- Abstract
Fetal thyroid is essential for normal fetus development. Echography of fetuses from mothers with Graves' disease is extremely specific for detecting an intrauterine thyroid dysfunction. We report the first correlation of two cases between color Doppler and histologic study of fetal thyroid goiters., (Copyright 2010 S. Karger AG, Basel.)
