Recently, convolutional neural networks (CNNs) and self-attention mechanisms have been widely applied in plant disease identification tasks, yielding significant successes. Currently, the majority of research models for tomato leaf disease recognition rely solely on traditional convolutional models or Transformer architectures and fail to capture both local and global features simultaneously. This limitation may result in biases in the model's focus, consequently impacting the accuracy of disease recognition. Consequently, models capable of extracting local features while attending to global information have emerged as a novel research direction. To address these challenges, we propose an Eff-Swin model that integrates the enhanced features of the EfficientNetV2 and Swin Transformer networks, aiming to harness the local feature extraction capability of CNNs and the global modeling ability of Transformers. Comparative experiments demonstrate that the enhanced model has achieved a further increase in training accuracy, reaching an accuracy rate of 99.70% on the tomato leaf disease dataset, which is 0.49~3.68% higher than that of individual network models and 0.8~1.15% higher than that of existing state-of-the-art combined approaches. The results show that integrating attention mechanisms into convolutional models can significantly enhance the accuracy of tomato leaf disease recognition while also offering the great potential of the Eff-Swin backbone with self-attention in plant disease identification. Psoriasis, an immune-mediated inflammatory skin disorder, seriously affects the quality of life of nearly four percent of the world population. Euphorbia helioscopia L. is the monarch constituent of Chinese ZeQi powder preparation for psoriasis, so it is necessary to illustrate its active ingredients. Thus, twenty-three diterpenoids, including seven new ones, were isolated from the whole herb of E. helioscopia L. Compounds 1 and 2, each featuring a 2,3-dicarboxylic functionality, are the first examples in the ent-2,3-sceo-atisane or the ent-2,3-sceo-abietane family. Extensive spectroscopic analysis (1D, 2D NMR, and HRMS data) and computational methods were used to confirm their structures and absolute configurations. According to the previous study and NMR data from the jatropha diterpenes obtained in this study, some efficient 1H NMR spectroscopic rules for assigning the relative configurations of 3α-benzyloxy-jatroph-11E-ene and 7,8-seco-3α-benzyloxy-jatropha-11E-ene were summarized. Moreover, the hyperproliferation of T cells and keratinocytes is considered a key pathophysiology of psoriasis. Anti-proliferative activities against induced T/B lymphocytes and HaCaT cells were tested, and IC50 values of some compounds ranged from 6.7 to 31.5 μM. Compounds 7 and 11 reduced the secretions of IFN-γ and IL-2 significantly. Further immunofluorescence experiments and a docking study with NF-κB P65 showed that compound 13 interfered with the proliferation of HaCaT cells by inhibiting the NF-κB P65 phosphorylation at the protein level. The floodplain transverse slope is a significant parameter reflecting the degree of development of a secondary suspended river, as well as a crucial index of the flood risk in the river channel. Clarifying the factors that influence the evolution of the floodplain transverse slope has always been a hot and difficult topic for researchers working on the Yellow River management. We took the severe section of the secondary suspended river from Dongbatou to Gaocun in the lower Yellow River as the research object, selecting the annual runoff, annual sediment load, annual sediment coefficient, and the intensity of flood-season flow scouring at the Huayuankou station in the downstream as the water–sediment indexes. The correlation between different water–sediment indexes and the floodplain transverse slope under three modes: interannual, flood season, and flood-season overbank was studied through methods such as cross-wavelet transform and wavelet coherence analysis. The results showed that under the three modes, the annual sediment load and annual sediment coefficient had a high correlation with the evolution cycle of the transverse slope, followed by the intensity of flood-season flow scouring, and the annual runoff had the lowest correlation. Meanwhile, the change in the transverse slope had a good correlation with the flood-season overbank mode, indicating there was a high similarity between the water–sediment characteristics of floodplain flooding and the evolution cycle of the transverse slope; that is, the change in the transverse slope is greatly influenced by floodplain flooding events. Synergistic control of the emissions of air pollutants and CO2 is critical to the dual challenges of air quality improvement and climate change in China. Based on the emission inventories of thermal power units in Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei, this study analyzes the CO2 and NOX emission characteristics of these units, and identifies and quantifies the synergistic drivers affecting these emission trends. The inventory data show that, between 2010 and 2020, NOX emissions were reduced by 86.1%, while CO2 emissions were reduced by only 29.8%. Although significant progress has been made in reducing NOX emissions through measures such as end-of-pipe treatment, controlling CO2 emissions remains a difficult task. The index decomposition analysis reveals that economic growth is the main driver of CO2 and NOX emission growth, energy intensity reduction is the main driver of CO2 emission reduction, and end-of-pipe treatment is the main driver of NOX emission reduction. Currently, coal occupies about 87% of the energy consumption of thermal power units in the Beijing–Tianjin–Hebei region, and remains the main type of energy for synergistic emissions, and the potential for emission reduction in the energy structure remains huge. For NOX emissions, it is expected that 90% of the reduction potential can be achieved through energy restructuring and end-of-pipe treatment. Microbial remediation has become a prominent focus in soil pollution control due to its environmental friendliness, cost-effectiveness, and high efficiency. The effectiveness of microbial remediation is rooted in the interactions between microbial metabolic activities and the soil environment. Various microorganisms employ distinct mechanisms for pollutant treatment, including surface adsorption, intracellular accumulation, and biomineralization. Using the Web of Science Core Collection database, tools such as CiteSpace 6.1.R6, VOSviewer 1.6.20, and HistCite Pro were employed to conduct a quantitative analysis of several key aspects: the volume and thematic distribution of research papers on microbial remediation of soils, the cooperative networks between countries and institutions, the leading journals, major research hotspots, and emerging trends. The analysis reveals that utilizing microbial regulatory mechanisms and functions to remediate inorganic pollutants, such as heavy metals, and organic pollutants, such as PAHs, is becoming a significant frontier in future research. This study provides a valuable reference for scholars aiming to understand the current status of microbial research in soil remediation, both domestically and internationally. It also offers guidance for developing efficient, sustainable, and safe remediation strategies while identifying directions for future innovative research. The specific results are as follows: (1) China, the USA, India, and other countries have a high frequency of citations in this field, and the research is more in-depth. (2) More and more attention has been paid to the use of microbial remediation of contaminated soil in the world, mainly in Environmental Sciences. This study presents a comprehensive three-dimensional Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis of the pre-cooling process of a Type B LNG tank using various refrigerants, including liquid nitrogen (LN), nitrogen gas (NG), liquefied natural gas (LNG), boil-off gas (BOG), and their combinations. The simulation model accounts for phase change (through the mixture multiphase model), convective heat transfer, and conjugate heat exchange between the fluid and the tank structure. The results indicate that liquid nitrogen is the most efficient refrigerant, achieving the highest cooling rate through both latent and sensible heat. LNG also demonstrated a relatively high cooling rate, 79% of that of liquid nitrogen. Gas-only pre-cooling schemes relying solely on sensible heat exhibited slower cooling rates, with BOG achieved 79.4% of the cooling rate of NG. Mixed refrigerants such as NG + LN and BOG + LNG can achieve comparable, while slightly slower, cooling than the pure liquid refrigerants, outperforming gas-only strategies. A further assessment of the heat transfer coefficient suggests the mixed cooling schemes have almost identical heat transfer coefficient on the inner tank surface to the liquid cooling scheme, over 5% higher than the gas refrigerants. The study also highlighted the uneven temperature distribution within the tank due to the bulkhead's blockage effect, which can induce significant thermal stress and potentially compromise structural integrity. Mixed schemes exhibit thermal gradients higher than those of gas schemes but lower than those of liquid schemes, while achieving cooling speeds comparable to liquid schemes if the inlet velocity of the refrigerants is properly configured. During the large-scale vegetation restoration on the Loess Plateau, the introduction of exotic species with high water consumption, such as Robinia pseudoacacia L., led to widespread soil desiccation, and resulted in severe drought stress and increasing risk of forest degradation and mortality. Accurate assessment of drought-induced mortality risk in plantation forests is essential for evaluating and enhancing the sustainability of ecological restoration, yet quantitative research at the regional scale on the Loess Plateau is lacking. With a focus on Robinia pseudoacacia L. plantations, we utilized a coupled model of the Biome BioGeochemical Cycles model and plant supply–demand hydraulic model (BBGC-SPERRY model) to simulate the dynamics of the annual average percentage loss of whole-plant hydraulic conductance (APLK) at 124 meteorological stations over an extended period (1961–2020) to examine changes in plant hydraulic safety in Robinia pseudoacacia L. plantations. Based on the probability distribution of APLK at each site, the drought-induced mortality risk probability (DMRP) in Robinia pseudoacacia L. was determined. The results indicate the BBGC-SPERRY model could effectively simulate the spatiotemporal variations in transpiration and evapotranspiration in Robinia pseudoacacia L. stands on the Loess Plateau. The mean APLK and DMRP exhibited increasing trends from southeast to northwest along a precipitation gradient, with their spatial patterns on the Loess Plateau mainly driven by mean annual precipitation and also significantly influenced by other climatic and soil factors. The low-risk (DMRP < 2%), moderate-risk (2% ≤ DMRP ≤ 5%), and high-risk (DMRP > 5%) zones for drought-induced mortality in Robinia pseudoacacia L. accounted for 60.0%, 30.7%, and 9.3% of the study area, respectively. Urbanization and population concentration in China's major cities drive high land utilization demands, affecting nearby bridges during underground construction. Foundation pit construction alters the internal forces, deformation, and displacement of bridge piles. To understand these impacts and assess excavation support rationality, a case study was conducted on an ultra-deep foundation pit near an elevated ring road bridge in Wuhan. Considering the engineering geological conditions of the project site, construction sequence, and traffic load on the bridge, a three-dimensional finite element model was established to simulate the impact of foundation pit excavation on the elevated structure. And through an analysis of tracked monitoring data from the construction site, comparisons were also made with the simulation results. The findings of this case study indicated that throughout the entire construction phase of the foundation pit, the maximum horizontal and vertical displacements of the bridge foundation structure caused by the construction are 2.98 mm and −1.75 mm, respectively; the maximum change rate of the bending moment in the bridge structure due to the foundation pit construction is 6.3%, while the change in the axial forces is small, and completely within the safety control standards for bridge structure displacement. By analyzing the monitoring data over three stages within one year after the completion of the foundation pit, it is shown that the bridge structure gradually tends to stabilize. Additionally, due to soil consolidation, its displacement shows uniform rebound and tends to stabilize. Entoloma is a relatively large genus in Agaricales, with a rich diversity of species and a wide distribution. In this study, seven new species of Entoloma belonging to the subgenus Cubospora have been identified based on morphological and phylogenetic evidence from subtropical regions of China. Morphologically, E. excavatum is characterized by the yellow, depressed, estriate pileus and medium-sized basidiospores; E. lacticolor is recognized by the white and papillate pileus, adnexed lamellae, and presence of clamp connections; E. phlebophyllum is identified by the pink-to-maroon and estriate pileus, and lamellae with lateral veins; E. rufomarginatum differs from other cuboid-spored species by the lamellae edge which is red-brown-underlined; E. subcycneum is characterized by the white pileus and carneogriseum-type cheilocystidia; E. submurrayi is recognized by the pileus margin exceeding the lamellae, 2-layered pileipellis with hyphae of different widths, and the presence of clamp connections; E. tomentosum is identified by the tomentose pileus, heterogeneous lamella edge, and versiform cheilocystidia with brown-yellow contents. Their distinct taxonomic status is confirmed by the positions of the seven new species in both the ITS + LSU and 3-locus (LSU, tef-1α, rpb2) phylogenetic trees. With the rapid development of tumor immunotherapy, nanoparticle vaccines have attracted much attention as potential therapeutic strategies. A systematic review and analysis must be carried out to investigate the effect of mannose modification on the immune response to nanoparticles in regulating the tumor microenvironment, as well as to explore its potential clinical application in tumor therapy. Despite the potential advantages of nanoparticle vaccines in immunotherapy, achieving an effective immune response in the tumor microenvironment remains a challenge. Tumor immune escape and the overexpression of immunosuppressive factors limit its clinical application. Therefore, our review explored how to intervene in the immunosuppressive mechanism in the tumor microenvironment through the use of mannan-decorated lipid calcium phosphate nanoparticle vaccines to improve the efficacy of immunotherapy in patients with tumors and to provide new ideas and strategies for the field of tumor therapy. To explore the creep characteristics of geomembrane under different tensile stresses, a series of creep tests were carried out on high-density polyethylene (HDPE) geomembrane specimens. For the interpretation and fitting of the experimental data, refined approximation functions were proposed. Particular attention was paid to the creep failure behavior under high tensile stresses, i.e., 70%, 80%, and 90% of maximum peak stress. To investigate the effects of size on the mechanical response, experiments with two different membrane thicknesses were conducted. The results obtained under high stress levels were compared with creep tests at medium and low stress levels. Depending on load level, different creep characteristics can be distinguished. In the secondary creep state, the creep velocity is higher for higher load levels. In contrast to the medium and low load levels, the geomembrane under high stresses underwent the tertiary creep stage after instantaneous deformation and primary and secondary creep stages. In some tests, it was observed that under very high stress levels, creep velocity does not necessarily follow the expected trend and creep rupture can occur within a short time. For numerical simulation, an improved mathematical model was proposed to reproduce in a unified manner the experimental data of the whole non-linear evolution of creep elongation under different stress levels. The efficient and accurate identification of traffic signs is crucial to the safety and reliability of active driving assistance and driverless vehicles. However, the accurate detection of traffic signs under extreme cases remains challenging. Aiming at the problems of missing detection and false detection in traffic sign recognition in fog traffic scenes, this paper proposes a recognition algorithm for traffic signs based on pix2pixHD+YOLOv5-T. Firstly, the defogging model is generated by training the pix2pixHD network to meet the advanced visual task. Secondly, in order to better match the defogging algorithm with the target detection algorithm, the algorithm YOLOv5-Transformer is proposed by introducing a transformer module into the backbone of YOLOv5. Finally, the defogging algorithm pix2pixHD is combined with the improved YOLOv5 detection algorithm to complete the recognition of traffic signs in foggy environments. Comparative experiments proved that the traffic sign recognition algorithm proposed in this paper can effectively reduce the impact of a foggy environment on traffic sign recognition. Compared with the YOLOv5-T and YOLOv5 algorithms in moderate fog environments, the overall improvement of this algorithm is achieved. The natural environment in the high-altitude regions of Northwest China is extremely harsh, characterized by numerous salt lakes. The high concentrations of chloride salts, sulfates, and alkali metal ions in these areas can induce alkali–silica reactions (ASRs) in concrete. These reactions generate harmful gel within the concrete, causing expansion and cracking, which significantly impacts the durability of concrete structures. This study investigates the evolution of the mechanical properties in high-performance concrete (HPC) under long-term ASR by incorporating different admixtures and varying the equivalent alkali content. A three-dimensional random aggregate mesoscopic model was used to simulate static compression tests under various operational conditions. Non-destructive testing methods were utilized to determine the expansion rate, internal, and surface damage variables of the concrete. The experimental results indicate that the 10-year expansion rate differs from the 1-year rate by approximately 1%, and under long-term ASR mitigation measures, the internal damage in the HPC is minimal, though the surface damage is more severe. As the equivalent alkali content increases, the compressive strength of the concrete cubes decreases, initially rising before falling by 5–15% over time. The HPC with only air-entraining agent added exhibited better mechanical performance than the HPC with both air-entraining and corrosion inhibitors added, with the poorest performance observed in the HPC with only a corrosion inhibitor. A relationship was established between the surface and internal damage variables, with the surface damage initially increasing rapidly before stabilizing as the internal damage rose. Numerical simulations effectively describe the damage behavior of HPC under static uniaxial compression. Comparisons with actual failure morphologies revealed that, in the cube compression tests, crack propagation directly penetrated both coarse and fine aggregates rather than circumventing them. The simulations closely matched the experimental outcomes, demonstrating their accuracy in modeling experiments. This study discusses the compressive mechanical properties of concrete under prolonged ASR through a combination of experimental and simulation approaches. It also delves into the impact of surface damage on the overall mechanical performance and failure modes of concrete. Transformers have recently achieved significant breakthroughs in various visual tasks. However, these methods often overlook the optimization of interactions between convolution and transformer blocks. Although the basic attention module strengthens the feature selection ability, it is still weak in generating superior quality output. In order to address this challenge, we propose the integration of sub-pixel space and the application of sparse coding theory in the calculation of self-attention. This approach aims to enhance the network's generation capability, leading to the development of a sparse-activated sub-pixel transformer network (SSTNet). The experimental results show that compared with several state-of-the-art methods, our proposed network can obtain better generation results, improving the sharpness of object edges and the richness of detail texture information in super-resolution generated images. Time-domain numerical simulation is generally considered an accurate method to predict the mooring system performance, but it is also time and resource-consuming. This paper attempts to completely replace the time-domain numerical simulation with machine learning approaches, using a catenary anchor leg mooring (CALM) system design as an example. An adaptive sampling method is proposed to determine the dataset of various parameters in the CALM mooring system in order to train and validate the generated machine learning models. Reasonable prediction accuracy is achieved by the five assessed machine learning algorithms, namely random forest, extremely randomized trees, K-nearest neighbor, decision tree, and gradient boosting decision tree, among which random forest is found to perform the best if the sampling density is high enough. Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra) is a plant of the genus Glycyrrhiza in the family Fabaceae/Leguminosae and is a renowned natural herb with a long history of medicinal use dating back to ancient times. Glycyrrhizin (GLY), the main active component of licorice, serves as a widely utilized therapeutic agent in clinical practice. GLY exhibits diverse medicinal properties, including anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antiviral, antitumor, immunomodulatory, intestinal environment maintenance, and liver protection effects. However, current research primarily emphasizes GLY's antiviral activity, while providing limited insight into its antibacterial properties. GLY demonstrates a broad spectrum of antibacterial activity via inhibiting the growth of bacteria by targeting bacterial enzymes, impacting cell membrane formation, and altering membrane permeability. Moreover, GLY can also bolster host immunity by activating pertinent immune pathways, thereby enhancing pathogen clearance. This paper reviews GLY's inhibitory mechanisms against various pathogenic bacteria-induced pathological changes, its role as a high-mobility group box 1 inhibitor in immune regulation, and its efficacy in combating diseases caused by pathogenic bacteria. Furthermore, combining GLY with other antibiotics reduces the minimum inhibitory concentration, potentially aiding in the clinical development of combination therapies against drug-resistant bacteria. Sources of information were searched using PubMed, Web of Science, Science Direct, and GreenMedical for the keywords "licorice", "Glycyrrhizin", "antibacterial", "anti-inflammatory", "HMGB1", and combinations thereof, mainly from articles published from 1979 to 2024, with no language restrictions. Screening was carried out by one author and supplemented by others. Celery seeds contain various bioactive compounds and are commonly used as a spice and nutritional supplement in people's daily lives. The quality of celery seeds sold on the market varies, and their regions of production are unclear. This study evaluated the metabolites of Chinese celery seeds from three production regions using HS-SPME-GC-MS, HS-GC-IMS, and UPLC-ESI-MS/MS. The results indicate that GC-IMS analysis obtained a metabolic profile different from that detected using GC-MS. Terpenoids, polyphenols, coumarins, and phthalides are the main bioactive compounds in celery seeds. The production region significantly affects the metabolic characteristics of celery seeds. Based on GC-MS data, GC-IMS data, and LC-MS data, the variation analysis screened 6, 12, and 8 metabolites as potential characteristic metabolites in celery seeds related to the production region, respectively. According to the aromatic characteristics of the characteristic metabolites, seeds from the HCQ region and HZC region have a strong herbal, woody, celery, and turpentine aroma. The concentration of secondary metabolites was highest in the seeds from the HCQ region followed by the HZC region, and it was the lowest in the JJC region. Altogether, this study investigates how geographical origins influence the metabolomic profile of celery seeds. The balance between ubiquitination and deubiquitination is instrumental in the regulation of protein stability and maintenance of cellular homeostasis. The deubiquitinating enzyme, ubiquitin-specific protease 36 (USP36), a member of the USP family, plays a crucial role in this dynamic equilibrium by hydrolyzing and removing ubiquitin chains from target proteins and facilitating their proteasome-dependent degradation. The multifaceted functions of USP36 have been implicated in various disease processes, including cancer, infections, and inflammation, via the modulation of numerous cellular events, including gene transcription regulation, cell cycle regulation, immune responses, signal transduction, tumor growth, and inflammatory processes. The objective of this review is to provide a comprehensive summary of the current state of research on the roles of USP36 in different pathological conditions. In multi-agent systems, the Dynamic Distributed Constraint Optimisation Problem (D-DCOP) framework is pivotal, allowing for the decomposition of global objectives into agent constraints. Proactive agent behaviour is crucial in such systems, enabling agents to anticipate future changes and adapt accordingly. Existing approaches, like Proactive Dynamic DCOP (PD-DCOP) algorithms, often necessitate a predefined environment model. We address the problem of enabling proactive agent behaviour in D-DCOPs where the dynamics model of the environment is unknown. Specifically, we propose an approach where agents learn local autoregressive models from observations, predicting future states to inform decision-making. To achieve this, we present a temporal experience-sharing message-passing algorithm that leverages dynamic agent connections and a distance metric to collate training data. Our approach outperformed baseline methods in a search-and-extinguish task using the RoboCup Rescue Simulator, achieving better total building damage. The experimental results align with prior work on the significance of decision-switching costs and demonstrate improved performance when the switching cost is combined with a learned model. Inversion tillage and organic fertilizer application can break the plow pan and improve soil quality. However, the effects of combining these practices on the soil microbial resource limitation and maize yield in Haplic Chernozem are unclear. In this research, a field experiment was established in 2018, and soil samples were collected in 2021 in Longjiang County in Northeast China, which is a Haplic Chernozem region. Four treatments comprising conventional tillage (T15), conventional tillage with organic fertilizer (T15+M), inversion tillage (T35), and inversion tillage with organic fertilizer (T35+M) were randomly arranged with four replications. Compared with T15 and T15+M treatments, soil bulk density significantly decreased by 11.1–16.3% in the 15–35 cm layer under T35 and T35+M treatments, accompanied by the improvement in soil pore structure (e.g., soil porosity, circularity, and Euler number). T15+M treatment significantly increased soil organic carbon and soil nutrient contents by 11.1–16.3% and 3.9–24.5% in the 0–15 cm layer compared with other treatments. However, soil organic carbon, total nitrogen, available phosphorus content, microbial biomass, and enzymatic activities reached the maximum values in the 0–35 cm layer under T35+M treatment. In addition, T35+M treatment had the highest maize yield and sustainable yield index. Extracellular enzymatic stoichiometry suggested that soil microorganisms are generally co-limited by carbon and phosphorus in Haplic Chernozem. However, T35+M treatment significantly reduced soil microbial resource limitation, which was one important factor impacting maize yield and sustainability. Random-forest and partial least-squares path modeling showed that T35+M treatment could reduce soil microbial resource limitation and increase the stability and sustainability of the maize yield by improving soil available nutrients, microbial biomass, and pore structure. Therefore, the incorporation of inversion tillage and organic fertilizer is a suitable soil management practice in view of increasing soil quality and crop yields in a Haplic Chernozem region. Photopolymers, especially acrylate-based ones with low cost and simple preparation, are promising materials for high-efficiency holographic gratings. However, it is still challenging to achieve high-performance gratings, due to the influences of many factors. In this work, we found that the dark reaction plays a critical role. The effect of the dark reaction on the optical properties of holographic gratings was investigated. Experimental results reveal that the diffraction efficiency of the gratings can be improved by a factor of three by involving the dark reaction process, and the highest diffraction efficiency for gratings can reach 97.8% after optimization. Therefore, the dark reaction can greatly enhance the optical performance of acrylate-based holographic gratings and other optical elements, thus holding great potential for many applications. A cryogenic hose is used to transport liquefied natural gas at sea, where flexible fittings are sealed by corrugated lining and end flange welding. However, the extreme cryogenic temperatures of the conveyed fluid introduce substantial challenges to the integrity of the fitting seals' structure during the LNG transfer process. In order to study the sealing performance of the fitting under LNG conveying conditions, this paper was based on the general finite element software ABAQUS 6.11 to carry out a thermo-mechanical coupling analysis of the end sealing stress. This paper also established a sealing performance analysis model of the corrugated fitting welding area under the fitting action of LNG load and internal pressure load. A sensitivity analysis was conducted on the influence of weld clearance, blunt edge size, and weld residual height on the weld stress of a fitting ring. The results show that, under the combined action of the medium internal pressure and cryogenic load, the size design of the weld area significantly affects the sealing performance of the fitting, among which the equivalent force of the weld clearance butt sealing area has the greatest impact. Moreover, it was found that a pressure of 5 MPa was 2 mm when the weld clearance was 2 mm, and the average stress at the weld was 53.68 MPa. Further, considering the synergistic influence of the blunt edge size, the weld clearance was 3 mm, the stress was minimal when the blunt side size was 4 mm, and the average stress was 17.42 MPa. Multibeam echosounders, as the most commonly used bathymetric equipment, have been widely applied in acquiring seabed topography and underwater sonar images. However, when interference occurs in the water column, traditional bottom detection methods may fail, resulting in discontinuities in the bathymetry and distortion in the sonar images. To solve this problem, we propose an anti-interference bottom detection method based on deep learning models. First, the variation differences of backscatter strengths at different incidence angles and the failure conditions of traditional methods were analyzed. Second, the details of our deep learning models are explained. And these models were trained using samples in the specular reflection, scatter reflection, and high-incidence angle regions, respectively. Third, the bottom detection procedures of the along-track and across-track water column data using the trained models are provided. In the experiments, multibeam data with strong interferences in the water column were selected. The bottom detection results of the along-track water column data at incidence angles of 0°, 35°, and 60° and the across-track ping data validated the effectiveness of our method. By comparison, our method acquired the correct bottom position when the traditional methods had inaccurate or even no detection results. Ulcerative colitis is an inflammatory bowel disease with multiple pathogeneses. Here, we aimed to study the therapeutic role of ulinastatin (UTI), an anti-inflammatory bioagent, and its associated mechanisms in treating colitis. Dextran sulfate sodium was administrated to induce colitis in mice, and a subgroup of colitis mice was treated with UTI. The gut barrier defect and inflammatory manifestations of colitis were determined via histological and molecular experiments. In addition, transcriptomics, metagenomics, and metabolomics were employed to explore the possible mechanisms underlying the effects of UTI. We found that UTI significantly alleviated the inflammatory manifestations and intestinal barrier damage in the mice with colitis. Transcriptome sequencing revealed a correlation between the UTI treatment and JAK-STAT signaling pathway. UTI up-regulated the expression of SOCS1, which subsequently inhibited the phosphorylation of JAK2 and STAT3, thus limiting the action of inflammatory mediators. In addition, 16S rRNA sequencing illustrated that UTI maintained a more stable intestinal flora, protecting the gut from dysbiosis in colitis. Moreover, metabolomics analysis demonstrated that UTI indeed facilitated the production of some bile acids and short-chain fatty acids, which supported intestinal homeostasis. In addition to serving as North China's water supply and ecological barrier, the mountainous area of the Haihe River basin (MHRB) is a crucial location for the application of ecological engineering. Vegetation is an important component in the ecological conservation and eco-hydrological progress of the MHRB. A better understanding of regional vegetation growth can be achieved by a thorough investigation of vegetation indicators. In this research, the leaf area index (LAI) and gross primary productivity (GPP) were chosen as vegetation indicators. The characteristics and driving forces of the spatiotemporal variations of LAI and GPP in the MHRB were explored through Sen's slope, the Mann–Kendall test, the optimal parameter-based geographical detector model, and correlation analysis. From 2001 to 2018, the annual LAI and GPP increased significantly on the regional scale. The areas with significantly increased vegetation accounted for more than 81% of the MHRB. Land use was the most influential element for the spatial heterogeneity of LAI and GPP, and the humidity index was the most crucial one among climate indicators. Non-linear enhancement or bivariate enhancement was discovered between any two factors, and the strongest interaction was from land use and humidity index. The lowest vegetation cover was found in dry regions with annual precipitation below 407 mm and the humidity index under 0.41; while in both forests and large undulating mountains, higher LAI and GPP were observed. About 87% of the significantly increased vegetation was found in areas with unaltered land use. The increase in vegetation in the MHRB from 2001 to 2018 was promoted by the increased precipitation and humidity index and the reduced vapor pressure deficit. The sensitivity of GPP to climate change was stronger than that of LAI. In recent years, lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) have attracted extensive attention in tumor immunotherapy. Targeting immune cells in cancer therapy has become a strategy of great research interest. mRNA vaccines are a potential choice for tumor immunotherapy, due to their ability to directly encode antigen proteins and stimulate a strong immune response. However, the mode of delivery and lack of stability of mRNA are key issues limiting its application. LNPs are an excellent mRNA delivery carrier, and their structural stability and biocompatibility make them an effective means for delivering mRNA to specific targets. This study summarizes the research progress in LNP delivery carrier-assisted targeted controlled release mRNA vaccines in tumor immunity. The role of LNPs in improving mRNA stability, immunogenicity, and targeting is discussed. Accurate and rapid thermal load identification based on limited measurement points is crucial for spacecraft on-orbit monitoring. This study proposes a stepwise identification method based on deep learning for identifying structural thermal loads that efficiently map the local responses and overall thermal load of a box structure. To determine the location and magnitude of the thermal load accurately, the proposed method segments a structure into several subregions and applies a cascade of deep learning models to gradually reduce the solution domain. The generalization ability of the model is significantly enhanced by the inclusion of boundary conditions in the deep learning models. In this study, a large simulated dataset was generated by varying the load application position and intensity for each sample. The input variables encompass a small set of structural displacements, while the outputs include parameters related to the thermal load, such as the position and magnitude of the load. Ablation experiments are conducted to validate the effectiveness of this approach. The results show that this method reduces the identification error of the thermal load parameters by more than 45% compared with a single deep learning network. The proposed method holds promise for optimizing the design and analysis of spacecraft structures, contributing to improved performance and reliability in future space missions. Xishuangbanna (XIS) cucumber (Cucumis sativus L. var. xishuangbannanesis) is a semiwild variety originating from low latitude tropic areas, and therefore shows extreme cold sensitivity and heat tolerance. Here, we mapped the quantitative trait loci (QTLs) that control the cold sensitivity and heat tolerance of XIS cucumber seedlings. Using bulked segregant analysis (BSA), we identified three QTLs (HTT1.1, HTT3.1, and HTT3.2, with a total length of 11.98 Mb) for heat tolerance and two QTLs (LTT6.1 and LTT6.2, with a total length of 8.74 Mb) for cold sensitivity. The QTL LTT6.1 was then narrowed down to a length of 641 kb by using kompetitive allele-specific PCR (KASP) markers. Based on structural variants (SVs) and single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs), we found the LTT6.1 is covered by a high divergent region including a 50 kb deletion in the XIS49 genome, which affects the gene structure of lipase abhydrolase domain containing 6 (ABHD6, Csa_6G032560). Accordingly, there is a very big difference in lipid composition, but not in other osmoprotectants like free amino acids and fatty acids, between XIS49 and cultivated cucumber CL. Moreover, we calculated the composite likelihood ratio (CLR) and identified selective sweeps from 115 resequencing data, and found that lipid- and fatty-acid-related processes are major aspects in the domestication of the XIS group cucumber. LTT6.1 is a particularly special region positioned nearby lipid-related selective sweeps. Salmonella enterica serovar Typhimurium (S. Typhimurium), an important foodborne pathogen, causes diarrheal illness and gastrointestinal diseases. S. Typhimurium survives and replicates in phagocytic and non-phagocytic cells for acute or chronic infections. In these cells, S. Typhimurium resides within Salmonella-containing vacuoles (SCVs), in which the phosphate (Pi) concentration is low. S. Typhimurium senses low Pi and expresses virulence factors to modify host cells. However, the mechanism by which host cells reduce the Pi concentration in SCVs is not clear. In this study, we show that through the TLR4-MyD88-NF-κB signaling pathway, S. Typhimurium upregulates PIT1, which in turn transports Pi from SCVs into the cytosol and results in Pi starvation in SCVs. Immunofluorescence and western blotting analysis reveal that after the internalization of S. Typhimurium, PIT1 is located on SCV membranes. Silencing or overexpressing PIT1 inhibits or promotes Pi starvation, Salmonella pathogenicity island-2 (SPI-2) gene expression, and replication in SCVs. The S. Typhimurium ΔmsbB mutant or silenced TLR4-MyD88-NF-κB pathway suppresses the expression of the SPI-2 genes and promotes the fusion of SCVs with lysosomes. Our results illustrate that S. Typhimurium exploits the host innate immune responses as signals to promote intracellular replication, and they provide new insights for the development of broad-spectrum therapeutics to combat bacterial infections. Previously, it was shown that both blood flow and angiogenesis in the ischemic hind limb of diabetic rats were increased upon CO2 treatment for 4 weeks. In the present study, we have compared the effects of 6 weeks CO2 therapy in diabetic rats with or without peripheral ischemia. Diabetes was induced in rats by a tail vein injection of streptozotocin (65 mg/kg body weight), whereas peripheral ischemia was produced by occluding the femoral artery at 2 weeks of inducing diabetes. Both diabetic and diabetic-ischemic animals were treated with or without CO2 water-bath at 37 °C for 6 weeks (30 min/day; 5 days/week) starting at 2 weeks, after the induction of ischemia. CO2 treatment did not affect heart rate and R-R interval as well as plasma levels of creatine kinase, glucose, cholesterol, triglycerides and high density lipoproteins. Unlike the levels of plasma Ox-LDL, MDA and TNF-α, the levels of NO in diabetic group were increased by CO2 water-bath treatment. On the other hand, the levels of plasma Ox-LDL and MDA were decreased whereas that of NO was increased without any changes in TNF-α level in diabetic-ischemic animals upon CO2 therapy. Treatment of diabetic animals with CO2 increased peak, mean and minimal blood flow by 20, 49 and 43% whereas these values were increased by 53, 26 and 80% in the diabetic-ischemic group by CO2 therapy, respectively. Blood vessel count in diabetic and diabetic-ischemic skeletal muscles was increased by 73 and 136% by CO2 therapy, respectively. These data indicate that peripheral ischemia augmented the increase in blood flow and development of angiogenesis in diabetic skeletal muscle upon CO2 therapy. It is suggested that greater beneficial effects of CO2 therapy in diabetic-ischemic animals in comparison to diabetic group may be a consequence of difference of changes in the redox-sensitive signal transduction mechanisms. The aim of this investigation was to scrutinize the effects of a thermal treatment on the electrostatic complex formed between gum arabic (GA) and ε-polylysine (ε-PL), with the goal of improving the antibacterial properties and reducing the hygroscopicity of ε-PL. The heated complex with a ratio of 1:4 exhibited an encapsulation efficiency of 93.3%. Additionally, it had an average particle size of 350.3 nm, a polydispersity index of 0.255, and a zeta potential of 18.9 mV. The formation of the electrostatic complex between GA and ε-PL was confirmed through multispectral analysis, which demonstrated the participation of hydrogen bonding and hydrophobic and electrostatic interactions, as well as the enhanced effect of heat treatment on these forces within the complex. The complex displayed a core-shell structure, with a regular distribution and a shape that was approximately spherical, as observed in the transmission electron microscopy images. Additionally, the heated GA–ε-PL electrostatic composite exhibited favorable antibacterial effects on Salmonella enterica and Listeria monocytogenes, with reduced minimum inhibitory concentrations (15.6 μg/mL and 62.5 μg/mL, respectively) and minimum bactericidal concentrations (31.3 μg/mL and 156.3 μg/mL, respectively) compared to free ε-PL or the unheated electrostatic composite. Moreover, the moisture absorption of ε-PL reduced from 92.6% to 15.0% in just 48 h after being incorporated with GA and subsequently subjected to heat. This research showed a way to improve the antibacterial efficiency and antihygroscopicity of ε-PL, reducing its application limitations as an antimicrobial substance to some extent. Excessive erythrocytosis (EE) is a preclinical form of chronic mountain sickness (CMS). The dysregulation of iron metabolism in high-altitude hypoxia may induce EE. The intestinal hypoxia-inducible factor 2 alpha (HIF2a) regulates the genes involved in iron metabolism. Considering these findings, we aimed to investigate the function and mechanism of intestinal HIF2α and the iron metabolism pathway in high-altitude EE mice. C57BL/6J mice were randomized into four groups: the low-altitude group, the high-altitude group, the high-altitude + HIF2α inhibitor group, and the high-altitude + vehicle group. In-vitro experiments were performed using the human intestinal cell line HCT116 cultured under hypoxic conditions for 24 h. Results showed that high-altitude hypoxia significantly increased the expression of intestinal HIF2α and iron metabolism-related genes, including Dmt1, Dcytb, Fpn, Tfrc, and Fth in EE mice. Genetic blockade of the intestinal HIF2α-iron metabolism pathway decreased iron availability in HCT116 cells during hypoxia. The HIF2α inhibitor PT2385 suppressed intestinal HIF2α expression, decreased iron hypermetabolism, and reduced excessive erythrocytosis in mice. These data support the hypothesis that exposure to high-altitude hypoxia can lead to iron hypermetabolism by activating intestinal HIF2α transcriptional regulation, and reduced iron availability improves EE by inhibiting intestinal HIF2α signaling. Secondary perched rivers are extensively distributed in the lower section of the Yellow River, and their condition is grave, representing a significant peril to the flood control safety of this region. Consequently, conducting an analysis of their evolution characteristics holds immense engineering importance for ensuring the flood control safety of the lower reaches of the Yellow River. This study focuses on the downstream section of the Yellow River, specifically from Dongbatou-Taochengpu. This research is based on extensive data, including topographic measurements of large cross-sections and water and sand data from Huayuankou spanning from 1960 to 2022. The transverse slope of the beach, which indicates the level of development of the secondary perched rivers, was chosen as the calculation index. To analyze the trend and mutation of the transverse slope, statistical methods such as the Theil–Sen slope estimation, Mann–Kendall test, Pettitt test, and double cumulative curve method were employed. The findings indicate that the average transverse slope along the wandering section (Dongbatou-Gaocun) is 5.81‱, is significantly lower compared to the transitional section (Gaocun-Taochengpu), with an average transverse slope of 8.89‱. Furthermore, the range of fluctuation in the variation in the transverse slope along the wandering section (3.19–8.18‱) is considerably narrower than that observed in the transitional section (2.94–19.51‱). Prior to the implementation of Xiaolangdi, there was a significant increase in the transverse slope. Notably, the transitional section experienced a sudden change in 1975, while the wandering section experienced a sudden change in 1990. The abrupt alteration in the transitional section can be attributed to the substantial variation in the water and sand conditions. Conversely, the sudden change in the wandering section resulted from the insufficient flow rate of the flat beach. Titanium dioxide photocatalysts can break down pollutants using natural light. They possess notable light stability, chemical stability, and catalytic effects, thus leading to extensive research worldwide. However, the limited light absorption range of titanium dioxide and their inefficiencies in generating and transporting photogenerated carriers hinder the enhancement of their photocatalytic performance. In this study, we employ a femtosecond laser composite processing method to create an Ag-TiO2 nanoplate composite catalyst. This method doubles the catalytic efficiency compared with the structure processed solely with the femtosecond laser. The resulting Ag-TiO2 nanoplate composite catalysts show significant promise for addressing environmental and energy challenges, including the photodegradation of organic pollutants. Deep-water flexible composite pipes have been widely employed in the domain of deep-water oil and gas transportation, and high-density polyethylene (HDPE) is used to seal the inner sheath of internal oil and gas media containing H2S and CH4, due to its favorable barrier properties and mechanical properties. The morphological evolution of HDPE during the extrusion process exerts a direct impact on the material's barrier properties. The grand canonical Monte Carlo (GCMC) approach and the molecular dynamics (MD) method were coupled in this study to examine the morphological evolution of HDPE under various shear rates as well as the penetration of methane (CH4) in HDPE under various shear rates. The results indicate that with an increase in shear rate, the HDPE undergoes decoupling, leading to the formation of a densely arranged, rigidly oriented structure. Gas solubility and diffusion coefficients exhibit an initial increase followed by a subsequent reduction as the shear rate increases, which corresponds to the evolution of microscopic morphology. The current simulation can effectively forecast the microscopic morphology and material permeability coefficient and provide valuable insights for enhancing the barrier effectiveness of the inner sheath. Oats (Avena sativa L.) are mostly used as a germplasm resource for forage. This experiment showed the differences in the nutrient composition and the forage quality of five wild leather oat populations from Israel and one cultivated leather oat population from China. It also showed the correlation of the indicators with the geo-environmental factors in the places of origin of the six populations that were analysed. Three replicated experiments were conducted during a three-year period from 2018.10 to 2020.03, mainly from 11 indicators of nutrient composition and forage quality. In this experiment, Spearman's correlation was used to analyse the differences between different groups (p < 0.05), the relationship between components was analysed by principal component analysis (PCA), and the kinship relationship between six groups was also analysed based on the data of 11 components. In terms of nutrient content, the cultivated group Hu had significantly lower ash (8.92%), crude protein (11.96%), and soluble sugar content (10.51%) than the wild oat groups. In terms of forage quality, the lignin content (3.31%) of the Hu population was 2.3 times higher than that of Evolution Canyon, and the fibre content was 8 times higher than that of Sede Boqer. This indicates that wild oats have better nutritional value and palatability. Following the correlation analysis, it was found that the environmental factors of the origin had a significant effect on the indexes of ash, crude protein, and soluble sugar of oat straw, but had less effect on the content of crude fat, total phosphorus, and total potassium. Meanwhile, the annual rainfall and the number of rainfall days in the origin had a significant effect on the fibre content. In conclusion, the higher variability of wild oat populations due to the influence of different environmental and geographical factors may be a new possibility brought by forage oats. Satellite precipitation data downscaling is gaining importance for climatic and hydrological studies at basin scale, especially in the data-scarce mountainous regions, e.g., the Upper Indus Basin (UIB). The relationship between precipitation and environmental variables is frequently utilized to statistically data and enhance spatial resolution; the non-stationary relationship between precipitation and environmental variables has not yet been completely explored. The present work is designed to downscale TRMM (Tropical Rainfall Measuring Mission) data from 2000 to 2017 in the UIB, using stepwise regression analysis (SRA) to filter environmental variables first and a geographically weighted regression (GWR) model to downscale the data later. As a result, monthly and annual precipitation data with a high spatial resolution (1 km × 1 km) were obtained. The study's findings showed that elevation, longitude, the Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI), and latitude, with the highest correlations with precipitation in the UIB, are the most important variables for downscaling. Environmental variable filtration followed by GWR model downscaling performed better than GWR model downscaling directly when compared with observation data. Generally, the SRA and GWR method are suitable for environmental variable filtration and TRMM data downscaling, respectively, over the complex and heterogeneous topography of the UIB. We conclude that the monthly non-stationary relationships between precipitation and variables exist and have the greatest potential to affect downscaling, which requires the most attention. With the accelerated development of nanotechnology in recent years, nanomaterials have become increasingly prevalent in the medical field. The poly (lactic acid–glycolic acid) copolymer (PLGA) is one of the most commonly used biodegradable polymers. It is biocompatible and can be fabricated into various nanostructures, depending on requirements. Ischemic stroke is a common, disabling, and fatal illness that burdens society. There is a need for further improvement in the diagnosis and treatment of this disease. PLGA-based nanostructures can facilitate therapeutic compounds' passage through the physicochemical barrier. They further provide both sustained and controlled release of therapeutic compounds when loaded with drugs for the treatment of ischemic stroke. The clinical significance and potential of PLGA-based nanostructures can also be seen in their applications in cell transplantation and imaging diagnostics of ischemic stroke. This paper summarizes the synthesis and properties of PLGA and reviews in detail the recent applications of PLGA-based nanostructures for drug delivery, disease therapy, cell transplantation, and the imaging diagnosis of ischemic stroke. Accretionary and collisional orogeny are often accompanied by the disturbance of the geothermal gradient, leading to high-temperature metamorphism. High-temperature metamorphic rocks are significant in their ability to help the reconstruction of the thermal histories of orogenic belts. The Tianshan Orogenic Belt, at the southwest margin of the Central Asian Orogenic Belt, is a record of the long-term subduction–collision–post-collision orogenic process that has taken place in the Phanerozoic Eon. Here, we report the discovery of mafic granulites in the Muzhaerte area, SW Tianshan. Petrographic observation reveals that the mafic granulites underwent two metamorphic stages. The peak mineral assemblage of the first stage is dominated by clinopyroxene + orthopyroxene + plagioclase + quartz + hornblende (hb1) ± biotite, and the post-peak mineral assemblage of the second stage is dominated by clinopyroxene + plagioclase + quartz + hornblende (hb2) + biotite. The calculated results obtained from the two-pyroxene thermobarometers and the Al-in-hornblende barometer for the mafic granulites indicate that the metamorphic conditions of mafic granulites are 760–860 °C, <0.39–0.41 Gpa. The signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (STAT3), which regulates multiple oncogenic processes, has been found to be constitutively activated in lymphoma, suggesting its potential as a therapeutic target. Here, we constructed an anti-CD19-N-(4-carboxycyclohexylmethyl) maleimide N-hydroxysuccinimide ester (SMCC)-protamine (CSP)-STAT3 small interfering RNA (siRNA) conjugate and demonstrated that the CSP-STAT3 siRNA conjugate could specifically bind to normal B cells and A20 lymphoma cells in vitro. It decreased the STAT3 expression in B cell lymphoma cell lines (A20, SU-DHL-2 and OCI-Ly3), resulting in reduced proliferation of lymphoma cells featured with lower S-phase and higher apoptosis. Using an A20 transplantable lymphoma model, we found that the CSP-STAT3 siRNA conjugate significantly inhibited tumor growth and weight. Ki-67, p-STAT3, STAT3, and serum IL-6 levels were all significantly reduced in A20-bearing mice treated with CSP-STAT3 siRNA. These findings indicate that specifically targeting STAT3 siRNA to B cell lymphoma cell lines can significantly decrease STAT3 activity and inhibit tumor progression in vitro and in vivo, suggesting its potential utilization for cancer treatment. The digital twin workshop contains a vast quantity of heterogeneous data from multiple sources, such as the historical state of workshop equipment, which is essential for analyzing implicit problems and bottlenecks in manufacturing tasks. Nevertheless, the current unidirectional and irreversible time flow of the digital twin workshop makes it difficult to optimize workshop productivity using historical data. This paper proposes a scene equipment saving and loading method for the digital twin workshop to address this issue. The initial steps involve defining a workshop information model which represents multiple pieces of workshop equipment in the virtual space and the content of the data it covers. This model stores data for each object type on the workshop using distinct data structures; a workshop element data saving and loading method is proposed, which can save the historical scene equipment data of the digital twin workshop and load the saved data into the digital twin software; finally, a case study is conducted to determine the data compatibility, the saving and loading efficiency, and the system's ability to save and load actual workshop scenes. The results demonstrate that this method can efficiently save and load scene equipment data on the workshop, enabling workshop administrators to identify problems and bottlenecks in historical manufacturing tasks and then take steps to increase workshop productivity. The integration of the Internet of Things (IoT) with machine learning (ML) is revolutionizing how services and applications impact our daily lives. In traditional ML methods, data are collected and processed centrally. However, modern IoT networks face challenges in implementing this approach due to their vast amount of data and privacy concerns. To overcome these issues, federated learning (FL) has emerged as a solution. FL allows ML methods to achieve collaborative training by transferring model parameters instead of client data. One of the significant challenges of federated learning is that IoT devices as clients usually have different computation and communication capacities in a dynamic environment. At the same time, their network availability is unstable, and their data quality varies. To achieve high-quality federated learning and handle these challenges, designing the proper client selection process and methods are essential, which involves selecting suitable clients from the candidates. This study presents a comprehensive systematic literature review (SLR) that focuses on the challenges of client selection (CS) in the context of federated learning (FL). The objective of this SLR is to facilitate future research and development of CS methods in FL. Additionally, a detailed and in-depth overview of the CS process is provided, encompassing its abstract implementation and essential characteristics. This comprehensive presentation enables the application of CS in diverse domains. Furthermore, various CS methods are thoroughly categorized and explained based on their key characteristics and their ability to address specific challenges. The Yanshan intraplate tectonic belt is a tectonic-active area in the central part of the North China Craton that has undergone long-term orogenic evolution. Detailed studies on magmatic activity and metamorphism of this belt are significant for restoring its orogenic thermal evolution process. The Fangshan pluton in the Zhoukoudian area within this tectonic belt is a product of the late Mesozoic Yanshan event. However, there is a lack of detailed research on the metamorphic evolution history of the ancient terrane surrounding the Fangshan pluton subjected to contact thermal metamorphism. To further constrain the metamorphic P–T evolution of contact metamorphism associated with the Fangshan pluton, we collected rock samples in the andalusite–biotite contact metamorphic zone of the Fangshan pluton, and conducted petrographic investigations, geochemical and mineral composition analysis, and phase equilibrium modeling. The phase equilibrium modeling in the MnO–Na2O–CaO–K2O–FeO–MgO–Al2O3–SiO2–H2O–TiO2–O system indicates that the peak mineral assemblages of andalusite–biotite schists are pl + q + mu + bi + and ± kfs + ilm + mt, formed at 550 to 610 °C, 1 to 3.5 kbar, and the peak mineral assemblage of garnet–andalusite–cordierite–biotite schists is gt + pl + q + bi + and + cord + ilm + mt, formed at 580 to 620 °C, 1.5 to 2.1 kbar. Therefore, we believe that the rocks in the andalusite biotite contact metamorphic zone of the Fangshan pluton underwent low pressure and medium temperature metamorphism, with the peak metamorphic conditions of about 550–610 °C, <3.5 kbar. The results show that the rocks in contact with the thermal metamorphic zone were rapidly heated by the heat released by the Fangshan pluton, and after reaching the peak metamorphic temperature, they were cooled down simultaneously with the cooling of the rock mass, defined in a nearly isobaric P–T trajectory. We demonstrated a low-cost, highly sensitive hybrid Ag-Cu substrate with enhanced absorption for the excitation laser beam via the nanosphere lithography technique. The hybrid Ag-Cu surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) substrate consists of a Cu nanoarray covered with Ag nanoparticles. The geometry of the deposited Cu nanoarray is precisely determined through a self-assembly nanosphere etching process, resulting in optimized absorption for the excitation laser beam. Further Raman enhancement is achieved by incorporating plasmonic hotspots formed by dense Ag nanoparticles, grown by immersing the prepared Cu nanoarray in a silver nitrate solution. The structural design enables analytical enhancement factor of hybrid Ag-Cu SERS substrates of 1.13 × 105. The Ag-Cu SERS substrates exhibit a highly sensitive and reproducible SERS activity, with a low detection limit of 10−13 M for Rhodamine 6G detection and 10−9 M for 4,4′-Bipyridine. Organic material incorporation are important agricultural practices, which can influence soil organic carbon (SOC) sequestration and stabilization. However, the response of interaction between SOC structure and soil microbial to organic material incorporation management are still poorly understood. In 2021, we conducted a three years field experiment in Guangrong country, northeastern China. Five treatments were established: conventional tillage (CK), conventional tillage with straw incorporation (T1); subsoil tillage with straw incorporation (T2); subsoil tillage with straw and organic manure incorporation (T3) and subsoiling tillage with organic manure incorporation (T4). Fulvic–like and protein–like components were found in fulvic acid (FA) in a 0–15 cm soil layer, while fulvic–like components in humic acid (HA) were found in 0–15 cm and 15–35 cm soil layers. In the 15–35 cm soil layer, the bacterial, fungal and total phospholipid fatty acid (PLFA) contents were significantly higher by 159.62%, 687.00%, and 139.02% in T3 than CK, respectively. The fungal to bacterial PLFA ratios (F/B) were significantly higher by 97.46% and the Gram–positive bacteria to Gram–negative bacteria PLFA ratios (G+/G−) were lower by 20.99% in T3 than CK in the 15–35 cm soil layer. With the widespread popularity of Wireless Mobile Networks (WMNs) in our daily life, the huge risk to disclose personal privacy of massive graph structure data in WMNs receives more and more attention. Particularly, as a special type of graph data in WMNs, the directed graph contains an amount of sensitive personal information. To provide secure and reliable privacy preservation for directed graphs in WMNs, we develop a node differential privacy-based method, which combines differential privacy with graph modification. In the method, the original directed graph is first divided into several sub-graphs after it is transformed into a weighted graph. Then, in each sub-graph, the node degree sequences are obtained by using an exponential mechanism and micro-aggregation is adopted to get the noised node degree sequences, which is used to generate a synthetic directed sub-graph through edge modification. Finally, all synthetic sub-graphs are merged into a synthetic directed graph that can preserve the original directed graph. The theoretical analysis proves that the proposed method satisfies differential privacy. The Water Conservation Functional Zone and Ecological Environmental Supporting Zone (the Capital Two Zones in China), Zhangjiakou (ZJK) City, situated in China, has played a key role in mitigating water scarcity pressure on Beijing via delivering sustainable and high-quality water yield, as well as water conservation services aimed at maintaining the ecological functions of the Capital Two Zones. However, the changing mechanism for both water yield and water conservation services instigated by the combined impacts of human activities and climate change remains poorly understood. In this study, we used the Integrated Valuation of Ecosystem Services and Trade-offs Tools (InVEST) model to analyze the changes in water yield and water conservation services, revealing the impacts of different land use scenarios. The results showed significant forest and impervious land area increment, while the water surface area decreased sharply from 1990 to 2020, with obvious urbanization expansion in ZJK during the period. Average annual water yield and water conservation from 1990 to 2020 were recorded at 48.98 mm and 2.35 mm, respectively. Precipitation emerged as the primary driver of water yield and conservation service changes, while the south of ZJK generally exhibited higher water yield and conservation service than the north of ZJK. Results also indicate that grassland had the highest water yield, with an average of 56.60 mm, followed by forest (55.66 mm) and shrub (55.07 mm). Further, the forest had the highest water conservation value (3.73 mm), followed by shrub (2.56 mm), and grassland (2.37 mm), respectively. The return of cropland to forest scenario had the most substantial decrease in water yield. Findings suggest that precipitation has a direct impact on water yield and conservation services via the amount of atmospheric water input, while land use alteration contributes to changes in regional-scale water. Rocks and minerals buried in the earth's surface usually undergo weathering processes and change color in the burying environment. A kind of yellow Chinese stamp stone named "Lumu stone", which is buried in a yellowish weathering crust (yellowish soil), was selected to investigate its color changes in the weathering processes. In this study, the appearance features, mineral components, micromorphology, spectroscopy characteristics, and color causation of the "Lumu stone" were studied by using X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), an electron probe microanalyzer (EPMA), a laser ablation inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer (LA-ICP-MS), and a UV-Visible (UV-Vis) spectrum. The "Lumu stone" usually exhibits a darker yellow outer layer and a lighter yellow core, suggesting that yellow color permeated into the stone from the surface to the core gradually and the color is secondary forming. The results from XRD and SEM show the studied samples are mainly composed of dickite and illite. The individual particles of the dickite and illite are about 2–5 μm, randomly distributing in the three-dimensional space and constituting voids among the particles. The acid pickling experiments using HCl coupled with KSCN confirmed that the mineral phases that caused the yellow color of the matrix are iron oxide and hydroxide. On the other hand, goethite and hematite were observed gathering in the yellow and brown-red cracks on the "Lumu stone" by SEM study. However, iron oxide and hydroxide in the matrix were difficult to observe and detect among the dickite and illite aggregates by SEM and XRD methods. It indicates that they may be nanoscale in size and very low in content. According to the calculation of the second derivative of Kubelka-Munk (K-M) transformed diffuse reflection spectroscopy (DRS) curves obtained from UV-Vis, the characteristic peaks of goethite and hematite were found in the yellow matrix, and their contributions to the color were confirmed. The concentrations of goethite and hematite were calculated to be 0.32 to 1.87 g/kg and 0.22 to 0.93 g/kg in the studied samples, respectively. In this study, a series of methods were employed to detect very low levels of goethite and hematite in the samples undergoing weathering processes. Additionally, nanoscale goethite and hematite were considered newly formed minerals when buried in the weathering processes and may gradually move into the voids among phyllosilicate particles. This paper focuses on the hydrodynamic interaction between the large floating body and a small transfer platform in a jettyless floating transfer system. A high-order boundary-element method combined with a direct time-domain-solution method to calculate and analyze the hydrodynamic response of the small platform while berthed with the fixed large floating body and freely floating large body under wave action was applied and compared with the hydrodynamic response of a single small transfer platform. It was found that when the large floating body and the small transfer platform were both located on the leeward side, they had little mutual influence, and the hydrodynamic response agreed well with that of the single small transfer platform and the single large floating body. While the small platform was located on the leeward side of the large floating body, it significantly affected the hydrodynamic response of the platform, resulting in a significant reduction in horizontal motion and pitch motion, meaning that the shielding effect was significant. Within a certain range of wave periods, the heave-motion amplitudes can be significantly reduced, but beyond that range, they increase. Therefore, it is important to carefully consider the relative motions of LNG transport ships and small platforms when connecting them via aerial jumper pipes in jettyless floating transfer systems. Objective: The RNA-binding protein RBM10 can regulate apoptosis during the proliferation and migration of pancreatic cancer, endometrial cancer, and osteosarcoma cells; however, the molecular mechanism underlying lung adenocarcinoma is rarely reported. Recent studies have detected multiple truncated and missense mutations in RBM10 in lung adenocarcinoma, but the role of RBM10 in lung adenocarcinoma is unclear. This study mainly explored the immune regulation mechanism of RBM10 in the development of lung adenocarcinoma and its influence on sensitivity to targeted therapy drugs. Methods: The transcriptome data of CGAP were used to analyze the RNA-seq data of lung adenocarcinoma patients from different subgroups by using the CIBERSORT algorithm to infer the relative proportion of various immune infiltrating cells, and Spearman correlation analysis was performed to determine the gene expression and immune cell content. In addition, this study utilized drug trial data from the GDSC database. The IC50 estimates for each specific targeted therapy were obtained by using a regression method, and the regression and prediction accuracy were tested via ten cross-validations with the GDSC training set. An immunohistochemical test was performed on the samples of 20 patients with lung adenocarcinoma in the subcomponent analysis of immune cells, and the protein expression of RBM10 in lung adenocarcinoma tissues was verified by cellular immunofluorescence assays. Nucleic acids were extracted at low temperatures, and qRT-PCR was used to verify the expression levels of the mRNA of RBM10 in lung adenocarcinoma tissues and normal tissues (p < 0.05). Results: After screening and inclusion using a machine language, the results showed that RBM10 was significantly highly expressed in the lung adenocarcinoma tissues. The related signaling pathways were mainly concentrated in ncRNA processing, rRNA metabolic processes, ribosome biogenesis, and the regulation of translation. The qRT-PCR for 20 lung adenocarcinoma tissues showed that the expression of RBM10 in these tissues was significantly different from that in normal tissues (p = 0.0255). Immunohistochemistry analysis and cell immunofluorescence staining also confirmed that RBM10 was involved in the immune regulation of lung adenocarcinoma tissues, and the number of immune cell aggregations was significantly higher than that of the control group. RBM10 regulates B cell memory-CIBERSORT (p = 0.042) and B cell memory-CIBERSOTRT-abs (p = 0.027), cancer-associated fibroblast-EPIC (p = 0.001), cancer-associated fibroblast- MCPCounter (p = 0.0037), etc. The risk score was significantly associated with the sensitivity of patients to lapatinib (p = 0.049), nilotinib (p = 0.015), pazopanib (p = 0.001), and sorafenib (p = 0.048). Conclusions: RBM10 can inhibit the proliferation and invasion of lung adenocarcinoma cells through negative regulation and promote the apoptosis of lung adenocarcinoma cells through immunomodulatory mechanisms. The expression level of RBM10 affects the efficacy of targeted drug therapy and the survival prognosis of lung adenocarcinoma patients, which has a certain guiding significance for the clinical treatment of these patients.
