In this paper, a brake cylinder coating comprising a composite material of an Fe3Al and Cr3C2 mixed powder was prepared by adding laser cladding onto carbon structural steel. We studied the influence of process parameters on the microstructure and tribological properties of the cladding materials using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy-dispersive spectroscopy (EDS), and 3D white light interferometer and wear tests. The influence of different processes on the morphology of the carbide strengthening phase was found to be relatively small with a Cr3C2 content of 15 wt.%. The carbides mainly exhibited a network structure in each group of cladding layers. The area of the network strengthening phase varied under different processes. Of the cladding layers formed with different processes, the scanning speed of the 0.003 m/s cladding layer had the lowest wear rate. When the laser power was too low or the powder feed rate was too high, unmelted Cr3C2 particles could be found in the cladding layer. During the wear process, the particles peeled off, causing severe abrasive wear. When the powder feeding rate was too low, more materials in the base material entered the cladding layer. Improvements in the emergency response efficiency and management level of power construction sites are conducive to reducing the construction safety risk of power infrastructure projects and then achieving the sustainability of construction site safety. Therefore, this paper proposes an emergency decision-making method for electric power personal accidents, which applies ontology and case-based reasoning to electric power emergency decision making. Firstly, ontology technology is used to structurally represent power accident case knowledge and clarify concepts and their relationships. Then, a power accident knowledge ontology hierarchy is designed, and a powerful personal accident case library is established. Secondly, by calculating cases' conceptual similarity, attribute similarity, and structural similarity, a global power accident case similarity calculation method is proposed, and case matching is performed based on the calculation results to achieve case knowledge retrieval and reuse. Finally, the results of the example-based study show that the method effectively achieves the accurate retrieval of electric power accident cases, improves the efficiency of the emergency decision response to electric power construction site accidents, and then provides support for emergency decision making for electric power construction site accidents. With the massive use of lithium-ion batteries in electric vehicles and energy storage, the environmental and resource problems faced by used lithium-ion batteries are becoming more and more prominent. In order to better resource utilization and environmental protection, this paper employs bibliometric and data analysis methods to explore publications related to waste lithium-ion battery recycling from 1984 to 2021. The Web of Science core set from the SCIE online database was used for this article. These findings demonstrate a considerable increase trend in the number of publications published in the subject of recycling used lithium-ion batteries, with a natural-sciences-centric focus. Argonne National Lab, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and China Academic and Scientific Research Center are the top three institutions in terms of quantity of papers published. The affiliated journals corresponding to these three institutions also have high impact factors, which are 106.47, 44.85, and 58.69, respectively. In comparison to comparable institutes in other nations, the American Argonne National Laboratory supports 223 research articles in this area. China and the US make up the majority of the research's funding. The two key aspects of current lithium-ion battery recycling research are material structure research and environmentally friendly recycling. Nevertheless, high-capacity lithium-ion batteries, waste lithium-ion integrated structures, and gentle recycling of spent lithium-ion batteries will be the major aspects of study in the future. It is hoped that the above analysis can bring new ideas and methods to the field of waste lithium-ion battery recycling and provide a basis for the subsequent research and application of waste lithium-ion battery recycling. To further understand the application of g-C3N4 in the field of photocatalysis, this study focuses on the visualization and analysis of articles in this field using VOSviewer and Citespace. These articles were analyzed in terms of number of articles, journals, authors, countries and keywords, respectively. The results show that there is little collaboration among the core authors in this field and insufficient cross-directional communication; the current applications of g-C3N4 are concentrated on hydrogen evolution, CO2 reduction and water treatment. The developing trend is in the direction of constructing Z-scheme structures, regulating the separation of photogenerated carriers and reducing the recombination rate, to which more and more attention is being paid. In the future, cross-directional communication among scholars can be strengthened to promote faster development of the field of photocatalytic applications of g-C3N4. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
