Objective To understand the screening of 296 106 newborns with intrahepatic cholestasis caused by citrin protein deficiency born in Heze area from May 2015 to December 2021. Methods The heel blood samples of 296 106 newborns born in Heze area from May 2015 to December 2021 were collected to screen for intrahepatic cholestasis caused by the deficiency of citrin protein. The primary screening method was liquid chromatography-tandem mass spec‑ trometry (LC-MS/MS) analysis. In addition to LC-MS/MS analysis, alpha-fetoprotein (AFP), SLC25A13 gene detection, and gas chromatgraphy-mass spectrometrometry (GC-MS) were performed during follow-up. Results Sixteen cases of in‑ trahepatic cholestasis were confirmed, the prevalence rate was 16/296 106, the detection rate was 13/16. Among them, 8 cases were diagnosed with the increase of specific citrulline value in the primary screening, 5 cases were diagnosed with re‑ screening of abnormal non-specific index value, and 3 cases were diagnosed with rescreening after onset. Compared with the primary screening, the results of MS/MS were significantly different, and the results of urine gas chromatography, blood AFP, SLC25A13 gene were obviously abnormal. A total of 11 SLC25A13 gene mutations were found, and c. 852_ 855del was the most common mutation, accounting for 50%, followed by IVS16ins3kb, accounting for 33%. Conclusions Most cases of intrahepatic cholestasis caused by citlin protein deficiency can be primarily screened by MS/MS, and rescreening should be combined with urine gas chromatography, blood AFP, SLC25A13 gene detection to improve the detection rate of this disease. 目的 观察圆锥角膜患者角膜生物力学特性与高阶像差相关参数改变及其相关性。方法 选择圆锥角 膜患者24例30眼（观察组）及疑似圆锥角膜患者18例32眼（对照组）。两组均应用角膜生物力学分析仪检查角膜生 物力学参数，包括第一次压平时间（A1T）、第一次压平长度（A1L）、第一次压平速率（A1V）、第二次压平时间（A2T）、 第二次压平长度（A2L）、第二次压平速率（A2V）、达到最大凹面的时间（HCT）、达到最大凹面的峰距（PD）、最大凹面 的反向曲率半径（HCR）、角膜形变幅度比（DA Ratio）、最大凹陷半径曲线下面积（IR）、最薄点角膜厚度变化率比值 （ARTh）、压平角膜的相对压力与位移比（SP-A1）、角膜形变特点参数（CBI）；应用Sirius角膜地形图仪测量6 mm角膜 直径下的总高阶像差（总HOAs）、彗差、三叶草差、球差、四叶草差均方根（RMS）值。采用Spearman分析法分析角膜 生物力学参数与高阶像差参数的关系。结果 观察组 A1L、A1T、A2L、A2V、HCR、SP-A1、ARTh 均低于对照组， A1V、A2T、PD、DA ratio、IR、CBI及总HOAs、彗差、三叶草差、球差、四叶草差的RMS值均高于对照组（P均<0. 05），两 组 HCT比较无明显差异（P>0. 05）。观察组 A1V与总 HOAs、彗差、三叶草差、球差、四叶草差 RMS值均呈正相关关 系（r分别为0. 636、0. 684、0. 367、0. 405、0. 438），CBI与总HOAs、彗差、三叶草差、球差RMS值均呈正相关关系（r分 别为 0. 662、0. 400、0. 377、0. 651），A2T、DA ratio、IR 指数与总 HOAs、彗差、球差 RMS 值均呈正相关关系，HCR、SPA1、ARTh与总HOAs、彗差、球差RMS值均呈负相关关系（P均<0. 05）。对照组PD与总HOAs、彗差RMS值呈负相关 关系（r分别为-0. 436、-0. 440），HCR、ARTh与总HOAs、彗差、三叶草差、四叶草差RMS值均呈负相关关系，DA ratio 与总HOAs、三叶草差、球差RMS值均呈正相关关系，IR与总HOAs、彗差、三叶草差RMS值均呈正相关关系，CBI与 总 HOAs、彗差、四叶草差 RMS 值均呈正相关关系（P 均<0. 05）。结论 与疑似圆锥角膜患者相比，圆锥角膜患者 A1L、A1T、A2L、A2V、HCR、SP-A1、ARTh均降低，A1V、A2T、PD、DA ratio、IR、CBI及角膜高阶像差相关参数总HOAs、 彗差、三叶草差、球差、四叶草差RMS值均升高，且圆锥角膜患者角膜生物力学指标与高阶像差相关参数的相关性 较强，有助于圆锥角膜的诊断。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

目的 分析糖尿病 (DM) 患者的眼表特征,评价泪液渗透压及泪液炎性因子MMP-9含量对干眼的诊断价值。方法 纳入102 例(202眼) DM患者,采用眼表指数评分量表(OSDI)对患者的干眼症状进行评分,<13分为无症状,13～20分为轻度症状,21～45分为中度症状,≥46分为重度症状。使用荧光素钠试纸进行眼表染色,观察泪膜破裂时间(TBUT)并进行角膜荧光素钠染色评分(CFS),TBUT <10 s、CFS> 3分为阳性。采用SchirmerⅠ试验测定泪液分泌量(SⅠt),<5 mm为阳性。取泪液样本,使用渗透压仪测定泪液渗透压,免疫印迹试剂盒测定MMP-9含量。以症状阳性(OSDI> 20分),体征(TBUT、CFS、SⅠt)至少有一项阳性为干眼的诊断标准。采用ROC曲线评价泪液渗透压、泪液MMP-9含量对DM患者干眼的诊断效能。结果 DM患者的OSDI为(25. 87±9. 62)分,其中无明显症状15眼,轻度症状74眼,中度症状103眼,重度症状10眼。无明显症状和轻度症状患者中,TBUT阳性占62. 92%,CFS阳性占50. 56%,SⅠt阳性占82. 02%;中度症状患者中,TBUT阳性占70. 80%,CFS阳性占40. 78%,SⅠt阳性占95. 14%;重度症状患者中,TBUT阳性占60. 00%,CFS阳性占30. 00%,SⅠt阳性占90. 00%。共确诊干眼患者108眼,占53. 47%。如果不考虑OSDI评分,CFS、TBUT、SⅠt至少有一项阳性的患眼共182眼,占90. 23%。DM患者的泪液渗透压为(313. 25±6. 93) m Osm/L,泪液MMP-9含量为(55. 69±17. 55) ng/m L。ROC曲线分析显示,泪液渗透压、泪液 MMP-9诊断干眼的AUC分别为0. 767、0. 632(P均<0. 05)。泪液渗透压>314. 05 m Osm/mmol时诊断干眼的灵敏度为0. 738,特异度为0. 667;泪液 MMP-9含量>35. 50 ng/m L时诊断干眼的灵敏度为0. 622,特异度为0. 700。结论 DM患者中干眼症状普遍较轻,但无症状及轻中度症状患者中已有较严重的角膜损伤存在,提示DM患者干眼症状体征分离严重,对无明显症状的DM患者也应注重眼表体征检查;泪液渗透压及泪液 MMP-9含量有助于DM患者干眼的诊断。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective To explore the relationships of fibroblast growth factor 21 (FGF-21） and microalbuminuria (mAlb） with the lower extremity macroangiopathy in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM）. Methods A total of 189 patients with T2DM were divided into the lesion group (n = 77） and non-lesion group (n = 112） according to whether they had lower extremity macroangiopathy. At the same time, 50 healthy volunteers were randomly selected as the control group. The serum FGF-21 level was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, and mAlb level was detected by the immunoturbidimetric assay. The correlations between FGF-21, mAlb level and blood sugar, blood fat were analyzed by Pearson moment correlation analysis. The relationships of FGF-21 and mAlb with the lower extremity macroangiopathy were analyzed by multivariate logistic regression analysis. Results Statistically significant differences in the HbA1c, FPG, tC,LDL-C, Cr, bUN,Hey,FGF-21, and mAlb between the three groups were found (all P < 0. 05）. The course of diabetes mellitus in the lesion group was longer, the levels of HbA1c, FPG, tC, LDL-C, Cr, bUN,Hey,FGF-21 and mAlb were higher than those in the non-lesion group, the levels of Hb Alc, FPG and Hey in the non-lesion group were higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant difference (all P < 0. 05）. The serum FGF-21 in the lesion group was positively correlated with the course of diabetes mellitus,Hb Alc, tC, Cr,Hey and mAlb (all P < 0. 05）. The urine mAlb was positively correlated with the course of diabetes mellitus,Hb Alc, tC, Cr, Hey, and FGF-21 (all P < 0. 05）. The course of diabetes mellitus,FGF-21, and mAlb were independent risk factors for lower extremity macroangiopathy in patients with T2DM (all P < 0. 05）. 目的 观察过表达S100A13基因的甲状腺癌TT细胞侵袭能力变化情况。方法分别用pCDNA3. 1/ NT-GFP-S100A13表达质粒和pcDNA3. 1/NT-GFP空质粒转染TT细胞，构建空载体pCDNA3. 1/NT-GFP-TT细胞系 (空载体组）和S100A13稳定过表达甲状腺癌TT细胞系（S100A13过表达组），采用Transwell侵袭实验观察两组细 胞的侵袭能力，蛋白印迹法检测两组细胞酸性成纤维细胞生长因子1 (FGF-1)、细胞周期蛋白E( Cyclin E)、CD31蛋 白表达。结果 S100A13过表达组、空载体组穿出基质膜的细胞数分别为（83.7 ±5.0)与（4.0 ±1.7)个,两组比 较P <0.01。S100A13过表达组、空载体组细胞FGF-1蛋白相对表达量分别为1.224 ±0. 124、0.837 ±0. 152，Cyclin E蛋白相对表达量分别为1.034 ±0. 131、0. 49 ±0.032, CD31蛋白相对表达量分别为1. 147 ±0. 1440. 312 ± 0.071,两组比较<0.05或<0.01。结论过表达S100A13基因的甲状腺癌TT细胞侵袭能力增强，这可能与 S100A13 促进 FGF-1、Cyclin E、CD31 蛋白表达有关。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
