It is important to assert that technology has been substantially modifying labor relations and, an example of this is teleworking, which was duly regulated in the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT) through the 2017 Labor Reform. the pandemic, the requirements became more flexible for the implementation of this type of work. This measure proved to be necessary, since due to the pandemic scenario that spread in Brazil due to Covid-19, sanitary measures were imposed by the Government and, among them, social isolation in order to reduce the risk of contagion, which instigated many companies to adhere to this regime with the aim of continuing their activities at this delicate time. In view of this, this scientific research aims to demonstrate the easing of the rules regarding telework, in addition to the impacts caused in the lives of workers, especially the disadvantages.
