目的：探讨脑出血、脑梗死急性发作期患者血压、血脂、凝血纤溶功能差异及其临床意义。方法选取脑出血急性发作期患者52例（脑出血组）、脑梗死急性发作期患者48例（脑梗死组），另选体检健康者40例（对照组），均测量SBP、DBP，检测血浆TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C、脂蛋白a[Lp（a）]及抗凝血酶Ⅲ（AT-Ⅲ）、纤维蛋白原（FIB）、蛋白C（PC）、D-二聚体（D-D）。结果脑出血组、脑梗死组SBP和DBP均高于对照组（P均＜0．05）。脑出血组血浆TG、LDL-C及Lp（ a）水平均高于对照组，血浆TC、HDL-C水平均低于对照组；脑梗死组血浆TC、TG、LDL-C及Lp（ a）水平均高于对照组，血浆HDL-C水平低于对照组；脑出血组血浆TC、TG、LDL-C水平均低于脑梗死组；组间比较P均＜0．05。脑出血组、脑梗死组血浆FIB和D-D水平均高于对照组，血浆AT-Ⅲ水平均低于对照组；脑出血组PC活性高于脑梗死组及对照组；组间比较P均＜0．05。结论脑出血及脑梗死急性发作期患者均存在血压、血脂、凝血纤溶功能异常；脑梗死患者TC、TG、LDL-C水平及凝血纤溶亢进程度更高。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
