The main objective of this review article is to analyze the experiences of international manufacturing companies influenced by method engineering in the productivity of scientific articles under review between the years 2012 to 2021; The applied methodology was descriptive and analytical, which consisted of a systematic review of the scientific literature in the aforementioned period. Similarly, the search was carried out by entering the key words in English and Spanish; Search engines were used such as Dialnet, Doaj, Ebsco, Google Academic, Redalyc, Scielo, Scimago, on the other hand, the inclusion criteria were taken into account to obtain relevant articles with a maximum of nine years at an international level. To ensure the veracity of the publications, indexed scientific journals have been considered and it has been verified that they respond to our general problem. The results of the analysis show that 76% of the articles under review were quantitative in focus and 64% were descriptive and explanatory, in addition to those cases that applied method engineering in companies, increased efficiency, minimized fatigue, generated profitability, standardized times and they reduced costs; In conclusion, 100% of the companies that applied method engineering in their processes obtained positive results, improving the productivity and working conditions of the workers, demonstrating the efficiency of the system; Faced with the pandemic situation due to COVID -19 that the world is going through, it is a good option for the resurgence of companies.

This article analyzes process management and productivity as key elements to achieve organizational success. Emphasis is placed on theoretically substantiating how these tools are associated with each other, to fulfill their purpose. The research begins with the bibliographical review of scientific articles that are related to the topic of analysis, applying inclusion and exclusion criteria such as year of publication, relationship with the topic and variables to be investigated. For this purpose, various reliable information search engines were used, such as Google Scholar, Dialnet and Redalyc. As a consequence of the analysis, 60 articles were extracted, of which 16 were selected for review. Therefore, and from the corresponding analysis, it is concluded that process management and productivity are basic tools for achieving business success, noting a positive and complementary relationship between them.

The purpose of this review article was to identify, analyze, compare and define scientific research on prevention of occupational accidents based on occupational safety and health, a bibliographic review in Latin America of the last ten years, the methodology that the Boolean method and the advanced search were used to find the variables and that they are consistent with our research, the main search engines or databases were SCIELO, REDALYC, DIALNET and DOAJ, to consolidate our research 25% was collected of articles in English, therefore, 42 scientific articles referring to the subject of study were obtained, of which 19 were included to prepare our review article and 23 were excluded, these articles were from the last ten years, in conclusion this study was able to know the problematic reality of the companies, of which several do not comply with the stipulations On the other hand, according to the regulations established in each country, safety and health at work is one of the most efficient, efficient and effective alternatives to prevent occupational accidents, therefore it must be complied with, consequently we will have safe workers and a labor well-being that Beneficiary to the worker, company and society.

El ahorro de agua es vital para la sostenibilidad ambiental de los procesos; en este sentido, en la fermentación etanólica se la utiliza para la dilución de las mieles azucaradas, para el tratamiento de la levadura y operaciones de limpieza. Reducir agua en la fermentación permite obtener vinos con mayor graduación alcohólica y, por lo tanto, la reducción de la generación del efluente conocido como vinaza en la destilería. En el presente trabajo se propone un proceso de fermentación de alta gravedad, con una temperatura de 30°C, tiempo de alimentación de mosto de 20 horas y tiempo total de 53 horas obteniendo como resultados una concentración de 126,12 g/L de etanol, reducción de 45,66% de consumo de agua, reducción de 38,03% de generación de vinaza y reducción en el consumo energético de 38,35%. Se requirió de un software matemático para la resolución de los modelos matemáticos de fermentación y un simulador de procesos químicos para la resolución de los balances de materia y energía en las columnas de destilación.

El objetivo de la investigación es evaluar los residuos sólidos generados en el distrito de Barranca en un entorno de Covid-19. La metodología se basa en la investigación descriptiva, por lo que se evaluó con instrumentos de evaluación de segregación en la fuente y toma de datos a través de cuestionarios sobre las preferencias en el consumo y su compromiso con el reciclaje en la población de Barranca. Para esta evaluación se tomó una muestra de 50 casas, la cual fue obtenida mediante la fórmula del Dr. Kunitoshi. Obtenidos los datos, se procesaron con estadísticas básicas, en donde se determinó los principales productos consumidos durante la pandemia, correspondiendo los valores más altos al mes de junio, con 60 % en alimentos y 24 % en medicamentos. En cuanto al porcentaje de habitantes que reciclan se obtuvo un valor de 6 %, mientras que mayor es el porcentaje de la población que no recicla con un valor máximo de 88 %. El cuanto a la producción per cápita, sobresalió el Jirón Arequipa con 0.568 kg/hab./día con relación a los demás. También el mes de junio sobresalió en la cantidad de residuos segregados con 1623.15 kg/mes para la muestra de 50 casas. Por lo tanto, se concluye que hubo un incremento de residuos domiciliarios durante la pandemia, influenciado por el incremento en el consumo de artículos de primera necesidad, por el consumo de medicamentos y también de equipos de protección para prevenir los contagios de Covid-19.
