Phasor Measurement Units (PMU) are capable to generate multi-dimensional time series data, which is one of the most important parts for monitoring power system operation. However, various internal and external factors frequently cause the system to generate anomalous data randomly, so we expect to clean and re-fill the raw PMU data with anomalies to provide support for further advanced applications such as situational awareness, early warning, and dispatch control of the system. Existing methods mostly use classical mathematics and traditional machine learning to analyze PMU data, which makes it difficult to identify the pattern changes of the data under multiple operating conditions in power systems. In this paper, we propose a hybrid model named IRFLMDNN, which consists of an improved CART random forest model and a dynamic neural network optimized by the Levenberg Marquardt algorithm for PMU data anomaly detection and adaptive data re-filling, respectively. Experimental results based on the IEEE 39-node 10-machine New England Power System show that the proposed method has accurate and robust anomaly detection and data refilling performance. The pathogenesis of severe COVID-19 reflects an inefficient immune reaction to SARS-CoV-2. Here we analyze, at the single cell level, plasmablasts egressed into the blood to study the dynamics of adaptive immune response in COVID-19 patients requiring intensive care. Before seroconversion in response to SARS-CoV-2 spike protein, peripheral plasmablasts display a type 1 interferon-induced gene expression signature; however, following seroconversion, plasmablasts lose this signature, express instead gene signatures induced by IL-21 and TGF-β, and produce mostly IgG1 and IgA1. In the sustained immune reaction from COVID-19 patients, plasmablasts shift to the expression of IgA2, thereby reflecting an instruction by TGF-β. Despite their continued presence in the blood, plasmablasts are not found in the lungs of deceased COVID-19 patients, nor does patient IgA2 binds to the dominant antigens of SARS-CoV-2. Our results thus suggest that, in severe COVID-19, SARS-CoV-2 triggers a chronic immune reaction that is instructed by TGF-β, and is distracted from itself. Our understanding on the humoral immunity induced by SARS-CoV-2 is still lacking. A mutant generated via ethylmethane sulfonate mutagenesis, Desmodesmus sp. G3, exhibited greater biomass and neutral lipid production over the wild type (WT) strain Desmodesmus sp. G41 in our previous study (Zhang et al., Bioresour Technol 207:268–275, 2016). G3 possessed a higher growth rate and lipid production than WT, with a biomass yield and total lipid content of 1302.86 mg L−1 and 48.58% respectively, which was promoted by 20.50% and 18.84%, compared to WT. Comparative transcriptome analysis was performed to elucidate the mechanism supporting enhanced biomass and lipid production in G3. A total of 1488 differentially expressed genes (DEGs) was identified comparing G3 and WT sequencing datasets, of which 753 and 735 genes were upregulated and downregulated respectively in G3. Pathway enrichment analysis indicated that 'photosynthesis,' 'starch and sucrose metabolism,' 'fatty acid elongation,' and 'pyruvate metabolism' were the notable represented DEGs-enriched pathways that might affect cell growth and lipid metabolism. Light harvesting capture was enhanced in G3. To protect PSII from photodamage, light harvesting complex-dependent non-photochemical quenching and state transitions was employed as the photoprotective strategy. De novo fatty acids (FAs) synthesis in chloroplast was downregulated in G3 while mitochondrion localized FAs elongation was enhanced to recycle carbon skeletons for lipid biosynthesis. Pyruvate mechanism was activated in G3 to generate acetyl-CoA through a pyruvate dehydrogenase bypass pathway, as the predominant pathway to provide precursor for lipids biosynthesis. To assess the feasibility and safety of laparoscopic myomectomy without coagulation for uterine corpus leiomyoma between 4 and 9 cm in diameter with types 2-5. A total of 109 patients with uterine corpus myoma, single or multiple, between 4 and 9 cm in diameter with types from 2 to 5 were included who underwent laparoscopic myomectomy without using any unipolar or bipolar coagulation. Surgery time, intraoperative blood loss, hemoglobin decline on the first day after surgery and average days of post-operative hospitalization were recorded. The mean operative time was 70 ± 25 min (range 35-140 min). Mean blood loss during operation was 138 ml (range 20-400 ml), mean hemoglobin decline on the first day after surgery was 1.5 ± 0.75 g/dl (range 0-3.2 g/dl), and mean hospitalization time was 3.2 days (range 2-6 days). No patient required a blood transfusion. There were no major post-operative complications.
