Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of glucosamine hydrochloride capsule in the treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis(KOA) and its effect on the levels of serum IL-1, KOA and TNF-alpha. Methods: 128 cases of patients with KOA were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group was treated by the Glucosamine Hydrochloride Capsule, and the control group was treated by the Diclofenac Sodium Sustained Release Capsules. Each group was treated for 8 weeks as a course of treatment. The serum IL-1β and alpha TNF-α levels were detected by flow cytometric bead array and compared between two groups before and after treatment; the change of WOMAC score, VAS pain score before and after treatment and pain relief time were compared between the two groups. Results: After treatment, the serum IL-1β and TNF-α levels were significantly lower than those before treatment(P0.05), WOMAC score was significantly higher than that before treatment(P0.05), and the serum levels of IL-1β and TNF-α levels were significantly lower than those of the control group(P0.05), while the WOMAC score was significantly higher than that of the control group(P0.05). There was no significant difference in the VAS score and pain relief time between the two groups(P0.05). Conclusion: Glucosamine Hydrochloride Capsules can significantly improve the knee function and relieve the local pain of KOA patients, which may be related to the significant reduction of serum IL-1β and TNF-α levels [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective: To investigate the fibula flap combined iliac flap in repairing skin and soft tissue defect of tibia clinical curative effect. Methods: By using stochastic indicator selection in October 2012 to October 2012 admitted during the period of 95 patients with bone defect as the research object, the selected patients were randomly divided into observation group (n = 48) and control group (n = 47), with skin flap of the control group were treated by routine therapy, observation group were treated by combined fibula flap ilium flap treatment, analysis of the two groups of patients with surgery index and the clinical curative effect. Results: The observation group of patients with bone defect healing time, wound closure time and length of hospital stay, respectively (123.65± 10.38), (11.23± 3.76) d,d (22.35± 3.84) d, compared with the control group is significant statistical significance (t = 17.2076, P = 0.0000, t = 19.9808, P = 0.0000, t = 8.7801, P = 0.000) observation group of patients with postoperative complications (10.42%) was significantly lower than the control group (36.17%), comparing the two groups have statistical significance (chi-square = 6.2438, P = 6.2438). Conclusions: The fibula flap combined iliac flap can effectively repair skin soft tissue defect in the tibia, curative effect is distinct, less postoperative complications, postoperative bone defect healing time is shorter, help to rapid recovery.
