Sea surface salinity (SSS) observed by satellite has been widely used since the successful launch of the first salinity satellite in 2009. However, compared with other oceanographic satellite products (e.g., sea surface temperature, SST) that became operational in the 1980s, the SSS product is less mature and lacks effective validation from the user end. We employed an unsupervised machine learning approach to classify the Level 3 SSS bias from the Soil Moisture Active Passive (SMAP) satellite and its observing environment. The classification model divides the samples into fifteen classes based on four variables: satellite SSS bias, SST, rain rate, and wind speed. SST is one of the most significant factors influencing the classification. In regions with cold SST, satellite SSS has an accuracy of less than 0.2 PSU (Practical Salinity Unit), mainly due to the higher uncertainty in the cold environment. A small number of observations near the seawater freezing point show a significant fresh bias caused by sea ice. A systematic bias of the SMAP SSS product is found in the mid-latitudes: positive bias tends to occur north (south) of 45°N(S) and negative bias is more common in 25°N(S)–45°N(S) bands, likely associated with the SMAP calibration scheme. A significant bias also occurs in regions with strong ocean currents and eddy activities, likely due to spatial mismatch in the highly dynamic background. Notably, satellite SSS and in situ data correlations remain good in similar environments with weaker ocean dynamic activities, implying that satellite salinity data are reliable in dynamically active regions for capturing high-resolution details. Sediments are sources and sinks of heavy metals in water, and estuaries are heavily influenced by human production and life. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the composition of estuarine sediments and the relationship between their components to understand the transport and transformation pathways of heavy metals in the environment. In this research, we investigated the characteristics and patterns of Zn adsorption by organic–inorganic composites, organic–clay mineral composites, and iron oxide–clay mineral composites in eight estuarine sediment samples from Dianchi Lake. The results show that both Langmuir and Freundlich isothermal models can describe the adsorption behaviour of the adsorbent better. The order of the adsorption capacity of the three groups of samples for zinc was organic–inorganic composites > organic–clay mineral composites > iron oxide–clay mineral composites. Through FTIR and XRD analyses, the adsorption of Zn2+ on the three groups of samples was dominated by electrostatic attraction and coordination adsorption, accompanied by the occurrence of ion exchange and co-precipitation. After FTIR semi-quantitative analysis, it was found that the source of the differences in the high and low Zn adsorption of the three types of samples may be mainly due to the content of phenolic functional groups in the organic matter. This may be related to the low redox site of the phenolic hydroxyl group, which, as an electron donor, is susceptible to electrostatic attraction and complexation with heavy metal cations. The organic–inorganic composite has a higher adsorption capacity for Zn when the ratio of the active fraction of organic matter to the free iron oxide content is 0.65–0.70. In this range, the organic matter can provide enough negative charge without making the sample surface too dense. Iron oxides can also activate the sample by providing sufficient contact between the clay minerals and the organic matter. Partial discharge (PD) is one of the major causes of insulation accidents in oil-immersed transformers, generating a large number of signals that represent the health status of the transformer. In particular, acoustic signals can be detected by sensors to locate the source of the partial discharge. However, the array, type, and quantity of sensors play a crucial role in the research on the localization of partial discharge sources within transformers. Hence, this paper proposes a novel sensor array for the specific localization of PD sources using COMSOL Multiphysics software 6.1 to establish a three-dimensional model of the oil-immersed transformer and the different defect types of two-dimensional models. "Electric-force-acoustic" multiphysics field simulations were conducted to model ultrasonic signals of different types of PD by setting up detection points to collect acoustic signals at different types and temperatures instead of physical sensors. Subsequently, simulated waveforms and acoustic spatial distribution maps were acquired in the software. These simulation results were then combined with the time difference of arrival (TDOA) algorithm to solve a system of equations, ultimately yielding the position of the discharge source. Calculated positions were compared with the actual positions using an error iterative algorithm method, with an average spatial error about 1.3 cm, which falls within an acceptable range for fault diagnosis in transformers, validating the accuracy of the proposed method. The oil sunflower is an important oil crop and ornamental plant. Flowering time affects the environmental adaptability and final yield of oil sunflowers. Floral induction is one of the important events that determines subsequent reproductive growth and seed setting, but there has been no systematic study on the regulation of gene expression during the transition from vegetative growth to reproductive growth in oil sunflowers. In this study, an oil sunflower mutant displaying early flowering (ef) was obtained by heavy ion beam irradiation. This mutant had a stable genetic trait, and its flowering time was 15 days earlier than the wild type (WT) in the field. The histology result showed that the ef mutant induced floral meristem at 6-leaf stage earlier than WT. The shoot apical meristems (SAMs) of the ef mutant and WT at 4-leaf, 6-leaf, 8-leaf, 10-leaf and budding periods were collected for RNA sequencing. The results showed that the transition from the leaf meristem to the floral meristem resulted in significant changes in the transcriptional landscape. Overall, 632, 1825, 4549, 5407 and 2164 differentially expressed genes (DEGs) were identified at 4-leaf, 6-leaf, 8-leaf, 10-leaf and budding periods, respectively. These DEGs were mainly enriched in biological pathways, including plant hormone signal transduction, carbon metabolism, protein processing in endoplasmic reticulum, secondary metabolism, and photosynthesis. We also found significant differences in the expression levels of starch and sucrose metabolism-related genes in the ef mutant and WT, indicating that sugar signaling plays an important role in the early flowering of oil sunflowers, especially SUC9 and sugar synthesis and degradation enzyme genes. In addition to hormone and sugar signals, flowering integration genes SOC1, AP1, FUL and LFY were upregulated in the ef mutant, and genes in photoperiod, aging, autonomous and temperature pathways were also involved in the regulation of floral transition. The results showed that plant hormones, sucrose metabolism, and flowering genes synergistically cause the early flowering of oil sunflowers. Query optimization is one of the key factors affecting the performance of database systems that aim to enact the query execution plan with minimum cost. Particularly in distributed database systems, due to the multiple copies of the data that are stored in different data nodes, resulting in the dramatic increase in the feasible query execution plans for a query statement. Because of the increasing volume of stored data, the cluster size of distributed databases also increases, resulting in poor performance of current query optimization algorithms. In this case, a dynamic perturbation-based artificial bee colony algorithm is proposed to solve the query optimization problem in distributed database systems. The improved artificial bee colony algorithm improves the global search capability by combining the selection, crossover, and mutation operators of the genetic algorithm to overcome the problem of falling into the local optimal solution easily. At the same time, the dynamic perturbation factor is introduced so that the algorithm parameters can be dynamically varied along with the process of iteration as well as the convergence degree of the whole population to improve the convergence efficiency of the algorithm. Finally, comparative experiments conducted to assess the average execution cost of Top-k query plans generated by the algorithms and the convergence speed of algorithms under the conditions of query statements in six different dimension sets. The results demonstrate that the Top-k query plans generated by the proposed method have a lower execution cost and a faster convergence speed, which can effectively improve the query efficiency. Plakophilin 3 (PKP3) affects cell signal transduction and cell adhesion and performs a crucial function in tumorigenesis. The current investigation evaluated the predictive significance and underlying processes of PKP3 within pancreatic cancer (PC) tissues. The assessment of differences in PKP3 expression was conducted through an analysis of RNA-seq data acquired from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) and Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) databases. Additionally, clinical samples were collected to validate the findings. The predictive significance of PKP3 was investigated by analyzing survival data derived from TCGA and clinical specimens. PKP3′s biological function was assessed via phenotypic experiments after the suppression of PKP3 expression within PC cells. Functional enrichment analysis, encompassing KEGG, GO, and GSEA, was employed to assess the underlying mechanism of PKP3. Immune infiltration analysis was conducted in the present investigation to determine the association between PKP3 and tumor-infiltrating immune cells (TICs). In PC tissues, PKP3 expression was abnormally upregulated and correlated with a negative prognosis in individuals with PC. PKP3 can promote the progression, migration, and invasive capacity of PC cells and is relevant to the regulation of the PI3K–Akt and MAPK signaling pathways. Immune infiltration analysis demonstrated that PKP3 impeded CD8+ T-cell infiltration and immune cytokine expression within the tumor microenvironment. The PKP3 protein was identified as a prospective independent predictive indicator and represents a viable approach for immunotherapy in the context of PC. Tumor-associated macrophages M2 (TAM2), which are highly prevalent infiltrating immune cells in the stroma of pancreatic cancer (PC), have been found to induce an immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment, thus enhancing tumor initiation and progression. However, the immune therapy response and prognostic significance of regulatory genes associated with TAM2 in PC are currently unknown. Based on TCGA transcriptomic data and single-cell sequencing data from the GEO database, we identified TAM2-driven genes using the WGCNA algorithm. Molecular subtypes based on TAM2-driven genes were clustered using the ConsensusClusterPlus algorithm. The study constructed a prognostic model based on TAM2-driven genes through Lasso-COX regression analysis. A total of 178 samples obtained by accessing TCGA were accurately categorized into two molecular subtypes, including the high-TAM2 infiltration (HMI) cluster and the low-TAM2 infiltration (LMI) cluster. The HMI cluster exhibits a poor prognosis, a malignant tumor phenotype, immune-suppressive immune cell infiltration, resistance to immunotherapy, and a high number of genetic mutations, while the LMI cluster is the opposite. The prognostic model composed of six hub genes from TAM2-driven genes exhibits a high degree of accuracy in predicting the prognosis of patients with PC and serves as an independent risk factor. The induction of TAM2 was employed as a means of verifying these six gene expressions, revealing the significant up-regulation of BCAT1, BST2, and MERTK in TAM2 cells. In summary, the immunophenotype and prognostic model based on TAM2-driven genes offers a foundation for the clinical management of PC. Taraxacum kok-saghyz Rodin (TKS) has great potential as an alternative natural-rubber (NR)-producing crop. The germplasm innovation of TKS still faces great challenges due to its self-incompatibility. Carbon-ion beam (CIB) irradiation is a powerful and non-species-specific physical method for mutation creation. Thus far, the CIB has not been utilized in TKS. To better inform future mutation breeding for TKS by the CIB and provide a basis for dose-selection, adventitious buds, which not only can avoid high levels of heterozygosity, but also further improve breeding efficiency, were irradiated here, and the dynamic changes of the growth and physiologic parameters, as well as gene expression pattern were profiled, comprehensively. The results showed that the CIB (5–40 Gy) caused significant biological effects on TKS, exhibiting inhibitory effects on the fresh weight and the number of regenerated buds and roots. Then,15 Gy was chosen for further study after comprehensive consideration. CIB-15 Gy resulted in significant oxidative damages (hydroxyl radical (OH•) generation activity, 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical-scavenging activity and malondialdehyde (MDA) content) and activated the antioxidant system (superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), peroxidase (POD), and ascorbate peroxidase (APX)) of TKS. Based on RNA-seq analysis, the number of differentially expressed genes (DEGs) peaked at 2 h after CIB irradiation. Gene Ontology (GO) and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) analysis revealed that DNA-replication-/repair- (mainly up-regulated), cell-death- (mainly up-regulated), plant-hormone- (auxin and cytokinin, which are related to plant morphogenesis, were mainly down-regulated), and photosynthesis- (mainly down-regulated) related pathways were involved in the response to the CIB. Furthermore, CIB irradiation can also up-regulate the genes involved in NR metabolism, which provides an alternative strategy to elevate the NR production in TKS in the future. Soybean (Glycine max (L.) Merr.) is a nutritious crop that can provide both oil and protein. A variety of mutagenesis methods have been proposed to obtain better soybean germplasm resources. Among the different types of physical mutagens, carbon-ion beams are considered to be highly efficient with high linear energy transfer (LET), and gamma rays have also been widely used for mutation breeding. However, systematic knowledge of the mutagenic effects of these two mutagens during development and on phenotypic and genomic mutations has not yet been elucidated in soybean. To this end, dry seeds of Williams 82 soybean were irradiated with a carbon-ion beam and gamma rays. The biological effects of the M1 generation included changes in survival rate, yield and fertility. Compared with gamma rays, the relative biological effectiveness (RBE) of the carbon-ion beams was between 2.5 and 3.0. Furthermore, the optimal dose for soybean was determined to be 101 Gy to 115 Gy when using the carbon-ion beam, and it was 263 Gy to 343 Gy when using gamma rays. A total of 325 screened mutant families were detected from out of 2000 M2 families using the carbon-ion beam, and 336 screened mutant families were found using gamma rays. Regarding the screened phenotypic M2 mutations, the proportion of low-frequency phenotypic mutations was 23.4% when using a carbon ion beam, and the proportion was 9.8% when using gamma rays. Low-frequency phenotypic mutations were easily obtained with the carbon-ion beam. After screening the mutations from the M2 generation, their stability was verified, and the genome mutation spectrum of M3 was systemically profiled. A variety of mutations, including single-base substitutions (SBSs), insertion–deletion mutations (INDELs), multinucleotide variants (MNVs) and structural variants (SVs) were detected with both carbon-ion beam irradiation and gamma-ray irradiation. Overall, 1988 homozygous mutations and 9695 homozygous + heterozygous genotype mutations were detected when using the carbon-ion beam. Additionally, 5279 homozygous mutations and 14,243 homozygous + heterozygous genotype mutations were detected when using gamma rays. The carbon-ion beam, which resulted in low levels of background mutations, has the potential to alleviate the problems caused by linkage drag in soybean mutation breeding. Regarding the genomic mutations, when using the carbon-ion beam, the proportion of homozygous-genotype SVs was 0.45%, and that of homozygous + heterozygous-genotype SVs was 6.27%; meanwhile, the proportions were 0.04% and 4.04% when using gamma rays. A higher proportion of SVs were detected when using the carbon ion beam. The gene effects of missense mutations were greater under carbon-ion beam irradiation, and the gene effects of nonsense mutations were greater under gamma-ray irradiation, which meant that the changes in the amino acid sequences were different between the carbon-ion beam and gamma rays. Taken together, our results demonstrate that both carbon-ion beam and gamma rays are effective techniques for rapid mutation breeding in soybean. If one would like to obtain mutations with a low-frequency phenotype, low levels of background genomic mutations and mutations with a higher proportion of SVs, carbon-ion beams are the best choice. To regulate the degradation of transgenic DNA and lay theoretical foundations for the rational utilization of genetically modified (GM) products, variations in copy numbers and structural characteristics of DNA from GM soybean event GTS 40-3-2 during soybean protein concentrate (SPC) preparation were evaluated. Results showed that defatting and the first ethanol extraction were key procedures inducing DNA degradation. After these two procedures, copy numbers of the lectin and cp4 epsps targets decreased by more than 4 × 108, occupying 36.88–49.30% of the total copy numbers from raw soybean. Atomic force microscopy images visually revealed the degradation of DNA that thinned and shortened during SPC preparation. Circular dichroism spectra suggested a lower helicity of DNA from defatted soybean kernel flour and a conformation transition of DNA from B-type to A-type after ethanol extraction. Crop breeding has been successful in increasing crop grain yield (GY; reproductive biomass) largely through reduced vegetative size, increased reproductive effort (RE = reproductive biomass/total biomass) and increased water-use efficiency (WUE) in grain production. Flowering time is an important life history trait that signifies the switch from vegetative to reproductive growth. The relationship between GY and time from sowing to flowering (Tsf) is unclear. We fit the relationships between GY and RE vs. Tsf to the logistic model using data from 18 spring wheat genotypes grown under simulated rainfed conditions. Tsf accounted for water use before and after flowering, root length density, total leaf area, and the time from flowering to harvest. Early flowering meant decreased water use before flowering and increased water use afterward. Soil water remaining at harvest was positively correlated with yield. Early flowering genotypes have a higher WUE of grain production, but there was no significant difference in the WUE of total biomass production. The relationship between grain yield and Tsf is described as a unimodal curve, as is the relationship between RE and Tsf. Higher yields and a higher RE have been achieved through earlier flowering, and both RE and Tsf reached their optimal values for maximizing GY. Crop breeding is unlikely to achieve further increases in GY through this route in the future. The results suggest that breeding does not improve biomass's water-use efficiency, but causes changes in biomass allocation strategy, and this could be a new direction for genetically improving grain yield. In this paper, a surface acoustic wave (SAW) temperature sensor with a Pt/Ti/AlN/Mo/AlN/Si structure was prepared, and the high temperature characteristics of the sensors at 20–600 °C under different electrode metallization rates (ղ) were measured. It was found that frequent device mutation occurred in the first high-temperature test, and that the mutation point decreased with the increase in the electrode metallization rate (ղ). In the subsequent test, the data became stable, the sensor's center frequency increased, the return loss (S11) decreased and the factor of merit (Q) increased. After annealing the same sensors at 600 °C for 30 min, they could achieve performance improvement in the first test, meaning that proper annealing can improve sensor performance. In addition, the annealed SAW sensor was tested in the temperature range of 20–1000 °C, which met the requirement of a temperature range of 20–900 °C, its f–T curve was linear, the factor of merit (Q) was 34.5 and the sensitivity was 46.6 KHz/K. Ena-VASP-like (EVL), a member of the Enabled/vasodilator stimulated phosphoprotein family, is functionally expressed in various cancers. This study explored the prognostic value and potential mechanism of EVL in pancreatic cancer (PC). RNA-seq obtained from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) and Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) databases were used to evaluate EVL expression differences, and clinical samples were collected for validation. The prognostic value of EVL was evaluated by survival data obtained from TCGA and clinical samples. The biological pathways involved in EVL were evaluated by functional enrichment analysis such as GO, KEGG, and GSEA. We used immune infiltration analysis to estimate the correlation between EVL and tumor-infiltrating immune cells (TICs). The expression of EVL is down-regulated in PC tissues, which is an independent factor affecting survival time. Survival analysis suggested EVL-high expression was associated with good prognosis in PC patients. The results of the enrichment analysis suggested that the biological function of EVL was closely related to the immune mechanism. Tumor immune infiltration analysis showed that high expression of EVL was accompanied by high levels of immune infiltration. Furthermore, EVL was strongly correlated with the content of immune cells such as CD8+ T cells, B cells, regulatory T cells, CD4+ Tem cells, and follicular Th cells. EVL is a potential independent prognostic marker and immunotherapy target for PC. Oral hygiene and the alteration of the oral microbiome have been linked to nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC). This study aimed to investigate whether the oral microbiome plays a mediating role in the relationship between oral hygiene and NPC, and identify differential microbial taxonomies that potentially mediated this association. We conducted a case–control study that involved 218 NPC patients and 192 healthy controls. The 16S rRNA gene sequencing of the V4 region was performed to evaluate the composition of the oral microbiome. Mediation analysis was applied to explore the relationship among oral hygiene, the oral microbiome and NPC. We found that dental fillings and poor oral hygiene score were associated with increased risks of NPC (OR = 2.51 (1.52–4.25) and OR = 1.54 (1.02–2.33)). Mediation analysis indicated that dental fillings increased the risk of NPC by altering the abundance of Erysipelotrichales, Erysipelotrichaceae, Solobacterium and Leptotrichia wadei. In addition, Leptotrichia wadei also mediated the association between oral hygiene score and the risk of NPC. Our study confirmed that poor oral hygiene increased the risk of NPC, which was partly mediated by the oral microbiome. Five different solvent extracts of highland barley bran were analyzed and compared for their polyphenol profile, antioxidant activity, and α-glucosidase and α-amylase inhibitory activities. The highland barley bran acetone extract had the highest total phenolic content, total flavonoid content, and antioxidant capacity. It was followed by the methanol and ethanol extracts, while n-butanol and ethyl acetate extracts exhibited lower measured values. Diosmetin, luteolin, protocatechuic acid, vanillic acid, ferulic acid, phlorogucinol, diosmin, isoquercitrin, catechin, and isovitexin were among the most abundant phenolic compounds identified in different solvent extracts, and their concentrations varied according to the solvent used. The highest α-glucosidase and α-amylase inhibitory activity were observed in the ethyl acetate extract of highland barley bran, followed by the acetone and methanol extracts. In contrast, n-butanol and ethanol extracts exhibited lower measured values. The different solvent extracts were effective inhibitors for α-glucosidase and α-amylase with activity reaching to 34.45–94.32% and 22.08–35.92% of that of positive control acarbose, respectively. There were obvious correlations between the phenolic content and composition of different solvent extracts and their in vitro antioxidant activity, α-glucosidase inhibition activity and α-amylase inhibition activity. Black barley bran is an excellent natural raw material for developing polyphenol-rich functional foods and shows good antioxidant and hypoglycemic potential to benefit human health. The impacts of interaction between proanthocyanidin (PC) and decolorized highland barley protein (DHBP) at pH 7 and 9 on the functional and conformational changes in DHBP were investigated. It was shown that PC strongly quenched the intrinsic fluorescence of DHBP primarily through static quenching. PC and DHBP were mainly bound by hydrophobic interactions. Additionally, free sulfhydryl groups and surface hydrophobicity obviously decreased in DHBP after combining with PC. The zeta potential of DHBP–PC complexes at pH 7 increased significantly. A change in the structure of DHBP was caused by interactions with PC, resulting in an increase in the number of β-sheets, a decrease in the number of α-helixes, and a spectral shift in the amide Ⅱ band. Furthermore, the presence of PC enhanced the foaming properties and antioxidant activity of DHBP. Overall, this study suggests that DHBP–PC complexes at pH 7 could be designed as a stable additive, and illustrates the potential applications of DHBP–PC complexes in the food industry. Rice blast, caused by Pyricularia oryzae, is one of the most destructive rice diseases worldwide. Using resistant rice varieties is the most cost-effective way to control the disease, and it is crucial to analyze the resistance level and the resistance genes distribution of the main varieties. In this study, we collected 119 rice main varieties in Jiangsu province and evaluated the resistance to leaf and panicle blast and found that indica rice was more resistant to rice blast than japonica rice. Moreover, we detected the distribution of 14 resistance genes (R genes) in the 119 varieties. The distribution frequencies of three R genes, Pish, Pit, and Pia, were higher than 80%, and the Pigm had the lowest distribution frequency (1.68%), followed by Pi2 (15.18%) and Pi5, Piz-t (24.37%). Combined with the multiple stepwise regression and the resistance contribution rate, eight major R genes Pita, Pi5, Pi9, Pib, Pb1, Pikm, Piz-t, and Pi2 significantly affected the resistance of rice, and we also found that six gene combinations with 100% resistance contribution rate could effectively increase the resistance of rice varieties. This technology helps to curtail the germination time, increase the seed vigor, improve the seedling establishment, and enhance the stress tolerance, all of which are conducive to improving the crop yield. Meanwhile, it can be used to reduce seed infection for better physiological or phytosanitary quality. Compared to conventional methods, such as the use of water or chemical-based agents, X-rays, gamma rays, electron beams, proton beams, and heavy ion beams have emerged as promising physics strategies for seed priming as they are time-saving, more effective, environmentally friendly, and there is a greater certainty for yield improvement. Ionizing radiation (IR) has certain biological advantages over other seed priming methods since it generates charged ions while penetrating through the target organisms, and it has enough energy to cause biological effects. However, before the wide utilization of ionizing priming methods in agriculture, extensive research is needed to explore their effects on seed priming and to focus on the underlying mechanism of them. In the age of the digital economy, the data center is the most crucial piece of infrastructure. The issue of the excessive power consumption of a data center's cooling system needs to be addressed as the national objective of "peak carbon and carbon neutrality" is increasingly promoted. In this study, a microchannel-separated heat pipe-cooling system with evaporative condensation is introduced. The system may switch between three modes of operation in response to changes in outdoor air quality parameters, thereby maximizing the utilization of natural cooling sources while lowering data centers' cooling costs. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the energy-saving potential of the hybrid system through experimental tests. The results show that 114.4% is the ideal liquid-loading rate for the heat pipe system. Under working conditions in Xi'an, the annual operating hours of the three modes accounted for 47.2%, 6.1%, and 46.7%. The hybrid cooling system may save 62.04% of the energy used annually compared to the standard cooling system and the cooling system in the server room thanks to its yearly average COP of 9.43. In this paper, we propose an unsupervised anomaly detection method based on the Autoencoder with Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM-Autoencoder) network and Generative Adversarial Network (GAN) to detect anomalies in industrial control system (ICS) using cyber–physical fusion features. This method improves the recall of anomaly detection and overcomes the challenges of unbalanced datasets and insufficient labeled samples in ICS. As a first step, additional network features are extracted and fused with physical features to create a cyber–physical dataset. Following this, the model is trained using normal data to ensure that it can properly reconstruct the normal data. In the testing phase, samples with unknown labels are used as inputs to the model. The model will output an anomaly score for each sample, and whether a sample is anomalous depends on whether the anomaly score exceeds the threshold. Whether using supervised or unsupervised algorithms, experimentation has shown that (1) cyber–physical fusion features can significantly improve the performance of anomaly detection algorithms; (2) the proposed method outperforms several other unsupervised anomaly detection methods in terms of accuracy, recall, and F1 score; (3) the proposed method can detect the majority of anomalous events with a low false negative rate. A series of electrochemical sensors based on metal-porous carbon nanozymes were developed for the detection of dopamine (DA), uric acid (UA) and furazolidone (FZ). The metal-porous carbon nanozymes were prepared by calcination of porous crystalline covalent-organic frameworks (COFs) loaded metal ions. By carbonizing, the COFs was transformed into carbon nanosheets (CN) and metal ions were reduced into 5–10 nm MNPs loaded on CN uniformly (CuNPs/CN, FeNPs/CN, NiNPs/CN and CoNPs/CN). These porous MNPs/CN nanozymes were used for electrochemical detection of DA, AA and FZ, showing good performance. The electrochemical sensor based on CuNPs/CN nanozymes was used to simultaneously measure DA and UA. The linear range of DA detection was 0.015 μ–140 μM, the linear range of UA detection was 0.03 μM–175 μM, and the sensitivity of DA and UA were 1.03 μA μM−1 cm−2 and 0.52 μA μM−1 cm−2. The sensitivity of sensors based on FeNPs/CN, CoNPs/CN and NiNPs/CN nanozymes to detect DA were 1.30 μA cm−2 μM−1, 1.07 μA cm−2 μM−1 and 0.88 μA cm−2 μM−1, the linear ranges were 35 nM–200 μM, 42 nM–250 μM and 52 nM–250 μM. The sensitivity of detecting UA were 0.310 μA cm−2 μM−1, 0.587 μA cm−2 μM−1 and 0.360 μA cm−2 μM−1, the linear ranges were 145 nM–900 μM, 77 nM–700 μM and 125 nM–800 μM. Finally, CuNPs/CN was also used to construct a FZ sensor with a linear range of 61.5 nM–200 μΜ and a detection limit of 20.1 nM. The sensors also have good reproducibility and repeatability. Background and Objectives: Oxytocin (OT) is a neuropeptide hormone which is known for its classical effects in pregnancy and lactation. Recently, growing evidence demonstrated a close relation between OT and bone. The present study aimed to explore the relationship between OT, bone and osteoporosis risk in Chinese adult females. Materials and Methods: in total, 149 adult females were enrolled. The serum OT levels were measured using ELISA kits. Bone mineral density (BMD) and body composition were measured by dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry (DXA). The study subjects were divided into two groups according to their menopause status and then divided into tertiles based on their serum OT level. Results: Serum OT, serum estradiol and BMD at three skeletal sites were significantly higher in the premenopausal group than in the postmenopausal group (p < 0.001, p = 0.008 and p < 0.001, respectively). In the tertile analysis, relative to tertile 1, significant associations were found for tertile 3 for OT levels and higher BMD in the femoral neck and total hip, in both pre- and postmenopausal groups. Using logistic regression analysis, tertile 3 appeared less likely to have low-BMD osteoporosis than tertile 1 (OR = 0.257, 95% CI = 0.073, 0.910). In multivariate stepwise regression analysis, OT and total lean mass were two positive determinants of BMD in the femoral neck and total hip in the premenopausal group (adjusted R2 for the model = 0.232 and 0.199, respectively; both p < 0.001). Conclusion: Our study demonstrated positive associations between serum OT levels and BMD in a Chinese (non-Caucasian) population. OT appeared to be more strongly associated with hip BMD in premenopausal females. Members of the N-rich proteins (NRPs) gene family play important roles in the plant endoplasmic reticulum stress in response, which can be triggered by plant pathogens' infection. Previous studies of the NRP gene family have been limited to only a few plants, such as soybean and Arabidopsis thaliana. Thus, their evolutionary characteristics in the Oryza species and biological functions in rice defense against the pathogenic fungus Magnaporthe oryzae have remained unexplored. In the present study, we demonstrated that the NRP genes family may have originated in the early stages of plant evolution, and that they have been strongly conserved during the evolution of the Oryza species. Domain organization of NRPs was found to be highly conserved within but not between subgroups. OsNRP1, an NRP gene in the Oryza sativa japonica group, was specifically up-regulated during the early stages of rice-M. oryzae interactions-inhibited M. oryzae infection. Predicted protein-protein interaction networks and transcription-factor binding sites revealed a candidate interactor, bZIP50, which may be involved in OsNRP1-mediated rice resistance against M. oryzae infection. Herein, a paper-based electrochemical sensor based on PtNP/COFTFPB−DHzDS@rGO was developed for the sensitive detection of furazolidone. A cluster-like covalent organic framework (COFTFPB−DHzDS) was successfully grown on the surface of amino-functional reduced graphene oxide (rGO-NH2) to avoid serious self-aggregation, which was further loaded with platinum nanoparticles (PtNPs) with high catalytic activity as nanozyme to obtain PtNP/COFTFPB−DHzDS@rGO nanocomposites. The morphology of PtNP/COFTFPB−DHzDS@rGO nanocomposites was characterized, and the results showed that the smooth rGO surface became extremely rough after the modification of COFTFPB−DHzDS. Meanwhile, ultra-small PtNPs with sizes of around 1 nm were precisely anchored on COFTFPB−DHzDS to maintain their excellent catalytic activity. The conventional electrodes were used to detect furazolidone and showed a detection limit as low as 5 nM and a linear range from 15 nM to 110 μM. In contrast, the detection limit for the paper-based electrode was 0.23 μM, and the linear range was 0.69–110 μM. The results showed that the paper-based electrode can be used to detect furazolidone. The rice blast, caused by the hemibiotrophic plant pathogen Magnaporthe oryzae, is a devastating disease that threatens rice crop production worldwide. The molecular interactions that underlie the rice-M. oryzae interaction have received much attention. However, genome-wide research focusing on alternative splicing (AS) has not been well-studied in rice—M. oryzae interactions. AS in plants leads to diverse proteomes without an expansion in gene numbers to regulate cellular processes during abiotic or biotic stress. The Pi21 gene negatively regulates rice resistance to M. oryzae infection, and thus the Pi21-RNAi silenced transgenic line (#241) exhibits partial but durable resistance. We compared the AS landscape in #241 and "Nipponbare" (Nip) during interacting with M. oryzae Guy11, and the alternative 3′ splice-site (A3SS) is the most common AS type. GO enrichment analysis of #241-specific differentially alternatively spliced genes (DASGs) revealed that WRKY transcription factors (TFs), bHLH TFs, F-box protein with leucine rich repeats, AAA-type ATPase, and protein kinase were enriched in the GO terms "response to jasmonate acid (JA)" and "ethylene (ET)" at 24 h post-inoculation (hpi). At 48 hpi, one #241-specific DASG, ubiquitin gene (Os08g0295000), was predicted to be involved in endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress. In silico analysis combined with PCR amplification confirmed that multiple isoforms are produced by Os08g0295000 and a skipped exon (SE) event results in isoform switching during interaction with M. oryzae. Protein–protein interaction (PPI) network analysis predicted that Os08g0295000-encoding proteins may interact with SNARE protein Q9LGF8 (Uniprot ID) to cooperatively regulate rice's response to M. oryzae. Small cell carcinoma of the ovary (SCCO) is a rare type of ovarian cancer with high aggressiveness. The optimal treatment modality remains elusive. This study aims to comprehensively investigate the survival impact of clinical characteristics and treatments including lymphadenectomy in SCCO. A retrospective cohort study was performed and included patients from the Surveillance, Epidemiology, and End Results (SEER) database. Data collected included demographics, therapeutic details, and pathologic characteristics. Propensity-score matching analysis (PSM) was carried out to balance baseline variables between SCCO and non-SCCO. Cox regression, Kaplan–Meier, and stratified analyses were conducted before and after PSM. After filtering, 80 records on SCCO and 39,662 records on non-SSCO were obtained. Patients with SCCO were more prone to present unilateral tumor (57.6% and 85.0%, p < 0.001), larger tumor size (>15 cm: 9.5% and 32.5%; 10–15 cm: 13.2% vs. 22.5%, p < 0.001), younger age (59.1 ± 14.91 vs. 37.2 ± 19.05; p < 0.001), single status (17.0% vs. 45.0%; p < 0.001), single malignant tumor in a lifetime (76.1% vs. 87.5%; p = 0.0244), and pathologic grade IV diseases (14.5% vs. 40.0%; p < 0.001) compared with non-SCCO. After balancing the baseline clinical characteristics with a 1:4 ratio PSM, a total of matched 72 patients with SCCO and 254 patients with non-SCCO were identified. The survival rate of SCCO was distinctly inferior to non-SCCO, particularly in FIGO I, II, and III stages. Lymphadenectomy was performed in 37 (51.39%) SCCO patients, of whom 12 (32.43%) were found to have pathologically positive lymph nodes. Lymphadenectomy was linked to favorable overall survival in SCCO, particularly in the advanced stage, and was also an independent prognostic factor, whereas lymphadenectomy did not reveal an edge in matched non-SCCO. There was a pronounced survival benefit for SCCO when at least 10 or more nodes were resected. The design and preparation of hydrophobic, wear-resistant, and thermally conductive multifunctional composites is an important direction of scientific research and application. In this study, A-CF/EP/FEP composites were prepared by incorporating APDMS-modified carbon felt (A-CF) into an epoxy resin (EP) and fluorinated ethylene propylene resin (FEP) mixed resin. The low surface energy of FEP, good adhesion of EP, and the supporting of carbon felt framework endow the A-CF/EP/FEP composites with hydrophobicity, wear resistance, and thermal conductivity at the same time. Firstly, the water contact angle (WCA) of A-CF/EP/FEP composites with 20 wt% FEP reaches 109.9 ± 2.6°, and the WCAs of all composites with different FEP contents (10, 20, 30, 40, and 50 wt%) is greater than 90°, indicating the composites have a hydrophobic surface. Secondly, the A-CF/EP/FEP composites have high wear resistance and maintain long-term hydrophobicity after tribological tests, because the residual debris and nanoparticles generated by external loading adhere to the friction interface, regenerating the microstructure of the hydrophobic surface. Finally, the A-CF/EP/FEP composites have high thermal conductivity up to 0.38 W/(m·K), which is 1.81 and 2.0 times that of pure EP and EP/FEP composites, respectively. This is because a relatively complete heat conduction network is formed after the addition of A-CF to the composites. The synergy among epoxy resin, FEP, and the A-CF filler plays a particularly important role in constructing hydrophobic surfaces and improving wear resistance and thermal conductivity. The EP enhances adhesion, the FEP supplies low surface energy, and the A-CF framework improves the wear resistance of A-CF/EP/FEP composites. Owing to orange-peel defects, the industrial application of light alloy structural members is significantly restricted. In this study, a quasi-in situ axial tensile experiment was conducted on a 6063-T4 aluminum alloy sample. The surface morphology and microstructure evolution of the tagged area were scanned simultaneously using laser scanning confocal microscopy and electron backscattered diffraction, and the surface roughening behavior of the polycrystal aluminum alloy surface, caused by deformation, was quantitatively analyzed. As the concave–convex features at the surface appear in pairs with increasing global strain, the width of the concave features increases, whereas that of the convex features decreases gradually, resulting in the initially increasing surface roughness, which subsequently remains unchanged. During the stretching process, the small-sized grains in the 37~102 μm range show weak strain localization and the highest coordination of deformation. The mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) signaling pathways regulate diverse cellular processes and have been partially characterized in the rice false smut fungus Ustilaginoidea virens. UvSte50 has been identified as a homolog to Saccharomyces cerevisiae Ste50, which is known to be an adaptor protein for MAPK cascades. ΔUvste50 was found to be defective in conidiation, sensitive to hyperosmotic and oxidative stresses, and non-pathogenic. The mycelial expansion of ΔUvste50 inside spikelets of rice terminated at stamen filaments, eventually resulting in a lack of formation of false smut balls on spikelets. We determined that UvSte50 directly interacts with both UvSte7 (MAPK kinase; MEK) and UvSte11 (MAPK kinase kinase; MEKK), where the Ras-association (RA) domain of UvSte50 is indispensable for its interaction with UvSte7. UvSte50 also interacts with UvHog1, a MAP kinase of the Hog1-MAPK pathway, which is known to have important roles in hyphal growth and stress responses in U. virens. In addition, affinity capture–mass spectrometry analysis and yeast two-hybrid assay were conducted, through which we identified the interactions of UvSte50 with UvRas2, UvAc1 (adenylate cyclase), and UvCap1 (cyclase-associated protein), key components of the Ras/cAMP signaling pathway in U. virens. Together, UvSte50 functions as an adaptor protein interacting with multiple components of the MAPK and Ras/cAMP signaling pathways, thus playing critical role in plant infection by U. virens. The operating safety of spacecraft in space environments is closely related to the surface discharging phenomenon of dielectrics such as polyimide (PI) film in solar arrays; moreover, carrier traps in the dielectric can affect its insulation performance. Therefore, to improve the vacuum surface flashover characteristics of PI film by nano modification and reveal the effect of trap distribution on the flashover of PI composite film, first, the original PI and nano-ZnO/PI composite films with different additive amounts (0.5, 1, 2, and 3 wt.%) were prepared by in situ polymerization and their performance was evaluated by the physicochemical properties characterized by methods such as thermogravimetric analysis; second, the surface traps of the original and nanocomposite films were measured and calculated by surface potential decay method, and the carrier mobility was also obtained; finally, the vacuum direct current (DC) surface flashover characteristics and bulk resistivity of all the film samples were measured and analyzed. The experiment results showed that with the increase in the amount of nano-ZnO, both the shallow and deep trap density increased significantly, while the trap energy varied slightly, and the surface flashover voltage also increased obviously. Based on the multi-core model, the increases in the shallow and deep trap density after the introduction of nano-ZnO into the PI matrix was analyzed from the microscopic perspective of the interface. Based on the comparative analysis of the trap distribution and surface flashover voltage characteristics, a bilayer model of vacuum DC surface flashover development was proposed. In the bilayer model, deep traps and shallow traps play a dominant role in the vacuum–solid interface and the inner surface of the dielectric, respectively, and increasing the trap density could effectively inhibit secondary electron multiplication on the surface and accelerate charge dissipation inside the film. Consequently, nano-ZnO can purposefully control the trap distribution, and then improve the flashover characteristics of nano-ZnO/PI composite films, which provides a new approach for improving the spacecraft material safety. In this paper, the performance of a gas barrier that consisted of polyacrylamide (PAM)-modified compacted clayey soil was experimentally explored. The moisture content and water loss characteristics of the tested soils were adopted as indicative indices of water retention capacity (WRC). The gas permeability (Kp) and gas diffusion coefficient (Dp) of the modified compacted clays were evaluated via gas permeability and gas diffusion tests. The test results showed that the moisture content of the modified compacted clay samples subjected to drying tests increased with increasing polyacrylamide content. Kp and Dp decreased with increasing PAM content. Compared with 0.2% PAM content, the Kp of the sample with 1.0% PAM was reduced by ten times, and the Dp was reduced to ~35%. Compared to the unmodified clay, the liquid limit of the PAM-modified clay increased by 45~55%. Comparison of the liquid limit tests between this study and previous studies revealed that the liquid limit ratio of the zwitterionic polyacrylamide (ZP)-modified soil was much higher than the other material-modified soils. A ratiometric electrochemical biosensor based on a covalent organic framework (COFThi-TFPB) loaded with acetylcholinesterase (AChE) was developed. First, an electroactive COFThi-TFPB with a two-dimensional sheet structure, positive charge and a pair of inert redox peaks was synthesized via a dehydration condensation reaction between positively charged thionine (Thi) and 1,3,5-triformylphenylbenzene (TFPB). The immobilization of AChE on the positively charged electrode surface was beneficial for maintaining its bioactivity and achieving the best catalytic effect; therefore, the positively charged COFThi-TFPB was an appropriate support material for AChE. Furthermore, the COFThi-TFPB provided a stable internal reference signal for the constructed AChE inhibition-based electrochemical biosensor to eliminate various effects which were unrelated to the detection of carbaryl. The sensor had a linear range of 2.2–60 μM with a detection limit of 0.22 μM, and exhibited satisfactory reproducibility, stability and anti-interference ability for the detection of carbaryl. The classic acrylonitrile (AN) electrohydrodimerization (EHD) to adiponitrile (ADN) process produces oxygen on the anode side. The oxygen evolution reaction (OER) is energy consuming, and O2 is of low value and has security issues while directly contacting with organic molecules. Herein, by replacing OER with 5-hydroxymethylfurfural oxidation reaction (HMFOR), we report paired electrolysis of AN and HMF for simultaneous generation of ADN and 2,5-furandicarboxylic acid (FDCA). On the anode side, the electrodeposited amorphous NiMoP film-covered nickel foam efficiently boosted HMFOR activity by enlarging the electrochemically active surface area (ECSA) via in situ selective removal of Mo and P on the surface. On the cathode side, addition of dimethylformamide (DMF) as a cosolvent enhanced the reaction efficiency of ANEHD by forming a single-phase electrolyte that offers better interaction between AN and the electrode. The ANEHD–HMFOR paired system shows excellent generation rates of FDCA (0.018 gFDCA·h−1·cm−2) and ADN (0.017 gADN·h−1·cm−2) at a high cell current (160 mA). Accurate urban traffic flow prediction plays a vital role in Intelligent Transportation System (ITS). The complex long-term and long-range spatiotemporal correlations of traffic flow pose a significant challenge to the prediction task. Most current research methods focus only on spatial correlations in local areas, ignoring global geographic contextual information. It is challenging to capture spatial information from distant nodes using shallow graph neural networks (GNNs) to model long-range spatial correlations. To handle this problem, we design a novel spatiotemporal global semantic graph-attentive convolutional network model (STSGAN), which is a deep-level network to achieve the simultaneous modelling of spatiotemporal correlations. First, we propose a graph-attentive convolutional network (GACN) to extract the importance of different spatial features and learn the spatial correlation of local regions and the global spatial semantic information. The temporal causal convolution structure (TCN) is utilized to capture the causal relationships between long-short times, thus enabling an integrated consideration of local and overall spatiotemporal correlations. Iron is essential for cell survival, and iron deficiency is a known risk factor for many reproductive diseases. Paradoxically, such disorders are also more common in cases of iron overload. Here, we evaluated the role of ferroptosis in women's health, particularly focusing on pre-eclampsia (PE). PE is a multisystem disorder and is one of the leading causes of maternal and perinatal morbidity and mortality, especially when the condition is of early onset. Nevertheless, the exact etiological mechanism of PE remains unclear. Interestingly, ferroptosis, as a regulated iron-dependent cell death pathway, involves a lethal accumulation of lipid peroxides and shares some characteristics with PE pathophysiology. In this review, we comprehensively reviewed and summarized recent studies investigating the molecular mechanisms involved in the regulation and execution of ferroptosis, as well as ferroptosis mechanisms in the pathology of PE. In this study, the vibration frequency of steel rod-type short suspenders simulated by three types of prestressed steel rebars with aspect ratios of 14, 20.8, and 37.8 was detected accurately and remotely by using Laser Doppler Vibrometer (LDV); then the tension force state of short suspenders was evaluated through the quadratic regression relationships between vibration frequency and tension force. The results showed that the vibration frequency of steel rod-type short suspenders increases with the increase in tension force, and there is a good correlation between vibration frequency and prestress. Furthermore, when the prestress applied is the same, the vibration frequency of short suspenders decreases with the increase of their aspect ratios, indicating aspect ratio plays a decisive role on the change of vibration frequency. The errors between the tension force obtained by experiment and tension string theoretical calculation for short suspenders are large, due to the nonrigid boundary condition. The establishment of quadratic regression relationships between vibration frequency and tension force effectively avoids the influence of various factors on the existing calculation model such as mass, stiffness, and constraint type, and makes the detection accuracy of tension force achieve 98%. Different subtypes of CAFs display specific functions in tumor pathogenesis and various CAF markers suggest potential treatment targets. Several clinical or preclinical trials have targeted stromal fibroblasts and focused on the properties of CAFs to enhance ovarian cancer treatment efficacy. This review concentrates on the origins, subtypes, and activation of CAFs, as well as specific roles of CAFs in regulating tumor development and drug resistance, and aims to provide potential and prospective targets for improving the therapeutic efficacy of ovarian cancer treatment. Ovarian cancer is a lethal gynecologic tumor and is generally resistant to conventional treatments. Stable cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs) are important cellular components in the ovarian cancer tumor microenvironment and may provide novel resources for future treatment strategies. Rice false smut, caused by Ustilaginoidea virens, is a serious disease of rice worldwide, severely reducing the quantity and quality of rice production. The conserved fungal velvet proteins are global regulators of diverse cellular processes. We identified and functionally characterized two velvet genes, UvVEA and UvVELB, in U. virens. The deletion of these genes affected the conidiation of U. virens but had no effect on the virulence of this pathogen. Interestingly, the ΔUvVEA mutants appeared in the form of smaller false smut balls with a reduced number of chlamydospores compared with the wide-type strains. In addition, the deletion of UvVEA affected the expression of some transmembrane transport genes during chlamydospore formation and rice false smut balls development. Furthermore, the ΔUvVEA mutants were shown to be defective in the utilization of glucose. These findings proved the regulatory mechanism underlying the formation of rice false smut balls and chlamydospores and provided a basis for the further exploration of the mechanism of these processes. Rice blast, caused by Pyricularia oryzae, is one of the most destructive rice diseases worldwide. It is essential to understand the population structure and race distribution of P. oryzae for the prevention and control of rice blast. This study collected 1584 isolates across Jiangsu province from 2003 to 2017 to determine race diversity, common and dominant race structures, and resistance profiles using eight parameters from the Chinese differential cultivars (CDC) entries. Race diversity analysis indicated that the race diversity of 1584 isolates in Jiangsu province increased from 2003 to 2006 and fluctuated steadily from 2007 to 2017. Common race structure analysis showed that the common race structure of the isolates fluctuated wildly on an annual basis. Moreover, the race ZG1 was the dominant race, suggesting that the most commonly grown rice varieties in Jiangsu are highly adaptive to race ZG1. In addition, due to a higher level (>85%) of resistance to the population of isolates from 2003 to 2017, Tetep may be conformed as the most promising donor of blast resistance for resistance breeding in Jiangsu province. In summary, it is beneficial to control rice blast by continuous monitoring of the population structure and distribution of P. oryzae with the monogenic germplasm entries and by maintaining a diversity of rice varieties. Rolling bearings are important components of rotating machines. For their preventive maintenance, it is not enough to know whether there is any fault or the fault type. For an effective maintenance, a fault severity monitoring needs to be conducted. Currently, the bearing fault diagnosis method based on time–frequency image (TFI) recognition is attracting increasing attention. This paper contributes to the ongoing investigation by proposing a new approach for the fault severity monitoring of rolling bearings based on the texture feature extraction of sparse TFIs. The first and main step is to obtain accurate TFIs from the vibration signals of rolling bearings. Traditional time–frequency analysis methods have disadvantages such as low resolution and cross-term interference. Therefore, the TFIs obtained cannot satisfactorily express the time–frequency characteristics of bearing vibration signals. To solve this problem, a sparse time–frequency analysis method based on the first-order primal-dual algorithm (STFA-PD) was developed in this paper. Unlike traditional time–frequency analysis methods, the time–frequency analysis model of the STFA-PD method is based on the theory of sparse representation, and is solved using the first-order primal-dual algorithm. For employing the sparse constraint in the frequency domain, the STFA-PD obtains a higher time–frequency resolution and is free from cross-term interference, as the model is based on a linear time–frequency analysis method. The gray level co-occurrence matrix is then employed to extract texture features from the sparse TFIs as input features for classifiers. Vibration signals of rolling bearings with different fault severity degrees are used to validate the proposed approach. The experimental results show that the developed STFA-PD outperforms traditional time–frequency analysis methods in terms of the accuracy and effectiveness for the fault severity monitoring of rolling bearings. The Sea Surface Temperature (SST) in the South Tropical Indian Ocean (STIO) displays significant intraseasonal oscillation (ISO) in two regions. A striking 30-50-day ISO found over the east of thermocline ridge (Region A, 80-90° E, 6-12° S), as identified by the Empirical Mode Decomposition (EMD) method, is distinguished from the SST signature over the thermocline ridge (Region B, 52.5-65° E, 6-13° S). The 30-50-day ISO of SST in the Region A is active in March-May (MAM) and suppressed in September-November (SON). Meanwhile, a 30-50-day ISO of precipitation correlates with the SST over the Region A. SST leads precipitation by 10 days, implying a pronounced ocean-atmosphere interaction at the intraseasonal timescale, especially the oceanic feedback to the atmosphere during Madden-Julian Oscillation (MJO) events. Analysis on mechanism of the ISO manifests heat fluxes are critical to the development of the intraseasonal SST variability. The local thermocline in Region A, as the shallowest in MAM and the thickest in SON, is likely to modulate the strength of ISO and contribute to its sustainability. The CMOS (Complementary Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor) is a new type of solid image sensor device widely used in object tracking, object recognition, intelligent navigation fields, and so on. However, images captured by outdoor CMOS sensor devices are usually affected by suspended atmospheric particles (such as haze), causing a reduction in image contrast, color distortion problems, and so on. In view of this, we propose a novel dehazing approach based on a local consistent Markov random field (MRF) framework. The neighboring clique in traditional MRF is extended to the non-neighboring clique, which is defined on local consistent blocks based on two clues, where both the atmospheric light and transmission map satisfy the character of local consistency. In this framework, our model can strengthen the restriction of the whole image while incorporating more sophisticated statistical priors, resulting in more expressive power of modeling, thus, solving inadequate detail recovery effectively and alleviating color distortion. Moreover, the local consistent MRF framework can obtain details while maintaining better results for dehazing, which effectively improves the image quality captured by the CMOS image sensor. Genetic variations are an important source of germplasm diversity, as it provides an allele resource that contributes to the development of new traits for plant breeding. Gamma rays have been widely used as a physical agent for mutation creation in plants, and their mutagenic effect has attracted extensive attention. However, few studies are available on the comprehensive mutation profile at both the large-scale phenotype mutation screening and whole-genome mutation scanning. In this study, biological effects on M1 generation, large-scale phenotype screening in M2 generation, as well as whole-genome re-sequencing of seven M3 phenotype-visible lines were carried out to comprehensively evaluate the mutagenic effects of gamma rays on Arabidopsis thaliana. A total of 417 plants with visible mutated phenotypes were isolated from 20,502 M2 plants, and the phenotypic mutation frequency of gamma rays was 2.03% in Arabidopsis thaliana. On average, there were 21.57 single-base substitutions (SBSs) and 11.57 small insertions and deletions (InDels) in each line. Single-base InDels accounts for 66.7% of the small InDels. The genomic mutation frequency was 2.78 × 10−10/bp/Gy. The ratio of transition/transversion was 1.60, and 64.28% of the C > T events exhibited the pyrimidine dinucleotide sequence; 69.14% of the small InDels were located in the sequence with 1 to 4 bp terminal microhomology that was used for DNA end rejoining, while SBSs were less dependent on terminal microhomology. Nine genes, on average, were predicted to suffer from functional alteration in each re-sequenced line. This indicated that a suitable mutation gene density was an advantage of gamma rays when trying to improve elite materials for one certain or a few traits. These results will aid the full understanding of the mutagenic effects and mechanisms of gamma rays and provide a basis for suitable mutagen selection and parameter design, which can further facilitate the development of more controlled mutagenesis methods for plant mutation breeding. The continuous improvement of international protection awareness has dramatically increased the number of protection organizations and promoted various reserve-naming methods. However, the existing global natural reserves have either fully or partially overlapped, thereby allowing the same region to hold various international titles, resulting in serious issues, which are especially manifested in the boundary delimitation process of natural reserves. Therefore, delimiting the titles of reserve borders will become an enormous challenge in protected-area governance worldwide. This study conducted an in-depth investigation of the technical methods for delineating the spatial boundaries of natural reserves. Taking Jiangshan Nature Reserve in China as the case object, the Candidate Area–Natural background–Heritage Resource–Construction (C-NHC) framework was constructed, and the boundaries of the new reserves were delineated. This study has changed the status quo of the spatial overlap of the reserve through the quantitative evaluation of the conflict patches and the triple optimization of the boundary of the reserve. The area of the new reserve is 150.524 km2, which is 6.682 km2 larger than the original one. The original reserves are all included within the scope of the new one.
