The article focuses on a study on whether we need to consider pain relief for patients undergoing hysterosalpingogram test. Hysterosalpingography (HSG) is the radiological assessment of tubal patency in initial investigation of female infertility. The study concludes that since patients experienced pain at some point in the procedure, they should take nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs one hour before the procedure and to continue take them again post procedure if discomfort continues.
