Abstract

Convection, which was used to promote simple diffusion, improved large and small molecule distribution in the brain during drug concentrations and the order of magnitude was greater than systemic levels. Slow diffusion in the brain reduces the effect of drug distribution after the drug was directly administered into brain parenchyma.
