The article presents a case study of a 44-year-old woman with a history of an asymptomatic erythematous plaque. She had a history of left breast cancer which was managed through radical mastectomy, chemotherapy and radiotherapy, and her examination revealed an indurated erythematous plaque on the left chest. She was diagnosed with carcinoma erysipeloides (CE), and was started on chemotherapy but died eight months after diagnosis. Details on CE, along with its pathology, are also included.
