- Abstract
The article deals with the issues of research paper abstracts in English regarding their grammatical validity and linguistic competence. The syntactic connections the English verb enters into and the lexical units that attach particular (scientific, terminologically acute) significance to the utterance have been interpreted in order to assess the appropriateness of the professional text translation. The study was carried out on the basis of selected articles from the Ukrainian research bulletins. When retrieving the data for the analysis, the author was governed solely by their compatibility with the subject matter of land management and cadastre sphere of concepts.

- Abstract
The article analizes chief motives of a series of Sheveliov’s World War II period publications, caused by the problem of contact between the East and West mentality, specifically in the Soviet and Nazi variants. Yu.Sheveliov disproves Kipling’s famous formula «the West is the West, but the East is the East». According to Ukrainian thinker’s point of view, it is only its own primitiveness, backwardness that prevents the East in its Soviet (and in Byzantine) variant from mutual understanding with the West.

This paper presents a comparative analysis of two methods for planning and coordinating the movement of robot manipulators in dynamic environments: a neural network-based approach for solving dynamic production scenarios and the rapidly exploring random trees algorithm. The study aims to enhance the trajectory planning of robot manipulators by leveraging the strengths of intelligent systems. The neural network method is designed to perceive the environment, generate accurate control commands, and adapt to changing conditions in real-time. The paper the processes involved in environmental analysis, collision avoidance, and control signal generation for actuators, with an emphasis on the neural network architecture tailored for these tasks. The paper presents the development of a hybrid neural network architecture, BAFUNet, designed for the segmentation of spine MR images in the context of medical diagnostics. The architecture builds upon the classical U-Net, integrating atrous spatial pyramid pooling module in the bottleneck and a two-round fusion module in the skip connections to address challenges such as various object scales and unclear boundaries in medical images. The work describes the design of the proposed BAFUNet architecture, its implementation, and the experimental results. A comparative analysis was performed against classical U-Net and ResUNet++, demonstrating the relationship between the proposed architectural enhancements and segmentation performance. The evaluation was carried out using Dice score and Jaccard score metrics on the SPIDER dataset, a publicly available lumbar spine magnetic resonance imaging dataset. The results indicate that the BAFUNet architecture achieves a slight but consistent improvement in segmentation performance, with an average Dice Score increase of 0.003-0.005 compared to baseline models, highlighting its potential applicability in automated medical diagnostics. This paper introduces advanced copula-based methods for the nonparametric detection and characterization of wideband radar signals. The research focuses on developing signal detection algorithms that are invariant to changes in the probability density function of the sounding or reflected signals, employing multiscale analysis techniques and copula-based statistics. Two primary approaches are explored: multiscale analysis using wavelet transforms and rank-based signal detection with copulabased ambiguity functions. Simulation results confirm the effectiveness of the proposed approaches. The research demonstrates that integrating rank-based methods with copula-based statistics significantly improves the detection and analysis of wideband radar signals, particularly in complex scenarios where signals exhibit intricate dependency structures. This comprehensive detection framework is well-suited for handling high-dimensional radar signal data, enhancing accuracy and reliability under varied conditions. This paper is devoted to enchasing existing multi-view semi-supervised ensemble learning algorithms by introducing a cross-view consensus. A detailed overview of three state-of-the-art methods is given, with relevant steps of the training highlighted. A problem statement is formed to introduce both semi-supervised framework and consider the semi-supervised learning in the context of optimization problem. A novel multi-view semi-supervised ensemble learning algorithm called multi-view semisupervised cross consensus (MSSXC) is introduced. The algorithm is tested against 5 synthetic datasets designed for semi-supervised learning challenges. The paper analyses the existing methods and best international practices for creating a system of professional standardisation in the field of cybersecurity and information protection. It is shown that at present, a new List of professions has been formed in accordance with the needs of the labour market in the field of cybersecurity and information protection. For the first time in many years, on the initiative of a comprehensive group of specialists at the State Special Communications Service of Ukraine, changes were made and new professions were added to the classifier of professions DK - 003: 2010 in the field of cybersecurity and information protection (Amendments #10, Order of the Ministry of Economy No. 810 dated 25.10.21; Amendments #11, Order of the Ministry of Economy No. 5573 dated 29.12.22). According to the Amendments for 2024, the total number of cybersecurity professions in Ukraine is 27 professions and 46 qualifications. According to the "Classifier of Occupations" DK 003:2010 and in accordance with the best international practices, the said list of occupations was formed on the basis of the implementation of the best international professional standards, namely, taking into account the European Cybersecurity Skills Framework (ECSF ENISA, ECSF role profile). Also, the paper provides conceptual and methodological recommendations for the formation of a basic model of the content of professional standards, namely, the creation of the content of competencies, knowledge, skills and abilities of the professional standard "Head of a structural unit for information security and cyber defence". The material presented is considered with the aim of analysing and providing practical recommendations on methods and procedures for the implementation and development (adaptation to national requirements) of professional standards (hereinafter referred to as PS) and their corresponding qualifications in accordance with the approved Amendments to the National Classifier of Occupations "Classifier of Occupations" DK 003:2010 (Amendments No. 10, Order of the Ministry of Economy No. 810 of 25.10.2021; Amendments No. 11, Order of the Ministry of Economy No. 5573 of 29.12.2022). Landmine detection is one of the most innovative applications of unmanned aerial vehicles that became possible due to rapid development of both aerial vehicles equipped by different optical cameras and sensors using different physical principles, and object classification and detection methods, including machine learning and especially deep learning. Optical detection is an essential part of the overall landmine detection process that can be performed either separately or in combination with data processing from other types of cameras or sensors. The development of deep convolutional neural networks has dramatically changed the landscape of optical detection by making them de-facto choice number one for the majority of object classification, detection and segmentation tasks. However, the deterrent factor in the case of landmine detection is limited availability of appropriate data for training that different researchers try to overcome in different ways. The assessment of necessary amount of training data for any particular object detection problem still remains an experimental task. Despite several years of development in this area, still there is a shortage of research based on real landmine imagery obtained from unmanned aerial vehicles, so currently any public effort in this direction is valuable and works as an inspiration for new researchers. This paper describes such a study, namely its first iteration in which popular open-source tools are used to build detection pipeline and estimation of their efficiency is done using limited amount of data. It is shown that the problem of limited amount of training data can be effectively overcome by data augmentation and iterational process of training optical landmine detector is demonstrated. The paper considers the role of the Ukrainian institute of "state experts on secrets"and problematic issues of material incentives for citizens to work under regime restrictions. The author provides examplesof relict remnants of Soviet censorship and the transformation of Ukrainian censorship bodies. The research methodologyis based on the principles of objectivity, positivism, systematics, historicism, and the following historical methods: problem-chronological, historical-comparative, historical-legal. У статті на підставі законодавчих актів України, праць українських дослідників та архівних документів ЦДАВО України розглядаються процеси формування державних органів України, відповідальних заінформаційну безпеку, створення системи охорони державної таємниці, урядового зв’язку, технічного захисту інформації з обмеженим доступом у 1991–1994 рр. Привернута окрема увага до нормативно-правовихактів України щодо захисту державної таємниці та до діяльності Державного комітету України з питаньдержавних секретів. Автором проаналізовані: стан справ з таємницями військової промисловості та військового відомства, що залишилися у спадок від колишнього СРСР, а також Угода пострадянських країн про взаємне забезпечення збереження міждержавних секретів. Систематизовані носії таємної інформації, що перебували на той час в обігу або на зберіганні в режимно-секретних органах. Зроблено порівняння радянської таукраїнської систем охорони державної таємниці. Досліджено процес формування першого українського Зводувідомостей, що містять державну таємницю. Проведено порівняльний аналіз функцій Держкомсекретів України та Служби безпеки України з функціями державних органів США, відповідальних за охорону державнихтаємниць, таких як Управління з нагляду за інформаційною безпекою (ISOO) та Федерального бюро розслідувань (FBI). Розглянуті функції українського інституту «державних експертів з питань таємниць» та проблемні питання матеріального стимулювання діяльності громадян за роботу в умовах режимних обмежень.Наведені приклади реліктових залишків радянської цензури та розглянуто процес трансформації цензорськихорганів України. Методологія дослідження спирається на принципи об’єктивності, позитивізму, системності, історизму та базується на історичних методах: проблемно-хронологічному, історико-порівняльному,історико-правовому.

This paper explores the relevance of protecting information systems from ransomware in the context of the rapid development of cybercrime, especially in the context of the war in Ukraine. The article focuses on the shortcomings of traditional anti-virus solutions and the need to introduce new technological solutions for effective monitoring of network traffic. One of the proposed solutions is the use of an enhanced Berkeley Packet Filter (eBPF), which allows detecting potentially malicious activity without interfering with the operating system kernel. The importance of solving this problem cannot be overestimated, given the severe consequences of ransomware attacks, which can range from the loss of important data to complete paralysis of the enterprise infrastructure. It is also noted that the eBPF can play an important role in developing mechanisms for detecting, analyzing and countering cyber threats, which is significant for both theoretical research and practical application in the field of cybersecurity. The rest of the article reveals the issues of using eBPF to monitor the activities of ransomware and detect it in network traffic. A comprehensive approach to evaluating machine learning algorithms that can be used to analyze data collected by eBPF is proposed, with an emphasis on the support vector machine (SVM) algorithm as the most suitable for detecting ransomware. The paper also evaluates the effectiveness of SVM in comparison to other tools, which emphasizes its advantages for cybersecurity tasks. The article concludes with a discussion of the possibilities of implementing eBPF in the practical field of cybersecurity, in particular, its impact on improving the efficiency of security systems, reducing incident response times, and ensuring more dynamic and flexible security management. The authors emphasize that solving this problem iis of significant importance for the scientific community and practical application, suggesting new directions for further research in the field of cybersecurity. The use of voice control of unmanned aerial vehicles is relevant due to the ease of practical use and new opportunities. This technology allows one to simplify the interface, making it more intuitive and natural. However, the quality and intelligibility of speech signals indoors can be significantly impaired by noise and reverberation. Therefore, before using voice technologies, it is desirable to take into account the effect of interferences by preliminary assessment of their parameters. In this paper, an algorithm for estimating the boundary (truncation time) between the informative and non-informative parts of the room impulse response, which allows obtaining believable estimates of the reverberation time, is proposed. The proposed algorithm is two-stage. At the first stage, "rough" envelope of the room impulse response is calculated using the detector-integrator, which allows one to find an approximate value of truncation time and construct an approximate envelope of room impulse response using backward integration method to obtain an approximate estimate of the reverberation time. In the second stage, output data of the first stage are used to refine the truncation time and reverberation time estimates. Experimental tests using recordings of real room impulse responses testify to the efficiency of the proposed algorithm. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The paper searches the work process of a ship agent - providing a set of representation services and ensuring compliance with the interests of a vessel located in a sea port for the purpose of loading/discharging of cargo and/or for other purposes. Agents organize and coordinate the arrival, staying and departure of vessels from the seaport. In the paper, the agency service of ships in sea ports is presented as one consisting of three stages of the work of a ship agent - operations that are carried out before the arrival of the vessel in the port, during the stay of the vessel in the port and after her departure. The events that fixed the beginning and end of each stage are defined. The agency service process is rather complex due to the large number of third parties to be involved in the procedures and formalities that allow a vessel to arrive in the port and depart. Such a process is accompanied by the issuing of a number of documents that the agent must fill in in order to inform all interested parties. The main time of the vessels' stay in the port are cargo handling - loading and discharging operations. During this period, agency service includes non-stop control of cargo handling, considering the interests of the shipowner. The three stages of the process under consideration are formalized in their mutual dependence and mutual conditioning using the apparatus of temporal logic. Their clear coordination in time ensures the coordination of the process in general, because only the timeliness and correctness of each stage of the agency service process and its completion allow the next stage to begin. The presented process was formalized with the help of temporal logic operators, which can establish cause-and-effect relationships between the stages and ensure the continuity of the process and the interconnection of the stages themselves. A set of documents necessary for the start, execution and completion of each of the stages has been defined. Some of the documents are external to the ship agent, some are issued directly by him, but each of them is key in the implementation of certain operations in the process of agency service. The purpose of this article is to perform research to improve the stability, quality and efficiency of gasoline-alcohol fuel compositions, as well as obtaining high-octane gasolines corresponding to the modern standards with the addition of alcohols and their mixtures to these gasolines. Research methods: The article considers physicochemical methods for studying the stratification of alcohol-gasoline mixtures, determining the water content in them, as well as determining the octane number of alcohol-gasoline compositions. Results: The raw material base and possibilities of bioethanol production in Ukraine as an ecological additive to gasoline and as a way to increase their octane number were studied. Stratification temperatures of alcohol-gasoline mixtures and octane numbers of A-92 gasoline with different alcohol content were determined. Discussion: It is proposed to use higher concentrations of ethanol (bioethanol) in gasoline mixtures more than 40% of alcohol, because it does not require dehydration. It is proposed to use an additional fuel pump, which would work only for mixing the fuel mixture, to prevent stratification of the fuel-ethanol composition during its long-term storage in the car’s tanks. Целью данной статьи является проведение исследований по повышению стабильности, качества и экономичности применяемых бензино-спиртовых топливных композиций, а также получения высокооктановых бензинов с добавлением спиртов и их смесей, которые удовлетворяют современным требованиям стандартов. Методы: В статье рассмотрены физико-химические методы исследования расслоение спирто-бензиновых смесей, определение содержания в них воды, а также определения октанового числа спирто-бензиновых композиций. Результаты: Исследована сырьевая база и возможности производства биоэтанола в Украине в качестве экологической добавки к бензинам и для повышения их октанового числа, определенные температуры расслоения спирто-бензиновых смесей и октановые числа бензина А-92 с различным содержанием спиртов. Обсуждение: Предложено использовать более высокие концентрации этанола (биоэтанола) в смесях с бензином, более 40% спирта, так как при этом нет необходимости проводить его обезвоживания. Предложено для предотвращения расслоения топливно-этанольной композиции при ее длительном хранении в баках автомобиля применить дополнительный топливный насос, который будет работать только для перемешивания топливной смеси. Метою даної статті є проведення досліджень по підвищення стабільності, якості та економічності застосовуваних бензино-спиртових паливних композицій, а також одержання високооктанових бензинів з додаванням спиртів та їх сумішей, які задовольняють сучасним вимогам стандартів. Методи: У статті розглянуто фізико-хімічні методи дослідження розшарування спирто-бензинових сумішей, визначення вмісту в них води, а також визначення октанового числа спирто-бензинових композицій. Результати: Досліджена сировинна база та можливості виробництва біоетанолу в Україні в якості екологічної добавки до бензинів та для підвищення їх октанового числа, визначені температури розшарування спирто-бензинових сумішей та октанові числа бензину А-92 з різним вмістом спиртів. Обговорення: Запропоновано використання більш високі концентрації етанолу (біоетанолу) в сумішах з бензином, понад 40 % спирту, оскільки при цьому немає необхідності проводити його зневоднення. Запропоновано для запобігання розшарування паливно-етанольної композиції при її тривалому зберіганні в баках автомобіля застосувати додатковий паливний насос, який буде працювати лише для перемішування паливної суміші.

31. DRAPING AS A METHOD OF FORMATION AND CREATIVE STAGE OF THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS
- Abstract
Purpose. The author sets himself the task of analyzing the methods of draping fabrics and ways of mastering them in the training process of clothing designers. And also – to investigate which means of draping the fabric become a form-forming component and the basis of the image of the suit. Methodology. On the example of student works from the discipline «Modeling plastic form of a suit», the author demonstrates the ways of using draping techniques, namely «origami» and «paper plastic», their influence as form-forming means of design, and as a method and sequence of making layouts in the material. Results. The justification of the topicality of the topic in scientific and professional literature was analyzed. Artistic and compositional means of form formation, methodology and stages of the educational process conditioned by the mastery of drapery techniques are systematized. The features of the methodical sequence of developing a costume form of a given structure by compositional and constructive means of form formation are considered. Form-forming means of drapery as a creative component of the educational process of creating clothing as a modern design product are substantiated. The scientific novelty of the research consists in the systematization of artistic and compositional means of form formation and in the comprehensive consideration of three-dimensional and spatial sketching of clothing models directly on the mannequin as a quick sketch – «volumetric sketching», as a platform for experiments and self-expression in modern clothing design. Practical relevance. The materials of the article are intended for use in the educational process in the training of fashion design specialists and stylists. They can also be used when writing scientific papers on the relevant subject. The results of the research can be useful for the development of modern clothing collections, both during professional training and in direct authorial design activities.

Purpose and Objectives of the Work. This scientific article is devoted to creation of an advanced photobioreactor design for wastewater treatment from biogenic compounds. Research Methods are based on a systematic analysis of theoretical research, synthesis, anology and comparison. Research Results. As a result, the improved photobioreactor design was proposed, in which the application of new elements and connections reduces the required area for its placement, immobilization of microalgae in the working area and, as a result, reducing the working area, the ability to quickly replace the sleeves of the working area, covered with sediment inside, and, as a result, reduce labor costs and downtime of the photobioreactor. Discussion. The problem is solved by the fact that the photobioreactor is made in the form of a transparent flowing rectangular open-topped tank, inside of which are vertically attached to the bottom of the tank by quick-release fasteners transparent flowing flexible hoses, to which at the bottom by means of non-return valves are connected pipelines for wastewater and microalgae supply and tubes for carbon dioxide supply and are connected by means of shut-off valves pipelines for drainage of a mixture of microalgae with residual wastewater, and in the upper hermetic part, where there are valves for drainage of accumulated gases , while the pipeline for the purified wastewater discharge is connected to a guide tray purified wastewater supply inside of a flowing rectangular open-topped tank, and at the outlet of the pipeline for drainage of a mixture of microalgae with residual wastewater is a microalgae separator to separate return and excess biomass. Conclusion. The proposed construction of photobioreactor can have good perspectives to be use in communal services for sewage water purification from biogenic compounds. Цель и задачи работы. Эта научная статья посвящена созданию усовершенствованной конструкции фотобиореактора для очистки сточных вод от биогенных соединений. Методы исследования основанные на систематическом анализе теоретических исследований, синтезе, аналогии и сравнении. Результаты исследований. В результате было предложено усовершенствованную конструкцию фотобиореактора, при которой применение новых элементов и соединений уменьшает необходимую площадь для его размещения, иммобилизации микроводорослей в рабочей зоне и, как результат, уменьшение рабочей зоны, способности к быстро заменить гильзы рабочей зоны, покрытые осадком с середины и, как результат, уменьшить трудовые затраты и время простоя фотобиореактора. Обсуждение. Проблема решается тем, что фотобиореактор выполнен в виде прозрачной проточной прямоугольной емкости с открытым верхом, внутри которой вертикально расположенные прикреплены к днищу емкости быстроразъемными креплениями прозрачные проточные гибкие рукава, в которых в нижней части через обратные клапаны подключены трубопроводы подачи сточной воды и микроводорослей, трубки для подачи углекислого газа и подключены через запорную арматуру трубопроводы для отвода смеси микроводорослей с остаточной сточной водой, а в верхней герметичной части подсоединены трубопроводы для отвода очищенных сточных вод, в месте присоединения которых расположены клапаны для выпуска накапливаемых газов, при этом трубопровод для отвода очищенной сточной воды присоединен к направляющиму лотку для подачи очищенной сточной воды внутрь прямоточной прямоугольной емкости с открытым верхом, соединен с направляющим лотком для подачи очищенных сточных вод во внутрь проточной прямоугольной емкости с открытым верхом, а на выходе трубопровода для отвода смеси микроводорослей с остаточной сточной водой расположен сепаратор микроводорослей для разделения обратной и избыточной биомассы. Выводы. Предложенная конструкция фотобиореактора может иметь хорошие перспективы для использования в коммунальных службах для очистки сточных вод от биогенных элементов. Мета і завдання роботи. Ця наукова стаття присвячена створенню вдосконаленої конструкції фотобіореактора для очищення стічних вод від біогенних сполук. Методи дослідження засновані на систематичному аналізі теоретичних досліджень, синтезі, аналогії та порівнянні. Результати досліджень. В результаті було запропоновано вдосконалену конструкцію фотобіореактора, при якій застосування нових елементів та з'єднань зменшує необхідну площу для його розміщення, іммобілізації мікроводоростей в робочій зоні і, як результат, зменшення робочої зони, здатність швидко замінити рукави робочої зони, покриті осадом з середини, і, як результат, зменшити трудові витрати та час простою фотобіореактора. Обговорення. Проблема вирішується тим, що фотобіореактор виконаний у вигляді прозорої проточного прямокутної ємності з відкритим верхом, всередині якої вертикально розташовані, прикріплені до днища ємності швидкорозємними кріпленнями, прозорі проточні гнучкі рукави, до яких у нижній частині через зворотні клапани під'єднані трубопроводи подачі стічної води і мікроводоростей, трубки для подачі вуглекислого газу та під'єднані через запірну арматуру трубопроводи для відведення суміші мікроводоростей із залишковою стічною водою, а у верхній герметичній частині під'єднані трубопроводи для відведення очищеної стічної води, у місці приєднання яких розташовані клапани для випускання накопичуваних газів, при цьому трубопровід для відведення очищеної стічної води приєднано до направляючого лотка для подачі очищеної стічної води у середину прямоточної прямокутної ємності з відкритим верхом, з'єднаний з направляючим лотком для подачі очищених стічних вод посередині проточного прямокутного резервуара з відкритим верхом, а на виході трубопроводу для відведення суміші мікроводоростей із залишковою стічною водою розташований сепаратор мікроводоростей для розділення зворотної та надлишкової біомаси. The development of transport technologies today requires not only the creation of bases for the optimal technical use of vehicles, their technical operation, but also their maintenance and repair. One of the main tasks of transport technologies is the search for new promising scientific directions and their implementation in practice, as well as ensuring the effective use of the latest technologies and innovative methods for the construction or repair of water transport facilities. In this respect, the use of epoxy-based polymer composites is promising. They are characterised by improved adhesive and cohesive properties compared to other known oligomers, which determines the wide range of their application in water transport. In order to improve the properties of epoxy-based adhesives, additives of different physical nature are introduced into the epoxy matrix at the initial stage of moulding. This paper investigates the effect of the modifier d-ascorbic acid on the thermal properties of epoxies to obtain a material intended for the restoration of ship loading mechanisms. Based on the dynamics of heat resistance as a function of d-ascorbic acid concentration, the optimum content of the additive in the epoxy compound was determined, which is 1,25...1,50 pts.wt.for 100 pts.wt.of epoxy resin. The introduction of a modifier into the epoxy oligomer provides composites with the highest heat resistance values of all the materials studied. The heat resistance values increase from 341 K (for the epoxy matrix) to 352...354 K. The mechanism of increasing the heat resistance of an epoxy matrix in the presence of a modifier is substantiated, which involves the interaction of epoxy resin with an additive and a hardener as a result of chemical reactions. As a result of the reactions of structure formation of the compound based on epoxy oligomer and modifier in the presence of polyethylene polyamine, mainly strong chemical bonds of C-O, NH
2 , O-NH2 , N=O, N-O-H, C=N type are formed, which largely determine the increase of cohesive strength of the newly formed modified epoxy matrices. It should be noted that it is the cohesive strength of the matrix that determines the thermal resistance of the material at elevated temperatures. It was found that the maximum glass transition temperature (333 K) was observed for the modified material containing d-ascorbic acid at 1,5 pts.wt. At this level of additive, the maximum values of both heat resistance and glass transition temperature were observed compared to the original epoxy matrix (327 K). At this modifier concentration, the crosslinking of the compound forms the most cross-linked structural network of an amorphous polymer with the highest number of chemical bonds. The paper presents the results of determining the amplitude-frequency characteristic of the Z14XEP engine vibration of the Opel Astra G (F69) at idle speed depending on the steering wheel position. The opposite of changes in the values of the amplitude and frequency of mechanical vibrations of the engine on its supports was determined: an increase in amplitude and a decrease in frequency under the condition of the beginning of the movement of the hydraulic fluid through the power cylinder of the hydraulic booster. The actuation of the hydraulic boost system with an electric pump drive generally causes an increase in the amplitude of engine oscillations by 24.2% in the longitudinal and vertical planes, which occurred before the fluid was replaced, and by 14.4% after its replacement. It was determined that, regardless of the state of the hydraulic fluid at the beginning of its circulation through the cavities of the amplifier's power cylinder, the frequency of mechanical vibrations of the engine decreases in the longitudinal and vertical planes by 25%. In the transverse plane, the oscillation frequency is reduced by 35%, except when the hydraulic fluid is changed, when the oscillation frequency remains unchanged. It has been established that the quality of the hydraulic fluid of the power steering system significantly affects the change in mechanical vibrations of the engine only when the steering wheel is deviated from the neutral position. It was determined that a decrease in the viscosity of the new hydraulic fluid by 8.3% compared to the fluid that was replaced causes changes only in the amplitude of engine oscillations. In the longitudinal plane, the oscillation amplitude decreases by 13.3%, in the vertical plane - by 15.1%, and in the transverse plane, the oscillation increases by 25.4%. Reducing the viscosity of the hydraulic fluid used reduced the resistance to its movement through the holes, channels and pipelines of the power steering system and reduced the power take-off to drive the power steering pump. The paper examines the process of increasing the functional properties of coatings made from powders of self-fluxing alloys by using the method of electric contact sintering. It has been shown that the adhesive strength of the coatings is high. with the base is ensured by the formation of a wide diffusion zone on the side of the base. There is no liquid phase at the coating-part boundary. This indicates that, unlike surfacing, during electrical contact sintering there is no overheating and no mixing zone of the coating material with the metal of the part. X-ray study of the phase composition of coatings shows that under optimal conditions of electric contact sintering, the carbides present in the original powder are mainly retained in the sintered layer, which indicates the preservation of the hereditary properties of the coating material during electric contact sintering. The effect of grinding the carbide phase makes it possible to obtain sintered layers with evenly distributed carbide inclusions, which helps to increase the wear resistance of coatings. Carbide particles have a specific acute-angled shape, which indicates the preservation of the original properties and structure of the coating material during electrical contact sintering. Impulse temperature-force influence in the process of coating formation during electric contact cauterization leads to the dispersion of solid phase particles, which helps to increase the microhardness and wear resistance of the obtained coatings by 2-3 times. The developed technology for obtaining coatings from self-fluxing alloy powders by electric contact sintering leads to a decrease in the cost of manufacturing and restoration of parts due to the replacement of alloy steel with low-carbon steel with coatings from SFP SFS while increasing the resource of parts by 3-5 times. This paper analyzes the effectiveness of the developed voice control system for robotics based on MFCC and GMM-SVM under the influence of interference in the communication channel. The system allows characterizing individual features of speech signals with their subsequent classification and making a reliable decision on the interpretation and execution of voice commands by robotic equipment. The proposed voice control system for robotics based on MFCC and GMM-SVM is implemented using the following technologies: 1) selection of active speech areas by calculating the short-term energy and the number of zero crossings between adjacent frames of the speech signal; 2) adaptive wavelet filtering of the speech signal, where it is necessary to generate threshold values, which will reduce the impact of additive noise; 3) selection of recognition features, which are used as mel-frequency cepstral coefficients; 4) classification of recognition features based on mixtures of Gaussian distributions and the support vector method using the linear Campbell kernel and the principal component method with a projection on latent structures, which will reduce errors of the 1st and 2nd kind. Soil parameters monitoring is vital for different areas such as climatological and ecological studies, agriculture, etc. Large scale measurement systems are based on satellite technologies however their spatial and temporal resolutions still must be improved for real-time measurement tasks and control of local areas. Such systems also require in-situ measurements for calibration. It rises the need of local sensor networks development. The paper proposes a soil monitoring system which allows measuring temperature and humidity. Wireless communication between sensors and data collection unit allows to form sensor array at required area without additional cables. Usage of thermal noise method allows to perform measurement of both parameters with a single sensor which allows to avoid soil moisture content changes due to absence of local soil heating which could be caused by probing currents in other methods. This paper presents a nano circuit of a full one-bit adder on the proposed five-input majority element. This innovative full adder design is used to development of a four-bit adder based on it. We offer a new single-bit full adder and a four-bit adder nano circuit in quantum-dot cellular automata technology. The proposed design four-bit adder utilizes only 231 quantum cells in a 0.49 µm2 area. It has a reduction in the number of cells, delay and energy dissipation at 1 K compared to the existing works. The QCADdesigner version 2.0.3 tool implements the developed quantum-dot cellular automata full adder and four-bit adder circuits. The implementation results show that the developed quantum-dot cellular automata full adder and four-bit adder circuits have an improvement over other quantum-dot cellular automata full adder circuits. This paper explores the relevance of protecting information systems from ransomware in the context of the rapid development of cybercrime, especially in the context of the war in Ukraine. The article focuses on the shortcomings of traditional anti-virus solutions and the need to introduce new technological solutions for effective monitoring of network traffic. One of the proposed solutions is the use of an enhanced Berkeley Packet Filter (eBPF), which allows detecting potentially malicious activity without interfering with the operating system kernel. The importance of solving this problem cannot be overestimated, given the severe consequences of ransomware attacks, which can range from the loss of important data to complete paralysis of the enterprise infrastructure. It is also noted that the eBPF can play an important role in developing mechanisms for detecting, analyzing and countering cyber threats, which is significant for both theoretical research and practical application in the field of cybersecurity. The rest of the article reveals the issues of using eBPF to monitor the activities of ransomware and detect it in network traffic. A comprehensive approach to evaluating machine learning algorithms that can be used to analyze data collected by eBPF is proposed, with an emphasis on the support vector machine (SVM) algorithm as the most suitable for detecting ransomware. The paper also evaluates the effectiveness of SVM in comparison to other tools, which emphasizes its advantages for cybersecurity tasks. The article concludes with a discussion of the possibilities of implementing eBPF in the practical field of cybersecurity, in particular, its impact on improving the efficiency of security systems, reducing incident response times, and ensuring more dynamic and flexible security management. The authors emphasize that solving this problem iis of significant importance for the scientific community and practical application, suggesting new directions for further research in the field of cybersecurity. This article is devoted to the intellectual processing of text information for the purpose of detecting rail news. To solve the given task, the use of deep graph neural networks is proposed. Fake news detection based on user preferences is augmented with deeper graph neural network topologies, including Hierarchical Graph Pooling with Structure Learning, to improve the graph convolution operation and capture richer contextual relationships in news graphs. The paper presents the possibilities of extending the framework of fake news detection based on user preferences using deep graph neural networks to improve fake news recognition. Evaluation on the FakeNewsNet dataset (a subset of Gossipcop) using the PyTorch Geometric and PyTorch Lightning frameworks demonstrates that the developed deep graph neural network model achieves 94% accuracy in fake news classification. The results show that deeper graph neural networks with integrated text and graph features offer promising options for reliable and accurate fake news detection, paving the way for improved information quality in social networks and beyond. Мета: Основною сировиною для виробництва пива є солод. Існує тенденція щодо використання інших зернових культур у пивовиробництві. Використання несолоджених матеріалів дає можливість пивоварам та технологам знижувати собівартість продукції. Але часткова заміна солоду однозначно впливає на якість сусла та готового пива. Основною метою дослідження було порівняти якісні показники пива, звареного лише із використанням солоду, та пива, звареного із частковою заміною солоду несолодженим ячменем. Методи дослідження: Для розв’язання даної проблеми було використано метод високоефективної рідинної хроматографії, аналізу та емпіричний методи досліджень. Результати: Використання великої кількості несолоджених матеріалів разом із допомогою ферментних препаратів дає пивоварам можливість отримувати продукт такого ж складу та якості, як при використанні тільки солоду. Висновки: Для пивоваріння із заміною великої кількості солоду, ячмінь є одним із найкращих варіантів, так як має багато характеристик солоду. Заміна частини солоду несолодженими матеріалами є можливою, економічно вигідною та технічно обґрунтованою при використанні ферментних препаратів.

43. Electronic voting protocols based on blind signature cryptographic scheme and biometric authentication
- Abstract
The paper analyzes the requirements for the electronic voting procedure and identifies some problems that arise during the implementation of election schemes. Despite the large number of existing electronic voting schemes that use various cryptographic methods, there are still shortcomings and vulnerabilities that require special attention. One such problem is the prevention of vote selling. One of the most advanced voting methods, namely the He-Su protocol, was chosen as the basis, as it meets almost all the requirements for the electronic election process. The paper proposes to use cryptographic methods in combination with biometric authentication to partially solve the problem of vote selling. The proposed election algorithm is based on the He-Su protocol, which uses the homomorphism of the RSA cryptographic system and the blind signature procedure. Introducing the biometric authentication procedure into the algorithm reduces, in our opinion, the probability of votes being sold by unscrupulous voters, as it becomes difficult to do this without physical presence. Fingerprint biometrics with the use of a mobile application, and a biometric login authorized by the election organizer, appear to be the most convenient.

The paper is devoted to the development of building project management systems methods that allows to perform automatic project scheduling, where tasks are estimated in story points. The paper reviewed the existing systems and proposed an approach to the automation of project scheduling in minimum time, and using the minimum employees number who will complete the project in the given time. The proposed approach allows taking into account the velocity, specialization and salaries of employees. Taking into account these features, and using of the tasks complexity in story points, brings scheduling closer to reality, which allows to increase the accuracy of scheduling, reduce the time of project execution and/or costs for employees and the project in general.

46. MATHEMATICAL APPARATUS FOR FINDING THE OPTIMAL CONFIGURATION OF A SECURED COMMUNICATION NETWORK WITH A GIVEN NUMBER OF SUBSCRIBERS
- Abstract
Information flows in the world are growing very quickly. The exchange of information is growing rapidly. In connection with this fact, the existing mathematical apparatus and its practical application are constantly developing. The scientific-mathematical apparatus is aimed at finding the optimal configuration of the information communication network, solving the problem of building protected channels for the transmission of a large amount of data. A scientific task arises to develop a new and improve the existing mathematical apparatus for finding the optimal configuration of a protected communication network with a given number of subscribers. This scientific work is dedicated to the solution of this urgent task. The paper formulated and proved four Lemmas. The Lemma's formulation made it possible to prove two new theorems that allow solving the task of finding the optimal configuration of a protected communication network with a given number of subscribers. Solutions to both partial and general tasks of the process of optimization and protection of transmission channels of a large amount of data are provided. Thus, the paper proposes a solution to the scientific task of finding the optimal configuration of a protected communication network with a given number of subscribers. The direction of further research may be the development of a software implementation of the given mathematical apparatus.

47. DEVELOPMENT OF A MODEL FOR THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA IN SOCIAL NETWORKS
- Abstract
Tens of millions of people around the world become victims of identity theft every year. Netizens lose huge amounts of money due to fraudsters who use their data in an illegal way, and absolutely anyone can become a victim. Identity theft is any crime in which an attacker obtains another person's data and uses the victim's identity to commit fraud. According to research, data theft caused $16 billion in losses to 15.4 million consumers in the United States in 2020. In the same year, the British fraud prevention organization Cifas recorded almost 173,000 cases of identity fraud in the UK. This is the largest number of fraud cases in the last 13 years. Therefore, the problem of developing and researching mathematical models of personal data protection is very relevant. The work is devoted to solving the task of developing a model and researching the stability of the personal information protection system. Monitoring the behavior of the dynamic information protection system is an important direction. The paper analyzed the behavior of the information protection system using the methods of the qualitative theory of differential equations, in particular the phase plane method. With the help of this method, the characteristics of special points, isolated closed trajectories and separatrices are found, which in turn allows to evaluate the dynamics of the studied nonlinear dynamic system in a wide range of possible initial conditions. The phase plane illustrates the full variety of possible states of the system, and describes the picture of its dynamics. The paper presents simulation results that prove the adequacy of the developed model. It is confirmed that the developed model of personal data protection is stable, taking into account the attack termination time and the assigned modeling parameters. Using the phase plane method is a new method for researching the stability of the information protection model.

The purpose of this study is to research the concept of sustainable development used in specific packaging issues, which is a tableware packaging design innovation to achieve the extension of the packaging life cycle, facilitate production, promote the concept of green packaging. Methodology. An integrated approach was used in this study. Literature analysis of sustainable packaging concepts was reviewed. Case studies were used to collate and analyze the existing one-piece paper packaging and reduction packaging on the market. Through the comparative study of the existing packaging and the reduced packaging, the advantages and disadvantages were analyzed between before and after packaging reduction. Then, the hierarchical analysis method was used to rank the design factors and obtain an objective design focus. Results of the research. The article explores sustainable design methods in tableware packaging. Considering packaging design, production, transport and sales as a whole, sustainable analysis and design are carried out from all aspects. A series of tableware packaging designs with strong practicality, high feasibility and outstanding significance are obtained. The scientific novelty. This study considered packaging design in terms of the packaging life cycle and expanded the functions of packaging beyond protection, transport and distribution, such as recycling, etc. The practical significance. The sustainable packaging design in this study addresses the issue of packaging waste and recycling at source. It lays the foundation for environmental protection and sustainable development between consumers and producers. The article focuses on the growing interest in miniatures as a means of preserving cultural heritage and their importance in the dialogue between the past and the present through museum exhibitions. The article analyses the challenges and prospects of using miniatures in museum practice, with a special focus on conservation and presentation technologies. The paper presents the historical context of the emergence and development of portrait miniatures in Europe, with an emphasis on the technical and artistic features that distinguish this genre from other forms of portrait art. Purpose of the article is to provide a comprehensive analysis of the role of portrait miniature in the historical, cultural and museum context of Europe, as well as to identify strategies for its effective integration into contemporary museum communication. The paper highlights the historical value and uniqueness of portrait miniatures, and, at the same time, the challenges associated with their preservation, presentation, and accessibility to modern audiences. Methodology. The study used historical and comparative historical methods to trace the emergence of the phenomenon of miniature portraiture and the development of its production technologies. The systematic and cultural method was used to trace the role of miniature portraits as an important phenomenon in social relations during the 16th and 19th centuries. Methods of generalisation, synthesis and analysis were used to draw conclusions and decisions regarding the presentation of miniature portraits. Results. 50. THE AVIATION-RELATED COMPONENT THAT COMPRISES THE SCOPE OF URBAN NAMES IN KYIV AND ITS USE IN COMMEMORATIVE PRACTICES
- Abstract
The paper examines urban planning situations, processes of formation and transformation of systems of urban names, their effect on the formation of historical memory and the possibility of use in commemorative practices. The purpose of the paper is to research the processes and results of the transformation of the system of urban names of Kyiv, and their effect on urban planning situations, in particular, the creation of «memorial places». Object of study is a component of the system of urban names related to aviation, rocketry, and cosmonautics. The choice of chronological boundaries, which are 2017–2023, is connected, first of all, with the availability of quantitative indicators of aviation-related urban names obtained during research carried out by experts of the Department of Urban Planning in 2017. The year is the lower threshold of the chronological limit of this study. The year 2023 is adopted as the upper threshold, when active discussion of proposals for renaming Povitroflotskyi Avenue were under way. Research methodology is based on the use of the methods that include the study of cartographic materials; processing information about the history of names granted, restored and changed; comparative and critical analysis; a systematic approach to the study of the object as a component of the urban environment and its effect on the social environment. The results. The data that form the scope of urban names of the city were analyzed. The urban names related to aviation, rocketry and cosmonautics (aviation- related urban names) were outlined, with their types determined (names of streets, alleys, avenues, squares, pocket parks. Quantitative indicators of their importance in the system of urban names of the city and type-related subsystems were evaluated. All aviation-related urban names (30) are found to belong to the memorial category. Most of them are located in the Sviatoshynskyi and Solomyanskyi administrative districts of the city that pertain to aviation
