Abstract

The article focuses on the investigation of steam explosion pretreatment of the pruned branches of pear trees for production of bioethanol through saccharification and fermentation of cellulase. Topics discussed include analysis of sugars derivative of cellulase by high performance liquid chromatography, chemical composition of pruned pear branches and production of ethanol from hydrolyzate of the pruned branches by the yeast Kluyveromyces marxianus.
