Climate change and land use/land cover (LULC) change have received widespread attention as the two main factors contributing to the shrinking of plant habitats. However, the different effects of these factors on understory economic tree species are not clear. This is not conducive to the conservation and exploitation of forest resources. Here, we used species distribution modeling to predict the extent to which climate change and LULC change will affect changes in suitable habitats for A. elata under different scenarios in the future. The results showed the suitable habitat to be located in the Changbai Mountain Range in northeast China. The current area is 110,962 km2. The main variables that affect the suitable habitat are annual precipitation, LULC, slope, and mean diurnal range. The percentage contributions are 31.2%, 16.8%, 12.8%, and 12.3%, respectively. In the 2070s, the area of high-quality (moderately and highly) suitable habitat was reduced by an average of 6.05% when climate alone changed, and by an average of 10.21% when land use alone changed. When both factors changed together, there was an average decrease of 9.69%. When climate change and land use change acted together, the shrinking area of suitable habitat did not suddenly increase. Welding is prone to several defects. To test the fatigue properties of the welded defective joints of high-speed rail bogies, SMA490BW steel cruciform welded joints were employed with artificial defects treatment. Consequently, fatigue tests were conducted on the specimens. Fatigue fracture morphology was studied via scanning electron microscopy. The ABAQUS (version 2022) finite element software was used to calculate the stress distribution and concentration factor of cruciform welded joints with defects. The results show that the fatigue limits of 1 and 2.4 mm defect specimens were approximately 57.2 and 53.75 Mpa, respectively. Furthermore, the stress concentration factor of no, 1 mm, and 2.4 mm defects were 2.246, 4.441, and 6.684, respectively, indicating that the stress concentration factor of 1 and 2.4 mm defects increased by 98 and 198%, respectively, with respect to the no-defect case. In this paper, the precrack propagation behavior of an SMA490BW welded joint in the core zone and heat-affected zone was analyzed through experiments based on the FRANC 3D and ABAQUS cosimulation method, and life prediction of these cracks was also investigated. The results show that the experimental crack propagation path and crack propagation rate in the weld core zone and heat-affected zone agree well with the simulation results, with a small relative error. The life span of the prefabricated crack in the heat-affected zone was higher than that in the core zone. Furthermore, regarding the life prediction results for the two samples, the relative error obtained using FRANC 3D was about 5%, which was verified using the method of joint simulation of crack propagation behavior in the zone simulation and their life prediction with accurate feasibility. Low-illumination image enhancement can provide more information than the original image in low-light scenarios, e.g., nighttime driving. Traditional deep-learning-based image enhancement algorithms struggle to balance the performance between the overall illumination enhancement and local edge details, due to limitations of time and computational cost. This paper proposes a histogram equalization–multiscale Retinex combination approach (HE-MSR-COM) that aims at solving the blur edge problem of HE and the uncertainty in selecting parameters for image illumination enhancement in MSR. The enhanced illumination information is extracted from the low-frequency component in the HE-enhanced image, and the enhanced edge information is obtained from the high-frequency component in the MSR-enhanced image. By designing adaptive fusion weights of HE and MSR, the proposed method effectively combines enhanced illumination and edge information. The experimental results show that HE-MSR-COM improves the image quality by 23.95% and 10.6% in two datasets, respectively, compared with HE, contrast-limited adaptive histogram equalization (CLAHE), MSR, and gamma correction (GC). Ferroptosis is a kind of iron-dependent programed cell death. Vitamin D has been shown to be an antioxidant and a regulator of iron metabolism, but the relationship between vitamin D and ferroptosis is poorly studied in fish. This study used zebrafish liver cells (ZFL) to establish a ferroptosis model to explore the effect of 1,25(OH)2D3 on cell ferroptosis and its mechanism of action. The results showed that different incubation patterns of 1,25(OH)2D3 improved the survival rate of ZFL, mitigated mitochondrial damage, enhanced total glutathione peroxidase (GPx) activity, and reduced intracellular reactive oxygen species (ROS), lipid peroxidation (LPO), and malondialdehyde (MDA), as well as iron ion levels, with the best effect at 200 pM 1,25(OH)2D3 preincubation for 72 h. Preincubation of ZFL at 200 pM 1,25(OH)2D3 for 72 h downgraded keap1 and ptgs2 gene expression, increased nrf2, ho-1, fth1, gpx4a,b expression, and lowered the expression of the nf-κb p65,il-6,il-1β gene, thus reducing the expression of hamp1. The above results indicate that different incubation patterns of 1,25(OH)2D3 have protective effects on ferroptosis of ZFL induced by ferroptosis activator RSL3 and 1,25(OH)2D3 can inhibit ferroptosis of ZFL by regulating Keap1–Nrf2–GPx4 and NF-κB–hepcidin axis. Human pressure on the environment and climate change are two important factors contributing to species decline and overall loss of biodiversity. Orchids may be particularly vulnerable to human-induced losses of habitat and the pervasive impact of global climate change. In this study, we simulated the extent of the suitable habitat of three species of the terrestrial orchid genus Cypripedium in northeast China and assessed the impact of human pressure and climate change on the future distribution of these species. Cypripedium represents a genus of long-lived terrestrial orchids that contains several species with great ornamental value. Severe habitat destruction and overcollection have led to major population declines in recent decades. Our results showed that at present the most suitable habitats of the three species can be found in Da Xing'an Ling, Xiao Xing'an Ling and in the Changbai Mountains. Human activity was predicted to have the largest impact on species distributions in the Changbai Mountains. In addition, climate change was predicted to lead to a shift in distribution towards higher elevations and to an increased fragmentation of suitable habitats of the three investigated Cypripedium species in the study area. These results will be valuable for decision makers to identify areas that are likely to maintain viable Cypripedium populations in the future and to develop conservation strategies to protect the remaining populations of these enigmatic orchid species.
