The transformation of business and the economy is a key business problem, and its importance was further heightened during the COVID-19 pandemic, with the increased pressure on enterprises. Hence, the digital readiness of their business will likely determine its future competitiveness in the field. Objectives: The paper addresses the issue of digital readiness for business, with the aim of examining similarities and differences in the digital readiness of European Union countries. The main focus is on identifying the changes during the first two years of the pandemic. Methods/Approach: We conducted a factor analysis and hierarchical cluster analysis based on selected indicators. The results revealed some significant differences. Results: While the countries that lead in digital readiness remained the same, there were relatively large differences in the classification of other EU countries. Some countries, such as Latvia or Slovenia, significantly improved in many aspects of digital readiness during the pandemic. On the other hand, Bulgaria and Romania are still included in the same cluster, representing an overall low digital readiness. Conclusion: Enterprises in more developed countries also have a higher level of digital readiness. Although COVID-19 had a positive impact on digital readiness in some less developed countries, the impact is only partial, indicating a need for stronger actions to bridge the digital divide at the EU level. As a fundamental driving factor for high-quality advancement, elucidation remains requisite regarding the potential of the digital economy (DE) in achieving conjoined governance aimed at pollution reduction and carbon reduction (PCR). This study conducts a comprehensive analysis of the nexus between digital economic development (DED) and carbon mitigation. Empirical analyses are conducted utilising panel data encompassing Chinese municipalities from 2011 to 2020, enabling a quantitative evaluation of the influence exerted by DED on the concerted governance of carbon reduction and haze mitigation. The results emphasise that: DED cultivates conducive circumstances for curtailing carbon emissions and addressing haze pollution, with subsequent robust testing reinforcing the enduring significance of DED's impact on PCR. Heterogeneity analysis reveals the pronounced effect of DED on PCR, particularly discernible in provincial capitals, eastern municipalities, as well as first and second-tier urban centers, alongside metropolises of significant magnitude. The reciprocal impact of DED on PCR predominantly stems from industrialisation synergies, primarily attributed to the optimisation and advancement of industrial structure, concomitant with enhancements in production efficiency. Leadership for the digital and entrepreneurial society is a relatively new and emerging area of study, as the rapid pace of technological change has brought new challenges and opportunities for leaders. Forasmuch as digital society continues to evolve and grow, and as COVID-19 has had a significant impact on leadership practices and has brought about some notable changes in how leaders approach their roles, new leadership models are emerging to meet the unique provocations and chances of this context. The scientific literature on this specific topic is still emerging, but some key themes have already come up emphasizing the importance of agility and adaptability as organizations have to rapidly pivot their operations in response to the increasingly necessary digital expansion accelerated by the pandemic. As traditional business models are disrupted, leaders who are able to effectively leverage new technologies while thinking creatively and taking risks are more likely to succeed. Therefore, considering that the subject is still in its early stages, the research topic is to examine the leadership models that should be utilized in order to improve the digital and entrepreneurial context answering the main research questions related to the steps and leadership practices that will make a significant difference in both digital and entrepreneurial societies. The past literature on empirical and theoretical topics is compiled via a systematic review. An analysis of the content that is qualitative and descriptive was planned. Scopus, Web of Science or Google Scholar search results were of great help in carrying out the study and various leadership models were examined. The paper's theoretical contribution is the definition of a set of rules and criteria on where to focus on leadership. The improvements in connectivity, artificial intelligence, and automation and their increasing penetration into all aspects of society and economy require informed decisions based on rigorous research on the determinants and outcomes of the digital economy. This context has promoted policy incentives dedicated to the digital transformation of business models and societal settings with a potential to disrupt existing markets and form a backbone of future development. The interest in digital economy and the research domains strongly connected to it has generated a wide array of terms that created confusion over its theoretical foundations. Several bibliometric analyses in recent years have attempted to map scientific findings and provide guidelines for future research in this area. However, such analyses draw their conclusions from algorithms that focus on attributes common to all studies without looking at their content. Our study combines bibliometric and in-depth content analyses to shed light on the definition, theoretical underpinnings, and state of the art of research on the digital economy. Our findings show that research in this domain is still in its infancy and the stated focus of studies on digital economy is often not reflected in their content. The study design allows us to make an original contribution by more precisely identifying gaps in the existing knowledge, outlining a detailed research agenda, and providing guidelines for future studies as well as informed policy decisions based on rigorous research on the determinants and outcomes of the digital economy. To survive and thrive in digital economy, where technology is disrupting industries from education to even manufacturing, companies are looking for new approaches to stay relevant. As the world becomes more digitalized, customercentric approach to product development, short product cycles and rapid decision-making is needed. At the same time, while optimizing the existing core business, companies must grow more entrepreneurial culture and transformational growth engines inside the companies. Following this path, the major challenge for companies is how to implement strategic growth innovation along with executing traditional business model and operational excellence. This paper aims to explore and present the importance of digital transformation and innovations. Companies should strive to build collaborative relationships as a means to creating transformational growth. The digital revolution is fundamentally changing business strategies, structures and evolution, consumer behaviour and regulatory approaches. More than ever, the current pandemic has intensified the role of the ICT sector for economic and social survival and resilience and profiled it as a "winner" when compared to other sectors and industries. The paper addresses how the digital economy can contribute more in Romania from taxation, building on arguments in the literature in favour of considering the tax system composition as important as the absolute level of taxation. We discuss how the European Commission's proposal of a digital services tax could be applied to Romania and what the impact would be on the ICT sector, which already benefited from certain tax advantages in the last 10 years. Within an exploratory and descriptive case study, we show the very good performance of the Romanian ICT sector relative to the overall economy in the last decade, in terms of turnover evolution and profitability, although its share in GDP remains relatively low. Still, average salaries in the industry are double than those of the overall economy, which may be an indication that its value added is higher. We conclude that it is unlikely for the Romanian ICT sector to be able to bear in full the EU proposed digital services tax, but a more bearable scenario is one with a 0.5% tax or 1% tax. Nevertheless, such a proposal should be accompanied by a comprehensive ICT strategy aimed at addressing the labour force competition and investing on the digitalization of the overall economy. With the advent of the big data era, information flow and data sharing on a global scale have become the norm. This change has not only changed people’s way of life but has also had a profound impact on enterprises’ economic management mode. The purpose of this paper is to examine the enterprise economic management innovation mode in the digital context and then create a fuzzy, hierarchical, comprehensive evaluation model to examine its application advantages. This foundation is used to construct a standardized evaluation system for enterprise economic management. Specifically, combining the internal and external environments of the enterprise, the enterprise economic management standardization index system is constructed, the indexes are assigned through the hierarchical analysis method, Company A is taken as an example, and the questionnaires are issued to the internal personnel of the enterprise, and the indexes are rated comprehensively. From the comprehensive score of Company A, the standardized level of debt repayment, operation, profit, and development of the enterprise is 3.3125, 0.3242, 3.3588, and 3.2126, respectively, and the standardized level of economic management of Company A reaches 3.3415, which is in a stable state of development, but it can still be further improved. This paper’s use of the digital enterprise economic management model not only enhances Company A’s management operation but also serves as a model for standardizing economic management across other enterprises.

The rapid development of the digital economy makes the center of gravity of enterprise development accelerate from the consumer field to the production and manufacturing field, penetrating all aspects of the daily operation and management of an enterprise. This paper presents relevant management strategies by exploring the impact of the ecosystem model of enterprise management innovation on the impact of enterprise management in the digital context. In order to measure the comprehensive efficiency value, the efficiency value of capital absorption, and the efficiency value of investment after enterprise management, the theory of antagonistic cross-efficiency is introduced, the antagonistic cross-DEA model is constructed, and the evaluation steps of enterprise management effect are given. Using this model to empirically analyze the management effectiveness of China’s construction industry, enterprise performance=4.563+0.352*digital innovation ecosystem index+0.236* periodic cost+0.362*number of R&D personnel, and the digital innovation ecosystem is significantly related to enterprise performance. Finally, this paper designs a corporate management strategy for the digital innovation ecosystem in the context of the digital economy from three perspectives.

An in-depth study of the boosting role of the digital economy is crucial to promoting the high-quality development of the economy in the Liaoxi-Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. This paper uses the gray correlation method and global entropy value method to evaluate the weights of the constructed index system, analyze and get the 4 main influencing indicators on the high-quality development of the logistics industry in the Liaoxi-Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, and construct the innovation path. By analyzing the development level of the four indicators and the financial performance of logistics enterprises in 14 cities, it is found that the economic open development level of logistics enterprises in Beijing can reach 1.0 in 2021 and that the open development level of Fuxin City grows rapidly from 0.3 to 0.7 within 8 years, while the total return on assets of logistics enterprises increases by 0.8% within 7 years, so that the innovation path constructed in this paper can strongly promote the transformation of logistics enterprises in Liaoxi-Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region to high-quality development.

In the process of China’s modernization, the organic articulation of the digital economy provides key support. This paper explores the articulation network paradigm of both and proposes a method for building cognitive mapping on a complex network. For the digital modernization industry, the vector representation encoding is completed by using the multi-granularity representation of this paper, and an N-gram encoder realizes the industry entity recognition. A basic idea of relationship template annotation is developed for recognizing entities, and the relationship extraction framework includes three parts: representation learning of templates, quality assessment of templates, and relationship classification model based on template quality. The regression results of the three major economic regions, namely, the eastern region, the central region and the western region, show that the level of digital economy development in the region has a more significant positive effect on the structure of manufacturing output value. The largest regression coefficient is 3.3044 for the eastern region, while the central, western and northeastern regions are 1.85567, 2.45457, and -0.13798, respectively. Through the study of cognitive mapping, the study provides an effective paradigm for Chinese-style modernization.

Research purpose. This article presents insights on the concept and key factors of the digital economy based on a literature review. The article focuses on the identification of the factors of the digital economy and evaluation of their importance in terms of the European Union countries. The aim of the article is to determine the factors of the digital economy and evaluate their importance. Design / Methodology / Approach. Panel regression analysis was used to evaluate which indicator of selected digital economy indicators is the most important. Panel regression was chosen to have an overall view of all European Union as one unit. Findings. Digital technologies are radically changing the way society, business or the whole economy operates. The survey of this article reveals that the high-quality infrastructure of the internet plays an essential role in the digital economy. In order to create value and improve the ICT sector performance in the whole economy, high-quality infrastructure in terms of the internet is needed. Only fast and high-stability connection ensures needed infrastructure and development in the digital economy. Business and government should invest in high-quality internet infrastructure to ensure the steady growth of the digital economy. To take full advantage of digital infrastructure and the digital economy, individuals should use it daily. Daily usage of the internet has a positive effect on the percentage for the ICT sector in GDP regardless of activities on the internet. Originality / Value / Practical implications. Definition of the digital economy was suggested: the digital economy is considered to be all economic activities that include using or creating digital technologies to generate value-added of digital enablers and development of digital infrastructure, which is the key factor of the digital economy. High quality and available for everyone internet access is crucial for steady growth and the best performance of the digital economy. This study has several practical contributions. This survey may serve as a guide for understanding the concept and the factors of the digital economy for other researchers. The rapid development of information and communication technologies (ICT) in recent years has brought about significant changes in many social sectors such as communication, economy, entertainment, and others. To define the key role that ICT plays in its development course, the European Union (EU) has developed a composite indicator, the Digital Economy and Society Index (DESI), to assess the digital policy performance of its Member States. In the current work, an attempt is made to evaluate the performance of the EU countries on the digital economy and society with respect to implemented EU digital policies by studying the five dimensions of the DESI for the years 2014–2019, using the corresponding DESI reports (DESI 2015 – DESI 2020). Moreover, the digital convergence among EU Member States, in terms of similarity of their performance in the five dimensions of the DESI by grouping them according to the optimal number of clusters, is also examined. Since the optimal number of clusters is two, EU Member States are classified in two groups, one of high and one of low performance in the five dimensions of the DESI. The evolution of each member country and the possible transitions from one group to another during the years 2014–2019 is also a point of interest. The grouping of EU Member States into the two clusters showed that socioeconomic factors may affect the overall DESI. Linear mixed effect models confirm the positive effect of Gross Domestic Product per capita, the public expenditure for education and research and development (R&D) on the DESI and the negative effect of the average number of weekly working hours. Intangible cultural heritage is the aesthetic crystallization of the wisdom and aesthetics of ancient Chinese people. Combining museums and intangible cultural heritage culture and developing the intangible cultural heritage cultural tourism industry of museums can fully utilize the advantages of museums in terms of location and dissemination, as well as achieve high-quality promotion of intangible cultural heritage culture. The digital era has brought new changes and numerous challenges to the development environment and spatial design methods of the intangible cultural heritage tourism industry in museums. This paper builds a museum intangible cultural heritage cultural tourism platform based on digital tour interaction technology. It considers the advantages of the development of the cultural tourism industry from the “museum + intangible cultural heritage” model, establishes a digital resource management system for museums, digital talent training, and management mode, and digital branding in light of the current development status and challenges of the museum intangible cultural heritage cultural tourism industry. Additionally, we will create a digital resource management system for museums, a digital talent training and management model, and a digital brand marketing system to boost the industry’s ecological development.

In the context of rural revitalization, the research in this paper firstly excavates the mechanism of the digital economy’s role in rural economic development and explores the development trend of the data economy. The evaluation system of the rural digital economic development level is constructed based on the needs of rural economic development, combined with the entropy value objective assignment method. Based on this basis, the impact of the digital economy and rural revitalization is analyzed using gray correlation degree and spatial economic distance matrix. The three indicators of information and communication, digital economy industry, and innovation ability have a greater degree of influence on the development status of the rural digital economy, with weights accounting for 21.05%, 38.12%, and 22.25%, respectively. The gray correlation between the level of digital industrialization, the level of industrial digitization, and the level of economic development varies between 0.687 and 0.852 and 0.491 and 0.643, respectively, and the correlation between them and the level of high-quality economic development is obvious. From a spatial point of view, the Moran indexes of the development level of rural revitalization and the development level of the digital economy are both significantly positive, and p is less than 0.05, and there is an obvious spatial clustering phenomenon in both the digital economy and rural revitalization. This study provides a new path for exploring the balanced development of China’s digital economy and promoting rural economic revitalization and provides theoretical references and a realistic basis for narrowing the urban-rural economic gap.

With the rapid development of science and technology and the in-depth popularization of the concept of environmental protection, green financing has become an important issue in the development of the digital economy nowadays. The research is based on the theory of digital economy and green financing, and the interaction model between digital economy and green financing is constructed using the complex network model. The digital economy and green financing network are constructed to carry out network characterization and prediction. To analyze the correlation coefficient matrix of the digital economy and green financing, the MIC statistic is chosen as the model basis. The average aggregation coefficient and network density of the sample countries and regions selected in this paper show a decreasing trend year by year between 2015 and 2020, while the average path length shows a gradual increase. The predicted results of the complex network model for the digital economy and green financing in 2021 are as follows: 165 projected network nodes, 865 edges, average degree value of 6.976, average clustering coefficient of 0.312, average path length of 2.782, network diameter of 6, and network density of 0.039. “The Belt and Road Initiative” policy was put forward after that, the MIC values between most of the sample countries have increased, and the digital economy exchanges and green financing cooperation between countries and regions have shown a thriving development.

Based on the construction and development of digital economy-enabled rural industry revitalization in a region, this paper conducts theoretical analysis on the degree of promotion of rural industry revitalization from three aspects, namely, production conditions, capacity, and benefits. In order to verify the influence mechanism of the digital economy on rural industry revitalization, a regression measurement model oriented to the digital economy and rural revitalization is constructed based on the evaluation index system, and the entropy weight method is used to calculate the comprehensive evaluation index of rural industry revitalization and the comprehensive evaluation index of the digital economy. Determine the variables and data sources and conduct an empirical analysis of the digital economy contributing to rural revitalization from the perspective of informationization. The data show that the mean value of the digital economy index (Dige) is 0.2482, the minimum value is 0.0043, and the maximum value is 0.951, indicating that there are large differences in the development of the digital economy among different regions and that the eastern region has a more significant advantage in the rural industry (0.2258) as well as in the digital economy (0.3076), compared with the western region and the central region. In addition, the R² of the baseline regression (Model 1) is 0.5782, and the R² after replacing the explanatory variables using the entropy method index (Model 2) is 0.6881, based on the results suggesting that the development of the digital economy has a facilitating effect on the development of rural industries. The efficiency of resource utilization in rural areas is improved by this study, which releases the potential for agricultural development and further promotes the strategy of rural revitalization.

The rapid development of the new generation of digital technology and the increasing importance of the digital economy have brought new opportunities for China’s development and provided new ideas for the optimization of industrial structure as well as the improvement of industrial efficiency. In this paper, under the perspective of political economy, the evaluation index system of the comprehensive development level of the digital economy is constructed with the panel data of 30 Chinese provinces and municipalities from 2014 to 2023 as a sample, and the entropy weighting method is used to calculate the index of development. The rationalization and advanced upgrading of the industrial structure of the 30 provincial and municipal cities is studied by combining the Tel index and the added value of the tertiary/secondary industry. On this basis, the structural equation model was used to explore the role of the “digital economy” on “industrial structure upgrading”. The results of the study are as follows: the development level of China’s digital economy shows a stable growth trend from 2014 to 2023, with its average value increasing by 185.32%, and the average values of the advanced and rationalized levels of China’s industrial structure increasing and decreasing by 4.47% and 47.90%, respectively. The direct effect of the level of development on the improvement of industrial structure (i.e., Path 1) is significant, and the standardized path coefficient between the two is 0.162. The results of the study emphasize the need to comprehensively improve the level of development and to build an intermediary bridge between the digital economy and industrial structure upgrading by taking human capital, scientific and technological innovation, and consumption upgrading as important tools.

The digital economy is promoting rural development and rural residents’ income growth and realizing the improvement of supply efficiency and the change of factor power. In this paper, we first construct the measurement system of rural residents’ income level and digital economy development level, respectively, and then use big data technology to collect relevant data from 2013 to 2020 and calculate the development level of the two by using principal component analysis and entropy weight method respectively. Then, the level of digital economy development was taken as an explanatory variable. Rural residents’ income was taken as an explanatory variable. Empirical regression analysis was carried out to explore the impact of digital economy on the improvement of rural residents’ income. The mediation effect and regional heterogeneity test were carried out. The results show that the coefficients of the digital economy are always significant and all positive at a 1% level when control variables are added gradually, and the Sobel statistic of entrepreneurial activity is 0.061 and 0.045. This study provides theoretical support for the analysis of how the rural digital economy can promote the revitalization of rural industries and promote the commonwealth of farmers and rural areas.

In recent years, the level of China’s digital economy development has been increasing, but the problem of low coordination between the digital innovation ecosystem and digital economy development still exists. This paper constructs the evaluation index system of the digital innovation ecosystem and digital economy development, respectively, and analyzes the development level of the digital innovation ecosystem and digital economy according to the entropy value method evaluation model. To explore the coupling development status of the digital innovation ecosystem and digital economy, the coupling development of the two is analyzed through the coupling degree model and the coupling coordination degree model. According to relevant calculations, from 2017 to 2023, the average development composite index of China’s digital innovation ecosystem 0.3189 increased by 0.4920, and the average development composite index of the digital economy rose from 0.1622 to 0.3524. The coupling degree between the national digital innovation ecosystem and the digital economy increased from 0.2125 to 0.64319, with an obvious increase in the coupling degree. The degree of coupling coordination between the two regions is specifically characterized by a gradual decrease from the eastern areas to the western regions, with certain regional differences.

In the context of the rapid development of the Internet, the digital economy has become an important growth engine, which has an important impact on the optimization of resource allocation. This paper takes the digital economy for resource allocation efficiency as the research framework and explores the impact mechanism of the digital economy from the perspective of factor flow. After relevant data research, the development capacity of the digital economy has an important positive impact on both capital and labor dimensions in terms of resource allocation, and the digital economy can balance the way of resource allocation in different regions under the perspective of factor mobility. The current analysis of regional heterogeneity shows that the impact of the digital economy in China’s inland regions is higher than that in China’s coastal regions. Based on the above conclusions, this study suggests that it is necessary to further develop digital technology, promote the deepening reform of government policies, regulations, and institutions, and promote the reform of the factor market, to enhance the efficiency enhancement of the digital economy in the allocation of resources.

This paper focuses on how the digital economy drives the high-quality development of the sports industry, explores the new path of development using extensive data analysis, and provides theoretical basis and practical guidance for the innovative development of the sports industry in the digital era. The DEA-Malmquist model and comprehensive data analysis methods are used to measure the development efficiency of the sports industry. The results of the study show that the digital economy has a significant impact on the efficiency improvement of the sports industry, in which the effect on the efficiency improvement of the sports industry is the largest, and the regression coefficient reaches 1.153. In addition, the study also finds that the digital economy can significantly reduce the cost of the sports tourism enterprises, improve the cost profitability, and effectively promote the expansion of consumption. The study’s conclusion shows that the development of digital economy provides new development power for the sports industry, and can effectively promote the optimization of the structure and high-quality development of the sports industry. In this regard, it is recommended to strengthen the application of digital technology in the sports industry and enhance the digitalization level of the sports industry.

This paper focuses on how the cultural industry affects economic growth through the theory and model of cultural economics. Based on the development of the economic growth model endogenized by the cultural industry, it explains how the arts and entertainment sector and the digital economy play a crucial role in the long-term economic growth after examining the logic and mechanism of the cultural industry impacting economic growth through induction and theoretical derivation. To create a quantitative analytical model of the digital economy and cultural industry and investigate the relationship between them, multiple regression analysis is employed. The impact of individual aspects of each condition variable on the economic performance composition of the cultural industry is evaluated using group effects. The results of the NCA test demonstrate that the digital economy, the scale of the cultural industry, public participation, and resources are all necessary for the sector to perform economically. The effect sizes of these factors are (0.525, 0.540), (0.362, 0.347), (0.315, 0.363), and (0.271, 0.188). The digital economy’s regression coefficients, which are usually positive, are0.470, 0.461, 0.428, 0.422, 0.383, and 0.381, according to the regression study. According to this study, the cultural sector’s growth at a high standard is positively impacted by the digital economy.

This paper first explains the research on the digital economy to optimize the resource allocation of the Xi’an high-tech manufacturing industry. Secondly, the evaluation index system for the digital economy and Xi’an manufacturing industry is constructed, and the weight of secondary indexes is determined using the entropy weight method. Then, a mediating effect model is constructed to determine explanatory variables, core explanatory variables, mediating variables and control variables according to the purpose of the study, and the mediating effect and impulse response are analyzed. The results show that, in terms of mediating effect, the level of digital economy development significantly positively impacts transaction size, infrastructure, and digital applications. In terms of the impulse response, when the digital economy variables generate a standard deviation shock, the response value of Xi’an’s high-quality manufacturing development is zero in the current period, reaches the maximum response value in the third period, and this positive effect gradually decreases in the fourth period and beyond but always maintains a positive development trend.

Promoting a green consumption economy to achieve steady improvement in quality and reasonable growth in quantity is not only the immediate need to cope with the slowdown of economic growth, but also the long-term strategy to build a new development pattern. In this paper, a green consumption behavior model is created under the constraints of the environmental technology model and green consumption concept model. Through the numerical empowerment comparison of five elements in the green consumption behavior model: behavioral attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, behavioral intention, and individual behavior, we analyze and study the influence of the constraints of environmental technology and the green consumption concept on the green consumption behavior of contemporary young people. The experiment proves that the direct effect value of the environmental technology goal constraint is 0.5412 and the indirect effect value is 0.6354 under the mediating effect of dual goal constraint. The direct effect value of the green consumption concept constraint was 0.3652 and the indirect effect value was 0.2376. This verifies that the green consumption behavior of young people is determined by the environmental technology constraint and the green consumption concept constraint, which enhances the ethics of consumers’ green environmental protection and effectively promotes the government’s measures for green information and green policies, which can provide ideas for achieving sustainable environmental and economic development.

Tax governance faces more complex challenges with the deepening integration between traditional industries and the digital economy. This paper analyzes the main features of the digital economy according to its development, measures the digital economy based on the mixed-frequency data sampling method, and studies the selection method of the weight function and the change of the shape of the weight function with the parameters through the exploration of parameter estimation. Meanwhile, the MF-VAR model combining vector autoregression is proposed for the characteristics of mixed-frequency data. Then, the MF-VAR model is used to measure the tax leakage of the digital economy from 2015 to 2019 and compare its tax rate with that of major economies worldwide. The VAT of e-commerce e-tailing in 2019 is measured to be 848.15 billion yuan, accounting for 4.97% of the annual tax revenue, and the personal income tax leakage is measured to be 141.25 billion yuan, accounting for The amount of VAT, and personal income tax loss from e-commerce and their proportion of annual tax revenue increased year by year from 2015 to 2019, with an average annual growth rate of 40.58% and 25.21%, respectively. Tax authorities should change the traditional thinking of levy and administration, respond to the changes of the times, and innovate the governance system to protect the digital economy model in its primary stage, but also bring its development into the rule of law and standardization.

Promoting progress in the digital development of social wealth is the key strategy to promote wealth transformation. The increase has been increasing at present. With this as the key theory from 2012 to 2019, here we designed an economic measurement model that uses simple linear regression, benchmark test, correlation test, and intermediary effect test to conduct empirical research, measure the current situation, and develop existing grade classification and economic development level, and empirically analyzes the impact of development grade phenomenon on the commonwealth. The results show that different regions have different conditions. At the same time, grade performance contributes to the development of good results economy, with the greatest impact on the West and the least impact on the Center. In general, a subdivision of social hierarchy, the level of the high-quality economy has been improving, parameter problems in different regions roughly describe a stable, rising direction, average values of the national, eastern and central, and western regions in 2007 are 31.11, 37.53 and 27.40, rising to 42.65, 50.11 and 38.34 in 2019, respectively. Thus, the digital economy provides effective and feasible new development ideas and changes in key economic issues and is a key force driving China’s economic growth and an important path to boost common prosperity.

This paper uses big data analysis technology to construct a digital intelligent manufacturing system. Firstly, the K-mean algorithm is used to cluster the enterprise manufacturing data, and then the fuzzy C-mean algorithm is combined to detect the abnormal data and realize the preferential selection and control of product features. A semi-parametric algorithm is introduced to establish index weights to achieve optimal resource allocation. The results show that after manufacturing enterprises produce through the digital intelligent manufacturing system, qualified products account for 82% of the total output and productivity increases by approximately 44% on average. Big data analysis technology enables enterprises to analyze data effectively and enhances the development of the manufacturing industry in the digital economy.

For a long time, the economic field has not been able to establish a more unified accounting standard for the digital economy. In this paper, the concept of an input-output table is introduced for the digital economy, and an input-output model for the digital economy is established based on three different types of equilibrium relationships with three types of input-output correlation coefficients. With the help of the demand-side statistical model based on the direct consumption coefficient and the supply-side statistical model based on the direct distribution coefficient, and through the determination of the conversion coefficient matrix, the construction of the accounting system of the digital economy is completed. Based on the statistical analysis method, the added value of “digital industrialization” reached 4,922.23 billion yuan in 2018, and the added value of “industrial digitization” was 5,076.04 billion yuan, and the total added value of digital economy reached 9,998.27 billion yuan in 2018. The digital economy’s total value added in 2018 amounted to 9,998.27 billion yuan, roughly 15 times the value added by the digital economy in 2005.

A clear manifestation of the technological revolution 4.0 in the context of digitalization of the economy is the use of digital, electronic, or IT-oriented versions of financial reporting. Today, the harmonization of national accounting systems and the formation of financial statements around the world is carried out through the implementation of International Financial Reporting Standards by moving to the preparation of financial statements in a single electronic format – eXtensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL). The introduction of a new financial reporting system in XBRL format requires appropriate understanding and some practical adaptation. At the same time, the study of the use of the concept of "taxonomy financial reporting" in scientific works remains insufficiently developed. The article aims to study the quantitative and qualitative structure of the documentary flow of scientific periodicals on the keywords "taxonomy financial reporting". The method of bibliometric analysis was used to conduct the study. The source of the bibliometric analysis of the documentary flow of scientific periodicals are publications from the scientometric database Scopus in the period between 2001-2021. As a result of the selection, data were obtained on scientific articles that were exported for processing into the computer program R (bibliometrics package). According to the results of quantitative analysis, 156 publications were received, the vast majority of which were scientific articles. It was found that the main areas of research on the taxonomy of financial reporting are: taxonomies, XBRL, financial reporting, and administrative data processing. The largest clusters appear around these keywords. It has been established that scientific cooperation on this topic is becoming closer, which contributes to the formation of geographical clusters, the three largest of which are united around the United States, Italy and the United Kingdom. There is a diagnoses of the transition in progress (with the 4th industrial revolution in digital era), from the human resources departments for replicate-workers in traditional bureaucratic corporations, to the emergence of the talent development areas for creative-collaborators in agile business organizations. Approaches to the organization of management of environmental protection within the framework of introduction of Smart City technologies are reviewed in this article. For this purpose, a retrospective analysis of transformation of the Smart City notion has been carried out and basic characteristics of a modern smart city interpretation have been distinguished: the use of information technology in all functional areas of the city ecosystem, active involvement of residents in the processes of city management through organization of a system of user services, commitment to sustainable development of a city to the benefit of future generations. In the research process the key factors of the environment pollution in cities were reviewed having identified systemic challenges in the environmental field, which can be solved by introduction of the Smart City technology. For each environmental factor promising technologies of the Smart City system and effects that may be reached by means of their introduction are provided. Analysis of the existing technological solutions of the Smart City made it possible to identify the complex nature of environmental problems of cities, the solution of which requires introduction of smart technologies in all the spheres of functioning of the city. In the practical part of the article smart city's technology development and implementation experience is presented, aimed at environmental protection in the cities of Russia and Kazakhstan. An assessment of the degree of the development of the digital economy in Poland in comparison to chosen European countries is the main purpose of the paper. The methodology of the conducted research is based on the analysis of secondary sources and applying statistical methods. In order to make the comparison in methodically correct manner, synthetic measures of the development of the e-economy were used in the form of two indexes: NRI (Networked Readiness Index) and DESI (Digital Economy and Society Index). On the basis of available statistical data, four European countries were confronted with Poland. Results of the analysis indicate a relatively unfavorable situation of Poland.

Digital platforms have the ability to connect people, organizations and resources with the aim of facilitating the core interactions between businesses and consumers as well as assuring a greater efficiency for the business management. New business concepts, such as innovative start-ups, are therefore created based on innovation, scalability and the relationships within the community around them. The purpose of this work is to deeply understand the evolution of business models brought by innovative and dynamic companies operating through online platforms. In order to achieve the objectives set, an exploratory multiple-case study was designed based on in-depth structured interviews. The aim was to conduct a mixed analysis, in order to rely both on qualitative and quantitative data. The structured interview protocol was therefore designed to collect and then analyse data concerning the company profile and managers' perspectives on the phenomenon of interest. The interview protocol was submitted in advance and then face-to-face interviews were carried out with the following professional figures: Chief Executive Officer (CEO), General Manager, Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Marketing Manager and Developers. Collected data were analysed and processed through the Canvas Business Model in order to clearly outline similarities and differences among the sample. Results can be considered under two viewpoints. On the one hand, this work provides a detailed overview of the companies interviewed, according to the dimensions of: reference market dynamics, type and number of customers, scalability. On the other one, they allow to identify some success patterns regarding key activities, key resources, channel mix strategy, costs management, value proposition, customer segmentation, key partners and the way to obtain revenues. Results from the multiple-case study with 15 Italian start-ups provide interesting insights by comparing the innovative business models developed and highlighting key differences and similarities. Overall, the start-ups analyzed, operating in several sectors, showed great growth prospects and the possibility to create value for their customers through innovative products and services offered through digital platforms.
