and complete ammonia oxidizers (comammox Nitrospira) are accountable for ammonia oxidation, which is a fundamental process of nitrification in terrestrial ecosystems. However, the relationship between autotrophic nitrification and the active nitrifying populations during 15N-urea incubation has not been totally clarified. The 15N-labeled DNA stable isotope probing (DNA-SIP) technique was utilized in order to study the response from the soil nitrification process and the active nitrifying populations, in both acidic and neutral paddy soils, to the application of urea. The presence of C2H2 almost completely inhibited NO3−-N production, indicating that autotrophic ammonia oxidation was dominant in both paddy soils. 15N-DNA-SIP technology could effectively distinguish active nitrifying populations in both soils. The active ammonia oxidation groups in both soils were significantly different, AOA (NS (Nitrososphaerales)-Alpha, NS-Gamma, NS-Beta, NS-Delta, NS-Zeta and NT (Ca. Nitrosotaleales)-Alpha), and AOB (Nitrosospira) were functionally active in the acidic paddy soil, whereas comammox Nitrospira clade A and Nitrosospira AOB were functionally active in the neutral paddy soil. This study highlights the effective discriminative effect of 15N-DNA-SIP and niche differentiation of nitrifying populations in these paddy soils. Self-shaping systems offer a promising approach for making complex 3D geometries from the material-driven transformation of 2D sheets. However, current research development of such systems is focused on small-scale applications. This study proposes a self-shaping composite for generation of larger-scale curved surfaces suitable for spatial structures. The composite arises from the novel combination of a perforated plate passive layer and a heat-shrinkable active layer. Experimental investigations are undertaken to assess the influence of perforation parameters of the passive layer over the degree of curvature generated in the self-shaping composite system. A 3D scanner and parametric curvature evaluation tool were used to extract and analyse the fabricated surface curvatures. Three key deformation characteristics were identified: the generated surface is cylindrical with dominant curvature in the x-direction; curvature is approximately uniform across the surface width and length; and curvature is strongly influenced by perforation bridge and strap length parameters. Pythium oligandrum-derived biomass-activated carbon/graphene oxide (POC/GO) nanohybrid material is prepared for the first time by direct carbonization using the two-dimensional graphene oxide (GO)-incorporated Pythiumoligandrum (PO). Note that the implanted GO is adsorbed and wrapped by the generated PO, which may be a feasible method to separate GO from aqueous systems. The obtained POC/GO exhibits special textural and high conductivity properties due to rapid electron transfer through the two-dimensional GO incorporated into carbonaceous network. Based on the functional POC/GO as a sensitizing substrate, the eosin Y dye-sensitized POC/GO@Pt photocatalysts show high-efficiency H2 evolution activity, which is 1.3 and 2.1 times higher than GO@Pt and POC@Pt. As well as the apparent quantum efficiency of POC/GO@Pt can reach to 32.2% at 430 nm. The superior catalytic activities for H2 evolution are attributed to the inner heat-treated GO which provided fast electron transport channels, while the outer POC with rich defect sites provided adsorption sites for the reactant H2O and co-catalyst Pt. To investigate the effects of polymer donors with isomeric alkyl chains on the interfacial charge-transfer (CT) processes, the rates of exciton dissociation (kED) and charge recombination (kCR) have been calculated for complexes PM6/Y6 and PM6i/Y6, where isomer PM6i was designed by shifting the side chains in the electron-withdrawing units to the thiophene-bridges based on PM6. For complex PM6/Y6, kED of PM6 and Y6 exciton are calculated to be 1010–1012 s−1 and 1012–1013 s−1, and kCR is 1011–1012 s−1 for recombination of the lowest CT (CT0) excitons into the lowest triplet states of Y6, which are consistent with the experimental results. When going to complex PM6i/Y6, kED of PM6i exciton is higher than that of PM6 exciton, and of Y6 exciton is decreased to 1011–1012 s−1, but kCR is decreased to 1010–1011 s−1. The calculated results reveal that isomeric alkyl chains of polymer donors can enhance the polymer exciton dissociation and suppress the charge-recombination processes, underlining the important role of isomeric alkyl chains in design of polymer donors for high performance non-fullerene organic photovoltaics. Traumatic spinal cord injury (TSCI) is a prevalent central nervous system condition that imposes a significant burden on both families and society, affecting more than 2 million people worldwide. Recently, there has been increasing interest in bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell (BMSC) transplantation as a promising treatment for spinal cord injury (SCI) due to their accessibility and low immunogenicity. However, the mere transplantation of BMSCs has limited capacity to directly participate in the repair of host spinal cord nerve function. MiR-28-5p, identified as a key differentially expressed miRNA in spinal cord ischemia–reperfusion injury, exhibits differential expression and regulation in various neurological diseases. Nevertheless, its involvement in this process and its specific regulatory mechanisms in SCI remain unclear. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the potential mechanisms through which miR-28-5p promotes the neuronal differentiation of BMSCs both in vivo and in vitro. Our results indicate that miR-28-5p may directly target Notch1, thereby facilitating the neuronal differentiation of BMSCs in vitro. Furthermore, the transplantation of lentivirus-mediated miR-28-5p-overexpressed BMSCs into SCI rats effectively improved footprint tests and Basso, Beattie, and Bresnahan (BBB) scores, ameliorated histological morphology (hematoxylin–eosin [HE] and Nissl staining), promoted axonal regeneration (MAP2 and growth-associated protein 43 [GAP43]), and facilitated axonal remyelination (myelin basic protein [MBP]). Highlights: The recent advances in non-noble-metal bifunctional electrocatalysts for zinc–air batteries are summarized with the design principles. The working mechanism are discussed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the structure-performance relationship of electrocatalysts and the reaction pathways of the oxygen redox reactions. The challenges and prospects related to designing advanced non-noble-metal bifunctional electrocatalysts for high performance zinc–air batteries are provided. Zinc–air batteries (ZABs) are promising energy storage systems because of high theoretical energy density, safety, low cost, and abundance of zinc. However, the slow multi-step reaction of oxygen and heavy reliance on noble-metal catalysts hinder the practical applications of ZABs. Therefore, feasible and advanced non-noble-metal electrocatalysts for air cathodes need to be identified to promote the oxygen catalytic reaction. In this review, we initially introduced the advancement of ZABs in the past two decades and provided an overview of key developments in this field. Then, we discussed the working mechanism and the design of bifunctional electrocatalysts from the perspective of morphology design, crystal structure tuning, interface strategy, and atomic engineering. We also included theoretical studies, machine learning, and advanced characterization technologies to provide a comprehensive understanding of the structure-performance relationship of electrocatalysts and the reaction pathways of the oxygen redox reactions. Objectives: To evaluate the diffusion kurtosis and susceptibility change in the U-fiber region of patients with relapsing–remitting multiple sclerosis (pwRRMS) and their correlations with cognitive status and degeneration. Materials and methods: Mean kurtosis (MK), axial kurtosis (AK), radial kurtosis (RK), kurtosis fractional anisotropy (KFA), and the mean relative quantitative susceptibility mapping (mrQSM) values in the U-fiber region were compared between 49 pwRRMS and 48 healthy controls (HCs). The U-fiber were divided into upper and deeper groups based on the location. The whole brain volume, gray and white matter volume, and cortical thickness were obtained. The correlations between the mrQSM values, DKI-derived metrics in the U-fiber region and clinical scale scores, brain morphologic parameters were further investigated. Results: The decreased MK, AK, RK, KFA, and increased mrQSM values in U-fiber lesions (p < 0.001, FDR corrected), decreased RK, KFA, and increased mrQSM values in U-fiber non-lesions (p = 0.034, p < 0.001, p < 0.001, FDR corrected) were found in pwRRMS. There were differences in DKI-derived metrics and susceptibility values between the upper U-fiber region and the deeper one for U-fiber non-lesion areas of pwRRMS and HCs (p < 0.05), but not for U-fiber lesions in DKI-derived metrics. The DKI-derived metrics and susceptibility values were widely related with cognitive tests and brain atrophy. Conclusion: RRMS patients show abnormal diffusion kurtosis and susceptibility characteristics in the U-fiber region, and these underlying tissue abnormalities are correlated with cognitive deficits and degeneration. Purpose: 10 mg rivaroxaban is widely used in the Chinese mainland. This study aims to explore the association between 10 mg once daily rivaroxaban and all-cause mortality in patients with nonvalvular atrial fibrillation (NVAF). Methods: This observational study enrolled 1131 NVAF patients at the cardiovascular department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University. One-year outcomes included all-cause mortality and bleeding were recorded. Cox proportional hazards models and Kaplan-Meier analysis were utilized in the study. Results: In total, 1131 patients (402 no anticoagulants, and 729 rivaroxaban) were included. Cox proportional hazard analysis demonstrated that low-dose rivaroxaban (10 mg, HR: 0.14, 95% CI:(0.07–0.28), P<0.001; 15 mg, HR: 0.20, 95% CI:(0.09–0.43), P<0.001; 20 mg, HR: 0.22, 95% CI:(0.05–0.96), P = 0.044) exhibited lower mortality risk compared to untreated patients. Ionically conductive fibers have promising applications; however, complex processing techniques and poor stability limit their practicality. To overcome these challenges, we proposed a stress-induced adaptive phase transition strategy to conveniently fabricate self-encapsulated hydrogel-based ionically conductive fibers (se-HICFs). se-HICFs can be produced simply by directly stretching ionic hydrogels with ultra-stretchable networks (us-IHs) or by dip-drawing from molten us-IHs. During this process, stress facilitated the directional migration and evaporation of water molecules in us-IHs, causing a phase transition in the surface layer of ionic fibers to achieve self-encapsulation. The resulting sheath-core structure of se-HICFs enhanced mechanical strength and stability while endowing se-HICFs with powerful non-contact electrostatic induction capabilities. Mimicking nature, se-HICFs were woven into spider web structures and camouflaged in wild environments to achieve high spatiotemporal resolution 3D depth-of-field sensing for different moving media. Objectives: To develop and validate an 18F-FDG PET/CT-based clinical-radiological-radiomics nomogram and evaluate its value in the diagnosis of MYCN amplification (MNA) in paediatric neuroblastoma (NB) patients. Methods: A total of 104 patients with NB were retrospectively included. We constructed a nomogram to predict MNA based on radiomics signatures, clinical and radiological features. The multivariable logistic regression and the least absolute shrinkage and selection operator (LASSO) were used for feature selection. Radiomics models are constructed using decision trees (DT), logistic regression (LR) and support vector machine (SVM) classifiers. A clinical-radiological (C-R) model was developed using clinical and radiological features. A clinical-radiological-radiomics (C-R-R) model was developed using the C-R model of the best radiomics model. The prediction performance was verified by receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve analysis, calibration curve analysis and decision curve analysis (DCA) in the training and validation cohorts. Results: The present study showed that four radiomics signatures were significantly correlated with MNA. The SVM classifier was the best model of radiomics signature. The C-R-R model has the best discriminant ability to predict MNA, with AUCs of 0.860 (95% CI, 0.757–0.963) and 0.824 (95% CI, 0.657–0.992) in the training and validation cohorts, respectively. The calibration curve indicated that the C-R-R model has the goodness of fit and DCA confirms its clinical utility. Conclusion: Our research provides a non-invasive C-R-R model, which combines the radiomics signatures and clinical and radiological features based on 18F-FDGPET/CT images, shows excellent diagnostic performance in predicting MNA, and can provide useful biological information with stratified therapy. Understanding the intention of community residents to seek help from mental health professionals (MHPs) is essential in targeting interventions that promote the prevention and treatment of depression. This study aimed to investigate the current status of Chinese community populations' depression help-seeking intentions from MHPs and explore factors influencing the intentions. Data were used from a survey conducted in a city in central China (n = 919 aged 38.68 ± 17.34, 72.1% female). Help-seeking intentions, help-seeking attitude, depression stigma, family function and depressive symptoms were measured. The total mean score on the intent to seek help from MHPs was 11.01 ± 7.78 and most of respondents were unwilling to seek professional help. Multiple linear regression showed that participants who were students, held a positive help-seeking attitude and had low personal stigma were more likely to have the intention to seek help from MHPs. It is necessary to utilize effective interventions to improve community residents' intention to seek professional help. These include promoting the importance of seeking professional assistance, optimizing the quality of mental health services and altering residents' prejudice to seeking professional help. Adult tendon stem/progenitor cells (TSPCs) are essential for tendon maintenance, regeneration, and repair, yet they become susceptible to senescence with age, impairing the self-healing capacity of tendons. In this study, we employ a recently developed deep-learning-based efficacy prediction system to screen potential stemness-promoting and senescence-inhibiting drugs from natural products using the transcriptional signatures of stemness. The top-ranked candidate, prim-O-glucosylcimifugin (POG), a saposhnikovia root extract, could ameliorate TPSC senescent phenotypes caused by long-term passage and natural aging in rats and humans, as well as restore the self-renewal and proliferative capacities and tenogenic potential of aged TSPCs. In vivo, the systematic administration of POG or the local delivery of POG nanoparticles functionally rescued endogenous tendon regeneration and repair in aged rats to levels similar to those of normal animals. Mechanistically, POG protects TSPCs against functional impairment during both passage-induced and natural aging by simultaneously suppressing nuclear factor-κB and decreasing mTOR signaling with the induction of autophagy. Thus, the strategy of pharmacological intervention with the deep learning-predicted compound POG could rejuvenate aged TSPCs and improve the regenerative capacity of aged tendons. Although mRNA vaccines are known as potent activators of antigen-specific immune responses against infectious diseases, limited understanding of how they drive the functional commitment of CD8+ T cells in tumor microenvironment (TME) and secondary lymphoid organs hinders their broader application in cancer immunotherapy. Here, we systematically evaluated the immunological effects of a lipid nanoparticle (LNP)-encapsulated mRNA vaccine that encodes human papillomavirus E7 protein (HPV mRNA-LNP), a tumor-specific antigen of HPV-positive oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma (OPSCC). HPV mRNA-LNP vaccination activated overall and HPV-specific CD8+ T cells, as well as differentially drove the functional commitment of CD8+ T cells through distinct IFN-response and exhaustion trajectories in the spleen and TME, respectively. Combination therapies of HPV mRNA-LNP vaccination with immune checkpoint blockades boosted HPV-specific CD8+ T cells while maintaining their anti-tumor function, thus further promoting tumor regression. Wastewater pollution is a worldwide concern, and wastewater treatment is gaining growing global attention. Electro-Fenton is a promising method for the treatment of wastewater containing organic pollutants. This work offers an overview and bibliometric analysis of research on electro-Fenton treatment of wastewater. The literatures, consisting of 1898 documents from 2000 to 2021 collected from the Web of Science database, were analyzed using bibliometric tools such as Bibliometrix package, CiteSpace, and VOSviewer. Document types, publication trends, subject categories, journals, institutions, countries, authors, keywords, and highly cited papers were analyzed. Research in this field has undergone three stages with the rapid development in the past 5 years. Environmental Sciences (24.42%) is the leading Web of Science category, and Engineering (48.37%) is the leading research area. China (38.46%) is the most productive country, followed by Spain (8.59%), Iran (8.11%), France (6.27%), and India (5.80%), while University of Barcelona (7.38%) is the most productive institute. Enric Brillas is the leading author and has the most publications (120 papers) and the highest h-index (58). In Southeast Asia, the prevalence of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) is high; however, the molecular mechanism governing the progression of NPC is unclear. The results of the present study revealed upregulation of ring finger protein 219 (RNF219) expression in NPC tissues and cells. Overexpression of RNF219 enhanced NPC cell invasion, migration, and proliferation; whereas knockdown of RNF219 had the opposite effects. Mechanistically, RNF219 activated the nuclear factor kappa B (NF-κB) pathway, mainly reflected by increased p65 nuclear translocation, and increased NF-κB pathway target gene expression. NF-κB pathway inhibition in cells overexpressing RNF219 resulted in reduced invasion, migration, and proliferation, confirming that progression of NPC was promoted by RNF219-mediated NF-κB pathway activation. In addition, the expression of RNF219 correlated positively with the activity of the NF-κB pathway, verifying that RNF219 regulates the activity of the NF-κB pathway in the clinical setting. Considering rare researches on wide-bandgap nonfullerene acceptors for ternary organic solar cells (OSCs), we reported a small molecule acceptor ITCN as the second acceptor for constructing PM6/Y6/ITCN ternary devices with better photovoltaic performance in this work. ITCN exhibits a large bandgap of 2.19 eV and a higher LUMO (the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital) than Y6, resulting in complementary optical absorption in the short-wavelength region and increased open-circuit voltage (VOC). As the content of ITCN increases, the hole mobilities increase continuously and the electron mobilities increase to a maximum value. Moreover, the incorporation of ITCN improves the nanoscale morphology and charge transport property to some extent. From PM6/Y6-based binary device to PM6/Y6/ITCN-based ternary device, the power conversion efficiency is increased from 15.01 to 16.04% with simultaneously enhanced VOC, short-circuit current, and fill factor. Although promising strategies have been developed to resolve the critical drawbacks of lithium-sulfur (Li-S) batteries, the intractable issues including undesirable shuttling of polysulfides and sluggish redox reaction kinetics have still been unresolved thoroughly. Herein, a cobalt single-atom (CoSA) catalyst comprising of atomic Co distributed homogeneously within nitrogen (N)-doped porous carbon (Co-NPC) nanosphere is constructed and utilized as a separator coating in Li-S batteries. The Co-NPC exposes abundant active sites participating in sulfur redox reactions, and remarkable catalytic activity boosting the rapid polysulfide conversions. As a result, Li-S batteries with Co-NPC coating layer realize significantly enhanced specific capacity (1295 mAh·g−1 at 0.2 C), rate capability (753 mAh·g−1 at 3.0 C), and long-life cyclic stability (601 mAh·g−1 after 500 cycles at 1.0 C). Increasing the areal sulfur loading to 6.2 mg·cm−2, an extremely high areal capacity of 7.92 mAh·cm−2 is achieved. Further in situ X-ray diffraction, density functional theory calculations, and secondary ion mass spectrometry confirm the high catalytic capability of CoSA towards reversible polysulfide conversion. The new generation video coding standard Versatile Video Coding (VVC) has been officially released. Many novel technologies were utilized to improve the coding performance. In this paper, we propose an efficient intra prediction algorithm based on block correlation to improve the performance of VVC. First, since the single prediction mode sometimes does not predict very well and the high correlation of neighboring blocks is not fully used, we propose a multi-modes fusion method to merge the modes of adjacent blocks. Second, to better predict complex areas, we design an adaptive template matching method. Different weighting methods are utilized for different size blocks because they show different texture features. In addition, we combine Derived Mode (DM) with Cross-Component Linear Model (CCLM) in an adaptive way to form a new chroma mode which compensates for the shortcomings of single linear prediction. Experimental results indicated the superior performance of our algorithm. Compared with the VVC anchor (VTM 9.1), our proposed algorithm saved the bitrate of 0.78%, 0.87%, and 0.99% on average for Y, Cb, and Cr. In response to excessive energy consumption and severe pollution, green building has gained increasing attention around the world. Governments' top-down incentive schemes and consumers' bottom-up choice preferences are two major channels of residential green building promotion. Regarding the bottom-up route, high liveability performance is critical to ensuring that occupants are willing to make secondary purchases or provide recommendations. Therefore, this paper, using post-occupancy evaluation, aims to evaluate and compare the liveability performance of green and conventional buildings from the perspectives of occupants. The results verified that the eco-label effect (i.e., subjective differences for building types) influenced the occupants' evaluations of building performance. When controlling for eco-label bias, we found that green buildings were not superior to conventional buildings in terms of liveability. This is highly relevant to evaluations of the orientation of green building certifications that concentrate on the consumption of energy and material resources but neglect the living experience of occupants. In addition, indicators related to thermal comfort (e.g., indoor temperature or frequency of air conditioner use) played an important role in the occupants' liveability evaluations. Objectives: To investigate the correlation between choroid plexus volume and whole brain morphology in patients with multiple sclerosis (MS) and neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (NMOSD). Methods: Fifty-one patients with MS, 42 patients with NMOSD, and 56 healthy controls (HC) were recruited. The morphological changes in choroid plexus and whole brain tissue were compared between three groups and the correlations between choroid plexus volume and brain atrophy were further investigated. The longitudinal alterations of brain morphology in 25 MS and 20 NMOSD patients were compared. Results: Compared to the HC group, the choroid plexus volumes were increased in the MS group (p < 0.001) but not in the NMOSD group (p > 0.05). Compared to the HC group, the MS group showed reduced cortex thickness, deep gray matter volume, and increased ventricle system volume, and the NMOSD group showed increased third ventricle volume (all p < 0.05, false discovery rate corrected). In the MS group, there were widespread correlations between enlarged choroid plexus volume and reduced cerebral cortex thickness (p < 0.05, r = −0.292~−0.538, false discovery rate corrected). The interval time was not significantly different between the MS (median: 1.37 years) and NMOSD group (median: 1.25 years) (p > 0.05). In MS, compared with the baseline, the right hippocampus and nucleus accumbens volumes were decreased in long follow-up, and bilateral lateral ventricle volumes were increased both in short and long follow-up (all p < 0.05, false discovery rate corrected). Conclusions: The enlarged choroid plexus related to reduced cortical thickness and progressive local brain atrophy are shown in MS patients, but not obvious in NMOSD patients. As an important branch of secure multi-party computation, the geometric problem can solve practical problems in the military, national defense, finance, life, and other fields, and has important research significance. In this paper, we study the similarity problem of geometric graphics. First, this paper proposes the adjacency matrix vector coding method of isomorphic graphics, and use the Paillier variant encryption cryptography to solve the problem of isomorphic graphics confidentiality under the semi-honest model. Using cryptography tools such as elliptic curve cryptosystem, zero-knowledge proof, and cut-choose method, this paper designs a graphic similarity security decision protocol that can resist malicious adversary attacks. To upgrade the hydrophobicity, dimensional stability and mechanical properties of planted fast-growing poplar wood (Populus cathayana Rehd.), we proposed to fabricate wood-polymer composites (WDPF) by introducing biomass-derived furfuryl alcohol (FA) and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) into wood cells after delignification. The results showed that delignification enhanced wood porosity and benefited polymer impregnation and uniform distribution in cell walls, causing higher cell wall bulking. Hydrophobic FA and PVA blocked water paths and formed films on cell surface, reducing water accommodation and hindering wood-water interaction. Consequently, the hydrophobicity and dimensional stability were highly enhanced, as indicated by the moisture content and volume change decrease by over 46% and steady high contact angle. WDPF had improved flexural strength and modulus of elasticity by over 21% and 46% respectively. Besides, the impact toughness of WDPF increased by over 90% compared to furfurylated wood. The mechanical property improvement was mainly ascribed to the combined effects of PVA-FA interaction and delignification. PVA with flexible macromolecular chains interacted with FA and wood, interrupting FA crosslinking and forming polymer networks in hierarchical structures of wood. Additionally, delignification and PVA facilitated orderly arrangement of micro-fibrils and increased crystallinity and mechanical strength. Macrophages are involved mainly in the balance between inflammation and tenogenesis during the healing process of tendinopathy. However, etiological therapeutic strategies to efficiently treat tendinopathy by modulating macrophage state are still lacking. In this study, we find that a small molecule compound Parishin-A (PA) isolated from Gastrodia elata could promote anti-inflammatory M2 macrophage polarization by inhibiting gene transcription and protein phosphorylation of signal transducers and activators of transcription 1. Local injection or sustained delivery of PA by mesoporous silica nanoparticles (MSNs) could almost recover the native tendon's dense parallel-aligned collagen matrix in collagenase-induced tendinopathy by modulating macrophage-mediated immune microenvironment and preventing heterotopic ossification. Especially, MSNs decrease doses of PA, frequency of injection and yield preferable therapeutic effects. Mechanistically, intervention with PA could indirectly inhibit activation of mammalian target of rapamycin to repress chondrogenic and osteogenic differentiation of tendon stem/progenitor cells by influencing macrophage inflammatory cytokine secretion. Phosphorus is essential element for agricultural production, yet phosphorus ore resources are non-renewable and become depleted. Moreover, phosphate release from wastewater treatment plants and from inefficient crop fertilization induces pollution such as water eutrophication. Therefore, phosphorus recovery from wastewater is promising alternative source of agricultural phosphorus. Biochar can be used to adsorb phosphorus due to their porous structure, large surface area, abundant surface groups, and high mineral content of biochars. Biochar can be functionalized to improve their adsorption performance. Here, we review phosphorus recovery by functionalized biochar, with focus on biochar preparation and modification, factors influencing the efficiency of adsorption, adsorption mechanisms, and biochars as slow-release fertilizers. A fluorescence aptasensor based on taking the advantage of the combination of magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs), terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase (TdT), and CRISPR/Cas12a was developed for the determination of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC)-derived exosomes. The MNPs can eliminate background interference due to their magnetic separation capability. TdT can form an ultra-long polynucleotide tail which can bind with multiple crRNA, generating a signal amplification effect. The trans-cleavage activity of CRISPR/Cas12a can be specifically triggered via the crRNA binding with DNA, resulting in the bi-labeled DNA reporter with fluorophore and quencher being cleaved. The excitation wavelength of the fluorescence spectra was 490 nm. Fluorescence spectra with emission wavelengths ranging from 511 to 600 nm were collected. Under the optimization condition, the fabricated fluorescence aptasensor for NPC-derived exosome determination exhibited excellent sensitivity and specificity, with the linear range between 500 to 5 × 104 particles mL−1 and the limit of detection of 100 particles mL−1. We developed a continuous learning system (CLS) based on deep learning and optimization and ensemble approach, and conducted a retrospective data simulated prospective study using ultrasound images of breast masses for precise diagnoses. We extracted 629 breast masses and 2235 images from 561 cases in the institution to train the model in six stages to diagnose benign and malignant tumors, pathological types, and diseases. We randomly selected 180 out of 3098 cases from two external institutions. The CLS was tested with seven independent datasets and compared with 21 physicians, and the system's diagnostic ability exceeded 20 physicians by training stage six. The optimal integrated method we developed is expected accurately diagnose breast masses. This method can also be extended to the intelligent diagnosis of masses in other organs.
