Hydrogen energy represents an ideal medium for energy storage. By integrating hydrogen power conversion, utilization, and storage technologies with distributed wind and photovoltaic power generation techniques, it is possible to achieve complementary utilization and synergistic operation of multiple energy sources in the form of microgrids. However, the diverse operational mechanisms, varying capacities, and distinct forms of distributed energy sources within hydrogen-coupled microgrids complicate their operational conditions, making fine-tuned scheduling management and economic operation challenging. In response, this paper proposes an energy management method for hydrogen-coupled microgrids based on the deep deterministic policy gradient (DDPG). This method leverages predictive information on photovoltaic power generation, load power, and other factors to simulate energy management strategies for hydrogen-coupled microgrids using deep neural networks and obtains the optimal strategy through reinforcement learning, ultimately achieving optimized operation of hydrogen-coupled microgrids under complex conditions and uncertainties. The utilization of electroporation for delivering CRISPR/Cas9 system components has enabled efficient gene editing in mammalian zygotes, facilitating the development of genome-edited animals. In this study, our research focused on targeting the ACTG1 and MSTN genes in sheep, revealing a threshold phenomenon in electroporation with a voltage tolerance in sheep in vitro fertilization (IVF) zygotes. Various poring voltages near 40 V and pulse durations were examined for electroporating sheep zygotes. The study concluded that stronger electric fields required shorter pulse durations to achieve the optimal conditions for high gene mutation rates and reasonable blastocyst development. This investigation also assessed the quality of Cas9/sgRNA ribonucleoprotein complexes (Cas9 RNPs) and their influence on genome editing efficiency in sheep early embryos. It was highlighted that pre-complexation of Cas9 proteins with single-guide RNA (sgRNA) before electroporation was essential for achieving a high mutation rate. The use of suitable electroporation parameters for sheep IVF zygotes led to significantly high mutation rates and heterozygote ratios. By delivering Cas9 RNPs and single-stranded oligodeoxynucleotides (ssODNs) to zygotes through electroporation, targeting the MSTN (Myostatin) gene, a knock-in efficiency of 26% was achieved. Rabies is a fatal neurological infectious disease caused by rabies virus (RABV), which invades the central nervous system (CNS). RABV with varying virulence regulates chemokine expression, and the mechanisms of signaling pathway activation remains to be elucidated. The relationship between Toll-like receptors (TLRs) and immune response induced by RABV has not been fully clarified. Here, we investigated the role of TLR7 in the immune response induced by RABV, and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) was employed to evaluate the data. We found that different RABV strains (SC16, HN10, CVS-11) significantly increased CCL2, CXCL10 and IL-6 production. Blocking assays indicated that the TLR7 inhibitor reduced the expression of CCL2, CXCL10 and IL-6 (p < 0.01). The activation of the Myd88 pathway in BV-2 cells stimulated by RABV was TLR7-dependent, whereas the inhibition of Myd88 activity reduced the expression of CCL2, CXCL10 and IL-6 (p < 0.01). Meanwhile, the RABV stimulation of BV-2 cells resulted in TRL7-mediated activation of NF-κB and induced the nuclear translocation of NF-κB p65. CCL2, CXCL10 and IL-6 release was attenuated by the specific NF-κB inhibitor used (p < 0.01). As an emerging contaminant, the spatial distribution characteristics of microplastics in source water reservoirs warrant further attention from researchers. In this study, the Luhun Reservoir, which is situated in the middle reaches of the Yellow River, was selected as the object. Field sampling and detection were conducted to ascertain the presence of microplastics in water and sediment. The results indicated that the abundance of microplastics in the water varied from 1.60 to 13.26 items/L, while in the sediment it ranged from 792.38 to 2352.00 items/kg. Polyethylene, polyethylene terephthalate, and polyamides exhibited higher levels in the water, whereas polyamides and polyethylene were more predominant in the sediments. Additionally, the surface layer exhibited the highest abundance of microplastics, followed by the bottom, while the intermediate layer displayed the lowest. As the depth increased, there was a gradual decrease in the proportion of polyethylene and an increase in the proportions of polyethylene terephthalate and polyamides. The risk assessment results showed that the Pollution Risk Index value of the water was 201.79, while the sediment had a value of 184.98, indicating a moderate potential ecological risk. This study provides valuable insights into the spatial distribution patterns of microplastics at different water depths and provides crucial data support for understanding the migration patterns of microplastics in source water reservoirs. In this study, we prepared a low-cost novel Cu/Cu2O/BC nanocomposite visible-light photocatalyst by the impregnation method using CuSO4·5H2O and rice husk biochar (BC) as raw materials and Na2S2O4 as a single reductant to improve the stability and dispersion of the Cu/Cu2O nanoparticles, in order to solve their aggregation tendency during photocatalysis. The morphology and structure of the Cu/Cu2O/BC were characterized using various analytical and spectroscopic techniques. The photocatalytic effect and cyclic stability of the synthesized photocatalyst on methyl orange (MO) removal were investigated under visible light radiation and various parameter conditions, including the mass ratio of BC to Cu/Cu2O, initial MO concentration, pH, temperature, and catalyst dosage. The results show that the synthesized Cu/Cu2O/BC nanocomposite composed of Cu/Cu2O spherical particles was loaded on the BC carrier, which has better stability and dispersion. The best adsorption–photocatalytic effect of the Cu/Cu2O/BC is exhibited when the mass ratio of BC to Cu/Cu2O is 0.2. A total of 100 mg of Cu/Cu2O/BC can remove 95% of the MO and 88.26% of the COD in the aqueous solution at pH = 6, T = 25 °C, and an initial MO concentration of 100 mg/L. After five cycles of degradation, the MO degradation rate in the sample can still remain at 78.41%. Both the quasi-secondary kinetic model and the Langmuir isothermal adsorption model describe the adsorption process. Additionally, the thermodynamic analysis demonstrates that the photocatalytic process follows the quasi-primary kinetic model and that the removal process is of spontaneous heat absorption. Local climate zones (LCZs) and urban functional zones (UFZs) can intricately depict the multidimensional spatial elements of cities, offering a comprehensive perspective for understanding the surface urban heat island (SUHI) effect. In this study, we retrieved two types of land surface temperature (LST) data and constructed 12 SUHI scenarios over the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area Central region using six SUHI identification methods. It compared the SUHI sensitivity differences among different types of LCZ and UFZ to analyze the global and local sensitivity differences of influencing factors in the 12 SUHI scenarios by utilizing the spatial gradient boosting trees, geographically weighted regression, and the coefficient of variation model. Results showed the following: (1) The sensitivity of different LCZ and UFZ types to multi-scenario SUHI was significantly affected by differences in SUHI identification methods and non-urban references. (2) In the morning, the shading effect of building clusters reduced the surface urban heat island intensity (SUHII) of some built environment types (such as LCZ 1 (compact high-rise zone) to LCZ 5 (open midrise zone)). The SUHIIs of LCZ E (bare rock or paved zone) and LCZ 10 (industry zone) were 4.22 °C and 3.87 °C, respectively, and both are classified as highly sensitive to SUHI. (3) The sensitivity of SUHI influencing factors exhibited regional variability, with importance differences in the sensitivity of importance for factors such as the impervious surface ratio, elevation, average building height, vegetation coverage, and average building volume between LCZs and UFZs. Amongst the 12 SUHI scenarios, an average of 87.43% and 89.97% of areas in LCZs and UFZs, respectively, were found to have low spatial sensitivity types. Overall, this study helps urban planners and managers gain a more comprehensive understanding of the complexity of the SUHI effect in high-density cities, providing a scientific basis for future urban climate adaptability planning. 2,4,6,8,10,12-hexanitro-2,4,6,8,10,12-hexaazaisowurtzitane (CL-20) is one of the high-energy oxidants, but has limited application due to its high sensitivity. In this work, polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) was used as a co-oxidizer, which is expected to increase the safety of CL-20. One kind of novel graphene-based carbohydrazide complex (GCCo and GCNi) was employed to modify the properties of dual-oxidant CL-20@PVDF composites by the spray drying method and compared with traditional nanocarbon materials (CNTs and GO). The properties of these composites were investigated using the TGA/DSC technique and impact test. The results show that GCCo and GCNi could increase the activation energy (Ea) of CL-20@PVDF composites, and change the physical model of CL-20@PVDF, which followed the random chain scission model and then the first-order reaction model. In addition, these nanocarbon materials could reduce the impact sensitivity of CL-20@PVDF by their unique structure. Besides that, a dual-oxidant CL-20@PVDF system was used to improve the combustion property of Boron. GCCo and GCNi with the synergetic effect could increase the flame temperature and control the burn rate of CL-20@PVDF@B compared with CNTs and GO. Conductive hydrogels, known for their flexibility, biocompatibility, and conductivity, have found extensive applications in fields such as healthcare, environmental monitoring, and soft robotics. Recent advancements in 3D printing technologies have transformed the fabrication of conductive hydrogels, creating new opportunities for sensing applications. This review provides a comprehensive overview of the advancements in the fabrication and application of 3D-printed conductive hydrogel sensors. First, the basic principles and fabrication techniques of conductive hydrogels are briefly reviewed. We then explore various 3D printing methods for conductive hydrogels, discussing their respective strengths and limitations. The review also summarizes the applications of 3D-printed conductive hydrogel-based sensors. In addition, perspectives on 3D-printed conductive hydrogel sensors are highlighted. This review aims to equip researchers and engineers with insights into the current landscape of 3D-printed conductive hydrogel sensors and to inspire future innovations in this promising field. Brassinosteroids (BRs) are an essential group of plant hormones regulating numerous aspects of plant growth, development, and stress responses. BRI1, along with its co-receptor BAK1, are involved in brassinosteroid sensing and early events in the BR signal transduction cascade. Mutational analysis of a particular gene is a powerful strategy for investigating its biochemical role. Molecular genetic studies, predominantly in Arabidopsis thaliana, but progressively in numerous other plants, have identified many mutants of the BRI1 gene and its orthologs to gain insight into its structure and function. So far, the plant kingdom has identified up to 40 bri1 alleles in Arabidopsis and up to 30 bri1 orthologs in different plants. These alleles exhibit phenotypes that are identical in terms of development and growth. Here, we have summarized bri1 alleles in Arabidopsis and its orthologs present in various plants including monocots and dicots. We have discussed the possible mechanism responsible for the specific allele. This study aimed to develop fecal low-odor adult dog feed using processed corn protein powder as the primary raw material and evaluate its effectiveness through feeding experiments. The objectives included analyzing the fundamental nutritional indicators, comparing the quality of fecal low-odor adult dog feed with commercially available dog feed, and assessing the changes in the eating behavior, physical condition, and physiological and biochemical indicators before and after feeding on the fecal low-odor adult dog feed. This study involved formulating dog feed using processed fermented corn protein powder and conducting nutritional analyses to compare moisture, crude protein, ash, crude fat, and starch contents. Physical properties such as hardness and cohesion were also evaluated. Feeding experiments were conducted with adult dogs to monitor the changes in the eating behavior and physical condition. Physiological and biochemical indicators, including ammoniacal nitrogen and putrefactive odor in feces, were measured both before and after feeding to assess the impact of the fecal low-odor adult dog feed. The analysis showed no significant difference in moisture (p > 0.05), crude protein (p > 0.05), ash (p > 0.05), crude fat (p > 0.05), and starch (p > 0.05) contents between the fecal low-odor adult dog feed and commercially available dog feed. Similarly, no significant difference was noted in the hardness (p > 0.05) and cohesion (p > 0.05) between the two types of dog feed. Both types of dog feed contained rich volatile compounds with varying compositions. The commercially available dog feed had a sour odor, whereas the fecal low-odor adult dog feed had a barbecue and resin-like smell. After feeding with the fecal low-odor adult dog feed, the liquid nitrogen content significantly decreased (p < 0.01). The corrosion behaviors of three bridge steels in a real tropical marine environment for 2 years were studied. One weathering steel (WS) was designed with higher levels of nickel, copper, and molybdenum compared to the other. These two kinds of WSs and one kind of ordinary high-strength low-alloy steel (Q345qe) were compared under two conditions (marine atmospheric zone and marine immersion zone at Sanya Marine Environmental Test Station). The morphology, corrosion rate, and corrosion product analysis of the steels were performed through SEM, XPS, FTIR and other characterization methods. The results demonstrated that weathering steels facilitate the densification of the corrosion product layer due to the addition of alloying elements Cr, Ni, and Cu, promoting rust nucleation and enhancing the compactness of the protective layer. During the development of animal organs, various adverse stimuli or toxic environments can induce oxidative stress and delay ovarian development. Paeoniflorin (PF), the main active ingredient of the traditional Chinese herb Paeonia lactiflora Pall., has protective effects on various diseases by preventing oxidative stress. However, the mechanism by which PF attenuates oxidative damage in mouse ovaries remains unclear. We evaluated the protective effects of PF on ovaries in an H2O2-induced mouse oxidative stress model. The H2O2-induced mouse ovarian oxidative stress model was used to explore the protective effect of PF on ovarian development. Histology and follicular development were observed. We then detected related indicators of cell apoptosis, oxidative stress, and autophagy in mouse ovaries. We found that PF inhibited H2O2-induced ovarian cell apoptosis and ferroptosis and promoted granulosa cell proliferation. PF prevented oxidative stress by increasing nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2 (Nrf2) and heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1) expression levels. In addition, the autophagic flux of ovarian cells was activated and was accompanied by increased lysosomal biogenesis. Moreover, PF-mediated autophagy was involved in clearing mitochondria damaged by H2O2. Importantly, PF administration significantly increased the number of primordial follicles, primary follicles, secondary follicles, and antral follicles. PF administration improved ovarian sizes compared with the H2O2 group. The present study suggested that PF administration reversed H2O2-induced ovarian developmental delay and promoted follicle development. Rubber-foamed concrete demonstrates exceptional toughness, a low elastic modulus, and significant sensitivity to density. It is necessary to parameterize the density mix of rubber-foaming concrete to meet engineering design requirements. Density-mix design methods for foaming concrete rely mainly on empirical knowledge or trial-and-error approaches. In this paper, with numerous parametric tests and regression analysis based on general principles for density-mix designs applicable to both foamed and rubber-foamed concretes, the key design parameters, such as volume correction coefficient, rubber size effect coefficient, and water-reducing agent effect coefficient, have been proposed in order to optimize their respective densities more accurately. The tests demonstrated an optimal water-to-cement ratio of 0.45, corresponding to a volume correction factor of 1.027. Incorporating rubber particles and water-reducing agents has a more significant effect on the cement-paste volume. Controlling fluidity in the 200 to 300 mm range is crucial when designing foamed concrete with varying densities. The regression equation accurately predicts the paste's measured volume and wetting density by incorporating volume corrections, size, and water reduction effect coefficients. By employing a foam excess coefficient of 1.1 and a mass coefficient of 1.25, the dry and wet density error of foam concrete is less than 5%. A comprehensive framework for optimizing mix design in terms of density is provided for applications in foamed concrete and rubber-foamed concrete, facilitating researchers in designing mix ratios for additional novel mixture-based foamed-concrete applications. Manganese (Mn) pollution poses a serious threat to the health of animals, plants, and humans. The microbial-mediated Mn(II) removal method has received widespread attention because of its rapid growth, high efficiency, and economy. Mn(II)-oxidizing bacteria can oxidize toxic soluble Mn(II) into non-toxic Mn(III/IV) oxides, which can further participate in the transformation of other heavy metals and organic pollutants, playing a crucial role in environmental remediation. This study aims to conduct a bibliometric analysis of research papers on bacterial Mn(II) oxidation using CiteSpace, and to explore the research hotspots and developmental trends within this field between 2008 and 2023. A series of visualized knowledge map analyses were conducted with 469 screened SCI research papers regarding annual publication quantity, author groups and their countries and regions, journal categories, publishing institutions, and keywords. China, the USA, and Japan published the most significant number of research papers on the research of bacterial Mn(II) oxidation. Research hotspots of bacterial Mn(II) oxidation mainly focused on the species and distributions of Mn(II)-oxidizing bacteria, the influencing factors of Mn(II) oxidation, the mechanisms of Mn(II) oxidation, and their applications in environment. This bibliometric analysis provides a comprehensive visualized knowledge map to quickly understand the current advancements, research hotspots, and academic frontiers in bacterial Mn(II) oxidation. It is important to improve the overall quality of rice grown in northeastern China, which is famous for its high yield. Therefore, it is necessary to study the quality of japonica rice resources in the region. This study analyzed 71 rice samples from the Liaoning, Heilongjiang, and Jilin Provinces, focusing on grain shape, endosperm composition, and taste. Significant regional differences were observed in taste and edibility, with the samples from Heilongjiang and Jilin generally scoring higher taste value, which was significantly higher than the Liaoning variety. However, the Liaoning varieties were more stable in terms of the sensory evaluation of taste. Obvious differences in grain length were detected among the samples, with the varieties from Jilin and Heilongjiang Provinces predominantly having short and medium-to-long grains, respectively, and those from Liaoning Province having diverse grain shapes. However, there was no correlation between grain shape and taste. This indicated that the taste of rice is not affected solely by its external morphology but also by multiple interacting factors. There were significant differences in endosperm composition among the three provinces, but the amylose content of the tested varieties was generally less than 18%, and the protein content was about 6%. Additionally, the Jilin Province varieties had the lowest apparent amylose content and long chain of amylopectin (Fb3), the Heilongjiang Province varieties had the lowest protein content, and there were more medium chains of amylopectin. Notably, protein content was negatively correlated with taste but positively correlated with pasting properties. It can be seen that the premise of varieties in different provinces showing good taste characteristics is to ensure the content of amylose and protein is low, and adjust the proportion of amylopectin chain length. Crop diseases and pests are important factors restricting agricultural production. Traditional pest detection methods are mainly targeted at a single pest species, which is difficult to meet the needs of multi-target identification and rapid response in real scenes. Therefore, this paper improves the YOLOv8n model for efficient multi-target pest detection. Two feature enhancement modules, EMSFEM and AFEM_SIE, are proposed in this paper. The EMSFEM module enriches the model's receptive field through the combination of multi-scale asymmetric convolution kernel and different expansion rates and can better extract the width, height, texture, and edge information of the target. The AFEM_SIE module captures the similarities and differences between upper and lower features through spatial information exchange and enhances feature representation through inter-feature information exchange. In addition, an improved feature fusion operation, Concat_Weighting, is proposed on the basis of Concat. The module uses the learned weights to carry out channel weighting and feature graph weighting for input features, which realizes more flexible and effective feature fusion. The results of experiments conducted on the publicly available large-scale crop pest and disease dataset IP102 show that the performance of the AEC-YOLOv8n model is significantly improved compared with the original YOLOv8n model, with mAP50 increased by 8.9%, accuracy increased by 6.8%, and recall rate increased by 6.3%. The AEC-YOLOv8n model proposed in this study can effectively identify and deal with a variety of crop pests and has achieved the best detection accuracy on the IP102 dataset, which has high application value. Simple Summary: Spodoptera frugiperda of the family Noctuidae in the order Lepidoptera, is native to the Americas. It is characterized by its polyphagous nature and high reproductive capacity. S. frugiperda has caused significant socio-economic losses in many countries, primarily affecting Poaceae crops such as maize, rice, wheat, and sorghum. This study aims to analyze the members, differentiation, structure, and function of the JHBP gene family in S. frugiperda through bioinformatics approaches. Subsequently, we utilize real-time quantitative PCR (qPCR) to investigate the expression profiles of this gene family across different developmental stages and various tissues of S. frugiperda. The purpose of this analysis is to elucidate the potential roles of these genes, providing key target genes for future functional validation through gene knockdown and RNA interference (RNAi) techniques. This research offers insights that could contribute to the development of new pesticides. Juvenile hormone binding proteins (JHBPs) are carrier proteins that bind to juvenile hormone (JH) to form a complex, which then transports the JH to target organs to regulate insect growth and development. Through bioinformatics analysis, 76 genes encoding JHBP in S. frugiperda were identified from whole genome data (SfJHBP1-SfJHBP76). These genes are unevenly distributed across 8 chromosomes, with gene differentiation primarily driven by tandem duplication. Most SfJHBP proteins are acidic, and their secondary structures are mainly composed of α-helices and random coils. Gene structure and conserved motif analyses reveal significant variations in the number of coding sequences (CDS) and a high diversity in amino acid sequences. Phylogenetic analysis classified the genes into four subfamilies, with a notable presence of directly homologous genes between S. frugiperda and S. litura, suggesting a close relationship between the two species. RNA-seq data from public databases and qPCR of selected SfJHBP genes show that SfJHBP20, SfJHBP50, and SfJHBP69 are highly expressed at most developmental stages, while SfJHBP8 and SfJHBP14 exhibit specific expression during the pupal stage and in the midgut. To accommodate the rapid development of the distribution network of China, it is essential to research load forecasting methods with higher accuracy and stronger generalization capabilities in order to optimize distribution system control strategies, ensure the efficient and reliable operation of the power system, and provide a stable power supply to users. In this paper, a short-term load forecasting method is proposed for low-voltage distribution substations based on the bidirectional long short-term memory (BiLSTM) model. First, principal component analysis (PCA) and the fuzzy C-means method based on a genetic algorithm (GA-FCM) are used to extract the main influencing factors and classify different types of user electricity consumption behaviors. Then, the BiLSTM forecasting model utilizing the stochastic weight averaging (SWA) algorithm to enhance generalization capability is constructed. Finally, the load data from a low-voltage distribution substation in China over recent years are selected as a case study. Compared with conventional LSTM and BiLSTM prediction models, the annual electricity load curves for various user types forecasted by the PCA-BiLSTM model are more closely aligned with actual data curves. Subsequently, we summarize widely used public datasets for pest detection and recognition. Following this, we present various pest detection and recognition algorithms proposed in recent years, providing detailed descriptions of each algorithm and their respective performance metrics. Finally, we outline the challenges that current deep learning-based pest detection and recognition algorithms encounter and propose future research directions for related algorithms. Chrysanthemum (Chrysanthemum morifolium, ground-cover Chrysanthemums), one of the important garden flowers, has a high ornamental and economic value. However, its ornamental value is significantly diminished by the low temperature experienced in northeastern China. Here, metabolomics and transcriptomics were performed on three Chrysanthemum cultivars before and after a low temperature to investigate the dynamic metabolite changes and the molecular regulatory mechanisms. The results showed that 1324 annotated metabolites were detected, among which 327 were identified as flavonoids derived from Chrysanthemum. The accumulation of metabolites and gene expression related to the flavonoid biosynthesis pathway significantly increased in the three cultivars under the low temperature, indicating flavonoid metabolism actively participates in the Chrysanthemum cold response. Specifically, the content of cyanidin and pelargonidin derivatives and the expression of anthocyanin biosynthesis genes significantly increases in XHBF, providing a reasonable explanation for the change in petal color from white to purple under the low temperature. Six candidate UDP-glycosyltransferase genes involved in the glycosylation of flavonoids were identified through correlation networks and phylogenetic analysis. CmNAC1, CmbZIP3, and other transcription factors potentially regulating flavonoid metabolism and responding to low temperatures were discovered by correlation analysis and weighted gene co-expression network analysis (WGCNA). Transient ischemic attack (TIA) is an early warning sign of stroke and death, necessitating suitable animal models due to the associated clinical diagnostic challenges. In this study, we developed a TIA model using flexible spatially targeted photothrombosis combined with real-time blood flow imaging feedback. By modulating the excitation light using wavefront technology, we precisely created a square light spot (50 × 250 µm), targeted at the distal middle cerebral artery (dMCA). The use of laser speckle contrast imaging (LSCI) provided real-time feedback on the ischemia, while the excitation light was ceased upon reaching complete occlusion. Our results demonstrated that the photothrombus formed in the dMCA and spontaneously recanalized within 10 min (416.8 ± 96.4 s), with no sensorimotor deficits or infarction 24 h post-TIA. During the acute phase, ischemic spreading depression occurred in the ipsilateral dorsal cortex, leading to more severe ischemia and collateral circulation establishment synchronized with the onset of dMCA narrowing. Post-reperfusion, the thrombi were primarily in the sensorimotor and visual cortex, disappearing within 24 h. The blood flow changes in the dMCA were more indicative of cortical ischemic conditions than diameter changes. Our method successfully establishes a photochemical TIA model based on the dMCA, allowing for the dynamic observation and control of thrombus formation and recanalization and enabling real-time monitoring of the impacts on cerebral blood flow during the acute phase of TIA. Identifying calcifications in mammograms is crucial for early breast cancer detection, and semi-supervised learning, which utilizes a small dataset for supervised learning combined with deep learning, is anticipated to be an effective approach for automating this identification process. This study explored the impact of semi-supervised learning on identifying mammographic calcifications by including 712 mammographic images from 252 patients in public datasets. Initially, 212 mammogram images were segmented into patches and classified visually for calcification presence. A subset of these patches, derived from 169 mammogram images, was used to train a ResNet50-based classifier. The classifier was evaluated using patches generated from 43 mammograms as a test data set. Additionally, 500 more mammogram images were processed into patches and analyzed using the trained ResNet50 model, with semi-supervised learning applied to patches exceeding certain classification probabilities. This process aimed to enhance the classifier's accuracy and achieve improvements over the initial model. The findings indicated that semi-supervised learning significantly benefits the accuracy of calcification detection in mammography, underscoring its utility in enhancing diagnostic methodologies. The primary challenge during the secondary bonding process of full-height honeycomb sandwich structures is the aramid honeycomb core's height shrinkage. This paper systematically investigated the height evolution behavior of the honeycomb core by using a creep testing machine. The results showed that the out-of-plane compression deformation curve of aramid honeycomb cores is mainly divided into three stages: the dehumidification stage, the pressurization stage and the creep stage. Under conditions of high temperature and pressure, height shrinkage was attributed to the dehydration caused by moisture infiltration, and the compression creep resulted from the slippage of polymer molecular chains. Dehydration shrinkage is stable, whereas compression creep reflects typical viscoelastic polymer characteristics. By employing the viscoelastic Burgers mechanical model and applying the nonlinear surface fitting method, the total height shrinkage deformation behavior of the aramid honeycomb core during the curing process can be accurately predicted by summing the above three stages. The dehydrocoupling reaction between alcohols and hydrosilanes is considered to be one of the most atom-economical ways to produce Si–O coupling compounds because its byproduct is only hydrogen (H2), which make it extremely environmentally friendly. In past decades, various kinds of homogeneous catalysts for the dehydrocoupling of alcohols and hydrosilanes, such as transition metal complexes, alkaline earth metals, alkali metals, and noble metal complexes, have been reported for their good activity and selectivity. Nevertheless, the practical applications of these catalysts still remain unsatisfactory, which is mainly restricted by environmental impact and non-reusability. A facile and recyclable heterogeneous catalyst, ultra-small Ag nanoparticles supported on porous carbon (Ag/C) for the etherification of silanes, has been developed. It has high catalytic activity for the Si–O coupling reaction, and the apparent activation energy of the reaction is about 30 kJ/mol. The ultra-small Ag nanoparticles dispersed in the catalyst through the carrier C have an enrichment effect on all reactants, which makes the reactants reach the adsorption saturation state on the surface of Ag nanoparticles, thus accelerating the coupling reaction process and verifying that the kinetics of the reaction of the catalyst indicate a zero-grade reaction. Naturally occurring granular uranium particles are typically fine and are often found as accessory minerals. However, reports of megacrystalline uraninite are rare. The discovery of megacrystalline uraninite is a significant achievement in uranium prospecting and mineralogy in the Kangdian region and China. Our team's research and review of previous studies have led to a systematic summary of the formation age, genetic types, relationship with migmatization, and metallogenic dynamic background of megacrystalline uraninite in the Kangdian region. The key findings are as follows: (1) the formation age of megacrystalline uraninite is Neoproterozoic (790–770 Ma); (2) migmatization preceded uranium mineralization; (3) the formation of megacrystalline uraninite is linked to high-temperature, low-pressure metamorphism caused by partial melting; (4) and the formation of megacrystalline uraninite may be associated with the Rodinia rifting event. Soft magnetic composites (SMCs) such as FeNi50 are indispensable in modern electronics due to their high magnetic permeability and low-loss characteristics, meeting the requirements for miniaturization and high-frequency operation. However, the integration of organic materials, initially aimed at reducing the total losses, presents challenges by introducing thermal stability issues at high frequencies. To overcome this obstacle, we propose a double-layer insulating coating method, applying a complete inorganic/organic composite insulation layer to the surface of iron–nickel magnetic powder. The double-layer insulating coating insulation method aims to reduce the total losses, particularly the eddy-current losses prevalent in SMCs. Additionally, the double-layer insulating coating method helps alleviate the thermal stability issues associated with organic materials at high frequencies, ultimately enhancing the magnetic properties of SMCs. We systematically investigated the influence of different resin types on the microstructure of the double-layer insulating coating, accompanied by a comprehensive comparison of the magnetic properties of the resulting samples. The experimental findings demonstrate a significant reduction in the eddy-current losses through the double-layer insulating coating method, with the total losses decreasing by over 95% compared to the initial FeNi50 magnetic powder composite (MPC) materials. Notably, the sodium silicate and silicone resins exhibited superior performances as double-layer insulating coatings, achieving total loss reductions of 1350 W/kg and 1492 W/kg, respectively. With the widespread use of electronic devices, electromagnetic interference (EMI) has become an increasingly severe issue, adversely affecting device performance and human health. Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) are recognized for their electrical conductivity, flexibility, and stability, making them promising candidates for EMI shielding applications. This research developed hierarchical porous-structured CNT/carbon composites for enhancing electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding properties. Featuring a CNT film with nano-scale pores and an amorphous carbon layer with micro-scale pores, the CNT/carbon composites are strategically arranged to promote the penetration of EM waves into the composite's interior and facilitate multiple reflections, thereby improving the EMI shielding performance. An impressive EMI shielding effectiveness of 61.4 dB was achieved by the CNT/carbon composites, marking a significant improvement over the 36.5 dB measured for the pristine CNT film. Owing to the micro pores in the amorphous carbon layer, a notable reduction in the reflection shielding efficiency (SER) but, concurrently, a substantial increase in the absorption shielding efficiency (SEA) compared with the pristine CNT film was realized in the composites. Forest fire is a significant global natural disaster, and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) have gained attention in wildfire prevention for their efficient and flexible monitoring capabilities. Proper UAV patrol path planning can enhance fire-monitoring accuracy and response speed. This paper proposes a probabilistic path planning (PPP) module that plans UAV patrol paths by combining real-time fire occurrence probabilities at different points. Initially, a forest fire risk logistic regression model is established to compute the fire probabilities at different patrol points. Subsequently, a patrol point filter is applied to remove points with low fire probabilities. Finally, combining fire probabilities with distances between patrol points, a dynamic programming (DP) algorithm is employed to generate an optimal UAV patrol route. Compared with conventional approaches, the experimental results demonstrate that the PPP module effectively improves the timeliness of fire monitoring and containment, and the introduction of DP, considering that the fire probabilities and the patrol point filter both contribute positively to the experimental outcomes. Different combinations of patrol point coordinates and their fire probabilities are further studied to summarize the applicability of this method, contributing to UAV applications in forest fire monitoring and prevention. Callose is widely present in higher plants and plays a significant role in plant growth, development, and response to various stresses. Although numerous studies have highlighted the importance of the callose synthase (CalS) genes, their role in the resistance of sorghum (Sorghum bicolor) to aphids (Melanaphis sacchari) remains limitedly understood. This study identified 11 sorghum callose synthase genes (SbCalS), unevenly distributed across four chromosomes of sorghum. All SbCalS proteins contain glucan synthase and Fks1 domains, with segmental duplication playing a major role in gene diversification. Cis-element prediction revealed the presence of numerous stress-responsive elements, indicating that this gene family is primarily involved in stress resistance. Using published RNA-seq data, we discovered the differential expression of the SbCalS5 gene between resistant and susceptible sorghum varieties. Real-time quantitative PCR (qPCR) analysis confirmed the relative expression levels of all SbCalS members under aphid stress. To further verify the role of callose in sorghum, we measured the callose content in both resistant and susceptible sorghum varieties. The results indicated that callose plays a critical role in aphid resistance in sorghum, particularly the SbCalS5 gene. Simple Summary: The sorghum aphid, a significant pest affecting sorghum cultivation in several continents, feeds primarily on sorghum leaves and stems by sucking sap. This feeding behavior results in the depletion of nutrients, sugars, and water in the plants, leading to inhibited growth, chlorosis, wilting, and ultimately death. The main objective of this study was to assess the stability of potential reference genes in the sorghum aphid (Melanaphis sacchari). The stability of these candidate reference genes in diverse experimental setups was analyzed employing several techniques, including the ΔCt comparative method, geNorm, Normfinder, BestKeeper, and RefFinder. The findings revealed that the quantity of ideal reference genes ascertained by the geNorm method for diverse experimental conditions remained consistent. For the developmental stages of the sorghum aphid, RPL7 and 18S proved to be the most dependable reference genes, whereas GAPDH and EF-1β were recommended as the most stable reference genes for different tissues. In experiments involving wing dimorphism, EF-1α and GAPDH were identified as the optimal reference gene pair. Under varying temperatures, EF-1α and EF-1β were found to be the most dependable gene pair. For studies focusing on insecticide susceptibility, 18S and TATA emerged as the most stable candidate reference genes. The lakes of Jianghan Plain, as an important component of the water bodies in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River plain, have made significant contributions to maintaining the ecological health and promoting the sustainable development of the Jianghan Plain. However, there is a relatively limited understanding regarding the trends of lake area change for different types of lakes and their dominant factors over the past three decades in the Jianghan Plain. Based on the Google Earth Engine (GEE) platform, combined with the water body index method, the changes in area of three different types of lakes (area > 1 km2) in the Jianghan Lake Group from 1990 to 2020 were extracted and analyzed. Additionally, the Partial least squares structural equation model (PLS-SEM) was utilized to analyze the driving factors affecting the changes in water body area of these lakes. The results show that from 1990 to 2020, the area of the lakes of the wet season and level season exhibited a decreasing trend, decreasing by 893.1 km2 and 77.9 km2, respectively. However, the area of dry season lakes increased by 59.27 km2. The areas of all three types of lakes reached their minimum values in 2006. According to the PLS-SEM results, the continuous changes in the lakes' area are mainly controlled by environmental factors overall. Furthermore, human factors mainly influence the mutation of the lakes' area. This study achieved precise extraction of water body areas and accurate analysis of driving factors, providing a basis for a comprehensive understanding of the dynamic changes in the lakes of Jianghan Plain, which is beneficial for the rational utilization and protection of water resources. FePMo12O40@PVP composite materials were synthesized with the regulation of polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) to control the structure. The samples were characterized by FT-IR, XRD, XPS, SEM, TEM and UV-Vis DRS. The composite retains the Keggin-type polyoxometalates structure, exhibiting a high specific surface area that enhances photon capture efficiency. Analysis of UV-Vis DRS absorption band edge and band gap indicated that the composite was responsive to visible light. Photocatalytic degradation of Rhodamine B (RhB) by FePMo12O40@PVP was investigated under commonly used LED light source, demonstrating excellent photocatalytic performance as 2.5 g-FePMo12O40@PVP (0.015 g) can remove 83% of RhB (10 mg/L) in 40 min. The FePMo12O40@PVP composite material demonstrated sustained moderate degradation efficiency even after undergoing three cycles of repeated use. The non-covalent interaction and strong interfacial coupling between PVP and FePMo12O40 promoted the transfer of h+, and e−, ∙O2−, ·OH, and h+ served as the primary active species in this photocatalytic system. Sufficient soil moisture is required to ensure the successful transplantation of sweet potato seedlings. Thus, reasonable water management is essential for achieving high quality and yield in sweet potato production. We conducted field experiments in northern China, planted on 18 May and harvested on 18 October 2021, at the Nancun Experimental Base of Qingdao Agricultural University. Three water management treatments were tested for sweet potato seedlings after transplanting: hole irrigation (W1), optimized drip irrigation (W2), and traditional drip irrigation (W3). The variation characteristics of soil volumetric water content, soil temperature, and soil CO2 concentration in the root zone were monitored in situ for 0–50 days. The agronomy, root morphology, photosynthetic parameters, 13C accumulation, yield, and yield components of sweet potato were determined. The results showed that soil VWC was maintained at 22–25% and 27–32% in the hole irrigation and combined drip irrigation treatments, respectively, from 0 to 30 days after transplanting. However, there was no significant difference between the traditional (W3) and optimized (W2) drip irrigation systems. From 30 to 50 days after transplanting, the VWC decreased significantly in all treatments, with significant differences among all treatments. Soil CO2 concentrations were positively correlated with VWC from 0 to 30 days after transplanting but gradually increased from 30 to 50 days, with significant differences among treatments. Soil temperature varied with fluctuations in air temperature, with no significant differences among treatments. Sweet potato survival rates were significantly lower in the hole irrigation treatments than in the drip irrigation treatments, with no significant difference between W2 and W3. The aboveground biomass, photosynthetic parameters, and leaf area index were significantly higher under drip irrigation than under hole irrigation, and values were higher in W3 than in W2. However, the total root length, root volume, and 13C partitioning rate were higher in W2 than in W3. These findings suggest that excessive drip irrigation can lead to an imbalance in sweet potato reservoir sources. Compared with W1, the W2 and W3 treatments exhibited significant yield increases of 42.98% and 36.49%, respectively. The W2 treatment had the lowest sweet potato deformity rate. To realize the effective profile control of a heavy oil reservoir, hydrolyzed polyacrylamide (HPAM) and water-soluble phenol-formaldehyde resin (PR) were chosen to prepare the profile control system, which gelled at medium or low temperatures and existed stably at high temperatures in the meantime. The effects of phenolic ratios, PR concentration, and HPAM concentration on the formation and strength of the gels were systematically studied by the gel-strength code method and rheological measurements. And the microstructure of the gels was investigated by scanning electron microscope measurements. The results showed that the gelling time of the HPAM-PR system was 13 h at 70 °C. The formed gel could stay stable for 90 days at 140 °C. In addition, the gels showed viscoelastic properties, and the viscosity reached 18,000 mPa·s under a 1.5 s−1 shearing rate due to their three-dimensional cellular network structure. The formation of the gels was attributable to the hydroxyl groups of the PR crosslinking agent, which could undergo the dehydration condensation reaction with amide groups under non-acidic conditions and form intermolecular crosslinking with HPAM molecules. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has been considered, for many years, an important source of medicine to treat different diseases. As a type of TCM, Illicium simonsii Maxim (ISM) is used as an anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, and anti-virus. Besides, ISM is also used in the treatment of cancer. In order to evaluate the anti-hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) activity, petroleum ether extract was prepared from part of the fruit of ISM. First, the compounds of the petroleum ether fraction of Illicium simonsii Maxim (PEIM) were identified using LC-MS/MS analysis. Next, the cell viability and morphological changes were evaluated by MTT assay and Hoechst staining. In addition, the effect of PEIM on the levels of inflammatory factors (TNF-α, IL-1β, and IL-6) was determined using the ELISA kit. Furthermore, apoptosis was evaluated by flow cytometry, and gene expression and the regulation of signaling pathways were investigated, respectively, by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR (RT-qPCR) and western blot. Results showed that a total of 64 compounds were identified in the PEIM. Additionally, the PEIM had anti-HCC activity against HepG2 cells, in which the half maximal inhibitory concentration (IC50) was 55.03 μg·mL−1. As well, the PEIM was able to modulate the expression of TNF-α, IL-1β, and IL-6, while we also found that it induced HepG2 cell apoptosis through the activation of P53 mRNA and caspase-3 mRNA. Finally, the PEIM possibly downregulated the expression of TLR4, MyD88, p-NF-κBp65, TNF-α, IL-1β, INOS, IL-6, JAK2, STAT3, CyclinD1, CDK4, MDM2, and Bcl-2, and upregulated the expression of P53, P21, Bax, Cytochrome-C, Caspase-9, and Caspase-3 in HepG2 cells. These findings may confirm that the PEIM has possible anti-HCC effects. However, additional studies are required to fully understand the mechanisms of action of the PEIM and the signaling pathways involved in its effects. Novel potassium-competitive acid blockers (P-CABs) have emerged as effective acid-suppressive drugs in recent years, replacing proton pump inhibitors (PPIs). We aim to compare the efficacy and safety of P-CABs versus PPIs in the treatment of peptic ulcers with or without Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) infection. We searched in PubMed, Embase, WOS, Cochrane Library, ClinicalTrials.gov, CNKI, and Wanfang databases (all years up to January 2024). Efficacy and safety outcomes were evaluated using odds ratio (OR) and 95% confidence intervals (CI). The Surface Under the Cumulative Ranking (SUCRA) probabilities were used to rank each intervention. Among 14,056 studies screened, 56 studies involving 9792 participants were analyzed. Vonoprazan demonstrated the best efficacy in ulcer healing rate and H. pylori eradication rate (SUCRA = 86.4% and 90.7%, respectively). Keverprazan ranked second in ulcer healing rates (SUCRA = 76.0%) and was more effective in pain remission rates (SUCRA = 91.7%). The risk of adverse events was low for keverprazan (SUCRA = 11.8%) and tegoprazan (SUCRA = 12.9%), and moderate risk for vonoprazan (SUCRA = 44.3%) was demonstrated. Compared to lansoprazole, vonoprazan exhibited a higher risk of drug-related adverse events (OR: 2.15; 95% CI: 1.60–2.89) and serious adverse events (OR: 2.22; 95% CI: 1.11–4.42). Subgroup analysis on patients with H. pylori-positive peptic ulcers showed that vonoprazan was at the top of the SUCRA rankings, followed by keverprazan. Vonoprazan showed superior performance in peptic ulcers, especially for patients with H. pylori-positive peptic ulcers. However, the risk of adverse events associated with vonoprazan should be noted. The study aims to investigate the impact of uniform, grooving and non-uniform corrosion degradation on the hot-spot stresses of a T-shaped tubular joint using the finite element method. The through-thickness linearization method is employed to estimate the hot-spot stresses, allowing a more reasonable consideration of the effect of grooving corrosion and non-unform corrosion. The grooving corrosion degradation is modelled assuming that the corrosion rate of the weld metal is 1.4 times that of the base metal. The non-uniform corrosion is modelled by moving the nodes around the weld by a random distance along the direction perpendicular to the surface. The random distances are generated based on the surface roughness parameter Ra. The results indicate that the stress concentration factor (SCF) increases with the uniform corrosion depth. The grooving corroded tubular joint results in a higher SCF than those of the corresponding uniformly corroded tubular joint. The non-uniform corrosion can lead to SCF deviations from the SCF of the uniformly corroded tubular joint. A series of lead-free Rb2ZrCl6:xTe4+ (x = 0%, 0.1%, 0.5%, 1.0%, 2.0%, 3.0%, 5.0%, 10.0%) perovskite materials were synthesized through a hydrothermal method in this work. The substitution of Te4+ for Zr in Rb2ZrCl6 was investigated to examine the effect of Te4+ doping on the spectral properties of Rb2ZrCl6 and its potential applications. The incorporation of Te4+ induced yellow emission of triplet self-trapped emission (STE). Different luminescence wavelengths were regulated by Te4+ concentration and excitation wavelength, and under a low concentration of Te4+ doping (x ≤ 0.1%), different types of host STE emission and Te4+ triplet state emission could be achieved through various excitation energies. These luminescent properties made it suitable for applications in information encryption. When Te4+ was doped at high concentrations (x ≥ 1%), yellow triplet state emission of Te4+ predominated, resulting in intense yellow emission, which stemmed from strong exciton binding energy and intense electron-phonon coupling. In addition, a Rb2ZrCl6:2%Te4+@RTV scintillating film was fabricated and a spatial resolution of 3.7 lp/mm was achieved, demonstrating the potential applications of Rb2ZrCl6:xTe4+ in nondestructive detection and bioimaging. Reliability and efficiency of valves are necessary for precise control and sufficient heat-flow to heat application plants for the integrated energy systems of nuclear power plants (NPPs). Strategic Management Analysis Requirement and Technology (SMART) valves' ability to control flow and assess environmental parameters stands out for these requirements. Their ability to sustain the downstream flow rate, prevent reverse flow, and maintain pressure in the heat transport loop is much more efficient with the integration of sensors and intelligent algorithms. For assessing valve performance and monitoring, mechanical design and operating conditions are two important parameters. In this study, the butterfly valves of three different sizes are simulated with water and steam using STAR-CCM+ in various flow regimes and positions to analyze performance parameters to strategize an automated control system for efficiently balancing the heat–transport network. Also, flow behavior is studied using velocity and pressure fields for valve–body geometry optimization. It can be observed, through performance parameters, that the valves are suitable for operation between 30° and 90° positions with significantly low loss coefficients and high flow coefficients, and the performance parameters follow a certain pattern in both water and steam flow in each scenario. The erosive wear encountered in some industrial processes results in economic loss and even disastrous consequences. Hitherto, the mechanism of the erosive wear is not clear, especially when the erosive wear is caused by large particles (>3.0 mm) carried by a flowing liquid. Current approaches of predicting erosive wear need improvement, and the optimization of relevant equipment and systems lacks a sound guidance. It is of significance to further explore such a subject based on the relevant literature. The present review commences with a theoretical analysis of the dynamics of large particles and the fundamental mechanism of erosion. Then the characteristics of the erosion of various equipment are explicated. Effects of influential factors such as particle size and properties of the target material are analyzed. Subsequently, commonly used erosion models, measurement techniques, and numerical methods are described and discussed. Simple Summary: Erect leaves are one of the important phenotypes for plants to adapt to dense planting. This study obtained the erect leaf mutant mths29 through fast neutron irradiation and directional breeding. Dynamic observation of lamina joint development in the mutant and its genetic parent Heng S29 revealed an extreme phenotype during the booting stage, characterized by the complete absence of lamina joint on the inverted second leaves and flag leaves, resulting in a close adhesion of the leaf blade to the stem and the formation of an erect leaf phenotype. Through map-based cloning, the erect leaf QTL was localized within a physical interval of 1.03 Mb on chromosome 5A, and four potential candidate genes were predicted. Here, we demonstrate that mths29 represents a novel genetic resource for erect leaf traits in wheat. This study contributes to a better understanding of lamina joint development in graminaceous and aids in shaping plant architecture for denser planting. The erect leaf plays a crucial role in determining plant architecture, with its growth and development regulated by genetic factors. However, there has been a lack of comprehensive studies on the regulatory mechanisms governing wheat lamina joint development, thus failing to meet current breeding demands. In this study, a wheat erect leaf mutant, mths29, induced via fast neutron mutagenesis, was utilized for QTL fine mapping and investigation of lamina joint development. Genetic analysis of segregating populations derived from mths29 and Jimai22 revealed that the erect leaf trait was controlled by a dominant single gene. Using BSR sequencing and map-based cloning techniques, the QTL responsible for the erect leaf trait was mapped to a 1.03 Mb physical region on chromosome 5A. Transcriptome analysis highlighted differential expression of genes associated with cell division and proliferation, as well as several crucial transcription factors and kinases implicated in lamina joint development, particularly in the boundary cells of the preligule zone in mths29. Traffic exhaust pollution, especially in congested areas of freeways, is one of the main causes of air pollution. With the increase in the number of vehicles, traffic and environmental issues have become more prominent. In addition, traffic congestion leads to frequent starting and stopping of vehicles, further exacerbating environmental pollution. This article focuses on the problem of frequent starting and stopping of vehicles, using variable speed limit control to smooth traffic flow, reduce vehicle speed, and alleviate exhaust emissions caused by traffic congestion. At the same time, considering the traffic and environmental benefits of bottleneck areas on freeways, the VT-Micro model is used to calculate exhaust emissions, and a coordinated control method for the mainline and ramp of freeways is proposed. The simulation experiment results show that the total driving time of the mainline and ramp collaborative control method considering environmental benefits has been reduced by 24.69%, CO emissions have been reduced by 4.79%, HC emissions have been reduced by 7.65%, NOx emissions have been reduced by 2.48%, and fuel consumption has been reduced by 4.98%. Solid–liquid interfacial phenomena play an essential role in our everyday lives and are often regarded as the outcome of interactions at the solid–liquid interface. However, the intricately intrinsic mechanism underlying interfacial interactions renders in situ simulations and direct measurements challenging. As an effective analytic method for studying solid–liquid interfacial interactions, microcalorimetry can provide the most basic thermodynamic information (including changes in enthalpy, entropy, and Gibbs free energy during solid–liquid binding/separation processes), which is extremely crucial for understanding interaction directionality and limitation. This review is dedicated to highlighting the pivotal role of microcalorimetry in studying solid–liquid immersion and adsorption processes. Specifically, we provide an overview of the commonly employed microcalorimetric methods, including differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), isothermal titration calorimetry (ITC), and immersion microcalorimetry (IM), and delve into the influence factors of enthalpy change, and finally discuss the specific applications of microcalorimetry in studying various solid–liquid binding processes. The combination of higher-order topological insulators and valley photonic crystals has recently aroused extensive attentions due to the great potential in flexible and efficient optical field manipulations. Here, we computationally propose a photonic device for the 1550 nm communication band, in which the topologically protected electromagnetic modes with high quality can be selectively triggered and modulated on demand. Through introducing two valley photonic crystal units without any structural alteration, we successfully achieve multi-dimensional coupled topological states thanks to the diverse electromagnetic characteristics of two valley edge states. According to the simulations, the constructed topological photonic devices can realize Fano lines on the spectrum and show high-quality localized modes by tuning the coupling strength between the zero-dimensional valley corner states and the one-dimensional valley edge states. Furthermore, we extend the valley-locked properties of edge states to higher-order valley topological insulators, where the selected corner states can be directionally excited by chiral source. More interestingly, we find that the modulation of multi-dimensional coupled photonic topological states with pseudospin dependence become more efficient compared with those uncoupled modes. Ancient trade routes significantly influenced political structures, cultural exchanges, economic development, and landscape transformations across diverse regions. The Ancient Tea Horse Road, a prominent historical commercial pathway in China, is crucial for ecosystem and cultural heritage conservations. This study uses content and comparative analysis, Geographic Information System (GIS) technology, and spatial analysis to examine the spatiotemporal relationships between 13,026 settlement points identified via Google Earth and 445 recorded settlement names within the Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province. The findings indicate that the Ancient Tea Horse Road evolved from a simple linear form to a complex radial network, reflecting its growth from local to broad regional connectivity. Settlements related to administrative, postal, and commercial functions emerged in its vicinity, underscoring the route's impact on social structures and economic activities. The development of settlements, mainly within a 10 km radius of the route, was closely linked to its expansion, alteration, and decline, offering insights into contemporary settlement distribution patterns. This research not only enhances the understanding of the Ancient Tea Horse Road and its surrounding settlements but also supports the protection of ancient trade routes and their cultural heritage. Bacterial infections trigger a multifaceted interplay between inflammatory mediators and redox regulation. Recently, accumulating evidence has shown that redox signaling plays a significant role in immune initiation and subsequent immune cell functions. This review addresses the crucial role of the thioredoxin (Trx) system in the initiation of immune reactions and regulation of inflammatory responses during bacterial infections. Downstream signaling pathways in various immune cells involve thiol-dependent redox regulation, highlighting the pivotal roles of thiol redox systems in defense mechanisms. Conversely, the survival and virulence of pathogenic bacteria are enhanced by their ability to counteract oxidative stress and immune attacks. This is achieved through the reduction of oxidized proteins and the modulation of redox-sensitive signaling pathways, which are functions of the Trx system, thereby fortifying bacterial resistance. Moreover, some selenium/sulfur-containing compounds could potentially be developed into targeted therapeutic interventions for pathogenic bacteria. Taken together, the Trx system is a key player in redox regulation during bacterial infection, and contributes to host–pathogen interactions, offering valuable insights for future research and therapeutic development. Rapeseed blanket seedling transplanters have developed rapidly due to their high efficiency and adaptability to the soil in many areas of China. However, during the transplanter's longitudinal seedling conveying process, seedling blanket compression leads to inaccurate conveying and thus declined seedling picking performance. In this paper, a mechanical compression test was carried out on rapeseed seedling blankets. The longitudinal compression force of the rapeseed seedling blanket on a transplanter was calculated through mechanical analysis. A compression model of the rapeseed seedling blanket was established to determine how the blanket's mechanical characteristics and the device's structural parameters affect blanket compression. In addition, with the index of longitudinal compression Y1, the coefficient of variation in the longitudinal seedling conveying distance Y2, and the qualified-block-cutting rate Y3, the interactive influence between the seedling tray tilt angle A, the seedling blanket moisture content B, and the seedling blanket thickness C were analyzed using response surface analysis. Aiming to reduce blanket compression and enhance the accuracy of longitudinal seedling conveying and block-cutting quality, the optimized results show that the predicted optimal parameters were a 50.14° seedling tray tilt angle, a 71.86% seedling blanket moisture content, and a 22.13 mm seedling blanket thickness. Using these optimized parameters, the transplanter achieved a blanket longitudinal compression of 18.17 mm, a coefficient of variation in the longitudinal seedling conveying distance of 1.142, and a qualified-block-cutting rate of 90%. Subsequently, a validation test was performed, revealing a high degree of conformity between the optimization model and the experimental data. Thus, the predicted optimal parameters can provide significantly reduced compression and a high seedling conveying performance.
