Higher education institutions have a key role in forming the specialists of the future. In fulfilling their role there is need for transformational leadership, culture of excellence, and academic leadership development. The purpose of this study is to investigate the link between transformational leadership, shaping a culture of educational excellence, and leadership development, as perceived by tertiary education leaders in the UAE. The qualitative approach is of focus groups, using semi-structured questions, with leaders in academia. The main finding is that in the initial stages of an organization life cycle, leadership development precedes transformational leadership and a culture of excellence. In later stages, leadership development is a mediator of transformational leadership and a culture of excellence. Our primary objective in this study was to psychometrically evaluate the Transformational Parenting Questionnaire (TPQ) within the Turkish context. Secondarily, we aimed to determine whether the questionnaire demonstrated measurement invariance across children's genders and grade levels. We included 950 participants, aged 11–18 years (446 girls, 498 boys, 6 unspecified gender identity; M age = 14.73, SD = 1.85 years). Confirmatory factor analysis provided support for the original 4-factor structure of the TPQ, and there was satisfactory criterion-related correlational validity between this instrument and the Satisfaction with Life Scale. The TPQ exhibited robust internal item reliability coefficients, and respondent's test-retest correlations over a 15-day interval suggested adequate item response consistency. Importantly, we confirmed measurement invariance of the scale across participants gender and educational grade levels. There is a lack of consensus regarding the impact of personal factors, such as ethnicity, on job satisfaction in employees working in multi-ethnic teams. Globalization has led to an increase in the heterogeneity in team members' characteristics. Therefore, organizations are interested in identifying effective ways to manage such teams. Transformational leadership has been proven effective in managing teams to reach organizational goals. Accordingly, the present study aimed to examine the impact of ethnicity and other demographic characteristics on employees' job satisfaction and their perception of their manager as a transformational leader. The sample comprised 115 mid-level employees from three US-based multinational technology firms. Data were collected using a questionnaire that included the Leadership Practices Inventory, the Job Satisfaction Survey, and items on participants' demographic characteristics. Analysis included parametric or non-parametric statistics and correlations. Findings revealed a high job satisfaction level and a high tendency to perceive one's manager as a transformational leader. No significant differences were observed based on demographic characteristics, while job satisfaction and perception of the manager as a transformational leader were correlated positively. Abstract Building on the theories of social capital and self-determination as complementary perspectives, this study investigates how an individual’s idea of organizational social capital affects project success by testing a dual-stage moderated mediation model with self-efficacy as a mediator and transformational leadership as a moderator at both the first and second stages. Time-lagged data from 213 project management practitioners were collected from construction project–based firms. It was revealed that self-efficacy partially mediates the effect of an employee’s perception of organizational social capital on project success. In this case study, we use two complementary frameworks, Kotter's (1996, 2014) change model and Torres' (2019, 2021) Transformational Resistant Leadership theory, to analyze institutional change processes and activist leaders' actions that laid the groundwork for a Latinx mentoring program at a Predominantly white 1 Institution (PwI). Our investigation revealed the importance of critically analyzing societal forces, recognizing causes of systemic institutional change, and theoretically grounding insights of successful efforts to disrupt systemic racism. Mediation analysis tests X → M → Y processes in which an independent variable (X) exerts an indirect effect on a dependent variable (Y) through its influence on an intervening or mediator variable (M). A preponderance of mediation studies, however, focuses on determining solely whether mediation effects are statistically significant, instead of focusing on what the results tell us about potential theoretical refinements in the mediation model. We argue in favor of employing a set of three standardized effect sizes based on variance proportions that allow researchers to compare their results with those of other mediation studies employing similar combinations of X, M, and Y variables. These standardized effect sizes constitute a set of common metrics signaling potential gaps in a mediation model, and as such provide useful insights for the theoretical refinement of mediation models in organizational research. We illustrate the utility of comparing these common-metric effect sizes using the examples of abusive and transformational leadership effects on employee outcomes as transmitted by social exchange quality. As institutions, schools hold a place of significant value for their stakeholders. Selznick (1957/1984) recognised that institutions require a particular type of leadership that is concerned with the promotion and protection of values. Although not a new theory, institutional leadership has not received much attention by both researchers and practitioners since its formation, which has given way to the more familiar concepts of transactional and transformational leadership. A systematic literature review was carried out to survey what enactments of institutional leadership are taking place in different institutions and what impact Selznick's theories still have on leadership practice. A thematic analysis of the literature found institutional leaders acting in five areas: (1) managing institutional identity, (2) leading followers, (3) managing the external environment, (4) organisational management, and (5) management of the self. The aim of this study is to investigate the influence of transformational leadership on employees' change championing behaviour, and the mediating roles of employees' trust in leadership and employees' work engagement in the relationship between transformational leadership and employees' change championing behaviour. The research was conducted among 379 employees in the banking sector of Bangladesh. The findings revealed a significant and positive impact of transformational leadership on employees' change championing behaviour. Furthermore, the study identified that employees' trust in leadership and work engagement play important mediating roles, individually and sequentially, in the relationship between transformational leadership and employees' change championing behaviour during change management in the Bangladesh banking sector. Given the significant influence of managerial reforms in education fields, how to promote teacher professionalism appears to be a priority task for school leaders. This study examined the mediation role of teacher recognition on the association between transformative leadership and teacher professionalism. From a sample of 1196 primary and secondary school teachers nested in 98 schools from mainland China, this study used the multilevel structuration equation model to explore the associations among the study variables on both the teacher level and school level simultaneously. On the teacher level, the results showed that transformative leadership was positively related to teacher professionalism and verified the mediation role of teacher recognition for social esteem. On the school level, transformative leadership was associated with teacher professionalism through the mediation role of recognition for care. This study suggests that transformative leadership may influence teacher professionalism via teacher recognition on both individual and school levels, while the influence mechanism could be different. Amidst growing demands for more democratic forms of organizing, we argue that better understanding the origins of transformational leadership theory offers a way forward. Transformational leadership theory, originally developed by American political scientist James MacGregor Burns in the late 1970s, is the best-known and most influential leadership theory in management studies. Transformational leaders are visionaries who engage with followers' higher-level needs and inspire them to deliver extraordinary outcomes for their organizations. Democracy was at the core of Burns' conception of transformational leadership: voters selected their leaders and voted them out if they failed to deliver on their visions. However, this was overlooked by those who introduced the theory to management studies. Using intellectual history, we contrast the conventional representation of transformational leadership theory in business with Burns' original conception. The present study examined the configurations, or profiles, taken by distinct global and specific facets of job engagement and burnout (by relying on a bifactor operationalization of these constructs) among a nationally representative sample of Canadian Defence employees (n = 13,088; nested within 65 work units). The present study also adopted a multilevel perspective to investigate the role of job demands (work overload and role ambiguity), as well as individual (psychological empowerment), workgroup (interpersonal justice), supervisor (transformational leadership), and organizational (organizational support) resources in the prediction of profile membership. Latent profile analyses revealed five profiles of employees: Burned-Out/Disengaged (7.13%), Burned-Out/Involved (12.13%), Engaged (18.14%), Engaged/Exhausted (15.50%), and Normative (47.10%). The highest turnover intentions were observed in the Burned-Out/Disengaged profile, and the lowest in the Engaged profile. Employees' perceptions of job demands and resources were also associated with profile membership across both levels, although the effects of psychological empowerment were more pronounced than the effects of job demands and resources related to the workgroup, supervisor, and organization. Individual-level effects were also more pronounced than effects occurring at the work unit level, where shared perceptions of work overload and organizational support proved to be the key shared drivers of profile membership. Market orientation positively affects an organization's commercial and financial performance in both the short and long term. Why does the manager's transformational leadership style encourage the emergence of a market-oriented culture in the organization? Under what conditions is this influence stronger? In this research note, we analyze 163 manager–employee dyads in Senegalese Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) and show, in line with social learning theory, (1) that the manager's transformational leadership stimulates market orientation through its effects on the quality of exchanges between manager and employees, and (2) that this indirect effect is positively moderated by the manager's own level of market orientation (moderated mediation). Previous research has highlighted positive associations between teacher transformational leadership and student enjoyment in school. However, there is a dearth of evidence regarding the mediating effect that motivational orientation has on the relationships between transformational leadership and enjoyment in physical education classes. Given that an affinity for physical education fosters healthy behaviors among adolescents outside of school, this study explores the relationships between teachers' transformational leadership style and enjoyment experienced by students in physical education, examining the mediating role played by motivational orientation in these relationships. A total sample of 478 adolescents aged 13 to 18 years (mean = 14.55; standard deviation = 1.11) participated. To assess the study variables, the Transformational Teaching Questionnaire, the Task and Ego Orientation in Sports Questionnaire, and the Sport Satisfaction Instrument in Physical Education were used. The findings from the applied structural equation model revealed a significant and positive relationship between teachers' transformational leadership style and students' perceived satisfaction, while negative relationships were observed with feelings of boredom. Additionally, positive connections were established between task orientation and enjoyment, along with negative associations with boredom. Indirect effects were also found between a transformational leadership style and both enjoyment and boredom, mediated by the variable task motivational orientation. These results underscore the importance of evaluating both students' motivational factors and their perceptions of teachers, since they may interact with each other to determine their school satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the role of transformational leadership on followers' creative performance through pro-growth working environment, entrepreneurial values-based developmental interaction capability, and psychological empowerment in start-up businesses in Indonesia and to test a new pro-growth working environment concept in that model. This study uses a Structural Equation Model (SEM) using data analysis tools, namely WarpPLS. The research design used a survey method, and data collection was carried out using questionnaires sent directly to the research respondents. In this study, the population is start-up business employees in Indonesia. The sampling technique is purposive, and this study's sample is 270 respondents. The results indicate that all the variables significantly influence each other. The Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries plays an important role in making the sea the future of the nation with three mission pillars, namely the mission of sovereignty, sustainability, and welfare. To realize this missions, the ministry carries out bureaucratic reform and innovates in community service, which depends on the innovative work behavior of its middle managers. This study analyzes the direct effect of transformational leadership and self-determination on innovative work behavior. The mediation roles of person-organization fit and social media usage are also tested. One hundred thirty middle managers were selected as respondents and completed the questionnaire online. The analyzing of this research data was carried out with structural equation modeling. This research output clearly shows innovative work behavior improvement among middle managers. It can be used as a basis for consideration for middle managers in formulating policies related to innovative work behavior by focusing on more appropriate transformational leadership and self-determination, as well as the involvement of person-organization fit and social media usage. This study aimed to determine the relationship between narcissism and team cohesion of transformational leadership and individual sports athletes interactions. In particular, individual sports can present a model to verify the level of perception of team cohesion according to the type of record sports and martial arts sports. Transformational leadership, narcissism, and team cohesion were measured among 225 college athletes. SPSS 24.0, Amos 24.0, PROCESS Macro programs (Model No. 5) were used for data analysis. The analysis includes frequency analysis, Cronbach's alpha values, confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), Pearson's correlation, and moderating effect. Transformational leadership significantly positively affected team cohesion and narcissism. Non-narcissism also significantly positively affected team cohesion. The interaction between transformational leadership and individual athletes was significantly higher for martial arts sports. Team cohesion was also important for athletes in individual sports, thus expanding the boundaries of transformational leadership theory. In recent years, there has been an upswing in the research on cyber incivility and its impact on individuals and organizations. Despite its negative consequences, cyber incivility has become increasingly common in the workplace as an increasing number of employees use technology to communicate. This study investigated the impact of cyber incivility on the service innovation of Jordanian hotel workers and the mediating effects of leadership change. A comprehensive survey involving employees of Jordanian hotels was conducted, and responses were subjected to structural equation modeling analysis using Smart PLS 4.0 software. The analysis reveals that cyber incivility has a significant negative direct impact on service innovation, while transformational leadership demonstrates a positive and significant direct effect on service innovation. Additionally, the mediating role of transformational leadership in the relationship between cyber incivility and service innovation is negative and significant (b =2.171, r= 0.000), emphasizing its crucial contribution to mitigating the adverse effects of cyber incivility on service innovation in the hotel industry. This study explored the underlying mechanisms and boundary conditions of the relationship between transformational leadership and teacher burnout. Specifically, it investigated the mediating role of teacher self-efficacy and the moderating role of teacher emotional intelligence (EI) in this relationship. Data from 539 primary and secondary school teachers were analyzed using Structural Equation Model and hierarchical regression. The results indicate that transformational leadership predicted teacher burnout negatively, self-efficacy mediated the association of transformational leadership with burnout partially, and EI strengthened the association between transformational leadership and burnout. This study has important theoretical and managerial implications as it deepens the understanding of the association between transformational leadership and burnout in the educational field and provides practical suggestions on how to relieve teacher burnout in the school context. This study tested a moderated mediation model of transformational leadership's effects on teacher innovative practices, with teacher commitment as mediator and trust in principal as moderator. Implementing a cross-sectional survey design and using data from 611 teachers working in 56 schools in Turkey, we employed multilevel structural equation modelling with Bayesian estimation to estimate the structural links between our variables. The results provided evidence of the indirect effects of transformational leadership on teacher innovative practices through the significant mediator role of teacher commitment. We also found evidence that trust in principal acted as a significant moderator of the indirect effect of transformational leadership on teacher innovative practice through teacher commitment. This study adds nuanced evidence to the global literature by concluding that the effect of transformational leadership on teacher commitment and innovative practice is contingent upon the extent to which teachers trust their principals. This study draws on three well-established streams of leadership research: transformational leadership, servant leadership, and five-factor personality theory and applies them to the labor union context. The study tested the relationship between these theories and both leader and union effectiveness. The sample consisted of 240 respondents who rated the leadership of 60 participants in the 2018 and 2019 Harvard Trade Union Program. Results indicated that the best predictors of both leader effectiveness and union effectiveness were the transformational and servant leadership styles. In contrast with other research, the five-factor personality variables (extraversion, conscientiousness, emotional stability, openness, and agreeableness) had no significant relationship with leadership effectiveness after controlling for the leadership style models. Only two of the five personality variables, extraversion and emotional stability, were related to union effectiveness after controlling for the effects of transformational and servant leadership. Objective: The aim was to explore the existence of health care leadership gaps in communication, which occurred during the COVID-19 pandemic, by utilizing a qualitative research approach. Materials and Methods: Participants were recruited from a single professional organization. The volunteer leadership group was the frame for recruiting study participation. This work was conducted with a flexible research design method. A demographic survey, interview guide, and data triangulation survey were used to collect data from 21 participants over a four-week period. The participant responses were then analyzed through a process of coding and thematic analysis. Results: Five themes were generated from this cohort's data, which alluded to gaps in leadership communication. These gaps occurred in the leader/employee relationship, at their respective institutions. Triangulation of the data from surveys underscored the presence of these communication gaps. Conclusion: The findings of this study may suggest the importance of a set of communication competencies for those in health care leadership, regardless of the complexities of a pandemic. This study sought to explore the extent to which and how principals can help decrease the use of out-of-school suspension and close the racial discipline gap. This study comprised a qualitative case study of a principal in an urban school district. Data derive from in-depth interviews with current and former campus and district leaders, historical data, and documents. The principal's transformational actions, together with support from the district, helped to improve the school's culture, and decreased the use of OSS, but were not sufficient to close the racial discipline gap. Transformational leadership has been presented as a tool for coaches to foster positive youth development. One component of this concept is individualized consideration (IC), where leaders show care through supporting their followers' individual needs. Examining the unique context of minor hockey will provide a more nuanced and complex description of IC. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to demonstrate how minor hockey coaches consider individual differences and tailor their practice to athletes' needs. Semi-structured qualitative interviews were conducted with 10 male minor hockey coaches whose teams consisted of 9- to 13-year-old, predominantly male, athletes. Findings show these coaches demonstrated the use of IC through three steps (a) gathering information about their athletes (e.g. engaging in interactions), (b) assessing individual needs (e.g. developmental) and (c) acting to support IC (e.g. adjusting coaching practices). Findings suggest (a) IC can be implemented to support basic and more complex needs of athletes, (b) IC can be implemented with teams of athletes and (c) the context of minor hockey is constraining the implementation of IC. This systematic literature review critically evaluates 14 empirical studies published over a 14 years span (2006–2019) to answer questions about the models and the effects of transformational school leadership on student academic achievement. The analysis of the related literature utilized vote counting and narrative synthesis to delineate the status quo of the current research field. It was found that the majority of these studies were conducted in Western and English- speaking countries and these studies utilizing different research methods and models reported mixed results. This paper examines cop culture and potential strategies for reform, following the publication of the Hotton Report at Charing Cross Police Station. This paper critically examines previous academic literature, to contribute to a highly topical matter. It also identifies strategies which have the potential to weaken an established and negative police culture, currently operating within the Metropolitan Police. Research findings within this paper, identify how cop culture remains a powerful mechanism within policing, acting as a barrier to reform. This study investigates the mediating roles of customer engagement and customer depletion as well as the moderating role of an innovative climate on the relationship between organizational innovativeness generated from transformational leadership and creative customer behavior in the hospitality industry. A multilevel path analysis is conducted using a data set comprising 62 managers, 269 employees, and 681 customers from a South Korean restaurant chain. The findings show that transformational leadership in restaurants increases organizational innovativeness, which indirectly influences creative customer behavior through customer engagement and depletion. An innovative climate also moderates these causal relationships. Perceiving a calling toward one's career can provide kindergarten teachers sufficient internal motivation to resist massive job burnout and obtain high-level performance and well-being. Given the important role of leadership on followers' career calling, the present study takes the multilevel approach to examine the cross-level impact of team-level transformational leadership (TFL) of principals on the individual-level career calling of kindergarten teachers. Moreover, according to the identity-capability-reward (ICR) model, the present study investigates the mediating effects of kindergarten teachers' organizational identification and leader-member exchange (LMX) from the social identity and social exchange perspectives to explain why TFL could positively predict kindergarten teachers' career calling. Data were collected from 486 teachers at 57 kindergartens in China. Applying the multilevel analysis, results showed that principals' TFL could positively predict kindergarten teachers' sense of career calling, in which teachers' organizational identification and exchange quality with principals played the full mediating effects. In the context of the retail business, rarely studied the impact of top transformation leaders on middle management personnel creativity. In this study, the middle management personnel of 258 retail enterprises were discussed, explored the impact of top transformation leaders on the double-dimensional creativity of middle management personnel, and analyzed individual psychological security. Results show that transformational leadership (morale modeling, visionary motivation, individualized consideration, and charisma) has a significant positive impact on the progressive creativity and breakthrough creativity of middle managers. Transformational leadership (Same as the above four dimensions) has a significant positive impact on the psychological security of middle managers. Psychological security has a significant positive impact on the progressive creativity and breakthrough creativity of middle managers. Psychological security plays a partially mediating role between transformational leadership and the creativity of middle managers. Among which, it plays a partially mediating role between morale modeling and progressive creativity, visionary motivation and progressive creativity, individualized consideration and progressive creativity, charisma and progressive creativity, morale modeling and breakthrough creativity, and charisma and breakthrough creativity, while it plays a fully mediating role between visionary motivation and breakthrough creativity, individualized consideration and breakthrough creativity. This study expanded the study of psychological security as an intermediary variable and deepened the study of dual-dimensional creativity. This study explores the antecedents for organizational change readiness for altering the status quo and empirically validates few potent tools which facilitate change. By drawing on change management literature, this study examines the influence of employee voice (EV) and employee involvement (EI) on commitment-to-change (CTC), considering the latter as a mediating variable in the relation between antecedent human resources practices (EV and EI) and organizational change readiness (OCR). Subsequently, the moderating role of transformational leadership was analyzed on these posited relationships. The hypotheses proposed in the research model are tested on a sample of 516 employees from an Indian public sector organization, applying Baron and Kenny's (1986) technique for establishing mediation and Ping's approach to moderated structured equation modeling for moderation. The findings suggest that CTC partially mediates the relationship between EV and OCR, but it does not mediate between EI and OCR. Likewise, the study results also empirically validate that the relationship between EV and CTC is enhanced if leadership is transformational, also the hypothesis positing the moderating role of transformational leadership between EI and CTC was supported. The present study aims at gaining insights into the underlying mechanisms leading from leaders' resources to their transformational behavior. Based on the Job Demands-Resources theory, we hypothesized that leaders' personal (self-efficacy) and job (role clarity) resources eventually enhance their performance, more specifically their transformational leadership, through fostering work engagement. Further, we proposed that the link between work engagement and transformational behavior is moderated by leaders' affective commitment, drawing on Social Identity Theory. Data were collected from N = 216 German leaders in 2020 via an online survey. Hypotheses were tested by applying a moderated mediation model linking resources, engagement, commitment, and leadership behavior. The problem of potential endogeneity was further addressed. As predicted, both self-efficacy and role clarity enhanced leaders' transformational behavior, mediated through work engagement. The relationship between leaders' work engagement and performance was stronger when they felt a strong belonging and emotional attachment to their organization, that is, high affective commitment. Problem: The scholarship of leadership abounds with the affordances, limitations, antecedents, and outcomes associated with the different theories in Human Resource Development (HRD) literature. However, a clear delineation between the host of individual leadership theories does not exist. Absent is a nuanced view of the similarities, differences, and any overlap between the various leadership theories. Without a clear understanding of the relationships between leadership theories, knowing when to apply which theories and when becomes difficult. Solution: A systematic review of the literature surrounding servant leadership (SL) through 2022 was conducted to position SL among the more extensively researched transactional and transformational leadership theories. Leadership must be leveraged at the management level to develop the capabilities needed to succeed in digital transformation projects, where complications arise due to technological novelty and environmental dynamics. Transformational leadership (TRL) and adaptive leadership (ADL) are proposed as successful approaches for managing changing behaviors and faster adaptation to new circumstances. Survey results demonstrate the positive influence of TRL on the three project dynamic capabilities. However, its impact on adaptive capability is weak. An interview study was conducted to explore the link between ADL and adaptive capability, providing an additional understanding of insignificant effects on innovative and absorptive capabilities. Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational and transactional leadership styles on organizational readiness for change among health professionals in the case of selected public hospitals in the North Showa Zone, Oromia Region, Ethiopia. Methods: The institutional-based cross-sectional study design was employed for one month in April 2021. The data were collected from a sample of 212 subordinate health professional staffs. Multi-factor leadership surveys and organizational readiness for change questionnaires were used for data collection. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and exploratory factor analysis, run on the SPSS 23 version. Pearson correlation and multiple regressions were used. Multiple regression results were expressed using the statistical values R 2 and β-coefficient. Statistical significance was declared at a P -value of <.05. Result: The Pearson product correlation of organizational readiness for change was found to be low positive and statistically significant for both transformational leadership behavior (r =.49, P <.01) and transactional leadership behavior (r =.39, P <.01). Both transformational leadership behavior (t = 5.32, P =.00) and transactional leadership behavior (t = 2.08, P =.034) were found to be significant contributors to the variance of organizational readiness for change among health professionals, according to the findings. However, transformational leadership behavior style appears to make a more significant contribution (β = 0.39) than transactional leadership style (β = 0.15) in predicting organizational readiness for change among health professionals. Conclusion: The study revealed that whenever transformational and/or transactional leadership behaviors are exhibited by the administrative staff, readiness for organizational change (commitment and efficacy) increases among health professionals. This study examines the experiences of three aspiring Latina school leaders in a principal preparation program with a social justice emphasis. Employing theoretical perspectives grounded in a community-based educational leadership framework and transformational resistance theory, this study documents how coursework informed the perspectives of participants regarding educational equity and racial justice. This comparative case study takes place at a Hispanic Serving Institution and focuses on two social foundations courses spanning a 5-month period. Findings illustrate participants' capacity to (a) reframe their past experiences as P-20 students in relation to meritocracy; (b) respond to current injustices as K-12 teachers, particularly the power of language to disrupt or perpetuate inequities; and lastly (c) re-envision educational leadership as future Latina principals as deeply intertwined with communities. The research highlights a need for a broadened approach to principal preparation that fosters future leaders to consider the engagement and leadership of marginalized students and families. Rooted in both the self-concept based theory of transformational leadership and the conservation of resources (COR) theory, transformational leadership is hypothesized to elicit follower-felt support for excellence and, through it, follower psychological capital (PsyCap), resulting in high follower job performance as well as work engagement. We examined this three-path mediation model with change scores from a two-wave study of 149 Indonesian healthcare workers. When applying structural equation modeling to the change scores, the integrated model was supported. Further cross-lagged analysis showed that transformational leadership had a lagged effect on follower PsyCap and that follower PsyCap had, in turn, a lagged effect on follower job performance. Hence, PsyCap is proposed as a parsimonious element in the self-concept-based theory of transformational leadership. This paper explores whether green mindfulness is the motivation behind green innovation and whether this relationship is moderated by green transformational leadership. The paper also investigates the indirect influence of green mindfulness on environmental performance through the mediating mechanism of green innovation. The above goals are necessary to find solutions that meet environmental goals, especially in emerging countries such as Vietnam. Data was collected from an online survey of 278 managers in manufacturing firms in Vietnam and analyzed using SmartPLS software with the partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). The results showed that green mindfulness directly affects green innovation, which in turn, contributes positively to environmental performance. Green mindfulness also increases environmental performance through the mediating role of green innovation. Moreover, green transformational leadership moderates the effects of green mindfulness on green innovation. These results contribute to the ability to achieve environmental goals in manufacturing firms. Leadership is about having the capacity to make a vision a reality. In the context of transformational leadership, this study examines creative behavior as a key factor in Pakistan's IT sector. Examining the relationship between transformational leadership and innovative behavior is the main goal of this study. While transformational leadership affects people because it inspires them, fosters morale, and boosts productivity. A moderated mediation model based on social cognitive theory was provided in this study. In contrast, the functions of mediation and moderation were played by knowledge sharing, organizational identification, and learning goal orientation. In this cross-sectional study, we implemented the convenience sample method and gathered 391 valid responses from the IT sector. Using the use of AMOS 26 and SPSS 23, the authors measured the latent variables and discussed their connection using a descriptive and correlational approach. The findings showed that transformational leadership has a favorable and substantial impact on innovative behavior. As a result, the mediation of knowledge exchange unites innovative behavior with transformational leadership. When two moderators' organizational identification and learning goal orientation are effective, knowledge sharing mediates transformational leadership and innovative behavior. This study was grounded on a previous investigation of the mediating effect of teamwork on the relationship between transformational leadership and performance. The purpose of this study is to enhance theoretical knowledge of transformational leadership. This study enrolled 263 athletes registered with the Korea Sports and Olympic Committee. We assessed transformational leadership, communication, team cohesion, and athletic performance. To analyze the collected data, SPSS 24.0, PROCESS macro (V4.1), and Amos 24.0 were used. There was an interaction effect between transformational leadership and communication on athletic performance, mediated by team cohesion. According to the moderated mediating effect index, team cohesion was a significant moderator of athletic performance. It can be concluded that coaches who possess strong coaching abilities and engage in accurate, positive communication with their athletes can enhance team cohesion, organizational behavior, leading to a positive impact on athletic performance. Great attention has been paid to the projects' success, which is the core of project management. It is not surprising that much research is being done in this area, as several factors contribute to the project's success. However, the moderating effect of top management support (TMS) on the relationship between transformational leadership (TL) and project success (PS) has not been investigated before. This study aims to examine whether the relationship between a project manager's transformational leadership and project success is moderated by top management support. This study uses a post-positivism philosophical objective to investigate the theoretical model. A cross-sectional time-lagged survey design was used to collect quantitative data. Data was collected using a structured questionnaire from 273 team members, project managers, and stakeholders working in Pakistan's public sector. The factor and hierarchical regression analysis were used for analysis. Our results showed that TL and TMS significantly impacted project success. The purpose of this study is to examine the role of Generative leadership (GL) in fostering employees toward green creativity (GrCRT) in tourism and hospitality industry. The present study theorized a model with the help of the theory of componential creativity to investigate GL, PGC, and GC as precursors of GrCRT. In addition to positing the direct associations, the model anticipates the mediation effect of PGC and GC on the association between GL and GrCRT. The data collected from a sample of 380 frontline workers in the hospitality industry of Pakistan assessed by their respective 112 supervisors is analyzed using Process macro. Empirical results confirm that GL significantly fosters employees toward GrCRT. Furthermore, results confirm that psychological green climate (PGC) and green commitment (GC) partially mediate the link between GLGrCRT. Moreover, the results show that serial mediation is positive and significant. This is maidan study to empirically examine a new construct, such as Generative leadership on green creativity in tourism and hospitality. Further, this study is the first one to study the mediating role of psychological green climate and green commitment on the said relationship and validating the theory of componential creativity. Furthermore, this study would be among the few ones that has examined the serial mediation of psychological green climate and green commitment between GL-GrCRT. This study also make valuable contributions to policy makers in the tourism and hospitality industry to understand how they can reduce the environmental footprints through generative leaders who can encourage employees toward green creativity. This replication study examines the relationship between school counselor leadership and school counseling program implementation, but with a larger sample and additional measures of leadership. In the original study (Mason, 2008) using Kouzes and Posner's Leadership Practices Inventory (2003), only Model the Way and Enable Others to Act subscales were predictors of program implementation, while in this study all subscales were predictors. The findings extend prior research, specifically that school counselor transformational leadership behavior strongly predicted comprehensive school counseling program implementation. We also found that specific leadership practices and behaviors, including modeling and systematic collaboration, accounted for the greatest variance in program implementation. Finally, exposure to the American School Counselor Association's ASCA National Model and working in a Recognized ASCA Model Program (RAMP) predicted program implementation. Findings from prior research on the relationship between a team's social network architecture and team innovation have been inconclusive. Integrating social network theory with input–process–output models of team innovation, our research aims to reconcile the mixed findings in the literature by introducing a novel process perspective as well as highlighting a relevant contingency factor to untangle the team social capital–team innovation link. We propose that team social capital, operationalized as bridging and bonding social capital, negatively influences team innovation via team proportional task conflict, which is the level of task conflict teams experience proportional to the general level of team conflict (i.e. task, relationship and process conflict). In addition, we expected group and differentiated individual-focused transformational leadership to buffer the negative indirect effect of team social capital on team innovation via team proportional task conflict. Results from time-lagged data collected from research and development teams in Iraq revealed that teams with bonding and bridging social capital are less innovative because they experience less proportional task conflict. Furthermore, group-focused transformational leadership buffered the negative indirect relationship of team bridging social capital on team innovation via proportional task conflict. The overall quality of coach–athlete relationship has been shown to positively associate with coach leadership effectiveness on athletes' outcomes. Nonetheless, others also showed no associations when each subdimension of coach–athlete relationship was separately examined. This study used canonical correlation analysis (CCA) to examine the complete set of correlations between coach transformational leadership (six dimensions) and quality coach–athlete relationship (six dimensions). A total of 213 athletes (122 male; 91 female) from various performance levels and sports completed a multi-section questionnaire. CCA revealed positive, negative and no correlations between the coach transformational leadership and coach–athlete relationship variable sets. For example, the Direct Commitment dimension of the coach–athlete relationship was negatively related to the Individualised Support dimension and positively associated with the High-Performance Expectation dimension of coach transformational leadership. In light of these results, we discuss whether viewing the coach–athlete relationship as an inherent dimension embedded within the conceptualisation of coach leadership is suitable and accurate. The impact of specific types of leadership behaviors on recovery processes and the success of troubled information technology projects was investigated. A theoretical model of leadership for troubled IT projects is proposed. Control and transformational leadership behaviors are hypothesized to affect different recovery processes and through these processes affect project success. A survey instrument based on previously validated theoretical constructs from the IT troubled projects and leadership research was used to gather data from project managers, team members, and project sponsors. Leader support is an essential factor influencing worker health and stress. Police officers are part of a class of workers who must deal with a high level of stress. Significant stress can lead to the onset of symptoms of psychological distress, which can lead to presenteeism (employees are present but suffer from mental health symptoms). However, we note that few studies focus on police leadership and job-related-stress presenteeism. Therefore, the current research is relevant and aims to demonstrate the link between the leadership style (Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire) on presenteeism (Job-Stress-Related Presenteeism measure) for police and non-police samples. A total of 252 employees, police officers (municipal organization) and blue-collar workers (public organization) completed the questionnaires. The results indicated that, for both samples, transformational leadership did not significantly influence job-stress presenteeism. Laissez-faire leadership had a strong negative effect on police and non-police employees' job-related stress presenteeism scores. Finally, a transactional leadership style predicted higher levels of job-related-stress presenteeism for our non-police (blue-collar) sample; it did not significantly influence job-stress-related presenteeism for our police sample. Predominantly white institutions (PWIs) struggle to attract and retain underrepresented faculty. Despite aspirations for diversity, the reality remains that underrepresented faculty are not hired and retained in numbers sufficient to change the institution's demographics. The leadership of PWIs strives for solutions to ameliorate the trend in recruitment, retention, and climate. The issue has gained even more significance recently due to the global coronavirus pandemic when layoffs, non-renewals, and hiring freezes have been widely imposed. This case examines how systemic leadership problems, mindsets, and climates keep PWIs at the status quo, and invites application of leadership and adult learning theories to develop a strategy for improving faculty diversity at PWIs. This article explores the nature of leadership in Brazilian complementary schools in the UK. Such schools are typically parent-driven, voluntary and financially vulnerable. Using data from a questionnaire survey (n =14; more than three-quarters of Brazilian complementary schools) and three in-depth case studies, leadership is examined in relation to five established approaches: directive, instructional, transformational, distributed and collaborative. The study found that the size of the school and the personality of the leader appeared to influence the type of leadership adopted. In terms of effectiveness, a combination of instructional leadership with an approach that motivated staff and volunteers (whether directive, collaborative or transformational, depending on the school's circumstances) seemed most appropriate to the context of complementary schools. The research illustrates the complexity of school leadership and the overlap between different models. Leadership flexibility was important in responding to the needs of staff, students and parents. Through the lens of social cognitive theory (SCT), we formulated hypotheses and tested the mediating role of psychological empowerment (PE) in linking transformational leadership (TL) to project success (PS). A structured questionnaire was used to gather responses from 356 team members, project managers, and stakeholders. Our findings demonstrated that PE and TL had a substantial influence on PS. Furthermore, we determined that PE partially mediates the relationship between TL and PS. This study sought to give insights into this relationship and identified PE as a precondition for TL effectiveness. These findings have implications for theorists and practitioners because they assert that the association between TL and PS may be explained by psychological empowerment as the underlying mechanism. By demonstrating how leaders inspire their followers to become leaders themselves, we elucidate how these findings add to the literature on leadership. This study proposes that there is relationship between transformational leadership and employee's voice as well as relational identification as a mediation and proactive personality as a moderator. Structural Equation Modeling was used to analyze data gathered from employees at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights through questionnaires. The findings revealed that transformational leadership has a significant effect on employee's voice and relational identification; relational identification mediates the relation between transformational leadership and employee voice behavior, and proactive personality will weaken the transformational effect on employee's voice behavior. This study enriches empirical studies that employee's voice can represent the opinions and ideas of employees with the presence of relational identification, proactive personality, and transformational leadership in the organization.
