Although the petals of Rosa rugosa are rich in flavonoids and their bioactivity has a significant impact on human health, the flavonoid content decreases during flower development. In this study, R. rugosa 'Feng hua' was used to investigate the effects of the melatonin foliar spray on enhancing the quality of rose by focusing on major flavonoids. The results showed that the contents of total flavonoids in rose petals at the full bloom stage induced by melatonin obeyed a bell-shaped curve, with a maximum at 0.3 mM, indicating the concentration-dependent up-regulation of flavonoid biosynthesis. In the treatment with 0.3 mM melatonin, metabolomic analyses showed that the concentrations of ten main flavonoids were identified to be increased by melatonin induction, with high levels and increases observed in three flavonols and two anthocyanins. KEGG enrichment of transcriptomic analysis revealed a remarkable enrichment of DEGs in flavonoid and flavonol biosynthesis, such as Rr4CL, RrF3H, and RrANS. Furthermore, functional validation using virus-induced gene silencing technology demonstrated that Rr4CL3 is the crucial gene regulating flavonoid biosynthesis in response to the stimulant of melatonin. Rosa rugosa is highly regarded for its aesthetic and therapeutic qualities. In particular, R. rugosa's flowers are known to produce essential oils containing a mixture of volatile terpenes, phenylpropanoids, and other compounds. Despite this, extensive research exists on volatile terpenes in flowers, while the knowledge of non-volatile terpenes in distinct tissues is still limited. Using UPLC–ESI–MS/MS, a comprehensive analysis of the terpene metabolites in five different tissues of R. rugosa was conducted. These metabolites accumulated in distinct tissues, and the majority of them were triterpenoids. Transcriptome data were collected from five tissues using RNA-seq. Transcriptomics and metabolomics were utilized to evaluate the triterpene biosynthesis pathway, resulting in new insights into its regulation and biosynthesis. The RrOSC10 was identified as a key enzyme in converting 2,3-oxidosqualene into α-amyrin, potentially contributing to the triterpene biosynthesis pathway. Furthermore, the expression of the RrOSC10 gene was upregulated by salinity for 0.5 h and 1 h, with subsequent downregulation at 2 h. Dielectric elastomer is a kind of electronic electroactive polymer, which plays an important role in the application of soft robots and flexible electronics. In this study, an all-organic polyaniline/copper phthalocyanine/silicone rubber (PANI/CuPc/PDMS) dielectric composite with superior comprehensive properties was prepared by manipulating the arrangement of filler in a polymer matrix assisted by electric fields. Both CuPc particles and PANI particles can form network structures in the PDMS matrix by self-assembly under electric fields, which can enhance the dielectric properties of the composites at low filler content. The dielectric constant of the assembled PANI/CuPc/PDMS composites can reach up to 140 at 100 Hz when the content of CuPc and PANI particles is 4 wt% and 2.5 wt%, respectively. Moreover, the elastic modulus of the composites remains below 2 MPa, which is important for electro-deforming. The strain of assembled PANI/CuPc/PDMS three-phase composites at low electric field strength (2 kV/mm) can increase up to five times the composites with randomly dispersed particles, which makes this composite have potential application in the field of soft robots and flexible electronics. Subsurface drainage and organic fertilizer application are two important measures for improving saline–alkali soils, while the effects of different drainage spacings combined with organic fertilizer application amounts on alfalfa growth and coastal saline soil properties have seldom been evaluated. This study designed subsurface drainage pipes at four spacing distances, including 0 m (CK, without subsurface drainage), 6 m (S1), 12 m (S2), and 18 m (S3), and three organic fertilizer application amounts, including 3000 kg/ha (N1), 4500 kg/ha (N2), and 6000 kg/ha (N3), to observe the effects of different combinations of subsurface pipe spacings and organic fertilization amounts on alfalfa yield, quality, soil salinity, and nutrients. The results showed that the yield of alfalfa increased with higher fertilization amounts and smaller spacing between drainage pipes. The highest yield occurred in the S1N3 treatment, and the three batches reached 1268.5 kg/ha, 3168.0 kg/ha, and 2613.3 kg/ha, respectively, significantly (p < 0.05) higher than CK for all three batches. The increase in organic fertilizer amount resulted in an increase of 0.5–9.3% in the crude protein content, a decrease of 1.8–3.4% in the neutral detergent fiber content, and a decrease of 1.3–5.5% in the acid detergent fiber content for alfalfa plants. Under CK, the contents of quality indicators in alfalfa were the highest. For the drainage treatments, the quality indicator contents were overall at a higher level under S3. Subsurface drainage had a reduction effect on the salinity of all the 0–80 cm soils. For the surface soil, it was detected that smaller spacing was beneficial for reducing soil salt content, while higher fertilization amounts increased the salt content. S1 reduced the soil salt content by 36.3–46.1% compared to CK; however, N3 increased the salt content by 7.0–16.2% compared to the other two fertilization treatments. In addition, smaller spacing between the subsurface drainage pipes generally reduced the soil's available nitrogen, and total nitrogen increased the C/N ratio but had no significant effect on the organic matter. It was concluded that the spacing between subsurface drainage pipes and the application amounts of organic fertilizer have remarkable impacts on alfalfa yield and quality, mainly by changing the soil salinity and nutrient status. Zephyranthes candida is a frequently cultivated ornamental plant containing several secondary metabolites, including alkaloids, flavonoids, and volatile organic compounds (VOCs). However, extensive research has been conducted only on non-VOCs found in the plant, whereas the production of VOCs and the molecular mechanisms underlying the biosynthesis of terpenes remain poorly understood. In this study, 17 volatile compounds were identified from Z. candida flowers using gas chromatography–mass spectrometry (GC-MS), with 16 of them being terpenoids. Transcriptome sequencing resulted in the identification of 17 terpene synthase (TPS) genes; two TPS genes, ZcTPS01 and ZcTPS02, had high expression levels. Biochemical characterization of two enzymes encoded by both genes revealed that ZcTPS02 can catalyze geranyl diphosphate (GPP) into diverse products, among which is β-ocimene, which is the second most abundant compound found in Z. candida flowers. These results suggest that ZcTPS02 plays a vital role in β-ocimene biosynthesis, providing valuable insights into terpene biosynthesis pathways in Z. candida. With the continuous rise of information technology and social networks, and the explosive growth of network text information, text sentiment analysis technology now plays a vital role in public opinion monitoring and product development analysis on networks. Text data are high-dimensional and complex, and traditional binary classification can only classify sentiment from positive or negative aspects. This does not fully cover the various emotions of users, and, therefore, natural language semantic sentiment analysis has limitations. To solve this deficiency, we propose a new model for analyzing text sentiment that combines deep learning and the bidirectional encoder representation from transformers (BERT) model. We first use an advanced BERT language model to convert the input text into dynamic word vectors; then, we adopt a convolutional neural network (CNN) to obtain the relatively significant partial emotional characteristics of the text. After extraction, we use the bidirectional recurrent neural network (BiGRU) to bidirectionally capture the contextual feature message of the text. Finally, with the MultiHeadAttention mechanism we obtain correlations among the data in different information spaces from different subspaces so that the key information related to emotion in the text can be selectively extracted. The final emotional feature representation obtained is classified using Softmax. Compared with other similar existing methods, our model in this research paper showed a good effect in comparative experiments on an e-commerce text dataset, and the accuracy and F1-score of the classification were significantly improved. Oil-bearing Rosa rugosa are popular in the essential oil and perfume markets. The similar botanical characteristics between high-oil-yield or low-oil-yield cultivars are confusing and it is hard for farmers or breeders to identify the high-oil-yield cultivar by phenotype difference. High-resolution melting (HRM) analysis of simple sequence repeats (SSRs) can construct accurate DNA fingerprints quickly, which was shown to be effective for identification of closely related cultivars of R. rugosa. Optimization of HRM-SSR indicated that the 10 µL HRM reaction mixture containing 20 ng of genomic DNA of R. rugosa and 0.75 µL of 10 µmol/L of each primer with an annealing temperature of 64 °C was a robust SSR genotyping protocol. Using this protocol, 9 polymorphic SSR markers with 3–9 genotypes among the 19 R. rugosa cultivars were identified. The top three polymorphic makers SSR9, SSR12 and SSR19 constructed a fingerprint of all cultivars, and the rare insertion in the flanking sequences of the repeat motif of SSR19 generated three characteristic genotypes of three high-oil-yield cultivars. Global warming is a major environmental issue facing humanity, and the resulting climate change has severely affected the environment and daily lives of people. China attaches great importance to and actively responds to climate change issues. In order to achieve the "dual carbon" goal, it is necessary to clearly define the emission reduction path and scientifically predict future carbon emissions, which is the basis for setting emission reduction targets. To ensure the accuracy of data, this study applies the emission coefficient method to calculate the carbon emissions from the energy consumption in 30 provinces, regions, and cities in China from 1997 to 2021. Considering the spatial correlation between different regions in China, we propose a new machine learning prediction model that incorporates spatial weighting, namely, an LSTM-CNN combination model with spatial weighting. The spatial weighting explains the spatial correlation and the combined model is used to analyze the carbon emissions in the 30 provinces, regions, and cities of China from 2022 to 2035 under different scenarios. The results show that the LSTM-CNN combination model with four convolutional layers performs the best. Compared with other models, this model has the best predictive performance, with an MAE of 8.0169, an RMSE of 11.1505, and an R 2 of 0.9661 on the test set. Based on different scenario predictions, it is found that most cities can achieve carbon peaking before 2030. Some cities need to adjust their development rates based on their specific circumstances in order to achieve carbon peaking as early as possible. As a therapeutic tool inherited for thousands of years, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) exhibits superiority in tumor therapy. The antitumor active components of TCM not only have multi-target treatment modes but can also synergistically interfere with tumor growth compared to traditional chemotherapeutics. However, most antitumor active components of TCM have the characteristics of poor solubility, high toxicity, and side effects, which are often limited in clinical application. In recent years, delivering the antitumor active components of TCM by nanosystems has been a promising field. The advantages of nano-delivery systems include improved water solubility, targeting efficiency, enhanced stability in vivo, and controlled release drugs, which can achieve higher drug-delivery efficiency and bioavailability. According to the method of drug loading on nanocarriers, nano-delivery systems can be categorized into two types, including physically encapsulated nanoplatforms and chemically coupled drug-delivery platforms. In this review, two nano-delivery approaches are considered, namely physical encapsulation and chemical coupling, both commonly used to deliver antitumor active components of TCM, and we summarized the advantages and limitations of different types of nano-delivery systems. Meanwhile, the clinical applications and potential toxicity of nano-delivery systems and the future development and challenges of these nano-delivery systems are also discussed, aiming to lay the foundation for the development and practical application of nano-delivery systems of TCM in clinical settings. The dynamic yaw significantly affects the aerodynamic load distribution of wind turbines, and the aerodynamic load is one of the main influencing factors of wind turbine structural stress variation. Taking the NACA4415 horizontal axis wind turbine designed by the research group as the research object, the numerical simulation was used to analyze the distribution characteristics of blade stress, surface thrust coefficient, and the wind turbine power output under periodic dynamic yaw conditions. The results show that the blade stress, blade axial thrust, and wind turbine output power were presented as a cosine distribution with yaw fluctuations. The distribution trend of blade stress showed an increase followed by a decrease from the inside out along the span direction. In addition, due to the influence of dynamic yaw and aerodynamic loads, the stress values near the blade root exhibited significant fluctuations. With the increase in tip speed ratio, the stress values of dynamic windward yaw gradually exceeded those of leeward yaw. Within the range of a 10° to 30° yaw variation period, the stress value with positive yaw was larger than that with negative yaw, and the highest stress value occurred in the range of −5° to 15°. Rosa rugosa L. was a famous aromatic plant whose cultivars (Rosa × rugosa) have been widely used in the perfume industry in Asia. The perfume market looks for rose cultivars bearing higher essential oil, while the oil yields of most R. × rugosa have not been evaluated due to limiting conditions, such as insufficient cultivation areas. Here, we tested the yield and the aroma components of essential oil of 19 R. × rugosa. The results indicated that the yields of nerol, citronellol, and geraniol could represent an alternative index of the total yield of essential oil. Sequence syntenic analysis indicated that the Rosa genus specific cis-element Box38 was highly polymorphic. The Box38 region isolation of Rosa × rugosa by flanked primers proved that Box38 repeat number was significantly positively correlated with the essential oil yield of the corresponding cultivar. In the breeding of Rosa × rugosa, six-Box38-repeat could be a robust threshold for selection of high-essential-oil roses. Simple Summary: Salt stress produced ion toxicity on plant cells and limited the of culture of cultivated Rosa rugosa. GT genes in salt stresses responses have been emerging. From the GT gene family of the salt-tolerant wild Rosa rugosa, four NaCl stress responsive genes (RrGT-1, RrSIP1, RrSIP2, RrGTγ-4) were identified. RrSIP1 and RrGTγ-4, RrGT-1 and RrSIP2 located on chloroplasts and cell nucleus, respectively. RrSIP1, RrSIP2 and RrGTγ-4 could play roles in regulation of sodion and potassium transport. And RrGT-1 expressed higher specifically in wild Rosa rugosa than in the salt-sensitive cultivated Rosa rugosa. In many plants, the roles of GT (or trihelix) genes in salt stresses responses have been emerging. In the wild R. rugosa, a total of 37 GTs (RrGTs) were grouped into GT-1, GT-2, GTγ, SH4, and SIP1 lineages. SIP1 lineage expanded by transposition. The motifs involved in the binding of GT cis-elements were conserved. Four RrGTs (RrGT11/14/16/18) significantly differentially expressed in roots or leaves under salt stress. The responsive patterns within 8 h NaCl treatment indicated that RrGTγ-4 (RrGT18) and RrGT-1 (RrGT16) were significantly induced by salt in roots of R. rugosa. Subcellular localizations of RrSIP1 (RrGT11) and RrGTγ-4 were on chloroplasts while RrGT-1 and RrSIP2 (RrGT14) located on cell nucleus. Regulation of ion transport could be the most important role of RrSIPs and RrGTγ-4. And RrGT-1 could be a halophytic gene with higher transcription abundance than glycophytic GT-1. These results provide key clue for further investigations of roles of RrGTs in salt stress response and would be helpful in the understanding the salt tolerance regulation mechanism of R. rugosa. The cultivated strawberry (Fragaria × ananassa Duch.) is an important horticultural crop. The economic values of strawberry cultivars are decided by their fruit qualities including taste, color and aroma. The important role of MYB transcription factors in fruit quality regulation is recognized increasingly with the identification of MYB genes involved in metabolism. A total of 407 MYB genes of F. × ananassa (FaMYBs) were identified in the genome-wide scale and named according to subgenome locations. The 407 FaMYBs were clustered into 36 groups based on phylogenetic analysis. According to synteny analysis, whole genome duplication and segmental duplication contributed over 90% of the expansion of the FaMYBs family. A total of 101 FaMYB loci with 1–6 alleles were identified by the homologous gene groups on homologous chromosomes. The differentially expressed FaMYB profiles of three cultivars with different fruit quality and fruit ripe processes provided the 8 candidate loci involved in fruit quality regulation. In this experiment, 7, 5, and 4 FaMYBs were screeded as candidate genes involved in the regulation of metabolism/transportation of anthocyanins, sugars or organic acids and 4-hydroxy-2, 5-dimethyl-3(2H)-furanone, respectively. These results pointed out the key FaMYBs for further functional analysis of gene regulation of strawberry fruit quality and would be helpful in the clarification on ofe roles of MYBs in the metabolism of fruit crops. The oxidosqualene cyclase family of Rosa rugosa (RrOSC) provides a starting point for the triterpenoid pathway, which contributes to the medicinal value of the extraction of tissues of Rosa rugosa. However, the structure and function of key RrOSCs of active triterpenoids remain ambiguous. In this study, a total of 18 RrOSC members with conservative gene structures and motifs were identified based on the genome of Rosa rugosa. The RrOSCs were located on three chromosomes including two gene clusters that derived from gene replication. The phylogenetic relationship divided RrOSCs into six groups, and the RrOSCs of GI and GIV that were represented by lupeol or α-amyrin were identified as likely to include candidate genes for producing active triterpenoids. Considering the high expression or specific-tissue expression of the candidates, RrOSC1, RrOSC10, RrOSC12, and RrOSC18 were considered the key genes. RrOSC12 was identified in vitro as lupeol synthase. The results provided fundamental information and candidate genes for further illustration of the triterpenoid pathway involved in the pharmacological activities of Rosa rugosa. Melatonin (MLT), an evolutionarily conserved pleiotropic molecule, is implicated in numerous physiological processes in plants and animals. However, the effects of MLT on microbes have seldom been reported. In this study, we examined the influence of exogenous MLT on the growth and hypocrellin biosynthesis of bambusicolous fungus Shiraia sp. S9. Hypocrellin A (HA) is a photoactivated and photoinduced perylenequinone (PQ) toxin in Shiraia. Exogenous MLT at 100.00 μM not only decreased fungal conidiation and spore germination but inhibited HA contents significantly in fungal cultures under a light/dark (24 h:24 h) shift. MLT treatment was associated with higher activity of antioxidant enzymes (superoxide dismutase, catalase and peroxidase) and a marked decline in reactive oxygen species (ROS) production in the mycelia. Moreover, MLT induced endogenous nitric oxide (NO) production during the culture. The NO donor sodium nitroprusside (SNP) potentiated MLT-induced inhibition of O2− production, but NO scavenger 2-(4-carboxyphenyl)-4,4,5,5-tetramethylimidazoline-1-oxyl-3-oxide (cPTIO) enhanced O2− production, whereas MLT-induced NO level was increased by the ROS scavenger vitamin C (Vc). The changes in NO and H2O2 were proved to be involved in the MLT-induced downregulation of the expressions of HA biosynthetic genes, leading to the suppression of HA production. This study provides new insight into the regulatory roles of MLT on fungal secondary metabolism activities and a basis for understanding self-resistance in phototoxin-producing fungi. The flower is the main organ that produces essential oils in many plants. The yield of raw flowers and the number of secretory epidermal cells are the main factors for essential oil production. The cultivated rose species "Pingyin 1" in China was used to study the effect of RrANT1 on floral organ development. Eighteen AP2 transcription factors with dual AP2 domains were identified from Rosa rugosa genome. RrANT1 belonged to euANT. The subcellular localization results showed that RrANT1 protein is localized in the nucleus. The relative expression level of RrANT1 in the receptacle is higher than that in petals in the developmental stages, and both decreased from the initial phase to senescence. Compared with the RrANT1 expression level in petals in the blooming stage, RrANT1 expression level was significant in petals (~48.8) and highest in the receptacle (~102.5) in the large bud stage. It was only highly expressed in the receptacle (~39.4) in the blooming period. RrANT1 overexpression significantly increased petunia flower and leaf sizes (~1.2), as well as flower fresh weight (~30%). The total number of epidermis cells in the petals of overexpressing plants significantly increased (>40%). This study concluded that RrANT1 overexpression can increase the size and weight of flowers by promoting cell proliferation, providing a basis for creating new rose germplasm to increase rose and essential oil yield. The unique fruity aroma of strawberries, a popular fruit of high economic value, is closely related to all the volatile organic compounds (VOCs) contained within them. Despite extensive studies on the identification of VOCs in strawberries, systematic studies on fruit-aroma-related VOCs are few, resulting in a lack of effective standards for accurately distinguishing aroma types. In the present study, solid-phase micro extraction and gas chromatography–mass spectrometry were used to analyze and identify VOCs in the ripe fruit of each of the 16 strawberry varieties at home and abroad and to explore their characteristic aroma components and the classification of such varieties by aroma type. The results suggested remarkable variations in the types and contents of VOCs in different strawberry varieties, of which esters were dominant. The principal volatile components, consisting of four esters, three alcohols, one aldehyde, and one ketone, in 16 strawberry varieties were detected based on the absolute and relative contents of VOCs in the fruit. The characteristic aroma components in strawberries, containing nine esters, six aldehydes, and one alcohol, were determined based on the aroma values of different VOCs, and the characteristic aroma components were divided into five types further based on aroma descriptions. Sixteen strawberry varieties were finally divided into four aroma types, namely, peachy, pineapple, fruity, and floral, based on the contributions of different types. The results provided a basis and standard for classifying strawberries by aroma type, studying the hereditary regularity of the fruity aroma of strawberries, and improving aroma quality. Simple Summary: The transcription factor family LBD were well-known as regulator of plant development. Several recent studies indicated LBD genes response to abiotic stresses and abscisic acid. The salt tolerant rose (Rosa rugosa) distribute wildly in coastal saline sands are ideal materials of exploring the salt -responsive LBD genes. We found 41 RrLBDs from genome of wild rose and classified them into Classes I and II. Interestingly, many plant hormone response sites and abiotic stress response sites were predicted in promoters of some RrLBDs. In them, five RrLBDs (RrLBD12c, RrLBD25, RrLBD39 and RrLBD40) were significantly induced or depressed by salt stress. We predicted the five genes as salt response candidate genes of wild rose and the sites in their promotors maybe pointcut for further study. The wild plant of Rosa rugosa Thunb., which exhibits strong salt tolerance to stress, is an ideal material to explore the salt-responsive LBD genes. In our study, we identified 41 RrLBD genes based on the R. rugosa genome. According to phylogenetic analysis, all RrLBD genes were categorized into Classes I and II with conserved domains and motifs. The cis-acting element prediction revealed that the promoter regions of most RrLBD genes contain defense and stress responsiveness and plant hormone response elements. Gene expression patterns under salt stress indicated that RrLBD12c, RrLBD25, RrLBD39, and RrLBD40 may be potential regulators of salt stress signaling. Fragaria × ananassa Duch, which among the youngest fruit crops, comprises many popular cultivars that are famous for their favored color and aroma. The regulation roles of AP2/ERF (APETALA2/ethylene-responsive element-binding factor) transcription factors in fruit flavor and color regulation have been studied in several fruit crops. The AP2 family of strawberry, which was ignored in recent AP2/ERF identification studies, was explored in this study. A total of 64 FaAP2 (Fragaria × ananassa AP2) transcription factors belonging to the euAP2, euANT (AINTEGUMENTA), and baselANT groups were identified with canonical insertion motifs in two AP2 domains. The motif identification illustrated that motifs 1, 5, and 2 indicated a corresponding AP2 domain repeat 1 with a linker region, and motifs 6, 4, 3 indicated a corresponding AP2 domain repeat 2, all of which were highly conserved. By synteny analysis, FaAP2 paralogs were identified in each sub-genome, and FaAP2 gene duplication and loss explained the unequal AP2 loci of sub-genomes. The expression profile in three cultivars indicated that six FaAP2 paralogs—four WRI (WRINKLED) gene homologs and two AP2 gene homologs—were candidate regulators of red fruit color and/or special fruit aroma. All these finds provide a basis for further investigations into role of AP2 in fruit color and aroma and would be helpful in the targeted selection of strawberry fruit quality to improve breeding. Owing to their unique characteristics, two-dimensional (2-D) materials and their complexes have become very attractive in photoelectric applications. Two-dimensional heterojunctions, as novel 2-D complex materials, have drawn much attention in recent years. Herein, we propose a 2-D heterojunction composed of MXene (Ti2CTx) materials and graphene oxide (GO), and apply it to an Nd:YAG solid-state laser as a saturable absorber (SA) for passive Q-switching. Our results suggest that a nano-heterojunction between MXene and GO was achieved based on morphological characterization, and the advantages of a broadband response, higher stability in GO, and strong interaction with light waves in MXene could be combined. In the passively Q-switched laser study, the single-pulse energy was measured to be approximately 0.79 µJ when the pump power was 3.72 W, and the corresponding peak power was approximately 7.25 W. In addition, the generation of a stable ultrashort pulse down to 109 ns was demonstrated, which is the narrowest pulse among Q-switched solid-state lasers using a 2-D heterojunction SA. Our work indicates that the MXene–GO nano-heterojunction could operate as a promising SA for ultrafast systems with ultrahigh pulse energy and ultranarrow pulse duration. We believe that this work opens up a new approach to designing 2-D heterojunctions and provides insight into the formation of new 2-D materials with desirable photonic properties. In this work, we successfully fabricated a transmissive saturable absorber (SA) with Ti2CTx MXene using the spin-coating method. By inserting the Ti2CTx saturable absorber into the diode-pumped solid-state (DPSS) Nd:YAG laser, a stable passively Q-switched operation was obtained near 1.06 μm. At a pump power of 4.5 W, we obtained the shortest pulse duration of 163 ns with a repetition rate of 260 kHz. The corresponding single pulse energy and peak pulse power were 3.638 μJ and 22.3 W, respectively. The slope efficiency and the optical conversion efficiency of the laser were 21% and 25.5%, respectively. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first time that Ti2CTx was used in the passively Q-switched solid-state lasers. Bearing is a key component of satellite inertia actuators such as moment wheel assemblies (MWAs) and control moment gyros (CMGs), and its operating state is directly related to the performance and service life of satellites. However, because of the complexity of the vibration frequency components of satellite bearing assemblies and the small loading, normal running bearings normally present similar fault characteristics in long-term ground life experiments, which makes it difficult to judge the bearing fault status. This paper proposes an automatic fault diagnosis method for bearings based on a presented indicator called the characteristic frequency ratio. First, the vibration signals of various MWAs were picked up by the bearing vibration test. Then, the improved ensemble empirical mode decomposition (EEMD) method was introduced to demodulate the envelope of the bearing signals, and the fault characteristic frequencies of the vibration signals were acquired. Based on this, the characteristic frequency ratio for fault identification was defined, and a method for determining the threshold of fault judgment was further proposed. Finally, an automatic diagnosis process was proposed and verified by using different bearing fault data. The research on the effect of water-saving irrigation technology on the loss of nutrients and chemical substances in farmland has become a hot issue in the field of agricultural water and soil. Based on comparative experiments and combined with the isotope N15 tracer technique, the mechanism of nitrogen migration and transformation and the trend of fertilizer nitrogen use under different irrigation modes were studied. The results showed that water-saving irrigation modes (thin and wet irrigation W1 and intermittent irrigation W2) could reduce the NO3−-N leaching loss by reducing the water leakage amount and the NO3−-N concentration, and effectively inhibit the leaching loss of fertilizer nitrogen. Compared with conventional irrigation (W0), the leaching loss amount of fertilizer nitrogen in W1 and W2 decreased by 62% and 64%, respectively. Under the same amount of fertilizer, water-saving irrigation mode can significantly reduce the total amount of ammonia (NH3) volatilization and the proportion of NH3 volatilization of fertilizer nitrogen in total NH3 volatilization, and significantly increase the nitrogen uptake of rice plants. Meanwhile, water-saving irrigation mode can increase the total nitrogen content of paddy soil by 14.0% but reduce the residual rate of fertilizer nitrogen in soil by 14.6%. Moreover, crop nitrogen uptake can be significantly increased under water-saving irrigation. Compared with W0, the nitrogen fertilizer use rate of W1 and W2 increased by 5.0% and 9.7%, respectively. The research results can provide an important basis for controlling agricultural non-point source pollution, curbing the decline of soil fertility and deterioration of soil quality in paddy fields. The halophyte tamarisk (Tamarix) is extremely salt tolerant, making it an ideal material for salt tolerance-related studies. Although many salt-responsive genes of Tamarix were identified in previous studies, there are no reports on the role of post-transcriptional regulation in its salt tolerance. We constructed six small RNA libraries of Tamarix chinensis roots with NaCl treatments. High-throughput sequencing of the six libraries was performed and microRNA expression profiles were constructed. We investigated salt-responsive microRNAs to uncover the microRNA-mediated genes regulation. From these analyses, 251 conserved and 18 novel microRNA were identified from all small RNAs. From 191 differentially expressed microRNAs, 74 co-expressed microRNAs were identified as salt-responsive candidate microRNAs. The most enriched GO (gene ontology) terms for the 157 genes targeted by differentially expressed microRNAs suggested that transcriptions factors were highly active. Two hub microRNAs (miR414, miR5658), which connected by several target genes into an organic microRNA regulatory network, appeared to be the key regulators of post-transcriptional salt-stress responses. As the first survey on the tamarisk small RNAome, this study improves the understanding of tamarisk salt-tolerance mechanisms and will contribute to the molecular-assisted resistance breeding. The cultivated strawberry ( Fragaria × ananassa Duch.) is an important horticultural crop. The economic values of strawberry cultivars are decided by their fruit qualities including taste, color and aroma. The important role of MYB transcription factors in fruit quality regulation is recognized increasingly with the identification of MYB genes involved in metabolism. A total of 407 MYB genes of F. × ananassa ( FaMYBs ) were identified in the genome-wide scale and named according to subgenome locations. The 407 FaMYBs were clustered into 36 groups based on phylogenetic analysis. According to synteny analysis, whole genome duplication and segmental duplication contributed over 90% of the expansion of the FaMYBs family. A total of 101 FaMYB loci with 1-6 alleles were identified by the homologous gene groups on homologous chromosomes. The differentially expressed FaMYB profiles of three cultivars with different fruit quality and fruit ripe processes provided the 8 candidate loci involved in fruit quality regulation. In this experiment, 7, 5, and 4 FaMYBs were screeded as candidate genes involved in the regulation of metabolism/transportation of anthocyanins, sugars or organic acids and 4-hydroxy-2, 5-dimethyl-3(2H)-furanone, respectively. These results pointed out the key FaMYBs for further functional analysis of gene regulation of strawberry fruit quality and would be helpful in the clarification on ofe roles of MYBs in the metabolism of fruit crops.
