Here we present our architecture for Silicon Photonic Tensor Core, capable of responding to the needs of Neural Networks, Augmented and Virtual Reality applications. We present a novel version fully integrated, from lasers to photodetectors.

We present our implementation of a Convolution Neural Network employing an Integrated Photonic Chip (PIC) to perform the high-speed optical FFT, showing the Silicon Photonic design, the initial optical response, and packaging.

Here we demonstrate an ultra-low-loss multi-state photonic memory with phase change materials (GeSbSe), which can be efficiently reprogrammed on-chip. 4-bit memory and over 100,000 cycle tests are shown for this material.

We present a programmable on-chip photonic machine learning system based on the joint transform correlator. Testing the system on MNIST dataset shows 96.9% accuracy with even 10% signal delay.

Here we demonstrate low-loss multi-state photonic memory using broadband transparent phase change materials Ge2Sb2Se3 and Sb2Se3, which can be efficiently reprogrammed on-chip.

Here we present a highly integrated architecture to perform Matrix-Vector Multiplication. By using the GEMM compiler, we can process images for 3-bits edge detection and 5-bits blur filter, with an error rate lower than 5.1%.

We studied magnon-magnon ultrastrong coupling in YFeO3 using terahertz magnetospectroscopy in magnetic fields up to 30 T, which led to an extreme breakdown of the rotating-wave approximation where the counter-rotating term dominates the co-rotating term.

We excited terahertz magnons in Er*Yi_*FeO3 as a function of temperature, magnetic field, and yttrium composition (x), providing insight into the role of cooperative Er3+-Fe3+ exchange interactions in the low-temperature phase transition.
