In article the actual problem of modern Russian society – new sociocultural practicians of youth, its esthetic and valuable orientations, important forms of manifestation of search of personal and cultural identity is considered. Novelty of work is that on the example of concrete new sociocultural the practician of the Russian youth features of their functioning and dependence on the social and cultural factors, conditions and circumstances promoting emergence of new forms and manifestations of youth subcultures are defined. It is connected by that youth sociocultural practicians became significant means of evolutionary updating of society and transformation of its sociocultural dominant, steady in the past. Modern social technologies, being a component of the mechanism of cultural and social innovations, considerably transform the nature of consciousness of the person, his valuable reference points. Especially sharply freight of social obligations feels youth, as owing to emotional, mental, and a state of mind. The author emphasizes that the knowledge of realities youth the practician can serve the experts developing youth policy in the sphere of spiritual and cultural development of modern Russian youth.
