Abstract

Objective: To characterize predictors of patient satisfaction in outpatient radiology, we examined whether patient satisfaction differs across radiology modalities and demographic groups. Methods: A random sampling of Press-Ganey outpatient services surveys for radiology and non-radiology visits from September 2008 to September 2017 were retrospectively analyzed. Composite scores averaged across all Likert items were analyzed as both a continuous variable and a dichotomous variable of dissatisfaction (defined as ≤3 on the 5-point scale).
