The interacting boson model (IBM-1) has been used to perform the moment of inertia of the nuclear structure of yrast bands of even-even
120-124 Te isotopes. These values are found to be in agreement with previous experimental data. Moreover, IBM-1 was applied to study the systematic moment of inertia as a function of the even neutron number of120-124 Te isotopes. For even neutrons N= 68 to 72 of Te isotopes, nature properties of backbending were indicated from the analysis of the moment of inertia as a function of the square of the rotational angular velocity.
