Low-carbon logistics is one of the most important parts of low-carbon economy and it is the essential way for the sustainable development of logistics industry. Given this reason, this paper establishes an evaluation system for the development level of low-carbon logistics based on analytic network process, and analyzes the key factors which will influence the development of low-carbon logistics in China form government, industry and enterprise level. Then, some empirical researches based on Super Decision are carried out to reflect the quantitative relationships among the indicators influence the development of low-carbon logistics. Finally, some scientific measures are proposed to promote our low-carbon logistics based on the research.

Turbofan engine performance directly related to the safety of the operation of the aircraft, so improve the reliability of the turbofan engine performance evaluation is crucial. Based on assessment method of the turbofan engine performance at home and abroad and the perspective of the engine working principle and the performance degradation mechanism, this paper adopts a new assessment theory—Analytic Network Process Theory (ANP) to analyze the interactions and dependencies between the performance parameters in order to build a turbofan engine performance evaluation network hierarchy, and then use Superdecisions software to calculate various performance parameters weight vector. At the same time, the two PW series engine operating parameters data for instance, dimensionless processing the parameters and weighted, finally get two engine performance index to assess the performance of the turbofan engine. The results show that the ANP theory increases the accuracy and reliability of the engine performance assessment, which has a high practical value for timely assessing the performance of engine state.

There were many factors having an effect on planting development, this paper designed an indicator system for planting assessment, mainly including three kinds of essential sub-system elements, they were resource sub-system, information and energy sub-system and social-economic sub-system, the detailed indicator system involved in 8 concrete indicators from the three sub-systems. In the way, a set of reasonable indicator system of planting assessment was proposed on township/town scale, there was the characteristics involved in rural areas and agriculture information introduced in the case of indicator system. Based on it, the paper constructed the hierarchical structure model of the planting elements assessment, the weight of each indicator was calculated through AHP method. The study results showed that the planting elements development level from the comprehensive assessment was Juzhen township, Fangsi town, Shizhong subdistrict office, Xinzhai town,Xindian town, Zhangzhuang town,Liangjia town,Anren town, Lunzhen town, Shiliwang township and Litun township. Obviously, the comprehensive assessment model had preferable operability and practicability, it not only combined subjective evaluation with objective appraisal, but also qualitative with quantitative study, and fully considered of each assessment factor. Therefore, AHP method is scientific and reasonable and suit to be used to evaluate the level of planting elements assessment.

Supply chains set their ultimate aim as to satisfy their end customers. In other words, they implement a set of practices along their chain in order to generate value for customers. Therefore, aligning supply chain practices with customer values is a core objective of supply chains. The current research employs Bayesian Network (BN) and Analytic Network Process (ANP) to quantify mutual correlations between supply chain practices and customer values. In the first phase, it collects and analyzes data about six specific customer values; in the second phase, the importance of practices is evaluated by expert in the respective industry using ANP; and in the final phase, the output of the two analysis meet in a BN to generate a model which is capable of quantifying their mutual correlations given the input data. In addition, the proposed approach can handle scenarios to identify in case a specific customer value is preferred by the end customer what practice should be implemented; or vice versa, in case a specific practice is implemented how does it contribute to customer values. This approach is applied to a case study in the food industry to present its application in practice.

BIA (Business Impact Analysis) is an important basis for the organization to carry out the construction for business continuity management. The conclusions of BIA will affect the effectiveness of implementation of business continuity management plan. The major content of BIA is to determine the disaster recovery objectives of the business systems in organization. But most of the existing BIA methods are using the qualitative analysis method and expert evaluation method, which lack of sufficient theoretical support and quantitative scientific computing. The purpose of this paper is to apply mature AHP (Analysis Hierarchy Process) to BIA. BIA can really be used in guiding the implementation of the organization’s business continuity management plan through the index system and scientific computing.

As an important future strategy, mobile finance has significantly changed the banking industry. Competition in this field has become more complex as large numbers of participants joined in. Therefore, research on the competitiveness of mobile financial in the current environment is of vital importance to the development of mobile banking. In this paper we analyze the status quo of mobile financial participants, and build the mobile financial competitiveness analysis model by comprehensively using the analytic hierarchy process. Then we analyze the competitiveness of mobile financial participants. At last, we put forward a mode for commercial banking mobile financial business development.
