The formation mechanism of acidic wastewater from abandoned mines was reported. The re- search status of the properties of acidic wastewater in different mine types, and analyzes the impact of acidic wastewater from abandoned mines on the local ecological environment, biological growth, and human health. Based on the main technical methods for the treatment of acid wastewater from abandoned mines, the main classification, technical content, scope of application and economy of plugging technology and acid wastewater treatment technology were introduced respectively. It was suggested that the application of acid wastewater treatment technology from abandoned mines should comprehensively consider various factors, and combine the treatment goals to reasonably select the treatment technology suitable for local acid wastewater from abandoned mines. This paper combed the technical principle, pretreatment, sample transfer and detection process of quantum cascade laser imaging for analyzing microplastics in soil samples, and summarized and compared the technical application and limitation analysis of physical analysis and chemical analysis (microscope analysis, spectral analysis, mass spectrometry analysis), in eluded the technical process of the main test method, the applicable field, and the advantages and disadvantages.
