An efficient methodology for numerical solving problems of hydrodynamic modeling of spreading atmospheric pollutants from towering stationary sources of emissions under real weather conditions is described. The methodology is based on the “one-way interaction” approach, implemented on embedded grids and characterized by high accuracy and low computational expenses. The results of numerical experiments, weather forecast and modeling of impurities in the atmosphere are presented.
