To be CMOS-compatible, a low preparation temperature (<500 °C) for ferroelectric films is required. In this study, BiFeO3 films were successfully fabricated at a low annealing temperature (<450 °C) on aluminum foils by a metal–organic decomposition process. The effect of the annealing atmosphere on the performance of BiFeO3 films was assessed at 440 ± 5 °C. By using a N2-rich atmosphere, a large remnant polarization (Pr~78.1 μC/cm2 @ 1165.2 kV/cm), and a high rectangularity (~91.3% @ 1165.2 kV/cm) of the P-E loop, excellent charge-retaining ability of up to 1.0 × 103 s and outstanding fatigue resistance after 1.0 × 109 switching cycles could be observed. By adopting a N2-rich atmosphere and aluminum foil substrates, acceptable electrical properties (Pr~70 μC/cm2 @ 1118.1 kV/cm) of the BiFeO3 films were achieved at the very low annealing temperature of 365 ± 5 °C. This study utilized gas chromatography-ion mobility spectrometry (GC-IMS) to analyze the volatile flavor compounds present in various commercially available sausages. Additionally, it conducted a comparative assessment of the distinctions among different samples by integrating sensory evaluation with textural and physicochemical parameters. The results of the GC-IMS analysis showed that a total of 65 volatile compounds were detected in the four samples, including 12 hydrocarbons, 11 alcohols, 10 ketones, 9 aldehydes, 12 esters, and 1 acids. Fingerprinting combined with principal component analysis (PCA) showed that the volatiles of different brands of sausages were significantly different (p < 0.05). The volatiles of S1 and S4 were more similar and significantly different from the other two samples (p < 0.05). Among them, there were 14 key volatile substances in the four samples, of which 3-hydroxy-2-butanone and diallyl sulfide were common to all four sausages. Combined textural and sensory evaluations revealed that smoked sausages exhibited superior characteristics in resilience, cohesiveness, springiness, gumminess, and chewiness. Additionally, smoked sausages were found to be more attractive in color, moderately spicy, and salty, while having a lower fat content. Green roof systems are regarded as a viable solution for mitigating urban environmental challenges and offering a multitude of environmental benefits. Currently, green roofs are increasingly being utilized for the management of rainwater runoff and wastewater. The integration of decentralized rainwater and sewage on-site treatment technology with urban green buildings is being gradually promoted. Green roofs can also be considered as a form of decentralized rainwater and sewage on-site technology, which holds great potential for widespread adoption in the future. Several studies have suggested that green roofs may serve as a potential source of pollutants; however, there are also studies that clearly demonstrate the efficient removal of nutrients and organic pollutants by green roofs. This article critically examines the existing literature on water treatment aspects associated with green roofs and elucidates their classification and operational mechanisms. Through an analysis of previous research cases, it becomes evident that both substrate and vegetation play a significant role in influencing the treatment performance of green roofs. By designing and configuring appropriate substrate and vegetation, green roofs can play a pivotal role in the purification of water quality. Finally, a brief outlook is presented for the future research directions of green roofs, with the anticipation that green roofs will feature more innovative and environmentally friendly designs, as well as expanded prospects for application. The policies regarding the mandatory fortification of food with folic acid (FA) may impact the effectiveness of folate-based B vitamin treatment on cognitive function in older adults. We critically and systematically review the literature to assess whether food fortification policies affect folate-based B vitamin treatment efficacy on cognition function in older adults. Electronic databases, including PubMed, Web of Science, and CNKI, were searched for "Cognitive Function", "Folate", and "Older Adults". The study had specific criteria for inclusion, which were as follows: (1) the studies should initially have randomized controlled trials that were conducted on older adults aged 60 or above; (2) the studies must assess the relationship between folate status and cognitive performance; and (3) the studies should clarify the policies regarding food fortification with FA. This review followed the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) reporting guidelines. Two reviewers independently extracted all the data, and any discrepancies were resolved by consensus. All the data collected were compiled, compared, and analyzed critically. Random effects models were used to assess the effects of interventions. The systematic review included fifty-one articles involving 42,768 participants. Of these, the 23 articles were included in the meta-analysis. The meta-analysis on the effects of folate-based B vitamin supplementation on cognitive function showed a significant overall impact (Z = 3.84; p = 0.0001; SMD, 0.18; 95% CI, 0.09, 0.28). Further analysis revealed that FA food fortification policies were not implemented in countries where folate-based B vitamin supplementation improved cognitive impairment in older adults (Z = 3.75; p = 0.0002; SMD, 0.27; 95% CI, 0.13, 0.40). However, the FA intervention did not have significant outcomes in areas where FA food fortification policies were mandatory (Z = 0.75; p = 0.45; SMD, 0.03; 95% CI, −0.06, 0.13). Supplementing with oral folic acid, alone or in combination, has been linked to improved cognitive performance in older adults. In this research work, we investigate the direct impact of CEO power on corporate performance, as well as the mediating role of green innovation in this hypothesized relationship. In this study, we use observation data collected from 780 listed manufacturing companies, explicitly focusing on the Karachi Stock Exchange (KSE), and adopt a GMM (generalized method of moments) model for testing our hypotheses. The results of this research show that CEO power has a negative impact on sustainable corporate performance, while the mediating role of green innovation positively and completely regulates the effect of CEO power on enterprises' sustainable performance. This study adds novelty to the literature as it explores the influence of green innovation in manufacturing enterprises on CEO power and firm performance and observes the direct impact of green innovation and CEO power on sustainable business performance. The results of this study show that a green innovation strategy significantly affects CEO power and manufacturing firm performance and that companies that adopt green initiatives can increase corporate value and improve their reputation among stakeholders. Aberrant aggregation of misfolded alpha-synuclein (α-syn), a major pathological hallmark of related neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson's disease (PD), can translocate between cells. Ubiquitin-like 3 (UBL3) is a membrane-anchored ubiquitin-fold protein and post-translational modifier. UBL3 promotes protein sorting into small extracellular vesicles (sEVs) and thereby mediates intercellular communication. Our recent studies have shown that α-syn interacts with UBL3 and that this interaction is downregulated after silencing microsomal glutathione S-transferase 3 (MGST3). However, how MGST3 regulates the interaction of α-syn and UBL3 remains unclear. In the present study, we further explored this by overexpressing MGST3. In the split Gaussia luciferase complementation assay, we found that the interaction between α-syn and UBL3 was upregulated by MGST3. While Western blot and RT-qPCR analyses showed that silencing or overexpression of MGST3 did not significantly alter the expression of α-syn and UBL3, the immunocytochemical staining analysis indicated that MGST3 increased the co-localization of α-syn and UBL3. We suggested roles for the anti-oxidative stress function of MGST3 and found that the effect of MGST3 overexpression on the interaction between α-syn with UBL3 was significantly rescued under excess oxidative stress and promoted intracellular α-syn to extracellular transport. In conclusion, our results demonstrate that MGST3 upregulates the interaction between α-syn with UBL3 and promotes the interaction to translocate intracellular α-syn to the extracellular. Overall, our findings provide new insights and ideas for promoting the modulation of UBL3 as a therapeutic agent for the treatment of synucleinopathy-associated neurodegenerative diseases. In this study, three different brands of commercially available marinated tofu were analyzed and compared with homemade products to explore the effect of key flavor substances on their sensory quality, sensory properties, texture characteristics, and volatile components. The texture characteristics and flavor substances of the three brands of commercially available marinated tofu were significantly different from those of homemade products. A total of 64 volatile components were identified by headspace-gas chromatography-ion mobility spectrometry (HS-GC-IMS), mainly including 11 hydrocarbons, 11 alcohols, 10 ketones, 15 aldehydes, 4 esters, 1 acid, and 12 other volatile substances. Among these, nine key flavor compounds (ROAV > 1, VIP > 1) were identified using the relative odor activity value (ROAV) combined with a partial least squares discriminant analysis (PLS-DA) and variable importance in projection, including α-Pinene, β-Myrcene, α-Phellandrene, 1-Penten-3-one, Butanal, 3-Methyl butanal, acetic acid ethyl ester, 1,8-Cineol, and 2-Pentyl furan. The correlation heatmap showed that sensory evaluation was positively correlated with hardness, gumminess, chewiness, and springiness while negatively correlated with 2-Pentyl furan, α-Pinene, resilience, α-Phellandrene, 1-Penten-3-one, acetic acid ethyl ester, and 1,8-Cineol. Pygopus (Pygo) has been identified as a specific nuclear co-activator of the canonical Wingless (Wg)/Wnt signaling pathway in Drosophila melanogaster. Pygo proteins consist of two conserved domains: an N-terminal homologous domain (NHD) and a C-terminal plant homologous domain (PHD). The PHD's ability to bind to di- and trimethylated lysine 4 of histone H3 (H3K4me2/3) appears to be independent of Wnt signaling. There is ongoing debate regarding the significance of Pygo's histone-binding capacity. Drosophila Pygo orthologs have a tryptophan (W) > phenylalanine (F) substitution in their histone pocket-divider compared to vertebrates, leading to reduced histone affinity. In this research, we utilized CRISPR/Cas9 technology to introduce the Pygo-F773W point mutation in Drosophila, successfully establishing a viable homozygous Pygo mutant line for the first time. Adult mutant flies displayed noticeable abnormalities in reproduction, locomotion, heart function, and lifespan. RNA-seq and cluster analysis indicated that the mutation primarily affected pathways related to immunity, metabolism, and posttranslational modification in adult flies rather than the Wnt signaling pathway. Additionally, a reduction in H3K9 acetylation levels during the embryonic stage was observed in the mutant strains. These findings support the notion that Pygo plays a wider role in chromatin remodeling, with its involvement in Wnt signaling representing only a specific aspect of its chromatin-related functions. With the rapid development of deep learning, its powerful capabilities make it possible to perform mechanical fault diagnosis of high-voltage circuit breakers (HVCBs). Among deep learning approaches, the convolutional neural network is widely used. However, while it can extract features effectively, it also has some limitations. Specifically, it depends on a large number of training data and only takes data information into account without considering structural information. These shortcomings lead to unused information and unsatisfactory model results. To address these shortcomings, this paper proposes AKNN-DMGCN, a novel dynamic multi-attention graph convolutional network based on an adaptively constructed graph, which can achieve high accuracy and robust mechanical fault diagnosis of HVCBs. First, a novel adaptive k-nearest neighbor (AKNN) graph construction method is proposed to construct informative graphs. The AKNN method can mine the relationship between the original data samples and utilize the data and label information. Thus, it has high fault tolerance to noise signals and can construct a structure graph with rich and accurate information, which can improve the overall model performance. Then, a dynamic multi-attention graph convolutional network (DMGCN) is applied for mechanical fault diagnosis of HVCBs. DMGCN fully utilizes structural and numerical information representing HVCB signals to perform classification. DMGCN has a dynamic multi-attention mechanism with strong expressive ability, which allows it to achieve high diagnostic accuracy. The experimental results indicate that the accuracy of AKNN-DMGCN reaches 97.22% on a balanced dataset and 95.01% on an imbalanced dataset, which demonstrates that the proposed method is effective for both balanced and imbalanced samples. High-voltage circuit breakers (HVCBs) handle the important tasks of controlling and safeguarding electricity networks. In the case of insufficient data samples, improving the accuracy of the traditional HVCB mechanical fault diagnosis method is difficult, so it poses challenges in meeting performance requirements for mechanical fault diagnosis. In this study, a HVCB fault diagnosis method is introduced. It utilizes a combination of grey wolf optimization (GWO) and multi-grained cascade forest (gcForest) algorithms to resolve these issues and improve the accuracy of HVCB mechanical fault diagnosis. To simplify the original vibration signal, the input feature quantity for the fault diagnosis method is obtained by calculating the energy entropy of the wavelet packet decomposition. The GWO algorithm is employed to optimize the parameters of the gcForest model, leading to identification of the optimum parameter configuration. Subsequently, the diagnostic effect in the case of a small sample size was analyzed through a VS1 vacuum circuit breaker example, and the accuracy reached 95.89%. In the case of unbalanced samples, further analysis and comparison with different methods confirm the feasibility and efficiency of the combination of GWO and gcForest algorithms. Carbon dioxide corrosion presents a significant challenge in the oil and gas field. This study simulates the corrosive environment characteristics of oil and gas fields to investigate the corrosion inhibition properties of three triphenylmethane dyes. The inhibitive performance and mechanisms of these dyes were analyzed through weight loss and electrochemical testing, revealing that crystal violet (CV) exhibited a superior inhibition effectiveness over malachite green (MG) and Fuchsine basic (FB). At a concentration of 150 ppm in a CO2-saturated 5% NaCl solution at 25 °C, CV achieved an impressive maximum inhibition efficiency of 94.89%. With the increase in temperature, the corrosion rate slightly decreased, and the corrosion rate was 92.94% at 60 °C. The investigated CV acted as a mixed-type corrosion inhibitor and its protection obeyed the Langmuir adsorption isotherm. The corrosion morphology was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), and confocal laser scanning microscopy (CLMS). Quantum chemical calculations and molecular dynamics simulations were employed to validate the corrosion inhibition mechanisms, providing guidance for the further application of these dyes in corrosion control. Chaenomeles sinensis has traditionally been used as an herbal medicine due to its characteristics that protect against inflammation, hypertension, and mutagenesis. However, the effect of Chaenomeles sinensis extract (CSE) on allergic rhinitis (AR) and its underlying mechanisms have yet to be thoroughly investigated. The current study explored the likely effect of CSE on AR in an ovalbumin (OVA)-induced AR mouse model. To this end, OVA-specific immunoglobulins, nasal symptoms, cytokine production, the infiltration of inflammatory cells, and nasal histopathology were assessed to determine the role of CSE against AR. The supplementation of CSE was found to suppress OVA-specific IgE, while OVA-specific IgG2a was increased in the serum. Further, CSE ameliorated the production of T helper type 2 (Th2) cytokines whereas it increased Th1 cytokine levels in nasal lavage fluid. Moreover, the CSE treatment group exhibited significant inhibition of IL-33/ST2 signaling. Subsequently, CES reversed the OVA-induced enhancement of epithelial permeability and upregulated E-cadherin, thus indicating that CES plays a protective role on epithelial barrier integrity. Altogether, the oral administration of CSE effectively controlled allergic response by restricting the buildup of inflammatory cells, enhancing nasal and lung histopathological traits, and regulating cytokines associated with inflammation. Collectively, the results show that the supplementation of CSE at different doses effectively regulated AR, thus suggesting the therapeutic efficiency of CSE in suppressing airway diseases. Pseudomonas aeruginosa is known to generate bacterial biofilms that increase antibiotic resistance. With the increase of multi-drug resistance in recent years, the formulation of a new therapeutic strategy has seemed urgent. Preliminary findings show that Prodigiosin (PG), derived from chromium-resistant Serratia marcescens, exhibited efficient anti-biofilm activity against Staphylococcus aureus. However, its anti-biofilm activity against P. aeruginosa remains largely unexplored. The anti-biofilm activity of PG against three clinical single drug-resistant P. aeruginosa was evaluated using crystal violet staining, and the viability of biofilms and planktonic cells were also assessed. A model of chronic lung infection was constructed to test the in vivo antibiofilm activity of PG. The results showed that PG inhibited biofilm formation and effectively inhibited the production of pyocyanin and extracellular polysaccharides in vitro, as well as moderated the expression of interleukins (IL-1β, IL-6, IL-10) and tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α) in vivo, which might be attributed to the downregulation of biofilm-related genes such as algA, pelA, and pslM. Polysaccharides from Ficus carica L. (FCP) exert multiple biological activities. As a biological macromolecule, the available knowledge about the specific structures and mechanisms of the biological activity of purified 'Brunswick' fig polysaccharides is currently limited. In the present study, chemical purification and characteristics were identified via chemical and instrumental analysis, and then the impact of FCP on immunomodulation activity in vitro and in vivo was examined. Structural characteristics showed that the molecular weight of the FCP sample was determined to be 127.5 kDa; the primary monosaccharides present in the FCP sample were galacturonic acid (GalA), arabinose (Ara), galactose (Gal), rhamnose (Rha), glucose (Glc), and xylose (Xyl) at a ratio of 0.321:0.287:0.269:0.091:0.013:0.011. Based on the investigation of in vitro immunomodulatory activity, FCP was found to stimulate the production of NO, TNF-α, and IL-6, and increased the pinocytic activity of macrophages. Further analysis revealed that FCP activated macrophages by interacting with Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4). Moreover, the in vivo test results indicate that FCP showed a significant increase in serum pro-inflammatory factors in immunosuppressed mice. The deformation of tunnel support structures during tunnel construction is influenced by geological factors, geometrical factors, support factors, and construction factors. Accurate prediction of tunnel support structure deformation is crucial for engineering safety and optimizing support parameters. Traditional methods for tunnel deformation prediction have often relied on numerical simulations and model experiments, which may not always meet the time-sensitive requirements. In this study, we propose a fusion deep neural network (FDNN) model that combines multiple algorithms with a complementary tunnel information encoding method. The FDNN model utilizes Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) and Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) networks to extract features related to tunnel structural deformation. FDNN model is used to predict deformations in the Capital Ring Expressway, and the predictions align well with monitoring results. To demonstrate the superiority of the proposed model, we use four different performance evaluation metrics to analyze the predictive performance of FDNN, DNN, XGBoost, Decision Tree Regression (DTR), and Random Forest Regression (RFR) methods. The results indicate that FDNN exhibits high precision and robustness. To assess the impact of different data types on the predictive results, we use tunnel geometry data as the base and combine geological, support, and construction data. The analysis reveals that models trained on datasets comprising all four data types perform the best. Geological parameters have the most significant impact on the predictive performance of all models. In modern electronic warfare, radar intelligence has become increasingly crucial when dealing with complex interference environments. This paper combines radar agile frequency technology with reinforcement learning to achieve adaptive frequency hopping for radar anti-jamming. Unlike traditional reinforcement learning with Markov decision processes (MDPs), the interaction between radar and jammers occurs within the partially observable Markov decision processes (POMDPs). In this context, the partial observation information available to the agent does not strictly satisfy the Markov property. This paper uses multiple layers of historical observation information to solve this problem. Historical observations can be viewed as a time series, and time-sensitive networks are employed to extract the temporal information embedded within the observations. In addition, the reward function is optimized to facilitate the faster learning of the agent in the jammer sweep environment. Determining the types of light curves has been a challenge due to the massive amount of light curves generated by large sky survey programs. In the literature, the light curves classification methods are overly dependent on the imaging quality of the light curves, so the classification results are often poor. In this paper, a new method is proposed to classify the Kepler light curves from Quarter 1, and consists of two parts: feature extraction and classification neural network construction. In the first part, features are extracted from the light curves using three different methods, and then the features are fused (transform domain features, light curve flux statistics features, and Kepler photometry features). In the second part, a classification neural network RLNet, based on Residual Network (ResNet) and Long Short Term Memory (LSTM), is proposed. The experiment involved the classification of approximately 150,000 Kepler light curves into 11 categories. The results show that this new method outperforms seven other methods in all metrics, with an accuracy of 0.987, a minimum recall of 0.968, and a minimum precision of 0.970 under all categories. Copy number variations (CNVs) are crucial structural genomic variants affecting complex traits in humans and livestock animals. The current study was designed to conduct a comprehensive comparative copy number variation analysis among three breeds, Debao (DB), Baise (BS), and Warmblood (WB), with a specific focus on identifying genomic regions associated with miniature features in horses. Using whole-genome next-generation resequencing data, we identified 18,974 CNVs across 31 autosomes. Among the breeds, we found 4279 breed-specific CNV regions (CNVRs). Baise, Debao, and Warmblood displayed 2978, 986, and 895 distinct CNVRs, respectively, with 202 CNVRs shared across all three breeds. After removing duplicates, we obtained 1545 CNVRs from 26 horse genomes. Functional annotation reveals enrichment in biological functions, including antigen processing, cell metabolism, olfactory conduction, and nervous system development. Debao horses have 970 genes overlapping with CNVRs, possibly causing their small size and mountainous adaptations. We also found that the genes GHR, SOX9, and SOX11 may be responsible for the miniature features of the Debao horse by analyzing their overlapping CNVRs. Overall, this study offers valuable insights into the widespread presence of CNVs in the horse genome. Research demonstrated that folate deficiency in either the mother or father could impact the biological functions of the offspring's of neural cells. Folate deficiency can also impair the methionine cycle, thus contributing to the conversion of S-adenosylmethionine (SAM) to S-adenosylhomocysteine (SAH), which could potentially cause damage to the central nervous system. The study focused on the effect of parental folate deficiency on neural cell apoptosis in offspring neonatal rats and whether it is mediated by the levels of SAM and SAH in brains. The experimental design was conducted by feeding female and male Sprague Dawley (SD) rats with either folate-deficient or folate-normal diets, sacrificing the offspring within 24 h and isolating their brain tissue. Rats were divided into four groups: the maternal-folate-deficient and paternal-folate-deficient (D-D) group; the maternal-folate-deficient and paternal-folate-normal (D-N) group; the maternal-folate-normal and paternal-folate-deficient (N-D) group; and the maternal-folate-normal and paternal-folate-normal (N-N) group. There was down-regulation of B-cell lymphoma 2 (Bcl-2) expression, up-regulation of Bcl-2-associated X protein (Bax) and Caspase-3 expression of neural cells, and pathological changes in the brain ultrastructure, as well as decreased SAM levels, increased SAH levels, and a decreased SAM/SAH ratio in the rat fetal brain via parental folate deficiency. In conclusion, parental folate deficiency could induce the apoptosis of neural cells in neonatal offspring rats, while biparental folate deficiency had the greatest effect on offspring, and the unilateral effect was greater in mothers than in fathers. The deterioration of brain glucose metabolism predates the clinical onset of Alzheimer's disease (AD). Medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) positively improve brain glucose metabolism and decrease the expression of AD-related proteins. However, the effects of the combined intervention are unclear. The present study explored the effects of the supplementation of MCTs combined with DHA in improving brain glucose metabolism and decreasing AD-related protein expression levels in APP/PS1 mice. The mice were assigned into four dietary treatment groups: the control group, MCTs group, DHA group, and MCTs + DHA group. The corresponding diet of the respective groups was fed to mice from the age of 3 to 11 months. The results showed that the supplementation of MCTs combined with DHA could increase serum octanoic acid (C8:0), decanoic acid (C10:0), DHA, and β-hydroxybutyrate (β-HB) levels; improve glucose metabolism; and reduce nerve cell apoptosis in the brain. Excessive exercise without adequate rest can lead to overtraining syndrome, which manifests a series of side effects, including fatigue, gut dysbiosis, and decremental sports performance. Konjac glucomannan (KGM) is a plant polysaccharide with numerous health-improving effects, but few studies reported its effects on the gut microbiome, endurance, and strength in an overtraining model. This study assessed the effect of KGM on gut microbiome, endurance, and strength in mice with excessive exercise. Three doses of KGM (1.25, 2.50, and 5.00 mg/mL) were administrated in drinking water to mice during 42 days of a treadmill overtraining program. The results showed that excessive exercise induced a significant microbial shift compared with the control group, while a high dose (5.00 mg/mL) of KGM maintained the microbial composition. The proportion of Sutterella in feces was significantly increased in the excessive exercise group, while the moderate dose (2.50 mg/mL) of KGM dramatically increased the relative abundance of Lactobacillus and SCFA production in feces. Additionally, the moderate dose and high dose of KGM counteracted the negative effects of excessive exercise on strength or/and endurance (43.14% and 39.94% increase through a moderate dose of KGM, Bonferroni corrected p < 0.05, compared with the excessive exercise group). Along with the fact that China is in a critical period of economic structural transformation, industrial structural upgrading and transformation are imminent. The empirical research in this paper mainly constructs four groups of fixed effects models. The purpose is to investigate the impact mechanisms of green finance (GF), technological innovation (TI), and industrial structure upgrading (ISU) in 11 provinces (cities) along the Yangtze River Economic Belt (YREB) from 2011 to 2020. Based on the research method of the fixed effects model, this paper can analyze the association between GF, TI, and ISU in a more concise and intuitive way. The research conclusions mainly include the following three points. Firstly, both GF and TI are able to significantly contribute to the ISU of the YREB. Furthermore, GF can also promote TI to a certain extent. Second, TI serves as a partial intermediary in the process of GF's favorable contribution to the ISU. In other words, green finance can act as an intermediary by enhancing technological innovation capacity so as to effectively accelerate the ISU of the YREB. Thirdly, this paper finds that there exists a degree of regional heterogeneity in the process of GF and TI affecting ISU in the YREB. For one thing, GF in the eastern part of the YREB can strongly accelerate the ISU. However, there is no obvious impact effect in the central and western regions. For another, TI in the eastern part of the YREB has, likewise, contributed positively to the ISU. In comparison, TI in the central region has a clearly negative effect on the ISU while there is no significant influence effect in the western region. In conclusion, this paper innovatively integrates GF, TI, and ISU into a framework for research. It is a commonly used method to design volutes for centrifugal pumps by applying statistical data. Different statistical analyses were performed by various pump technicians based on different pump samples and data-processing methodologies. When the performance parameters at the design point of a pump w given, differences in the geometrical parameters and hydraulic characteristics of the finalized volute may exist if different statistical data are applied in the volute design procedure. Two types of typical statistical data extensively used by engineers for volute design were described systematically. As the wetted perimeters of volute sections and volute inlet width are considered two key parameters that have a considerable impact on the hydraulic performance of pumps, one type of statistical data introduced a new shape of volute sections to reduce the wetted perimeter and friction area. In the second type of statistical data, the volute inlet width could be governed by designers to improve flow behavior at the volute entrance. To compare the energy-saving effects of the two types of volute design guidelines, the models of the wet parts of three pumps with different design flows and heads were established. Then, two-volute models were designed and manufactured for each impeller using two-volute statistical data, and the internal flow field of the three pumps under multiple working conditions was simulated using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) technology. The numerical results show that the head and efficiency can be improved using a shorter cross-section wet volute under the same impeller conditions. The influence of the wetted perimeters of the volute sections on the pump performances is more remarkable than that originating from the volute inlet width. Ubiquitin-like 3 (UBL3) is a membrane-anchored protein that plays a crucial role in sorting proteins into small extracellular vesicles. Aggregations of alpha-synuclein (α-syn) are associated with the pathology of neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson's disease. Recently, the interaction between UBL3 and α-syn was discovered, with potential implications in clearing excess α-syn from neurons and its role in disease spread. However, the regulator that can mediate the interaction between UBL3 and α-syn remains unclear. In this study, using the split gaussian luciferase complementation assay and RNA interference technology, we identified that QSOX2, HTATIP2, UBE3C, MGST3, NSF, HECTD1, SAE1, and ATG3 were involved in downregulating the interaction between UBL3 and α-syn. Notably, silencing MGST3 had the most significant impact. Immunocytochemistry staining confirmed the impact of MGST3 silencing on the co-localization of UBL3 and α-syn in cells. MGST3 is a part of the antioxidant system, and silencing MGST3 is believed to contribute to oxidative stress. We induced oxidative stress with hydrogen peroxide, observing its effect on the UBL3-α-syn interaction, and showing that 800 µM of H2O2 downregulated this interaction. With the discovery that the acquisition of toxic features by extrasynaptic NMDA receptors (NMDARs) involves their physical interaction with the non-selective cation channel, TRPM4, it has become possible to develop a new pharmacological principle for neuroprotection, namely the disruption of the NMDAR/TRPM4 death signaling complex. This can be accomplished through the expression of the TwinF domain, a 57-amino-acid-long stretch of TRPM4 that mediates its interaction with NMDARs, but also using small molecule TwinF interface (TI) inhibitors, also known as NMDAR/TRPM4 interaction interface inhibitors. Both TwinF and small molecule TI inhibitors detoxify extrasynaptic NMDARs without interfering with synaptic NMDARs, which serve important physiological functions in the brain. Fallopia japonica (Asian knotweed) is a medicinal herb traditionally used to treat inflammation, among other conditions. However, the effects of F. japonica root extract (FJE) on airway inflammation associated with combined allergic rhinitis and asthma (CARAS) and the related mechanisms have not been investigated. This study examined the effect of FJE against CARAS in an ovalbumin (OVA)-induced CARAS mouse model. Six-week-old male BALB/c mice were randomly segregated into six groups. Mice were sensitized intraperitoneally with OVA on days 1, 8, and 15, and administered saline, Dexamethasone (1.5 mg/kg), or FJE (50, 100, or 200 mg/kg) once a day for 16 days. Nasal symptoms, inflammatory cells, OVA-specific immunoglobulins, cytokine production, mast cell activation, and nasal histopathology were assessed. Administration of FJE down-regulated OVA-specific IgE and up-regulated OVA-specific IgG2a in serum. FJE reduced the production of T helper (Th) type 2 cytokines, and the Th1 cytokine levels were enhanced in nasal and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid. Moreover, FJE positively regulated allergic responses by reducing the accumulation of inflammatory cells, improving nasal and lung histopathological characteristics, and inhibiting inflammation-associated cytokines. FJE positively modulated the IL-33/TSLP/NF-B signaling pathway, which is involved in regulating inflammatory cells, immunoglobulin levels, and pro-inflammatory cytokines at the molecular level. Objective: To evaluate the effect of low tube voltage (100 kV) combined with adaptive statistical iterative reconstruction-V (ASIR-V) on the visualization and image quality of the Adamkiewicz artery (AKA). Methods: One hundred patients were prospectively enrolled and randomly assigned into two groups (both n = 50). Group A (100 kV) was reconstructed with filtered back projection (FBP) and ASIR-V from 10% to 100% with 10% intervals. Group B (120 kV) was only reconstructed with FBP. The objective image quality was evaluated by using CT values of the aorta (CTAorta), background noise, signal-to-noise ratio of the descending aorta (SNRAorta), and contrast-to-noise ratio of the spinal cord (CNRSpinal cord). The subjective image quality and visualization scores of the AKA were assessed on a 5-point scale. Results: CTAorta was significantly higher in Group A than in Group B (p < 0.001). When ASIR-V weights were ≥60%, significant differences were found in the background noise, SNRAorta, and CNRSpinal cord between the two groups (all p < 0.05). In Group A, compared with FBP, the subjective score gradually increased as ASIR-V increased to 80%, which decreased when ASIR-V exceeded 80%. The visualization scores of the AKA (≥60%) and the ability to detect vessel continuity (≥80%) gradually increased as the ASIR-V weights increased (p < 0.05). The effective radiation dose was reduced by about 40.36% in Group A compared to Group B. Conclusions: compared with conventional scanning protocol, using a combination of low tube voltage (100 kV) and 80% ASIR-V protocol could not only increase the visualization of the AKA, but also improve image quality and reduce the radiation doses. High-dynamic-range (HDR) images are widely regarded as the ideal format for digital images due to their ability to accurately render a wider range of luminance values. Recently, research has focused on introducing data-hiding techniques to HDR images, but these studies often suffer from a low hiding capacity. In 2011, a steganography scheme was proposed, which utilizes homogeneity in RGBE (red, green, blue, and exponent) format, a popular HDR format, and results in cover images with only slight and ignorable distortions after embedding. However, the capacity of the scheme is limited, and their steganography process may raise suspicions due to the abnormal distribution of pixel values caused by the multiplication and division in the embedding process. There is no denying that security is always the main concern for steganography. A major potential problem became clear after a careful revisiting of the scheme. This paper presents an enhanced steganography scheme that improves embedding capacity by modifying non-embeddable pixels to become embeddable in cover images and avoids potential security weaknesses by using additional random numbers to alter pixel values. The proposed scheme improves the embedding capacity of HDR images while maintaining their visual quality and security against statistical analysis attacks. Acrostalagmus is known for its ability to produce numerous bioactive natural products, making it valuable in drug development. This review provides information on the sources, distribution, chemical structure types, biosynthesis, and biological activities of the compounds isolated from the genus Acrostalagmus in the family Plectosphaerellaceae from 1969 to 2022. The results show that 50% of the compounds isolated from Acrostalagmus are new natural products, and 82% of the natural products derived from this genus are from the marine Acrostalagmus. The compounds isolated from Acrostalagmus exhibit diverse structures, with alkaloids being of particular importance, accounting for 56% of the natural products derived from this genus. Furthermore, within the alkaloid class, 61% belong to the epipolythiodioxopiperazine family, highlighting the significance of epipolythiodioxopiperazine as a key characteristic structure within Acrostalagmus. Seventy-two percent of natural products derived from Acrostalagmus display bioactivities, with 50% of the bioactive compounds exhibiting more significant or comparable activities than their positive controls. Interestingly, 89% of potent active compounds are derived from marine fungi, demonstrating their promising potential for development. These findings underscore Acrostalagmus, particularly the marine-derived genus Acrostalagmusas, a valuable source of new bioactive secondary metabolites, and emphasize the vast resource importance of the ocean. The Feast of Drunken Dragon is a special intangible cultural heritage of Macau, which is also known as the Drunken Dragon and Lion Dance Gala. Every year, on the eighth day of the fourth month of the lunar calendar, members of the Macau Fish Traders Association hold a drunken dragon and lion dance activity at the Macau Sanjie Guild Hall. Festivals play a part in cultural designing. They not only attract a large number of tourists but also promote local culture. The Drunken Dragon Dance is currently encountering many problems such as the inability to introduce new performance methods as technicians are getting older, and young people are unwilling to inherit it. This cultural heritage tends to gradually decline. The Cultural Affairs Bureau of the Macao Government has paid attention to the problem. However, the publicity methods are still mainly based on videos, simple online graphics, and cultural and creative products, and the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic harmed the promotion. With the rapid development of technology, mobile devices provide digital reading and augmented reality (AR) to assist learning. Thus, learning is not limited in space and time, and individuals continue to use it without hindrance. Using the concept of experiential learning, we design interactive teaching materials with dynamic images to advertise the historical stories of the Feast of Drunken Dragon in Macau, folk rituals, and traditional dragon performances through the AR interactive experience of the drunken dragon festival. The concept of learning by doing is an experiential way to understand relevant intangible cultural heritage knowledge. The effect of maternal folate status on the fetal central nervous system (CNS) is well recognized, while evidence is emerging that such an association also exists between fathers and offspring. The biological functions of telomeres and telomerase are also related to neural cell proliferation and apoptosis. The study aimed to investigate the effect of parental folate deficiency on the proliferation and apoptosis of neural stem cells (NSCs) in neonatal offspring and the role of telomeres in this effect. In this study, rats were divided into four groups: maternal folate-deficient and paternal folate-deficient diet (D-D) group; maternal folate-deficient and paternal folate-normal diet (D-N) group; maternal folate-normal and paternal folate-deficient diet (N-D) group; and the maternal folate-normal and paternal folate-normal diet (N-N) group. The offspring were sacrificed at postnatal day 0 (PND0), and NSCs were cultured from the hippocampus and striatum tissues of offspring for future assay. The results revealed that parental folate deficiency decreased folate levels, increased homocysteine (Hcy) levels of the offspring's brain tissue, inhibited proliferation, increased apoptosis, shortened telomere length, and aggravated telomere attrition of offspring NSCs in vivo and in vitro. In vitro experiments further showed that offspring NSCs telomerase activity was inhibited due to parental folate deficiency. In conclusion, parental folate deficiency inhibited the proliferation and increased apoptosis of offspring NSCs, maternal folate deficiency had more adverse effects than paternal, and the mechanisms may involve the telomere attrition of NSCs. Aiming to investigate the mechanical performance of UHPC T-section beams, five specimens are fabricated and tested, considering the variable steel fiber volume fraction (SFVF). The code of the Association Francaise de Génie Civil (AFGC) is evaluated by test data. Additionally, based on Abaqus (2020), refined finite element analysis (FEA) models of specimens are established and validated by experimental data. Moreover, the parametric sensitivity analysis is carried out, which aims to further investigate the effect of shear span ratio, longitude reinforcement ratio, and stirrup ratio on the bending-shear behavior of T-section beams. The test results indicated that the ultimate load of the specimen improves with the increase of SFVF, and the use of steel fibers can greatly improve the shear capacity instead of the bending capacity. Furthermore, SFVF can change the failure mode; the specimens fail in shear failure when SFVF < 2%, while they fail in bending failure when SFVF ≥ 2%. From the evaluation of codes, the AFGC code is conservative in the prediction of ultimate capacity, which can guide the design of UHPC structures well. Additionally, from the parametric analysis of FEM, the failure mode transformed from shear failure to bending failure as the shear span ratio increased, particularly in specimens with SFVF ≥ 2.5%. Asthma is a chronic airway inflammatory disease listed as one of the top global health problems. Phaeanthus vietnamensis BÂN is a well-known medicinal plant in Vietnam with its anti-oxidant, anti-microbial, anti-inflammatory potential, and gastro-protective properties. However, there is no study about P. vietnamensis extract (PVE) on asthma disease. Here, an OVA-induced asthma mouse model was established to evaluate the anti-inflammatory and anti-asthmatic effects and possible mechanisms of PVE. BALB/c mice were sensitized by injecting 50 μg OVA into the peritoneal and challenged by nebulization with 5% OVA. Mice were orally administered various doses of PVE once daily (50, 100, 200 mg/kg) or dexamethasone (Dex; 2.5 mg/kg) or Saline 1 h before the OVA challenge. The cell infiltrated in the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) was analyzed; levels of OVA-specific immunoglobulins in serum, cytokines, and transcription factors in the BALF were measured, and lung histopathology was evaluated. PVE, especially PVE 200mg/kg dose, could improve asthma exacerbation by balancing the Th1/Th2 ratio, reducing inflammatory cells in BALF, depressing serum anti-specific OVA IgE, anti-specific OVA IgG1, histamine levels, and retrieving lung histology. Moreover, the PVE treatment group significantly increased the expressions of antioxidant enzymes Nrf2 and HO-1 in the lung tissue and the level of those antioxidant enzymes in the BALF, decreasing the oxidative stress marker MDA level in the BALF, leading to the relieving the activation of MAPK signaling in asthmatic condition. Deep learning methods, especially convolutional neural networks (CNNs), have achieved good results in the partial discharge (PD) diagnosis of gas-insulated switchgear (GIS) in the laboratory. However, the relationship of features ignored in CNNs and the heavy dependance on the amount of sample data make it difficult for the model developed in the laboratory to achieve high-precision, robust diagnosis of PD in the field. To solve these problems, a subdomain adaptation capsule network (SACN) is adopted for PD diagnosis in GIS. First, the feature information is effectively extracted by using a capsule network, which improves feature representation. Then, subdomain adaptation transfer learning is used to accomplish high diagnosis performance on the field data, which alleviates the confusion of different subdomains and matches the local distribution at the subdomain level. Experimental results demonstrate that the accuracy of the SACN in this study reaches 93.75% on the field data. Starch is the main substrate in millet thick wine (MTW). In order to control the fermentation process of MTW, it is critical to monitor changes in the starch structure and physicochemical characteristics during the fermentation of MTW. In the present study, the structural characteristics of MTW starch were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), confocal laser scanning microscopy (CLSM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and rapid viscosity analysis (RVA). The results of SEM and CLSM showed that large starch granules in MTW swelled, developed cavities, and ruptured or even vanished with the prolongation of the fermentation time, whereas the size and shape of small starch granules barely changed, only falling off the pomegranate-seed-like aggregates. With the increase in fermentation time, the relative crystallinity of starch in MTW gradually increased. In addition, the short-range ordered structures underwent complex changes. Changes in the starch morphology and ordered structure led to an increase in the peak viscosity time and the initial gelatinization temperature. Intelligent construction (IC) has emerged as a new approach to transforming the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry through the integration of advanced information technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things (IoT). However, due to its interdisciplinary nature, the relevant documents on IC are diverse and fragmented. To provide a comprehensive understanding of research progress and future opportunities in IC and to offer suggestions for both developing and developed countries, this study employed VOSviewer and Gephi to conduct a comparative review of relevant literature from the 21st century. A keyword search of Web of Science (WOS) identified 2788 relevant documents which were subjected to an overall co-citation and co-authorship analysis. To illustrate the differences between developing and developed countries, China, a representative developing country, was taken as the candidate to be compared with developed countries via a co-occurrence analysis. Differences between China and developed countries in the three sub-directions of IC, research foundation and domain knowledge transformation; information perception, fusion, and decision making; and embodied AI, were qualitatively discussed. Finally, four future research directions were suggested: (1) data fusion and decision-making, (2) improving the accuracy and efficiency of knowledge representation, learning, and utilization, (3) the establishment of large, pre-trained models in the field, and (4) embodied AI for taking actions according to the decisions made. This paper provides an overview of the relevant literature and the IC context for practitioners and scholars in the AEC industry in countries with different levels of development, as well as suggestions for the future development of IC. As an important neurotransmitter, glutamate acts in over 90% of excitatory synapses in the human brain. Its metabolic pathway is complicated, and the glutamate pool in neurons has not been fully elucidated. Tubulin polyglutamylation in the brain is mainly mediated by two tubulin tyrosine ligase-like (TTLL) proteins, TTLL1 and TTLL7, which have been indicated to be important for neuronal polarity. In this study, we constructed pure lines of Ttll1 and Ttll7 knockout mice. Ttll knockout mice showed several abnormal behaviors. Matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization (MALDI) Imaging mass spectrometry (IMS) analyses of these brains showed increases in glutamate, suggesting that tubulin polyglutamylation by these TTLLs acts as a pool of glutamate in neurons and modulates some other amino acids related to glutamate. Kiwifruit is very popular for its unique flavor and nutritional value, and for its potential health benefits, which are closely related to its richness in a variety of natural antioxidant substances, in which polyphenolics play a non-negligible role. This study investigated changes in the fruit quality, phenolic compounds, and antioxidant potential of Chinese red-fleshed kiwifruit "Hongshi No. 2" during postharvest ripening at room temperature (20 ± 1 °C). Results showed that the weight loss rate slowly increased, the firmness rapidly decreased, and the soluble solid concentration gradually increased during the postharvest ripening of red-flesh kiwifruit. In addition, the total phenolic (TPC), total flavonoid (TFC), and total proanthocyanidin (TPAC) contents gradually increased during postharvest ripening. The most abundant phenolic compounds in kiwifruit throughout postharvest ripening were catechin (CC), proanthocyanidin B1 (PB1), and proanthocyanidin B2 (PB2). Furthermore, the methanolic extracts of red-flesh kiwifruit exhibited remarkable antioxidant activities throughout postharvest ripening stages. Indeed, some phenolic compounds showed good correlations with antioxidant activities; for instance, chlorogenic acid (CHL) showed a significantly positive correlation with ferric reducing antioxidant power (FRAP), and isoquercitrin (IS) showed a significantly negative correlation with DPPH free radical scavenging ability. Ferroptosis, a newly described form of regulated cell death, is characterized by the iron-dependent accumulation of lipid peroxides, glutathione depletion, mitochondrial alterations, and enhanced lipoxygenase activity. Inhibition of glutathione peroxidase 4 (GPX4), a key intracellular antioxidant regulator, promotes ferroptosis in different cell types. Scant information is available on GPX4-induced ferroptosis in hippocampal neurons. Moreover, the role of calcium (Ca2+) signaling in ferroptosis remains elusive. Here, we report that RSL3, a selective inhibitor of GPX4, caused dendritic damage, lipid peroxidation, and induced cell death in rat primary hippocampal neurons. Previous incubation with the ferroptosis inhibitors deferoxamine or ferrostatin-1 reduced these effects. Likewise, preincubation with micromolar concentrations of ryanodine, which prevent Ca2+ release mediated by Ryanodine Receptor (RyR) channels, partially protected against RSL3-induced cell death. Incubation with RSL3 for 24 h suppressed the cytoplasmic Ca2+ concentration increase induced by the RyR agonist caffeine or by the SERCA inhibitor thapsigargin and reduced hippocampal RyR2 protein content. The present results add to the current understanding of ferroptosis-induced neuronal cell death in the hippocampus and provide new information both on the role of RyR-mediated Ca2+ signals on this process and on the effects of GPX4 inhibition on endoplasmic reticulum calcium content. A revisited study of perovskite-based manganite La0.67Sr0.33MnO3 (LSMO) deposited onto corning-glass (CG) substrates is reported here. The LSMO films were fabricated with RF sputtering with different deposition times, varying from 60 to 180 min, resulting in films with thicknesses of 35.0–109.7 nm. Rietveld refinements of the XRD spectrum showed that the samples exhibited hexagonal structures with a space group of R-3c (167) and remained unmodified structures. Clusters of monolayer growth were observed from the morphologies of the films. Interestingly, the average particle size obtained with an AFM perceived an insignificant variation of 31.7–35.6 nm despite the film thickness increment. Optical, electrical and magnetic properties were studied, as particle-size variation usually has a notable contribution to changes in these properties. It was found that the optical band gap (Eg) was in direct variation with the deposition time due to enhanced thickness and surface roughness. The temperature dependence of the resistivity graph was fitted with the percolation model to obtain further enlightenment on the electrical transport in the films. Scytosiphon lomentaria (SL) is a brown seaweed with antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties; however, its effects on obesity are unknown. In this research, we investigated the anti-obesity properties and underlying mechanisms of the SL extract in vitro and in vivo. In 3T3-L1 preadipocytes, SL extract inhibited lipid accumulation, decreased the expression of Acc1, C/ebpa, Pparg mRNA and p-ACC1, and increased the expression of Ucp1 mRNA, UCP1 and p-AMPK. In animal experiments, mice were fed a chow diet, a high-fat diet (HF; 60% of calories as fat), and high-fat diet with SL extract (150 and 300 mg/kg body weight) for eight weeks (n = 10/group). SL extract reduced HF-induced weight gain, epididymal fat weight, fat cell size, LDL-C, leptin, fasting glucose, and glucose tolerance. In addition, SL extract had comparable effects on mRNA expression in WAT and liver to those observed in vitro, thereby inhibiting p-ACC1/ACC1 and increasing p-AMPK/AMPK and UCP1 expression. Furthermore, SL extract decreased HF-induced Firmicutes/Bacteroidetes ratio and reversed HF-reduced Bacteroides spp., Bacteroides vulgatus, and Faecalibacterium prausnitzii. These findings suggest that SL extract can aid in weight loss in mice fed a high-fat diet by altering adipogenic and thermogenic pathways, as well as gut microbiota composition. Antarctic krill (Euphausia superba) of the Euphausiidae family comprise one of the largest biomasses in the world and play a key role in the Antarctic marine ecosystem. However, the study of E. superba-derived microbes and their secondary metabolites has been limited. Chemical investigation of the secondary metabolites of the actinomycetes Nocardiopsis sp. LX-1 (in the family of Nocardiopsaceae), isolated from E. superba, combined with molecular networking, led to the identification of 16 compounds a–p (purple nodes in the molecular network) and the isolation of one new pyrroline, nocarpyrroline A (1), along with 11 known compounds 2–12. The structure of the new compound 1 was elucidated by extensive spectroscopic investigation. Compound 2 exhibited broad-spectrum antibacterial activities against A. hydrophila, D. chrysanthemi, C. terrigena, X. citri pv. malvacearum and antifungal activity against C. albicans in a conventional broth dilution assay. The positive control was ciprofloxacin with the MIC values of <0.024 µM, 0.39 µM, 0.39 µM, 0.39 µM, and 0.20 µM, respectively. Compound 1 and compounds 7, 10, and 11 displayed antifungal activities against F. fujikuroi and D. citri, respectively, in modified agar diffusion test. Prochloraz was used as positive control and showed the inhibition zone radius of 17 mm and 15 mm against F. fujikuroi and D. citri, respectively. All the annotated compounds a–p by molecular networking were first discovered from the genus Nocardiopsis. Nocarpyrroline A (1) features an unprecedented 4,5-dihydro-pyrrole-2-carbonitrile substructure, and it is the first pyrroline isolated from the genus Nocardiopsis. Okra has received extensive attention due to its high nutritional value and remarkable functional characteristics, but postharvest diseases have severely limited its application. It is important to further explore the methods and potential methods to control the postharvest diseases of okra. In this study, Colletotrichum fioriniae is the major pathogen that causes okra anthracnose, which can be isolated from naturally decaying okra. The pathogenicity of C. fioriniae against okra was preliminarily verified, and the related biological characteristics were explored. At the same time, an observational study was conducted to investigate the in vitro antifungal effect of thymol edible coating (TKL) on C. fioriniae. After culturing at 28 °C for 5 days, it was found that TKL showed an obvious growth inhibition effect on C. fioriniae. The concentration for 50% of the maximal effect was 95.10 mg/L, and the minimum inhibitory concentration was 1000 mg/L. In addition, it was found that thymol edible coating with a thymol concentration of 100 mg/L (TKL100) may cause different degrees of damage to the cell membrane, cell wall, and metabolism of C. fioriniae, thereby inhibiting the growth of hyphae and causing hyphal rupture. Refer to the results of the in vitro bacteriostatic experiment. Furthermore, the okra was sprayed with TKL100. It was found that the TKL100 coating could significantly inhibit the infection of C. fioriniae to okra, reduce the rate of brown spots and fold on the okra surface, and inhibit mycelium growth. In addition, the contents of total phenols and flavonoids of okra treated with TKL100 were higher than those of the control group. Meanwhile, the activities of phenylalaninammo-nialyase, cinnamic acid-4-hydroxylase, and 4-coumarate-CoA ligase in the lignin synthesis pathway were generally increased, especially after 6 days in a 28 °C incubator. The lignin content of TKL-W was the highest, reaching 65.62 ± 0.68 mg/g, which was 2.24 times of that of CK-W. Therefore, TKL may promote the synthesis of total phenols and flavonoids in okra, then stimulate the activity of key enzymes in the lignin synthesis pathway, and finally regulate the synthesis of lignin in okra. Ubiquitin-like proteins (Ubls) are involved in a variety of biological processes through the modification of proteins. Dysregulation of Ubl modifications is associated with various diseases, especially cancer. Ubiquitin-like protein 3 (UBL3), a type of Ubl, was revealed to be a key factor in the process of small extracellular vesicle (sEV) protein sorting and major histocompatibility complex class II ubiquitination. A variety of sEV proteins that affects cancer properties has been found to interact with UBL3. An increasing number of studies has implied that UBL3 expression affects cancer cell growth and cancer prognosis. In this review, we provide an overview of the relationship between various Ubls and cancers. This paper presents a broadband GaN microwave monolithic integrated circuit driver amplifier (MMIC DA) with compact dimensions of 1.65 mm × 0.78 mm for 5G millimeter-wave communication. The optimal impedance domain satisfying the preset goals was first acquired using the simplified load-pull procedure and small-signal simulations, followed by a weighted average method to determine the reference center matching point from which the optimal intrinsic load can be deduced. By means of de-embedding load-pull contours, modeling based on theoretical analysis, and simulation fitting for parameter identification, the nonlinear output capacitance and a series RLC model circuit approximating the input impedance response of the stabilized transistor were extracted. Under the design principle of fully absorbing the parasitic parameters of the device, explicit formulas and tabulated methods related to the Chebyshev impedance transformer were applied to construct filter-based synthesized matching networks at each stage and finally convert them into an implementable mixed-element form via the single-frequency equivalence technique. Measured on-wafer pulsed results for the proposed two-stage DA across 24–30 GHz demonstrated up to 31.1 dBm of saturated output power (Psat) with less than 1 dB total fluctuation, 19.3 ± 1 dB of small-signal gain, and 39.8% of peak power-added efficiency (PAE) at the mid-frequency. A new terminology "combined allergic rhinitis and asthma syndrome (CARAS)" was introduced to describe patients suffering from both allergic rhinitis (AR) and asthma. The pathogenesis of allergic airway inflammation has been well known, with the main contribution of TH1/TH2 imbalance and mast cell degranulation. Artemisia gmelinii has been used as an herbal medicine with its hepaprotective, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant properties. In this study, the effect of A. gmelinii extracts (AGE) on the ovalbumin (OVA)-induced CARAS mouse model was investigated. AGE administration significantly alleviated the nasal rubbing and sneezing, markedly down-regulated both OVA-specific IgE, IgG1, and histamine levels, and up-regulated OVA-specific IgG2a in serum. The altered histology of nasal and lung tissues of CARAS mice was effectively ameliorated by AGE. The AGE treatment group showed markedly increased levels of the TH1 cytokine interleukin (IL)-12 and TH1 transcription factor T-bet. In contrast, the levels of the TH2 cytokines, including IL-4, IL-5, IL-13, and the TH2 transcription factor GATA-3, were notably suppressed by AGE. Moreover, AGE effectively prevented mast cell degranulation in vitro and mast cell infiltration in lung tissues in vivo. Based on these results, we suggest that AGE could be a potential therapeutic agent in OVA-induced CARAS by virtue of its role in balancing the TH1/TH2 homeostasis and inhibiting the mast cell degranulation. The [V6O13]2− cluster is successfully immobilized to the polymeric framework of cyclomatrix polyphosphazene via the facile precipitation polymerization between the phenol group symmetrically modified [V6O13]2− and hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene. The structure of the as-prepared polyoxometalate-containing polyphosphazene (HCCP-V) was characterized by FT-IR, XPS, TGA, BET, as well as SEM and zeta potential. The presence of a rigid polyoxometalate cluster not only supports the porous structure of the polymeric framework but also provides an improved catalytic oxidation property. By using H2O2 as an oxidant, the as-prepared HCCP-V exhibited improved catalytic oxidation activity toward MPS, DBT, and CEES, which can achieve as high as 99% conversion. The global population is aging, and intervention strategies for anti-aging and the prevention of aging-related diseases have become a topic actively explored today. Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD+) is an important molecule in the metabolic process, and its content in tissues and cells decreases with age. The supplementation of nicotinamide mononucleotide (NMN), an important intermediate and precursor of NAD+, has increased NAD+ levels, and its safety has been demonstrated in rodents and human studies. However, the high content of NMN in natural plants has not been fully explored as herbal medicines for drug development. Here, we identified that the leaf of Cinnamomum verum J. Presl (C. verum) was the highest NMN content among the Plant Extract Library (PEL) with food experience, using ultra-performance liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS). To validate this result, the extraction and quantitative analysis of bark, leaf, root, and stem of fresh C. verum was conducted. The results revealed that the bark had the highest NMN content in C. verum (0.471 mg/100 g). Our study shed light on the prospects of developing natural plants in the context of NMN as drugs for anti-aging and prevention of aging-related diseases.
