Dithieno[3,2-b:2',3'-d] pyrrole (DTP) is a green alternative for stabilising the synthesis of nano polymers. The development of green synthesis methods for nano polymers is essential due to the negative impact of conventional synthetic methods on the environment and human health. In this study, we synthesised DTP and investigated its ability to stabilise the synthesis of polymeric nanoparticles. The use of DTP as a stabilising agent for polymeric nanoparticles is motivated by the challenges associated with the use of conventional stabilisers, including toxicity and environmental hazards. The importance of this study lies in the potential applications of DTP-stabilised nanoparticles in various fields, including drug delivery and nano electronics. The advantages of using DTP as a green alternative for stabilising the synthesis of nano polymers include its low toxicity and environmentally friendly nature. Conventional stabilisers, such as surfactants and polymers, often have adverse effects on human health and the environment. DTP is derived from natural sources and has low toxicity, making it an attractive alternative for stabilising the synthesis of nano polymers. Furthermore, the use of DTP as a stabilising agent can enhance the properties of polymeric nanoparticles, including their stability, size, and morphology, leading to improved performance in various applications.
