Within weeks of her father's funeral in October 2002, Gwyneth Paltrow flew to London, where she threw herself into the filming of "Ted and Sylvia", the upcoming drama about the life of poet Sylvia Plath. Now that she's finished that role, Paltrow, 30, has decided to take some time off and tend to her personal life. Paltrow recently dropped out of her next two film projects: the romantic comedy "Huckabee's", which will now star Naomi Watts, and the ensemble piece "Happy Endings", in which she'll be replaced by Jennifer Garner. "She is not depressed," says a source close to Paltrow, who will spend a brief hiatus in Europe before returning to the U.S. to promote "Sylvia" in June. Much of that time may be spent with her beau, Coldplay singer Chris Martin, 26. The two have been inseparable of late, frolicking in Hawaii on vacation and in New York, where the couple visited a photography exhibit and attended the Tribeca Film Festival.
