A model of Planck cells structure on the hyphersurface of a de Sitter universe is proposed and compared with the cellular automata of 't Hooft. Processes of nucleation of particles since a “primordial” Wheeler-DeWitt equation which embeds, with a parameter of deformation, a “Quantum Boltzmann Statistics” leading to obtain bosons and fermions, are analysed. We analyze the classical problemof a charge that falls in a gravitational field, Einstein’s famous Gedankenexperiment. The goal of this paper is to analyze an original approach developed by Soker and Harpaz (2000) based on what we have called Larmor “whiplash”. The authors consider the case of a charge freely falling in a uniform gravitational field and the case of a charge supported at rest in a gravitational field. Instead, starting from Thomson’s geometrical proof of the Larmor relation, we consider the case of a freely falling charge in a “real” gravitational field. In this case, we believe that tidal effects are present, and the charge will radiate. We consider processes of emergence within the conceptual framework of the Information Loss principle and the concepts of (1) systems conserving information; (2) systems compressing information; and (3) systems amplifying information. We deal with the supposed incompatibility between emergence and computability tout- court. We distinguish between computational emergence, when computation acquires properties, and emergent computation, when computation emerges as a property. The focus is on emergence processes occurring within computational processes. Violations of Turing-computability such as non-explicitness and incompleteness are intended to represent partially the properties of phenomenological emergence, such as logical openness, given by the observer's cognitive role; structural dynamics where change regards rules rather than only values; and multi-modelling where multiple non-equivalent models are required to model such structural dynamics. In this way, we validate, from an epistemological viewpoint, models and simulations of phenomenological emergence where the sequence of events constitutes the natural, analogical non-Turing computation which a cognitive complex system can reproduce through learning. Reproducibility through learning is different from Turing-like computational iteration. Starting from the origin of Einstein's general relativity (GR), the request of Mach on the theory's structure has been the core of the foundational debate. That problem is strictly connected with the nature of the mass-energy equivalence. It is well known that this is exactly the key point that Einstein used to realize a metric theory of gravitation having an unequalled beauty and elegance. On the other hand, the current requirements of particle physics and the open questions within extended gravity theories request a better understanding of the Equivalence Principle (EP). TheMOND theory byMilgrom proposes a modification of Newtonian dynamics, and we consider a direct coupling between the Ricci curvature scalar and the matter Lagrangian showing that a nongeodesic ratio m / m can be fixed and that Milgrom's acceleration is retrieved at low energies. A geometric approach to entangled qubit pairs is outlined via Bohm Theory. An entropic quantum correlation distance is here proposed as a mark of the non-local 'handshaking' between two systems under the action of Quantum Potential. In this paper we make some remarks on an interesting mathematical method which is, in our opinion, wrongfully undervalued. We mention its many applications analyzing in particular Maxwell equations. Indeed, starting from the definition of an ordinary frame of reference in General Relativity, we consider the Cattaneo's projection technique to write the intrinsic formulation of evolution equations of the electromagnetic matter. It is known that quantum mechanics can be interpreted as a non-Euclidean deformation of the space-time geometries by means Weyl geometries. This article proposes some cosmological reflections at the qualitative and conjectural level, suggested by the Fantappié-Arcidiacono projective relativity theory. The difference will firstly be discussed between two types of singularity in this theory: geometric (de Sitter horizon) and physical (big bang, big crunch). The reasons for the existence of geometric singularities are deeply rooted in the principle of inertia and in the principle of relativity, while physical singularities are associated with the creation or destruction of matter. In this framework, quantum mechanics is introduced through a particular interpretation of Bohm’s holomovement. Finally, a possible mechanism is discussed for the genesis of the cosmological term. The Sagnac effect is usually considered as being a relativistic effect produced in an interferometer when the device is rotating. General relativistic explanations are known and already widely explained in many papers. Such general relativistic approaches are founded on Einstein's equivalence principle (EEP), which states the equivalence between the gravitational "force" and the pseudo-force experienced by an observer in a non-inertial frame of reference, included a rotating observer. Typically, the authors consider the so-called Langevin-Landau-Lifschitz metric and the path of light is determined by null geodesics. This approach partially hides the physical meaning of the effect. It seems indeed that the light speed varies by c ± ω r in one or the other direction around the disk. In this paper, a slightly different general relativistic approach will be used. The different "gravitational field" acting on the beam splitter and on the two rays of light is analyzed.
