Renewable energy accommodation in power grids leads to frequent load changes in power plants. Sensitive turbine fault monitoring technology is critical to ensure the stable operation of the power system. Existing techniques do not use information sufficiently and are not sensitive to early fault signs. To solve this problem, an unsupervised fault warning method based on hybrid information gain and a convolutional autoencoder (CAE) for turbine intermediate flux is proposed. A high-precision intermediate-stage flux prediction model is established using the CAE. The hybrid information gain calculation method is proposed to filter the features of multi-dimensional sensors. The Hampel filter for time series outlier detection is introduced to deal with factors such as sensor faults and noise. The proposed method achieves the highest fault diagnosis accuracy through experiments on real data compared to traditional methods. Real data experiments show that the proposed method relatively improves the diagnostic accuracy by an average of 2.12% compared to the gate recurrent unit networks, long short-term memory networks, and other traditional models. Meanwhile, the proposed hybrid information gain can effectively improve the detection accuracy of the traditional models, with a maximum of 1.89% relative accuracy improvement. An integrated zero-carbon power plant aggregates uncontrollable green energy, adjustable load, and storage energy resources into an entity in a grid-friendly manner. Integrated zero-carbon power plants have a strong demand response potential that needs further study. However, existing studies ignore the green value of renewable energy in power plants when participating in demand response programs. This paper proposed a mathematical model to optimize the operation of an integrated zero-carbon power plant considering the green value. A demand response mechanism is proposed for the independent system operator and the integrated zero-carbon power plants. The Stackelberg gaming process among these entities and an algorithm based on dichotomy are studied to find the demand response equilibrium. In this paper, the landscape of typical roadway trees and their planting parameters on Pingtan Island are investigated and analyzed in the field. A three-dimensional model of street trees was created using AutoCAD 2020, and Ansys Fluent 2022 was used to simulate the wind condition of trees with various planting parameters under high wind circumstances. The study explores the stress and adaptability of roadway trees in the wind environment under different planting parameters, such as different heights, plant spacing, lower shrub heights, and two-row and three-row planting with different row spacings. The results show that the wind resistance of street trees is connected to the planting parameters and that modifying the appropriate planting parameters can improve the wind stability of road green space. The height of street trees is more suitable between 6.0~9.0 m. The planting spacing should be not less than 1.0 times the crown and not more than 1.75 times the crown. The form of planting has an important effect on wind resistance. Two rows of planting of street trees have a better utility and wind resistance, and a row spacing of 2.0~6.0 m is more appropriate. The height of the lower shrubs should be lower than the height of the first branch, with 0.5~1.0 m being more suitable. Based on the results of the data simulation and analysis, this paper proposes corresponding tree species selections and planting strategies for road green belts on Pingtan Island from the perspective of street tree species, planting parameters, and planting forms to provide references for the upgrading and planning of roadway tree landscapes on Pingtan Island as well as in similar climatic regions. This study evaluates the efficacy of buried straw bioreactor (SBR) technology in enhancing soil properties, CO2 efflux, and crop yield, specifically focusing on Indian cowpea cultivation within a greenhouse environment. Conducted at the Yuxi Demonstration Park in Fujian, China, the experiment utilized a randomized block design incorporating seven treatments with varying straw application rates (4.5, 6, and 7.5 kg m−2) and burial depths (20 and 30 cm) alongside a control group. The investigation revealed that SBR technology significantly increased soil temperature, CO2 efflux, soil total nitrogen (TN), and total organic carbon (TOC), contributing to a marked improvement in the biomass of Indian cowpea roots, stems, and leaves. Notably, the optimal results were observed with 7.5 kg m−2 straw applied at a 20 cm depth, enhancing soil temperature by 1.5–2.0 °C and multiplying cowpea biomass by 2.1–6.4 times relative to the control. This treatment also led to the highest increases in soil TOC and CO2 efflux, demonstrating the potential of SBR technology for carbon sequestration and suggesting its application as a sustainable agricultural practice in cold regions to ameliorate the soil's physical and nutritional characteristics, thus supporting enhanced crop production. The study underscores SBR technology's role in addressing the challenge of agricultural waste through the effective reuse of crop straw, promoting the circular development of agriculture while safeguarding the ecological environment. As a carrier of cultural characteristics of historic districts, the soundscape has unique advantages in shaping regional cultural personality, and mastering its spatiotemporal characteristics is crucial for preserving soundscape heritage with natural and humanistic environments as its kernel. Focusing on the Three Square and Seven Alleys historic and cultural district in Fuzhou, this paper analyzes the spatial and temporal patterns of the physical acoustic indicators of the soundscape, the spatial dependence of the sound source harmony, and the spatial relationship between the two. It was found that the physical acoustic indicators showed dynamic changes in spatial and temporal scales and reflect specific human activity and behavioral patterns; sound source harmony showed spatial autocorrelation in both global and local models, with prominent spatial characteristics; and the physical acoustic indicators may negatively affect soundscape perception. The study emphasizes the importance of the regional cultural connotation of soundscape in urban planning. Exploring the combined effects of multisensory interactions in open spaces can help improve the comfort of campus environments. Nine typical spaces on a university campus in Fuzhou were selected for this study. Subjects perceived the environment and then completed an on-site subjective questionnaire. At the same time, meteorological data (global radiation, air temperature, globe temperature, wind speed, relative humidity, and illumination intensity) were measured to determine the interactions between visual and acoustic and thermal perceptions. Differences in the meteorological parameters between the measuring points were described using a one-way ANOVA and Tukey's post hoc test, and a chi-square test of independence was used to determine significant associations between thermal, acoustic, and visual comfort, which in turn led to the study of interactions between visual, acoustic, and thermal comfort using a two-way ANOVA. The following conclusions were drawn: (1) the Thermal Comfort Vote (TCV) increased with the increasing Acoustic Comfort Vote (ACV) at all levels of thermal stress. (2) The highest and lowest Acoustic Sensation Vote (ASV) values for each sound type were derived from either "slightly cold" or "warm" conditions. Both the Thermal Comfort Vote (TCV) and the Acoustic Comfort Vote (ACV) were positively correlated. (3) When "neutral", the Thermal Sensation Vote (TSV) increased with increasing illumination intensity (LUX). (4) The Sunlight Sensation Vote (SSV) increased with the increasing Universal Thermal Climate Index (UTCI) when illumination intensity (LUX) was moderate and bright. The establishment of a new type of natural protected area system with national parks as the main body is an inevitable trend of current development, and it is also an important ways to build a more beautiful China. During tourist visits, the national park will promote a variety of ways to enhance the ecological values of tourists. Ecological values can strengthen tourists' sense of identity, but their impact on tourists' pro-environmental behavior is not discussed. Based on this, Wuyishan National Park, a world natural and cultural heritage, is selected as the case site, and the PLS-SEM analysis method is used. An empirical test was conducted on 358 valid samples collected in the field. The results show the following: (1) tourists' ecological values and place identity can positively affect their pro-environmental behaviors; (2) place identity plays a mediating role between ecological values and tourists' pro-environmental behavior; (3) place dependence and place identity play a chain mediating role between ecological values and tourists' pro-environmental behavior; (4) according to the PLS-MGA test, gender and age can play a moderating role on the influence of ecological values on pro-environmental behavior. Therefore, the managers of national parks should pay attention to the cultivation of ecological values and consider tourist attraction, as well as formulating marketing strategies and other policy suggestions according to the different characteristics of tourists. The findings of this study offer both practical guidance and a theoretical underpinning for advancing ecological tourism within the framework of natural protected areas, with national parks playing a central role. The acoustic landscape directly affects people's perceptual experience, which is crucial to enhancing urban greenways' visibility experience. This study analyzed data from three typical urban greenways in Fuzhou City. By classifying and combining the landscape space into two levels of "enclosure–coverage", the space was categorized into six types: covered, uncovered, open, semi-open, semi-enclosed, and enclosure space. We explored the characteristics of soundscape perception and the factors affecting the evaluation of soundscape perception in different landscape spaces. The results showed that differences in sound sources between day and night led to differences in the soundscape of different spatial types. The sound pressure level decreased with an increasing degree of enclosure and coverage. The evaluation scores of sound source perception and soundscape perception were significantly different in different degrees of spatial enclosure and coverage, where the open space and covered space were the most sensitive to sound, and the open space played a positive role in enhancing the harmony of the artificial sound. Pleasantness and richness were the main factors influencing overall perception, contributing 50% and 17%, respectively. Visitors' age, residence type, and visit frequency were the main factors affecting the evaluation of soundscape perception. This study aims to explore the influence of spatial functional differences on the overall relationship between soundscape and visual landscape in the context of historical blocks and then propose design guidelines for audiovisual elements. Audiovisual stimulus materials were collected from 11 representative locations in typical urban historical blocks along the southeast coast of China and classified into residential, cultural leisure, and commercial spaces based on their primary function, activity, and visual environment characteristics. An evaluation environment was created in the laboratory using virtual reality technology, and a subjective evaluation questionnaire was administered to 71 volunteers regarding the perception of audiovisual elements and the evaluation of the overall environment. Structural equation modeling was used to elucidate the relationships between sound source perception, soundscape perception, visual landscape satisfaction, and overall harmony of the environment and to compare the effects of functional differences at different locations on the overall relationships. The results show significant differences in the types of perceived sound sources at different functional locations, which makes the sound sources affecting soundscape perception and visual landscape satisfaction different. Residential space is mainly affected by artificial sound and mechanical noise; in cultural and leisure spaces, all three types of sound sources have a significant impact, and only natural sound has enhanced subjective perception; the impact of artificial sound in commercial space is crucial. In addition, visual landscape satisfaction should be prioritized over soundscape pleasure to enhance the overall harmony of the environment. In residential and commercial spaces, reducing artificial and mechanical noise can effectively enhance the harmony of the environment; in cultural and leisure areas, reducing artificial sounds and increasing natural sounds or historical landscape elements can enhance the overall harmony of the environment. The results of this paper provide empirical evidence for understanding the overall relationship between soundscape factors in urban contexts and suggest that place function should be considered an important context when designing soundscapes. Different storage conditions can influence microbial community structure and metabolic functions, affecting rice grains' quality. However, the microbiological mechanisms by which different storage conditions affect the quality of rice grains are not yet well understood. This study monitored the quality (the content of starch, protein, etc.) and microbial community structure of rice grains stored under different storage conditions with nitrogen gas atmosphere (RA: normal temperature, horizontal ventilation, RB: normal temperature, vertical ventilation, RC: quasi-low temperature, horizontal ventilation). The results revealed that the rice grains stored under condition RB exhibited significantly lower quality compared to condition RA and RC. In addition, under this condition, the highest relative abundance of Aspergillus (16.0%) and Penicillium (0.4%) and the highest levels of aflatoxin A (3.77 ± 0.07 μg/kg) and ochratoxin B1 (3.19 ± 0.05 μg/kg) were detected, which suggested a higher risk of fungal toxin contamination. Finally, co-occurrence network analysis was performed, and the results revealed that butyl 1,2-benzenedicarboxylate was negatively correlated (p < 0.05) with Moesziomyces and Alternaria. These findings will contribute to the knowledge base of rice storage management and guide the development of effective control measures against undesirable microbial activities. Rice (Oryza sativa L.) is a staple food for more than half of the global population. Various abiotic and biotic stresses lead to accumulation of reactive oxygen species in rice, which damage macromolecules and signaling pathways. Rice has evolved a variety of antioxidant systems, including glutaredoxin (GRX), that protect against various stressors. A total of 48 GRX gene loci have been identified on 11 of the 12 chromosomes of the rice genome; none were found on chromosome 9. GRX proteins were classified into four categories according to their active sites: CPYC, CGFS, CC, and GRL. In this paper, we summarized the recent research advances regarding the roles of GRX in rice development regulation and response to stresses, and discussed future research perspectives related to rice production. Objective: Kashin-Beck disease (KBD) is a kind of endemic and chronic osteochondropathy in China. This study aims to explore the functional relevance and potential mechanism of Wnt-inducible signaling pathway protein 1 (WISP1) in the pathogenesis of KBD. Design: KBD and control cartilage specimens were collected for tissue section observation and primary chondrocyte culture. Firstly, the morphological and histopathological observations were made under a light and electron microscope. Then, the expression levels of WISP1 as well as molecular markers related to the autophagy pathway and extracellular matrix (ECM) synthesis were detected in KBD and control chondrocytes by qRT-PCR, Western blot, and immunohistochemistry. Furthermore, the lentiviral transfection technique was applied to make a WISP1 knockdown cell model based on KBD chondrocytes. In vitro intervention experiments were conducted on the C28/I2 human chondrocyte cell line using human recombinant WISP1 (rWISP1). Results: The results showed that the autolysosome appeared in the KBD chondrocytes. The expression of WISP1 was significantly higher in KBD chondrocytes. Additionally, T-2 toxin, a risk factor for KBD onset, could up-regulate the expression of WISP1 in C28/I2. The autophagy markers ATG4C and LC3II were upregulated after the low-concentration treatment of T-2 toxin and downregulated after the high-concentration treatment. After knocking down WISP1 expression in KBD chondrocytes, MAP1LC3B decreased while ATG4C and COL2A1 increased. Moreover, the rWISP1 protein treatment in C28/I2 chondrocytes could upregulate the expression of ATG4C and LC3II at the beginning and downregulate them then. This article studies the emission reduction mechanism of high-tiered carbon taxes under green and low-carbon behavior in single and two-stage supply chains. First, based on the Cournot game model, it explores the impact of high-tiered carbon tax policies on supply chain carbon reduction decisions in the green exchange market. By analyzing the effects of implementing a high-tiered carbon tax policy, the basic characteristics of its implementation are identified, and the advantages of a high-tiered carbon tax compared to a unified carbon tax are summarized. Second, it establishes a carbon reduction technology investment cost-sharing model and a carbon tax cost-sharing model under the high-tiered carbon tax policy. It analyzes and studies the impact of high-tiered carbon tax policies on balancing the relationship between members of the two-level supply chain through optimal decision-making of the two-level supply chain under two cost-sharing strategies, revealing the emission reduction mechanism of the two-level supply chain under high-tiered carbon tax policies. The results indicate that there are extreme points in the emission reduction rates of producers in the green exchange market under both the high-tiered carbon tax policy and the unified carbon tax policy. It shows that the two cost-sharing strategies can effectively alleviate the cost burden for producers, increase their marginal profits, and promote further improvement in emission reduction. It explores the emission reduction mechanism of high-tiered carbon taxes and future research should delve into the emission reduction mechanism of high-tiered carbon taxes in different carbon emission departments and regions. High-resolution image segmentation for landscape applications has garnered significant attention, particularly in the context of ultra-high-resolution (UHR) imagery. Current segmentation methodologies partition UHR images into standard patches for multiscale local segmentation and hierarchical reasoning. This creates a pressing dilemma, where the trade-off between memory efficiency and segmentation quality becomes increasingly evident. This paper introduces the Multilevel Contexts Weighted Coupling Transformer (WCTNet) for UHR segmentation. This framework comprises the Mult-level Feature Weighting (MFW) module and Token-based Transformer (TT) designed to weigh and couple multilevel semantic contexts. First, we analyze the multilevel semantics within a local patch without image-level contextual reasoning. It avoids complex image-level contextual associations and eliminates the misleading information carried. Second, MFW is developed to weigh shallow and deep features for enhancing object-related attention at different grain sizes from multilevel semantics. Third, the TT module is introduced to couple multilevel semantic contexts and transform them into semantic tokens using spatial attention. Then, we can capture token interactions and obtain clearer local representations. The suggested contextual weighting and coupling of single-scale patches empower WCTNet to maintain a well-balanced relationship between accuracy and computational overhead. Paclitaxel, a natural anticancer drug, is widely recognized and extensively utilized in the treatment of breast cancer (BC). However, it may lead to certain side effects or drug resistance. Fortunately, combination therapy with another anti-tumor agent has been explored as an option to improve the efficacy of paclitaxel in the treatment of BC. Herein, we first evaluated the synergistic effects of paclitaxel and flubendazole through combination index (CI) calculations. Secondly, flubendazole was demonstrated to synergize paclitaxel-mediated BC cell killing in vitro and in vivo. Moreover, we discovered that flubendazole could reverse the drug resistance of paclitaxel-resistant BC cells. Mechanistically, flubendazole was demonstrated to enhance the inhibitory effect of paclitaxel via HIF1α/PI3K/AKT signaling pathways. Collectively, our findings demonstrate the effectiveness of flubendazole in combination with paclitaxel for treating BC, providing an insight into exploiting more novel combination therapies for BC in the future. Polygonatum odoratum (Mill.) Druce possesses widespread medicinal properties; however, the continuous cropping (CC) often leads to a severe consecutive monoculture problem (CMP), ultimately causing a decline in yield and quality. Photosynthesis is the fundamental process for plant growth development. Improving photosynthesis is one of the most promising approaches to increase plant yields. To better understand how P. odoratum leaves undergo photosynthesis in response to CC, this study analyzed the physiochemical indexes and RNA-seq. The physiochemical indexes, such as the content of chlorophyll (chlorophyll a, b, and total chlorophyll), light response curves (LRCs), and photosynthetic parameters (Fv/Fm, Fv/F0, Fm/F0, Piabs, ABS/RC, TRo/RC, ETo/RC, and DIo/RC) were all changed in P. odoratum under the CC system. Furthermore, 13,798 genes that exhibited differential expression genes (DEGs) were identified in the P. odoratum leaves of CC and first cropping (FC) plants. Among them, 7932 unigenes were upregulated, while 5860 unigenes were downregulated. Here, the DEGs encoding proteins associated with photosynthesis and carbon assimilation showed a significant decrease in expression under the CC system, such as the PSII protein complex, PSI protein complex, Cytochorome b6/f complex, the photosynthetic electron transport chain, light-harvesting chlorophyll protein complex, and Calvin cycle, etc., -related gene. This study demonstrates that CC can suppress photosynthesis and carbon mechanism in P. odoratum, pinpointing potential ways to enhance photosynthetic efficiency in the CC of plants. Intraperitoneal injection of dihydromyricetin (DMY) has shown promising potential in the treatment of alcoholism. However, its therapeutic effect is limited due to its low solubility, poor stability, and high gut-liver first-pass metabolism, resulting in very low oral bioavailability. In this study, we developed a DMY-loaded self-emulsifying drug delivery system (DMY-SEDDS) to enhance the oral bioavailability and anti-alcoholism effect of DMY. DMY-SEDDS improved the oral absorption of DMY by facilitating lymphatic transport. The area under the concentration-time curve (AUC) of DMY in the DMY-SEDDS group was 4.13-fold higher than in the DMY suspension group. Furthermore, treatment with DMY-SEDDS significantly enhanced the activities of alcohol dehydrogenase (ADH) and acetaldehyde dehydrogenase (ALDH) in the liver of mice (p < 0.05). Interestingly, DMY-SEDDS also increased ADH activity in the stomach of mice with alcoholism (p < 0.01), thereby enhancing ethanol metabolism in the gastrointestinal tract and reducing ethanol absorption into the bloodstream. As a result, the blood alcohol concentration of mice with alcoholism was significantly decreased after DMY-SEDDS treatment (p < 0.01). In the acute alcoholism mice model, compared to saline treatment, DMY-SEDDS prolonged the onset of LORR (loss of righting reflex) (p < 0.05) and significantly shortened the duration of LORR (p < 0.01). Additionally, DMY-SEDDS treatment significantly reduced gastric injury in acute alcoholism mice. The acoustic environment can influence people's perceptions and experiences and shape the soundscape. The soundscape has a unique role in shaping the cultural identity of a regional culture. Artificial sounds are an essential source of sounds in historical blocks; research has shown the influence of the ratio of perceived artificial sounds to the perceived extent of natural sounds on environmental perception in historical blocks. In order to explore this impact, this study uses the red soundscape index (RSIn), which represents the ratio of perceived artificial sounds to natural sounds, and constructs a structural equation model to elucidate the relationship between RSIn, soundscape perception, and sense of place. The results show that: (1) The evaluation of the sense of place is inversely related to the perception of artificial sounds and positively related to the perception of natural sounds. (2) Different artificial sounds have different effects on soundscape perception and the sense of place; the traditional culture soundscape index (TRSIn) has a significant impact on soundscape pleasantness (β = −0.13, p < 0.001) and soundscape quality (β = −0.09, p < 0.01). (3) The human soundscape index (ARSIn) has a significant impact on the sense of place (β = −0.14, p < 0.001). (4) The music soundscape index (MRSIn) has a significant negative impact on soundscape quality (β = −0.13, p < 0.05) and the sense of place (β = −0.12, p < 0.05). Therefore, the different dominant artificial sound sources should be considered and emphasized when designing and optimizing the soundscape of historic districts. For the safe, stable, and economic operation of thermal power units in new power systems, the condition-based maintenance mode and storage strategy of key equipment and materials for power generation enterprises were selected. According to the storage linkage demand of condition-based maintenance, a Weibull probability density function was used to calculate spare parts demand, and an intelligent storage optimization model with an availability constraint was established. The application cases of spare parts cost and availability of high-value key equipment and low-value key equipment of coal-fired thermal power units were analyzed, respectively, and the influence of different life spans and the number of covered units on the model were expounded. The results show that the cost of spare parts borne by a single unit is greatly reduced via the optimization of an intelligent inventory (r, Q) strategy on the premise that the availability of units is not less than 99.5%. The large-scale generation of vegetable waste in China has become a significant environmental concern. The traditional method of composting results in high nitrogen losses during the process and in the final product. To address this issue and shorten the composting period, this study investigated the effects of bamboo vinegar (BV) and a microbial inoculant (MI) on the physical and chemical properties of the compost and bacterial community composition during the composting process. The results revealed that the addition of BV and BV + MI decreased the time required to reach thermophilic temperatures and conserved nitrogen in the final product. Furthermore, it was found that the dominant nitrifying and denitrifying bacteria, as identified through 16S rDNA analysis, belonged to Nitrosomonas and Proteobacteria, respectively. The light-sensitive albino tea plant can produce pale-yellow shoots with high levels of amino acids which are suitable to process high-quality tea. In order to understand the mechanism of the albino phenotype formation, the changes in the physio-chemical characteristics, chloroplast ultrastructure, chlorophyll-binding proteins, and the relevant gene expression were comprehensively investigated in the leaves of the light-sensitive albino cultivar 'Huangjinya' ('HJY') during short-term shading treatment. In the content of photosynthetic pigments, the ultrastructure of the chloroplast, and parameters of the photosynthesis in the leaves of 'HJY' could be gradually normalized along with the extension of the shading time, resulting in the leaf color transformed from pale yellow to green. Molecular conformational changes in the collapsing and reswelling processes occurring during the phase transition at the lower critical solution temperature (LCST) of the polymer are not well understood. In this study, we characterized the conformational change of Poly(oligo(Ethylene Glycol) Methyl Ether Methacrylate)-144 (POEGMA-144) synthesized on silica nanoparticles using Raman spectroscopy and zeta potential measurements. Changes in distinct Raman peaks associated with the oligo(Ethylene Glycol) (OEG) side chains (1023, 1320, and 1499 cm−1) with respect to the methyl methacrylate (MMA) backbone (1608 cm−1) were observed and investigated under increasing and decreasing temperature profiles (34 °C to 50 °C) to evaluate the polymer collapse and reswelling around its LCST (42 °C). Using plant-based polysaccharide gels to produce hard capsules is a novel application of this technology in the medicinal field, which has garnered significant attention. However, the current manufacturing technology, particularly the drying process, limits its industrialization. The work herein employed an advanced measuring technique and a modified mathematical model to get more insight into the drying process of the capsule. Low field magnetic resonance imaging (LF-MRI) technique is adopted to reveal the distribution of moisture content in the capsule during drying. Furthermore, a modified mathematical model is developed by considering the dynamic variation of the effective moisture diffusivity (Deff) according to Fick's second law, which enables accurate prediction of the moisture content of the capsule with a prediction accuracy of ±15%. The predicted Deff ranges from 3 × 10−10 to 7 × 10−10 m2·s−1, which has an irregular variation with a time extension. Moreover, as temperature increases or relative humidity decreases, there is an increased acceleration of moisture diffusion. The work provides a fundamental understanding of the drying process of the plant-based polysaccharide gel, which is crucial for enhancing the industrial preparation of the HPMC-based hard capsules. The plasticizer is crucial in the plant-based soft capsule. However, meeting the quality requirements of these capsules with a single plasticizer is challenging. To address this issue, this study first investigated the impact of a plasticizer mixture containing sorbitol and glycerol in varying mass ratios and the performance of the pullulan soft film and capsule. The multiscale analysis demonstrates that the plasticizer mixture exhibits superior effectiveness in enhancing the performance of the pullulan film/capsule compared to a single plasticizer. Furthermore, thermogravimetric analysis, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, and scanning electron microscopy indicate that the plasticizer mixture enhances the compatibility and thermal stability of the pullulan films without altering their chemical composition. Among the different mass ratios examined, a 15:15 ratio of sorbitol to glycerol (S/G) is identified as the most optimal, leading to superior physicochemical properties and meeting the requirements for brittleness and disintegration time set by the Chinese Pharmacopoeia. Synchrotron radiation sources are widely used in interdisciplinary research, generating an enormous amount of data while posing serious challenges to the storage, processing, and analysis capabilities of the large-scale scientific facilities worldwide. A flexible and scalable computing architecture, suitable for complex application scenarios, combined with efficient and intelligent scheduling strategies, plays a key role in addressing these issues. In this work, we present a novel cloud–edge hybrid intelligent system (CEHIS), which was architected, developed, and deployed by the Big Data Science Center (BDSC) at the Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility (SSRF) and meets the computational needs of the large-scale scientific facilities. Our methodical simulations demonstrate that the CEHIS is more efficient and performs better than the cloud-based model. Here, we have applied a deep reinforcement learning approach to the task scheduling system, finding that it effectively reduces the total time required for the task completion. Our findings prove that the cloud–edge hybrid intelligent architectures are a viable solution to address the requirements and conditions of the modern synchrotron radiation facilities, further enhancing their data processing and analysis capabilities. 1,1,1-Trichloroethane (1,1,1-TCA) is a typical organochloride solvent in groundwater that poses threats to human health and the environment due to its carcinogenesis and bioaccumulation. In this study, a novel composite with nanoscale zero-valent iron (nZVI) supported by polycaprolac-tone (PCL)-modified biochar (nZVI@PBC) was synthesized via solution intercalation and liquid-phase reduction to address the 1,1,1-TCA pollution problem in groundwater. The synergy effect and improvement mechanism of 1,1,1-TCA removal from simulated groundwater in the presence of nZVI@PBC coupling with Shewanella putrefaciens CN32 were investigated. The results were as follows: (1) The composite surface was rough and porous, and PCL and nZVI were loaded uniformly onto the biochar surface as micro-particles and nanoparticles, respectively; (2) the optimal mass ratio of PCL, biochar, and nZVI was 1:7:2, and the optimal composite dosage was 1.0% (w/v); (3) under the optimal conditions, nZVI@PBC + CN32 exhibited excellent removal performance for 1,1,1-TCA, with a removal rate of 82.98% within 360 h, while the maximum removal rate was only 41.44% in the nZVI + CN32 treatment; (4) the abundance of CN32 and the concentration of adsorbed Fe(II) in the nZVI@PBC + CN32 treatment were significantly higher than that in control treatments, while the total organic carbon (TOC) concentration first increased and then decreased during the culture process; (5) the major improvement mechanisms include the nZVI-mediated chemical reductive dechlorination and the CN32-mediated microbial dissimilatory iron reduction. Soil salinity is one of the major abiotic stresses limiting rice growth. Hybrids outperform their parents in salt tolerance in rice, while its mechanism is not completely understood. In this study, a higher seedling survival was observed after salt treatment in an inter-subspecific hybrid rice, Zhegengyou1578 (ZGY1578), compared with its maternal japonica Zhegeng7A (ZG7A) and paternal indica Zhehui1578 (ZH1578). A total of 2584 and 3061 differentially expressed genes (DEGs) with at least twofold changes were identified between ZGY1578 and ZG7A and between ZGY1578 and ZH1578, respectively, in roots under salt stress using the RNA sequencing (RNA-Seq) approach. The expressions of a larger number of DEGs in hybrid were lower or higher than those of both parents. The DEGs associated with transcription factors, hormones, and reactive oxygen species (ROS)–related genes might be involved in the heterosis of salt tolerance. The expressions of the majority of transcription factors and ethylene-, auxin-, and gibberellin-related genes, as well as peroxidase genes, were significantly higher in the hybrid ZGY1578 compared with those of both parents. It is important to explore the energy–economy–environment (3E) coupling mechanism for building a sustainable economy in the context of carbon-peaking and carbon-neutralization strategy. Based on the DPSIRM (driving force–pressure–state–influence–response–management) theoretical model, this paper constructs the evaluation system of 3E coupling-coordinated development, takes the carbon-neutral and sustainable-development strategy and spatiotemporal heterogeneity into account in the index system, and constitutes the energy–economy–environment and carbon-neutral strategy–sustainable development–space (3E3S) strategic-development model. This paper uses the coupling-coordination-degree model to measure the coordinated development of 3E in Jiangsu from 2010 to 2020 and analyzes the time-sequence evolution and spatial-difference evolution characteristics of the coupling-coordinated development. The results show that (1) when the coupling coefficient of 3E was in a stable and high-level coupling state and the correlation degree of each system was high, the coupling-coordination degree increased from 0.4 in 2010 to 0.7 in 2020; the level of coordination of 3E coupling transited from the initial maladjustment recession to the intermediate coordinated development and moved towards high-quality coordinated development. (2) In addition, at the beginning, the development level of southern and central Jiangsu was generally higher than that of northern Jiangsu; in the middle term, the overall development was in a stage of barely coordinated development. The urban difference between northern and central Jiangsu was relatively high, and the level in southern Jiangsu was generally high; in the later stage, the overall development was in a well-coordinated stage. The development of southern Jiangsu was relatively saturated, gradually approaching the stage of high-quality coordinated development. Roughly speaking, in 2010, the average level of coupling coordination degree of South Jiangsu, Central Jiangsu, and North Jiangsu was 0.5, 0.4, and 0.3, respectively; by 2020, it had developed to 0.9, 0.8, and 0.7, respectively, and the development level rose steadily despite regional differences. The level of coupling coordination generally increased from north to south. Limited efforts have been invested in exploring the interaction effects between genetic factors and gut microbiota on neuroticism and general happiness. The polygenic risk scores (PRS) of gut microbiota were calculated from individual-level genotype data of the UK Biobank cohort. Linear regression models were then used to assess the associations between individual PRS of gut microbiota and mental traits and interaction analysis was performed by PLINK2.0. KOBAS-i was used to conduct gene ontology (GO) enrichment analysis of the identified genes. We observed suggestive significant associations between neuroticism and PRS for the genus Bifidobacterium (rank-normal transformation, RNT) (beta = −1.10, P = 4.16 × 10−3) and the genus Desulfovibrio (RNT) (beta = 0.54, P = 7.46 × 10−3). PRS for the genus Bifidobacterium (hurdle binary, HB) (beta = 1.99, P = 5.24 × 10−3) and the genus Clostridium (RNT) (beta = 1.26, P = 9.27 × 10−3) were found to be suggestive positively associated with general happiness. Interaction analysis identified several significant genes that interacted with gut microbiota, such as RORA (rs575949009, beta = −45.00, P = 1.82 × 10−9) for neuroticism and ASTN2 (rs36005728, beta = 19.15, P = 3.37 × 10−8) for general happiness. Alzheimer's disease (AD), a neurodegenerative disease, is one of the most intractable illnesses which affects the elderly. Clinically manifested as various impairments in memory, language, cognition, visuospatial skills, executive function, etc., the symptoms gradually aggravated over time. The drugs currently used clinically can slow down the deterioration of AD and relieve symptoms but cannot completely cure them. The drugs are mainly acetylcholinesterase inhibitors (AChEI) and non-competitive N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor (NDMAR) antagonists. The pathogenesis of AD is inconclusive, but it is often associated with the expression of beta-amyloid. Abnormal deposition of amyloid and hyperphosphorylation of tau protein in the brain have been key targets for past, current, and future drug development for the disease. At present, researchers are paying more and more attention to excavate natural compounds which can be effective against Alzheimer's disease and other neurodegenerative pathologies. Marine natural products have been demonstrated to be the most prospective candidates of these compounds, and some have presented significant neuroprotection functions. Consequently, we intend to describe the potential effect of bioactive compounds derived from marine organisms, including polysaccharides, carotenoids, polyphenols, sterols and alkaloids as drug candidates, to further discover novel and efficacious drug compounds which are effective against AD. Interstitial lung disease associated with rheumatoid arthritis (RA-ILD) can lead to interstitial fibrosis and even lung failure as a complication of rheumatoid arthritis (RA), and there is currently no effective treatment and related basic research. Studies have found that resveratrol (Res) can improve the progression of RA by regulating autophagy, and increasing evidence supports the connection between autophagy and common interstitial lung disease (ILD). We explored changes in autophagy levels in fibrotic lungs in RA-ILD and found that the level of autophagy is enhanced in the early stage but inhibited in the late stage. However, resveratrol treatment improved the level of autophagy and reversed the inhibition of autophagy, and attenuated fibrosis. We created corresponding cell models that exhibited the same phenotypic changes as animal models; under the effect of resveratrol, the level of fibrosis changed accordingly, and the fusion process of lysosomes and autophagosomes in autophagy was liberated from the inhibition state. Resveratrol effects were reversed by the addition of the late autophagy inhibitor chloroquine. These results suggest that resveratrol attenuates pulmonary fibrosis, increases autophagic flux, and modulates the autophagy–lysosome pathway, and particularly it may work by improving the formation of autophagic lysosomes, which may be an effective treatment for induced RA-ILD. Antibiotic treatment is regarded as an emergency measure to avoid disease occurrence of aquatic animals during metamorphosis in an aquaculture system, which is very common in hatcheries of bivalve mollusc larvae. However, it is still unclear how and to what extent the antibiotic addition affects the prokaryotic and eukaryotic microbial communities of marine bivalve larvae. We profiled the community compositions and dominant taxonomies of prokaryotic and eukaryotic microbiota of Kumamoto oyster (Crassostrea sikamea) larvae exposed to seawater with antibiotics in trace concentration. A total of 500,664 16S rRNA and 501,933 18S rRNA gene fragments were selected for classification, resulting in 714 prokaryotic Operational Taxonomic Units (OTUs) and 47 eukaryotic OTUs. Antibiotic exposure altered the structure of larval microbiome and increased the prokaryotic but decreased the eukaryotic microbial diversity. Larval microbiota was sensitive to antibiotics, as evidenced by alternation of the dominant bacterial phyla Proteobacteria, Bacteroidetes, Firmicutes, Chlamydiae, and Actinobacteria, and eukaryotic phyla Streptophyta, Cercozoa, Chlorophyta and Haptophyta. Similarly, a significant effect was observed at the family and genus level, especially the increased bacterial Devosiaceae, Microbacteriaceae, Halieaceae, Vibrionaceae families, and Devosia, Stappia and Vibrio genera, and eukaryotic Isochrysidaceae and TAGIRI1-linage family and Tisochrysis genus. These results indicate that antibiotic treatment may induce a shift in the larval microbiome, which may cause an unstable community structure and in turn affect the oyster health. Low-light image enhancement can effectively assist high-level vision tasks that often fail in poor illumination conditions. Most previous data-driven methods, however, implemented enhancement directly from severely degraded low-light images that may provide undesirable enhancement results, including blurred detail, intensive noise, and distorted color. In this paper, inspired by a coarse-to-fine strategy, we propose an end-to-end image-level alignment with pixel-wise perceptual information enhancement pipeline for low-light image enhancement. A coarse adaptive global photometric alignment sub-network is constructed to reduce style differences, which facilitates improving illumination and revealing under-exposure area information. After the learned aligned image, a hierarchy pyramid enhancement sub-network is used to optimize image quality, which helps to remove amplified noise and enhance the local detail of low-light images. We also propose a multi-residual cascade attention block (MRCAB) that involves channel split and concatenation strategy, polarized self-attention mechanism, which leads to high-resolution reconstruction images in perceptual quality. Extensive experiments have demonstrated the effectiveness of our method on various datasets and significantly outperformed other state-of-the-art methods in detail and color reproduction. Tumor accurate imaging can effectively guide tumor resection and accurate follow-up targeted therapy. The development of imaging-stable, safe, and metabolizable contrast agents is key to accurate tumor imaging. Herein, ultra-small and metabolizable dual-mode imaging probe Au/Gd@FA NCs is rationally engineered by a simple hydrothermal method to achieve accurate FL/MRI imaging of tumors. The probes exhibit ultra-small size (2.5–3.0 nm), near-infrared fluorescence (690 nm), high quantum yield (4.4%), and a better T1 nuclear magnetic signal compared to commercial MRI contrast agents. By modifying the folic acid (FA) molecules, the uptake and targeting of the probes are effectively improved, enabling specific fluorescence imaging of breast cancer. Au/Gd@FA NCs with good biosafety were found to be excreted in the feces after imaging without affecting the normal physiological metabolism of mice. Intracellular reactive oxygen species (ROS) increased significantly after incubation of Au/Gd@FA NCs with tumor cells under 660 nm laser irradiation, indicating that Au/Gd@FA NCs can promote intracellular ROS production and effectively induce cell apoptosis. Thus, metabolizable Au/Gd@FA NCs provide a potential candidate probe for multimodal imaging and tumor diagnosis in clinical basic research. Leukoaraiosis (LA) is commonly found in aging healthy people but its pathophysiological mechanism is not entirely known. Furthermore, there is still a lack of effective pathological biomarkers that can be used to identify the early stage of LA. Our aim was to investigate the white matter structural network in asymptomatic patients with the early stage of LA. Tractography data of 35 asymptomatic patients and 20 matched healthy controls (HCs) based on diffusion kurtosis imaging (DKI) were analysed by using graph theory approaches and tract-based spatial statistics (TBSS). Diffusion parameters measured within the ALAs and HCs were compared. Decreased clustering coefficient and local efficiency values of the overall topological white matter network were observed in the ALAs compared with those of the HCs. Participants in the asymptomatic group also had lower nodal efficiency in the left triangular part of the inferior frontal gyrus, left parahippocampal gyrus, right calcarine fissure and surrounding cortex, right temporal pole of the superior temporal gyrus and left middle temporal gyrus compared to the ALAs. Moreover, similar hub distributions were found within participants in the two groups. In this study, our data demonstrated a topologic efficiency abnormalities of the structural network in asymptomatic patients with leukoaraiosis. Japanese encephalitis virus (JEV) is an important zoonotic pathogen, which causes central nervous system symptoms in humans and reproductive disorders in swine. It has led to severe impacts on human health and the swine industry; however, there is no medicine available for treating yet. Therefore, vaccination is the best preventive measure for this disease. In the study, a modified mRNA vaccine expressing the prM and E proteins of the JEV P3 strain was manufactured, and a mouse model was used to assess its efficacy. The mRNA encoding prM and E proteins showed a high level of protein expression in vitro and were encapsulated into a lipid nanoparticle (LNP). Effective neutralizing antibodies and CD8+ T-lymphocytes-mediated immune responses were observed in vaccinated mice. Furthermore, the modified mRNA can protect mice from a lethal challenge with JEV and reduce neuroinflammation caused by JEV. Infrared ocean ships detection still faces great challenges due to the low signal-to-noise ratio and low spatial resolution resulting in a severe lack of texture details for small infrared targets, as well as the distribution of the extremely multiscale ships. In this paper, we propose a CAA-YOLO to alleviate the problems. In this study, to highlight and preserve features of small targets, we apply a high-resolution feature layer (P2) to better use shallow details and the location information. In order to suppress the shallow noise of the P2 layer and further enhance the feature extraction capability, we introduce a TA module into the backbone. Moreover, we design a new feature fusion method to capture the long-range contextual information of small targets and propose a combined attention mechanism to enhance the ability of the feature fusion while suppressing the noise interference caused by the shallow feature layers. We conduct a detailed study of the algorithm based on a marine infrared dataset to verify the effectiveness of our algorithm, in which the AP and AR of small targets increase by 5.63% and 9.01%, respectively, and the mAP increases by 3.4% compared to that of YOLOv5. Proton exchange membrane (PEM) fuel cells using Pt-based materials as electrocatalysts have achieved a decent performance, represented by the launched Toyota Mirai vehicle. The ideal PEM fuel cells consume stored pure hydrogen and air. However, SO2, as a primary air contaminant, may be fed along with air at the cathode, leading to Pt site deactivation. Therefore, it is important to improve the SO2 tolerance of catalysts for the stability of the oxygen reduction reaction (ORR). In this work, we develop the Pt/C-TiO2 catalyst against SO2 poisoning during ORR. Impressively, the hybrid Pt/C-TiO2 catalyst with 20 mass % TiO2 shows the best ORR and anti-toxic performance: the kinetic current density of ORR is 20.5% higher and the degradation rate after poisoning is 50% lower than Pt/C. The interaction between Pt and TiO2 as well as the abundant hydroxyl groups on the surface of TiO2 are both revealed to account for the accelerated removal of poisonous SO2 on Pt surfaces. Natural biomass is used for facile synthesis of carbon quantum dots (CQDs) with high fluorescence, owing to its abundance, low cost, and eco-friendliness. In this study, a bottom-up hydrothermal method was used to prepare CQDs from water hyacinth (wh) at a constant temperature of 180 °C for 12 h. The synthesized wh-CQDs had uniform size, amorphous graphite structure, high water solubility (containing multiple hydroxyl and carboxyl groups on the surface), excitation light-dependent characteristics, and high photostability. The results showed that the aqueous solution of CQDs could detect Fe3+ rapidly, sensitively, and highly selectively with a detection limit of 0.084 μM in the linear range of 0–330 μM, which is much lower than the detection limit of 0.77 μM specified by the World Health Organization. More importantly, because the wh-CQDs were synthesized without any additives, they exhibited low toxicity to Klebsiella sp. cells even at high concentrations. Moreover, wh-CQDs emitted bright blue fluorescence in Klebsiella sp. cells, indicating its strong penetrating ability. Correspondingly, the fluorescent cell sorting results also revealed that the proportion of cell internalization reached 41.78%. In this study, wh-CQDs derived from natural biomass were used as high-performance fluorescent probes for Fe3+ detection and Klebsiella sp. imaging. A method for batch preparation of fucoxanthin from brown algae was established, which possessed the advantages of high yield and high purity. The ultrasonic-assisted extraction method was used to obtain a crude extract from Sargassum fusiforme as the separation sample. Then the crude extract was separated by elution-extrusion countercurrent chromatography. The optimum preparation conditions of fucoxanthin were determined as follows: n-hexane-ethanol-water (20:9:11, v:v:v) as a two-phase solvent system, the mobile phase flow rate was 5 mL min−1, the revolution speed was 800 r min−1, the loading capacity was 60 mg 10 mL−1 and the temperature was 25 °C. By this method, 12.8 mg fucoxanthin with a purity of 94.72% was obtained from the crude extract of Sargassum fusiforme. In addition, when the loading capacity was 50 mg 10 mL−1, the purity of fucoxanthin reached 96.01%. Two types of by-products, chlorophyll and pheophytin, could also be obtained during the process of separation. This optimal method was further applied to separate fucoxanthin from Laminaria japonica and Undaria pinnatifida, and 6.0 mg and 9.7 mg fucoxanthin with a purity of 96.24% and 92.62% were acquired, respectively. Therefore, it was demonstrated that the preparation method of fucoxanthin established in this study had an applicability to brown algae, which improved the utilization value of raw materials. Previous studies showed that diet and gut microbiota had a correlation with sleep. However, the potential interaction effects of diet and gut microbiota on sleep are still unclear. The phenotypic data of insomnia (including 374,505 subjects) and sleep duration (including 372,805 subjects) were obtained from the UK Biobank cohort. The Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms (SNPs) associated with 114 gut microbiota, 84 dietary habits, and 4 dietary compositions were derived from the published Genome-wide Association Study (GWAS). We used Linkage Disequilibrium Score Regression (LDSC) to estimate the genetic correlation and colocalization analysis to assess whether dietary habits and insomnia/sleep duration shared a causal variant in a region of the genome. Using UK Biobank genotype data, the polygenetic risk score of gut microbiota, dietary habits, and dietary compositions were calculated for each subject. Logistic regression and linear regression models were used to assess the potential effects of diet-gut microbiota interactions on sleep phenotypes, including insomnia and sleep duration. Insomnia and sleep duration were used as dependent variables, and sex, age, the Townsend Deprivation Index scores, and smoking and drinking habits were selected as covariates in the regression analysis. All statistical analyses were conducted using R-3.5.1 software. Significant genetic correlations were discovered between insomnia/sleep duration and dietary habits. Further, we found several significant dietary compositions-gut microbiota interactions associated with sleep, such as fat × G_Collinsella_RNT (p = 1.843 × 10−2) and protein × G_Collinsella_HB (p = 7.11 × 10−3). Besides, multiple dietary habits-gut microbiota interactions were identified for sleep, such as overall beef intake × G_Desulfovibrio_RNT (p = 3.26 × 10−4), cups of coffee per day × G_Escherichia_Shigella_RNT (p = 1.14 × 10−3), and pieces of dried fruit per day × G_Bifidobacterium_RNT (p = 5.80 × 10−3). This study reported multiple diet-gut microbiota interactions associated with sleep, which may provide insights into the biological mechanisms of diet and gut microbiota affecting sleep. Featured Application: This paper investigated the effect of cell-free supernatant (CFS) from Aeromonas sobria on the spoilage of Shewanella putrefaciens in Pacific white shrimp during transportation, retailing, and domestic storage in which shrimp will be exposure to different temperatures and temperature fluctuation. It is an innovative method to use the interaction between bacteria to inhibit microbial activity by extracting CFS as an edible soaking solution in cold chain logistics. The objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of cell-free supernatant (CFS) from Aeromonas sobria on the growth and spoilage potential of Shewanella putrefaciens in Pacific white shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei) during cold chain logistics, including transportation, retailing, and domestic storage. It was shown that the quality of shrimps deteriorated in the cold chain logistics over time. The temperature fluctuation during the experimental period favored the growth of S. putrefaciens, increased the total volatile basic nitrogen (TVB-N) and biogenic amine value, and decreased the sensory quality of shrimps. The application of CFS resulted in the decline on the growth of S. putrefaciens after the early stationary phase stored at a cold condition. It is concluded that the application of CFS can inhibit microbial growth and the spoilage potential of S. putrefaciens and offset the quality deterioration of shrimp exposed to temperature fluctuation during cold chain logistics. Numerical oscillation is a common phenomenon in the current electromagnetic transient digital simulation in power systems. From the origin of the numerical oscillation, we proposed an extended critical damping adjustment method (ECDA) to solve the numerical oscillation problem in this paper, after inspired by the critical damping adjustment method (CDA). ECDA was composed of a class of new low-order, L-stable linear multistep and implicit trapezoidal integration methods. ECDA used two-half-step, three-step or four-steps linear multistep method to perform numerical integrations when experienced with sudden changes, and the implicit trapezoidal integration method was still used under normal conditions. The numerical simulation results of the typical electromagnetic transient examples show that the ECDA could completely eliminate the numerical oscillation, and it had higher computational accuracy than the CDA. With the depletion of rich manganese ore resources, plentiful manganese ore powders with various Mn/Fe mass ratios are produced. The physicochemical aspects of oxidative consolidation behavior of manganese ores with various Mn/Fe mass ratios were investigated in this work to determine whether manganese ore powders with high iron content (Fe-Mn ore) can be prepared as high-quality pellets. Physicochemical properties of the pellets were investigated, including cold compression strength (CCS), phase transformation, microstructural evolution, Vickers hardness (HV), porosity, and lattice parameter. CCS testing indicated that the strength of roasted Fe-Mn ore pellets was observably lower than that of pure hematite or manganese ore pellets. Phase and morphology results showed that in Fe-Mn ore pellets, an Mn ferrite phase was generated between hematite and pyrolusite particles. However, newborn Mn ferrites and hematite had an obvious crystal boundary in the crystallographic particles. Moreover, poorly crystallized Mn ferrite particles were evident, along with Mn and Fe element concentration gradients, due to the inadequate diffusion of metal ions. This resulted in poor mechanical properties of the Fe-Mn ore pellets. A temperature over 1275 °C and a roasting time of 15 min is required for the oxidative consolidation of Fe-Mn ores. In such optimized cases, Mn, Fe, O, and Al elements were uniformly distributed in the well-crystallized Mn ferrite grains, which provided favorable mineralogy for the consolidation of Fe-Mn ore powders. The African swine fever virus (ASFV) is a dsDNA virus that can cause serious, highly infectious, and fatal diseases in wild boars and domestic pigs. The ASFV has brought enormous economic loss to many countries, and no effective vaccine or treatment for the ASFV is currently available. Therefore, the on-site rapid and accurate detection of the ASFV is key to the timely implementation of control. The RNA-guided, RNA-targeting CRISPR effector CRISPR-associated 13 (Cas13a; previously known as C2c2) exhibits a "collateral effect" of promiscuous RNase activity upon the target recognition. The collateral cleavage activity of LwCas13a is activated to degrade the non-targeted RNA, when the crRNA of LwCas13a binds to the target RNA. In this study, we developed a rapid and sensitive ASFV detection method based on the collateral cleavage activity of LwCas13a, which combines recombinase-aided amplification (RAA) and a lateral flow strip (named CRISPR/Cas13a-LFD). The method was an isothermal detection at 37 °C, and the detection can be used for visual readout. The detection limit of the CRISPR/Cas13a-LFD was 101 copies/µL of p72 gene per reaction, and the detection process can be completed within an hour. The assay showed no cross-reactivity to eight other swine viruses, including classical swine fever virus (CSFV), and has a 100% coincidence rate with real-time PCR detection of the ASFV in 83 clinical samples. Ataxia–telangiectasia mutated (ATM) is a key DNA damage signaling kinase that is mutated in humans with ataxia–telangiectasia (A-T) syndrome. This syndrome is characterized by neurodegeneration, immune abnormality, cancer predisposition, and premature aging. To better understand the function of ATM in vivo, we engineered a viable zebrafish model with a mutated atm gene. Zebrafish atm loss-of-function mutants show characteristic features of A-T-like motor disturbance, including coordination disorders, immunodeficiency, and tumorigenesis. The immunological disorder of atm homozygote fish is linked to the developmental blockade of hematopoiesis, which occurs at the adulthood stage and results in a decrease in infection defense but, with little effect on wound healing. Malignant neoplasms found in atm mutant fish were mainly nerve sheath tumors and myeloid leukemia, which rarely occur in A-T patients or Atm−/− mice. These results underscore the importance of atm during immune cell development. Accurate diagnosis of cancer cells directly affects the clinical treatment of cancer and can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of cancer patients. Cancer cells have a unique microenvironment with a large amount of peroxide inside, effectively differentiated from relevant microenvironment normal cells. Therefore, designing the high-sensitive probes to recognize and distinguish the special physiological microenvironment of cancer cells can shed light on the early diagnosis of cancers. In this article, we design and construct a fluorescence (FL) contrast agent for cancer cell recognition and imaging analysis. Firstly, luminol-gold NPs (Lum-AuNPs) have been initially built, and then successfully loaded with the fluorescent receptor Chlorin e6 (Ce6) to prepare the luminescent nanoprobes (Ce6@Lum-AuNPs) with green synthesis, i.e., with biocompatible agents and mild temperature. The as-prepared fluorescent Ce6@Lum-AuNPs can efficiently and sensitively realize FL bioimaging of cancer cells. The relevant bio-sensing mechanism pertains to the presence of hypochlorite (ClO−); hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) in cancer cells could readily interact with luminol to produce chemiluminescence, which can activate the Ce6 component to emit near-infrared (NIR) FL. Therefore, this raises the possibility of utilizing the Ce6@Lum-AuNPs as efficient fluorescent nanoprobes for promising cancer early diagnosis and other relevant disease bioanalysis.
