Hedef dilin kültürünü taşıyan deyimler, deyişler, alıntılar ve atasözleri gibi sabit kalıpların, yabancı dil derslerinin içeriklerine ve ders kitaplarına yansıtılması kültür öğretimi açısından önemlidir. Kültür öğretimine temel yabancı dil düzeyinden itibaren deyim öğretimine başlamak, öğrenenlerin hedef dilin kültürünü daha iyi içselleştirmelerine ve daha başarılı öğrenme süreçlerine ulaşmalarına katkı sağlayabilir. Diller İçin Avrupa Ortak Öneriler Çerçevesi (AOÖÇ), yabancı dil öğretiminde deyimlerin temel yabancı dil düzeyi için; çok kısıtlı, sınırlı, ezberlenmiş, duruma özgü, basit, kalıplaşmış, günlük, alışılmış, temel, bazı somut durumlara ilişkin, devamlı kullanılan ve kısa deyimler olmaları koşulu ile derslere dâhil edilmelerinin uygun olduğunu önermiştir. Bu çalışma, yabancı dil olarak Türkçe A1 düzeyine uygun deyim seti oluşturmayı amaçlamaktadır. Bu amaçla, yabancı dil olarak Türkçe öğretiminde kullanılan "Gazi TÖMER Ders ve Çalışma Kitabı A1, İstanbul Yabancılar İçin Türkçe Ders ve Çalışma Kitabı A1, TÖMER Yeni Hitit Yabancılar İçin Türkçe Ders ve Çalışma Kitabı A1 ve Yedi İklim Türkçe Ders ve Çalışma Kitabı A1" ders ve çalışma kitapları araştırma materyali olarak seçilmiştir. Araştırma materyallerinin taranması sonucunda belirlenmiş olan deyimler (179 deyim) dereceli puanlama anahtarı olarak hazırlanmış ve yabancı dil olarak Türkçe öğretimi alan uzmanlarının (N:48) değerlendirmesine sunulmuştur. Uzmanlardan toplanan veriler sonucunda her bir deyimin puan ortalaması tespit edilmiştir. Deyimlerin ortalama puanlarının en yüksekten en düşüğe göre sıralanması ile yabancılara Türkçe öğretimi A1 düzeyine uygun olan ve daha az uygun olan deyimler ortaya çıkarılmıştır. Böylece deyimlerin aldıkları ortalama puanlarına göre çeşitli düzeylerde uygunluklarının saptanmasıyla yabancı dil olarak Türkçe A1 düzeyi için bir deyim seti oluşturulmuştur. It is important to integrate idioms, quotes, and proverbs that convey the culture of the target language into the content of foreign language courses and textbooks. When cultural competence begins with idioms at the basic level of the foreign language, learners are better able to internalize the culture of the target language and learn more successfully. The Common European Framework of Reference for Languages suggests that idioms at the basic level should be very limited, memorized, situation-specific, and simple, used daily, refer to some concrete situations, used continuously, and short. The aim of this study is to create an idiom set at A1 level for Turkish as a foreign language. For this purpose, "Gazi TÖMER A1 Coursebook and Workbook, İstanbul Yabancılar İçin Türkçe A1 Coursebook and Workbook, TÖMER Yeni Hitit Yabancılar İçin Türkçe A1 Coursebook and Workbook, and Yedi İklim Türkçe A1 Coursebook and Workbook" are selected as research materials. 179 idioms are determined after the searching of the research materials. A rubric was prepared with these idioms for the opinions of the experts in the field of teaching Turkish as a foreign language (N:48). As a result of the data the average score of each idiom was determined. The idioms are ranked from the highest mean score to the lowest mean score and thus, an idiom set was created for the A1 level for Turkish as a foreign language.

Okul dışı öğrenme alanlarından biri olan müzeler sahip oldukları eğitici potansiyeller ve alışılmışın dışında bir eğitim verme imkanından dolayı son zamanlarda üzerinde çokça durulan bir öğrenme alanı olmaktadır. Ülkemiz doğal, tarihi ve kültürel varlıklarıyla bu alana hizmet sağlayacak büyük bir potansiyele sahiptir. Özellikle son yıllarda dünyada çapında oldukça farklı örneklerini gördüğümüz müze türleri ülkemizde de görülmeye başlanmıştır. Müzelerdeki çeşitliliğin ve farklı uygulamaların temel sebebi müzeleri ziyaretçiler için daha cazip bir hale getirip turizm geliri açısından ülke ekonomisine katkı sağlamanın yanında, ziyaretçi sayısını artırarak toplumu tarihi ve kültürel alanda bilinçlendirmek ve globalleşmenin getirdiği kültürel yozlaşmanın, milli kimlik belirsizliğinin ve özellikle yeni nesiller için zayıflayan milli ve kültürel aidiyet duygusunun güçlenmesini sağlamaktır. Eğitim noktasında bu amaca hizmet eden en önemli ders sosyal bilgiler dersi olup, içerdiği birçok hedef öğrenme alanı için müzeler önemli bir öğrenme alanı oluşturma potansiyeline sahiptir. Ülkemizde yaygın eğitimin güzel örneklerinden biri olan Kapadokya Yaşayan Miras Müzesi özellikle somut olmayan kültürel mirasın korunması ve yaşatılması noktasında örnek teşkil edecek nitelikte olup, UNESCO 2003 Somut Olmayan Kültürel Mirasın Korunması Sözleşmesi içeriği ile uyumlu bir müzecilik faaliyeti yürütmektedir. Bu bağlamda bu araştırmanın amacı sosyal bilgiler eğitimi alan öğrencilerin müze deneyimlerini değerlendirerek, müzeyi ziyaretlerinin somut olmayan kültürel miras bilincinin oluşturulmasına yönelik katkısını ortaya koymakla birlikte alışılmışın dışında bir müze deneyiminin öğrenciler ve öğretmenler üzerinde bıraktığı etkiyi gözlemlemektir. Bu araştırma nitel yöntemle yapılan bir durum çalışması olup, insan ve sosyal yaşamla ilgili problemleri, gözlem, görüşme, gözlem sırasında yapılan informal görüşmeler sonucu elde edilen görüşme notları ışığında parçadan bütüne doğru açıklamak amaçlanmaktadır. Araştırma Nevşehir il merkezinde eğitim veren 2 okuldan 10'ar adet olmak üzere toplam 20 öğrenci ve 5 öğretmenle yapılmış olup, gözlem ve mülakat yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada katılımcıların belirlenmesinde "Amaçlı örnekleme" yönteminden uygun örneklem seçilerek, göreli olarak küçük bir örneklem oluşturmak ve bu örneklemde çalışılan probleme taraf olabilecek bireylerin çeşitliliğini maksimum derecede yansıtarak, çeşitlilik gösteren durumlar arasında herhangi ortak ya da paylaşılan olguların olup olmadığını belirlemeye çalışmak ve bu çeşitliliğe göre problemin farklı boyutlarını ortaya koymaktır. Museums, which are one of the out-of-school learning areas, have been a much-emphasized learning area recently due to their educational potential and the opportunity to provide an unusual education.Our country has a great potential to provide services in this field with its natural, historical and cultural assets. Especially in recent years museum types, of which we have seen quite different examples around the world, have started to be seen in our country. The main reason for the diversity and different applications in museums is to make museums more attractive for visitors and contribute to the country's economy in terms of tourism income, as well as to increase the number of visitors in the historical and cultural field, to raise awareness of the society in the historical and cultural field and to strengthen the sense of belonging by considering the problems of the national identity uncertainty of the cultural degeneration brought by globalization especially for the new generations. The most important course that serves this purpose at the point of education is the Social Studies course, and museums have the potential to create an important learning area for many target learning areas. Cappadocia Living heritage Museum, which is one of the beautiful examples of non-formal education in our country, is exemplary especially in terms of preserving and keeping alive the Intangible cultural heritage, and carries out a museum activity in line with the content of the Intangible Cultural Heritage Preservation Agreement in 2003. In this context, the aim of the research is to evaluate the museum experiences of the students who receive social studies education and to reveal the contribution of their visit to the museum to create the awareness of intangible cultural heritage, and to observe the effect of an unusual museum experience on students and teachers. This research is a case study with qualitative methods and it is aimed to explain the problems related to human and social life from the part to the whole in the light of the interview notes obtained as a result of the observation, interview and in-formal interviews during the observation.The research was conducted in 1private school providing education in Nevşehir city center and 1 public school providing education in Avanos district and 10 students from each school, a total of 20 students and five teachers, and observation and interview methods were used as the method. To determine the participants in the study, to create a relatively small sample by choosing the appropriate sample from the purposive sampling method, and to try to determine whether there are any common or shared vote cases among the various situations by reflecting the problem studied in this sample to the maximum extent to the diversity of individuals who may be a party, and to determine whether the problem is different according to this variety to reveal the dimensions.

Araştırmanın amacı, sosyal bilgiler öğretiminde kanıt temelli öğretim uygulamaları ile bilimsel düşünme ve karar verme becerileri arasındaki ilişkileri ortaya çıkarmaktır. Bu amacın gerçekleştirilmesi için aşağıdaki sorulara cevap aranmıştır. 1. Bu araştırma, karma araştırma deseninlerinden yakınsayan paralel desen esas alınarak yürütülmüştür. Araştırmanın nicel boyutu için ön test-son test kontrol gruplu deneysel desen (ÖSKD) modeli tasarlanmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu, 2021-2022 eğitim öğretim yılında Tokat merkezde yer alan bir devlet okulunun 7. sınıfında öğrenim gören 26'sı erkek 25'i kız olmak üzere 51 öğrenci oluşturmuştur. Bu öğrenciler amaçlı örnekleme yöntemlerinden ölçüt örnekleme ile belirlenmiştir. Deney ve kontrol grubu öğrencilerini belirlemek için araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen akademik başarı testi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmadaki deneysel desenle ilgili gerekli olan nicel verileri toplamak için; Göktürker (2005) tarafından geliştirilen "Bilimsel Düşünme Becerileri Ölçeği" ve Sever (2019) tarafından geliştirilen "Karar Verme Becerisi Ölçeği" kullanılmıştır. Deney ve kontrol gruplarına "Küresel Bağlantılar" öğrenme alanındaki konulara uygun ders işlenmeden önce ve ders yapıldıktan sonra bilimsel düşünme ve karar verme becerileri ölçeği uygulanmıştır. Nitel veri toplama aracı olarak "Küresel Bağlantılar" öğrenme alanına yönelik kanıt temelli öğrenme etkinliklerine ait çalışma yaprakları kullanılmıştır. Gerçekleştirilen deneysel işlemde çalışma gruplarından elde edilen verilerin normallik testlerinde Shapiro-Wilk, Skewness (Çarpıklık) ve Kurtosis (Basıklık) kullanılmıştır. Deneysel işlem süreçlerinde çalışma gruplarından elde edilen verilerin normallik analizleri için Shapiro-Wilk, Skewness (Çarpıklık) ve Kurtosis (Basıklık) testleri yapılmıştır. Nitel verilerin analizinde betimsel analiz yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Kanıt temelli etkinlikler süreç sonunda araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanan dereceli puanlama anahtarına göre puanlanarak öğrencilerin etkinlikleri gerçekleştirme düzeyleri belirlenmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda deney grubunda yer alan öğrencilerin bilimsel düşünme becerileri ölçeğinin geneli ile ölçeğin alt boyutlarında ön test ve son test puanları arasında istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı farklılığın, deney grubunda yer alan öğrencilerin karar verme becerileri ön test ve son test puanları arasında istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı farklılığın deney grubu lehine olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. Araştırma bulgularına göre, kanıt temelli öğrenme yöntemiyle "Küresel Bağlantılar" öğrenme alanında uygulanan etkinliklere öğrencilerin çoğu katılmış, etkinliklerde yer alan sorulara cevap vermişler ve bir ürün ortaya koyabilmişlerdir. Kanıt temelli "Birleşmiş Milletler", "Suriyeli Göçmenler", "Erozyon" etkinliği öğrencilerin bakış açısı ve anlam oluşturmalarına göre değerlendirildiğinde öğrencilerin çoğunun ortalama kategorisinde cevaplar vererek kanıttan anlam çıkarabildikleri fakat kanıtlardan yeterince yararlanamadıkları; "Toplumsal Cinsiyet Rollerine Bakmak" ve "Küresel Isınma" etkinlikleri öğrencilerin bakış açısı ve anlam oluşturmalarına göre öğrencilerin çoğunun nitelikli kategorisinde cevaplar vererek kanıtlardan yeterince yararlandıkları tespit edilmiştir. The aim of the research is to reveal the relationships between evidence-based teaching practices and scientific thinking and decision-making skills in social studies teaching. In order to achieve this aim, answers to the following questions were sought. 1. Is there a significant difference between the scientific thinking skills scores of the experimental group, in which evidence-based teaching activities were applied, in the "Global Connections" learning field of the 7th grade Social Studies lesson in secondary school? 2. Is there a significant difference between the scientific thinking skill scores of the control group, in which non-skill-based traditional teaching was applied, in the "Global Connections" learning field of the Secondary School 7th Grade Social Studies course? There is a significant difference between the scientific thinking skill scores of the experimental group, in which evidence-based teaching activities were applied in the "Global Connections" learning area of the 3rd secondary school 7th grade Social Studies course, from the pre-test application and the scientific thinking skills scores of the control group, which were applied non-skill-based teaching, from the pre-test application. is it? 4. This research was carried out on the basis of convergent parallel design from mixed research designs. For the quantitative dimension of the study, a pretest-posttest control group experimental design (OSKD) model was designed. The study group of the research consisted of 51 students, 26 boys and 25 girls, who were studying in the 7th grade of a public school located in the center of Tokat in the 2021-2022 academic year. These students were determined by criterion sampling, one of the purposive sampling methods. An academic achievement test developed by the researcher was used to determine the students in the experimental and control groups. In order to collect the necessary quantitative data about the experimental design in the research; The "Scientific Thinking Skills Scale" developed by Göktürker (2005) and the "Decision-Making Skills Scale" developed by Sever (2019) were used. The scientific thinking and decision-making skills scale was applied to the experimental and control groups before and after the lesson in accordance with the topics in the "Global Connections" learning area. As a qualitative data collection tool, worksheets of evidence-based learning activities for the "Global Connections" learning field were used. In the experimental process, Shapiro-Wilk, Skewness and Kurtosis (Kurtosis) were used in the normality tests of the data obtained from the study groups. Shapiro-Wilk, Skewness and Kurtosis tests were performed for the normality analysis of the data obtained from the study groups during the experimental processing processes. Descriptive analysis method was used in the analysis of qualitative data. Evidence-based activities were scored according to the rubric prepared by the researcher at the end of the process, and the level of students' realization of the activities was determined. As a result of the research, there was a statistically significant difference between the general scientific thinking skills scale of the students in the experimental group and the pre-test and post-test scores in the sub-dimensions of the scale. turned out to be. According to the research findings, most of the students participated in the activities applied in the "Global Connections" learning area with the evidence-based learning method, answered the questions in the activities and produced a product. When the evidence-based "United Nations", "Syrian Immigrants", "Erosion" activities were evaluated according to the students' perspective and meaning-making, most of the students were able to make sense of the evidence by giving answers in the average category; It has been determined that most of the students benefited from the evidence sufficiently by giving answers in the qualified category according to the students' perspective and meaning creation in the "Looking at Gender Roles" and "Global Warming" activities.

Bu araştırma, özel okullardaki Sosyal Bilgiler Öğretmenlerinin okul-aile iş birliği çerçevesinde karşılaştığı güçlükleri incelemek amacı ile yapılmıştır. Okul-aile iş birliği eğitim sistemi içerisinde vazgeçilmez birlikteliklerden biridir. Okul-aile iş birliği okul, öğretmen, veli, öğrenci ve yönetim gibi birbirinden ayrı düşünülemeyen unsurlar üzerinde etkileşimi sağlamaktadır. Araştırmadaki veriler Kayseri ve Nevşehir illerindeki özel okullarda görev yapan Sosyal Bilgiler Öğretmenlerinin görüşlerini ifade eden yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formundan elde edilmiştir. Araştırmada nitel araştırma yöntemi seçilmiştir. Nitel bir araştırma olançalışmadaki veriler, içerik analizi ile çözümlenmiştir. Araştırmada özel okullarda görev yapan yirmi bir Sosyal Bilgiler öğretmeni ile görüşmeler gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmaya katılan özel okullardaki Sosyal Bilgiler öğretmenlerin büyük bir bölümünün mesleki hizmet süreleri 1 ila 5 yıl arasında olduğu görülmüştür. Araştırmaya katılan Kayseri ve Nevşehir'deki özel okullarda çalışan Sosyal Bilgiler öğretmenlerinin büyük bir çoğunluğunu kadın öğretmenlerden oluştuğu ve büyük bir bölümünün eğitim fakültesi mezunu olduğu görülmüştür. Özel okullardaki Sosyal Bilgiler öğretmenleri ile yapılan görüşmelerden elde edilen bulgular doğrultusunda, öğretmenlerin okul aile iş birliği çerçevesinde kaynaklanan çok fazla güçlükle karşılaşmadıkları görülmüştür. Karşılaştıkları güçlükleri ise daha çok iş birliği doğrultusunda çözdükleri görülmüştür. Araştırmaya göre, özel okullardaki okul-aile iş birliği okulu yöneten bir grup değil, okulun içerisinde bulunduğu çevreyi tanımasına yardımcı olan, velilerin beklentilerinin ne olduğunu açıklayan, öğrencilerin eğitim süreci içerisinde okula daha çabuk uyum sağlamasını amaçlayan bir grup etkinliği olması gerektiği ifade edilebilir. Araştırma sonucunda özel okullardaki Sosyal Bilgiler öğretmenlerinin okul-aile iş birliğine daha çok önem vermeleri gerektiği düşünülebilir. Özel okullarda okul-aile birliğinin baskı unsur değil de beklentilerin ortaya konulduğu bir kurum olarak ortaya konulması gerektiği de savunulabilir. This research was conducted to examine the difficulties faced by Social Studies Teachers in private schools within the framework of school-family cooperation. School-family cooperation is one of the indispensable partnerships in the education system. School-family cooperation provides interaction on characters that cannot be considered separately from each other such as school, teacher, parent, student and administration. The data in the research were obtained from the semi-structured interview form expressing the views of the Social Studies Teachers working in private schools in the provinces of Kayseri and Nevşehir. The data in the study, which is a qualitative research, were analyzed by content analysis. In the research, interviews were conducted with twenty-one Social Studies teachers working in private schools. It has been observed that most of the Social Studies teachers in private schools participating in the research have a professional service period of 1 to 5 years. It was observed that the majority of Social Studies teachers working in private schools in Kayseri and Nevşehir who participated in the research were female teachers and most of them were graduates of education faculties. In line with the findings obtained from the interviews with the Social Studies teachers in private schools, it was seen that the teachers did not encounter many difficulties arising from the school-family cooperation. It was observed that they solved the difficulties they encountered more in the direction of cooperation. According to the research, it can be stated that the schoolfamily cooperation in private schools should not be a group that manages the school, but a group activity that helps the school to recognize the environment it is in, explains what the expectations of the parents are, and aims to make the students adapt to the school more quickly during the education process. As a result of the research, it can be thought that Social Studies teachers in private schools should give more importance to school-family cooperation. It can be argued that the school-parent union in private schools should be put forward as an institution where expectations are put forward, not a pressure factor.

Bu çalışma, ilkokul öğrencilerinin çevreye yönelik tutumları ile hayat bilgisi dersine yönelik tutumları arasındaki ilişkiyi belirlemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Elde edilen bulguların sınıf düzeyi, cinsiyet, okulun bulunduğu ilçe, anne baba eğitim durumu ve anne baba mesleği değişkenlerine göre öğrencilerin tutumlarının farklılık gösterip göstermediği incelenmiştir. Araştırmada bu amaçlara hizmet edecek nicel veri toplama yöntemlerinden ilişkisel tarama yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen bulgular Yaşaroğlu (2012) tarafından geliştirilen 32 maddelik 3'lü likert tipi "Çevre Tutum Ölçeği" ve Oker (2019) tarafından geliştirilen 16 maddelik 3'lü likert tipi "Hayat Bilgisi Dersi Tutum Ölçeği" kullanılarak toplanılmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemini 2021-2022 öğretim yılı içerisindeki Nevşehir ilindeki ilkokullarda 2. 3. ve 4. sınıfta okuyan 2081 ilköğretim öğrencisi oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada toplanan veriler SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) programı aracılığı ile analiz edilmiştir. Araştırmanın verilerine göre öğrencilerin çevreye yönelik tutum puanları ve hayat bilgisi dersine yönelik tutum puanları "yüksek" düzeydedir. Öğrencilerinin çevreye yönelik tutum puan ortalamaları ile hayat bilgisi dersine yönelik tutum puan ortalamaları cinsiyet değişkeni açısından kız öğrenciler lehine, sınıflar arasında 2. ve 3.sınıfların lehine anlamlı bir farklılık görülmüştür. Öğrencilerin bulundukları ilçe açısından çevreye yönelik tutumları karşılaştırıldığında Gülşehir, Acıgöl, Avanos, Kozaklı ve Ürgüp ilçesi lehine, hayat bilgisi dersine yönelik tutumlarında ise Merkez, Ürgüp ve Gülşehir ilçesi lehine anlamlı bir farklılık olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Anne baba eğitim durumu değişkenine göre analiz yapıldığında genel anlamda öğrencilerin çevreye ve hayat bilgisi dersine yönelik tutumlarında üniversite ve lise mezunu anne babaların lehine anlamlı farklılık görülmüştür. Anne baba mesleği değişkenine göre öğrencilerin çevreye ve hayat bilgisi dersine yönelik tutumlarında memur anneler ve memur ve diğer meslekler (avukat, veteriner, mühendis, akademisyen) grubunda olan babalar lehine anlamlı farklılık tespit edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak ilkokul öğrencilerinin çevreye yönelik tutumları ile hayat bilgisi dersine yönelik tutumları arasında pozitif yönde anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu tespit edilmiştir. This study aims to determine the relationship between primary school students' attitudes towards the environment and their attitudes towards the life science course. It was examined whether the students' attitudes differ according to the variables of grade level, gender, school location, parental education level and parental profession. Relational survey method, one of the quantitative data collection methods that will serve these purposes, was used in the research. The findings were collected using the 32-item 3-point Likert-type "Environmental Attitude Scale" developed by Yaşaroğlu (2012) and the 16-item 3-point Likert-type "Life Sciences Attitude Scale" developed by Oker (2019). The sample of the research consists of 2081 primary school students studying in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th grades in primary schools in Nevşehir province in the 2021-2022 academic year. The data collected in the study were analyzed through the SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) program. According to the findings obtained in the research, the students' attitude scores towards the environment and their attitude scores towards the life science course are at a "high" level. There was a significant difference between the mean scores of students' attitudes towards the environment and the mean scores of attitudes towards the life science course in favor of female students in terms of gender variable, and in favor of 2nd and 3rd grades between branches. When the students' attitudes towards the environment in terms of the district they live in are compared, it has been determined that there is a significant difference in favor of Gülşehir, Acıgöl, Avanos, Kozaklı and Ürgüp districts, and a significant difference in their attitudes towards the life science course in favor of Nevşehir Centrum, Ürgüp and Gülşehir districts. When the analysis was made according to the parent education level variable, a significant difference was observed in the attitudes of the students towards the environment and life science course in general in favor of the parents who graduated from university and high school. According to the parent profession variable, a significant difference was found in the attitudes of the students towards the environment and life science course in favor of government officer mothers and fathers who were in the group of officer and other professions (lawyer, veterinarian, engineer, academician). As a result, it has been determined that there is a positive and significant relationship between primary school students' attitudes towards the environment and their attitudes towards the life science course.

Bu araştırmanın amacı, 2011-2021 yılları arasında Türkiye’de matematik eğitimi alanında teknoloji destekli uygulama içeriklerine sahip lisansüstü tezleri incelemektir. Bu kapsamda, matematik eğitimi alanında belirlenen kriterlere uygun çalışmalara YÖK Ulusal Tez Merkezi veri tabanından erişilmiştir. Araştırmada, 154’ü yüksek lisans ve 53’ü doktora tezi olmak üzere 207 tez incelenmiştir. Çalışmaların analizinde betimsel içerik analizi kullanılmıştır. Çalışmalar; öğrenme araçlarına ve içeriklerine, yayımlanma yıllarına ve türlerine, araştırmacı cinsiyetlerine, yapıldıkları üniversitelere, danışman unvanına, amaçlarına, ölçtüğü özelliklere, yaklaşımlarına, yaklaşım açıklamalarına, örneklem düzeylerine, örneklem seçimlerine, veri toplama araçlarına ve veri analiz açıklamalarına göre incelenmiştir. Bulgulara göre, çalışmalarda yazılım içeriklerine ve dinamik matematik yazılımlarına daha fazla yer verilmiştir. En fazla tez 2019 yılında, en az tez 2011 ve 2012 yıllarında yayımlanmıştır. Gazi ve Dokuz Eylül bünyesinde daha fazla çalışma yapılmıştır. Başarı ile tutum değişkeni daha çok yer almış ve nitel yaklaşımlar daha fazla tercih edilmiştir. Ortaokul öğrencilerine yönelik daha fazla çalışma yapılmıştır. Veri toplama araçları olarak dokümanlar ve görüşmeler, analizde ise içerik, ortalama ve t-testi sıklıkla kullanılmıştır. Bulgular ışığında, bazı öneriler sunulmuştur. The purpose of this research is to examine the postgraduate thesis with technology-supported application contents in the field of mathematics education in Turkey between the years 2011-2021. In this context, studies in accordance with the criteria determined in the field of mathematics education were accessed from the Council of Higher Education Thesis Center database. In the study, 207 theses, 154 of which were master's and 53 were doctoral dissertations, were examined. Descriptive content analysis was used in the analysis of the studies. The studies were examined according to their learning tools and their contents, publication years and types, researcher genders, universities where research is conducted, advisor titles, purposes, measure properties, approach and approach explanation, sample, sampling type, data collection tools, and data analysis explanations. According to the findings, software contents and dynamic mathematics software were given more in the studies. While the most thesis studies were published in 2019, the least in 2011 and 2012. More studies have been carried out in Gazi and Dokuz Eylül. Success and attitude variable were included more, and qualitative approaches were preferred more. More studies were conducted with middle school students. Documents and interviews were used as data collection tools, and content, mean and t-test were frequently used in analysis. In the light of findings some suggestions were presented.

Web 2.0 araçlarının faydaları düşünüldüğünde öğretmen ve öğrencinin sınıf ortamından bağımsız olarak dünya çapında bilgilerini paylaşabilmesi eğitimin niteliğini olumlu etkilediğini göstermiştir. Yapılan araştırmada yabancılara Türkçe öğretiminde Web 2.0 araçlarının kullanılmasına ilişkin öğretmen görüşlerinin çeşitli değişkenler açısından incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemini 2021-2022 eğitim- öğretim yılında Konya'da görev yapıp yabancılara Türkçe öğretimi veren 200 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın ölçek kısmında hazırlanan "Kişisel Bilgi Formu" ve "Web 2.0 Kullanım Yetkinliği Ölçeği " kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada nicel araştırma yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Veriler SPSS 25.00 paket program aracılığı ile analiz edilerek aritmetik ortalama, standart sapma, bağımsız örneklemler için t- testi, tek yönlü ANOVA kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen bulgulara göre Yabancılara Türkçe öğretimi yapan öğretmenlerin Web 2.0 araçlarından bazılarını hiç kullanmadığı görülmüştür. Yabancılara Türkçe öğretimi yapan öğretmenlerin Web 2.0 kullanım yetkinliği ölçeğinin tamamından aldıkları puanlar arasında cinsiyet, yaş, bilgisayar kullanım düzeyi, web 2.0 araçlarını kullanım yılı, web 2.0 araçlarını kullandığı yıla göre anlamlı farklılık bulunmuştur. Araştırmaya katılan erkek öğretmenlerin Web 2.0 araçlarını kullanım yetkinlikleri kadın öğretmenlere göre daha yüksek olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Yaş gruplarına bakıldığında yaşın ilerlemesi ile Web 2.0 araçlarını kullanım yetkinliğinin azaldığı görülmüştür. Bilgisayar kullanım düzeyinin ileri olmasıyla Web 2.0 araçları kullanım yetkinliğinin arttığı belirlenmiştir. Yabancılara Türkçe öğretiminde öğretmenlerin, büyük bir kısmı Web 2.0 araçlarını tüketici olarak kullandığı görülmektedir. Bu amaçla öğretmenler için, Web 2.0 araçları kullanımı ile ilgili Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı tarafından hizmet içi eğitimler verilmelidir. Öğretmenlere özel olarak hazırlanan kitapçıklar ve dergiler bilgilendirilme için dağıtılabilir. Web 2.0 araçları konusunda kendilerini geliştirmelerine fırsat tanıyan ortamlar sağlanabilir. En az kullanılan Web 2.0 uygulamalarının eğitim öğretim sürecinde kullanılmasına yönelik araştırmalar yapılabilir. Considering the benefits of Web 2.0 tools, it has been shown that the ability of teachers and students to share their knowledge worldwide, regardless of the classroom environment, has a positive effect on the quality of education. In this study, it was aimed to examine the opinions of teachers regarding the use of Web 2.0 tools in teaching Turkish to foreigners in terms of various variables. The sample of the research consists of 200 teachers who work in Konya and teach Turkish to foreigners in the 2021-2022 academic year. "Personal Information Form" and "Web 2.0 Usage Competency Scale" prepared in the scale part of the research were used. Quantitative research method was used in the research. The data were analyzed with SPSS 25.00 package program and arithmetic mean, standard deviation, t-test for independent samples, one-way ANOVA were used. According to the findings, it has been observed that the teachers who teach Turkish to foreigners do not use some of the Web 2.0 tools at all. A significant difference was found between the scores of the teachers teaching Turkish to foreigners from the entire Web 2.0 usage competence scale, according to gender, age, level of computer use, year of use of web 2.0 tools, and year of use of web 2.0 tools. It has been determined that male teachers participating in the research have higher competences in using Web 2.0 tools than female teachers. Looking at the age groups, it was seen that the ability to use Web 2.0 tools decreased with the advancement of age. It has been determined that the use of Web 2.0 tools increases with the advanced level of computer use. It is seen that most of the teachers use Web 2.0 tools as consumers in teaching Turkish to foreigners. For this purpose, in-service training should be given by the Ministry of National Education on the use of Web 2.0 tools for teachers. Booklets and magazines specially prepared for teachers can be distributed for information. Environments that allow them to develop themselves in Web 2.0 tools can be provided. Research can be conducted on the use of the least used Web 2.0 applications in the education process.

Bu araştırmada iletişim kurmayı gerektiren bir teknik olan konuşma halkası tekniğinin öğrencilerin motivasyonlarına nasıl bir etkide bulunacağı ortaya konmak istenmiştir. Araştırma, konuşma halkası etkinliklerinin yabancı dil olarak Türkçe öğrenme motivasyonu üzerindeki etkisini incelemek için Fırat Üniversitesi TÖMER'de öğrenim gören B2 seviyesindeki 60 öğrenci ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Deneysel bir araştırma olan bu çalışmada ön test son test kontrol gruplu desen kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın deney grubunda 30, kontrol grubunda 30 öğrenci yer almaktadır. Deney grubundaki öğrenciler ile uzaktan eğitim yoluyla her biri 40 dakika süren 20 uygulama gerçekleştirilmiştir. Veri toplama aracı olarak Yabancı Dil Olarak Türkçe Öğrenmeye Yönelik Motivasyon Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Bu ölçek içsel motivasyon, araçsal motivasyon ve kültürel motivasyon olmak üzere üç alt boyuttan oluşmaktadır. Ölçekten elde edilen verilerin normallik dağılımı kontrol edilmiş, normallik varsayımı karşılanmadığı için nonparametrik testlerden Wilcoxon işaretli sıralar testi ve Mann Whitney U testi kullanılmıştır. Verilerin istatistiksel analizinde ve yorumlarda, anlamlılık düzeyi (p) .05 olarak alınmıştır. Deney grubundaki öğrencilere ait ön motivasyon ve son motivasyon puanları arasında anlamlı bir farklılaşma olup olmadığını belirlemek için yapılan Wilcoxon işaretli sıralar testi sonucuna göre sadece içsel motivasyon faktöründe anlamlı farklılık (z = -2.674; p.05) ve kültürel motivasyon (z = -.916; p>.05) faktörlerinde ise aradaki farkın anlamlı olmadığı tespit edilmiştir. İçsel motivasyonun, insanları başarıya ulaştıran en önemli motivasyon türü olduğu göz önünde bulundurulduğunda deney grubu için ulaşılmak istenen noktaya kısmen ulaşıldığı söylenebilir. Kontrol grubundaki öğrencilere ait ön motivasyon ve son motivasyon puanları arasında anlamlı bir farklılaşma olup olmadığını belirlemek için yapılan Wilcoxon işaretli sıralar testi sonucuna göre içsel motivasyon (z = -1.576; p>.05) ve araçsal motivasyon (z = -1.173; p>.05) faktörlerinde aradaki farkın anlamlı olmadığı bununla birlikte kültürel motivasyon (z = -1.976; p.05, araçsal motivasyon U = 418.500 p>.05, kültürel motivasyon 336.500 p>.05). Buna bağlı olarak bu denence doğrulanmamıştır. Bu çalışma daha önce uygulanıp başarıya ulaşılan konuşma halkası tekniği çalışmalarından farklı olarak uzaktan eğitimle gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu yüzden sonuncu denencenin doğrulanmama sebebinin uzaktan eğitimin yapılan araştırmalarla ortaya konmuş olumsuz sonuçlarından kaynaklandığı söylenebilir. Sonuç olarak uzaktan eğitimle gerçekleştirilen konuşma halkası uygulamalarının yabancı dil olarak Türkçe öğrenme motivasyonunu kısmen olumlu etkilese de genel anlamda çok büyük bir etkisi olmadığı tespit edilmiştir. In this study, it is aimed to reveal how the speech circle technique, which is a technique that requires communication, will affect the motivation of the students. The research was carried out with 60 B2 level students studying at Fırat University TÖMER to examine the effect of speech circle activities on the motivation to learn Turkish as a foreign language. In this experimental study, pretest posttest control group design was used. There are 30 students in the experimental group and 30 students in the control group. 20 activities, each lasting 40 minutes, were carried out with the students in the experimental group through distance education. The Motivation Scale for Learning Turkish as a Foreign Language was used as a data collection tool. This scale consists of three sub-dimensions: intrinsic motivation, instrumental motivation, and cultural motivation. The normality distribution of the data obtained from the scale was checked, and since the normality assumption was not met, the nonparametric Wilcoxon signed-rank test and Mann Whitney U test were used. In the statistical analysis of the data and interpretations, the level of significance (p) was taken as .05. According to the Wilcoxon signed-rank test result, which was conducted to determine whether there was a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test scores of the students in the experimental group, a significant difference was found only in the intrinsic motivation factor (z = -2.674; p.05) and cultural motivation (z = -.916; p>.05) factors were found to be not significant. Considering that intrinsic motivation is the most important type of motivation that leads people to success, it can be said that the desired point has been partially reached for the experimental group. According to the result of the Wilcoxon signed rank test, which was conducted to determine whether there was a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test scores of the students in the control group, intrinsic motivation (z = -1.576; p>.05) and instrumental motivation (z = -1.173; p>.05) factors were found to be not significant but a significant difference was found in the cultural motivation (z = -1.976; p.05, instrumental motivation U = 418.500 p>.05, cultural motivation 336.500 p>.05) Accordingly, this hypothesis has not been confirmed. This study was carried out with distance education, unlike the speech circle technique studies, which were applied and successfully achieved before. Therefore, it can be said that the reason why the last hypothesis was not confirmed is due to the negative results of distance education revealed by researches. As a result, it has been determined that although the speech circle activities carried out with distance education partially affect the motivation to learn Turkish as a foreign language, it does not have a great effect in general.

İlköğretim kademesinde küçük yaşlardan itibaren verilmeye başlanan fen bilimleri dersi öğrencilerin, doğanın farkında olan, teknoloji ile doğayı uyum içinde kullanıp bilimin gelişimine katkı sağlayan, çevre, toplum ve birey ilişkisini kurabilen, sorgulama, bilimsel bilgiye ulaşma ve araştırma becerilerini edinmiş fen okuryazarı bireyler yetiştirilmesini amaç edinmektedir. Fen bilimleri öğretimi sürecinde çağımızın gerektirdiği amaçları gerçekleştirmek üzere kullanılan çeşitli öğretim yöntem ve tekniklerinin yanında bireyi tüm yönleriyle değerlendirilmeye olanak sağlayan ölçme ve değerlendirme yaklaşımlarının kullanılması, bunun için de sınıf öğretmenlerinin gerekli donanıma ve becerilere sahip olarak yetişmeleri gerekmektedir. Bu yüzden üniversitelerde öğrenim görmüş olan sınıf öğretmeni adaylarının ölçme ve değerlendirme yaklaşımları hakkındaki görüşlerinin belirlenmesi önemli görülmektedir. Araştırma nitel desen kullanılarak yürütülmüş, nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden olan durum çalışması deseni kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu 2020-2021 eğitim öğretim yılında, Nevşehir Hacı Bektaş Veli Üniversitesi Sınıf Eğitimi Ana Bilim Dalında son sınıfta öğrenim görmüş olan sınıf öğretmeni adayları oluşturmaktadır. Sınıf öğretmeni adaylarının fen öğretiminde kullanılan ölçme ve değerlendirme yaklaşımlarına yönelik değerlendirilmesi amacıyla yapılan bu araştırmada görüşme yöntemi ile veriler toplanmıştır. Araştırma kapsamında öğretmen adaylarından yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu ile elde edilen veriler içerik analiz yöntemi ile analiz edilmiştir. Analiz sonucunda elde edilen kavramlardan kodlar oluşturularak kategorize edilmiştir ve araştırma verileri frekansları ile birlikte tablolar şeklinde sunulmuştur. Araştırma sonucunda öğretmen adaylarının eğitim öğretim sürecinde ölçme ve değerlendirmeyi gerekli bulduğu, alternatif ölçme ve değerlendirmenin sürecin değerlendirilmesinde daha etkili olduğunu belirttikleri saptanmıştır. Sınıf öğretmeni adaylarına göre kalıcı ve anlamlı öğrenmeleri gerçekleştirmek amacıyla fen bilimleri dersi konularında alternatif ölçme ve değerlendirme tekniklerinin kullanmasının uygun olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Öğretmen adaylarının daha çok alternatif ölçme ve değerlendirme yaklaşımlarını kullanmayı tercih edecekleri; kullanılabilecek alternatif ölçme ve değerlendirme yaklaşımlarının kavram haritası, portfolyo, yapılandırılmış grid, zihin haritası ve tanılayıcı dallanmış ağaç olduğu belirlenmiştir. Science lecture, which is started to be taught by primary school level, aims to educate people from a very young age as individuals aware of nature, contributing to the advancement of science through using nature and the technology in collaboration, who can establish the relationships between individual, society and environment, acquiring the skills of inquiry, research and gaining the ability to access information. So as to realize these goals required by our age, not only the use of various teaching methods and techniques in the science teaching process, but also assessment and evaluation approaches allowing the individual to be evaluated in all aspects should also be used, in order to achieve this, classroom teachers need to be trained with the necessary equipment and skills. Therefore, it is important to determine of primary school preservice teachers, studying at universities, for assessment and evaluation approaches. The research was carried out through using a qualitative design, and the case study design, one of the qualitative research methods, was used. The study group of the research consists of primary school preservice teachers studying in their last year at Division of Classroom Education at Nevşehir Hacı Bektaş Veli University in the academic year of 2020-2021. Within the current study, the data were collected through interview, which was conducted to examine in depth of primary school preservice teachers for assessment and evaluation approaches used in science teaching. Within the scope of the research, the data obtained from the pre-service teachers through the semi-structured interview form were analyzed via the content analysis method. Codes were created and categorized from the concepts obtained as a result of the analysis, and the research data were presented in the form of tables with their frequencies. As a result of the research, it has been determined that the preservice teachers found measurement and evaluation necessary in the education process and stated that alternative measurement and evaluation were more effective in the evaluation of the process. According to the primary school preservice teachers, it has been determined that it is appropriate to use alternative measurement and evaluation techniques in science subjects in the science teaching process to realize permanent and meaningful learning. It has been determined that pre-service teachers will mostly prefer to use alternative assessment and evaluation approaches, and the alternative assessment and evaluation approaches that can be used are concept map, portfolio, structured grid, mind map and diagnostic branched tree.

Sosyal Bilgiler öğretmenlerinin akıllı tahtaların etkileşim özelliklerini kullanma düzeylerini çeşitli değişkenler açısından incelemeyi amaçlayan bu araştırma, Kayseri ilinde bulunan ortaokullarda görev yapan Sosyal Bilgiler öğretmenlerinin katılımı ile hazırlanmıştır. Sosyal Bilgiler öğretmenlerinin akıllı tahtaların etkileşim özelliklerini ne düzeyde kullandığını belirlemek ve çeşitli öneriler geliştirmek adına araştırma önem arz etmektedir. Ulaşılan sonuçlar ile, akıllı tahtaların etkileşim özelliklerini kullanan öğretmenlere ve öğretmen yetiştiren üniversitelere katkı sağlanması amaçlanmaktadır. Araştırma nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden birisi olan tarama modeli kullanılarak hazırlanmıştır. Ulaşılan verilerin sayısal veriler ile ifade edilebilmesi için araştırmada bu yöntem kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemini 2021-2022 eğitim-öğretim yılında, Kayseri'nin Melikgazi, Kocasinan ve Talas ilçe milli eğitim müdürlüklerine bağlı resmi ortaokul ve resmi imam hatip ortaokullarında görev yapan ve derslerinde akıllı tahtaların etkileşim özelliklerini kullanan 212 Sosyal Bilgiler öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmaya katılan öğretmenlere 15 madde ve 3 alt boyuttan oluşan bir ölçek uygulanmıştır. Veriler analize tabi tutulmadan önce bir normallik testi uygulanmış ve verilerin normal dağılım gösterdiği tespit edilmiştir ardından ulaşılan veriler bir istatistik paket programına girilerek analizi yapılmıştır. Araştırma ile ilgili bulgular 20 madde halinde sunulmuştur. Araştırma sonucunda; Sosyal Bilgiler öğretmenlerinin akıllı tahtaların etkileşim özelliklerini kullanma düzeyleri ve yetenek olarak etkileşim alt boyutu ile cinsiyet değişkeni arasında anlamlı bir farklılığın olduğu, öğretmenlerin akıllı tahtaların etkileşim özelliklerini kullanma düzeyleri ve ölçek alt boyutları ile yaş ve mesleki kıdem durumu değişkeni arasında anlamlı bir farklılığın olmadığı, öğretmenlerin akıllı tahtaların etkileşim özelliklerini kullanma düzeyleri, yetenek olarak ve uygulamalı görsel-işitsel etkileşimlilik alt boyutları ile bilgisayar işletmenliği sertifikası ve akıllı tahta kullanım semineri değişkenleri arasında ise anlamlı bir farklılığın olduğu sonuçlarına ulaşılmıştır. This research, which aims to examine the level of use of the interaction features of smart boards by Social Studies teachers in terms of various variables, was prepared with the participation of Social Studies teachers working in secondary schools in Kayseri. Research is important in order to determine at what level Social Studies teachers use the interaction features of smart boards and to develop various suggestions. With the results, it is aimed to contribute to the teachers who use the interaction features of smart boards and to the universities that train teachers. The research was prepared by using the scanning model, which is one of the quantitative research methods. This method was used in the research in order to express the obtained data with numerical data. The sample of the research consists of 212 Social Studies teachers working in the official secondary schools and official imam hatip secondary schools affiliated to the Melikgazi, Kocasinan and Talas district national education directorates of Kayseri and using the interaction features of smart boards in their lessons in the 2021-2022 academic year. A scale consisting of 15 items and 3 sub-dimensions was applied to the teachers participating in the research. Before the data were analyzed, a normality test was applied and it was determined that the data showed normal distribution, then the data was entered into a statistical package program and analyzed. Findings related to the research are presented in 20 items. As a result of the research; There is a significant difference between the level of social studies teachers' use of the interaction features of smart boards, the interaction sub-dimension as a skill and the gender variable, there is no significant difference between the level of teachers' use of the interaction features of smart boards and the scale sub-dimensions, and the variable of age and professional seniority. It has been concluded that there is a significant difference between the levels of using the interaction features of the boards, ability and applied audio-visual interactivity sub-dimensions, and the variables of computer operating certificate and smart board usage seminar.

Yabancı dil öğretimi sürecinde öğrenenlerin duyguları öğrenme sürecinin önemli bir parçasıdır. Bu kapsamda öğrenenlerin hedef dile ilişkin güdülerinin ve motivasyonlarının bilinmesi sürecin olumlu ve başarılı olarak devam edebilmesi için önemlidir. Öğrenenlerin yabancı olan bir dili öğrenirken, onları bu dili öğrenmeye teşvik eden güdülerin (motiflerin), yani itici güçlerin neler olduğunu bilmek ve bu itici güçlere göre şekillenen öğrenme motivasyonun düzeyini belirlemek, öğrenme sürecinin başarısı ile doğrudan ilişkilidir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, Belaruslu öğrenenlerin yabancı dil olarak Türkçe öğrenmeye yönelik güdü ve motivasyonlarını incelemektir. Nitel ve nicel araştırma yönteminin benimsendiği bu çalışmada, Belaruslu öğrenenlerin (N:62) yabancı dil olarak Türkçe öğrenmeye ilişkin motivasyon düzeylerini belirleyebilmek için "Yabancı Dil Olarak Türkçe Öğrenmeye Yönelik Motivasyon Anketi" uygulanmış ve Belaruslu öğrenenlerin orta düzeyde (x̄: 3.15) motivasyonlarının olduğu saptanmıştır. Dört alt boyuta sahip olan anketin Türk kültürüne ilgi alt boyutunda yüksek düzey (x̄: 3.76) motivasyonlarının olduğu tespit edilirken, sosyal olanaklar/eğitim olanakları (x̄: 3.40), başarı isteği (x̄: 2.87) ve olumlu öğrenme ortamı (x̄: 2.56) alt boyutlarında orta düzey motivasyon tespit edilmiştir. Belaruslu öğrenenlerin yabancı dil olarak Türkçe öğrenmeye yönelik düşük düzey bir motivasyon ortalaması tespit edilememiştir. Yabancı dil olarak Türkçe öğrenmeye yönelik genel motivasyon düzeyi ile cinsiyet ve yaş bağımsız değişkenleri arasındaki yapılan analizler sonucunda Belaruslu kadın (x̄: 3.10) ve erkeklerin (x̄: 3.38) yabancı dil olarak Türkçe öğrenmeye ilişkin benzer motivasyon düzeylerine sahip oldukları tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca 17-19 yaş aralığındaki Belaruslu öğrenenlerin yabancı dil olarak Türkçe öğrenmeye yönelik en yüksek motivasyon düzeyine (x̄: 3.55) sahip oldukları belirlenmiştir. Öğrenme süresi ve öğrenme şekli bağımsız değişkenleri ile genel motivasyon düzeyi analizlerine göre ise, 6 yıl - 9 yıl aralığında yabancı dil olarak Türkçe öğrenen Belaruslu öğrenenlerin daha yüksek motivasyona (x̄: 3.38) sahip oldukları ve öğrenme şekli olarak üniversitede öğrenme şeklinin daha yüksek motivasyon düzeyine (x̄: 3.47) ulaştığı görülmüştür. Nitel veriler için katılımcılara "Niçin Türkçe Öğreniyorsunuz?" açık uçlu sorusu sorulmuştur. Yapılan betimsel ve içerik analizi sonucunda, Belaruslu öğrenenlerin yabancı dil olarak Türkçe öğrenme güdülerinin "Eğitim ve Sosyal Güdü" olarak 2 ana kategoride gruplandığı görülmüştür. Eğitim güdüsü; zorunlu ders, dil öğrenme isteği, lisansüstü eğitim isteği olmak üzere 3 alt kategoriye yerleşmiştir. Sosyal güdü ise; evlilik isteği, aile bağlamı, taşınma ve göç isteği, aile bağlamı ve taşınma, iş isteği, iş isteği ve evlilik isteği, olmak üzere 6 alt kategoriye ayrılmıştır. Belaruslu öğrenenlerin yabancı dil olarak Türkçe öğrenmeye yönelik daha çok sosyal ana güdünün alt güdüsü olan "Taşınma ve Göç İsteği" ile "Aile Bağlamı" güdülerinde yoğunlaştığı tespit edilmiştir. In the foreign language teaching process, the emotions of the learners are an important part of the learning process. In this context, for a positive and successful learning progress, it is important to know the motives and motivations of the learners towards the target language. The aim of this study is to examine the motives and motivations of Belarusian learners to learn Turkish as a foreign language. As a qualitative and quantitative research a "Motivation Questionnaire for Learning Turkish as a Foreign Language" was applied to determine the motivation levels of Belarusian learners (N: 62) for learning Turkish as a foreign language. It was determined that Belarusian learners had a medium level of motivation (x̄: 3.15). The questionnaire has four sub-dimensions. In the sub-dimension of interest in Turkish culture it was determined that Belarusian learners had a high level motivation (x̄: 3.76). In the sub- dimensions social opportunities/education opportunities (x̄: 3.40), desire for success (x̄: 2.87) and positive learning environment (x̄: 2.56) had the Belarusian learners medium level of motivation. A low level of motivation for learning Turkish as a foreign language among Belarusian learners could not be determined. As a result of the analyses between the general motivation level for learning Turkish as a foreign language and the independent variables of gender and age, it was determined that Belarusian women (x̄: 3.10) and men (x̄: 3.38) have similar motivation levels for learning Turkish as a foreign language. In addition, it was determined that Belarusian learners between the ages of 17-19 had the highest motivation level (x̄: 3.55) for learning Turkish as a foreign language. According to the analysis of learning duration and learning style independent variables and general motivation level, Belarusian learners who learn Turkish as a foreign language between 6 and 9 years had a higher motivation (x̄: 3.38) and that learning style at university had a higher motivation level (x̄: 3.47). For qualitative data, the participants were asked an open-ended question "Why are you learning Turkish?". As a result of the descriptive and content analysis, it was find out that Belarusian learners' motivation to learn Turkish as a foreign language was grouped in 2 main categories as "educational and social motives". Education motive has been placed in 3 sub-categories as compulsory course, wish of language learning, wish of postgraduate education. The social motives divided into 6 sub-categories as wish of marriage, family context, wish of moving and migration, family context and moving, wish of job, wish of job marriage. It has been determined that the motives of Belarusian learners to learn Turkish as a foreign language are mostly concentrated in the sub-motives of the social main motive "wish of moving and migration" and "family context" motives.

Harmanlanmış öğrenme ortamları geleneksel olarak uygulanan yüz yüze eğitim ortamlarının çağın getirilerine ve isteklerine göre çevrimiçi öğrenmenin de teknolojik ve yenilikçi tarafından faydalanılıp, kişilerin gereksinimlerine uygun olarak birleştirilmesidir. Bu çalışma ile bilimin doğası konusunda öğrenim görmekte olan üniversite öğrencilerin harmanlanmış öğrenme süreci ile dersi işlemeleri konusundaki bilgi ve deneyimleri açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır. Araştırmada sınıf öğretmeni adaylarının harmanlanmış öğrenme sürecinde öğrendikleri bilimin doğası konusunun öğretimi konusunda görüşlerini belirlemek amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaç çerçevesinde çalışmada nitel araştırma modellerinden fenomenoloji deseni kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın verileri araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu ile toplanmıştır. Yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formundan elde edilen nitel veriler ise betimsel içerik analizi ile yorumlanmaya çalışılmıştır. Alan araştırması bölümünde 2021-2022 eğitim öğretim yılında Nevşehir Hacı Bektaş Veli Üniversitesi sınıf eğitimi 3. sınıfta öğrenim gören 50 öğretmen adayı ile görüşme yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda ulaşılan bulgulara göre; sınıf öğretmeni adaylarının bilimin doğası kavramını en çok bilimsel bilgi kavramıyla açıkladıkları daha sonra sırasıyla merak, fen, teknoloji, kanıtlama, biyoloji, akıl, deney, gözlem ve eleştirel düşünme olarak belirtikleri görülmüştür. Görüşmeye katılan öğretmen adayları bu süreçte işlenen bilimin doğası konusunun öğretimi ile ilgili en fazla verim alamadıkları yönünde görüş bildirmişlerdir. Yine öğretmenler harmanlanmış öğrenme ile işlenen bilimin doğası konusunda verimliliğin artırılması konusunda en fazla öğrencilerin sürece daha çok dâhil edilmesini önermişlerdir. Daha sonra, teknolojik problemlerin çözümü ve iyileştirilmesini, uygulamalı eğitimin artırılmasını, dersin somutlaştırılmasını, ders saatinin artırılmasını, öğrencide merak uyandırılması ve anahtar kavramlar üzerinde daha fazla durulması gerektiğini belirtmişlerdir. Yine öğretmen adayları bilimin doğası konusunda harmanlanmış öğrenme ile yapılan sürecin yeterli olmadığını ifade etmişlerdir. Harmanlanmış öğretim sürecinde bilimin doğası konusunun öğretiminde sağlanılan avantajları ise araştırma becerisi geliştirmesi, kalıcı öğrenme, zamandan tasarruf sağlama, ekonomiklik, bilgiye ulaşım kolaylığı sağlama, teknoloji kullanma becerisinin geliştirilmesi şeklinde belirtmişlerdir. Sınıf öğretmeni adayları bu süreçle işlenen derslerin harmanlanmış öğrenme ile işlenmesiyle en fazla teknolojik problemler yaşadıklarını belirtirken sırasıyla çevrimiçi eğitim konusunda zorluk yaşama, iletişim problemi ve kavram yanılgısı yaşadıklarını dile getirmişlerdir. Bu süreçte en çok kullandıkları materyalleri bilgisayar, ders kitapları, görsel kaynaklar, doküman inceleme, deneysel aktivite, çevrimiçi web siteleri, projeksiyon aleti, internet, videolar, akıllı tahta, makale şeklinde dile getirmişlerdir. Aday sınıf öğretmenleri derste etkinlikleri kullanacakları sıklığına göre ise deney yöntemini kullanma, çevrimiçi web sitelerini kullanma, oyunla öğrenme, görsel ve keşfe yönelik etkinlikler yaptırma, dramatizasyon yaptırma, günlük yaşamla ilgili etkinlik yaptırma şeklinde sıralamışlardır. With this study, the knowledge and experience of university students studying the nature of science with the blended learning process have been tried to be explained. In the study, it was aimed to determine the views of primary school preservice teachers on the teaching of the nature of science that they learned in the blended learning process. To this extent, phenomenology pattern, one of the qualitative research models, was used in the study. The data of the research were collected through a semi structured interview form which was developed by the researcher. Qualitative data which were obtained from the semi structured interview form were tried to be interpreted with descriptive content analysis. In the field research section of the study, interviews were conducted with 50 pre-service teachers studying in the 3rd grade of Nevşehir Hacı Bektaş Veli University in the academic year of 2021-2022. According to the findings that were reached as a result of the research; it was observed that the primary school preservice teachers explained the concept of the nature of science mostly through the concept of scientific knowledge, and then they stated it respectively as curiosity, science, technology, biology, reason, experiment, observation and critical thinking. The pre-service teachers participating in the interview mostly stated that they could not get efficiency as to the teaching of the nature of science subject within this process. Again, teachers mostly suggested that students should be included more in the process in order to increase efficiency in the nature of science taught through blended learning. Then, they stated that the solution and improvement of technological problems, increasing applied education, concretizing the course, increasing the course hours, arousing curiosity in the students and concentrating more on key concepts. Again, pre-service teachers stated that the process with blended learning regarding the nature of science is not sufficient. Teachers stated that in the blended teaching process, the advantages provided in teaching the subject of the nature of science are the development of research skills, permanent learning, saving time, affordability, ease of access to information, and improving the ability to use technology. While novice classroom teachers stated that they mostly experienced the technological problems when the lessons taught with this process were carried out through blended learning, it was expressed that they respectively experienced difficulty in online education, communication problems and misconceptions. Within this process, they expressed the materials they used most were computers, textbooks, visual resources, document review, experimental activity, online websites, projectors, internet, videos, smart boards, and articles. According to the frequency of using the activities in the lesson, the novice classroom teachers listed them as using the experiment method, using online websites, learning with games, visual and exploratory activities, dramatization, and activities related to daily life. Bu araştırma, öğretmenlerin teknopedagojik eğitim yeterlikleri ve bilişim teknolojisi destekli materyal tasarlama ve kullanma yeterliklerinin incelenmesini ve değerlendirilmesini amaçlamaktadır. Araştırma 2021-2022 eğitim öğretim yılında Nevşehir ilinde görev yapan ilköğretim öğretmenlerinden oluşmaktadır. Araştırmaya 511 öğretmen katılmıştır. Araştırma, betimsel araştırma türünden tarama modelinde bir araştırmadır. Öğretmenlerin teknopedagojik eğitim yeterliklerini tespit etmek amacıyla, Teknopedagojik Eğitim Yeterlik Ölçeği ve öğretmenlerin bilişim teknolojisi destekli materyal tasarlama ve kullanma yeterliliklerini belirlemek amacıyla Bilişim Teknolojisi Destekli Materyal Tasarlama ve Kullanma Öz Yeterlik Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Akbaba ve Erbaş (2019) tarafından geliştirilen "Bilişim Teknolojisi Destekli Materyal Tasarlama ve Kullanma Öz Yeterlik Ölçeği" 4 faktörden ve 28 maddeden meydana gelmektedir. Bu faktörler "Materyal Oluşturma", "Kullanım", "İçerik Elde Etme", "Kaynakları Öğretim Materyaline Dönüştürme" faktörlerini kapsamaktadır. Araştırmacılar tarafından geliştirilen "Teknopedagojik Eğitim Yeterlik Ölçeği" KMO katsayısı .94, Bartlett Testi 4913.781, Cronbach Alpha Güvenirlik değeri de .97 olarak bulunmuştur. Ölçek, 27 madde, 3 faktörden meydana gelmektedir. Bu faktörler "tasarım", "uygulama", "ölçme ve değerlendirme" faktörlerini kapsamaktadır. Elde edilen verilerin çözümlenmesinde Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) programı kullanılmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen sonuçlara göre, Teknopedagojik Eğitim Yeterlik Ölçeğinin tasarım ve uygulama alt boyutlarında öğretmen görüşlerinin katılıyorum düzeyinde olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Ölçme ve değerlendirme alt boyutuna ilişkin öğretmen görüşlerinin ise kısmen katılıyorum düzeyinde olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Öğretmenlerin tasarım, uygulama, ölçme ve değerlendirme düzeylerinin cinsiyet, meslekte görev alınan süre, branş, eğitim durumu, hizmet içi eğitim alma durumu ve okuldaki etkileşimli tahta durumu değişkenlerine göre ise anlamlı farklılık gösterdiği tespit edilmiştir. Bilişim Teknolojisi Destekli Materyal Tasarlama ve Kullanma Öz Yeterlik Ölçeğinin alt boyutları incelendiğinde ise, materyal oluşturma, kullanım ve kaynakları öğretim materyaline dönüştürme alt boyutuna ilişkin öğretmen görüşlerinin orta düzeyde yeterliyim düzeyinde olduğu tespit edilmiştir. İçerik elde etme alt boyutuna ilişkin öğretmen görüşlerinin yeterliyim düzeyinde olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Öğretmenlerin materyal oluşturma, kullanım, içerik elde etme, kaynakları öğretim materyaline dönüştürme düzeylerinin mezun oldukları okul türü değişkenine göre anlamlı bir farklılık görülmezken; cinsiyet, meslekte görev alınan süre, branş, eğitim durumu ve hizmet içi eğitim alma durumu değişkenlerine göre anlamlı bir farklılık görülmüştür. Araştırmadan elde edilen sonuçlara göre ileride yapılabilecek araştırmalara yönelik öneriler sunulmuştur. This research aims to examine and evaluate teachers' technopedagogical education competencies and their competencies in designing and using information technology supported materials. The research consists of primary school teachers working in Nevşehir province in the 2021-2022 academic year. 511 teachers participated in the research. The research is a descriptive research type survey model. In order to determine the technopedagogical education competencies of the teachers, the Technopedagogical Education Sufficiency Scale and the Information Technology Supported Material Design and Use Self-Efficacy Scale were used to determine the teachers' competencies in designing and using information technology supported materials. The "Information Technology Supported Material Design and Use Self-Efficacy Scale" developed by Akbaba and Erbaş (2019) consists of 4 factors and 28 items. These factors include "Creating Materials", "Using", "Obtaining Content", "Converting Resources into Instructional Materials". The KMO coefficient of the "Technopedagogical Education Sufficiency Scale" developed by the researcher was found to be .94, the Bartlett Test was found to be 4913,781, and the Cronbach Alpha reliability value was found to be .97. The scale consists of 27 items and 3 factors. These factors include "design", "implementation", "measurement and evaluation" factors. Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) program was used to analyze the obtained data. According to the results obtained from the research, it was concluded that the opinions of the teachers in the design and implementation sub-dimensions of the Technopedagogical Education Competence Scale were at the level of agree. It was determined that the opinions of the teachers regarding the measurement and evaluation sub-dimension were at the level of partially agree. It has been determined that the design, implementation, measurement and evaluation levels of the teachers differ significantly according to the variables of gender, duration of work in the profession, branch, education level, in-service training status and smart board status at school. When the sub-dimensions of the Information Technology Supported Material Design and Use Self-Efficacy Scale were examined, it was determined that the teachers' views on the level of realization of the material creation, use, and transformation of resources into teaching materials sub-dimension were at a moderate level of proficiency. It has been concluded that the teachers' views on the level of realization of the achievements of the sub-dimension of content acquisition are at the level of proficiency. While there is no significant difference in the level of teachers' material creation, use, content acquisition, and conversion of resources into teaching materials, according to the type of school they graduated from; a significant difference was observed according to the variables of gender, duration of work in the profession, branch, education level and in-service training. According to the results obtained from the research, suggestions for future research are presented.

Bu araştırmanın amacı ortaokul öğrencilerinin Sosyal Bilgiler dersi kapsamında uzaktan eğitim sürecine yönelik görüşlerini incelemektir. Uzaktan eğitimin tarihi 1700'lü yıllara kadar geri götürülse de gerek dünyanın önemli merkezlerinde gerekse de ülkemizde pandemi dönemiyle birlikte gelişmesi hız kazanmış bir alandır. Bu bağlamda ülkemizde de Covid-19 pandemisi döneminde eğitim bir süre uzaktan bir şekilde devam etmiştir. Bu araştırmada ise uzaktan eğitim uygulamalarının Sosyal Bilgiler dersine bakan yönü öğrenci görüşleri üzerinden irdelenmiştir. Nitel araştırma yöntemine göre yapılan çalışmada görüşme tekniği uygulanmıştır. Önceden hazırlanan yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu katılımcılara uygulanmadan önce uzman denetiminden geçirilerek sorular revize edilmiştir. Toplanan veriler tematik analiz yöntemine göre analiz edilmiş ve kod-kategori ve temalar oluşturulmuştur. Araştırma verileri incelendiğinde toplamda beş boyut ortaya çıkmıştır. Bu boyutlar sırasıyla öğrencilerin uzaktan eğitimin teknik yapısına dair görüşleri, öğrencilerin uzaktan eğitimin Sosyal Bilgiler dersine dair görüşleri, öğrencilerin uzaktan eğitimin motivasyonuna dair görüşleri, öğrencilerin uzaktan eğitimin olumlu yönüne dair görüşleri ve öğrencilerin uzaktan eğitimin olumsuz yönüne dair görüşleridir. Birinci boyutta bağlantı, video-slayt ve yarışma kodları belirlenmiş ve bu kodlar avatantaj-dezavantaj kategorisinde ve teknik temasında birleştirilmiştir. İkinci boyutta ise odaklanma ve sınıf kodları tespit edilmiş bu kodlar yüz yüze kategorisinde ve geleneksel temasında birleştirilmiştir. Üçüncü boyutta ise öğretmen, sevme ve başarı kodları tespit edilmiştir. Bu kodlara uygun olarak da öğrenci-öğretmen kategorisi ve motivasyon teması belirlenmiştir. Araştırmanın öne çıkan dördüncü boyutunda ise teknik ve zaman kodu olumlu kategorisinde birleştirilmiştir. Bu kategorinin temasını ise esneklik oluşturmuştur. Son boyutta ise etkileşim ve teknik kodu belirlenmiş olup bu kodlara olumsuz adlı kategori ve teknoloji teması belirlenmiştir. Araştırmadan elde edilen sonuçlar genel olarak irdelendiğinde öğrencilerin uzaktan eğitimi çok benimsemediği ve yüz yüze eğitimi daha çok öne çıkardıkları gözlemlenmiştir. The aim of this research is to examine the views of secondary school students about the social studies course in the distance education process. Although the history of distance education goes back to the 1700s, it is an area that has accelerated its development both in important centers of the world and in our country with the pandemic period. In this context, education continued for a while in our country during the pandemic period. In this study, the aspect of distance education applications that looks at the social studies course was examined through student views. The interview technique was used in the study, which was carried out according to the qualitative research method. Before applying the pre-prepared semi-structured interview form to the participants, the questions were revised after expert control. The collected data were analyzed according to thematic analysis method and code-category and themes were created. When the research data were examined, five dimensions emerged in total. These dimensions are, respectively, their views on the technical structure of distance education, their views on the social studies course of distance education, the students' views on the motivation of distance education, the students' views on the positive aspects of distance education, and the students' views on the negative aspects of distance education. In the first dimension, link, video-slide and competition codes were determined and these codes were combined in the advantage-disadvantage category and technical theme. In the second dimension, focus and class codes were determined and these codes were combined in the face-to-face category and traditional theme. In the third dimension, the teacher, liking and success codes were determined. In accordance with these codes, the student-teacher category and motivation theme were determined. In the fourth dimension of the research, technique and time code were combined in the positive category. The theme of this category was flexibility. In the last dimension, the interaction and technical code was determined, and the negative category and technology theme were determined for these codes. When the results obtained from the research were examined in general, it was observed that the students did not adopt distance education much and they emphasized face-to-face education more.

Küçük yaş gruplarına yabancı dil olarak Türkçenin etkili bir şekilde öğretilmesi amaçlanıyorsa; öncelikle hedef kitlenin gelişimsel özelliklerinin dikkate alındığı ve dinleme becerisinin ağırlıklı olduğu ders kitaplarının geliştirilmesi büyük önem arz etmektedir. Küçük yaşlardan itibaren çevresindeki yaşantıları anlamlandırmak için dinleme becerisine yönelen çocukların dinleme becerilerinin geliştirilmesi; diğer dil becerilerine temel oluşturması açısından önemlidir. Dinleme becerisini geliştirmenin yolu da dinleme etkinliklerinin sayısının artırılması, etkinlik türlerinin çeşitlendirilmesi ve sunulan içeriğin yaş seviyesine uygun olarak verilmesinden geçmektedir. Yaş aralığı olarak oyun yoluyla öğretime elverişli olan küçük yaş gruplarına ders kitapları hazırlanırken kitabın; günlük yaşamın, canlandırma, oyun ve sosyal etkileşimin yoğun olduğu etkinliklerle tasarlanmış olmasına dikkat edilmelidir. Bu konunun tercih edilmesinin amacı Türkçenin yabancı dil olarak öğretimi alanında eksik olduğu düşünülen küçük yaş gruplarına öğretim konusunda alandaki diğer araştırmalardan farklılaşmasına dikkat çekmektir. Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı Hayat Boyu Öğrenme Genel Müdürlüğü ve Suriyeli Çocukların Türk Eğitim Sistemine Entegrasyonunun Desteklenmesi Projesi (PIKTES) tarafından proje kapsamında bulunan yabancı uyruklu küçük yaş gruplarına Türkçe öğretmek için kullanılan ders kitabı niteliğindeki "Hayat Boyu Türkçe 1-2-3 (6-12 Yaş)" öğretim setinde yer alan; dinleme etkinliklerinin incelenmesi bu çalışmanın amacını oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada dinleme etkinlik türleri değerlendirilmiş, dinleme etkinliklerinin oransal dağılımları yapılmış ve dinleme stratejileri analiz edilerek dinleme aşamalarında kullanılan etkinlik türleri incelenmiştir. Kitaplar nitel araştırma yaklaşımlarından doküman incelemesi yoluyla analiz edilmiş ve bulgular toplanarak tümevarım yapılmıştır. Çalışmanın dokümanlarını "Hayat Boyu Türkçe 1-2-3 (6-12 Yaş)" seti içerisinde bulunan 3 öğrenci kitabı, 3 çalışma kitabı ve 1 öğretmen kılavuz kitabı oluşturmaktadır. Toplam 73 tane dinleme etkinliğine yer verilmiş ve 132 dinleme aşaması etkinliği incelenmiştir. Yapılan incelemeler sonucunda öğrenci kitaplarının ilkinde dinleme etkinliklerinin yoğun olarak verilmesinden dolayı dinleme becerisine önem verilirken ikinci öğrenci kitabında ihmal edildiği ve üçüncü öğrenci kitabında geliştirilmesi gerektiği saptanmıştır. Analizi yapılan dinleme aşamalarından en çok dinleme sonrası etkinliklerine yer verilirken; dinleme öncesi ve dinleme esnası etkinliklerinin, dinleme sonrası etkinliklerine göre geride kaldığı görülmüştür. Dinleme etkinlikleri aşamalı bir şekilde verilmemiş ve dengeli bir dağılım göstermemiştir. Araştırmaya konu olan sette genel olarak dinleme etkinlikleri iletişimsel yöntem göz önünde bulundurularak düzenlenmiştir. Dil öğretimi küçük yaş gruplarına yapılıyorsa; dinleme etkinliklerinin sayısal olarak artırılması, dinleme etkinlik türlerinin zenginleştirilmesi, nitelik olarak geliştirilmesi ve dinleme etkinliklerinin aşamalı olarak düzenlenmesi; Türkçenin yabancı dil olarak öğretiminde dinleme becerisine önemli katkılar sunacaktır. If teaching Turkish as a foreign language effectively to early age groups, is aiming, firstly, it is very important to develop coursebooks that considered the progressional qualifications and listening skills of the target group. It is significant to improve the listening skills of children who tend to interpret the world around them by listening since their childhood. The way of improving the listening skills is whether to increase the number of listening activities or vary the type of activities or give the content presented appropriately due to age standards. It should be paid attention to that the book is designed with intense activities in which there are daily life routines, dramas, plays, and social interaction while preparing the coursebooks for the early age groups who are suitable to teach through plays. The aim of choosing this topic is to draw attention that it changes that teaching Turkish as a foreign language to early age groups is thought inadequate. To examine the listening activities of "Turkish for life 1-2-3 (6-12 Ages)" that is used as a coursebook to teach the foreign early age groups, which is found in the scope of the "Project on Promoting Integration of Syrian Kids into the Turkish Education System (PIKTES)" by the Ministry of Education, generates the aim of this study. Throughout the study, listening activity types were evaluated, proportional distributions of the listening activities were prepared, and the activity types that are used at the stages of listening were examined by analyzing the listening strategies. The books were analyzed through qualitative research approaches by using the way of examining the documents. The books were analyzed through qualitative research approaches by using the way of examining the documents. The documents of the study are comprised of 3 student books, 3 workbooks, and 1 teacher guide book that are found in the "Turkish for life 1-2-3 (6-12 Ages)" 73 listening activities took place and 132 listening stages were examined in total. As a result of those examines, the first book was found impressive because the listening activities were given place frequently. It is neglected in the second book and it is determined that should be improved in the third book. It is observed that the post-listening activities, which are mostly included among the analyzed listening stages, overtook the pre-listening activities and during-activities. The listening activities were not applied in incrementally, so it doesn't demonstrate an even distrubition. The listening activities were generally organized by considering the communicative method, in the set, which is the subject of the research. If the language teaching is being applied to early age groups, improving as qualification and organizing the activities incrementally will contribute to the listening skills of teaching Turkish as a foreign language.

Bireyselleştirilmiş Eğitim Programı (BEP), özel gereksinimli bireyin gelişimi veya ona uygulanan programın gerektirdiği disiplin alanlarında, eğitsel gereksinimlerini karşılamak üzere uygun eğitim ortamlarından ve destek hizmetlerden en üst düzeyde yararlanmasını öngören yazılı dokümandır. Kısaca BEP, öğrencinin nereye ulaşacağının ve nasıl ulaşacağının belirtildiği yol haritasıdır. Bu noktada öğretmenlerin rolü çok büyüktür. Öğretmenlerin BEP hazırlama yeterlilikleri ne kadar iyiyse programın verimliliği o kadar artacaktır. Bu araştırmanın amacı; ilköğretim öğretmenlerinin bireysel eğitim programı hazırlama yeterlilikleri ve uygulama sürecine ilişkin görüşlerinin incelenmesi ve değerlendirilmesidir. Araştırmanın yöntemi nitel yöntem ve nicel yöntemin bir arada kullanıldığı karma yöntemdir.Araştırma Nevşehir ilinde görevli BEP'li öğrencisi olan ilköğretim öğretmenleriyle sınırlı tutulmuştur. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu ve öĺçek kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde içerik analizi ve verilerin SPSS paket programı ile incelenerek ortaya konan aritmetik ortalama, standart sapma, frekans, yüzde, varyans analizi ile t testi analizi yapılarak ortaya konan sonuçların analizleri gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda öğretmenlerin "BEP hazırlama yeterliliğinizi nasıl buluyorsunuz? '' sorusuna vermiş oldukları yanıtların analizi sonucunda öğretmenlerden alınan yanıtlara bakıldığında; "beceri, bilgi, süre, ölçme, gözlem, tecrübe ve sevgi" kodlarından oluşmuştur. Öğretmenlerin "BEP hazırlarken karşılaştığınız güçlükler nelerdir?'' sorusuna vermiş oldukları yanıtların analizi sonucunda öğretmenlerden alınan yanıtlara bakıldığında; "destekten yoksunluk, bilgi, eğitim, aile, gözlem, tecrübe ve sevgi" kodlarından oluşmuştur. Öğretmenlerin "BEP uygulama sürecini nasıl yönetiyorsunuz?'' sorusuna vermiş oldukları yanıtların analizi sonucunda öğretmenlerden alınan yanıtlara bakıldığında; "plan, beceri, amaç, zaman, süreç ve performans" kodlarından oluşmuştur. Öğretmenlerin "BEP'i uygularken uygun eğitim ortamı ve zamanlama sürecinde hangi koşulları dikkate alıyorsunuz? '' sorusuna vermiş oldukları yanıtların analizi sonucunda öğretmenlerden alınan yanıtlara bakıldığında; "yöntem, iletişim, gelişim, yetenek, ihtiyaç, süre, sevgi ve destek" kodlarından oluşmuştur. '' sorusuna vermiş oldukları yanıtların analizi sonucunda öğretmenlerden alınan yanıtlara bakıldığında; "farklılık, gereksinim, gelişim, izleme, ölçme, öncelik ve ihtiyaç" kodlarından oluşmuştur. Öğretmenlerin "BEP'i değerlendirirken dikkat ettiğiniz hususlar nelerdir? '' sorusuna vermiş oldukları yanıtların analizi sonucunda öğretmenlerden alınan yanıtlara bakıldığında; "amaç, performans, yetenek, bilgi, 12 beceri, süre, bireysel farklılık ve ölçme" kodlarından oluşmuştur. Öğretmenlerin bireysel eğitim programı hazırlama yeterliklerinin; bep hazırlık öncesi, hazırlama, aile ve katılım ve uygulama ve değerlendirme alt boyutlarında görüşlerinin kısmen katılıyorum düzeyinde olduğu incelenen veriler ile tespit edilmiştir.Araştırmamızda cinsiyet değişkenine göre; Bireysel eğitim programı hazırlama yeterliğine ilişkin tüm alt boyutlarda anlamlı bir fark bulunamamıştır. Grupların aritmetik ortalamalarına bakıldığında ise tüm alt boyutlarda erkek öğretmenlerin daha yüksek düzeyde görüş belirttikleri ve her iki grubunda bütün alt boyutlarda "kısmen yeterli'' görüyorum düzeyinde görüş belirttikleri tespit edilmiştir. Araştırmamızda mezun olunan okul türü değişkenine göre; Bireysel eğitim programı hazırlama yeterliğine ilişkin tüm alt boyutlarda anlamlı bir fark bulunamamıştır. Grupların aritmetik ortalamalarına bakıldığında ise tüm alt boyutlarda diğer fakülte mezunlarının daha yüksek düzeyde görüş belirttikleri ve her iki grubunda bütün alt boyutlarda "kısmen yeterli'' görüyorum düzeyinde görüş belirttikleri tespit edilmiştir. Araştırmamızda eğitim durumu değişkenine göre; Bireysel eğitim programı hazırlama yeterliğine ilişkin tüm alt boyutlarda anlamlı bir fark bulunamamıştır. Grupların aritmetik ortalamalarına bakıldığında ise tüm alt boyutlarda lisans mezunlarının daha yüksek düzeyde görüş belirttikleri ve her iki grubunda bütün alt boyutlarda "kısmen yeterli'' görüyorum düzeyinde görüş belirttikleri tespit edilmiştir. Araştırmamızda hizmet içi eğitim alma durum değişkenine göre; Bireysel eğitim programı hazırlama yeterliğine ilişkin tüm alt boyutlarda anlamlı bir fark bulunamamıştır. Araştırmamızda branş değişkenine göre; Bireysel eğitim programı hazırlama yeterliğine ilişkin tüm alt boyutlarda anlamlı bir fark bulunamamıştır. Grupların aritmetik ortalamalarına bakıldığında ise tüm alt boyutlarda branşı diğer olan öğretmenlerin daha yüksek düzeyde görüş belirttikleri sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Araştırmamızda sınıf mevcudu değişkenine göre; Bireysel eğitim programı hazırlama yeterliğine ilişkin tüm alt boyutlarda anlamlı bir fark bulunamamıştır. Grupların aritmetik ortalamalarına bakıldığında ise tüm alt boyutlarda 26 ve üzeri sınıf mevcudu olan sınıflarda görev yapan öğretmenlerin daha yüksek düzeyde görüş belirttikleri ve her iki grubunda bütün alt boyutlarda "kısmen yeterli'' görüyorum düzeyinde görüş belirttikleri tespit edilmiştir. Araştırmamızda kıdem değişkenine göre; Bireysel eğitim programı hazırlama yeterliğine ilişkin tüm alt boyutlarda anlamlı bir fark bulunamamıştır. Grupların aritmetik ortalamalarına bakıldığında ise tüm alt boyutlarda 1-5 yıl kıdemi olan öğretmenlerin daha yüksek düzeyde görüş belirttikleri ve her iki grubunda bütün alt boyutlarda "kısmen yeterli'' görüyorum düzeyinde görüş belirttikleri tespit edilmiştir. Araştırmanın bulgu ve sonuçlarından yola çıkarak sınıflarında BEP'li öğrenci yer alacak öğretmenlere sene başında kendilerinin görüşlerine başvurarak bireysel eğitim programı hakkında yeterli bilgileri olup olmadığı gözden geçirilmelidir. Böylece bireysel eğitim programı konusunda eksikleri olan öğretmenler tespit edilerek giderilmelidir. Öğretmenlere yönelik hizmet içi eğitimler artırılmalı ve bireysel eğitim programi hazırlama ve bu programı uygulama konusunda gereken yeterlilikleri kazanmaları sağlanmalıdır. Üniversitelerde öğretmenlik alanında eğitim gören öğretmen aday adaylarının kaynaştırma eğitimlerine ilişkin teorik ve uygulamalı eğitimlerine yönelik olarak düzenlemeler yapılabilir. The Individualized Education Program (IEP) is a written document that envisages the development of the individual with special needs or the highest level of benefit from appropriate educational environments and support services in order to meet their educational needs in the discipline areas required by the program applied to them. In short, IEP is a road map that states where the student will reach and how they will reach it. At this point, the role of teachers is very big. The better the teachers' competencies in preparing IEPs, the higher the efficiency of the program will be. The purpose of this research; The aim of this study is to examine and evaluate primary school teachers' opinions about individual education program preparation competencies and implementation process. The method of the research is mixed method in which qualitative method and quantitative method are used together. In the research, semi-structured interview form and scale were used as data collection tools. In the analysis of the data, content analysis and arithmetic mean, standard deviation, frequency, percentage, variance analysis and t test analysis were performed by examining the data with the SPSS package program. As a result of the research, the teachers' "How do you find your IEP preparation proficiency? When we look at the answers received from the teachers as a result of the analysis of the answers to the question "''; It consisted of the skill, knowledge, time, assessment observation, experience and love". According to the gender variable in our research; No significant difference was found in all sub-dimensions of the competency of preparing an individual education program. When the arithmetic averages of the groups were examined, it was determined that male teachers expressed a higher level of opinion in all sub-dimensions, and both groups expressed their opinions at the level of "partially sufficient" in all sub-dimensions. According to the graduated school type variable in our research; No significant difference was found in all sub-dimensions of the competency of preparing an individual education program. When the arithmetic averages of the groups were examined, it was determined that undergraduate graduates expressed a higher level of opinion in all sub-dimensions, and both groups expressed their opinions at the level of "partially sufficient" in all sub-dimensions. According to the in-service training status variable in our research; No significant difference was found in all sub-dimensions of the competency of preparing an individual education program. According to the branch variable in our research; No significant difference was found in all sub-dimensions of the competency of preparing an individual education program. When the arithmetic averages of the groups were examined, it was concluded that the teachers with other branches expressed a higher level of opinion in all sub-dimensions. According to the class size variable in our research; No significant difference was found in all sub-dimensions of the competency of preparing an individual education program.When the arithmetic averages of the groups are examined, it has been determined that teachers working in classes with 26 or more classrooms in all sub-dimensions have a higher level of opinion and in both groups they express an opinion at the level of "partially sufficient" in all sub-dimensions. According to the variable of seniority in our research; No significant difference was found in all sub-dimensions of the competency of preparing an individual education program. When the arithmetic averages of the groups are examined, it has been determined that teachers with 1-5 years of seniority in all sub-dimensions express a higher level of opinion and in both groups they express an opinion at the level of "partially sufficient" in all sub- dimensions. Based on the findings and results of the research, teachers who will have students with IEP in their classes should be consulted at the beginning of the year to see if they have sufficient information about the individual education program. Thus, teachers who have deficiencies in the individual education program should be identified and eliminated. In-service training for teachers should be increased and they should be provided with the necessary qualifications to prepare and implement an individual education program. Arrangements can be made for the theoretical and practical training of prospective teacher candidates studying in the field of teaching at universities. Bu çalışmada, sınıf öğretmenlerinin 2018 yılında güncellenen 4.sınıf Sosyal Bilgiler Dersi Öğretim Programı'nın CIPP Modeli "Bağlam", "Girdi", "Süreç", "Ürün" boyutuna yönelik görüşleri incelenmiştir. Araştırmaya 2020-2021 eğitim öğretim yılında Sivas il genelinde görev yapan 296 öğretmen katılmıştır. Araştırmada nicel araştırma modelinde tarama modeli temel alınmıştır. Veri toplama aracı olarak araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen "CIPP Ölçeği" kullanılmıştır. Geliştirilen ölçeğin faktör analizine uygunluğunu belirlemek için yapılan testlerden KMO değeri .925, Bartlett Testi 2726,499 olarak belirlenmiştir. "CIPP Ölçeği"; beşli lilkert tipte, bağlam (7 madde), girdi (7 madde), süreç (5 madde), ürün (5 madde) alt boyutlarında toplam 24 maddeden oluşmaktadır. Ölçeğin güvenirlik ve geçerlilik çalışmaları göz önüne alındığında, bu aracın araştırmada kullanılabilecek bir veri toplama aracı olduğuna karar verilmiştir. Elde edilen veriler SPSS programından yararlanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Araştırmadan elde edilen sonuçlar şu şekilde özetlenebilir: Bağlam, girdi, süreç ve ürün alt öğelerine ilişkin öğretmen görüşlerinin; cinsiyete, kıdeme, eğitim düzeyine, ders verilen sınıf mevcuduna ve hizmetiçi eğitim alma durumuna göre farklılaşmadığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Öğretmenler bağlam boyutunda gerçekleştirilen planlama çalışmalarının ve programla ilgili öngörülerinin (programın yapı ve felsefesi, öğrenci seviyesine uygunluk, toplumun ihtiyaç duyduğu insanın yetiştirilmesi, Sosyal Bilgiler okur yazarlığı geliştirme potansiyeli, coğrafi farklılıkların dikkate alınma düzeyi) Sosyal Bilgiler dersi öğretim programına kısmen temel oluşturduğunu ifade etmiştir. Girdi boyutuna ilişkin öğretmenler, program hedeflerinin okulun amaçları ile tutarlı ve içeriğin diğer derslerle uyumlu olduğunu belirtmişlerdir. Belirlenen ders süresi yeterliliğine, gerekli materyallerin okullarda bulunma derecesine, kaynakların (ders kitabı, kaynak kitap, öğretmen kılavuz kitabı) öğretmenlere yol gösterme düzeyine, programda yer alan konu ve kavramlarının sıralanışına kısmen uygun olduğunu ifade etmiştir. Süreç değerlendirmeye ilişkin sonuçlar incelendiğinde programın bireyi tüm yönleri ile kısmen geliştirebileceği ifade edilmiştir. Programın benimsediği felsefe ve bu felfese çerçevisinde gerçekleştirilen yöntem-tekniklerin öğrenci merkezli yürütülmesinde ders süresinin kısmen yeterli olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Ayrıca içeriğin öğretiminde ders dışı ortamlardan kısmen yararlanılmaktadır. Ürün boyutuna ilişkin öğretmenler, programın uygulanma süreci sonunda öğrencilerin sahip olduğu değerler konusunda olumlu yönde değişim gözlediklerini ifade etmişlerdir. Dijital teknolojilerdeki gelişmeler ve bu gelişmelere bağlı olarak ortaya çıkan sorunlara programın kısmen yeterli olduğunu belirtmişlerdir. Programın öğrencilere ileriki hayatında meslek yaşamlarında gerekli olan bilgi ve becerilere kısmen temel oluşturduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Dolayısıyla programın uygulamada öngörülen çıktıları sağlama yeterliliğinin kısmen olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Araştırmada son olarak programının mevcut hâliyle uygulamada yaşanılan sorunların çözümlerine ilişkin öneriler geliştirilmiştir. In this study, the views of classroom teachers on the CIPP Model "Context", "Input", "Process", "Product" dimension of the 4th grade Social Studies Lesson Curriculum updated in 2018 were examined. 296 teachers working throughout the province of Sivas participated in the research in the 2020-2021 academic year. In the research, the quantitative research model was based on the screening model. The "CIPP Scale" developed by the researcher was used as a data collection tool. Among the tests performed to determine the suitability of the developed scale for factor analysis, the KMO value was determined as .925 and the Bartlett Test as 2726.499. "CIPP Scale"; It consists of a total of 24 items in five-point likert type, context (7 items), input (7 items), process (5 items), product (5 items) sub-dimensions. Considering the reliability and validity studies of the scale, it was decided that this tool is a data collection tool that can be used in the research. The obtained data were analyzed using the SPSS program. The results obtained from the research can be summarized as follows: Teachers' views on context, input, process and product sub-items; It was concluded that there was no difference according to gender, seniority, education level, class size and in-service training. Teachers stated that the planning studies carried out in the context and their predictions about the program (the structure and philosophy of the program, suitability for the level of the student, raising the people needed by the society, the potential to develop Social Studies literacy, the level of consideration of geographical differences) partially form the basis of the Social Studies course curriculum. Regarding the input dimension, the teachers stated that the curriculum goals were consistent with the school's goals and the content was compatible with other courses. He stated that it was partially suitable for the adequacy of the determined course time, the degree of availability of the necessary materials in the schools, the level of guiding the teachers (textbook, resource book, teacher's guide book) and the ordering of the subjects and concepts in the program. When the results of the process evaluation are examined, it is stated that the program can partially improve the individual with all its aspects. It has been concluded that the course duration is partially sufficient in the student-centered execution of the philosophy adopted by the program and the methods-techniques realized within the framework of this philosophy. In addition, extracurricular environments are partially used in the teaching of the content. Regarding the product dimension, the teachers stated that they observed a positive change in the values of the students at the end of the implementation process of the program. They stated that the program is partially sufficient for the developments in digital technologies and the problems that arise due to these developments. It has been concluded that the program partially forms the basis for the knowledge and skills necessary for the students in their professional life in the future. Therefore, it has been concluded that the adequacy of the program to provide the predicted outputs in practice is partially. Finally, suggestions were developed regarding the solutions of the problems experienced in practice with the current version of the program.

Bu araştırmanın amacı fen bilimleri öğretmen adaylarının final ödev puanlarının lisansta almış oldukları temel fen dersleri, alan eğitimi dersleri başarı düzeylerine ve okuyucu profiline göre değişimini ortaya koymaktır. Araştırmada fen bilimleri öğretmenliği son sınıfında okuyan 45 öğretmen adayının final ödevine ait dokümanlar incelenmiş ve araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen Derecelendirilmiş Puanlama Tablosu(DPT) ile puanlanmıştır. Elde edilen puanlar üzerinden araştırmanın amacına yönelik uygun istatistiksel (ilişkisiz t testi, tek faktörlü varyans analizi ve betimsel) analizler yapılmıştır. Ayrıca katılımcıların konuya ilişkin görüşlerinin daha kapsamlı belirlenebilmesi için 9 gönüllü katılımcı ile de görüşmeler gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmada elde edilen sonuçlara göre DPT’den elde edilen puanlar, temel fen dersleri başarı değişkenine göre istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı bir fark göstermez iken; alan eğitimi dersleri başarı değişkenine göre anlamlı bir fark göstermektedir. Bu fark alan eğitimi başarı düzeyi yüksek olanların lehine gerçekleşmiştir. Yapılan görüşmelerden elde edilen sonuçlara göre ise bu tür yeni nesil fen sorularının formatıyla ilgili olarak katılımcılar bunları farklı (değişik), karışık ve çoklu bilişsel beceri gerektiren bir yapıda olduğunu dile getirmişlerdir. Bununla birlikte soruları kafa karıştırıcı (karışık) olarak betimleyen katılımcıların okur profilinin zayıf okuyucu olduğu gözlenmiştir. Yeni nesil fen soruları cevaplanırken en sık dile getirilen zorluklar; uygulama pratiğinin az olması, sorularda ki olay/olgu örneği ile onun temelinde olan bilimsel kavram/ açıklamaların yeterince ilişkilendirilememesi, lisanstaki bazı ders içeriklerinin soru içerikleri ile olan uyumsuzluğu şeklinde sıralanabilir.

Yabancı dil öğretiminde tarih boyunca çeşitli kaynaklardan yararlanılmıştır. Bu kaynaklardan en sık kullanılanı kuşkusuz ders kitapları olmuştur. Ders kitaplarının yaygın kullanımı da dil becerilerinin öğretimi etkinlikleri ile ilgili sistematik bir çözümleme ihtiyacını doğurmuştur. Temel dil becerilerinden birisi olan konuşma becerisinin dil bilmenin gerekliliklerinden olduğu bilinmektedir. Sözlü iletişime dayalı iletişimsel yeti ancak konuşma becerisinin etkin öğretimi yolu ile gelişmektedir. Buradan hareketle bu araştırmada yabancılara İngilizce öğretiminde kullanılan Oxford Üniversitesi Yayıncılığı tarafından hazırlanan New English File seti ile Türkçenin yabancı dil olarak öğretiminde kullanılan Yunus Emre Enstitüsü tarafından hazırlanan Yedi İklim Türkçe seti orta düzey ders kitaplarında yer alan konuşma etkinlikleri belirli ölçütlere göre değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırmanın ilk bölümünde kuramsal çerçeveden, ikinci bölümünde kullanılan yöntemden bahsedilmiş; üçüncü bölümde ise elde edilen bulgular incelenmiştir. Bu araştırmanın amacı, New English File seti ile Yedi İklim Türkçe seti ders kitaplarında yer alan konuşma etkinliklerini karşılaştırmalı olarak değerlendirilmesidir. Nitel bir araştırma olan çalışmada, doküman analizi yöntemi kullanılmış olup konuşma etkinlikleri, ders kitaplarında üniteler içerisindeki dağılım oranları, diğer becerilerle ilişkilendirme oranları, beceri alanlarına göre dağılımında konuşma becerisinin yeri, telaffuz etkinlikleri oranı, konuşma etkinliklerinin gerçekleşme anı (öncesi, sırası ve sonrası), etkinlik türleri, etkileşim türleri, görsel ve işitsel öğelerle desteklenme oranları ve Avrupa Ortak Başvuru Metni tanımlayıcılarına uygunluk düzeyleri bağlamında değerlendirilmiştir. Karşılaştırılan kitapların konuşma etkinliklerinin görsel öğelerle desteklenmesi bakımından dengeli bir dağılıma sahip olduğu, ancak işitsel öğe destekli etkinlikler konusunda Türkçe öğretimi kitaplarının yetersiz olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca Türkçenin yabancı dil olarak öğretimi ders kitaplarında iletişimsel yetinin gelişimine yönelik etkinliklere ağırlık verilmesi, konuşma etkinliklerinin öğrenci odaklı olması ve becerilerin dengeli ele alınması gerektiği sonucuna varılmıştır. Various sources have been used throughout history in foreign language teaching. The most frequently used of these sources were undoubtedly the textbooks. The widespread use of textbooks has led to the need for a systematic analysis of teaching language skills activities. It is known that speaking skill, which is one of the basic language skills, is one of the requirements of knowing a language. The communicative ability based on oral communication improves through effective teaching of speaking skills. At this point of view, in this study, speaking activities in the intermediate-level textbooks of the New English File set prepared by Oxford University Publishing, used in teaching English to foreigners and the Yedi Iklim Turkish set prepared by Yunus Emre Institute, used in teaching Turkish as a foreign language, were evaluated according to some certain criteria. In the first part of the study, the theoretical framework was mentioned, in the second part the method used was mentioned and in the third part, the findings obtained were examined. The aim of this research is to evaluate the speaking activities in the textbooks of the New English File set and the Yedi Iklim Turkish set, comparatively. In the study, which is a qualitative research, document analysis method was used and speaking activities, distribution rates within the units in the textbooks, association rates with other skills, the place of speaking skill in the distribution according to skill areas, the rate of pronunciation activities, the moment (before, during and after) of speaking activities, activity types, interaction types, rates of support with audio-visual elements and levels of accordance with the descriptors of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. It was determined that the compared books had a balanced distribution in terms of supporting speech activities with visual elements, but Turkish teaching books were inadequate in terms of auditory element supported activities. In addition, it was concluded that the teaching of Turkish as a foreign language textbooks should focus on activities for the development of communicative skills, speaking activities should be student-oriented and skills should be handled balancedly.

Bu araştırma Iğdır ili sınırları içerisinde öğrenim gören ve ana dili Türkçe olmayan iki dili ortaokul öğrencilerinin Türkiye öğrenimlerinin dört temel dil becerisi ve dil bilgisi bağlamında öğrenci görüşlerinden yola çık olarak incelenmesi ve değerlendirilmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırma nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden tarama modeli ile yapılmıştır. Verileri toplamak için uzman görüşü alınarak hazırlanan yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler içerik analizi yöntemi ile çözümlenmiştir. Araştırma yapılabilmesi için Nevşehir Hacıbektaş Veli Üniversitesi Etik Kurulundan ve Iğdır İl Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğünden gerekli izinler alınmıştır. Iğdır ili içerisindeki üç farklı okulda eğitim- öğretime devam eden 150 öğrenci ile görüşme yapılmıştır. Öğrenciler 15 sorudan oluşan yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formundaki sorulara cevap vermişlerdir. Elde edilen görüşlerin ardından tema ve bölümler belirlenmiştir. Veriler yazıya geçirilirken öğrencilerin görüşlerinden doğrudan alıntılar yapılmıştır. Görüş bildiren öğrencilerin her birine ''Ö'' kodu verilmiş. Öğrenciler ''Ö1, Ö2,Ö3,Ö4...'' şeklinde sıralanmıştır. Bulgular tablolaştırılıp yorumlanmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda öğrencilerin birçoğunun iki dilli olduğu ve bu iki dilin birbiriyle her konuda iç içe geçmiş halde olduğu görülmüştür. Evlerinde Kürtçe ve Türkçenin beraber konuşulduğunu söyleyen öğrenciler fazladır. Ana dilleri Kürtçe olan öğrencilerin hemen hemen hepsinin çoğunlukla Türkçe konuştukları görülmüştür. Toplumsal hayatta Türkçenin hâkim dil olması, öğrencilerin sıklıkla Türkçe konuşmalarının hem nedeni hem sonucudur. Kürtçenin genellikle ev ve aile dili, Türkçenin ise bir okul ve kamusal alan dili olduğu görülmüştür. Öğrencilerin iki dillilerin yaptığı gibi çeşitli dil yanlışları, kod değiştirmeleri, olumlu ve olumsuz aktarımlar yaptıkları tespit edilmiştir. This research was carried out in order to examine and evaluate the Turkish Language Learning of secondary school students whose mother tongue is not Turkish and who study in the province of Iğdır, based on student opinions in the context of four basic language skills and grammar. The research was conducted with the scanning model, one of the qualitative research methods. A semi-structured interview form prepared by taking expert opinion was used to collect the data.The obtained data were analyzed by content analysis method. Necessary permissions were obtained from Nevşehir Hacıbektaş Veli University Ethics Committee and Iğdır Provincial Directorate of National Education in order to conduct the research. Interviews were conducted with 150 students who currently study in three different secondary schools in the province of Iğdır. The students answered the questions in the semi-structured interview form consisting of 15 questions. After the opinions obtained, themes and sections were determined. While the data was being written down, direct quotations were made from the students' opinions. Each of the students who expressed their opinions was given the "Ö" code. Students are listed as "Ö1, Ö2, Ö3, Ö4...". The findings were put into the related charts and then interpreted. As a result of the research, it was seen that most of the students were bilingual and these two languages were intertwined with each other in every subject. There are many students who say that Kurdish and Turkish are spoken simultaneously at home. It has been observed that almost all of the students whose mother tongue is Kurdish mostly speak Turkish.Moreover,it has been seen that Kurdish is the language generally spoken at home and among family members, while Turkish is mainly spoken at school and in public. The fact that Turkish is the dominant language in social life is both a cause and a result derieving students' using Turkish most. and pu. It was determined that the students made various language errors, code switchings, positive and negative transfers, as bilinguals do.

Akarsu, aldığı yüke bağlı olarak enerjisiyle temas ettiği yüzeylerde farklı jeomorfolojik şekiller oluşmasını sağlar. Morfometrik analizler kullanılarak akarsu havzalarının morfolojik özellikleri nicel olarak ortaya konularak, farklı sahalardaki havzaların sayısal değerleri üzerinden karşılaştırma yapılmaktadır. Böylece akarsuların erozif faaliyetleri, havzaların yarılma dereceleri, havza şekilleri, akarsuların taşkın üretme kapasiteleri gibi birçok özellik incelenip sağlıklı karşılaştırmalar yapılabilmektedir. Çalışmaya konu olan Karasu Çayı Havzası'nın hidrografya özelliklerinin morfometrik yöntemler ile analiz edilmesi ve elde edilen bulguların havza ile ilgili yapılacak olan planlama çalışmalarında kullanımı amaçlanmıştır. Bu kapsamda detaylı bir literatür taraması yapılmış, konuyla ilgili analiz yöntemleri araştırılmış, bu yöntemler sahaya uygulanmaya çalışılmıştır. Çalışmanın hazırlanması esnasında altlık olarak 1/25.000 ölçekli topografya haritaları kullanılmıştır. Ayrıca hidrografik özellikleri etkileyen faktörlere ait haritalama ve hesap işlemleri yapılmıştır. Birçok kere inceleme alanına arazi çalışmaları düzenlenmiş, fotoğraflar çekilmiş, notlar tutulmuştur. Her türlü morfometrik analiz, topografya haritaları baz alınarak Coğrafi Bilgi Sistemleri yazılımları kullanılarak yapılmıştır. İnceleme alanında Prekambriyen, Paleozoyik, Permiyen, Üst Kretase, Eosen, Üst Miyosen ve Kuvaterner'de oluşmuş kayaç formasyonları bulunmaktadır. Karasu Çayı Havzası'nın % 73'ü çamurtaşı, kiltaşı, kumtaşından oluşmaktadır. Sonuç olarak inceleme alanının şekillenmesinin genel anlamda Prekambriyen dönemine kadar uzandığı, bu süreçte hidrografik oluşum ve gelişimin zaman zaman farklı olaylar ve süreçler tarafından kesintiye uğradığı, bu nedenle havza içinde farklı vadi şekillerinin geliştiği belirlenmiştir. Bu kapsamda havzanın başta hidrografik sorunları olmak üzere sahada yer alan çevre problemlerine coğrafi bir bakışla çözümler sunulmuştur. Depending on the load it receives, the stream creates different geomorphological landforms on the surfaces it comes into contact with with its energy.By using morphometric analysis, the morphological features of the river basins can be quantitatively revealed, and comparisons can be made over the numerical values of the basins in different areas.Thus, many features such as the erosive activities of the rivers, the degree of rupture of the basins, the shape of the basin, the flood generation capacity of the rivers can be examined and healthy comparisons can be made. It is aimed to analyze the hydrographic features of the Karasu Stream Basin, which is the subject of the study, by morphometric methods and to use the findings in the planning studies to be made about the basin. In this context, a detailed literature review has been made, analysis methods related to the subject have been researched, and these methods have been tried to be applied to the field. During the preparation of the study, 1/25.000 scaled topography maps were used as a base. In addition, mapping and calculation processes of the factors affecting the hydrographic properties were made. Many times, fieldworks were arranged in the study area, photographs were taken and notes were taken. All kinds of morphometric analyzes were made using Geographical Information Systems software based on topography maps. There are rock formations formed in Precambrian, Paleozoic, Permian, Upper Cretaceous, Eocene, Upper Miocene and Quaternary in the study area. 73% of the Karasu Stream Basin consists of mudstone, claystone and sandstone. As a result, it has been determined that the shaping of the study area extends to the Precambrian period in general, the hydrographic formation and development were interrupted from time to time by different events and processes, therefore, different valley landforms developed in the basin.Solutions to the environmental problems in the field, especially the hydrographic problems of the basin, are presented with a geographical view.

Hırka Dağı, Nevşehir ilinin Gülşehir ilçesinin kuzeyinde yer almaktadır. Araştırma sahasından Türkiye'nin en büyük akarsularından olan Kızılırmak Nehri Gülşehir ilçesi ile arasından geçmektedir. Araştırma sahasının coğrafi koordinatları şu şekildedir: 38° 52′ 23″ - 38° 45′ 13″ Kuzey enlemleri; 34° 35′ 22″ - 34° 38′ 07″ Doğu boylamları koordinatlarıdır. Araştırma bölgesinin çevresi 40,39 km olup, alanı 108,86 km2'dir. Araştırma sahasının en yüksek noktasını Hırka dağı (1683m) oluşturmaktadır. Çevresinde; Alemli, Alkan, Civelek, Dadağı, Eski Yaylacık, Yeni Yaylacık, Gümüşkent, Gümüşyazı, Yeşilöz, Yüksekli, Yenice, Hırkatepesidelik köylerinin çevrelemiş olduğu bir plato sahasına karşılık gelmektedir. Hırka dağının günümüzdeki jeomorfolojik yapısının oluşmasında, tektonizma, orojenez ve aşındırma süreçleri etkili olmuştur. Hırka dağı jeolojik yapı itibariyle, Paleozoik yaşlı metamorfik kayaçlar, mermer, gnayslar Paleozoyik yaşlı formasyonları oluştururken, en genç birimler ise Kuvaterner'e ait Travertenler oluşturmaktadır. Bu farklı süreçlerin sonucunda polijenik bir topografya meydana gelmiştir. Hırka dağı çevresi monoklinal bir yapı özelliği göstermektedir. Çalışma sahasının günümüzdeki jeomorfolojik görünümünü kazanmasında özellikle tektonizmaya bağlı, neotektonik hareketler, bindirmeler ve iklimin etkisi büyüktür. Sahada faylar, kıvrımlanmalar, bindirmeler mevcuttur. Bunun yanı sıra Kızılırmak Nehri'nin yatağını kazması ve derinleştirmesi sonucunda, taban seviyesinin alçalmasıyla seki basamakları oluşmuştur. Bugünkü Nevşehir Havaalanın bulunduğu alanda bir seki üzerine kurulmuştur. Araştırma sahasında dağlık alan, platolar ve taban arazilerden meydana gelmiş jeomorfolojik birimler ayırtlanmış ve açıklanmıştır. Bunun yanı sıra; jeomorfolojik yapı olarak, mağara, kuesta, traverten, fay façetaları ve kaliş (kalkerli kabuk) tespit edilerek açıklanmıştır. Çalışma sahasında yapılan incelemeler sonucunda elde edilen verilerle, morfometrik hesaplamalarla sayısal verilerin doğrultusunda Coğrafi Bilgi Sistemi (CBS) yazılım programıyla haritalar ve grafikler oluşturulmuş ve yorumlanmıştır. Hırka Mountain is located in the north of Gülşehir district of Nevşehir province. The Kızılırmak River, which is one of the largest rivers in Turkey, passes through the district of Gülşehir in the research area. The geographical coordinates of the research area are as follows: 38° 52′ 23″ - 38° 45′ 13″ North latitudes; 34° 35′ 22″ - 34° 38′ 07″ East longitude coordinates. The circumference of the research area is 40.39 km and its area is 108.86 km2. The highest point of the research area is the Hırka Mountain (1683m). Around; It corresponds to a plateau area surrounded by the villages of Alemli, Alkan, Civelek, Dadağı, Eski Yaylacık, Yeni Yaylacık, Gümüşkent, Gümüşyazı, Yeşilöz, Yüksekli, Yenice, Hırkatepesidelik. Tectonism, orogeny and erosion processes have been effective in the formation of today's geomorphological structure of Hırka Mountain. In terms of geological structure, the Paleozoic aged metamorphic rocks, marble, gneisses form Paleozoic aged formations, while the youngest units form Travertines belonging to the Quaternary. As a result of these different processes, a polygenic topography has emerged. The surroundings of the Hırka Mountain show a monoclinal structure. Neotectonic movements due to tectonism, thrusts and climate have a great impact on the current geomorphological appearance of the study area. There are faults, folds and thrusts in the field. In addition, as a result of the Kızılırmak River digging and deepening its bed, bench steps were formed with the lowering of the base level. It was built on a bench in the area where today's Nevşehir Airport is located. In the research area, geomorphological units consisting of mountainous areas, plateaus and base lands are distinguished and explained. And also; As geomorphological structure, cave, questa, travertine, fault facets and caliche (calcareous crust) have been identified and explained. With the data obtained as a result of the examinations made in the study area, maps and graphics were created and interpreted with the Geographic Information System (GIS) software program in line with the morphometric calculations and numerical data.

Bu çalışmanın temel amacı geçici koruma altındaki Suriyeli ailelerin, çocuklarının Türkçe öğrenim süreçlerine yönelik görüşlerinin değerlendirilmesidir. Bu temel amaç doğrultusunda, araştırmacı tarafından 10 soruluk bir görüşme formu hazırlanmış ve Mersin'de ikamet eden Geçici Koruma Statüsün altındaki 51 Suriyeli bireyden derinlemesine mülakat yöntemiyle veri toplanmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda, Suriyeli ebeveynlerin %60'ının Türkçeye ilişkin olumlu görüşe sahip oldukları fakat Arapça ve Türkçe arasındaki yapısal farklılıklardan dolayı Türkçe öğreniminde zorlandıkları belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca, katılımcıların %96'sının çocuğunun Türkçe öğrenmesini desteklediği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Çocuğunun Türkçe öğrenmesine destek olan ebeveynlerin %45'i çocuklarını Türk okuluna ve Türkçe eğitim veren kurslara göndererek destek olduklarını belirtmişlerdir. Çocuklarının hazırbulunuşluğunu olumlu etkileyen en önemli faktörlerin topluma uyum sağlama düşüncesi, güzel bir gelecek motivasyonu ve okulun desteği olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Çocukların hazırbulunuşluğunu olumsuz etkileyen en önemli faktörün ise Türkçe bilmemeleri olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır. Katılımcıların %40'ının çocuklarının Türkiye'de eğitim almaya başlamadan önce Türkçe hazırlık kursuna katılmasını, gerekirse sadece Türkçe için özel kursların olmasını ve çocukların Türkçe öğrenmekten vazgeçmemesi için motivasyonlarının artmasını sağlayacak şekilde psikolojik destek almasını bekledikleri sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda, Suriyeli ailelerin %61'inin çocuklarının Türkçe kelimeleri yanlış telaffuz etmekten korktukları görülmüştür. Katılımcılar, Türkçeyle ilgili sorun yaşayan çocuklarının özellikle Türk öğrenciler tarafından alay edilmekten ve dışlanmaktan korktuğunu ifade etmişlerdir. Araştırmadan elde edilen bulgulara göre, Suriyeli ailelerin %51'i çocuklarının kendini düzgün bir şekilde ifade etmesi ve arkadaşlarıyla iletişim kurabilmesi halinde onu başarılı olarak göreceğini belirtmiştir. Suriyeli ebeveynlerden alınan görüşlere göre, çocuklarının eğitim sürecinde yaşadığı en önemli sorunun Türk arkadaş edinmede yaşanan zorluklar ve dışlanmak olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Suriyeli ailelerin %76'sının Türkiye'de verilen Türkçe dil eğitimini yeterli bulmadığı görülmüştür. Velilerden alınan öneriler kapsamında okullardan ve öğrencilerden beklenenler olmak üzere iki kategori ele alınmış olup Suriyeli öğrencilerden Türk arkadaş edinmeleri, Türkçe TV kanallarını izlemeleri ve Türkçe kitap okumaları beklenirken okuldan ise okula başlamadan önce Türkçe hazırlık kursu vermeleri, öğrencilerin motivasyonlarının yükselmesi için psikolojik destek sağlanması beklenmektedir. Araştırma sonucunda, okullara Suriyeli öğrenciler ile Türk öğrencilerin kaynaşmasını sağlayacak etkinlikler düzenlemeleri, velilere okul yönetimi ve öğretmenlerle iletişim içinde bulunarak çocuklarının uyum sürecine destek olmaları, Suriyeli öğrencilere ise okula devam etmeleri ve Türkçe öğrenmek ve Türkiye'ye uyum sağlama konusunda azimli olmaları önerilebilir. The main purpose of this study is to evaluate the views of Syrian families under temporary protection regarding their children's Turkish learning processes. In line with this main purpose, an interview form consisting of 10 questions was prepared by the researcher and data were collected from 51 Syrian individuals with temporary protection status residing in Mersin by in-depth interview method. As a result of the research, it was determined that 60% of the Syrian parents had a positive view of Turkish, but they had difficulties in learning Turkish due to the structural differences between Arabic and Turkish. In addition, it was concluded that 96% of the participants supported their child's learning Turkish. 45% of parents who support their child's learning Turkish stated that they support their children by sending them to Turkish schools and Turkish courses. It has been concluded that the most important factors that positively affect the readiness of their children are the idea of adapting to the society, the motivation for a good future and the support of the school. It was concluded that the most important factor negatively affecting the readiness of children is that they do not know Turkish. It has been concluded that 40% of the participants expect their children to attend a Turkish preparatory course before they start studying in Turkey, to have special courses only for Turkish if necessary, and to receive psychological support to increase the motivation of the children to not give up on learning Turkish. As a result of the research, it was seen that 61% of Syrian families were afraid that their children would mispronounce Turkish words. Participants stated that their children who have problems with Turkish are afraid of being mocked and excluded, especially by Turkish students. According to the findings of the research, 51% of Syrian families stated that they would see their children as successful if they could express themselves properly and communicate with their friends. According to the opinions taken from Syrian parents, it was concluded that the most important problem that their children experience in the education process is the difficulties in making Turkish friends and being excluded. It has been observed that a significant part of the Syrian families do not find the Turkish language education given in Turkey sufficient. Within the scope of the suggestions received from the parents, two categories were discussed, namely what is expected from schools and students, and while Syrian students are expected to make Turkish friends, watch Turkish TV channels and read books in Turkish, they are expected to give Turkish preparatory courses before starting school and provide psychological support to increase students' motivation. As a result of the research, it can be suggested that schools organize activities that will ensure the integration of Syrian students and Turkish students, parents support their children's adaptation process by communicating with the school administration and teachers, and Syrian students should be determined to continue school and learn Turkish and adapt to Turkey.

Dil becerileri anlama (okuma-dinleme) anlatma (yazma-konuşma) becerileri olarak ikiye ayrılmıştır. Bu temel becerilerden biri olan dinleme becerisi anlama becerileri içinde yer almaktadır. Dinleme diğer tüm yabancı dillerde olduğu gibi Türkçenin yabancı dil olarak öğreniminde de diğer becerilere göre daha zor edinilen bir beceridir. Bu sebeple dinleme becerisini geliştirmeye yönelik etkinliklerin daha fazla ve etkili kullanılması gerekmektedir. Dinleme bölümlerini diğer bölümlerde olduğu gibi dinleme öncesi, sırası ve sonrası olarak ele almak gerekmektedir. Türkçenin yabancı dil olarak öğretiminde kullanılan ders kitaplarındaki dinleme bölümleri dinleme öncesi, dinleme sırası ve dinleme sonrası etkinlikleri bakımından incelenmiştir. (Ankara Üniversitesi TÖMER Yeni Hitit Yabancılar İçin Türkçe Ders Kitabı, İstanbul Üniversitesi Yabancılar İçin Türkçe Ders Kitabı, Gazi Üniversitesi Yabancılar İçin Ders Kitabı).Çalışmada ders kitaplarının dinleme bölümleri nitel araştırma yönteminden doküman incelemesi yöntemi kullanılarak incelenmiştir. Yıldırım ve Şimşek (2013) Çalışmada Dinleme Süreci Etkinlik Türleri (Leon,2009'dan akt. Tuzcu-Eken,2012'nin tablosundan faydalanılarak incelenmiştir. Ders kitaplarındaki dinleme bölümleri dinleme öncesi, sırası ve sonrası etkinlikleri; etkinlik türleri, etkinlik sayıları, dinleme sırası etkinlikleri, ders kitaplarındaki görsellerin kullanımı vb. açılardan incelenmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda şu sonuçlara ulaşılmıştır.Dil öğretiminde ders kitapları hazırlanırken Avrupa Dilleri Ortak Çerçeve Programı ilkeleri kriter olarak alınmaktadır. Çerçeve programında dil öğretiminde bütün becerilere eşit önem verilmesi gerektiği vurgulanmaktadır. Ancak materyaller incelendiğinde ve yapılan çalışmalara bakıldığında dinleme bölümü etkinliklerine daha az yer ve önem verildiği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Her üç kitapta da dinleme öncesi etkinliklerin ihmal edildiği görülürken dinleme sırası ve dinleme sonrası etkinliklerine yeterince yer verilmiştir. Her üç kitaba ait dinleme etkinliklerinde görseller kullanılmış ama bazı dinleme etkinliklerinde görsellere yer verilmemiş bazılarında ise görsel metin uyumu olmadığı gözlenmiştir. Language skills are divided into receptive (reading-listening) and productive (writing-speaking) skills. Listening skill, which is one of these basic skills, is included in comprehension skills. Listening is a skill that is more difficult to acquire in learning Turkish as a foreign language, as in all other foreign languages. For this reason, it is necessary to use more and more effective activities to develop listening skills. It is necessary to examine the listening sections as before, during and after listening, as in the other sections, for this reason, the listening sections in the textbooks used in Turkish teaching in the field were examined in terms of pre-listening, during-listening and post-listening activities. (Ankara University TÖMER New Hittite Turkish For Foreigners Textbook, Istanbul University Turkish Foreigners Textbook, Gazi University Foreigners Textbook). In the study, the listening sections of the textbooks were examined using the document analysis method from the qualitative research method. To Yıldırım and Şimşek (2013) The Listening Process Activity Types in the Study (from Leon, 2009 as cited in Tuzcu-Eken, 2012) were examined by making use of the table. Activities before, during and after listening sections in the textbooks; activity types, number of activities, listening order activities, use of visuals in textbooks, etc. were examined from different perspectives. As a result of the research, the following conclusions were reached. While preparing textbooks in language teaching, the principles of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages are taken as the criteria. In the framework program, it is emphasized that all skills should be given equal importance in language teaching. However, when the materials are examined and the studies are examined, it is concluded that less place and importance is given to the activities of the listening section. While it is seen that pre-listening activities are neglected in all three books, listening and post-listening activities are sufficiently included. Considering the listening activities of all three books, it was observed that although visuals were used, some listening activities did not include visuals, and in others, it was observed that the visuals and the text were not compatible.

Bu tez çalışmasında amaç yabancılara Türkçe öğretimi amaçlı kullanılan Erciyes Üniversitesi, İstanbul Üniversitesi, Gazi Üniversitesi Akademik Türkçe kitap setlerindeki okuma metinlerinin ve etkinliklerinin incelenmesidir. Öğrencilerin akademik anlamda okuma, okuduğunu anlayıp yorum yapabilme becerisini geliştirmektir. Bu bağlamda okuma metinleri ve okuma metin etkinlikleri başta olmak üzere metinlere ait farklı unsurlar üzerinde incelemeler yapılmıştır. Çalışma, nitel araştırma yaklaşımı çerçevesinde doküman incelemesi yöntemine başvurularak gerçekleştirilmiştir. "Doküman incelemesi, araştırılması hedeflenen olgu ve olaylar hakkında bilgi içeren yazılı materyallerin analizini kapsar" (Yıldırım ve Şimşek, 2013, s. 217). Yıldırım ve Şimşek'e (2013) göre doküman incelemesi nitel araştırmalarda tek başına kullanılabilmektedir. Bu çalışmada, araştırmanın doğası gereği doküman incelemesi tek başına yeterli görülmüş ve herhangi bir başka yöntemden yararlanılmamıştır. Çalışma kapsamında toplamda 7 akademik ders kitabı incelenerek çeşitli bulgulara ve sonuçlara ulaşılmıştır. Araştırmada incelenen tüm kitaplar elde edilen bulgular doğrultusunda karşılaştırılmıştır. Farklı çalışma maddeleri doğrultusunda incelenen kitaplar arasında değerlendirilmeye gidilmiştir. Yapılan değerlendirmelere göre, akademik Türkçe ders kitaplarında, okuma metinleri her bölümde farklılık göstermektedir. Okuma metinlerinde aynı tür etkinliklerin kullanımı dikkat çekmektedir. Etkinlik türlerinin çeşitlenmesi öğrencilerin bilişsel düşünme yeterliliğini desteklemesi bakımından önemlidir. Ayrıca sosyal bilimler, sağlık bilimleri ve fen bilimleri alanında yazılmış kitapların metin sayılarının eşit olması önemlidir. Metin sayılarının türlere göre eşit ya da yakın sayıda olması öğrencilerin akademik anlamda eşit terim ve kavrama ulaşmasını destekler bir durumdur. Okuma metinlerinin görsellerle desteklenmesi uzman görüşlerce önemlidir. Görsel kullanımı öğrenmeyi kalıcı hale getiren bir durumdur. İncelenen akademik ders kitapları arasında görsel kullanımı konusunda önemli farklılıklar mevcuttur. Akademik metinlerin görseller ile desteklenmesi ve kullanılan görsellerin metne uygunluğu uzman görüşlerce önerilmektedir. The aim of this thesis study is to examine the reading texts and activities in Erciyes University, Istanbul University, Gazi University Academic Turkish book sets used for teaching Turkish to foreigners. It is to develop the ability of students to read in an academic sense, to understand what they read and to make comments. In this context, studies were made on different elements of the texts, especially reading texts and reading text activities. The study was carried out by applying the document analysis method within the framework of the qualitative research approach. "Document analysis includes the analysis of written materials containing information about the facts and events aimed to be investigated" (Yıldırım and Şimşek, 2013, p. 217). According to Yıldırım and Şimşek (2013), document analysis can be used alone in qualitative research. In this study, due to the nature of the research, document analysis alone was considered sufficient and no other method was used. Within the scope of the study, a total of 7 academic textbooks were examined and various findings were reached. All the books examined in the study were compared in line with the findings obtained. An evaluation was made among the books examined in line with different study items. According to the evaluations, there is variation in the distribution of reading texts according to chapters in academic Turkish textbooks. The use of the same type of activities in reading texts draws attention. The diversity of activity types is important in terms of supporting students' cognitive thinking competence. In addition, it is important that the number of texts of the books written in the fields of social sciences, health sciences and science is equal. The fact that the number of texts is equal or close according to the genres is a situation that supports students to reach equal terms and concepts in academic terms. Supporting reading texts with visuals is important by expert opinions. Visual use is a condition that makes learning permanent. There are significant differences in the use of visuals among the academic textbooks examined. Supporting academic texts with visuals and the compatibility of the visuals with the text are suggested by expert opinions.

Bu çalışmada, ilkokul ve ortaokul öğretmenlerinin program okuryazarlık ve öğretim programına bağlılık düzeylerinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırma 2020-2021 eğitim öğretim yılında Nevşehir il genelinde görev yapan ilkokul ve ortaokul öğretmenleri ile yürütülmüştür. Araştırmaya 625 öğretmen katılmıştır. Araştırmada nicel araştırma modelinde tarama modeli temel alınmıştır. Veri toplama araçları olarak "Program Okuryazarlığı Ölçeği" ile "Öğretim Programına Bağlılık Ölçeği" kullanılmıştır. İlkokul ve ortaokul öğretmenlerinin program okuryazarlık yeterliklerini belirlemek amacıyla kullanılan ve araştırmacının kendisi tarafından geliştirilen "Program Okuryazarlık Ölçeği" nin KMO değeri .905, Bartlett Testi sonucu 3626.962, Cronbach Alpha Güvenirlik Değeri de .890 olarak bulunmuştur. Beşli likert tipinde geliştirilen ve 23 maddeden oluşan "Program Okuryazarlığı Ölçeği" kazanım okuryazarlığı yeterliği, içerik okuryazarlığı yeterliği, öğrenme-öğretme süreci okuryazarlığı yeterliği ve ölçme-değerlendirme okuryazarlığı yeterliği olmak üzere dört alt boyuttan oluşmaktadır. Bir diğer veri toplama aracı ise Yaşaroğlu ve Manav tarafından geliştirilen "Öğretim Programına Bağlılık Ölçeği" dir. Ölçek, 16'sı olumlu 4'ü olumsuz olmak üzere 20 maddeden oluşmaktadır. Bu ölçek için yapılan geçerlik ve güvenirlik çalışmaları göz önüne alındığında, bu aracın araştırmada kullanılabilecek bir veri toplama aracı olduğuna karar verilmiştir. Elde edilen nicel veriler SPSS paket programından ve istatistiksel yöntemlerden yararlanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Araştırmanın sonucunda, ilkokul ve ortaokul öğretmenlerinin program okuryazarlığı ve alt boyutları olan kazanım okuryazarlığı yeterliği, içerik okuryazarlığı yeterliği, öğrenme-öğretme süreci okuryazarlığı yeterliği ve ölçme-değerlendirme okuryazarlığı yeterliği düzeylerinin yeterli düzeyde olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Öğretmenlerin program okuryazarlık düzeyleri cinsiyet, mezun olunan okul türü, meslekte görev alınan süre ve görev yapılan okulun sosyo ekonomik düzeyi değişkenlerine göre incelenmiş olup, bu değişkenlere göre program okuryazarlık düzeyinin anlamlı bir farklılık göstermediği belirlenmiştir. Program okuryazarlık düzeyinin branş, eğitim durumu ve hizmetiçi eğitim alma durumu değişkenlerine göre ise anlamlı farklılık gösterdiği tespit edilmiştir. Çalışmanın bir diğer sonucu ise, ilkokul ve ortaokul öğretmenlerinin öğretim programına bağlılık düzeylerinin yüksek olması sonucudur. Öğretmenlerin öğretim programına bağlılık düzeylerinde cinsiyet, branş, mezun olunan okul türü, meslekte görev alınan süre ve görev yapılan okulun sosyo ekonomik düzeyi değişkenlerine göre anlamlı bir farklılık görülmezken; eğitim durumu ile hizmetiçi eğitim alma durumu değişkenlerine göre istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir farklılık görülmüştür. Ayrıca ulaşılan bir diğer veri de program okuryazarlığı yeterliği alt boyutları ve öğretim programına bağlılık arasında orta düzeyde pozitif ve anlamlı bir ilişkinin bulunmasıdır. Bu bağlamda; ilkokul ve ortaokul öğretmenlerinin program okuryazarlık ve öğretim programına bağlılık düzeylerini daha da artırmak için program konusuna gereken önemin verilmesi gerektiği ifade edilmiştir. Ayrıca öğretmenlerin lisansüstü eğitim programlarına yönlendirilmesi, öğretim programı ile ilgili hizmetiçi eğitimler almaları ve program geliştirme çalışmalarına katılımlarının desteklenmesi gibi program okuryazarlığı ve program bağlılığı düzeylerinin artırılması adına birtakım öneriler sıralanmıştır. In this study, it was aimed to examine primary and secondary school teachers' levels of curriculum literacy and commitment to the curriculum. The research was carried out with primary and secondary school teachers working throughout the province of Nevşehir in the 2020-2021 academic year. 625 teachers participated in the research. In the research, the survey model was based on the quantitative research model. "Program Literacy Scale" and "Curriculum Engagement Scale" were used as data collection tools. The KMO value of the "Program Literacy Scale" which was used to determine the curriculum literacy competencies of primary and secondary school teachers and was developed by the researcher himself, was .905, the Bartlett Test result was 3626.962 and the Cronbach Alpha Reliability valve was .890. Developed in a five point likert type and consisting of 23 items, the "Curriculum Literacy Scale" consists of four subdimensions: outcome literacy proficiency, content literacy proficiency, learning-teaching process literacy proficiency and assessment-evaluation literacy proficiency. Another data collection tool is the "Curriculum Engagement Scale" developed by Yaşaroğlu and Manav. The scale consists of 20 items, 16 of which are positive and 4 of which are negative. Considering the validity and reliability Studies for this scale, it was decided that this tool is a data collection tool that can be used in the research. The quantitative data obtained were analyzed using the SPSS package program and statistical methods. As a result of the research, it was concluded that primary and secondary school teachers' curriculum literacy and its subdimensions, acquisition literacy proficiency, content literacy proficiency, learning-teaching process literacy and assessment-evaluation literacy proficiency levels were sufficient. The curriculum literacy levels of the teachers were examined according to the variables of gender, the type of school graduated, the duration of duty in the profession and the socio-economic level of the school where they worked, and it was determined that the curriculum literacy level did not show a significant difference according to these variables. It has been determined that the program literacy level differs significantly according to the variables of branch, education level and inservice training development studies. Another result of the study is that primary and secondary school teachers have a high level of commitment to the curriculum. While there is no significant difference in the level of commitment of the teachers to the curriculum according to the variables of gender, branch, type of school graduated, the duration of emplayment in the profession and the socio-economic level of the school; a statistically significant difference was observed according to the variables of education status and inservice training development studies. In addition, another data reached is that there is a moderately positive and significant relationship between curriculum literacy proficiency subdimensions and commitment to the curriculum. In this context; it was stated that the necessary importance should be given to the subject of the curriculum in order to increase the level of curriculum literacy and commitment to the curriculum of primary and secondary school teachers. In addition, some suggestions have been listed in order to increase the level of program literacy and program commitment such as directing teachers to graduated education programs, receving inservice training related to the curriculum and supporting their participation in program development studies.

Tarihsel süreç içerisinde toplumlar arası etkileşimin gelişmesi neticesinde yabancı dil öğrenim ihtiyacı her geçen gün artmaktadır. Küreselleşen dünyada yabancı dil öğrenme yaşı okul öncesi seviyesine kadar inmiştir. Bu bağlamda çeşitli sebeplerle hem yurt dışında hem de yurt içinde Türkçenin yabancı dil olarak öğretimi de gittikçe artan bir ilgiyle karşı karşıyadır. Bu durumun bir sonucu olarak ülkemizde yaşayan göçmen nüfusun eğitim çağına erişmiş çocuklarının Türkçeyi erken yaşta öğrenmelerini ve eğitim sistemimize entegre sürecini sağlama amacıyla çocuklara yabancı dil olarak Türkçe öğretimi alanı üzerine önemli çalışmalar yapılmaktadır. Türkçenin erken yaştaki çocuklara yabancı dil olarak öğretimi faaliyetlerinin artması temel eğitim materyali olan ders kitaplarının da bu alana özgü içeriklere sahip olmasını gerekli kılmaktadır. Bu nedenle alanyazında farklı materyallerin üretilmesi bir zorunluluk hâlini almıştır. Alanda hazırlanacak bu materyallerin temel hedefi; öğrencilere dinleme/izleme, konuşma, okuma ve yazma becerilerini kazandırmaktır. Burada nicel yeterlilikten ziyade nitel yeterliliği sağlamak amaç edinilmelidir. Bu bağlamda çalışmamızın kuramsal çerçeve bölümünde çocuk kavramının ne olduğu, çocukların gelişim dönemleri, dil öğrenme süreçleri ve dil becerileri açıklanmıştır. Bu çalışma, ülkemizde yaşayan 6-12 yaş aralığında bulunan göçmen çocuklara Türkçe öğretmek amacıyla hazırlanmış "Hayat Boyu Türkçe 1-2-3" kitap setinin Türkçenin Yabancı Dil Olarak Öğretimi Programı'nda bulunan okuma becerisine ait kazanımları ne düzeyde karşıladığının tespiti ve Program'ın ilköğretim ikinci kademe A1 seviye izlence listeleri içerisinde bulunan okuma becerisi kazanımlarına yönelik etkinlik önerileri sunulmasını amaçlamaktadır. Bunun yanı sıra "Hayat Boyu Türkçe 1-2-3" ders kitaplarındaki etkinliklerin öğrencinin okuma ve okuduğunu anlama stratejilerini ne düzeyde harekete geçirdiği de ölçülmeye çalışılmıştır. Yapılan doküman analizi neticesinde ders kitaplarındaki etkinliklerin eksiklikleri tespit edilmiş ve bu eksikliklerin giderilmesi amacıyla çalışmanın bulgular ve yorumlar bölümünde Türkçenin Yabancı Dil Olarak Öğretimi Programı ilköğretim ikinci kademe A1 seviye izlencelerinin okuma kazanımlarını karşılaması amacıyla etkinlik örnekleri tasarlanmıştır. As a result of the development of inter-communal interaction in the historical process, the need for foreign language learning is increasing day by day. In the globalizing world, the age of learning a foreign language has decreased to the pre-school level. In this context, the teaching of Turkish as a foreign language, both abroad and in the country, is facing an increasing interest for various reasons. As a result of the fact, crucial studies are carried out on the field of teaching Turkish as a foreign language to children to ensure that the children of the immigrant population living in our country, who have reached the educational age, learn Turkish at an early age and that the integration process into our education system. Increasing activities of teaching Turkish as a foreign language to young children, put forward needs about textbooks that should have suitable content. For this reason, it has become a necessity to produce different materials in the literature. The main objective of these materials to be prepared in the field; to help students gain listening/watching, speaking, reading, and writing skills. Here, it should be aimed to provide qualitative competence rather than quantitative competence. In this context, in the theoretical framework section of our study, what the concept of child is, developmental periods of children, language learning processes and language skills are explained. The main purpose of the study is to systematize the skills acquisitions in the Teaching Turkish as a Foreign Language Program of the "Lifelong Turkish 1-2-3" book set, which was prepared to teach Turkish to immigrant children aged 6-12 in our country. In the findings section, it has been tried to examine to what extent the reading skill acquisitions of the program, which are included in the secondary school A1 level syllabuses, are met in the textbooks. In addition, it was tried to measure to what extent the activities in the "Lifelong Turkish 1-2-3" textbooks activate the reading and reading comprehension strategies of the students. As a result of the document analysis, the deficiencies of the activities in the textbooks were determined, and in order to eliminate these deficiencies, thematic sample activity designs were prepared for the curriculum of the Teaching Turkish as a Foreign Language Program in primary education second grade A1 level in the suggestions section of the study.

Bu çalışma sosyal bilgiler dersi eğitiminde 5N1K Yöntemi ile ders sonlandırmanın öğrencilerin akademik başarısı ve kalıcılığı üzerine etkisini araştırmayı amaçlamıştır. Araştırma, 2020-2021 eğitim ve öğretim yılının 2. yarıyılında, Kayseri İl Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğü'ne bağlı olan Akdere İmam Hatip Ortaokulu ile Mahzemin İmam Hatip Ortaokulunda öğrenim gören 7. sınıf öğrencileri üzerinde yürütülmüştür. Ön test uygulaması yapılan 4 sınıftan puan ortalamaları birbirine en yakın olan Mahzemin İmam Hatip Ortaokulu 7/A Şubesi, Mahzemin İmam Hatip Ortaokulu 7/B şubesi ve Akdere İmam Hatip Ortaokulu 7/A şubesi, Akmescit Garip Altemel Ortaokulu 7/A şubesi örnekleme alınmıştır. Hangi sınıfın deney grubu ve hangi sınıfın kontrol grubu olacağı random atama ile belirlenmiştir. Buna göre Akdere İmam Hatip Ortaokulu 7/A Şubesi deney grubunu, Mahzemin İmam Hatip Ortaokulu 7/A Şubesi ise kontrol grubunu oluşturmuştur. Alt problemlerde ifade edilen durumlara ilişkin istatistiksel analizler SPSS for Windows paket programında gerçekleştirilmiştir. İstatiksel analizler sonucunda aşağıdaki bulgular elde edilmiştir: 1. Kontrol grubunun ön test-son test sonuçları karşılaştırıldığında kontrol grubunun ön test ve son testi arasında anlamlı bir farklılık bulunmamıştır. 2. Deney grubunun ön test-son test sonuçları karşılaştırıldığında deney grubunun son testi lehine anlamlı bir farklılık bulunmuştur. 3. Deney ve kontrol grubu son test sonuçları karşılaştırıldığında her iki grubun son test sonuçları arasında anlamlı bir farklılık yoktur. 4. Deney ve kontrol grubunun kalıcılık testi sonuçları karşılaştırıldığında deney grubu ve kontrol grubu kalıcılık testi arasında anlamlı bir farklılık yoktur 5. Deney grubu son test-kalıcılık testi sonuçları karşılaştırıldığında son test ve kalıcılık testi arasında deney grubunun son testi lehine anlamlı bir farklılık bulunmuştur. 6. Kontrol grubu son test ve kalıcılık testi sonuçları karşılaştırıldığında son test ve kalıcılık testi arasında anlamlı bir farklılık yoktur. Araştırma sonucunda ulaşılan bulgulara dayanarak, gelecekte yapılacak araştırmalar için çeşitli öneriler getirilmiştir. This study aims to work on the academic and permanence of completing the courses with the WH-QUESTIONS Method in social studies education. The research is comprehensive about the 7th education in Akdere Imam Hatip Secondary School and Mahzemin Imam Hatip Secondary School, which are affiliated to Kayseri Provincial Directorate of National Education, in the 2nd year of 2020-2021 education and training. Mahzemin Imam Hatip Secondary School 7/A Branch, Mahzemin Imam Hatip Secondary School 7/B store, Akdere Imam Hatip Secondary School 7/A store, Akmescit Garip Altemel Secondary Secondary School 7/A branch were taken as the sample from the 4 classes that were the pre-test application. Which class's experimental group and which class's control group is made by random assignment. Accordingly, Akdere Imam Hatip Secondary School 7/A Branch Imam Hatip Secondary School 7/A Branch formed control groups. Evaluations according to the concept of expression in subproblems can be performed in SPSS for Windows. In terms of statistical analysis, it has been ensured: 1. When the pretest-posttest results of the control group were compared, no significant difference was found between the pretest and posttest of the control group. 2. When the pretest-posttest results of the experimental group were compared, a significant difference was found in favor of the posttest of the experimental group. 3. When the post-test results of the experimental and control groups are compared, there is no significant difference between the post-test results of both groups. 4. When the permanence test results of the experimental and control groups are compared, there is no significant difference between the retention test of the experimental group and the control group. 5. When the posttest permanence test results of the experimental group were compared, a significant difference was found between the posttest and the permanence test in favor of the posttest of the experimental group. 6. When the control group posttest and retention test results are compared, there is no significant difference between posttest and retention test. Based on the findings obtained as a result of the research, various suggestions were made for future research.

Fiilimsiler, Türkçenin sentaksında önemli yer tutarlar. Üstelik Türkçeyi yabancı dil olarak öğrenen/öğretenlerin zorlandıkları konulardan biridir. Bu tez çalışmasında; fiilimsi, isim-fiil konuları ve dil bilgisi öğretimi, bu konudaki yaklaşım/yöntemler gibi isim-fiillerin öğrenilmesini etkileyen konular dilbilimcilerin verdikleri bilgiler ışığında açıklanmıştır. Yabancı dil olarak Türkçe öğreniminde/öğretiminde kullanılan kitaplarda yer alan isim-fiiller konusu ve etkinlikleri Avrupa ortak öneriler çerçevesi ve dilbilimcilerin bilgileri doğrultusunda incelenip değerlendirilmiştir. Konunun öğretimine yönelik eksikleri kapatmak amacıyla konu anlatımı örneğine yer verilmiştir. Konu anlatım örneğinin ardından konunun kalıcı öğrenilmesinin sağlanması bakımından öğrenilenlerin uygulanabileceği etkinlikler hazırlanmıştır. Araştırma neticesinde yabancılara Türkçe öğretiminde kullanılan kitapların isim-fiil öğretimi konusunda birçok tamamlanması gereken eksikliğe sahip olduğu görülmüştür. Türkçe öğrenen öğrencilerin sadece bu kitapları kullanarak öğretmen olmadan Türkçeyi öğrenemeyecekleri ve bu durumun Türkçe öğreniminin sınırlı alanlara ulaşabileceği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Verbals have an important place in the syntax of Turkish. Moreover, it is one of the subjects that those learning/teaching Turkish as a foreign language have difficulties. In this thesis study; Subjects that affect the learning of noun-verbs such as gerunds, infinitive subjects and grammar teaching, approaches/methods on this subject are explained in the light of the information given by linguists. The subject and activities of infinitives in the books used in the teaching/learning of Turkish as a foreign language were examined and evaluated in line with the European common recommendations framework and the knowledge of linguists. In order to close the deficiencies in teaching the subject, an example of lecture is given. Following the lecture example, activities were prepared in which what was learned can be applied in order to ensure permanent learning of the subject. As a result of the research, it has been seen that the books used in teaching Turkish to foreigners have many deficiencies in the subject of infinitive teaching. It has been concluded that students learning Turkish cannot learn Turkish without a teacher using only these books, and this situation can reach limited areas of Turkish learning.

Bu çalışma Kırşehir ilinde Sosyal Bilgiler dersini almış olan öğrencilere yönelik olup Antropoloji disiplini ve Sosyal Bilgiler öğretimi program içeriğinde yer alan ortak sayılabilecek kavramlar üzerinden değerlendirilmiştir. Yapılan değerlendirmenin öğretim programı ve ders programı hazırlayanlarına, akademisyenlere, öğretmenlere, öğrencilere, Antropoloji disiplininden ve kültürel aktarım yoluyla bilgi ve merak oluşturacak şekilde, Sosyal Bilgiler öğretiminde daha çok kullanılmasının katkı sağlaması amaçlanmıştır. Araştırma, nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden yararlanılarak yapılmıştır. Bu araştırmanın çalışma grubu 2020-2021 eğitim öğretim yılında Kırşehir ili ilkokul ve ortaokul öğrencilerine toplam 40 öğrenci üzerinden açık uçlu form oluşturularak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Veriler elde edildikten sonra içerik analizi yöntemi ile değerlendirme yapılmıştır. Araştırma ile ilgili bulgular, maddeler halinde sunulmuştur. Araştırma sonucunda; Sosyal Bilgiler öğretiminde Antropoloji disiplininden ve kültürel aktarımda öğretmenlerin daha çok yararlanmalarını, öğrencilerin bilgi ve merak düzeylerini artıracak şekilde daha çok kullanılmasının öğrencilere yarar sağlayacağı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. This study has been evaluated through the common concepts in the content of the Anthropology discipline and Social Studies teaching program for students who have taken the Social Studies course in Kırşehir. It is aimed to contribute to the use of the evaluation made more in the teaching of Social Studies from the discipline of Anthropology to the curriculum and course program preparers, academicians, teachers and students. The research was conducted with a survey study, one of the qualitative research methods. The study group of this research was carried out by creating a questionnaire on 40 students in total for primary and secondary school students in Kırşehir province in the 2020-2021 academic year. After the data were obtained, the evaluation was made with content analysis. Findings related to the research are presented as items. As a result of the research; It has been concluded that it will be beneficial for teachers to benefit more from the discipline of Anthropology in Social Studies teaching, and to use the concepts that have accumulated from past to present within the scope of cultural transfer to students, effectively and in a way that will increase their use in social life.

Sosyal Bilgiler eğitiminde Sosyoloji farklı sınıf düzeylerinde ve farklı disiplinlerle ilişkisi kurulan alanlardan bir tanesidir. Bu araştırmada2018-2019 eğitim-öğretim yılında uygulanmaya başlanan ve yenilenen Sosyal Bilgiler öğretim programı, program içerisindeki öğrenme alanları ve Ortaöğretim Sosyoloji öğretim programı incelenerek sosyolojinin Sosyal Bilgiler eğitimi ile ilişkisini ortaya koymak amaçlanmaktadır. Sosyal Bilgiler öğretim programı incelendiğinde sosyoloji bilimi ile ilgili birçok terim ve kavramın programda bulunduğu göze çarpmaktadır. Bu bahsedilen kavramlar yenilenen Sosyal Bilgiler öğretim programında öğrenme alanları içinde yer bulmuştur .Bu ilişkiyi tüm öğrenme alanları açısından ayrıntılı şekilde incelemek Sosyal Bilgiler dersindeki ilişkilendirmelerin daha görünür hale gelmesine katkı sağlayacaktır. Araştırmada nitel araştırma modeli olan görüngü bilim deseni kullanılmıştır. Sosyal bilgiler öğretim programındaki öğrenme alanlarının sosyoloji ile ilişkisinin bütüncül olarak ortaya çıkarılmak istenmesi araştırmayı görüngü bilim desenine yönlendirmiştir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu Nevşehir il merkezinde ve farklı köylerde sosyal bilgiler öğretmenliği yapan 18 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Çalışma grubunun belirlenmesinde amaçlı örnekleme yöntemlerinden biri olan ölçüt örnekleme kullanılmıştır. Özel örnekleme, derinlemesine bir araştırma yapmak için araştırma kapsamında bilgi açısından zengin durumların seçilmesidir. Çalışma grubu belirlenirken amaçlı örneklem yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada veri toplamak amacıyla yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılmıştır. Görüşme formu araştırmacı tarafından ilgili literatürden faydalanılarak oluşturulmuştur. Görüşme formu 2 bölümden oluşmaktadır. İlk bölümde öğretmenlerin kişisel bilgilerinin yer aldığı sorular bulunurken; ikinci bölümde öğretmenlerin sosyal bilgiler öğretim programındaki öğrenme alanlarının sosyoloji ile ilişkisine yönelik görüşlerinin tespit edilmesine dönük hazırlanan sorular yer almaktadır. Veriler araştırmacı tarafından Haziran-Ağustos dönemi arasında yüz yüze görüşme yöntemi ile toplanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler içerik analizi yöntemi ile analiz edilmiş kodlanmış ve tablolar haline getirilerek yorumlanmıştır. Araştırmanın sonunda sosyal bilgiler öğretmenlerinin sosyolojinin ve sosyal bilgilerin birbirlerini tamamlayan olgular olduğunu ifade ettikleri, sosyoloji ve sosyal bilgiler dersinin birbirini bütünlediğini düşündükleri, sosyal bilgiler öğretim programında sosyolojiye yer verilmesi gerektiğini düşündükleri ve sosyal bilgiler öğretim programında sosyoloji ile ilişkili öğrenme alanlarının dersin amacına yüksek düzeyde katkısı olduğunu düşündükleri görülmüştür. Sosyal bilgiler dersinin ortaya çıkışında kıta Amerika'sına farklı coğrafyalardan yapılan göçler sonucunda çok unsurlu toplumu ortak değerler etrafında birleştirme amacı olmuştur. Sosyal Bilgiler 2018 öğretim programı incelendiğinde Etkin Vatandaşlık öğrenme alanına yer verilmiştir. Bu öğrenme alanının 2005'deki Güç Yönetim ve Toplum ile Gruplar Kurumlar ve Sosyal Örgütler öğrenme alanının yerine geldiğini görmekteyiz. Ülkemizde daha çok hukuk ve siyaset bilimi alanında kullanılan kamu yararı kavramı ABD, Yeni Zelanda gibi ülkelerin Sosyal Bilgiler Öğretim programında bir değer olarak görmekteyiz. Betimsel tarama modellenen çalışmada öğrencilerin kamu yararına karşı görüşlerini alabilmek amacı ile 12 sorudan oluşan bir form oluşturulmuştur. Tokat ili Erbaa ilçesinde bulunan okulda yapılan uygulama 50 öğrenci katılmıştır. Öğrencilerin vermiş oldukları cevaplar içerik analizi yöntemi kullanarak titizlikle analiz edilmiştir. Öğrencilerin kamu, kamu yararı gibi kavramları bilmediği toplumsal ihtiyaçların aslında kendi ihtiyaçları, toplumun çıkarlarının aslında kendi çıkarları olduğunu bilmedikleri görüşmüştür. Sonuç olarak Sosyal Bilgiler dersinde öğrencilere aktarılacak kamu yararı değerine ihtiyaç duyulduğu anlaşılmıştır. In the emergence of the social studies course, it was aimed to unite the multi-component society around common values as a result of migrations from different geographies to continental America. When the Social Studies 2018 curriculum is examined, the learning area of Active Citizenship is included. We see this learning area superseding the Power Management and Society and Groups Institutions and Social Organizations learning area in 2005. We see the concept of public interest, which is mostly used in the field of law and political science in our country, as a value in the Social Studies Curriculum of countries such as the USA and New Zealand. In the study, which was modeled as a descriptive survey, a form consisting of 12 questions was created in order to get the opinions of the students against the public interest. 50 students participated in the application in the school located in Erbaa district of Tokat province. The answers given by the students were meticulously analyzed using the content analysis method. It was seen that the students did not know the concepts such as public and public interest, and they did not know that the social needs were actually their own needs, and that the interests of the society were actually their own interests. As a result, it has been understood that there is a need for public benefit value to be transferred to the students in the Social Studies course.

Yeni bir dil öğrenmek, bilinmeyene yelken açmak demektir. Goethe, "bir yabancı dili bilmeyen, kendi dilini de tam olarak bilemez" derken insanların yeni diller öğrenmesinin gerekliliğine vurgu yapmıştır. Çünkü kişi yabancı dil öğrenimi sırasında öğrendiklerini ana dili ile mukayese eder ve ancak bazı durumlarda öğrenilen dildeki bir terim ana dilde karşılık bulamayabilir. Böyle durumlarda bu defa önceden öğrenilen yabancı dil ile mukayese eder ve burada bir karşılık bulabildiğinde iki yabancı dil arasında bir köprü kurmuş olur. Bu durum da sonradan öğrenilen yabancı dil için bir avantaj sağlayabilir. Birçok ülkede olduğu gibi Türkiye'de de birinci yabancı dil İngilizcedir. Diğer diller ise kişisel istek ya da zorunluluktan dolayı ikinci yabancı dil olarak değerlendirilmektedir. Ülkemizde, uzun zamandır yapılmış olan yatırımlar, sanayi ve ekonominin diğer alanlarındaki gelişmeler ve ülke olarak ikili ilişkilerin çok eskiye dayanması nedeniyle Almanya ve Almancaya olan ilgi giderek artmaktadır. Almancanın önemli olmasının sebebi sadece ikili ilişkilerin iyi olması veya Almanya'nın ekonomik gücünden dolayı değildir. Aynı zamanda Avrupa'da en çok konuşulan ana dil olması da Almancayı ikinci yabancı dil olarak öğrenme konusunda diğer illerden bir adım öne taşımıştır. Kişi ilk defa yeni bir dil öğrenirken bazı tecrübeler edinir ve kendince stratejiler geliştirir. Sonrasında öğrenilen yabancı diller içinse bu tecrübe ve stratejileri kullanmak kişiye birçok avantaj sağlar. Bazen öğrenilen diller birbirinden çok farklı yapılara sahip ise bu strateji ve tecrübeler pek işe yaramayabilir, ama birinci yabancı dili İngilizce olan kişi, ikinci yabancı dil olarak Almanca öğrenmeye çalıştığında, İngilizceden edindiği bilgi birikimini, tecrübesini ve stratejilerini rahatlıkla kullanabileceği ortamlar yakalayabilir. Bunun sebebi ise İngilizce ve Almancanın aynı dil ailesinde bulunması ve bundan dolayı birçok ortak noktaya sahip olmasıdır. Nitel bir araştırma olan bu çalışmada doküman analizi ve tarama tekniğinden yararlanılmıştır. Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı'nın 2018 yılında yayımlamış olduğu "Almanca Dersi Öğretim Programı" temel alınarak, bu çalışma için daha önceden bu alanda yapılmış çalışmalar incelenmiş ve bu çalışmalardan yararlanılarak, İngilizcenin Almanca için köprü dil olarak kullanılabileceği ya da kullanılamayacağı alanlar verilen örneklerle gösterilmeye çalışılmıştır. Learning a new language means sailing into the unknown. Goethe emphasized the need for people to learn new languages when he said that "he who does not know a foreign language cannot know his own language well". Because a person compares what he has learned during foreign language learning with his mother tongue, and only in some cases a term in the learned language may not find a correspondence in the mother tongue. In such cases, this time it compares with the previously learned foreign language, and when it finds an answer here, it builds a bridge between the two foreign languages. This situation can provide an advantage for the foreign language learned later. As in many countries, the first foreign language in Turkey is English. Other languages are considered as a second foreign language due to personal desire or necessity. In our country, the interest in Germany and German is gradually increasing due to the investments made for a long time, the developments in the industry and other fields of the economy, and the fact that the bilateral relations as a country go back a long time. The reason why German is important is not only because of good bilateral relations or Germany's economic power. At the same time, being the most spoken mother tongue in Europe has taken German one step ahead of other languages in learning as a second foreign language. While learning a new language for the first time, a person gains some experiences and develops strategies on his/her own. For foreign languages learned afterwards, using these experiences and strategies provides many advantages to the person. Sometimes, these strategies and experiences may not work well if the languages learned have very different structures from each other, but when a person whose first foreign language is English tries to learn German as a second foreign language, they can find environments where they can easily use the knowledge, experience and strategies they have gained from English. The reason for this is that English and German are in the same language family and therefore have many common points. In this study, which is a qualitative research, document analysis and scanning technique were used. Based on the "German Course Curriculum" published by the Ministry of National Education in 2018, previous studies in this field were examined for this study, and by making use of these studies, the areas where English could or could not be used as a bridge language for German were tried to be shown with examples.

Bu araştırma ile Türkiye'de bulunan mülteci çocukların devam ettikleri ilkokulların yönetiminin okul yöneticileri, öğretmenler ve mülteci velilerin bakış açılarıyla değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırma, nitel araştırma yaklaşımlarından durum çalışması olarak tasarlanmıştır. Çalışma grubu belirlenirken amaçlı örneklemeden ölçüt örnekleme ve maksimum çeşitlilik kullanılarak, Nevşehir ilindeki mülteci çocuk sayısı bakımından en kalabalık ilk dört ilkokulun yöneticileri, öğretmenleri, mülteci velileri belirlenmiştir. Toplam 8 öğretmen, 7 okul yöneticisi ve 8 mülteci veli ile görüşme yapılmıştır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak, araştırmacılar tarafından geliştirilen, uzman görüşü alınan ve pilot uygulamalarla son şekli verilen yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formları kullanılarak yüz yüze görüşmeler gerçekleştirilmiştir. Görüşmeler sonucu veriler betimsel ve içerik analizi ile analiz edilmiştir. Okul yöneticilerinin, öğretmenlerin ve mülteci velilerin yanıtları doğrultusunda kategori ve kodlar belirlenmiştir. Araştırma bulgularının güvenirliğini sağlamak amacıyla katılımcı görüşlerinden alıntılara yer verilmiştir. Araştırmanın sonucunda başta mülteci çocukların dil sorunu olmak üzere, okula ve sınıfa uyum, kültür uyuşmazlığı, devam, kayıt, temizlik, veli ilgisizliği vb. sorunlarının yaşandığı sonuçlarına ulaşılmıştır. Bununla birlikte mülteci velilerin diğer veliler ile iletişim halinde olmadığı, diğer velilerin mülteci çocukları okulda istemedikleri, okul yöneticilerinin kaynak sıkıntısı yaşadığı, ek yazışmalar yaptıkları, mülteci çocuk sayısı bakımından kalabalık olan okulların çevrede mülteci okulu olarak anılmaya başlandığı, öğretmenlerin birleştirilmiş sınıf mantığı ile ders işledikleri sonuçlarına ulaşılmıştır. Araştırmada ortaya çıkan sorunların nedenleri ve sorunlara ilişkin çözüm önerileri irdelenmiştir. Mülteci çocukların sınıflara yerleştirilmeden önce dil eğitimine tabi olmaları, mülteci velilerin ikamet edecekleri yerler ilgili kuruluşlar tarafından planlanmalı ve doğru organize edilerek hem belli bölgelerde yığılmalar önlenmeli hem de mülteci çocuklar diğer okullara eşit şekilde dağıtılmalı, önerilerinde bulunulmuştur. The aim of this research is to evaluate the management structure of primary schools in Turkey where refugee children are educated from the perspective of school administrators, teachers and refugee parents. The research was designed as a case study from qualitative research approaches. While determining the study group, criterion sampling from purposive sampling and maximum diversity sampling method were used and school administrators, teachers and refugee parents of the four most crowded primary schools in Nevşehir were determined in terms of the number of refugee children. A total of 8 teachers, 7 school administrators and 8 refugee parents were interviewed. Semi-structured interview forms developed by the researchers were used as data collection tool in the research. While forming the interview questions, expert opinion was taken and was tested with pilot applications. The data were analyzed by descriptive analysis and content analysis. Categories and codes were determined in line with the answers given by school administrators, teachers and refugee parents. In order to ensure the reliability of the research findings, quotations from the participants' opinions are included. As a result of the research, especially the language problem of refugee children, adaptation to school and class, cultural incompatibility, attendance, registration, cleaning, parental indifference, etc. The results of the problems were reached. However, it has been concluded that refugee parents are not in contact with other parents, other parents do not want refugee children at school, school administrators have a shortage of resources, they make additional correspondence, schools that are crowded in terms of refugee numbers are referred to as refugee schools in the environment, and teachers teach with a combined class logic. The causes of the problems that emerged in the study and the solutions for the problems were also examined. It has been suggested that refugee children should receive language training before being placed in classrooms, refugee parents' accommodation should be planned and arranged by relevant institutions, crowding in certain regions should be prevented, and refugee children should be distributed equally to other schools.

Araştırmada, ilkokul 3. sınıf Hayat Bilgisi dersinde "kavram öğretiminin" etkinliklerle (şarkı, şiir, tekerleme, akrostiş, masal, bilmece ve geleneksel çocuk oyunlarıyla) desteklenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçla, kavram öğretimine yönelik hazırlanan etkinlikler uygulanmış; bu etkinliklerin öğrencilerin başarı düzeylerine etkisi tespit edilmiş ve uygulama süreci değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışmada nicel araştırma desenlerinden ön test son test kontrol gruplu yarı deneysel desen (seçkili) kullanılmıştır. Deneysel işlem; kavram öğretimine yönelik uygulayıcı tarafından hazırlanan ve uzman görüşü alınmış etkinliklerin uygulanması için yapılan oturumlara katılan deney grubu öğrencilerinin deneysel işlem öncesi ve sonrası akademik başarılarını belirlemek amacıyla ön test son test kontrol gruplu deneme modeline göre gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu 2020-2021 öğretim yılında Nevşehir Merkez ilçeye bağlı bir ilkokulun A ve B şubelerinde öğrenim gören 42 3.sınıf öğrencisi oluşturmaktadır. Bu öğrenciler, seçkili atama ile iki gruba ayrılmıştır. Gruplardan biri deney, diğeri kontrol grubu olarak seçilmiştir. Sonuç olarak araştırmaya katılan öğrencilerin 21'i deney grubunda, 21'i de kontrol grubunda yer almıştır. Araştırma verileri, nicel araştırma veri toplama tekniklerine uygun olarak araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen "Kavram Başarı Testi" ile toplanmıştır. Bu bağlamda çalışma gruplarında yer alan öğrencilerin seviyelerini belirlemek amacıyla "Kavram Başarı Testi" geliştirilmiş, başarılarını artırmak amacıyla kavram etkinlikleri tasarlanmıştır. Deney ve kontrol grubunun akademik başarılarının ön test ve son testlerini ölçmede ilişkisiz örneklemler t testi kullanılmıştır. Deney grubunun cinsiyet değişkeni açısından akademik başarısını test etmede, ön testinde mann whitney u, son testinde t testi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda: Deney ve kontrol grubu öğrencilerinin başarıları durumlarına (kavram öğrenmeyle ilgili) bakıldığında ön test sonuçlarında deney ve kontrol gruplarında anlamlı bir farklılık yoktur. Son test başarı puanına göre ise deney grubu öğrencilerinin başarı puanları arasında; deney grubu lehine anlamlı bir fark olduğu görülmüştür. Cinsiyet değişkeni açısından başarı testi son test puanlarında ise anlamlı bir farklılık bulunmamıştır. Bu sonuçlara göre Hayat Bilgisi dersinde kavram öğretiminin "şarkı, şiir, tekerleme, akrostiş, masal, bilmece ve geleneksel çocuk oyunlarıyla" entegre edilerek öğrenci seviyesine uygun bir şekilde geliştirilen etkinliklerle verilmesinin, öğrencilerin kavram öğrenimine yönelik kazanım düzeylerini olumlu bir şekilde etkilediğini söylemek mümkündür. In this study, it was aimed to support the "concept teaching" in the 3rd grade Life Studies course with activities (songs, poems, nursery rhymes, acrostics, fairy tales, riddles and traditional children's play). For this purpose, activities prepared for concept teaching were applied in the classroom, the effects of these activities on students' achievement levels were determined, and the implementation process was evaluated. The semi-experimental design (random) with pre-test, post-test, and control group, which is one of the quantitative research designs, was employed in the current study. In order to reveal who participated in the sessions for the implementation of the activities prepared by the practitioner for concept teaching and whose expert opinion was taken, and the students who did not participate in these sessions, experimental process was carried out. The experimental design was also used to determine the academic achievement of the experimental group students before and after the implementation procedure in comparison with the control group. The study group of the research consists of 42 3rd grade students studying in A and B sections of a primary school in Nevşehir Central district in the 2020-2021 academic year. These students were divided into two groups by random assignment. Afterwards, one of the groups was assigned as the experimental group and the other as the control group, randomly. As a result, 21 of the students participating in the research were in the experimental group and 21 of them were in the control group. The data of the study were collected with the "Concept Achievement Test" . In this context, the "Concept Achievement Test" was developed to determine the achievement of the students in the study groups, concept activities were designed to increase their success. In these processes, the dimensions in the achievement test were analyzed and compared separately. The result of the study showed that when the achievements of the experimental and control group students are examined (related to concept learning), there is no significant difference in the pre-test results between the experimental and control groups.According to the post-test achievement results, it was observed that there was a significant difference between the achievement scores of the experimental and control group students in favor of the experimental group. There was no significant difference in achievement test scores in terms of gender variable. According to these results, it is possible to say that integrating concept teaching with activities such as "songs, poems, rhymes, acrostics, fairy tales, riddles and traditional children's play" in the Life Studies course developed in accordance with the level of the students, positively affects both the students' achievement levels in concept learning towards the Life Studies.

Bu çalışma, ilkokul 1-4.sınıf matematik ders kitabında sayılar öğrenme alanı içerisinde yer alan doğal sayılar konusundaki basamak değeri kavramının Rogers'ın (2014) belirlemiş olduğu basamak değeri kavrayışı bileşenlerinden sayma, adlandırma, yeniden adlandırma, karşılaştırma, temsil etme, tahmin etme ve hesaplama açısından incelemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda araştırmada nitel veri toplama tekniklerinden doküman incelemesi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma kapsamında Millî Eğitim Bakanlığı komisyonu ve özel yayınevleri tarafından hazırlanan, 2020-2021 Eğitim-Öğretim yılında Nevşehir ilinde okutulan ilkokul 1., 2., 3. ve 4.sınıf matematik ders kitapları incelenmiştir. Verilerin analizinde betimsel analiz yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen bulgulara göre Rogers'ın (2014) zengin bir basamak değeri kavrayışı için belirlediği bileşenlerden adlandırma ve sayma 1.sınıftan 4.sınıfa kadar ders kitaplarında yer alırken, "yeniden adlandırma"nın alt boyutu olan "alışılmışın dışında ifade etme" ve "temsil etme"nin alt boyutu olan "standart/orantılı olmayan temsil" boyutlarının tüm sınıf düzeyindeki ders kitaplarında büyük ölçüde yer almadığı tespit edilmiştir. Bununla birlikte "karşılaştırma", "hesaplama" boyutları ders kitaplarında yer alırken, "arasında" alt boyutuna daha az yer verilmiştir. İlkokul Matematik Programındaki (İMP) basamak değeri kavrayışına yönelik kazanımlar incelendiğinde ise Rogers'ın (2014) basamak değeri kavrayışı bileşenlerinden "alışılmışın dışında ifade" ve "standart/orantılı olmayan temsil yer almazken; adlandırma, sayma, karşılaştırma, hesaplama boyutları İMP'deki kazanımları karşılamaktadır. Elde edilen bulgular doğrultusunda zengin bir basamak değeri kavrayışı için "yeniden adlandırma" ve "standart/orantılı olmayan temsil" boyutlarının ders kitaplarında yer verilmesi büyük önem arz etmektedir. The purpose of this study is to examine the concept of place value on natural numbers in the field of learning numbers in the primary school 1-4th grade mathematics textbook in terms of counting, naming, renaming, comparing, representing, estimating and calculation from which are the components of place value conception determined by Rogers (2014). In line with this purpose, document analysis, one of the qualitative date collection techniques, is used in the study. In the scope of the study, primary school 1st, 2nd 3rd and 4th grade mathematics textbooks, which were prepared by the Ministry of National Education commission and private publishing press and taught in Nevşehir in 2020-2021 Academic Year, were examined. Descriptive analysis method was used in the analysis of the data. According to the findings of the study, while counting and naming from which are the components determined by Rogers (2014) for a rich conception of the place value are included in the textbooks from the 1st to the 4th grade, "extraordinary expressing" which is the sub-dimension of "renaming" and "standard/non-proportional representation" which is the sub-dimension of "representing" have been determined that these sub-dimensions are largely not included in all-grade level textbooks. However, while "comparing" and "calculating" dimensions are included in the textbooks, "between" sub-dimension is given less place. When the acquisitions towards the conception of the place value in Primary School Mathematics Programme (IMP) were examined, while there is no "unusual expression" and "non-standard/non-proportional representation" from the components of Roger's (2014) place value conception; naming, counting, comparing and calculating dimensions meet the acquisitions in IMP. In line with the findings, to include "renaming" and "non-standard/non-proportional representation" dimensions in the textbooks has a great importance for a rich conception of place value.

Geçmişten günümüze eğitim ve öğretimde, aynı zamanda yabancı dil öğretiminde ders kitapları en çok kullanılan materyaller olarak görülmekte ve bu amaçla farklı yayınevleri ve merkezler tarafından farklı ders kitapları hazırlanmaktadır. Bu çalışmada da yabancı dil olarak Türkçe öğretiminde kullanılan Yedi İklim Türkçe ve Türkçeye Yolculuk öğretim seti dinleme ve okuma etkinlikleri süreç, diğer becerileri destekleme ve kültür aktarımı açısından karşılaştırmalı olarak incelenmiştir. Doküman analizi yöntemi kullanılan bu çalışmanın bulugular ve yorumlar bölümünde Yedi İklim Türkçe ve Türkçeye Yolculuk öğretim setleri karşılaştırmalı incelenmiştir. Dinleme becerisi diğer becerilere göre etkinlikleri açısından geride kalığı tespit edilmiş; Yedi İklim Türkçe Öğretim Seti'inde dinleme becerisine daha verimli etkinliklerin bulunduğu gözlemlenmiştir. Okuma etkinliklerinin her iki öğretim setinde diğer becerilere göre ön plana çıktığı ve diğer beceriler ile bütünlük içinde olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Dinleme süreci açısından dinleme öncesi ve sırası sürecinin ihmal edildiği; okuma süreci açısından ise okuma öncesine ait ünitelerin başlangıcında hazırlık çalışmaları dolaylı olarak verildiği ve okuma sırası sürecinin ihmal edildiği gözlemlenmiştir. Dinleme ve Okuma etkinliklerinin diğer dil becerilerini destekleme açısından her iki öğretim setinin başarılı olduğu ancak Yedi İklim Türkçe Öğretim Seti dinleme ve okuma etkinliklerinin yazma ve konuşma becerilerini destekleyecek sayıca fazla alıştırmalar barındırdığı gözlemlenmiştir. Kültür aktarımı açısından her iki öğretim setinin başarılı olduğu ancak Yedi İklim Türkçe Öğretim Seti hedef kültüre ait görselleri barındırdığı açısında ve Türkçeye Yolculuk Öğretim Seti sayısal olarak fazla kültür ögelerini barındırdığı açısından ön planda olduğu gözlemlenmiştir. Çalışmanın sonuç kısmında her iki öğretim setleri üzerine karşılaştırmalı olarak elde edilen bulgular değerlendirilerek önerilerde bulunmaya çalışılmıştır. From past to present, textbooks are seen as the most used materials in education and training, as well as in foreign language teaching, and different textbooks are prepared by different publishing houses and centers for this purpose. In this thesis, listening and reading activities of Yedi İklim Turkish and Türkçeye Yolculuk teaching set used in teaching Turkish as a foreign language were comparatively examined in terms of process, supporting other skills and transferring culture. Yedi İklim Turkish and Türkçeye Yolculuk teaching sets were examined comparatively in the findings and comments section of this thesis, in which the document analysis method was used. It has been determined that listening skill activities are behind in terms of their effectiveness compared to other skills; It has been observed that there are more productive activities for listening skills in the Yedi İklim Turkish Teaching Set. It has been determined that reading activities come to the forefront compared to other skills in both teaching sets and are in harmony with other skills. In terms of the listening process, pre-listening and during-listening processes are neglected; In terms of the reading process, it was observed that the preparatory work was indirectly given at the beginning of the pre-reading units and the reading order process was neglected. It has been observed that both teaching sets are successful in terms of supporting other language skills of listening and reading activities, but listening and reading activities of Yedi İklim Turkish Teaching Set contain too many exercises and questions to support writing and speaking skills. It has been observed that both teaching sets are successful in terms of cultural transfer, but Yedi Climate Turkish Teaching Set is in the foreground in terms of containing the visuals of the target culture and the Türkçeye Yolculuk Teaching Set in terms of containing numerically more cultural elements. In the conclusion part of the thesis, it has been tried to make suggestions by evaluating the comparative findings on both teaching sets.

Türkçenin yabancılara öğretimi günümüzde önemi giderek anlaşılan bir alan olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Yabancılara Türkçe öğretimi; değişen dünya, küreselleşme, çok dilli insan yetiştirme gibi pek çok nedenden dolayı ilgi görmeye başlamıştır. Türkçenin öğretilmesi alanında yapılan çalışmalarda Avrupa Dilleri Ortak Çerçeve Metni kılavuz alınmaktadır. Avrupa Dilleri Ortak Çerçeve Metni, yabancı dil öğretiminde evrenselliği yakalayabilmek ve ortak ölçütler bağlamında dil öğretimini gerçekleştirebilmek adına oluşturulmuş uluslararası bir standarttır. Bu çalışmada yabancı dil olarak Türkçe öğretiminde kullanılmak üzere Avrupa Ortak Çerçeve Metnine uygun bir site tasarlanıp, Web sitesindeki etkinlikleri öğrencilere uygulayarak öğrencilerin etkinliklere verdikleri cevaplardan elde edilen verilerle çevrimiçi etkileşim betimleyicilerinin yabancılara Türkçe öğretiminde etkilerini tespiti amaçlanmıştır. Çalışma kapsamında, alan yazın incelemesi yapıldıktan sonra uzmanlara kazanımlar belirlenerek bir web yazılımı geliştirilmiştir. Araştırma iki aşamadan oluşmuştur. Birinci aşamada araştırmanın tasarımı yapılmış, ikinci aşamada ise öğrencilere oyunlar uygulanarak elde edilen veriler incelenmiştir. Bu uygulama ERSEM'de öğrenim gören 20 öğrenciye uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler sonucunda öğrencilerin çoğunluğunun kazanımlara ulaştığı ve çevrimiçi etkileşimin yabancılara Türkçe öğretimine olumlu katkı sağladığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. The teaching of Turkish to foreigners is seen as an area that becomes increasingly important at the present day. The teaching of Turkish to foreigners which is neglected area of Turkish language for many years started to attract attention for many reasons such as changing world, globalizatin and education of multilingual people. In the studies carried out in the field of teaching Turkish, the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages is taken as a guide. CEFR is an international standard created in order to achieve universality in foreign language teaching and to realize language teaching in the context of common criteria. In this study, it was aimed to determine the effects of online interaction descriptors on teaching Turkish to foreigners with the data obtained from the answers given by the students to the activities by designing a site in accordance with the CEFR for use in teaching Turkish as a foreign language and applying the activities on the website to the students. Within the scope of the study, after the literature review, a web software was developed by determining the gains for the experts. The research consisted of two stages. In the first stage, the design of the research was made, and in the second stage, the data obtained by applying the games to the students were examined. This application was applied to 20 students studying at ERSEM. As a result of the data obtained, it was concluded that the majority of the students achieved the achievements and that online interaction contributed positively to teaching Turkish to foreigners.

Bu araştırmada, iletişimsel yaklaşım temelli dil öğrenme stratejilerine uygun dinleme etkinliklerinin B2 seviyesinde Türkçe öğrenenlerin dinleme becerilerine yönelik başarıya etkisi incelenmiştir. Araştırmada, kontrol gruplu öntest sontest araştırma deseni kullanılmıştır. Deneysel sürecin 6 hafta sürdüğü araştırmada, öntest ve sontest verilerini elde etmek için gruplara B2 seviyesi dinleme başarı testi uygulanmıştır. Deney ve kontrol grubu 2020-2021 bahar döneminde, Fırat Üniversitesi TÖMER'de Türkçe öğrenen B2 düzeyindeki 35 öğrenciden oluşmaktadır. Araştırmada, ders kitabına göre hazırlanan etkinliklerle kontrol grubunda ders yapılırken deney grubunda, iletişimsel yaklaşım temelli dil öğrenme stratejilerine uygun olarak hazırlanan 16 dinleme etkinliği uygulanmıştır. Araştırma boyunca dersler ilgili kurumun okutmanı ile sürdürülmüş araştırmacı ise derslere çevrim içi katılarak gözlemci olmuştur. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre, iletişimsel yaklaşım temelli dil öğrenme stratejilerine uygun dinleme etkinliklerinin, deney grubundaki öğrencilerin dinlediğini anlama başarı testi öntest sontest puan ortalamaları sonucunda aradaki farkın sontest lehine anlamlı olduğu belirlenmiştir. Bununla birlikte kontrol grubundaki öğrencilerin dinlediğini anlama başarı testi öntest sontest puan kıyaslaması arasında sontest lehine anlamlı farklılık olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır. Deney grubu ile kontrol grubunun dinlediğini anlama başarı testi öntest sontest puan ortalamaları arasındaki farka bakıldığında deney grubu lehine anlamlı farklılık olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak, iletişimsel yaklaşım temelli dil öğrenme stratejilerine uygun dinleme etkinliklerinin B2 seviyesinde Türkçe öğrenenlerin dinleme becerilerini geliştirdiği ve öğrenenleri başarılı kıldığı tespit edilmiştir. In this study, the effect of listening activities suitable for communicative approach-based language learning strategies on the success of listening skills of Turkish learners at B2 level was examined. In the research, pretest posttest research design with control group was used. In the study, in which the experimental process lasted for 6 weeks, the B2 level listening achievement test was applied to the groups in order to obtain the pretest and posttest data. Experimental and control group consists of 35 B2 level students learning Turkish at Fırat University TÖMER in the spring term of 2020-2021. In the research, 16 listening activities prepared in accordance with the communicative approach-based language learning strategies were applied in the experimental group, while the lessons were conducted in the control group with the activities prepared according to the textbook. During the research, the lessons were continued with the lecturer of the relevant institution, and the researcher became an observer by participating in the lessons online. According to the results obtained, it was determined that the difference between the listening activities suitable for communicative approach-based language learning strategies was significant in favor of the posttest as a result of the listening comprehension achievement test pretest posttest score averages of the students in the experimental group. In addition, it was concluded that there was a significant difference in favor of the posttest between the listening comprehension achievement test pretest posttest score comparison of the students in the control group. When the difference between the listening comprehension achievement test pretest posttest mean scores of the experimental group and the control group was examined, it was determined that there was a significant difference in favor of the experimental group. As a result, it has been determined that listening activities suitable for communicative approach-based language learning strategies improve the listening skills of Turkish learners at B2 level and make the learners successful.

Bu çalışmada hedeflenen amaç Sosyal Bilgiler ders kitaplarındaki etkinliklerin okul dışı eğitime uygunluk durumunun değerlendirilmesi ve buna ilişkin öğretmen görüşlerini alarak analiz edilmesini sağlamaktır. Bu amaçla çalışma grubunu 2019-2020 Eğitim-Öğretim yılı içerisinde Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı' na bağlı ortaokullarda değişen tarihlerde Sosyal Bilgiler dersi öğretmenler ile yapılan görüşmeler ve 2020-2021 Eğitim-Öğretim yılını kapsayan Sosyal Bilgiler ders kitaplarının içerik yönünden incelenmesi oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada veri toplamak amacıyla 'Öğretmen Görüşme Formu' kullanılmış olup aynı zamanda doküman inceleme yöntemine başvurulmuştur. Veri toplama süreci içerisinde konu ile ilgili literatür incelemesini, uzman kişiler tarafından oluşturulan makalelerin ve 'Sosyal Bilimlerde Nitel Araştırma Yöntemleri' adlı kitaptan esinlenerek oluşturulan 'Öğretmen Görüşme Formu' nun yeterli olduğu varsayılmıştır. Buna ek olarak çalışma gurubunu oluşturan Sosyal Bilgiler dersi öğretmenleriyle görüşmeler yapılmıştır. Çalışmada elde edilen bulgular doğrultusunda; Sosyal Bilgiler dersi öğretmenleri ders kitaplarının ve müfredatın okul dışı eğitimi bağlamında yetersiz kaldığını belirtmişlerdir. Yapılan ders kitapları incelemesi sonucunda ise kitaplarda sınıf dışı eğitimi alanına yönelik çeşitli etkinliklere yer verildiği ancak bir yaptırım söz konusu olmadığı için bu etkinliklerin sadece söylenip geçilerek göz ardı edildiği kanısı ortaya çıkmaktadır. Araştırma sonucunda bir grup öğretmen ders kitaplarının okul dışı eğitimi noktasında yeterli görürken, bir grup öğretmen ise yetersiz gördüğünü belirtmiştir. The aim of this study is to evaluate the eligibility of activities in Social Studies textbooks for out – of – class education and to analyze them bu taking teacher opinions. For his purpose, the working group consists of interviews with social studies teachers on diffirent dates in secondary schools affiliated with the Ministry of National Education in the 2019 – 2020 academic year and the content review of Social Studies textbooks covering the 2020-2021 academic year. In the research,'' Teacher's Opinion Form'' was used to collect data and document review analysis war also used. During the data collection process, it was assumed that the literature review on the subject, the articles created by experts and the '' Teacher Interview Form'' inspired by the book' Qualitative Research Methods In Social Sciences' were sufficient. In addition, interviews were held with the teachers of the Social Studies course that constituted the working group. In line with the findings of the study; Social Studies teachers stated that textbooks and curriculum were inadequate in the context of out – of- class education. As a result of the textbooks review, it is believed that variours activities aimed at the field of extra- classroom education are included in the boks, but these activities are ignored only by saying and passingthem bacause there is no sanction. As a result of the research, a group of teacherss deemed the textbooks sufficient for out – of- class eduation, while a group of teachers stated that they considered them inadequate. Araştırma alanı olan Tufanbeyli ilçesi, Akdeniz Bölgesi'nin Adana bölümünde bulunan Adana iline bağlıdır. Tufanbeyli'nin güneyinde Adana'nın Saimbeyli ilçesi, doğusunda Kahramanmaraş'ın Göksun ilçesi, kuzeydoğusunda Kayseri'nin Sarız ilçesi, batısında Kayseri'nin Tomarza ve Develi ilçeleri bulunmaktadır. Bu çalışmada Tufanbeyli ilçesinin somut olan ve somut olmayan kültürel değerleri coğrafya bakış açısıyla ele alınarak incelenmiştir. İlçe halkının doğal çevreyle etkileşimi sonucunda ortaya çıkardığı kültürel ürünler ve değerler tespit edilmiş ve bunların incelemesi yapılmıştır. Zengin bir kültürel birikime sahip olan ilçedeki kültürel unsurların mekânsal dağılımları ile bunların birbirleriyle olan ilişkileri tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Kültürel unsurların ilçenin fiziki, beşeri ve ekonomik coğrafya özellikleri ile bağlantıları saptanmış, kültürel unsurların coğrafyadan nasıl etkilendi ve coğrafyayı nasıl etkilediği tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Tufanbeyli'nin eski isimlerinden bir tanesinin kökeninin, yazın bu yörede yaylayıp hayvanlarını otlatan konar-göçer Yörüklerin faaliyetlerine dayandığı tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca kırsal mahallelerden bazıları ile dere, pınar, tepe ve sıradağlardan birkaçının isminin de konar-göçer Yörük obalarının isimlerini taşıdığı tespit edilmiştir. İlçede bulunan kale, cami, cemevi, kilise, çeşme, yayla ve konut gibi somut kültürel unsurlar coğrafya ile olan bağlantıları göz önünde bulundurularak incelenmiştir. Bu yapıların yapım tekniklerinde ve kullanılan malzeme seçiminde coğrafyanın ve kültürün nasıl bir etkiye sahip olduğu tespit edilmiştir. İlçede yürütülen tarım ve hayvancılık faaliyetlerinin coğrafya ile olan bağlantıları incelenmiş, bunların ilçedeki yemek kültürüne, giyim kuşam kültürüne, el sanatlarına olan etkileri incelenmiştir. İlçede uygulanan doğum, evlenme ve ölüm adetlerinin ilçenin kültüründen ve coğrafyasından etkilenerek nasıl şekillendiği, bu adetlerin günümüzde hangi değişikliklere uğradığı ele alınmıştır. İlçe halkı tarafından oluşturulan veya kullanılan dil ve edebiyat unsurları olan şiir, deyim, atasözü gibi türlerin coğrafya ve kültürle ilgili olanları ele alınarak bunlardan bazı örnekler verilmiştir. Tufanbeyli'deki yetişkinler ve çocuklar tarafından oynanan oyunların, ilçenin coğrafyasından ve ilçede yaşatılan kültürden ne şekilde etkilenerek oluştuğu ele alınmıştır. İlçede yaşayan halk, sağlık hizmetlerine ve ilaca ulaşımın zor olduğu eski dönemlerde halk hekimliği ve halk veterinerliği konularında kendi tedavi yöntemlerini geliştirmişlerdir. İnsanlar yakın çevreden elde ettikleri bitki ve malzemelerden yararlanarak bazı ilaçlar yapmışlar, değişik tedavi yöntemleri geliştirmişlerdir. Çalışmada bu ilaçlardan ve tedavi yöntemlerinden bahsedilmiştir. İlçede eskiden yaşayan, bazıları günümüzde de devam eden halk inanışlarından al basması, nazar değmesi, türbe ve yatır ziyareti gibi uygulamalar ile bunlarının bazılarının gerçekleştirildiği coğrafi yerler hakkında bilgiler verilmiştir. İlçe halkının uzun yıllar süren gözlemlerine dayanan, kültürel bir geçmişi de olan halk meteorolojisinin ve halk takviminin yaşlılar arasında hala yaşatıldığı tespit edilmiştir. İlçedeki coğrafi şartların, halk kültürü üzerindeki etkisinin zamanla azaldığı, bunun sonucunda da ilçede yaşayan kültürel unsurların değişime uğradığı veya yok olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Günümüzde ilçede yapılan meskenlerdeki yapım teknikleri ile kullanılan malzemeler eskiye göre büyük bir değişime uğramıştır. İnsanların coğrafi şartlara olan bağımlılıkları zayıflamıştır. İlçede yaşayan ve ilçenin coğrafyasından büyük oranda etkilenmiş olan giyim kültürü, yemek kültürü, doğum, evlenme ve ölüm adetleri, farklı gelenek ve görenekler değişime uğramıştır. Eskiden kullanılan bazı araç gereçler işlevini kaybetmiştir. Bu durumun oluşmasında haberleşme imkânlarının artması, teknolojik gelişmeler, ilçe halkının eğitim seviyesinin değişmesi gibi birçok faktörde etkili olmuştur. Yaptığımız bu çalışma sayesinde Tufanbeyli ilçesindeki somut olan ve somut olmayan kültürel coğrafi unsurların bir kısmı kayıt altına alınmış, kayıt altına alınanlar unutulup yok olma tehlikesinden kurtarılmıştır. Bu çalışma ile Tufanbeyli'de yetişen yeni nesiller, ilçe halkının geçmişte kullandıkları veya uyguladıkları kültürel unsurları coğrafya biliminin bakış açısıyla öğrenecekler ve onlarda bu öğrendikleri bilgileri daha sonraki nesillere taşıyabileceklerdir. Çalışmamız ayrıca daha sonra bu bölgede yapılabilecek benzer araştırmalar içinde kaynak niteliği taşıyacaktır. Çünkü yaptığımız çalışma, Tufanbeyli ilçesini kültürel coğrafya bakış açısıyla inceleyen ilk ve tek çalışmadır. Tufanbeyli district, which is the research area, is connected to Adana province in the Adana section of the Mediterranean Region. There are Saimbeyli district of Adana in the south of Tufanbeyli, Göksun district of Kahramanmaraş in the east, Sarız district of Kayseri in the northeast, Tomarza and Develi districts of Kayseri in the west. In this study, the tangible and intangible cultural values of the Tufanbeyli district were examined from the perspective of geography. Cultural products and values created by the people of the district as a result of their interaction with the natural environment have been identified and examined. The spatial distribution of the cultural elements in the district, which has a rich cultural background, and their relations with each other have been tried to be determined. The connections of the cultural elements with the physical, human and economic geography characteristics of the district were determined, how the cultural elements were affected by the geography and how they affected the geography were tried to be determined. It has been determined that the origin of one of the old names of Tufanbeyli is based on the activities of the nomadic nomads who spread and graze their animals in this region in summer. In addition, it has been determined that the names of some of the rural neighborhoods and a few of the creeks, springs, hills and mountain ranges bear the names of the nomadic nomad nomads. Concrete cultural elements such as castles, mosques, cemevis, churches, fountains, plateaus and residences in the district were examined by considering their connections with geography. It has been determined how geography and culture have an effect on the construction techniques of these structures and the selection of materials used. The connections of the agricultural and livestock activities carried out in the district with the geography were examined, and their effects on the food culture, clothing culture and handicrafts in the district were examined. It has been discussed how the birth, marriage and death customs applied in the district were shaped by being influenced by the culture and geography of the district, and what changes these customs have undergone today. Some examples of these genres such as poetry, idioms and proverbs, which are language and literary elements created or used by the people of the district, are discussed and some examples are given. It has been discussed how the games played by adults and children in Tufanbeyli were affected by the geography of the district and the culture kept alive in the district. The people living in the district developed their own treatment methods in folk medicine and public veterinary medicine in the old times when it was difficult to access health services and medicines. People have made some medicines by using the plants and materials they have obtained from the close environment and have developed different treatment methods. In this study, these drugs and treatment methods are mentioned. Information about the practices such as red flashing, evil eye, visiting tombs and tombs, and the geographical places where some of these were carried out, are given from folk beliefs that used to live in the district, some of which continue today. It has been determined that the folk meteorology and folk calendar, which has a cultural background and is based on the observations of the people of the district for many years, is still alive among the elderly. It has been determined that the effect of the geographical conditions in the district on the folk culture has decreased over time, and as a result, the cultural elements living in the district have changed or disappeared. Today, the construction techniques and the materials used in the dwellings built in the district have undergone a great change compared to the past. People's dependence on geographical conditions has weakened. Clothing culture, food culture, birth, marriage and death customs, different traditions and customs, which live in the district and have been greatly affected by the geography of the district, have changed. Some tools used in the past have lost their function. Many factors such as the increase in communication opportunities, technological developments, and the change in the education level of the people of the district have been effective in the formation of this situation. Thanks to this study, some of the tangible and intangible cultural and geographical elements in the Tufanbeyli district were recorded, and the recorded ones were saved from the danger of being forgotten and disappearing. With this study, the new generations who grew up in Tufanbeyli will learn the cultural elements that the people of the district used or applied in the past from the perspective of geography science and they will be able to carry this knowledge to the next generations. Our study will also serve as a source for similar research that can be done in this region in the future. Because our study is the first and only study that examines Tufanbeyli district from the point of view of cultural geography.

Bu çalışmanın amacı 8. sınıf öğrencilerinin mevsimlerin oluşumu konusundaki anlayışlarını bütünleştirici karma yöntem kullanarak karşılaştırmaktır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda önce nicel veriler, sonra nitel veriler son olarak da birleştirilmiş veriler incelenmiştir. Araştırma 2020–2021 öğretim yılının ilk yarısında İç Anadolu illerinden birinde toplam 7 okulda öğrenim gören ve “mevsimlerin oluşumu” konusuna ilişkin öğrenme sürecini tamamlamış sekizinci sınıf öğrencileri ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Nicel veriler için çoktan seçmeli 27 sorudan oluşan geçerliği ve güvenirliği sağlanmış bir başarı testi geliştirilmiştir. Nitel veriler için ise uzman görüşlerine başvurularak öğrenci çizimleri ve açıklamalarından yararlanılmıştır. Öğrencilerin çoktan seçmeli test puanlarının (%46,7), çizimlerinden elde edilen puanlarına (%38) göre daha yüksek olduğu izlenmekle birlikte aynı konulardaki başarı puanları paralel olarak artmış veya azalmıştır. Nicel ve nitel veriler incelendiğinde katılımcıların yetersiz bilgiye sahip oldukları veya yanılgı yaşadıkları kısmın; Dünya’nın hareketleri, eksen eğikliği ve uzaklık teorisi olduğu belirlenmiştir. Evrenin üç boyutu birlikte düşünüldüğünde, öğrencilerin mevsimlerin modelini, genellikle aynı bakış açısıyla çizdikleri saptanmıştır. Farklı bakış açıları kullanılarak hazırlanan sorularda ise zorlandıkları görülmüştür. Buradan hareketle ders kitapları ve öğretim etkinliklerinin öğrencilerin zihinlerinde oluşturduğu parçaları birleştirmede yetersiz kaldığı söylenebilir. Öğretim materyallerinde, evrenin farklı noktalarından görünümlerini içeren karşılaştırmalı çizimlere yer verilmesinin konu ile ilgili anlayışları geliştirmede fayda sağlayacağı düşünülmektedir. The aim of this study is to compare 8th-grade students' understanding of the formation of the seasons using the integrative mixed method. For this purpose, first quantitative data, then qualitative data, and finally the combined data were examined. The research was carried out with eighth-grade students who attended a total of 7 schools in one of the Central Anatolian provinces in the first half of the 2020-2021 academic year and completed the learning process on "the formation of the seasons". For quantitative data, an achievement test with 27-question multiple-choice validity and reliability was developed. For qualitative data, students' drawings and explanations were used by referring to expert opinions. Although it is observed that the multiple-choice test scores of the students (46.7%) are higher than the scores obtained from the drawings (38%), their success scores on the same subjects have increased or decreased in parallel. When the quantitative and qualitative data are examined, it is observed that the part of the participants having insufficient information or having mistakes; It has been determined that the movements of the Earth are axial inclination and distance theory. When the three dimensions of the universe are considered together, it has been determined that the students generally draw the models of the seasons from the same perspective. It was observed that they had difficulties in the questions prepared using different perspectives. From this point of view, it can be said that textbooks and teaching activities are insufficient to combine the pieces formed in students' minds. It is thought that using comparative drawings containing views of the universe from different points in the teaching materials will improve the understanding of the subject.

Bilim, Teknoloji, Mühendislik ve Matematik (STEM) eğitimine uluslararası bir perspektiften bakıldığında STEM’in önemi konusunda fikir birliği olsa da ülkelerin STEM politika belgelerinin çeşitli başlıklarda birbirinden farklılaştığı görülmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, Amerika Birleşik Devletleri (ABD), Avusturalya, Belçika, İrlanda, Hong Kong ve Kanada’nın STEM politikalarını karşılaştırmalı olarak inceleyerek Türkiye açısından farklı bakış açılarının oluşmasını sağlayacak bir senteze varmaktır. Araştırmada nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden doküman incelemesi tekniği kullanılmış, belirlenen ülkelerin STEM politika belgeleri incelenmiştir. Ülkelerin seçiminde amaçlı örnekleme yöntemlerinden ölçüt örnekleme kullanılmıştır. Araştırma verileri içerik analizi ile çözümlenmiştir. Araştırma bulgularına göre belirlenen ülkelerin STEM politikalarında eğitim, iş birliği, iş gücü ve politika temalarının üzerinde durulduğu görülmüştür. Ülkeler STEM politikalarını belirlerken mevcut durumlarına göre önceliklerini belirlemiştir. Öğretmen niteliği, fiziksel altyapı, paydaşlarla iş birliği, bütçe gibi başlıkların öne çıktığı görülmektedir. Ülkeler açısından yetiştirilecek insan kaynağının planlanmasında STEM yaklaşımı önemli yer tutmaktadır. STEM politika belgelerine bakıldığında ayrıca aileler, endüstri, sivil toplum kuruluşları (STK), üniversiteler, araştırma merkezleri, yerel yönetimler gibi paydaşların sürece katıldığı bütüncül yaklaşımların benimsendiği görülmektedir. Türkiye’de de STEM eğitimi ile ilgili çalışmalar yapılsa da eğitim yönetimi alanının bu yaklaşıma ilgi göstermediği söylenebilir. Dünya eğitiminin gündemini geriden takip etmemek için zaman kaybetmeden küresel hedefleri dikkate alarak yerel ihtiyaçlara göre hazırlanacak bir politika belgesi ortaya çıkarılmalıdır. Bu araştırma gibi STEM politikalarına yönelik yapılan araştırmaların sayısının artması özellikle politika yapıcılara yol gösterecektir. Considering Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) education from an international perspective, although there is consensus on the importance of STEM, it seems that countries' STEM policy documents differ from each other in various titles. The aim of this study is to examine the STEM policies of the USA, Australia, Belgium, Ireland, Hong Kong, and Canada comparatively and to come to a synthesis that will enable the formation of different perspectives for Turkey's reference. Document analysis technique, one of the qualitative research methods, was used in the study, and the STEM policy documents of the selected countries were examined. Criterion sampling from purposeful sampling methods was used in the selection of countries. Research data is analyzed by content analysis. According to the research findings, STEM policies of the countries determined focused on the themes of education, cooperation, labor force and policy.Countries have set their priorities according to their current situation when determining STEM policies. It is seen that headings such as teacher qualification, physical infrastructure, cooperation with stakeholders, and budget come to the fore. STEM approach plays an important role in planning human resources to be grown from the point of view of countries. Taking a closer look at STEM policy documents, it is observed that stakeholders like families, industry, NGOs, universities, research centers, local governments, and others participate in the process and holistic approaches are adopted. Although studies have been conducted on STEM education in Turkey, it can be said that the field of Educational Administration has hitherto displayed no interest inthe analysis of STEM documentation. In order not to follow the agenda of world education from behind, a policy document should be produced that will be prepared according to local needs whilst taking into account global goals without wasting time. An increase in the number of STEM policy studies, such as this research, will lead policy makers in particular.

Akademik dil, günlük dilden farklı olarak belli bir alana ait terimleri içeren ve her ne kadar günlük dildeki kelimeler kullanılsa da kendine özgü daha karmaşık bir yapıdır. Son yıllarda uluslararası öğrencilerin farklı ülkelerde eğitim almaya başlaması ile birlikte uluslararası öğrencilerin de akademik dili öğrenmelerinin önemi artmıştır. Akademik dinleme de bu süreçte öğrencilerin en çok kullandığı becerilerden biri olmuştur. Dinleme etkinliklerinin doğru dil öğrenme stratejileriyle hazırlanması, öğrencilerin dinleme becerilerinin gelişmesini sağlar. Yabancı dil öğretiminde akademik başarı için iyi bir yazma becerisine sahip olmak, gerek öğrenci gerekse araştırmacılar tarafından kabul edilen bir gerçektir. Yazma etkinliklerinin doğru yazma yaklaşım ve yöntemleriyle hazırlanması, öğrencilerin yazma becerilerinin gelişmesini sağlar.Akademik Türkçe derslerinde kullanılan en önemli materyallar arasında ders kitapları gelmektedir. Bu nedenle akademik Türkçe ders kitaplarının amaca uygun ve nitelikli olması gerekmektedir. Bunun yanı sıra akademik Türkçe ders kitaplarında dinleme etkinliklerinin dil öğrenme stratejilerine, yazma etkinliklerinin ise yazma yaklaşım ve yöntemlerine uygun hazırlanması çok önemlidir. Bugüne kadar akademik Türkçe ile ilgili yapılan çalışmalarda akademik Türkçe ders kitaplarındaki dinleme etkinlikleri dil öğrenme stratejilerine, yazma etkinlikleri ise yazma yaklaşım ve yöntemlerine göre incelenmemiştir. Nitel bir araştırma olan bu çalışmada doküman analizi tekniği kullanılmıştır. Erciyes Üniversitesi ve İstanbul Üniversitesi akademik Türkçe kitaplarının dinleme etkinlikleri Oxford'un (1990) dil öğrenme stratejilerine, yazma etkinlikleri ise yazma yaklaşım ve yöntemlerine göre incelenmiş ve değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırmanın bu aşamasında kontrol listeleri oluşturulmuş, dinleme ve yazma etkinlikleri bu kontrol listelerine göre incelenerek bulgulara ulaşılmıştır. Araştırma sonucuna göre Erciyes Üniversitesi ve İstanbul Üniversitesi akademik Türkçe kitaplarındaki dinleme etkinliklerinde bellek, bilişsel, üst bilişsel, duyuşsal, sosyal ve telafi stratejilerine yer verildiği tespit edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucuna göre Erciyes Üniversitesi akademik Türkçe kitaplarındaki yazma etkinliklerinde biçimsel, işlevsel, yaratıcı yazma, okur odaklı ve içerik odaklı yaklaşımlara; İstanbul Üniversitesi akademik Türkçe kitaplarındaki yazma etkinliklerinde ise biçimsel, işlevsel, okur odaklı yaklaşımlara yer verildiği tespit edilmiştir. Academic language, unlike everyday language, is a more complex structure that includes terms belonging to a certain field and although words in daily language are used. In recent years, with international students starting to study in different countries, the importance of international students learning the academic language has increased. Academic listening has also been one of the skills most used by students in this process. The preparation of listening activities with the right language learning strategies enables students to develop their listening skills. Having good writing skills for academic success in foreign language teaching is a reality accepted by both students and researchers. Preparing writing activities with correct writing approaches and methods enables students to develop their writing skills. Textbooks are among the most important materials used in academic Turkish lessons. For this reason, academic Turkish textbooks should be appropriate and qualified. In addition, it is very important to prepare listening activities in accordance with language learning strategies and writing activities in accordance with writing approaches and methods in academic Turkish textbooks. In studies on academic Turkish, listening activities in academic Turkish textbooks have not been examined according to language learning strategies, and writing activities have not been examined according to writing approaches and methods.

Bu tez çalışmasında, Franz Thimm'in “Classical, European and Oriental Grammars after an Easy and Practical Method” adlı eserinin on ikinci cildi olan, Ebu Said tarafından yazılan “Turkish Self-taught or the Dragoman for Travellers in the East Being a New Practical and Easy Method of Learning the Turkish Language” adlı eseri incelenmiştir. Yabancı dil olarak Türkçenin öğretimi ekseninde dilsel bir araştırmanın yapılması ve değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Eser, 19. yüzyıl bağlamında değerlendirilmiştir. Seride bulunan diğer Türkçe öğretim kitapları sadece sözlük çalışmasıdır. Fakat Ebu Said’in eserinde dil bilgisi öğretimi, diyaloglar, kelime öğretimi ve sözlük bulunmaktadır. Bu sebeple araştırma konusu olarak seçilmiştir. Eser üç bölümde incelenmeye çalışılmıştır. İlk bölümde Franz Thimm’in Avrupa ve Oryantal gramer serisi ve Turkish Self-taught adlı eser üzerinde durulmuş, Transkripsiyon alfabesi ile metnin yeni harflere aktarılmasında dikkat edilen hususiyetler ele alınmıştır. İkinci bölümde eserin Türkçeye çevirisi verilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde eserin sonunda bulunan Türkçe-İngilizce sözlükteki kelimelere günümüz Türkçesindeki karşılıkları eklenerek verilmiştir. In this thesis, The Twelfth volume of Franz Thimm's “Classical, European and Oriental Grammars after an Easy and Practical Method”, “Turkish Self-taught or the Dragoman for Travellers in the East Being a New Practical and Easy Method of Learning the Turkish Language”, was examined. It is aimed to conduct and evaluate a linguistic research on the axis of teaching Turkish as a foreign language. Work, 19. evaluated in the context of the century. Other Turkish teaching books in the series are only dictionary works. But Abu said's work includes grammar teaching, dialogues, vocabulary teaching and dictionaries. For this reason, it was chosen as a research topic. The work has been studied in three sections. In the first chapter, Franz Thimm's European and Oriental grammatical series and Turkish Self-taught work were focused on the features that are paid attention to in transferring text to new letters with the transcription Alphabet. In the second part, the translation of the work into Turkish is given. Turkish-English dictionary words found at the end of the work in the third section are given by adding their counterparts in modern Turkish.

Çocukların gelişim sürecinde ilk deneyimledikleri duyguların başında gelen mutluluk, çocuk gelişiminde olumlu bir gösterge olarak kabul edilmektedir ve özellikle okul çağındaki çocuklar için yaşamlarının her alanını olduğu gibi geleceklerini de etkileyecek bir öneme sahiptir. Literatürde ise çocuk mutluluğu, yetişkin ve ergen mutluluğu çalışmalarına oranla üzerinde daha az durulmuş bir alandır. Bununla birlikte mevcut çalışmaların pek çoğu da mutluluk kavramının aile ve çevre boyutlarına daha fazla odaklanmış bir görünümdedir. Bu çalışmada çocuk mutluluğunun aile, eğitimciler ve çocukların kendi bakış açılarıyla değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Kolay örneklem yöntemine göre seçilen çocuklar, aileleri ve eğitim verenleriyle yüz yüze yarı yapılandırılmış görüşmeler gerçekleştirilmiş, örülü hale getirilen veriler sistematik bir şekilde yorumlanarak anahtar faktörler ortaya çıkarılmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçlar aile ve eğitim verenlerin bakış açılarıyla çocukların kendi bakış açılarının mutluluk algıları yönünden benzer nitelikler sergilemiş ancak mutluluk kaynağı ya da göstergesi olan davranışların sonuçlarından beklentilerin farklılaştığı görülmüştür. Bununla beraber çocukların mutluluk davranışlarını oluşturan özelliklerin kaynağına bakıldığında çocuklar, sevgi ve saygı gördükleri, kendi kararlarını verebildikleri, kendilerini özgürce ifade edebildikleri, ödüllendirildikleri ve özgür oldukları durumları mutluluklarının kaynağı olarak algılamaktadırlar. Bu durum aile ve öğretmenlerin görüşleriyle de çelişmemektedir. Happiness, which is one of the first emotions that children experience in the development process, is considered as a positive indicator of child development and has an importance that will affect their future as well as every aspect of their lives, especially for school-age children. In the literature, child happiness is a less focused area than adult and adolescent happiness studies. However, most of the current studies seem to focus more on the family and environmental dimensions of the concept of happiness. In this study, it was aimed to evaluate children's happiness from the perspective of family, educators and children. Face-to-face semi-structured interviews were conducted with children, their families and educators selected according to the easy sampling method, and key factors were revealed by systematically interpreting the knitted data. The results obtained showed similar qualities in terms of the happiness perceptions of the children's own perspectives with the perspectives of the parents and educators, but it was observed that the expectations differed from the results of the behaviors that were the source or indicator of happiness. However, when looking at the source of the characteristics that make up children's happiness behaviors, children perceive situations where they are loved and respected, can make their own decisions, express themselves freely, are rewarded and free as the source of their happiness. This situation does not contradict the views of the parents and teachers.

Sinemanın temel amacı bireyin duygularını betimlemek ve resmetmektir. Sinema ve psikolojik değerlendirmeler arasındaki etkileşim sadece bireyin duygu, düşünce ve yaşantılarının ele alınmasını sağlamaz, aynı zamanda bireyin yaşamla ilgili motivasyonunun da incelenmesini sağlamaktadır. Psikososyal bakış açısı sinema filmlerinde psikolojik yönü sadece gelişim aşamalarıyla analiz etmekle kalmayıp aynı zamanda filmdeki karakterin üstlendiği role ilişkin bir fikir de ortaya çıkarmaktadır. Psikososyal gelişim kuramının temsilcisi Erikson kimlik gelişiminin yaşam boyu olduğunu, kültür ve toplumun bireylerin kimliklerini şekillendirmede aktif bir rol oynadığını belirtmektedir. Bu çalışmanın temel amacı Cengiz’in Çocukları ve Kefernahum filmlerinin Erikson’un psikososyal kuramında yer alan çalışkanlığa karşı aşağılık duygusu ve kimlik kazanmaya karşı rol karmaşası psikososyal evreleri çerçevesinde analiz edilmesidir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda çalışmada nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden doküman analizi kullanılmıştır. Sonuç olarak Erikson’un psikososyal kuramının bakış açısı ve kuramındaki çalışkanlığa karşı aşağılık duygusu ve kimlik kazanmaya karşı rol karmaşası psikososyal evrelerinin filmlerdeki çocuk ve ergen karakterlerin yaşamlarına nasıl yansıdığı ortaya konulmuştur ve konu ile ilgili gelecek çalışmalar için öneriler sunulmuştur. The main purpose of cinema is to describe and portray the feelings of the individual. The interaction between cinema and psychological evaluations not only enables the individual's feelings, thoughts, and experiences to be addressed, but also enables the individual's motivation related to life to be examined. The psychosocial perspective not only analyzes the psychological aspect in motion pictures with its developmental stages but also reveals an idea of the role played by the character in the film. Erikson, the representative of psychosocial development theory states that identity development is lifelong and that culture and society play an active role in shaping individuals' identities. The main purpose of this study is to analyze the children of Cengish and Cefernahüm movies within the framework of Erikson's sense of industry versus inferiority and identity versus role confusion. For this purpose, document analysis, one of the qualitative research methods, was used in the study. As a result, the perspective of Erikson's psychosocial theory and how the psychosocial stages of the psychosocial phases of the sense of inferiority against industriousness and the role confusion against gaining identity reflect on the lives of the children and adolescent characters in the films have been revealed and suggestions have been submitted for future studies.

Edebiyat ve sosyal bilgiler ilişkisi, sosyal bilgiler öğretiminde uzun yıllardır kullanılan ve literatürde geçmiş yıllardan beri konu edilmiştir. Edebiyat temelli sosyal bilgiler öğretimi üzerine çalışmalar yapılmış ve hala da yapılmaya devam etmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, Türkiye’de sosyal bilgiler dersi ile edebi ürün ilişkisini konu edinmiş Türkçe çalışmaların analizini yaparak bir bibliyografyasını oluşturmaktır. Çalışma, nitel bir araştırma olup belgesel tarama modelinde desenlenmiştir. Sosyal bilgiler ve edebiyat ilişkisini konu alan yüksek lisans tezi, doktora tezi, makale, kitap/kitap bölümü ve USBES (Uluslararası Sosyal Bilgiler Eğitimi Sempozyumu) bildiri çalışmaları araştırmanın veri kaynağını oluşturmaktadır. Veriler doküman incelemesi yoluyla elde edilmiş olup toplamda 221 çalışmaya ulaşılmıştır. Araştırma kapsamında ulaşılan çalışmalar yayım türü, yayım yılı, çalışmalarda kullanılan edebi tür ve araştırma konusu, araştırma yöntem-model/deseni, örneklem türü, veri toplama araçları, veri analiz yöntemi olmak üzere 7 temada incelenmiş ve çalışmaların yıllara göre alfabetik sıralaması yapılmıştır. İçerik analizi yöntemi kullanılarak yapılan analiz sonucuna göre çalışmalar 2000-2020 yılları arasında yapılmış olup 82 makale, 74 yüksek lisans tezi, 28 bildiri, 25 kitap/kitap bölümü, 12 doktora tezine ulaşılmıştır. Araştırma kapsamında bu konuya en az doktora tezlerinde yer verildiği tespit edilmiştir. Çalışmaların en çok 2017 yılında yapıldığı, çalışmalarda en fazla hikaye/öykü edebi türünün kullanıldığı, en fazla öğrencilerle çalışmalar yapıldığı, daha çok nitel araştırma yaklaşımının tercih edildiği ve buna bağlı olarak verileri toplamada ve verilerin analizinde nitel yöntemlerin daha fazla kullanıldığı sonuçlarına ulaşılmıştır. The relationship between literature and social sciences, which has been used in social studies teaching for many years and has been and continues to be done on literature-based social studies teaching as a subject in the literature for years. The aim of this study is to create a bibliography by analyzing Turkish studies that are about the relationship between social studies course and literary product in Turkey. The study is a qualitative research and has been designed in a documentary scanning model. Master's thesis, doctoral dissertation, article, book / book chapter and USBES (International Social Studies Education Symposium) paper on the relationship between social studies and literature constitute the data source of the research. The data were obtained through document analysis and a total of 221 studies were reached. The studies reached within the scope of the research were examined in 7 themes: publication type, publication year, literary genre and research subject used in the studies, research method-model / pattern, sample type, data collection tools, data analysis method, and the studies were ranked alphabetically by years. According to the results of the analysis using the content analysis method, the studies were conducted between 2000 and 2020, and 82 articles,74 master's theses, 28 papers, 25 books / book chapters, and 12 doctoral dissertations were reached. Within the scope of the research, it was determined that this subject is included in doctoral dissertations at least. It was concluded that the most studies were conducted in 2017, that the most stories were used in the studies, the most studies were conducted with students, more qualitative research approach was preferred, and accordingly, qualitative methods were used more in collecting data and analyzing the data.

Geçmişten günümüze insanoğlunun hayatında yaşanan bilimsel ve teknolojik gelişmeler hayatın her alanında değişim ve gelişime etki ettiği gibi eğitime de yansımıştır. Özellikle oyunun çocuklar üzerindeki etkilerine yönelik yapılan araştırmalar, oyunun eğitimde kullanılarak işlevselliğinin artırılacağını göstermiştir. Böylelikle eğitsel oyun tasarlanarak eğitim yapmak önem kazanmıştır. Bu çalışmanın amacı İlköğretim Sosyal Bilgiler dersinde eğitsel oyun kullanımına yönelik öğretmen görüşlerinin araştırılmasıdır. Araştırma 2019-2020 eğitim-öğretim döneminde Kayseri, Nevşehir, Sivas, Ordu, İstanbul Ağrı, Ankara gibi çeşitli illerde Millî Eğitim Bakanlığı'na bağlı okullarda öğretmenlik yapan 30 Sosyal Bilgiler öğretmeni katılmıştır. Araştırmada online görüş formundan faydalanılmış, veri toplama aracı oluşturulurken literatür taraması yapılarak,10 maddelik görüş formu oluşturulmuştur. Eğitsel oyunlar ve nitel araştırma noktalarında uzman görüşü alınarak sorulara son hali verilmiştir. Katılımcılara 10 soru sorulmuş ve katılımcıların yanıtları online formda kayıt altına alınmıştır. Elde edilen veriler içerik analizine göre değerlendirilmiştir. Tartışma sonuç ve öneriler başlığı altında ise araştırmadan elde edilen bulgular ışığında ortaya çıkacak sonuçlar maddeler halinde verilmiş ve bu sonuçlara dayalı olarak çeşitli önerilerde bulunulmuştur. Scientific and technological developments experienced in the lives of human beings from past to present have affected the change and development in all areas of life as well as it has in education. Especially the studies on the effects of the game on children have shown that the functionality of the game can be increased by using it in education. Thus, educating by designing an educational game has gained great importance. The aim of this study is to investigate teachers' views on the use of educational games in Social Studies class in Primary Schools.30 Social Studies teachers working at state schools underneath the Ministry of National Education in various provinces such as Kayseri, Nevşehir, Sivas, Ordu, Istanbul, Ağrı, and Ankara participated in the study in the 2019-2020 academic year. The semi-structured interview technique was used in the study and the participants were asked 10 questions in order to create data collection tool. The interview form was finalized by obtaining experts' opinion and approval in educational games and qualitative research points.10 questions were asked to the participants and the interviews were recorded in written and audio form. The obtained data were evaluated according to content analysis. Under the title of discussion, conclusion and recommendations, the results obtained in the light of the findings of the study were given as items and various suggestions were made based on these results.

Eleştirel düşünme bir bilginin doğruluğunu ve güvenilirliğini sorgulamadan kabullenmeyen düşünce tarzıdır. Ayrıca eleştirel düşünme bazı insanların düşündüğü gibi eleştiride bulunma çabası demek değildir. Eleştirel düşünme ile aktarılmak istenen bir bilgiye ya da olaya farklı açılardan bakılabileceği düşüncesidir. Günümüzde sıradan düşüncelerin önemi kalmamıştır. Bir ülkenin gelişmesi ancak farklı açılardan bakabilen, üst düzey düşünme becerilerine sahip insanların eğitilmesi ile mümkün olmaktadır. Bu becerilerin başında ise eleştirel düşünme becerisi yer almaktadır. Bu araştırmada sosyal bilgiler öğretim programında yer alan eleştirel düşünme becerisi üzerinde çalışılmış ve öğretmen adaylarının eleştirel düşünme becerisine ilişkin algılarının metaforlar yoluyla tespit edilmesi hedeflenmiştir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu; 2019-2020 eğitim öğretim yılı bahar döneminde Nevşehir Hacı Bektaş Veli Üniversitesinde Eğitim Fakültesi Türkçe ve Sosyal Bilimler Eğitimi Bölümü Sosyal Bilgiler Eğitimi Ana Bilim Dalında 1., 2., 3 ve 4. sınıflarda öğrenim gören 80 kadın 26 erkek olmak üzere toplam 106 öğretmen adayı oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada amaçlı örneklemin ölçüt temelli çeşidi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada nitel araştırma desenlerinden görüngübilim (fenomenoloji) kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analiz edilmesinde nitel araştırma yöntemlerinde kullanılan içerik analizi yöntemi tercih edilmiştir. Çalışmanın güvenilirliğini sağlamak amacıyla 106 sosyal bilgiler öğretmen adayının ürettiği 95 metafordan elde edilen tablolar Sosyal Bilgiler Eğitimi alanında uzman olan 2 kişiye iletilerek görüşleri alınmıştır. Güvenirliğin sağlanması amacıyla Miles ve Huberman'ın [Güvenirlik =Görüş Birliği / (Görüş Birliği + Görüş Ayrılığı) x 100] formülü kullanılmıştır. Güvenirlik = 106/ (106+11) x 100 = %90 olarak hesaplanmıştır. Ayrıca çalışmanın güvenilirliğini artırmak için öğretmen adaylarının örnek ifadelerine yer verilmiştir. Öğretmen adayları eleştirel düşünme becerisi ile ilgili 95 farklı metafor üretmişlerdir. Üretilen metaforlar ortak özellikleri açısından 14 kavramsal kategori altında toplanmıştır. Bu kategoriler duygu olarak eleştirel düşünme, aile ve sosyal çevre olarak eleştirel düşünme, doğa olarak eleştirel düşünme, soyut kavram olarak eleştirel düşünme, yaşam olarak eleştirel düşünme, vücut olarak eleştirel düşünme, nesne olarak eleştirel düşünme, değer olarak eleştirel düşünme, değer olarak eleştirel düşünme, varlık olarak eleştirel düşünme, bakış açısı olarak eleştirel düşünme, yenilik olarak eleştirel düşünme, derinlik olarak eleştirel düşünme, sentez olarak eleştirel düşünme ve tartışma olarak eleştirel düşünme kategorileridir. Nevşehir Hacı Bektaşi Veli Üniversitesi sosyal bilgiler öğretmen adaylarının katılım gösterdiği bu çalışmada 106 öğretmen adayı tarafından 95 metafor üretilmiştir. Bir metafor ise geçersiz sayılmıştır. En fazla tekrar eden metaforlar su, kuş, felsefe, kitap okumak, ağaç, uzay, objektiflik, ışık, empati ve hayat metaforlarıdır. Tüm metaforlar içinde en fazla tekrar eden metafor ise su metaforudur. Critical thinking is a way of thinking that does not accept the accuracy and reliability of information without questioning it. Also, critical thinking is not an effort to criticize the way some people think. It is the idea that an information or event that is intended to be conveyed through critical thinking can be viewed from different angles. Today, ordinary thoughts do not matter. The development of a country is only possible with the training of people who can look at it from different perspectives and have high-level thinking skills. Critical thinking skill is at the top of these skills. In this study, the critical thinking skill in the social studies curriculum was studied and it was aimed to determine the perceptions of pre-service teachers about critical thinking skill through metaphors. The study group of the research; In the spring semester of the 2019-2020 academic year, a total of 106 teacher candidates, 80 female and 26 male, studying in the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th grades at Nevşehir Hacı Bektaş Veli University, Faculty of Education, Department of Turkish and Social Sciences Education, Social Studies Education constitute. The criterion-based type of the purposeful sample was used in the study. Phenomenology, one of the qualitative research designs, was used in the research. In analyzing the data, the content analysis method used in qualitative research methods was preferred. In order to ensure the reliability of the study, the tables obtained from 95 metaphors produced by 106 social studies teacher candidates were sent to 2 experts in the field of Social Studies Education and their opinions were received. In order to ensure reliability, the formula of Miles and Huberman [Reliability = Consensus / (Consensus + Disagreement) x 100] was used. Reliability was calculated as 106 / (106 + 11) x 100 = 90%. In addition, sample statements of pre-service teachers were included in order to increase the reliability of the study. Pre-service teachers produced 95 different metaphors about critical thinking skills. The metaphors produced were grouped under 14 conceptual categories in terms of their common features. These categories are critical thinking as emotion, critical thinking as family and social environment, critical thinking as nature, critical thinking as abstract concept, critical thinking as life, critical thinking as body, critical thinking as object, critical thinking as value, critical thinking as value. Critical thinking as being, critical thinking as perspective, critical thinking as innovation, critical thinking as depth, critical thinking as synthesis, and critical thinking as discussion. In this study in which Nevşehir Hacı Bektaşi Veli University social studies teacher candidates participated, 95 metaphors were produced by 106 pre-service teachers. A metaphor has been deemed invalid. The most recurring metaphors are water, bird, philosophy, reading, tree, space, objectivity, light, empathy and life. Of all the metaphors, the most recurring metaphor is the water metaphor
