Strontium aluminate, with suitable lattice parameters and environmentally friendly water solubility, has been strongly sought for use as a sacrificial layer in the preparation of freestanding perovskite oxide thin films in recent years. However, due to this material's inherent water solubility, the methods used for the preparation of epitaxial films have mainly been limited to high-vacuum techniques, which greatly limits these films' development. In this study, we prepared freestanding single-crystal perovskite oxide thin films on strontium aluminate using a simple, easy-to-develop, and low-cost chemical full-solution deposition technique. We demonstrate that a reasonable choice of solvent molecules can effectively reduce the damage to the strontium aluminate layer, allowing successful epitaxy of perovskite oxide thin films, such as 2-methoxyethanol and acetic acid. Molecular dynamics simulations further demonstrated that this is because of their stronger adsorption capacity on the strontium aluminate surface, which enables them to form an effective protective layer to inhibit the hydration reaction of strontium aluminate. Moreover, the freestanding film can still maintain stable ferroelectricity after release from the substrate, which provides an idea for the development of single-crystal perovskite oxide films and creates an opportunity for their development in the field of flexible electronic devices. α-tocopherol (α-T), β-sitosterol (β-S), canolol (CA), and sinapic acid (SA) are the four main endogenous lipid phytochemicals (LP) found in Brassica napus L. seed oil, which possess the bioactivity to prevent the risk of several chronic diseases via antioxidant-associated mechanisms. Discovering the enhancer effects or synergies between LP is valuable for resisting oxidative stress and improving health benefits. The objectives of this study were to identify a potentially efficacious LP combination by central composite design (CCD) and cellular antioxidant activity (CAA) and to investigate its protective effect and potential mechanisms against H2O2-induced oxidative damage in HepG2 cells. Our results indicated that the optimal concentration of LP combination was α-T 10 μM, β-S 20 μM, SA 125 μM, and CA 125 μM, respectively, and its CAA value at the optimal condition was 10.782 μmol QE/100 g. At this concentration, LP combination exerted a greater amelioration effect on H2O2-induced HepG2 cell injury than either antioxidant (tea polyphenols or magnolol) alone. LP combination could reduce the cell apoptosis rate induced by H2O2, lowered to 10.06%, and could alleviate the degree of oxidative damage to cells (ROS↓), lipids (MDA↓), proteins (PC↓), and DNA (8-OHdG↓). Additionally, LP combination enhanced the antioxidant enzyme activities (SOD, CAT, GPX, and HO-1), as well as the T-AOC, and increased the GSH level in HepG2 cells. Furthermore, LP combination markedly upregulated the expression of Nrf2 and its associated antioxidant proteins. It also increased the expression levels of Nrf2 downstream antioxidant target gene (HO-1, SOD-1, MnSOD, CAT, GPX-1, and GPX-4) and downregulated the mRNA expression levels of Keap1. The oxidative-stress-induced formation of the Keap1/Nrf2 complex in the cytoplasm was significantly blocked by LP treatment. Amidation of lactobionic acid with N,N-dimethylaminopropyltriamine was conducted to obtain N-(3′-dimethylaminopropyl)-lactamido-3-aminopropane (DDLPD), which was quaternized with bromoalkanes of different carbon chain lengths to synthesize double-stranded lactosylamide quaternary ammonium salt N-[N′[3-(lactosylamide)]propyl-N′-alkyl] propyl-N,N-dimethyl-N-alkylammonium bromide (CnDDLPB, n = 8, 10, 12, 14, 16). The surface activity and the adsorption and aggregation behaviors of the surfactants were investigated via equilibrium surface tension, dynamic light scattering, and cryo-electron microscopy measurements in an aqueous solution. The application properties of the products in terms of wettability, emulsification, foam properties, antistatic, salt resistance, and bacteriostatic properties were tested. CnDDLPB exhibited a low equilibrium surface tension of 27.82 mN/m. With an increase in the carbon chain length, the critical micellar concentration of CnDDLPBD decreased. Cryo-electron microscopy revealed that all products except C8DDLPB formed stable monolayer, multi-layer, and multi-compartmental vesicle structures in an aqueous solution. C14DDLPB has the best emulsification performance on soybean oil, with a time of 16.6 min; C14DDLPB has good wetting and spreading properties on polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) when the length of carbon chain is from 8 to 14, and the contact angle can be lowered to 33°~40°; CnDDLPB has low foam, which is typical of low-foaming products; C8DDLPB and C10DDLPB both show good antistatic properties. C8DDLPB and C14DDLPB have good salt resistance, and C12DDLPB has the best antimicrobial property, with the inhibition rate of 99.29% and 95.28% for E. coli and Gluconococcus aureus, respectively, at a concentration of 350 ppm. Alcohol abuse can lead to alcoholic liver disease, becoming a major global burden. Hovenia dulcis fruit peduncle polysaccharides (HDPs) have the potential to alleviate alcoholic liver injury and play essential roles in treating alcohol-exposed liver disease; however, the hepatoprotective effects and mechanisms remain elusive. In this study, we investigated the hepatoprotective effects of HDPs and their potential mechanisms in alcohol-exposed mice through liver metabolomics and gut microbiome. The results found that HDPs reduced medium-dose alcohol-caused dyslipidemia (significantly elevated T-CHO, TG, LDL-C), elevated liver glycogen levels, and inhibited intestinal-hepatic inflammation (significantly decreased IL-4, IFN-γ and TNF-α), consequently reversing hepatic pathological changes. When applying gut microbiome analysis, HDPs showed significant decreases in Proteobacteria, significant increases in Firmicutes at the phylum level, increased Lactobacillus abundance, and decreased Enterobacteria abundance, maintaining the composition of gut microbiota. Further hepatic metabolomics analysis revealed that HDPs had a regulatory effect on hepatic fatty acid metabolism, by increasing the major metabolic pathways including arachidonic acid and glycerophospholipid metabolism, and identified two important metabolites—C00157 (phosphatidylcholine, a glycerophospholipid plays a central role in energy production) and C04230 (1-Acyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine, a lysophospholipid involved in the breakdown of phospholipids)—involved in the above metabolism. Overall, HDPs reduced intestinal dysbiosis and hepatic fatty acid metabolism disorders in alcohol-exposed mice, suggesting that HDPs have a beneficial effect on alleviating alcohol-induced hepatic metabolic disorders. Single-cell analysis provides an overwhelming strategy for revealing cellular heterogeneity and new perspectives for understanding the biological function and disease mechanism. Moreover, it promotes the basic and clinical research in many fields at a single-cell resolution. A digital polymerase chain reaction (dPCR) is an absolute quantitative analysis technology with high sensitivity and precision for DNA/RNA or protein. With the development of microfluidic technology, digital PCR has been used to achieve absolute quantification of single-cell gene expression and single-cell proteins. For single-cell specific-gene or -protein detection, digital PCR has shown great advantages. So, this review will introduce the significance and process of single-cell analysis, including single-cell isolation, single-cell lysis, and single-cell detection methods, mainly focusing on the microfluidic single-cell digital PCR technology and its biological application at a single-cell level. Simple Summary: This investigation delves into the intricate mechanisms of autophagy-dependent cisplatin resistance in bladder cancer. Our primary objective is to unveil the precise role of SIRT1, a deacetylase enzyme, in orchestrating cisplatin resistance through autophagic pathways in the cisplatin-resistant T24/DDP cell line. The findings demonstrate that inhibiting autophagy diminishes drug resistance, while SIRT1 overexpression intensifies this resistance by stimulating autophagy. Significantly, silencing SIRT1 elevates Beclin1 acetylation, suppressing autophagy and attenuating cisplatin resistance. This nuanced understanding of SIRT1-mediated cisplatin resistance not only furthers our theoretical foundation, but also furnishes potential therapeutic targets. Autophagy-dependent cisplatin resistance poses a challenge in bladder cancer treatment. SIRT1, a protein deacetylase, is involved in autophagy regulation. However, the precise mechanism through which SIRT1 mediates cisplatin resistance in bladder cancer via autophagy remains unclear. In this study, we developed a cisplatin-resistant T24/DDP cell line to investigate this mechanism. The apoptosis rate and cell viability were assessed using flow cytometry and the CCK8 method. The expression levels of the relevant RNA and protein were determined using RT-qPCR and a Western blot analysis, respectively. Immunoprecipitation was utilized to validate the interaction between SIRT1 and Beclin1, as well as to determine the acetylation level of Beclin1. The findings indicated the successful construction of the T24/DDP cell line, which exhibited autophagy-dependent cisplatin resistance. Inhibiting autophagy significantly reduced the drug resistance index of these cells. The T24/DDP cell line showed a high SIRT1 expression level. The overexpression of SIRT1 activated autophagy, thereby further promoting cisplatin resistance in the T24/DDP cell line. Conversely, inhibiting autophagy counteracted the cisplatin-resistance-promoting effects of SIRT1. Silencing SIRT1 led to increased acetylation of Beclin1, the inhibition of autophagy, and a reduction in the cisplatin resistance of the T24/DDP cell line. Introducing a double mutation (lysine 430 and 437 to arginine, 2KR) in Beclin-1 inhibited acetylation and activated autophagy, effectively reversing the decreased cisplatin resistance resulting from SIRT1 silencing. In summary, our study elucidated that SIRT1 promotes cisplatin resistance in human bladder cancer T24 cells through Beclin1-deacetylation-mediated autophagy activation. Litsea cubeba is a characteristic woody oil resource in Hunan. As a solid waste of woody oil resources, Litsea cubeba kernels are rich in Litsea cubeba kernel oil with a carbon chain length of C10–12 fatty acid. In this work, aliphatic hydroxamic acids (AHAs) with carbon chain lengths of C10–12 were prepared from Litsea cubeba kernel oil via methylation and hydroximation reactions. The adsorption and hydrophobicity mechanism of AHA towards wolframite was explored by contact angle, zeta potential, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The flotation results demonstrated that AHA was a superior collector than the traditional collector such as benzoyl hydroxamic acid (BHA). Zeta potential and contact angle results have shown that AHA was adsorbed on the surface of the Fe(III)-activated wolframite in its anionic form, which significantly improved the surface hydrophobicity of wolframite. FTIR and XPS revealed that AHA was chemically adsorbed on the surface of Fe(III)-activated wolframite in the form of a five-member ring, which made the hydrophobic chain reach into the solution, come in contact with bubbles, and achieve flotation separation. Acetyl tributyl citrate (ATBC) is a widely used phthalate substitute. Although ATBC is considered to be with a safe dosage of up to 1000 mg/kg/day, studies on its effects in some sensitive populations, such as diabetic patients, are relatively rare. Epidemiological studies have shown that there is a link between diabetes and nervous system diseases. However, toxicological studies have not fully confirmed this yet. In this study, glycolipid metabolism, cognitive deficits, brain tissue damage, levels of neurotransmitters, beta-amyloid plaques (Aβ), hyperphosphorylated tau protein (p-Tau), oxidative stress and inflammation, as well as glial cell homeostatic levels in the brain tissue of type 2 diabetes (T2DM) mice, were determined after ATBC exposure (0, 2, 20, and 200 mg/kg/day) for 90 days. The results confirmed that ATBC exposure aggravated the disorder of glycolipid metabolism and caused cognitive deficits in T2DM mice; induced histopathological alterations and Aβ and p-Tau accumulation, and reduced the levels of 5-hydroxytryptamine and acetylcholine in T2DM mouse brains; oxidative stress and glial cell homeostatic levels in T2DM mouse brains were also changed. Some of the adverse effects were gender-dependent. These findings support the theory that T2DM mice, especially males, are more sensitive to ATBC exposure. Although the safe dose of ATBC is high, prolonged exposure at seemingly safe concentrations has the potential to aggravate diabetes symptoms and cause brain tissue damage in T2DM mice. Traditional lidar techniques mainly rely on the backscattering/echo light intensity and spectrum as information sources. In contrast, polarization lidar (P-lidar) expands the dimensions of detection by utilizing the physical property of polarization. By incorporating parameters such as polarization degree, polarization angle, and ellipticity, P-lidar enhances the richness of physical information obtained from target objects, providing advantages for subsequent information analysis. Over the past five decades, the application fields of P-lidar have rapidly expanded, starting from its early use in atmospheric remote sensing to later applications in oceanic remote sensing. This review first provides a brief introduction to the basic principles of both polarization and P-lidar, along with typical systems. It then explores the applications of P-lidar in various remote sensing fields, including atmospheric, oceanic, and terrestrial domains. Additionally, we propose potential research directions based on current cutting-edge applications, with the aims of providing critical insights to researchers in the fields of polarization and lidar and inspiring further exciting ideas. Simple Summary: Glioblastoma (GBM) is the deadliest primary central nervous system (CNS) cancer in adults despite aggressive treatment. Once progressed, the prognosis is very poor and the effective traditional medicine treatment options are limited, so the management of recurrent glioblastoma (rGBM) remains challenging. Immunotherapy has revolutionized the prospects for many cancer types, but the intrinsic complexity of treating intracerebral tumors and the highly immunosuppressive environment have hampered the development of effective immunotherapies. The current focus of research in rGBM is on combination therapy, identifying predictive markers, and establishing synergy between immunotherapy and standard treatment. In this review, we discuss the current state of immunotherapy for rGBM, its future directions, and the challenges associated with each strategy. Recurrent glioblastoma (rGBM) is a highly aggressive form of brain cancer that poses a significant challenge for treatment in neuro-oncology, and the survival status of patients after relapse usually means rapid deterioration, thus becoming the leading cause of death among patients. In recent years, immunotherapy has emerged as a promising strategy for the treatment of recurrent glioblastoma by stimulating the body's immune system to recognize and attack cancer cells, which could be used in combination with other treatments such as surgery, radiation, and chemotherapy to improve outcomes for patients with recurrent glioblastoma. This therapy combines several key methods such as the use of monoclonal antibodies, chimeric antigen receptor T cell (CAR-T) therapy, checkpoint inhibitors, oncolytic viral therapy cancer vaccines, and combination strategies. The world's largest macroalgae bloom (also known as green tide) has been reported since the 29th Olympic Games in 2008, which is verified as the fast reproduction of floating green macroalgae (Ulva prolifera). It is helpful to assess the biomass of macroalgae for the government of marine environment protection. In this study, the synchronization cruise experiment was firstly introduced, which aimed to investigate the biomass evaluation of Ulva prolifera in the Yellow Sea of China. The Floating Algae Index by Polarimetric SAR image (FAIPS) was then proposed. Finally, the floating algae biomass evaluation model was demonstrated and verified, which showed an exponential relationship between FAIPS and wet biomass per area (kg/m2) of macroalgae. The model proposed in this paper can be used in the biomass assessment of floating algae in the presence of polarimetric SAR images, regardless of daylight and cloud coverage over the sea surface. Spatial profiling technologies fill the gap left by the loss of spatial information in traditional single-cell sequencing, showing great application prospects. After just a few years of quick development, spatial profiling technologies have made great progress in resolution and simplicity. This review introduces the development of spatial omics sequencing based on microfluidic array chips and describes barcoding strategies using various microfluidic designs with simplicity and efficiency. At the same time, the pros and cons of each strategy are compared. Moreover, commercialized solutions for spatial profiling are also introduced. As one of the most important post-transcriptional modifications, m6Am plays a fairly important role in conferring mRNA stability and in the progression of cancers. The accurate identification of the m6Am sites is critical for explaining its biological significance and developing its application in the medical field. However, conventional experimental approaches are time-consuming and expensive, making them unsuitable for the large-scale identification of the m6Am sites. To address this challenge, we exploit a CatBoost-based method, m6Aminer, to identify the m6Am sites on mRNA. For feature extraction, nine different feature-encoding schemes (pseudo electron–ion interaction potential, hash decimal conversion method, dinucleotide binary encoding, nucleotide chemical properties, pseudo k-tuple composition, dinucleotide numerical mapping, K monomeric units, series correlation pseudo trinucleotide composition, and K-spaced nucleotide pair frequency) were utilized to form the initial feature space. To obtain the optimized feature subset, the ExtraTreesClassifier algorithm was adopted to perform feature importance ranking, and the top 300 features were selected as the optimal feature subset. With different performance assessment methods, 10-fold cross-validation and independent test, m6Aminer achieved average AUC of 0.913 and 0.754, demonstrating a competitive performance with the state-of-the-art models m6AmPred (0.905 and 0.735) and DLm6Am (0.897 and 0.730). This paper reports on a novel method to remove Hg0 in the wet scrubbing process using defect-rich colloidal copper sulfides for reducing mercury emissions from non-ferrous smelting flue gas. Unexpectedly, it migrated the negative effect of SO2 on mercury removal performance, while also enhancing Hg0 adsorption. Colloidal copper sulfides demonstrated the superior Hg0 adsorption rate of 306.9 μg·g−1·min−1 under 6% SO2 + 6% O2 atmosphere with a removal efficiency of 99.1%, and the highest-ever Hg0 adsorption capacity of 736.5 mg·g−1, which was 277% higher than all other reported metal sulfides. The Cu and S sites transformation results reveal that SO2 could transform the tri-coordinate S sites into S22− on copper sulfides surfaces, while O2 regenerated Cu2+ via the oxidation of Cu+. The S22− and Cu2+ sites enhanced Hg0 oxidation, and the Hg2+ could strongly bind with tri-coordinate S sites. A (Fe, Cr)-free Co39.2Ni39.2Al21.6 eutectic medium-entropy alloy (EMEA) was designed and fabricated to study the microstructure and its evolution during slow solidification under different intensities of high static magnetic field (0 T, 5 T and 10 T). It was found that the original microstructure was characterized by FCC/BCC mixed herringbone eutectics consisting of two types of lamellar structures: a curved and wormy anomalous eutectic in the fringe, and a straight and long regular eutectic in the center. Nano-sized L10-type martensite layers are also distributed on the BCC lamellar as the martensitic transformation product. The FCC and BCC phases were enriched in Co and Al elements, respectively, while Ni element was distributed homogenously in both phases. With increasing magnetic field intensity, the herringbone eutectic structures remained stable, without the formation of a primary phase, while the phase constitution and the orientation relationships in the eutectic structures remained unchanged, with no obvious magnetically induced alignments. However, the lamellar spacing of the regular lamellar eutectic decreased significantly from 3.3 μm (0 T) to 1.93 μm (10 T); by contrast, the volume fraction of the anomalous eutectics increased considerably from 28.35% (0 T) to 55.14% (10 T), and the assumption that the imposed convection and destabilization of lamellar eutectics is controlled by the magnetic field is discussed in depth. Microalgae, which accumulate considerable carbohydrates, are a potential source of glucose for biofuel fermentation. In this study, we investigated the enzymatic hydrolysis efficiency of wet microalgal biomass compared with freeze-dried and oven-dried biomasses, both with and without an acidic pretreatment. With the dilute sulfuric acid pretreatment followed by amy (α-amylase and amyloglucosidase) and cellulase hydrolysis, approximately 95.4% of the glucose was recovered; however, 88.5% was released by the pretreatment with 2% (w/v) sulfuric acid, which indicates the potential of the acids for direct saccharification process. There were no considerable differences in the glucose yields among the three kinds of materials. In the direct amy hydrolysis without any pretreatment, a 78.7% glucose yield was obtained, and the addition of cellulase had no significant effect on the hydrolysis to glucose. Compared with the oven-dried biomass, the wet biomass produced a substantially higher glucose yield, which is possibly because the cross-linked cells of the oven-dried biomass prevented the accessibility of the enzymes. According to the results, the fresh microalgal biomass without cell disruption can be directly used for enzymatic hydrolysis to produce glucose. The enzymatic hydrolysate of the wet microalgal biomass was successfully used for acetone–butanol–ethanol (ABE) fermentation, which produced 7.2 g/L of ABE, indicating the application potential of wet microalgae in the bioalcohol fuel fermentation process. Resource utilization of SO2 from flue gas is a key challenge for the green development of the smelting industry. Recovery of sulfur resources in the form of elemental sulfur (S0), which has a high market demand and is a current focus in the field of SO2 treatment, can reduce the solid waste from desulfurization. In this study, it was found that Pb as a cathode material had good catalytic activity for the electrochemical reduction of SO2 and good selectivity towards elemental sulfur. However, the cathode suffers from sulfur poisoning. The problem was resolved by introducing surfactant, specifically sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (SDBS), which significantly lowered the sulfur content ratio on the surface of the electrode from 31.82% to 2.17%. Through the optimization of electrocatalytic parameters, this method enables efficient conversion of SO2 to S0, achieving a selectivity of 83% at pH = 0.25 and E = −0.8 V (vs. SCE). Salt stress is one of the abiotic stress factors that affect the normal growth and development of higher plants and algae. However, few research studies have focused on calcium stress, especially in algae. In this study, the mechanism of tolerance to high calcium stress of a Parachlorella kessleri strain was explored by the method of transcriptomics combined with physiological and morphological analysis. Concentrations of CaCl2 100 times (3.6 g/L) and 1000 times (36 g/L) greater than the standard culture were set up as stresses. The results revealed the algae could cope with high calcium stress mainly by strengthening photosynthesis, regulating osmotic pressure, and inducing antioxidant defense. Under the stress of 3.6 g/L CaCl2, the algae grew well with normal cell morphology. Although the chlorophyll content was significantly reduced, the photosynthetic efficiency was well maintained by up-regulating the expression of some photosynthesis-related genes. The cells reduced oxidative damage by inducing superoxide dismutase (SOD) activities and selenoprotein synthesis. A large number of free amino acids were produced to regulate the osmotic potential. When in higher CaCl2 stress of 36 g/L, the growth and chlorophyll content of algae were significantly inhibited. However, the algae still slowly grew and maintained the same photosynthetic efficiency, which resulted from significant up-regulation of massive photosynthesis genes. Antioxidant enzymes and glycerol were found to resist oxidative damage and osmotic stress, respectively. Batrachospermaceae is the largest family of freshwater red algae, widely distributed around the world, and plays an important role in maintaining the balance of spring and creek ecosystems. The deterioration of the current global ecological environment has also destroyed the habitat of Batrachospermaceae. The research on the environmental factors of Batrachospermaceae and the accurate classification of the genus is necessary for the protection, restoration, excavation, and utilization of Batrachospermaceae resources. In this paper, the database of geographical distribution and environmental factors of Batrachospermaceae was sorted out, and the relationship between the classification of genus and environmental factors in Batrachospermaceae was analyzed based on two machine learning methods, random forest and XGBoost. The result shows: (1) The models constructed by the two machine learning methods can effectively distinguish the genus of Batrachospermaceae based on environmental factors; (2) The overall AUC score of the random forest model for the classification and prediction of the genus of Batrachospermaceae reached 90.41%, and the overall AUC score of the taxonomic prediction of each genus of Batrachospermaceae reached 85.85%; (3) Combining the two methods, it is believed that the environmental factors that affect the distinction of the genus of Batrachospermaceae are mainly altitude, average relative humidity, average temperature, and minimum temperature, among which altitude has the greatest influence. Three species of the genus Synura from China are described here. Morphological observations and molecular phylogenetic analyses were conducted for three specimens collected at different locations in China. The described morphological features included cell size, scale size, spines, keels, and struts. Molecular analyses based on multiple genetic markers (SSU and LSU rDNA and internal transcribed spacer rDNA) were used to determine the phylogenetic positions of the three Synura species. Morphologically, specimen GZ201017 collected in Guizhou Province was characterized by a well-developed keel and lanceolate scales; specimen SX210304 collected in Shanxi Province was characterized by a less-developed keel and poor silicification; and specimen GD201126 collected in Guangdong Province was characterized mainly by spines with blunt ends or two small teeth on the tips. The morphotypes GZ201017, SX210304, and GD201126 corresponded to the original descriptions of Synura petersenii, S. glabra, and S. longitubularis, respectively. This discovery laid a foundation for the molecular phylogeny of the genus Synura and an enhanced understanding of Synura diversity and distribution in China. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Esophageal submucosal tumors are rare, but their pathological types are diverse. In addition to the relatively common leiomyomas, some rare submucosal lesions are occasionally reported. Waldeyer's ring is described as a unique subtype of mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue, located in the naso-oropharynx. Studies have reported that Waldeyer's ring is the most common site of primary extranodal lymphoma in the head and neck. Interestingly, we encountered an esophageal submucosal tumor-like lesion similar to the tonsillar structures of Waldeyer's ring. A 38-year-old man underwent esophagoscopy after experiencing swallowing discomfort for 3 months. A protruding submucosal mass with slightly rough mucosa was found at the cervical esophagus approximately 20 cm from the incisors. Considering the possibility of the coexistence of a submucosal tumor and a mucosal lesion, as well as the continuous symptoms of swallowing discomfort, the patient underwent endoscopic submucosal dissection. The lesion was removed en bloc. However, histology revealed a lesion similar to the tonsillar structure of Waldeyer's ring between the lamina propria and submucosa. The patient was followed up for 6 months without recurrence or complaints. We report a new submucosal lesion and discuss its origin and treatment. Machine learning-base fire detection methods play a vital role in the current forest fire monitoring systems. In the literature, fire detection is usually viewed as a two-class (or multi-class) classification task. However, this violates the most foundational hypothesis in machine learning, e.g., independent and identical distribution (i.i.d.), especially for the non-fire samples drawn from a complex forest background. Moreover, for omni-directional video -monitoring, the background is also always changing, which leads this violation to a worse situation. In this work, by relaxing the i.i.d. of non-fire samples, we aim to learn a one-class model that just relies on the fire samples. Considering the requirements of high-precision and real-time detection, training samples are directly constructed on the fire pixels without a complex feature transformation. Additionally, we also provide a batch decision-making strategy to speed up fire detection. This work also includes an extensive experimental comparison on the public forest fire videos, obtained by ground- or unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV)-monitoring cameras. Compared with the state-of-the-art methods, the results show the superiority of our proposal in terms of a high-fire detection rate, low-error warning rate, accurate fire location positioning, and real-time detection. Mercuric chloride (HgCl2) is a common heavy-metal pollutant widely used in commercial products and industry, but its excessive use and uncontrolled discharge have caused great harm to aquatic environments and human health. To research the mechanisms of HgCl2 toxicity in aquatic organisms, this study cultured the green alga Scenedesmus quadricauda in a gradient of HgCl2 concentrations (0, 0.1, 0.3, 0.5, 0.7, and 0.9 mg/L) for 9 days. The results showed that: (1) when the concentrations of HgCl2 were high (≥0.7 mg/L), the toxic effects completely inhibited the growth of algal cells, the culture liquid changed from green to light yellow, and cells aggregated and sank to the bottom. Submicroscopic structural imaging showed that at 0.9 mg/L HgCl2, the algal cells were seriously damaged and obvious plasma–wall separation occurred. Furthermore, the arrangement of photosynthetic lamellae became disordered and the nuclei and protein nuclei faded or even disappeared. (2) When the concentrations of HgCl2 were low and medium (≤0.5 mg/L), the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in algal cells increased in the first five days, but the degree of increase was smaller than in the control group. However, under high HgCl2 concentrations (≥0.7 mg/L), the activity of SOD began to decrease sharply on the seventh day. The activity of peroxidase (POD) decreased more obviously than that of SOD. (3) Under medium and high HgCl2 concentrations (≥0.5 mg/L), the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in algal cells increased over time, and had not decreased again by the last day of measurement. In contrast, the contents of total protein (TP) and soluble sugar (SS) both exhibited decreasing trends under high HgCl2 concentrations. (4) When the HgCl2 concentrations were ≥0.7 mg/L, the content of photosynthetic pigments in algal cells decreased, and the light quantum yield of PS Ⅱ decreased. At the same time, as culture time progressed, the photosynthetic electron transfer and energy-conversion efficiency were seriously damaged and photosynthesis never returned to normal levels. A new species of freshwater alga, Chara zhengzhouensis, is described and illustrated based on material collected in a lake at Zhengzhou, in Henan Province, China. Phylogenetic analysis of sequence data from the 18s rDNA, rbcL, and atpB indicated the separation between C. zhengzhouensis and other species of the genus Chara. Additionally, from a morphological point of view, C. zhengzhouensis differs from another closely related species, C. connivens, in its diplostichous cortex and corticate or ecorticate in based segments of branchlets. Therefore, the results based on both morphological observation and molecular evidence facilitated the proposal of this new species—C. zhengzhouensis. It represents another species in the charophyte diversity in China and the description of this new species provides more molecular data for phylogenetic analysis of the genus Chara. A model-free fractional-order sliding mode control (MFFOSMC) method based on a non-linear disturbance observer is proposed for the electric drive system in this paper. Firstly, the ultra-local model is established by using the mathematical model of electric drive system under parameter perturbation. Then, aiming at reducing the chattering of the sliding mode controller and improving the transient response, a model-free fractional-order sliding mode controller is designed based on fractional-order theory. Next, considering that the traditional sliding mode control can only suppress matched disturbance and that it is sensitive to mismatched disturbance, a non-linear disturbance observer is used to estimate disturbance, and the estimated variables are used in the design of a sliding mode surface to improve the tracking accuracy of the system. Finally, the experiment is completed on an asynchronous motor drive platform. Compared with the model-free integer-order sliding mode control (MFIOSMC), the results show that the proposed method has good dynamic response and strong robustness. Chlorophyll a concentration is an important indicator to characterize phytoplankton biomass, which further reflects the water quality of lakes. Based on the data of chlorophyll a concentration and environmental factors extracted from the ChlaData, HydroLAKES, and HELLAKES databases for Chinese lakes for three years (2000, 2005, and 2010), we used the random forest model and the generalized linear model to analyze the relationship between chlorophyll a concentration and environmental factors in Chinese lakes and predict the chlorophyll a concentration. The results showed that the relative importance of environmental factors for chlorophyll a was as follows: nutrient salt concentration > longitude and latitude > monthly mean precipitation > altitude > annual average temperature. The coefficient of determination of the random forest model was 0.9997 (R2 = 0.9997), and the root-mean-square error was 0.0010 (RMSE = 0.0010), with high prediction accuracy. The random forest model and the generalized linear model both showed that TP was the main influencing factor of chlorophyll a concentration. The validation results based on the measured data show that the models are reliable. To improve the sensorless control performance of electrical drive systems, a nonsingular terminal sliding mode observer (NTSMO) and adaptive observer are proposed to solve the chattering and phase delay problems. Firstly, by defining a new nonsingular terminal sliding mode surface, the sliding mode observer based on the fast reaching law is designed to estimate the back electromotive force (EMF). The observer enhances the robustness and system performance eliminates the singularity and attenuates the chattering. Next, to obtain the accurate back-EMF signal, an adaptive observer is designed instead of a traditional low-pass filter to filter out the harmonics. The adaptive observer can avoid the phase delay problem and further improve the signal observation accuracy. Then, the rotor position and speed information are accurately tracked. The proposed method is applied to the speed control system of a permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM), and the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed sliding mode observer are demonstrated by the experiment. Chlorophyll-a (Chl-a) is an important marine indicator, and the improvement in Chl-a concentration retrieval for ocean color remote sensing is always a major challenge. This study focuses on the northwest Pacific fishing ground (NPFG) to evaluate and improve the Chl-a products of three mainstream remote sensing satellites, Himawari-8, MODIS-Aqua, and VIIRS-SNPP. We analyzed in situ data and found that an in situ Chl-a concentration of 0.3 mg m−3 could be used as a threshold to distinguish the systematic deviation of remote sensing Chl-a data in the NPFG. Based on this threshold, we optimized the Chl-a algorithms of the three satellites by data grouping, and integrated multisource satellite Chl-a data by weighted averaging to acquire high-coverage merged data. The merged data were thoroughly verified by Argo Chl-a data. The Chl-a front of merged Chl-a data could be represented accurately and completely and had a good correlation with the distribution of the NPFG. The most important marine factors for Chl-a are nutrients and temperature, which are affected by mesoscale eddies and variations in the Kuroshio extension. The variation trend of merged Chl-a data is consistent with mesoscale eddies and Kuroshio extension and has more sensitive responses to the marine climatic conditions of ENSO. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Echinochloa crus-galli var. zelayensis is a variant of E. crus-galli (L) Beauv, and it is the most pernicious weed in the east of China. Quinclorac, as synthetic auxin herbicide, could control this kind of weed effectively. In this study, two populations were used to further research the mechanism of quinclorac resistance, and the EcABCB1, EcABCB4 and EcABCB19 was functionally characterized to determine their roles in quinclorac resistance. It was found that root growth of quinclorac-resistant biotype SSXB-R was less inhibited by quinclorac at 5 μM and 50 μM when compared with the susceptible biotype JNNX-S. The results show that the IAA variations in root tip of JNNX-S were significantly higher than SSXB-R at 12 h after treatment with quinclorac (50 μM) and 1-N-naphthylthalamic acid (100 μM). There are no significant differences in IAA variations of the basal part of the root between susceptible and resistant biotypes after treatment with quinclorac and 1-N-naphthylthalamic acid (NPA). The transcript level of EcABCB1 and EcABCB19 in the root of JNNX-S showed down-regulated and up-regulated after treatment with quinclorac (TWQ) at 6 h in susceptible and resistant biotypes compared with control, respectively. The transcript level for EcABCB4 in the root showed up-regulated after TWQ at 12 h only in susceptible biotypes compared with control. In order to explore the characteristics of the periphytic algae community structure and its relationship with environmental factors in the Taiyuan region of the Fenhe River, a total of six sampling sites were investigated in July and December 2021. The effects of water quality status and environmental factors at each sampling point on the community structure of epiphytes were detected. The results showed that a total of 7 phyla and 54 genera of periphytic algae were identified in the Taiyuan region of the Fenhe River, and the species composition was mainly Bacillariophyta, Cyanophyta, and Chlorophyta. According to the analysis results of the biodiversity index, the water body of the Taiyuan region of the Fenhe River is in a state of moderate pollution. The correlation analysis between the epiphytic algae and environmental factors showed that the cell density of algae was significantly correlated with dissolved oxygen (DO), phosphate ( PO 4 3 − -P), chemical oxygen demand (COD), total phosphorus (TP), and transparency (SD) in the wet season. The algal cell density in the dry season was significantly correlated with water temperature (WT), TP, PO 4 3 − -P, and COD. According to the redundancy analysis, the community distribution of the epiphytic algae in the Taiyuan region of the Fenhe River was closely related to physical and chemical factors such as COD, nitrate nitrogen ( NO − 3   -N), WT, dissolved organic carbon (DOC), total nitrogen (TN), and TP, and COD is the main environmental factor driving the change in the community distribution of the periphytic algae in the wet season. Halauxifen-methyl is a new auxin herbicide developed by Corteva Agriscience (Wilmington, DE, USA). It has been suggested that ABF5 may be the target of halauxifen-methyl, as AFB5 mutants of Arabidopsis thaliana are resistant to halauxifen-methyl, which preferentially binds to AFB5. However, the mode of action of halauxifen-methyl has not yet been reported. Therefore, the aim of the present study was to reveal the mode of action of halauxifen-methyl by exploring its influence on indole-3-acetic acid (IAA) homeostasis and the biosynthesis of ethylene and Abscisic Acid (ABA) in Galium aparine. The results showed that halauxifen-methyl could disrupt the homeostasis of IAA and stimulate the overproduction of ethylene and ABA by inducing the overexpression of the 1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylate synthase (ACS) and 9-cis-epoxycarotenoid dioxygenase (NCED) genes involved in ethylene and ABA biosynthesis, finally leading to senescence and plant death. Understanding the antecedents and consequences of electronic word-of-mouth (eWOM) is of significant theoretical value and great interest to both consumers and firms. To reconcile the disagreement in the relationship between eWOM and product sales, we investigate the joint effect of different dimensions of eWOM on the sales of durable goods (i.e., cars). Our study is based on eWOM collected from Autohome, a leading online review platform of automobiles in China. Our empirical results show that the volume and valence of eWOM positively affect car sales, and variance negatively affects car sales when the volume of eWOM is low. Further analyses of the joint effect show that the positive impact of eWOM volume on sales is stronger when the valence is lower and the variance is higher. This research contributes to the literature on eWOM and provides helpful suggestions for firms by shedding light on the joint effect of different dimensions of eWOM in the context of the Chinese automobile industry. Tung oil is an important dry grease. In order to overcome the deficiencies of traditional processes in oil production, the preparation of tung oil was carried out by the butane-subcritical method. A response surface optimization experiment was carried out based on Design-Expert software, and the best process parameters were obtained. The extraction temperature was 42.98 °C, the extraction time was 43.77 min, the particle size of the raw material was 38.88 mesh, and the oil yield of tung oil under this condition reached 67.437%. The fatty acid composition of tung oil was analyzed by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS): the content of α-oleostearic acid was 74.99%, linoleic acid content was 8.83%, oleic acid content was 7.42%, palmitic acid content was 2.02%, and stearic acid content was 4.35%. Through the analysis of the oil sample obtained, five indicators showed that the process of obtaining oil products met the requirements of the national standard. By simulating the subcritical n-butane/tung oil dissolution equilibrium model, the miscible dynamic equilibrium of tung oil in subcritical n-butane was studied at temperatures in the range of 35–50 °C and an equilibrium time of 40 min, and the kinetic equations of oil extraction at different temperatures were obtained, with a coefficient of determination (R2) greater than 0.99. The oil extraction rate was up to 67.12 ± 0.05% under optimal extraction conditions through the optimization of univariate and response surface experimental design. Using 1stOpt data processing software, the data of tung oil extraction rate at different times were fitted, and it was found that the Patricelli model accurately elucidated the kinetic process of tung oil extraction through subcritical n-butane, with R2 greater than 0.99. The genus Lemanea is an evolutionally derived lineage of freshwater Rhodophyta which has a rare distribution. Morphological characterization and molecular phylogenetic analyses were conducted for a Lemanea specimen collected from Guilin, China, in this study. The results based on morphological observation and molecular evidence, including rbcL and SSU sequences, showed it was a new record of L. manipurensis Ganesan, West, Zuccarello et Rout in China. The specimen in this study was morphologically characterized by branches that were positioned in the lower part of the thallus, hair cells absent around the outer cortex, ellipsoidal and single carpospores at the top of the gonimoblast filaments and spermatangia formed in continuous wide rings on the thallus nodes. By comparing the morphology of specimens collected from Guilin, China, and the holotype specimen in India, it was found that the spermatangial shapes were variable among different populations. It was found that the presence or absence of hair cells around the outer cortex was not a reliable characteristic for the identification of the genus Lemanea based on a comparison between L. manipurensis collected in Guangxi and in India and another four Lemanea species previously recorded in China. The results of this study provided molecular evidence and a theoretical basis for molecular phylogenetic research on the genus Lemanea and enriched the species diversity and geographical distribution of Lemanea in China. The toughening modification of epoxy resin by polyurethane prepolymer (PU) can effectively solve the disadvantage of high brittleness in its application. In this study, a convenient way to toughen epoxy resins was explored, and the monomers PPG and MDI for the synthesis of polyurethane prepolymers were used for a one-step modification of epoxy resins. The test results of viscosity and elongation at break showed that P-M reduced the viscosity of the epoxy resin and improved the toughness. Especially when the content of P-M was 25%, the elongation at the break of the modified EP reached 196.56%. From a thermogravimetric and pyrolysis kinetic analysis, the P-M modification had better thermal stability than the PU modification. This paper presents the trajectory tracking control of a flexible-joint manipulator driven by permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM). Combining the PMSM electrical equation and mechanical equation of robotic manipulators, a novel smooth switching control scheme is proposed. Firstly, the position loop controller of the system is designed, with an improved hierarchical sliding mode control (IHSMC) algorithm proposed to further the response speed of the system, additionally, a robust interconnection and damping assignment passivity-based controller (IDA-PBC) is designed to improve the steady state performance of the system. Then, the IDA-PBC control strategy is leveraged to design the current loop controller of the system, on which basis a hybrid controller with smooth switching is designed. Furthermore, Gaussian function is applied as the smooth switching function of the hybrid controller to promote the switching performance. To enhance the control performance of permanent-magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) drive systems, achieving high-precision motion control, a generalized predictive control (GPC) method based on a novel extended-state observer (ESO) is investigated for the speed control of PMSM. In this paper, the controller design consists of two steps. Firstly, according to the continuous time model of PMSM, using the Taylor series expansion, the predictive value of motor speed in finite time is derived, and the single-loop speed controller by combining the speed loop and q - axis current loop is obtained through the defined cost function. The structure of the controller is simple compared to other forms. Secondly, considering the uncertainty of the load torque and the model uncertainties, a novel extended-state observer is designed to compute the actual torque, and the observed value is introduced to the GPC controller. In this work, the wetting behaviors of lead-bismuth eutectic (LBE) on corroded 316L, T91, and CLAM surfaces were studied. The wettability of LBE on virgin and corroded surfaces were tested at 450 °C by using the sessile-drop (SD) method after immersing the samples in LBE with saturated oxygen concentration for 400, 800, and 1200 h at 450 °C. Additionally, the morphology, as well as element distribution of the corrosion structure, were characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS). The results showed that the virgin samples of three materials are non-wetting to LBE, and the formation of corrosion structures further reduces the wettability. Besides, the thickness of the corrosion layer formed on the 316L surface grew more slowly than the other two steel, which results in better corrosion resistance of austenitic steel 316L than that of ferritic/martensitic steels T91 and CLAM at 450 °C. Meanwhile, the morphology and distribution of corrosion products are important factors affecting the wettability of the steel surface. To study the relationship between β-carotene synthesis and geranylgeranyl pyrophosphate synthase (GGPS) activity, 15 species of Dunaliella were used to determine the changes in photosynthetic pigment contents, chlorophyll fluorescence parameters, β-carotene content, and GGPS activity. By observing the morphology and size of 15 species of Dunaliella, D8 has the largest individual algal cell and D9 has the smallest individual. Growth was relatively slow during days one through seven. After about eight days, the cells entered the logarithmic growth period and grew rapidly to a high density. After about 45 days, they entered a mature period, and growth slowed down. The contents of chlorophyll, carotenoids, and β-carotene increased during growth. D1 has the highest accumulation of β-carotene, and GGPS enzyme activity has a positive linear relationship with the β-carotene synthesis content. Electric vehicle has become the main trend of the development of automobile industry. As a highly symmetrical system, the characteristics of drive motor will have a great impact on the driving comfort. Aiming at the control regulation of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) drive, a model-free and non-cascade sliding mode control with a fast-reaching law is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the mathematical model of PMSM is constructed as an ultra-local model without considering any motor parameters. Then, to improve the response speed, an integral sliding mode method with a fast reaching law is proposed, and the fast convergence can be realized. The controller system adopts single loop non-cascade control, which greatly simplifies the system structure. In order to further improve the anti-disturbance performance of the system, the dual disturbance observers are used to compensate the disturbance through feed-forward control. The stability of the system is proved by Lyapunov. Finally, the experimental results show that the proposed method has faster convergence speed and stronger anti-disturbance ability. Plane strain compression tests were used to study the deformation behavior of an Inconel 625 alloy sheet at various temperatures and strain rates. The peak stress was selected to establish the constitutive equation, and the processing maps under different strains were drawn. The results show that the effective stress–strain curve of Inconel 625 has typical dynamic recrystallization (DRX) characteristics. With the increasing deformation temperature and the decreasing strain rate, the softening effect is significantly enhanced. The parameters of the constitutive equation are calculated, and the average error of the constitutive equation is 5.68%. Through the analysis of the processing map, a deformation temperature of 950–960 °C with a strain rate of 0.007–0.05 s−1 were determined as the unstable region, and obvious local plastic-rheological zones were found in the unstable region. The optimum deformation condition was found to be 1020–1060 °C/0.005–0.03 s−1. Through electron backscattered diffraction (EBSD) characterization, it was found that both the increase of temperature and the decrease of strain rate significantly promote the recrystallization process. At a low strain rate, the main recrystallization mechanism is discontinuous dynamic recrystallization (DDRX). To accurately assess the hemolysis risk of the ventricular assist device, this paper proposed a cell destruction model and the corresponding evaluation parameters based on multiphase flow. The single-phase flow and multiphase flow in two patient-specific total cavopulmonary connection structures assisted by a rotationally symmetric blood pump (pump-TCPC) were simulated. Then, single-phase and multiphase cell destruction models were used to evaluate the hemolysis risk. The results of both cell destruction models indicated that the hemolysis risk in the straight pump-TCPC model was lower than that in the curved pump-TCPC model. However, the average and maximum values of the multiphase flow blood damage index (mBDI) were smaller than those of the single-phase flow blood damage index (BDI), but the average and maximum values of the multiphase flow particle residence time (mPRT) were larger than those of the single-phase flow particle residence time (PRT). This study proved that the multiphase flow method can be used to simulate the mechanical behavior of red blood cells (RBCs) and white blood cells (WBCs) in a complex flow field and the multiphase flow cell destruction model had smaller estimates of the impact shear stress. Early warning of a potential rockburst risk and its area of occurrence helps to take effective and targeted measures to mitigate rockburst hazards. This study investigates the microseismic (MS) spatial-temporal precursory characteristic parameters in a typical steeply inclined and extremely thick coal seam (SIETCS) with high rockburst risk and proposes three spatial/temporal quantification parameters and a spatial-temporal early warning method. Analysis results of temporal parameters show that the sharp-rise-sharp-drop variation in total daily energy and event count can be regarded as a precursor for high energy tremor. The appearance of peak values of both energy deviation (≥20) and event count deviation (≥1) can be regarded as precursors that indicate imminent rockburst danger. A laboratory acoustic emission (AE) experiment reveals that precursor characteristics obtained from the study can be feasibly used to warn the rockburst risk. The spatial evolution laws of spatial parameters show that the high energy density index of MS (EDIM), velocity, velocity anomaly regions correlate well with stress concentration and rockburst risk areas. The field application verifies that the temporal-spatial early warning method can identify the potential rockburst risk in a temporal sequence and rockburst risk areas during the temporal early warning period. The oleaginous microalgae species Chlorococcum sphacosum GD is a promising feedstock for biodiesel production from soil. However, its metabolic mechanism of lipid production remains unclear. In this study, the lipid accumulation and metabolism mechanisms of Chlorococcum sphacosum GD were analyzed under salt stress based on transcriptome sequencing. The biomass and lipid content of the alga strain were determined under different NaCl concentrations, and total RNA from fresh cells were isolated and sequenced by HiSeq 2000 high throughput sequencing technology. As the salt concentration increased in culture medium, the algal lipid content increased but the biomass decreased. Following transcriptome sequencing by assembly and splicing, 24,128 unigenes were annotated, with read lengths mostly distributed in the 200–300 bp interval. Statistically significant differentially expressed unigenes were observed in different experimental groups, with 2051 up-regulated genes and 1835 down-regulated genes. The lipid metabolism pathway analysis showed that, under salt stress, gene-related fatty acid biosynthesis (ACCase, KASII, KAR, HAD, FATA) was significantly up-regulated, but some gene-related fatty acid degradation was significantly down-regulated. The comprehensive results showed that salt concentration can affect the lipid accumulation and metabolism of C. sphacosum GD, and the lipid accumulation is closely related to the fatty acid synthesis pathway. Multi-rotor unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) for plant protection are widely used in China's agricultural production. However, spray droplets often drift and distribute nonuniformly, thereby harming its utilization and the environment. A variable spray system is designed, discussed, and verified to solve this problem. The distribution characteristics of droplet deposition under different spray states (flight state, environment state, nozzle state) are obtained through computational fluid dynamics simulation. In the verification experiment, the wind velocity error of most sample points is less than 1 m/s, and the deposition ratio error is less than 10%, indicating that the simulation is reliable. A simulation data set is used to train support vector regression and back propagation neural network with multiple parameters. An optimal regression model with the root mean square error of 6.5% is selected. The UAV offset and nozzle flow of the variable spray system can be obtained in accordance with the current spray state by multi-sensor fusion and the predicted deposition distribution characteristics. The farmland experiment shows that the deposition volume error between the prediction and experiment is within 30%, thereby proving the effectiveness of the system. Ti65 alloy (Ti-5.8Al-4.0Sn-3.5Zr-0.5Mo-0.4Si-0.3Nb-1.0Ta-0.8W-0.05C) is the newly developed high temperature titanium alloy optimized from Ti60 alloys. The long-term service temperature of the alloy is as high as 650 °C, which is unattainable with the previous high temperature titanium alloy. It has excellent strength and excellent creep resistance, and has great application prospects in the aerospace industry. In the current study, the evolution of microstructure and texture of Ti65 alloy sheets developed by unidirectional rolling (UDR) and cross rolling (CR) followed by solution and aging treatment was investigated. The microstructure of the UDR sample consists of equiaxed α p , lamellar α s and few elongated α p , and the texture is the combination of minor B-type and major T-type texture, with the main component of basal {0001} fiber texture and { 01 1 ¯ 0 } < 2 1 ¯ 1 ¯ 0 > , respectively. Due to more active slip system resulted by transformed direction, the microstructure of the CR sample consists of more elongated α p , and the { 01 1 ¯ 0 } <0001> texture characterized as R-type texture forms in addition to B/T-type texture. With aging temperature increasing, the microstructures for both transform to duplex microstructure, and the thicknesses of lamellar α s increase. B-type texture becomes stronger, while T/R-type texture are weakened, which is caused by the combination of recrystallization, spheroidization, and variant selection. An abnormal increasing of T/R-type texture but constant B-type texture happens in the CR-600 sample, which is related to high recrystallization fraction. It is expected that the research results can provide useful references for the rolling of high temperature titanium alloy sheets and the precise control of microstructure/texture. Overall scientific planning of urbanization layout is an important component of the new period of land spatial planning policies. Defining the main functions of different spaces and dividing urban functional areas are of great significance for optimizing the land development pattern. This article identifies and analyses urban functional areas from the perspective of data mining. The results of this method are consistent with the actual situation. In this paper, representative taxi trajectory data are selected as the research basis of urban functional areas. First, based on trajectory data from Didi Chuxing within the high-speed road surrounding Chengdu, we generated trajectory time sequence data and used the dynamic time warping (DTW) algorithm to generate a time series similarity matrix. Second, we utilized the K-medoid clustering algorithm to generate preliminary results of land clustering and selected the results with high classification accuracy as the training samples. Then, the k-nearest neighbour (KNN) classification algorithm based on DTW was performed to classify and identify the urban functional areas. Finally, with the help of point-of-interest (POI) auxiliary analysis, the final functional layout in Chengdu was obtained. The results show that the spatial structure of Chengdu is complex and that the urban functions are interlaced, but there are still rules that are followed. Moreover, traffic volume and inflow data can better reflect the travel rules of residents than simple taxi on–off data. The original DTW calculation method has high temporal complexity, which can be improved by normalization and the reduction of time series dimensionality. The semi-supervised learning classification method is also applicable to trajectory data, and it is best to select training samples from unsupervised learning. This method can provide a theoretical basis for urban land planning and has auxiliary and guiding value for urbanization layout in the context of land spatial planning policies in the new era. The implementation and experimental validation of current control strategy based on predictive control and equivalent input disturbance approach is discussed for permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) control system in the paper. First, to realize the current decoupling control, the deadbeat predictive current control technique is adopted in the current loop of PMSM. Indeed, it is well known that the traditional deadbeat current control cannot completely reject the disturbance and realize the zero error current tracking control. Then, according to the model uncertainties and the parameter variations in the motor, an equivalent input disturbance approach is introduced to estimate the lump disturbance in the system, which will be used in the feed-forward compensation. Thus, a compound current controller is designed, and the proposed algorithm reduces the tracking error caused by the disturbance; the robustness of the drive system is improved effectively. Finally, simulation and experiment are accomplished on the control prototype, and the results show the effectiveness of the proposed current control algorithm. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
