This study aims at revealing the views of school principals about the women school principals. Descriptive survey model was used in the study. Sample of the study consisted of 101 school principals. The scale consisting of 20 questions developed by the researchers was used in order to collec tthe data required for the research. It was tested by using t-test whether the views of school principals differ according to two categorical variables such as their gender, branch and graduated school. Whether or not there was any difference according to school type and seniority characteristics from the views of school principals was tested with one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA). Arithmetic mean and standard deviation values were also given in the analysis of the data.It is seen that school principals participated in survey generally have little participation in the negative items that mean women can not fulfill their administrative roles. Participants do not think that women school principals have an emotional structure. It is also understood that they do not agree with the idea of women school principals are more emotionally close to the events, are not cool enough at the time of any crisis and often avoid of being an administrator. It can be said that women need encouraging, emboldening, perhaps positive discrimination for administration. The aim of this study is to define primary school teachers' views of the practices in cursive italic writing. In order to achieve this goal descriptive survey model was used within the framework of the research questions directed to the teachers. This research's participant group consists of 52 teachers working in public primary schools in Serinhisar in Denizli. A data collection tool that includes ten questions was used in the research. The average and standard deviations were given a place in the analysis of data; Independent Samples T-Test were used in the section where primary school teachers' views of the practices in cursive italic writing were tried to define in relation to the gender and seniority. According to the conclusions derived from the study; primary school teachers think that students generally have problems in practices in cursive italic writing. While there is no significant difference in teachers' views of cursive italic writing in terms of gender, it is understood that there is a significant difference between senior and junior teachers' views of cursive italic writing according to their seniority. Teachers who worked 15 years and more in the profession are of the opinion, in comparison to the young teachers, that students experience less problems in cursive italic writing issue. Purpose of this study to show the views of teachers, who work in the primary, middle and high school of a town in Turkey, about their work engagement and organizational commitment. Research universe is comprised of teacher who working from Denizli-Kale/Turkey Sample of researches comprises of the absolute amount of universe. In this research data collection tool is comprised from three parts. Research's show us vigor (high energy level and mental vigor), dedication (inspiration, enthusiasm, pride and high fighting emotion for joining new job) and absorption (concentrating, losing track of time) are three sub dimensions of work engagement. Normative (individuals feeling their job is their duty), continuity (the idea which if left job his had less option) and affective (adopting values, goals) are three sub dimension of organizational commitment. The phrase "I do not feel a strong sense of belonging to this organization." has the lowest point in the questionnaire.
